Monday.com - Work Platform Comments & Reviews 2026

Don’t buy. Misleading in free version, doesn’t say it has limitations for everything (200 limit). App is not syncing, if you enter something on desktop, you need to exit the app and enter again so you can see changes, this is on iPhone 13 pro max, on iPhone tablet pro, this way of sync will not work, you need to enter the category that is updated, and you need to exit the app, enter again, and if that doesn’t work, you need to repeat and it will sync. The idea is good, but they misled and they don’t provide enough info nor about the free version nor about the paid version. Not reliable enough and not worth paying for it with these problems.

Simple to use resource calendar. For years I’ve been looking and trying dozens of programs to help me schedule my resources. All of them are quite complex and for one reason or another end up not having a feature I was looking for. Finally one that’s customizable right down to simplicity. Best of all I can give “viewing” access to all my employees so they can get a glimpse of what’s coming up on their mobile devices for free and to boot they can be notified when they’re on the schedule. Yeah! Oh, BTW it integrates with Slack, another must have.

Very cluttered/confusing UX. There may be benefits to the structure of this app but it feels very over complicated to me. It’s a lot like a big excel sheet with with more icons and colors. I really wish they would consolidate the Updates/Files/activity log/info boxes/item card tabs all into one view so things are easier to track. I also don’t understand why subtasks don’t show next to the task unless you are looking at the grid of all tasks within its board. Searching is also very tough to use reliably unless you look within specific boards. My company used to use Asana and it was much simpler to the point that I would use it for my personal freelance work and scheduling. I think it lacks certain analytics that Monday does have, but for simple task tracking, Monday falls short. Also, naming an app after a day of the week, when a key function of the app is organizing dates, makes no sense to me and adds so much unnecessary confusion.

Fixed the Impossible. We have been in business for five years. We use QuickBooks online for our account processing. It does not have a good place to keep track of all the other components of a business. We need to be able to communicate with other staff and with customers. We need to have a history and something where we can keep track of all of the different happenings in our business. We tried a number of different programs and this app was probably the 25th try. Once we signed in and processed the first couple of transactions, we knew this was it. We are a diesel repair shop and the things that we need to document just were not working on the other programs. I cannot believe that large companies like McDonald’s uses a program like this and it still works for somebody like us. This was the best research and investment we have ever made in this business so far. I keep track of commission, repairs, photos, website activity, employee vacation, and everything else you can possibly think of. There are so many templates I do not even have to think about how to create a board that tracks and maintains all of our needs. Unlimited storage and the ability to download the information was a huge bonus for us and I cannot even fathom what we would do without it now.

Love the web version Mobile Version needs work for sure. My productivity increased so much within hours of using this program. I absolutely feel this is the best one out there, yes it’s simple to use and not a lot of bells and whistles but I would rather have a quick and easy way to jot down what I need to do and handle things the way I work instead of wasting time filling in my CRM so I can actually do the work my clients need in a timely manner. My favorite thing about this CRM is that I can customize it to my design thought process and break my clients into groups by current projects, retainer clients, maintenance clients etc. The mobile app would be better if you can see all your groups down the page instead of having to scroll across the page to select one and if you can add items to the info box from the mobile app it would be perfect.

Interface and My Inbox are incredibly lacking. Monday is a great tool, with some great abilities to manage workflow and offers some great board templates. However the UX and Interface of both the web app and mobile app are lacking as it’s too broken up and not easily visually accessible unless you really optimize view columns. I hate the sub task view structure. The mobile app almost feels like a reskinned and more robust excel sheet. Migrating over from Asana as an organization made sense, but now dealing with the lack of in platform notifications, and “my inbox” feature many of us are not able to view tasks that have been “assigned to me”. Which is really becoming a problem. Apple is to Microsoft in comparison Asana is to Monday...not sexy and not new user friendly. 🥴

Not what I expected. The whole idea with the app is to be able to manage work from the phone. However, many of Monday’s functionalities just don’t work in the app. For instance, it doesn’t get updated right away on changes made on the desktop. If you are operating from a board, you will not be able to access the items’ updates or cards. This just means the functionality offered by Monday really just goes half way. I have spent so much time having to reload multiple times and lost work that I had to redo. Monday has great feature ideas but sometimes fails in the execution. I am hoping it develops and removes these limitations sooner than later in order to realize its full potential.

Simple and straightforward. Love the ability to use the app on my phone with little to no “showy” features to get distracted from what I’m doing. I like the simplicity compared to other project management apps. The ability to search and to create your own color coded statuses are my favorite feature. My only issue is that I use this for my own personal life and wish there was a more affordable version available for a single person. The current price is pretty high for someone who doesn’t use this for business purposes (everyone uses subscription model now and they add up considerably for the average person). I’ll probably stick to google keep since it works well enough, but would prefer to use this app if it becomes more affordable in the future

Great! But, they pretty much priced themselves to Enterprise only.... What can I say..? At first I was pretty impressed by the app, both on my iMac as well as the iPhone. The plethora of functionality is amazing. It would have become my best ally in bringing the several projects I’m involved in/responsible for together in a coherent and well organized way. But..., it ends up there isn’t any free option. And I get it. I work in IT as well and I expect to be paid for doing my job, but they could very much have priced themselves more realistically with an individual subscription of around $5 a month. I’d definitely pay that. But with their current prices, there is no way the app is worth it for me. Overall, 5 stars. Price point, insanely expensive, hence useless to me. Grand total: 3 stars.

Scam Alert Dave Your Time!. This company as well as Asana both trick buyers into thinking their product price is inline with what one would think the price is. However, at checkout you will be charged for 5 seats (5 people/users) that can only be lowered to 2 later. So you pay for two users even though there are more one person companies than there are large companies by a huge margin. I absolutely hate this trickery. If your product is do good you can charge for one seat and as we grow we will gladly add users as we hire them. Monday is even worse with confusing “whats included” stuff that makes no sense! I just went back to using google sheets. It’s free and does 90% the same thing once you get it lined out.

So much potential, but so many glitches. The functionality of Monday compared to competitors is amazing. So much could be achieved. Emphasis on could. However, we have 30 users on Monday and experience so many glitches. And responding to glitches is not an area where the company excels. Most recently, we have one of our 30 users whose app is not showing the same values as the other 29. Huge problem for an organization like ours. Monday responds that they’ll look into it and here we are 7 days later and our workflow is still on hold. This is consistently how our company is treated. Long delays turn into kicking the issue down the road. Huge issues with no solutions. I also feel the customer service team coasts by and basically just passes on complaints to dev. We joke internally about how if loom goes down, monday would go down. As a customer, you have to basically solve the issues yourself to satisfy the customer service teams expectations for how you explain your problem. Expect to redo looms and spell everything out for them before they pass your message along to dev. Monday will not go above and beyond to help your issue. Our experience has been so poor, I had to speak up. And I waited for my 5th poor experience to do so. There are plenty of other great choices. Asana, ClickUp and airtable. In fact, we’ve spent the time waiting on glitches to be fixed to build air table templates for what we need and will be rolling these out very soon. Monday, kudos for the design and idea. But why did you stop there?

Monday for everything. I love Monday! I tell everyone about it. It is so fun and easy to use. It can replace salesforce in some cases and you can easily configure and reconfigure it yourself without it being a whole project. But then also everyone in the company can use Monday in their own way. I don’t think I will ever use excel or other sheets again. I’ve spent very little time learning about all it can do - it’s so intuitive you can just start up without any tutorials - but I am looking forward to learning even more ways to use it.

Monday makes my tuesday-friday so manageable. And my monday’s too.. I love the color coordination, the ease and customizable features of each board. it makes juggling 50+ projects in flight, across 25+ contractors so much more efficient than any other platform (and we’ve tried several others before committing to Monday). Plus, they’re always working to develop better user-experience, by actually looking at our requests and feedback on the fb group page! So thankful! Never have i loved the name Monday more. Maybe i’ll name my next pet after it.

Cleaning Business. My wife and I have been using Monday for quite awhile to keep our to-do lists for our residential cleaning business (Dust in Time Housekeeping) organized and it’s been absolutely beautiful. We are very thrilled and thankful for how easy and useful it’s been for us. You can clearly and objectively assign tasks to whoever and there’s no second guessing who’s supposed to be doing it. You can use it for your business/professional goals and personal as well. I’d 100% recommend it for anyone! You won’t regret it.

Amazing. Weather it’s an ap, a video game, your 6th gen performance car they all share one thing in common. Developers, design engineers and marketing experts do one thing extremely well: ignore feedback from their customers. Monday has changed that. They have taken all of the times we said “If it could only do____” from every segment of the business world and rolled it into an ap. Somehow keeping it simple and easy to learn. There are templates for any imaginable niche. The “if this happens do _____” templates are a holy grail. The ability to quickly and efficiently switch between board layouts is even better. If you are not using Monday to track your business one of your competitors is and they are way ahead of the game. Scheduling a demo is quick, their customer support team is top notch and are always available. I encourage anyone not using this ap to schedule a demo. It won’t take you long to make the switch to Monday.

