Working?. Same results but still slow. Not sure of accuracy

Aware of excessive data usage!!!. In 5 days this app in the background on my phone has used 6.6gb of data!! I usually use 10gb per month and noticed an extremely high usage this month and checked my data usage. I ran a UWB speed test yesterday and had a super fast connection, since then my phone used over 5gb overnight! I just realized when checking usage what app was killing my data plan! This is a very expensive bug for the software to have, unless it’s using personal devices to host its tests for other users.

Crippled apps. Meteor & Opensignal — two crippled apps that should be merged into one. On Meteor, the maps tab will show the name of the WiFi access point, but on the history tab, it will say “unknown wifi” but will allow you to edit the name. How does that make any sense. Similar issues on Opensignal, which recognizes the name of the access but then saves the name as simply Wifi under history. Mobile will also only say 5G or 4G but then does not include the network provider, which is especially helpful while roaming, nor does it include GPS coordinates like Meteor does… I could go on, but it’s hard to believe this disjointed behavior, as dysfunctional as it is, has not been purposeful.

Unrealistic. The first time I used it it read my WiFi over 100 on upload and download and rated it as awesome. Then a few days later I ran it again and it read my WiFi speed under 20 for upload and 13 for download and it rated awesome. So how can I trust it.

Sellouts. Claim to be unbiased but whoever has the best internet speed etc is the one who pays then the most and they’ll give you more of the info you desire by obtaining more of the info you don’t people knowing like the ***** putting throttles on your wifi to begin with deuce deuce chumps. Censor this punks

Good Speed App. I’ve been using this app for a week or so and have been pleased with how it works.

How can this be?. I’m sitting in a restaurant and ran your test while on their Wi-Fi network and on just my cellular network(AT&T). Cellular scores: Download (4Mbps), Upload (8.7Mbps) and Ping (32ms). Wi-Fi scores: Download (62.8Mbps), Upload (101.5Mbps) and Ping (6ms). HOW ARE THEY ALL RATED “AWESOME”? To me, this just disqualifies its ratings as trustworthy. Sadly, I’m giving this app a score of 2 stars for ease of use otherwise it would be a 1 star rating.

Very God App. It seems to work very well without any of the questioning and submission requirements of other apps. Just the facts.

Pretty but same results as Ookla. I really wish all of these speed test apps would report back to the ISP or wireless carrier for which is being tested so that results would benefit a better experience.

The “App Performance” section needs improvement. 3.8Mbps Download - PUBG App Performance was ranked “Very Good” but the Safari app was ranked ONLY “Good” ?? I like the concept but there’s noway anyone playing PUBG with those speeds. Maybe at the lowest graphic settings. Ps - The “App Suggestions” and “Feedback” section isn’t working. Thanks.

Would be 5 stars without app performance clutter. Loved this little speed test (5 stars!), nice clean animation, pleasant colors. Now they added a stupid “app performance” at bottom which destroys the clean look and substantially clutters the screen. Should be an OPTION to completely hide the app performance section.

Speed is a big LIE !!!. IT ONLY WORKS FOR WHOEVER PAYS THEM THE MOST$$$$$ YOU CAN HAVE A CRAP SPEED LIKE 1 WITH SO CALLED UNLIMITED WITH ATT AND IT WILL SAY GREAT!

Nonfunctional. Installed February 2023, iPadOS 16. Didn’t work… issue with security settings? IDK. I didn’t want to spend the time troubleshooting an app that only gives WiFi speeds.

Doesn’t work. Downloaded to my phone, and it won’t ping anything. Wifi or cellular signal. Apparently had a good enough signal to download it though

NO SIGNAL. How the heck speed test ran WITH NO SIGNAL while it ran test? I saw NO SIGNAL while the test ran. Nothing improved from since LAST YEAR!

Meteor is easy to use. Super easy to install, very user friendly. One button to push and you get all the stats along with a time stamp.

Stopped Working. This was my go-to app for speed tests. Unfortunately, now it simply hangs when I try to test cellular speed. This has been happening for a while now. I was hoping the latest release would fix it. Hopefully this is resolved soon. I’m leaving it at three stars for now since it was great for so long. I hope it gets back to how it was.

Kind of good. It gives a rough idea how my Wi-Fi is doing, but I don’t think it’s very accurate.

Inaccurate for me. I have a 1Gbs cable connection. I can actually download a 1GB file in about 25 seconds. All other tests show my speed between 800-900 MB’s, but this app consistently shows my speed as 46 MBs. That cannot possibly be correct. Even if it’s showing MB, it’s still wrong. I have no idea why it’s doing this.

Appears to have died.. The app no longer loads or displays previous tests etc. on my iPhone 12 Pro. It worked well at the most a week ago.

Gobbles up iPhone storage. After you run a few tests check your iPhone storage. You’ll see that it caches the payload it uses after the test is over and it just accumulates. The app itself is only 11MB but who knows how much storage it can keep using. Other than this issue, the app is phenomenal! Please fix this!

Excellent application !. Does everything it's supposed to do. Speedtest are accurate. Interface is nice but would be even better if adapted for iPad display size.