5 Stars on Desktop - 2 Stars as a Mobile App. Love this program! So incredibly intuitive, great for collaborating, and very approachable pricing for small teams like mine. I was able to onboard myself onto this app and bring my team with me with about 14 days steady work and very little forum surfing. If I had to offer any critique for someone thinking about onboarding to this app... If your work is largely done or managed while on iPhone or iPad, avoid this program. In my opinion, the mobile app is far too watered down compared to the webpage. It’s borderline unusable for anything beyond simply reading tasks. When I got onto this program I was hoping for a similar experience to app like Slack, only in the sense that the mobile app, the desktop app & the webpage are identical. If you’re hoping for something like that, don’t get too ingrained in this software. Hopefully they update this as time goes on. The saving grace is that the Webapp and desktop app is stellar !

Needs more parity with web. The app is pretty easy to use and runs fairly well. I ran into some weird idiosyncrasies, for example I made a board on the app, deleted it, and made another board with the same name on the web. The app seemed confused and kept trying to open the deleted board until I closed the app and reopened it. The bigger issue for me is that there is a strange gap in parity between the app and the website for things that seem silly. For example: you can’t hide a column on the app, you can only “collapse” it. You can not use the app to edit automations as far as I can see, you are also more limited in what customizations you can make to views you add. For instance I added a Kanban view to my board in the app and I had to open the web version in order to change which column was being used to determine categories. Overall, the app is a good performing experience, but I wish it had more capability to make it realistic for me to work on boards from my phone and iPad.

Great App...Please update on Mobile 🙏👊🙂. I like the functionality behind this app, but it is somewhat clumsy for mobile formats. Would be cool if it could be used in a list type format on mobile. I would love to have to option to see all my lists under a certain board on one screen. Switching between different ones. The setup on the desktop is fine and allows this function, but there doesn’t seem to be that option for mobile. Also, would love to the automation for a owner of a pulse to to have that pulse be synced with an alternate list. (For instance, when assigning a task in one group, that pulse appear in a general to do list and can marked done on both simultaneously.)

Best one yet!. Excellent tool! Especially for those who’ve never organized their work or projects in a structured way. Monday makes it super easy to get started. We have found innovative ways to use the platform and its completely changed how we work. We’ve integrated with our enterprise platform to create a seamless workspace. Easy to use, intuitive, excellent support, very responsive team, great design, very flexible, highly adaptable for different uses. It’s on the pricey side but worth it for all the features that are included.

Mobile is different than desktop. The biggest challenge I’ve had with the app is how far behind the mobile app is with the desktop. When I plan something on my desktop and then am out in the field with the mobile app, it doesn’t show up. There are so many features that are unavailable in the mobile that it’s practically unusable for my team. Pretty rough when I’m spending $1000/year on it. When I talk to support, all they say is it’s not ready and they’re team is working really hard to get it done, but wouldn’t give me any deadlines or any specifics. Kinda frustrating. Good app otherwise.

Freelancing gets so much easier. I’ll be real: I started with Monday, left it for cheaper or free alternatives, and came back within a few months. So far, nothing I’ve used compares. Building workflows is essential to my writing process... I’ve never been able to build it as complex or as simple as I’d like, with time tracking and formulas being two killer features for me. I want to setup once, then WORK. Not micromanage my workflow during valuable work time. Monday is the only app where I could do that down to the smallest details—and still have a visually simple and attractive UI. And most gripes I had in the past have been swiftly solved through updates. Subtasks? You got it. Pivot tables? Yup. I would like to see more work with the subitems, specifically allowing column summaries to show for a mirrored main items column. Like if I’ve got “done” status on all subitems for item A, half of all subitems for item B, I’d like a main mirrored column to show a summary of both items A and B’s subitem statuses at the bottom of the group as 75% done. I’d like mirrored columns to have integration with the dashboards also. My mirrored subitems number summaries can’t be shown in the number widget, for example. And mirrored time tracking is completely exempt from dashboards. I’d start using dashboards again if I could use mirrored columns in it. Despite all this, I can promise you I only have these needs as some one who’s taken time to get nerdy and learn Monday for custom workflows. And with Monday’s track record, they’re probably already working on all of this. Do you like saving time and streamlining your day? Try it. It looks great, works great, helps you work without friction, and sometimes is more fun to use than doing any actual work! 😅

Changed the way I manage my team!!. I originally never wanted to buy Monday because of the frequency and intensity with which they shoved ads in my face. My business is growing and I needed a more effective way to manage projects, so I eventually checked out Monday along with various other options and decided to give it a try. The app (both browser and mobile) is fantastic and everything is very intuitive, with lots of useful automations. It integrates with Slack, which is pretty cool - we can see our progress marked in our chat channels as we communicate about our projects. I would highly recommend Monday over other project management systems, and I have used many of them in the last decade.

Still a lot of room for UX improvement. As a UX designer, the Monday app drives me bonkers. Key reasons: 1) Navigation is visually confusing because it looks different from the web version. Board names have weird icons and metadata on the card that is distracting- things that don’t show up on web so users have no mental model to understand what they mean. The Home tab should be set up exactly like the sidebar on web: a drop-down of workspaces and list of boards/folders mirroring the web underneath. With the introduction of new “products” in Monday, I fear this schism between mobile and web nav will get worse. I think this is one of the big reasons all these App Store reviewers complain the app is confusing and “too different from the web version”. Reason 2) the ui in this app for switching views on a board is a small drop-down that isn’t very discoverable. Reason 3) By far the biggest disappointment is the iPad version which still feels anemic compared to the web view. Timeline views really should work smoothly on iPad but they are not fully functional. Frustratingly, the web version doesn’t work right on iPad Safari either so stuck with the native app. Finally, reason 4) I use my phone in dark mode but would prefer this app in light mode because it’s easier to parse dense text in a black-on-white background interface. White text on black is more difficult for humans to read as shown by various cog psych studies (humans are conditioned to reading letters on light backgrounds from early education, so we can recognize characters faster with less cognitive load). Unfortunately Monday is one of few apps which has both a light and dark mode but doesn’t let users switch without changing their whole phone’s setting. Wish they’d implement a simple toggle.

Great for personal use too!. I fully recommend this to everyone for business and personal use!! I use this in an unconventional way-to track house projects in our 1976 fixer and this app is EVERYTHING! I can easily track contacts, purchases, stuff to fix, important dates. My husband and I can see what the other is working on on any given day. And my to do list automatically generates for today, tomorrow, this week and next. It’s so amazing for staying organized I’m thinking of creating more for other parts of our lives. It’s seamless to use, attractive, and an absolute joy. With a new baby I was drowning in projects, now we are staying on track, spending less time wasted on remembering what to do or making lists and spending more time being productive and relaxing with each other. Thank you, Monday creators for giving us back our family time!

Great for CRM. I like this app a lot. I was recently tasked with finding a CRM application that met my company’s needs. After a 14 day trial with this applications and others, I felt this one had the most capabilities and features that would replace excel as our CRM tracker. They gave me 7 extra free trial days which I really appreciated, but our vp asked me if I could maybe get 7 more to get 14 extra days so that they could use the application after the demo I gave them. Hopefully they say yes, but all in all it’s a good app and so is the computer one. I recommend and the support is helpful and nice as wel

Monday has saved my business. Here’s a refined version with cleaner flow and a strong, professional tone: --- I can’t stress how incredible Monday is. I run two businesses with over 30 employees, and this software has truly streamlined our operations and made my life significantly easier. The automated reminders ensure we don’t miss important tasks or deadlines, and the overall structure keeps everything organized across teams. At one point, I had to step away from my businesses for a few months due to illness, but the automated systems we had built on Monday kept everything running smoothly in my absence. I’ve tried other work management tools, but Monday really sets the standard. It’s an investment, but the level of organization and efficiency it brings more than pays for itself by improving productivity and driving results. It’s easily one of my top three most important apps. I’m looking forward to even stronger security features to further protect files and information in the future. To the Monday team - you’ve done an incredible job solving a problem many business owners didn’t even realize they had. Amazing work, and I’m excited to see what’s next.

It rarely works. The app functionality is not as good as the desktop version. Most days I just get a white screen when I open the app, with greyed out areas where content should be. Other days it shows the dashboard menus but they can’t be clicked. And yet other days the features will suddenly stop working. Just like the desktop version, there is always an issue with the time tracking widget, but it’s harder to refresh on the app (on the desktop version, the issue normally rights itself a few seconds after hitting the refresh button. Sometimes it has to be refreshed more than once though) I keep trying the app though, because I really appreciate the desktop functionality.

Five star for the trial, not worth full price. I actually like this a lot, I've looked through every major project management app and this is the most intuitive. That being said, the cost to value is seriously out of whack. To the point where you're paying $30/month for an overrated spreadsheet, they throttle the sharing, simple filtering, and other seemingly basic features to upgraded $40+ accounts. Their UI on the desktop app is fairly buggy, but the iPhone app is great while the free trial lasts. Will hold a basic monthly account until a better option is found. I understand developing is costly, but with rebranding you would think there would be a better cost evaluation. This is a five star app for the trial run, but not worth it's full featured price.

The best ADHD app - a review from an actual adhder. This is the only app that has ever been able to help me keep track of my schedule, random ideas, projects, chores and more. It’s really beautiful ui on mobile and desktop site. The plethora or ingratiation apps is great for email reminders and updates. My wife and started using this to organise all of our house, and her etsy store. Chores, bills, projects, wish lists, expenses, braindump and more have been so much easier for me to keep track off. We have an expense report for when we want to buy things. I keep track of all my meds with status and upgrade tabs. The comment tab in like it’s own forum thread, you can copy images fonts, hyperlinks, and my favourite is that you can copy whole html scripted pages into the page. Turns out all I needed to organise my brain was a app that is made to organise businesses.

Transformed my business, changed my life. This app is AMAZING. I use it for every aspect of my business, it is the best thing that has ever happened to me in my professional life! I only wish I had this sooner. All the things I felt was impossible to juggle and keep track of, is now not only possible, but easy and fun. This app is addicting, I LOVE IT! And all my employees love it too!! It’s like a social media community just for my business & centered around productivity. It’s amazing, I can’t say it enough. They are also constantly adding new features and improvements, this app will never be stale or out of date, the developers are not only attentive but also so innovative staying ahead of the game, releasing new features of the exact things I was about to request for. It’s like they read our minds of our business’s needs. UGHHH I LOVE THEM.

Generally great but….. There’s a lot of bugs that have yet to be fixed and some that are starting to happen as I type this message. Whenever I try to copy/paste task lists, it doesn’t always include the actual tasks so I have to redo it. The colors also glitch often and don’t show as the assigned one checked off. For example, “stuck” is red and “done” is green. When my employees check off “done” it’ll show as red and can be confusing as we’re in a quick-paced work environment and they sometimes just glance at the list to see what needs to be done. The new issue that’s developed today, is that my sub items have quite literally disappeared from the lists. It’s pretty inconvenient having to constantly edit the lists honestly

Mobile app is awful!!!. I have been using this app since it was called the pulse, and the mobile app portion of it has never worked properly and with each update that they keep doing it seems to get worse. My different jobs will jump all over the board randomly both on the app on the phone and on the office computers. Lately, the app is making it to where when I click on one job another job will open and I can’t get to the one I was trying to get to without swiping left or right and sometimes I cannot get to that job. Period. Also, there are hyperlinks for phone numbers don’t work anymore only for emails, so every time I need to call a client I have to stop copy and paste the phone number which is extremely inconvenient.

Counter productive. There’s nothing more aggravating than getting yelled at by supervisor because this app doesn’t put in information that was entered multiple times. If this platform doesn’t have absolute perfection connection information does not get entered. Further more if the app doesn’t have absolute perfect connection previous information will not be able to be viewed. I would much rather use Microsoft excel than this platform. Every single day I have to double, triple and quadruple check to make sure the information I put in is actually in this platform. I highly suggest every company look to other products than this. I cannot express enough how much I despise work solely because of this application and platform.

Unintuitive, cluttered app, fire your UX team. Inside of "items" your app is calling rows "columns." The part where you see the column names are cut off with "..." When you have an item with an author column, the word author is CUT OFF and all you see is "Aut..." This might be understandable if it were the collapse column but no, this is the default. There is no option to adjust column width and it doesn't autofit or use symbols in place of text that doesn't fit. Why is the "Write an update" hidden into items while you use a floating button for adding other items? Why is the "Dashboard" button completely useless? If you're removing a feature, just remove it all. Don't leave a useless button behind. Your app needs to use separate tabs or ANYTHING instead of trying to show everything in one home-screen in a cluttered mess with a poor attempt of using scrolling elements. God help your company because your UX team is terrible and UX is everything for an app.

Stream lining project management on a big colorful platform. This is the project management app I’ve been looking for! Its big colorful platform makes it easier for some of my team memebers to effortlessly navigate and access the information. Being able to customize boards that specifically meet my data needs and to let non-administrative team members and customers view projects with the “guest option” has been a huge plus. The desktop platform is well organized and their support team is so quick!

Great production tool. Great app for construction field. I use this to plan sections of projects and keep up with billing. I use it to keep up with change orders, materials orders, and current work. Some upgrades that would be beneficial for mobile is the ability to list all groups on the same page so I can scroll down and see ALL pulses on one screen rather than swipe to the side. However, I would like to be able to choose between the current presentation and the “view all on one page”. Sometimes I need a concise project view but other times I would like a quick full overview of projects. Also would like to see the ability to attach pictures to pulses! That would make me able to use this for collaborative tool with superintendents to communicate change orders and track RFI’s Great app for now though and GREATLY improves my production and customer relations.

Such an amazing app for just to costly. This application is amazing... What I love most about it is the functionality and the ability to move smoothly step by step until the project is completed. It helps to organize thoughts and task and leaves room for improvement!!! Amazing !!!! but the downside is that the application is costly if you are self employed or just starting a business the monthly subscription is extremely pricey. Such an app could benefit more by dropping the price making easier for freelancers and collaborate artist to join. No application should cost more than an avg phone bill of $50 especially for a month to month subscription. I don't want to sound cheap but for a business trying to get started a monthly payment of more than $30 for an application just isn't feasible. But overall the application is amazing again and will continue to use. Hopefully the prices near future can be adjusted

Fantastic Platform for Marketers. I have been using this platform for over a year and have had great success in keeping both myself and my team organized and ready for the expansion of our company. I use this platform for both my full-time (Marketing Dir) and contract work (Branding and Marketing Consultant), so have put a great amount of time and effort into my boards and groups. Both companies are global and allow the team to stay in contact and work together no matter the location. I highly suggest this platform if you are looking to keep on task, build thorough campaigns and keep your team in constant communication with all your tasks and updates. It is very easy to use and build off of the templates given, or if you like to build your own. The ease of Ai operation is a great feature as well. I would rank this platform overall a 9/10.

Would be 5 star if mobile better. I love the layout. I have my lists set up to have urgency ratings and a notes section to put next steps. Great tool for collaborating. My major complaint is the mobile experience isn’t great. I’m someone who works from a home office, so I don’t spend all day in front of my computer. The mobile app is the same as the desktop view, meaning for each task I have to scroll to the right a lot to see everything. It feels like using the desktop version of a site on mobile. It’s doable, but not as convenient as I like. I’ve used Trello for years, and have transitioned to Monday for the functionality that I described above, but the thing I miss the most about Trello is the better mobile app experience.

BIG POTENTIAL!!!!. I have downloaded this app to bring myself into the 21st century. I tried the weekly planners and sticky notes everywhere to keep track of everything but that was not working. My phone is the only thing that I have on my consistently. This means that at anytime I can see what I have to do or what is done. I also don’t have to call everyone to get updates. So so nice. The only problem that I am having right now that is almost unbearable is the lag time. I have the new XS Max and when I got to type it takes a little bit of time to register what I have clicked on. This really throws off that typing groove you get in on your phone. Once that gets fixed I will be able to better access everything else.

Frustrating pricing plan for small business. The tools are good, but their plans and pricing are super frustrating (and even misleading) for a very small business. We are just a team of two full-timers. perfect for Monday’s basic plan, except for our work we need to use the Gant and timeline views, which is only offered at the standard pay plan. Great, no problem! We are happy to pay for that plan. on their pricing page, they advertise it as $10 per seat per month. We did the trial, tested the product, but then as I was signing up for the full plan, I realized they had a minimum of three seats on a plan, which means we had to pay 30% more every month for a seat we don’t need. nowhere on the pricing page does it say there is a minimum number of seats required for the plan. unlike Asana and Clickup, which allow you to customize your plan based on the exact number of members you need, Monday forces you to fall into different tiers of seats, so you may have to pay for more than you need. after speaking with customer service about this, they were not willing to budge. I totally get that this may sound petty to some, but for a very small start up, this additional expense can mean a lot. Especially when there are competitors that offer a similar product for less. anyways, super disappointed in Monday in both how they represent their plans as well as what their actual policy is on this.

Great app, with a few bugs. I love this app and it has really improved my daily productivity, but there are few frustrating things I’d love to see changed. -I archive items often to reduce clutter, but it would be really great to be able to set automations from the app to be able to automatically archive when marked “done”. - I almost exclusively use the app, and I have to archive items manually. Sometimes, when I archive multiple things at once I realize I need to restore an item and there is no way to do this without using the web version from a laptop which I don’t often have access to onsite. This is extremely frustrating. -I’d like to be able to set different columns for items and sub items, individually for each different one. For instance, I use one item for inventory, and i only need a checkbox category for the sub items. I use another item for projects, and I need to be able to use status categories for those. When you edit the columns in one, the app automatically updates the columns in the other and I know I can have both status and checkboxes, but being able to customize individually would keep the columns less cluttered. -lastly, there’s no way to access my subscription from the app. This feels a bit predatory and it would be more transparent if there was full access to my profile from whatever device I’m using. All in all, I do really like the app- but these things need to be addressed.

Keeps checking off the boxes of things I hoped for software to do!. We’ve been using the software for about one month so far. I have been looking for a software program that would do several different things at different levels of the construction process. This software keeps checking off the boxes of things I wanted to be able to do. It has been very user-friendly. And the staff have been able to pick it up quickly. I still have much to learn with it and what it can do but so far it’s been very helpful.

Solves a lot of problems. My company started using Monday in November of 2019 and it has helped us grow from a disorganized group of creative and hardworking folks trying to run a business to a larger, more organized team that is learning how to develop systems and better communicate with one another. It’s effectively solved many aspects of our business’ operations for both left-brained and right-brained types. The only part of Monday that I really have a hard time with is the very limited mobile functionality. That is one of the main complaints I hear from my team as many work from job sites and not at a computer. If Monday could make the user interface more user-friendly for on the go workers it’d be amazing!

Not working for iPad :( Very Annoyed!. I use this application on literally all my devices, iPhone, MacBook, Desktop, iMac at work, etc., but every time I download the app on my iPad it seem to not load anything. If I try waiting for it to load, nothing appears. When I try and go to look at my dashboard it closes itself like I never even opened the application. I would love you be able to use the app on my iPad like I do my iPhone because then I’d be able to get all my notification on here instead of my phone, which I use for personal stuff and would rather keep it that way... It seems impossible when the application closes itself. So i guess I will just use it with safari and turn email notifications on... Cool more unnecessary emails....

It is ok, needs work.. Generally the app functions ok. The issue I have is that you cannot edit comments / sub tasks you have added with this app. So basic functionality is missing from the app in my mind. Please add support for editing / deleting updates and sub tasks. My employer is looking at this for the team and to be honest while it seems very flexible in many ways the mobile app seems like an after thought. Mobile devices have been in widespread use for 10+ years now, this app should be better. Needs some work to make this usable on a regular basis and I will stick with a full functioning task manager for now (TickTick).

Monday convert. Honestly, the worst thing about Monday is the name. I still hear it and think, “what a stupid name.” It makes people sneer and disregard it as a trendy upstart trying to sound hip. And maybe that’s the case, but this thing is incredible. I was piloting Monday for our team and people asked me what I liked about it. There are a bazillion workload management tools and lists out there, but I just say: “it works exactly as you expect.” You want to move that item? Just click and drag it. Add a new column? No problem, it’s one “+” click away. Want to add options to that column? Click it, and the option to customize it is right there. Want a kanban style board? Sure, it can do that. How about a more traditional list? Sure, it can do that too. Color coding, dates, whatever you want. Make your own boards from scratch or use a pre-defined template. No sweat. You can create boards for your team, or private boards for your own to-do lists. You can email directly from the list item, and if the recipient includes the unique Monday email address when replying, their response will auto-magically update the relevant item. Archiving, searching, scheduling items is super easy. I’ve never read a word of documentation or had a moment of training! It’s all just so well-designed and intuitive. I’m not sure it can replace our ticketing system, because we still find ourselves needing to refer to ticket IDs, but I find myself in Monday for everything else I do. While I’ll never get... on “board”... with calling individual board row a “pulse,” I can’t deny this is a great product. Desktop or mobile, you can’t go wrong. Great job devs.

5 Stars, but.... I have recently added several iPad PROs throughout our warehouse for different production areas which has greatly increased our ability to communicate. That’s the good part. The problem is the boards don’t show updated information when coming back in from the locked screen. We have to back out of the board and re-enter to see up to date tasks. You can see how this is a problem when you need production teams to always see the most up to date information. I have also noticed throughout the day the ipad boards are not showing up to date information for some reason. The boards, when using the app, need to sync up, in all potential scenarios. I hope this is fixed soon as this is really a great program, but this is a serious flaw.

Nice app. We used this to organize our efforts making face shields for doctors during the peek of the ppe shortage. It worked great and was very helpful. It’s basically a spreadsheet program which was great for us because we all basically live on spreadsheet. The ability to assign privileges was not very intuitive but it worked great once we figured it out and the ability to see the change log was helpful when we had someone decide it was a good idea to delete our data. Overall a great program. I would highly recommend it.

SO HELPFUL. I can’t express how much this helps me keep my goals organized & make sure I achieve them ! I use this for personal & family goals. I didn’t know I was going to love this app THIS much. Its better than anything I tried . I like Notion but it’s way too much that goes into it. This is way more simple and I like the fact that you can add the tasks to your calendar. Also you can see which tasks to do organized for each day. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for busy people, family’s or goal achievers

Bogus. Found Monday on desktop and loved it. Wanted to specifically use the shared calendar with my team. Unfortunately the app is a dogs breakfast. What kind of calendar doesn’t let you add items FROM the calendar view?! If you tap on a date nothing happens… you have to navigate back through from another random tab. Write out the journey for putting something into the calendar in this app then look me in the eye and tell me it wasn’t entirely stupid and over complicated.

Very amateur. When your phone loose network, it doesn’t save anything. You entered information just disappear with no notice or error message. You cannot add description to tasks on mobile. Once you add as an uodate you cannot edit. This app is a joke. Worth no money. I would recommend Jira from atlassian, half price

Really is a good tool.. So I have been using Monday since 2021 I used it working for Breville and helping to arrange ongoing projects. I use it in my personal life, and I use it for keeping track of my customers projects. I recommend this over Jira any day of the week. (Easy of use ✅

Hmm initial hype but not sure on the value. I downloaded Monday after reading lots on the internet around it. Looks great, device compatibility and definitely a slick onboarding and getting started range of capability including templates for many industries But now that I am using it… it becomes a bit of a chore. Everything is input driven, unless you can figure out the value of the integrations to automate simple status changes or updates based on off platform actions. It does need a tech person to understand and manage but very much point and shoot, highly manual workflows. Am assuming this is where professional services comes into the picture for most companies So whilst the platform is nice and lets you get started .. I think there needs to be better guidance and features for general usability if to keep using it and not being a slave to updates - either yourself or your team

How did I live without it?. Cost: not unreasonable, particularly when running a business. Confusing?: Yes, at first. That’s probably because you are limited by your own imagination. Once you understand how to taylor this app to your needs, it becomes indispensable. I’ve been using it for three months and each month I have found more ways it can help me run my business. Benefits: too many to mention. I need to be well organised! This is the first app I have come across that can handle my busy work schedule and make sure I don’t miss anything. No more sticky notes, no more “to do” lists.

Unacceptable amount of spam emails. Every time I get an email and I click update email preferences, it sends me to the app. There is no way, as far as I can tell, to disable emails via the app. I’ve been sent more spam from enabling this than I normally receive in a week. I no longer intend to use this, and I’m wondering if I have to setup a filter on my emails to auto send to junk.

Awesome app. Has helped our business track dozens of projects nationally. It still has some features that are missing, but are coming, but so far it’s been a great find.

Excellent fit for purpose product. Love the functionality

Business Manager. It’s super easy web based platform, easy to amend task, drag and drop, color legend and more.

User experience. The most user friend friendly app. My employees struggle to use new tech, but using this app made everyone’s life much easier.

Simply simple. Easy to use simple process great features much easier than trying to run projects on traditional platforms.

Not worth it, don’t do it.. The app doesn’t have full functionality, and both the app and desktop version are still missing the most basic features that even gmail has. Admin heavy, not intuitive, and super clunky, with frustrating customer service that aren’t helpful at all. I spent the cash, and wish I hadn’t.

Simply does what I need. Wanted a simple interface for a tech Neanderthal like myself, and some less tech members of my team!

Misleading. Downloaded this and spent hours entering my data into it. No where did it mention it was only a free trial period. My trial period is now over and they want me to pay to access all the info I have put in. I can’t even view it so can’t copy it out!! Very misleading!!

One spot to Keep everything current. We have found it even better than we thought it would be. Highly recommend having the level that allows guests. We have managed to step away from at least ten spreadsheets keeping data that we can get to easily.

FAVOURITE APP. This app is changing my life for the better & can’t wait to see all the things I will achieve in future having it!

Website still king. The app lacks so many obvious features which are available on the computer. Simple things like creating a new task in the kanban view are missing. On iOS, you cannot use the website and are forced to download the app.

$$$!!!. Fantastic web and app interface, vibrant colours make prioritising a breeze. Very configurable to suit a vast range of needs. I have been using this app and browser to manage a team spread across many projects at once, very efficiently, as well as planning a holiday (its very versatile!) However, $400AUD for only a year is prohibitively expensive when only being used by a single user. I think there needs to be a 1-off payment (app purchase fee) option available for single point users. If it wasn’t for the cost, I would be a big promoter of this app.

Everyday user. User experience and interface has come along way

Please?. Dark mode... necessary small enhancement. Everything else.. beautifully simplistic -platform that has no real competition when it comes to ease of use. Only marked down for the lack of dark mode, but I would agree with other comments about pricing, it isn’t cheap.

Love this app. Love Monday don’t know how I have function without it. So much easier to use than many others I have tried!

I love Mondays and Monday the BEST task management tool. I always joke about Monday - as I use it with my clients and they say just pop it on Monday and I always have to say? Do you mean do on Monday the day or in our awesome task list 🤣 Monday the task management tool is amazing! You can personalise everything ! Add who is responsible- priorities and so much more! The only thing I would love Monday to consider is adding in a column to add images - that would make my social media approval process a lot easier - at the moment I just stick a link to Canva but if an image could be done that would be awesome! Monday is what you need on Monday and every other day of the week !

App Questions. Hi Team, any chance that we can edit info boxes from the iPhone app? Also, the search doesn’t seem to work on the app. Thanks, James - risehigh

So amazing. i use this everyday for school and i haven’t had a late project since my first term! really good and useful!!! 🤩

Monday tasks. Very user friendly. I was able to import my excel checklists into Monday instead of opening excel. Set up my tasks for myself and my staff and everything is colour coded. Once the task is complete it can be archived from the list

I feel organised. What a great app, AND its free, i feel like there are some improvements that could be made but the base of what it is is awesome

No delete?. I don't understand how this app is even usable when there's no delete function? Please let me know and I'll be happy to use the app and change this review... I want to start a board but I can't rename or delete any boards or groups. I can't use this app to organise anything without these two key functions.

Works well … when it lets you log in!. Massive issues logging in to the app. I click links for updated threads & points for me to respond to from my email, and it flys through browser to the app. Great when I’m logged in. Then. I get logged out (not a manual process), and I can’t login again. Uninstalled & reinstalled a number of times. Turning on and off device etc. Pretty useless when you can’t actually get into the thing while ‘on the go’ from your phone!

Where have you been all my life.. I love it. Best project management software out there.

Awesome but a bit confusing. Very good app, works for what you need it too, but when starting it can be a bit confusing for people.

Happy to try. I am betting my company on it now. Happy to give it a try. So far so good. Needs better integration with iCal.

Was reluctant. When I was introduced Didn’t think it could work for us My right hand set it up Away we went and are still going. Works will for us in production. Would like to be apart of Monday’s evolution Trying quotes into jobs... There is so many possibilities Even email?? Invites on certain jobs to a third party Rolling it to staff in the new year Think the colour coding will make it user friendly

Smart and simple to use. Loads of features yet easy to glide around. Provides clarity when everything else is changing.

Makes hard things super simple. Thank you for creating a great platform Monday team! We have finally set everything up and now working seamlessly. Please work on the app for iOS devices ipad / mobile as there is a few minor things that need attention. A few bugs but overall can work around it.

Small business organized. I run a small maintenance business in Australia. This app has been a game changer with getting organized, delegating tasks and getting this done!

Perfect but. I would a 100% give a 5% review if wasn’t for the fact that you can subscribe as a single user, you need to pay at least 2 seats. Plus the fact that you need to pay an extra $11 Dolar’s a month per hear to have charts. Besides that perfect software but this is what is making me migrate to ClickUp

Love the desktop, App needs work. I got stuck in a ‘confirm your email’ loop, and after changing my password three time and trying to restart the process I still cannot even access the app.

Money trap!!!!. The system worked well - and my team used it for a short project. However - we paid for what I thought was a single month of use. They hid that that charge would be recurring every 30 days. Next month my card was charged again ($79) so I complained and went through the hidden and convoluted process to cancel the subscription I didn’t know I had. The following month I was billed again for $79. I’m now trying to get myself out again!! In total I have now paid $207 - it’s been two months since I’ve used the app and they continue to take money. I’m running a small team and this is coming out of my own pocket - not the companies. To the makers of this app: LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT

Won’t let you unsubscribe from spam. I made the mistake of signing up to see if this site would was any good. Now it is spamming my email account to no end and the link for mail preferences tell you to install the app to disable the spam. Once doing this the setting is still no where to be seen. DO NOT INSTALL. The app concept itself is a glorified spreadsheet. I would stay away.

Excellent. This completely changed my organisation’s ways of working. 😍

Sign in with Apple poorly implemented. Don’t even bother downloading this app if you want to use sign in with Apple. The whole process just doesn’t work when when going from setting up an account on an iPhone to wanting to use a web browser or MacOS app.

Would be good if.. It’s a great program. The desktop is amazing. I have tried other software like this and this does everything I need. The only downfall is it would be good if there were more actions I can use on the app like the desktop so I don’t have to keep going back there when I am out and about to get it done. Apart from that I am happy with this program. Thanks

Love Monday. Wish there was a solution for automating emails through mirrored board collumn without having to manually copy an email to another collumn or add a third party plugin that doesn’t work

Mobile apps are terrible. I am an admin for Monday in my organisation. I have done hours of advanced Monday training. I just can’t believe how bad the mobile apps are. Even basic things like searching for a customer name don’t work, or are ridiculously glitchy. I literally can barely do my work at all using these apps, and now, Monday is blocking me from accessing the desktop site on Chrome on my iPad. My work today has basically been brought to a standstill thanks to the dysfunction of the mobile apps and the limitations on the desktop site, despite the fact I have my browser set to use the desktop site by default. Absolutely maddening.

Makes my life super efficient. Love this app. Productivity increased, its much more user friendly than other tools I’ve used before and ensuring that all tasks get “done” has become somewhat addictive

Not a great user experience. Tried using for almost 6 months and neither myself or team members could get used to the user interface. UI was not a natural experience everything just seemed so hard and confusing to follow. It was especially hard keeping up with updates and who has done what. No matter what we tried we just couldn’t get comfortable with it. Recently converted to Asana and OMG what a difference in just hours of using it.

Not good on phones. Great on computers and tablets, but on the phones not great. Can rarely see the messages in the message box on the app and regularly struggles to load. Love the program and all of the functions it’s just a struggle when I’m on the road and don’t have a laptop to use all the time therefore don’t get the full functionality of the program on my phone.

DECEPTIVE WEBSITE- personal use is NOT FREE.. Signed up for personal use, which the website said was free. When I created the account I discovered this ‘always free’ account was ‘always’ free for 14 days and now I have no way to cancel the account. I’m not a big business, I’m not even a business. But I was looking for something to scale up. Not this product. Not with overtly deceptive practices like this. You cannot say something is always free and then send an email after signup and say ‘14 day free trial’ and expect me to be a loyal customer. I’d rather pay for a service that doesn’t lie to me than have a ‘free’ service that does.

Who thought this name was a good idea. Don’t even get me started on how stupid this name change is... unnecessarily confusing! What was wrong with dapulse ?!

Horribly clunky. I enjoyed the non coding workflow to some extent however BASIC functionality is missing in abundance. For example Simple mathematics like plus and minus seems to be unavailable through the workflow using the ‘numbers’ field and although I was able to subtract using a workaround by adding a minus in front of the form it looks aweful and can be confusing for a team when entering. The phone interface is also borderline unusable if you have more than one field. All in all it seems incredibly basic for the money asked. I couldn’t even reset my password, I clicked forgot password on the website then clicked the reset password button on the link provided and it just keeps sending me to the app where I am already logged in with no sign of a password section anywhere. It’s aweful and frustrating. I’m looking for a solution similar to this product so part of me wants to keep figuring it out but it’s a rocky start.

Work. Good

Not free. I used it for two weeks and then it wants me to pay. A lot too! One star because of deception

This program has overtaken my calendar!!!. I have saved drafts for calendar invitations an this app literally sends them!!! And when it sends them its sending as Australia time zone…I’m in Canada!!! I’m in Human Resources, I send out a number of calendar invitations and emails and now this app has made me look like a nut case!!! I try and delete the integration to my work outlook account and it is continually coming back each and every time! I reached out to the support team and of course they haven’t gotten back to me. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

The workflow and automation is so amazing. Automation is ma favorite things in this app!! It’s so much easier to work with my team. I recommend it 110%

Ai is ruining the app. They keep updating and adding additional ai features that are useless. The core functionality of the base app hasn’t been improved and is much more sluggish. They also have changed the ui and it’s terrible on mobile.

Helpful but just isn’t the same as desktop. I wish I had the full functionality from my phone but there are a lot of missing functions from the app. Number one being access to templates - very limited on the app. It is helpful for quickly reviewing and commenting on work to keep processes flowing though.

iOS app is useless. Mobile app is useless, missing lots of functionality that the PC version has, and you can’t log onto the webpage version from mobile without being forced to go to the app! Not to mention my current issue with a a blank board! Not sure what’s going on there but I did contact support. The desktop Version is good, A few things could use upgrading like more customization in the form! I started to see potential in the desktop Version so I started to move my information from another service to here hoping that they would improve the app! Even though the price is a little extreme! But then I got looking at the reviews and saw so manny users complaining about the app and calling it garbage from over a year ago! Most where the developer will ask you to contact support when all of us want to hear something more along the lines of we are working on it! Again the PC version is wonderful but this review is for the Mobile app and the app has a long way to go!

Need more meat!!. Each time we push Monday for a feature we are told that the functionality is not available. Monday needs to hire more developers to push through the basic requirements of its customers. In concept this is a great app. Just need a little more focus on the details to take it across the finish line.

Meh. It doesnt work well on Iphone. Sub items cant be displayed… This app is half useless..

It’s good.. All good.

Game Changer. I absolutely love this app / dealt software, service and the support team is extremely helpful and fast. I own and operate a high volume product photography studio in Montreal for 10 years and we have been using .Monday for about 2 years now....Game Changer This program combined with its integrations and automation has streamline my photography studio i.e production workflow, leads, accounting, inventory, and so much more. I highly recommend this program to any small to midsize company looking for a scalable program that will help organize and track your growth.

Trial. Just doing a trial and already like what I am seeing.

Must have for every size of business. This app is amazing to help keep every aspect of our business organized, projects on track and our staff love using it!!

Horrible mobile/tablet experience but great on desktop. Monday.com was built for the desktop. Mobile and tablet experience is horrible. The UI and UX on mobile is so out of place, boards are hard to navigate, fields are missing, text gets cut short, you can view in many of the views... etc. I was forced to switch to Monday.com from Asana and I’m regretting it because of this reason. But, I’m sure that the team is working on a more fluid, efficient and user friendly experience on mobile/tablet. Please, work on functionality over features. Your recent releases all focus on features but there’s zero functionality. Our Monday.com board for the company is a hot mess of random excel sheets and a bunch of random colours...

Not as expected. I downloaded the application. However it is very different from what is in the website and in App Store. You have more tools from the website

Easy to use. Great tool for managing tasks and projects. Very versatile and easy to deploy. Great product - see value right away.

So damn buggy. Most of then stuff will not load or update. Unless app I’ve tried reinstalling app and updating and still nothing

We get more done. Twice a week our team has a meeting using this app and it has doubled our productivity

Issues Oct 2024. When I upload a photo or video, you have to stay within the app for it to complete. Very time consuming. When I try to upload more than one video at a time, no more than 1 will upload.

Refund. I paid for an online shop through Bold Business, and it was later promised that the pre-built shop would be handed over to me by Monday.Com. However, up until now, I haven't received any relevant replies or received my shop. It's been almost two weeks and more now. They are all scammers, and I'm going to report them to the appropriate authorities. Please don't fall for this. I will continue to update here and inform as many people as I can.

Still not great, bad trackpad support on iPad. I really hope this app grow into it’s own. However, it’s not there yet. Can’t drag items and I cannot use the Magic Trackpad to change statuses.

Spontaneous but Informed and Well Spoken. Monday is a very important day of the week and she is such a kind hearted person with a fragile nature because of all the hustles and bustles the world places on her.Her experiences are a realities and she strives hard to ensure people around her are well taken care of.Often misunderstood and stubborn she’s got a heart of golden heart

Glitches. After updating to the latest version I’ve been unable to fill columns on the mobile app. This should be looked into. I use an iPhone and this app works terribly on iPhones.

Good to review but updates fail. The app has a Web view feel to it and making changes (eg assign epic to task) doesn't stick (yes I hit "Save"). Also, adding new Epic requires you to quit and relaunch the app to see the epic on the Task list. Basically unusable....better off with the website on iPad which isn't really touch optimized though.

Disappointing compared to website. The app is kind of a disappointment from a stand-alone perspective. I think the intent is mostly to be a companion to the web interface, because doing anything more than reviewing your tasks at a glance seems like it’s best managed via web. I tried to create a meeting and lost my dates set, I can’t figure out how it’s syncing with my calendar and it doesn’t seem to display any existing events in the calendars I select. Lacking polish.

Summit Powersports. Great CRM, very user friendly. Has all the plug ins and applications needed for my company.

Monday.com has changed my life. I didn’t know how much I needed this app and now I don’t know if I could live without. It has streamlined so many to-do lists and acts as reminders for the most pressing tasks. I love the communication features between the shared boards and utilizing the automations for best efficiency. I 100% recommend Monday.com.

Frustrating. The app has very limited function compared to the web version. It also takes forever to load information (items, group, boards, nofticiations, etc). Not recommended.

My most valuable app as a freelancer. As someone who has ADHD and works with many different clients, this tool has transformed my ability to deliver great results on time without missing/forgetting important tasks.

Excellente application!. Je n’ai que de bons mots à dire! Un réel plaisir de travaillée avec cette application ☺️ merci aux génies derrière tout ça !

Great tool. Helps my team coordinate projects efficiently

Best productivity app. I love Monday.com. Nothing out there quite compares. I do wish there was a more affordable plan though. The free plan is quite limiting (decent enough to get good usage out of Monday.com still) and the next tier up is a lot of money, if you have a thriving business then it’s definitely worth it though. I think if I could pay for 1 seat monthly and get the perks of the next tier up after the free tier that would be fantastic. Overall, awesome!

Improvement needed. Negative reloading new updates. be inapprehensible with the timer display at sometime.

Not very phone friendly.. The website I confusing and I’m unable to use the link I got sent to join the board and I have had to make 3 accounts cause the inability to use it properly and needing to try something new. Not the best app.

Awful mobile app. Everything is glitchy and unreliable.

Bad login flow. Can’t login if you have multiple google accounts in your browser. Takes the first one as default and then you’re stuck in the tutorial and can’t log out.

The iPad App Needs Help ASAP. I love Monday.com, but I am extremely frustrated with the iPad app, which I would say is not really usable right now due to a bug in the comments sections. If there is a thread of comments under an update on a line item (row), I can only scroll down a little bit. The second or third comments and all below them cannot be seen. It’s like you reached the end, and it just snaps back. You can read a bit of the next comment if you drag your finger and hold it, but as soon as you let go, it snaps back into the position where it’s cut off. This means I can’t reply to anyone. I have to go on my desktop in order to do so. Please take care of the iPad app. It’s far more useful than the phone app (for me, at least).

Best app ever. Best part of my work day

What happen. Not sure what happened recently but has gotten really buggy, can’t access anything

Monday.com is great, the app is really bad. App is difficult to use and difficult to log in. Can’t open desktop version on safari, it forces you to use the app, all very unfriendly. Even though the app is terrible, the desktop version is SO good and su much better than the alternatives for what I need, that I’ll keep using it, hoping for a better app.

The best!. Absolutely love this app! The team and I use Monday.com on a daily basis - it keeps us organized and helps us forecast what’s coming up, who needs to do what, and when to do it. A must your small business.

Efficient. Great app, great system easy flow

Love Monday hate the app. I’d prefer to have a small version of the website over the app. It is so clunky to navigate… on desktop it’s lovely

Review. Good app lots of features. but Not very user friendly to track between boards creating cards, tasks.

Terrible app. Terrible app. To much searching to find info that could all be on one page

Freezes all the time. I can’t get this app to work. I’ve downloaded and reloaded this 4 times now and can’t get it to work. Not sure how it’s not working. I tried months ago and it froze, tried again today, no worky

Grad Student’s Dream. Incredibly helpful for organizing tasks and visualizing a whole project.

mobile app. Monday is awesome and the mobile app helps, but would be nice to include a view that includes names of the group < project < task(sub-item)

Terrible app interface. What’s the point of having a mobile app if none of the functionality is accessible? Monday.com is essentially useless when trying to access from a phone

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

Needs Fixing. None of the images loaded will show up on the app! Previously I’d be able to approve images for social media posts within this app, however, after so many updates, the images don’t load. Making it impossible to work from the app. Everything needs to be done via desktop or laptop. Also unable to edit my own updates via the app! This is so incredibly frustrating.

Double charged. I have been double charged, I was on the 15 member plan then switched to a 10 person plan with more features which actually cost less than the 15 person plan, but even though it costs less the system charged me about $35 please refund this as I was already paying $100 a month on The 15 person plan and when I downgraded to the 10 person plan at $92 which is less than $100 I should have been refunded a few dollars and not charged $35 thank you please fix this

Beware spam emails that won’t stop.. Before signing up for monday as a service, ask yourself if you enjoy spam emails filling your inbox over the weekend. Does the thought of “helpful suggestions” coming to your inbox every single day seem like the kind of thing that you would enjoy? Then by all means, sign up! But! If you do, understand that you are stuck. There is no way that I have found to turn off these horrible emails from within the app. You, apparently, have to be on the desktop browser. How is that convenient? I work remotely from my phone and iPad most of the time. I don’t have a desktop. I have emails from monday though! So many emails...

Could Be. I actually really like this tool so much so that I purchased it... but I have 2 major issues... I had absolutely no idea there was no offline access I travel a lot so not being able set up my boards on a flight is a no go.. The second issue the time tracking functionality should not be only available to the highest paying plan .. that’s just wrong since they are all really expensive.. Not sure if I will be on board for a second year and that makes me sad because the tool really does help with productivity....

Just plain no. Navigating through the app isn’t intuitive at all. Deleting a board or individual things is next to impossible, so once you’ve created something but want to start anew, it’s just going to sit there in the way and you can’t delete it. Even on an iPhone 8+, the spacing and UI area is so indistinguishable that it’s too cluttered to make sense of what’s on the screen and how to analyze info quickly. It’s a really snooty design meant for artsy graphic design students, but not really for businesses or people that need a quick glance, quick info, or quick answers. You’ll spend more time learning how to figure out how to do things in the app as opposed to optimizing your own productivity. It’s pretty much an anti-productive app.

Perfect for keeping track. I sought out this app to help me with my hobby. I sell quite a few crochet hats in anticipation for winter and Christmas season and this year I wanted to keep track of exactly how many I sold and how much money I made. This app was perfect! I was able to log “to do” list and easily move them to”done”list when completed. It also allows you to put a due date and keep track of items by status.

Just a great product.... Monday is an indispensable tool for our team - whether it’s staying on top of product design sprints, implementations or just good old-fashioned to-do lists. So many intuitive features and visibility into where we stand on key projects makes our company more efficient and effective... especially when your team is in multiple countries (and working remotely).

Changed my life. Job: Director of facilities.. This app has literally changed my life. It’s so wonderful at keeping track of things and the color coding on the columns is amazing. If you have an imagination, this app has no limits. I have tabs for all of my employees how much vacation they have taken, when their review is due, and the list goes on. You can make tabs for literally anything and it integrates with all of my other programs flawlessly. Thank you Monday for everything!

Disappointing - compared to desktop. Agree with others - greatest app ever - but NOT on IOS. The iOS developers are NOT on board nor on par with the desktop developers. No calendar view, no timeline/gantt view etc. Everything is just kinda gimped together, buggy, and feels like high-school level app design. It REALLY feels like a cheap knock off of the ‘real’ app. Which is really sad, considering how great the desktop version is. The iPad is taking over - why not invest in developing for it? This app, on the iPad/iPhone, is 90% useless. Very sad. Hope they put a little more care into their customers who travel a lot and don’t want to constantly work on a full desktop computer.

Love it, but there’s a few things. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Monday app. It allows you to create super intuitive ways for the team to keep statuses current on everything they’re working on, super efficiently. One thing I just realized is that I’d like to be able to click the plus button on the workspace main page and add a document - this will help when I’m away from my computer but I create docs for projects and processes.

It allows real customization & works great. The only reason I give 5 stars is that I wish I as the owner of the lists and the one who invites my team to join that I could determine who if anyone can change and delete what I’ve invited them too. I haven’t been able to find how to lock the list and allow them to only make changes to the how their working on it vs. they can literally go in and just delete everything or take someone off a project all together. It will notify me but I had hoped I could just give certain team members certain permissions. Other than that I do love this app and it’s working very well with no other complaints. If you’re looking for a simple project manager that Allows you to customize how you wanna track it, Complete it, etc. this will 100% work for you.

Exactly what I wanted. I love this product. I’ve tried so many generic to do lists and none fit well. I finally made a checklist of everything I need and this fills every request. It’s a bit overpowered for me since I’m only using it for myself. Because of that, I can’t justify the price. For teamwork, which is its purpose, it would be a perfect solution. I highly recommend it for groups even though I won’t be using it anymore.

Revolutionarily helpful. Room for improvement.. I absolutely love Monday. It is amazingly helpful when it comes to integrating software‘s and simplifying any workflows onto one extremely useful dashboard. You can keep tabs on anything and there’s tons of benefit. That being said, there is always room for improvement. Some things bug me, but it’s still second to none.

Even “I” can use this with ease!. I am 58, soon to be 59, and we were still learning cursive writing when I was a kid! I am the pre-internet generation. My kid’s are 20 and 24 years old respectively, and have taught me a lot about technology. I now work with a tech savvy entrepreneur that has a few different businesses, and believes in automation and efficiency. Your site is user friendly, to where if I can maneuver my way through, anyone can!! Thank you!

Monday lost my Project Data!! Monday ruined my week!!. Horrendous experience with Monday. The system mysteriously lost an entire day’s work on a project plan. Customer service and the developers in Israel couldn’t figure it out. All they said was “sorry”. That just doesn’t cut it. This is a lightweight system. UPDATE: I’ve written to their senior management team (CEO Roy Mann and his General Counsel) and they won’t even acknowledge receipt of my emails. At this point, I believe they have a serious system problem or were hacked and aren’t admitting it. Overall, seems like they could care less about their customers. How can a cloud-based software provider not care about data loss? I will never use this “system” again. Monday ruined my week!

One of The Most Useful Productivity Apps Out There. While I’m currently on the free trial of the service, what I’ve already experienced blew me away. The intuitive controls mixed with a rewarding interface and infinitely customizable tabs basically translates to any of your projects getting done. Of course there are some downsides, but nothing that can’t be solved with continual usage and the community giving helpful and honest feedback. Try it out for yourself for free, and you won’t regret it.

Love the mobile experience!!!. They recently updated the mobile experience to include a full My Work that shows you everything you’re assigned to, plus they also highlighted the activity log so you can quickly see what changes happened recently, potentially from others in your project.

Great App!. I don’t leave reviews often but this app is worth it. If you are a manager and need help delegating and keeping track of tasks while managing a team or working towards a goal this app is perfect. They have great organization and the interface is very straightforward and easy to use. Must have for business professionals in a team setting.

Absolute perfect product. This is it, this is the company that got it right! It’s perfect for everything, flexible and versatile. I can’t speak for its performance across large team and complex projects but its keeping me and my little team extremely organized. It really improved my life, I religiously dedicate time to organize everything, learn how to extract more value out of it like use of automation etc..I think this app will be in my life for a long time

CEO. System is a great communication platform, however fails on true project management workflows. We have been an enterprise user for 3 years, so we see value in the communication aspect, “work management” not so much. When the updates are issued, beware customer service is non responsive. Several issues throughout the years where it takes weeks to months for resolution, some causing temporary stoppage in services. To summarize: - Use it as a communication and file storage - Have a secondary process for when, not if their systems are buggy - Set a process for archiving and backing up data for the down times - Have a Super User, as support takes weeks to resolve basic issues majority of time created by their system upgrades and work arounds are a must - Forget about escalation, that was also left of the roadmap Best of luck and know what the pros are and limit your scope in the cons department.

Best checklist/ planning/ tracking and more. I only understand a fraction of the tools but what I do use is essential to my work. I’m real estate, I have several checklists that are used for every property or client. I can easily copy as needed and adjust the dates. I can edit and rearrange . I get email notifications for due dates and when things are past due. It’s my dream app for my work!

One small complaint. I use this app for work EVERY SINGLE DAY and most of the times I have to go mobile on my job and I have one small complaint with huge implications. When I have to go mobile this app doesn’t offer/support third party cloud/drivers or any other type of attachments that aren’t photos when I need to create new pulses. Is this something you as developers plan to add to the platform? Because it sorely needs it. Sorry for the 3.0 review but as I said, this has a huge impact on my job and lately had become really frustrating.

Customer service. Everything about Monday is great…EXCEPT for the customer service. We have asked and wanted to inquire for enterprise for almost a month now and we have only gotten an appnmnt to talk to someone weeks from now. We are just wanting to know pricing. We got all the info about it right away and yet…nothing about a price or a way to upgrade. Complete lack of service on their part. Please do better

App is hardly useable. Compared to Trello or another service I find Monday to be trying to do too many things at once and doesn’t do any of them well. I’ve been wanting to use it for a few years and finally decided to onboard the team to it a few months ago. IMO, the only thing that is okay-ish is the ability to add sub items to tickets. Trying to use the app to see tasks / overview is nearly impossible. Opening a ticket from email is ok but beyond that I just shut it down and wait till I’m on my desktop. Please hire a professional UI/UX team to make sure the site and app actually flows and works well for a variety of use-cases. Note: I’m the CTO running a dev team but my sales coworkers seem to like Monday but They are basically using it as it as a google sheet for our OKRs and reporting. The sales team never fully adopted Trello but Monday seems to work for them. I think it has potential and I’m trying to adopt it but it has been a struggle and hardly worth the price IMO.

Changing my somewhat disorganized life. I have always lived in a state of “controlled chaos” but I as my art business grows that simply wasn’t working. I need business brain to take a rest so I could liberate my creative brain to move freely. The app was seriously the perfect solution. My phone is practically always in my hand so every idea and to-do goes right in here! Perfect for small businesses and creative too!

Every business needs this. If you manage projects, tasks, or people you need this app. If you don’t do any of these things then you need to get a job. It would probably help you do your job better too. I’ve tried multiple methods from excel sheets to post it notes. I’ve been frustrated by every method. This one is robust and intuitive. It was brilliantly thought out. I have become a fan very quickly. Congrats on a great product.

Not just for business ppl. I’ve implemented this app to my life for about 10 days and my productivity level has increased so much. I wrote lists and lists of things to do and study, and I was able to get through them much easier than ever. I would love to one day use this to my own future office. I wish the price range is lower for people like me who just uses for themselves but honestly I think it is worth the cost for the improvement in your life!

It’s Great Because It’s Simple. I’m super impressed with this app. It has great UI/UX - ease of use, simplicity. It’s really great at doing exactly what it does - nothing more, nothing less. They are not trying to cram every feature in under the sun and be all things to all people (ahem, ClickUp). This results in an actually enjoyable app experience, that practically serves its purpose as an intuitive, easy to use project management tool.

Taking a deeper dive. For years, I have been working with a different company that had Monday employment and I was a guest. I was so impressed that I finally subscribed for myself and my staff. I am learning the ropes now so far I’m finding out to be extremely well designed, customizable, and overall easy to use. I have a lot to learn, but I am excited to keep going.

Nice tool, but unable to keep data after cancelling the service. I like Monday’s functionality, ease of use, etc., but after finding out that I am not able to export all my data (attachments) at once, I have decided to cancel the service. This is a major drawback for iCloud services, I pay for a service and I should own my data... Unfortunately, that is not the case when it comes to keeping all of the attachments in my account via the exporting boards functionality. Also, would be cool to have more file format choices exporting my data.

Not for me as single user. While this is clearly a very powerful product it wasn’t clear to me when I signed up that there really isn’t a way to use the features as a single user. The paid plans are designed for teams, minimum of 3 members. As a single user at least there is a free version but you lose a lot of functionality. This combined with a steep learning curve has left me disappointed, the pricing wasn’t clear when I signed up & I shouldn’t really have invested time in learning how it works.

Huge help…. I’m a director of a small nonprofit. Even with a small organization there are so many minute details that come about each and every day. Plus, being a young leader with little resources and significant ADHD, Monday is a huge help. It’s almost like having additional support staff to help me manage my day-day and long term projects. 10/10 recommend. And the customer service people are top class.

Big problem. Hey i like the idea for this app and i think it could be very useful for my family, but we have an iPad Pro and every time I go onto a different screen, some of the things on the board get erased and the board resets to the original form that it was before I edited it. It is really frustrating and I keep having to copy the same things over and over again. Looking through these reviews tells me that I’m not the only person experiencing this issue, so we would all really appreciate it if it were fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Pretty great. I’m an independent consultant and monday is my primary tool for client communication. My executive clients love the dashboards I set up for them to check project status and monitor results. They appreciate the high level views with the ability to quickly drill down when/if needed. Tool integrations save me a ton of time and allow me to manage the vast majority of my work in one place. I’ve never been so organized with such little effort.

Review. Love that the app on a phone lets you look at your list to complete. It is harder to create items on the Phone app. It is easier to look at different views on a desktop version. I love the night view with different colors for each group. I do wish that you could make a different boards and list different colors underneath work spaces. It would also be nice to be able to change a home workspace.

Horrible lag. My company uses Monday to assign our appointments and result leads. I am constantly dealing with insane lag times. Takes forever for my appt list to load. We as a company have missed dozens of appts because the appt lists don’t update in time. You have to wait sometimes 3 mins just for the lists to update properly. When we save our entries, they always get deleted. When you use an app on daily for crucial situations, you need it to be reliable. And this app is not reliable at all. Our owner is too busy to find a new program and we had high hopes with Monday. As a company we all cannot stand it anymore.

Feels very slow in iOS 12.. Just got told to give this app a look to better my workflow. It looks really good and it seems like it has a lot of features, but every action in the app feels very laggy. It’s almost as if the App needs an extra second to process everything, including when I type. The swiping seems like its gets stuck and in slow motion. I am sure this is a great app judging by the other reviews, but the fact even typing feels slow renders the app useless to me. The issue us not processing power as I have an iPhone Xs Max. There’s something buggy in the app.

The App is Good But Could Use a Few Updates. The app is convenient to have on a mobile device. I like the fact that I can see boards as a list and manage tasks on the go. However, some of the features do not work in the app mode. For instance, formulas don’t work. I have to switch to desktop mode on Google Chrome or go to my computer to see the results of a formula. Also, links appear like text, so I have to copy and entire link and paste it in Safari to open the link’s address or website. A few updates to fix these bugs would be good.

BEST system creation tool in our small business. An absolute must-have for team collaboration. The sky is the limit with Monday. We talk about how much we love Monday weekly. 😂 It took our small business internal systems from chaotic to streamlined. The integrations are endless, automations save us time and the mental load, help us track clients, to dos, notes, packages, etc. everything you need for your collaborative business needs!

We love Monday!. Monday itself is a great platform. I know for a fact we don't utilize as much as we should and there is more we could be doing with it. But for what we use it for, it works great. The mobile app has come a long way over the past 2 years. It still has its bugs here and there and is slow to load board info sometimes. It's nice to have it available at your fingertips day and night when you're away from a computer though!

User Friendly but not the Best for Individual Use. I tried using this app for personal use to help keep track of test objectives for a certification I’m studying for. It is such a good app, but the items limit has really deterred me from using it anymore. If there was a price for just one user, I would love it, but until then, it’s not the app for me. *Off topic, but if there was a way to add subitems within a subitem, that would be cool.

It’s amazing to have mental clarity each day.. This makes getting up feel like I’m a human being instead of a work slave. Huge impact on my work flow. It’s a tad too expensive IMO so if I had to say the negative, that would be it. The options for the schedule boards are great for keeping your team on task. They should reconsider the price and let Monday be the savior. That’s an actual business model that works immensely during a recession. Thanks for the creators, you have done business owners well. 🎉🎈✔️🔑❇️

Flexible, reliable, and easy to use for beginner teams. Introduced to the platform while collaborating with a team. They introduced me to Monday... I was sold within minutes! Wasn’t clunky, confusing or time consuming. I have had one instance where I didn’t receive a message a team member left - took 3 days to show. Glitch? I keep the app up to date. Easily move between phone (IPhone) and computers without interruption. Thanks!!!

Great Project Management Tool. I’ve only used monday for a week and it has changed the way I organize and communicate my tasks already. It allows my managers to view my annual and weekly projects in real time. This tool has the potential to create a transparent and fluid working relationship. It also reminds me of what needs to be done. I love it so far. I have downloaded the phone so app I’m always plugged in. No computer/laptop necessary.

Grear for task organization. The nonprofit in which I work is a very small team with highly delegated individual projects, so we recently adopted Monday as a way to communicate our progress as we complete our tasks each week. It works great, and we’re steadily becoming more productive as a result! My only complaint is that the design of the app is not as user-friendly as the web application. It’s functional, but the web app is far easier to navigate.

Buggy and not optimized for mobile devices. Overall I like Monday, but the iPad and iPhone versions leave a lot to be desired. Can’t add columns without getting an error message saying I don’t have permissions even though I’m the board creator and admin. Then get another error when I try to use the in-app feedback tool to report the first error! Also, the interface needs to be completely rethought for mobile. Far too much scrolling to see columns is needed. It’s bad on the iPad and barely usable on the iPhone.

Everything you need in one place. I have never found ONE app to keep everything organized in ONE place. Add team members, have your own private boards, keep things moving and get back on track as you come and go. Small tasks, big projects, it doesn’t matter. It’s organized, added to your google calendar and collaborated with those who need to see it. Magical!

I’ve tried so many apps. So just like the title I have tried so so so many apps but this one is truly one that has helped me stay organized It’s also easy to use ; many apps I have tried have the same template in a different color , I think I am trying another app but no it’s just a different name but monday is different, unique and original.

Almost perfect. We love this app. But the one major issue we have is not being able to add/upload photos via mobile app. It’s extremely important for us. When traveling overseas our field agents use mobile phones for everything. Fast paced environments and the areas visited keep the agents from using laptops on the job. Not being able to upload docs or photos is a huge setback. Please fix or make this feature possible ASAP! Then it would be rock solid!

Hands down the best project mgmt tool on the market!. I’ve been in business for five years. I needed to organize my clients, myself, my projects and my processes. This is the easiest and simplified version to eliminate email communication and have an all-in-one tools. The app could definitely use some UX upgrades but they’re definitely far ahead of the competition. Did I mention their 24/7 superior customer service team? So good!
