Won’t allow me to use most of the app. It wouldn’t let me use 75% of the app, it kept saying “give us access to your photos and contacts so we can do this” so I'd press the button to go to setting and everything is already allowed, I can’t use most of the app so I just canceled my membership.

Won’t work. I purchased the $4.99 premium option. When I try opening the app it flashes and closes. I tried deleting it and re-downloading it without success. It only opens if I do not give it access to my photos or contacts....but that defeats the purpose of having the premium option!! I wrote twice to the developer and other than a “sorry this is happening “ nothing else got fixed. I want my $4.99 back!

Great!👏. So this app started off great but then after about 15-25 mins I was cleaning my phone out it wouldn’t let me delete anything because, it would say you have to pay. I just want to have this app for free! Can you guys respond but anything other than that this app is awesome !👏

Keeps crashing. I keep getting through all the photos and selecting a bunch to delete... then it crashes. Very frustrating! It’s happened time and time again.

Free and clear. It’s so easy to use ! Not at all complicated, like others. This app. Basically groups up all the clutter and presents them to you. You choose which ones stay and the ones that go! That simple! Love it it’s great! Thanks guys! Awesome application. I will recommend to everyone!

Scam. Terrible app, doesn’t do much to clear up space, and flashes pop ups at you until it gets you to accidentally purchase the premium 5$ version. Cannot even complete many of the tasks (such as combining your contacts, it’ll say complete and then tell you the same duplicates exist when you reopen) and you still have to go in and individually select each photo duplicate or video to remove or compress. I might as well just hook it up to my computer for free and do everything one by one. This saves zero time, and the cheap pop ups to purchase the full version feel like a scam to get you to accidentally purchase (they look exactly like the “please execute task” buttons that you have to answer to complete EVERY single photo deletion or video compression)

No good for me. Used this to clean up my contacts which some how had gotten duplicated. Cleaned them up alright that is it screwed them up so badly that it forced me to fix them all myself manually. It mixed phone numbers and email addresses from different contacts together and it was a long and frustrating job looking up the correct information for every contact and fixing each of them.

so intuitive I love it. I am a very disorganized person, but after using this app, I was amazed to see how quickly my iPad and other devices cleaned up. I’m only on the three day trial, but I’m thinking I might commit to a month because this is one of the best cleaning software‘s I’ve ever used.

Stopped Working. Sometime after the most recent iOS update this app stopped working for me. Too bad too because I paid for the full version. Customer support from the developer is NONE as I have tried to contact them several times with no response. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times to no avail. When you attempt to open the app it begins to open, does its little spin thing and then immediately shuts down. The app is still open and you have to force it closed. Maybe giving them a one star review will get some response. Or my money back... ya right!

Went from Good to NOTHING. Bought and PAID FOR several features of this app. All of a sudden it stopped working...months ago. Been emailing back and forth with “support” and keep getting promised that it will be up and running again soon and still - NOTHING. NO REFUND, EMPTY PROMISES, and an app that doesn’t even open anymore. NOT HAPPY. NOT WORTH PAYING FOR, took my money and left me with NOTHING. THANKS “Brain” from “support” (yes, it was from a person named “Brain”) for all the empty promises in your emails. For NOTHING. Very disappointing. It WAS a good app but how can I say that anymore? Until they actually fix it like they’ve been promising, I will not rate this app for anything positive. Thanks a lot....NOT.

Don’t try to fool users!. I carefully selected about 500 similar photos to delete and it took me about 20-30 minutes to choose. When I hit the delete button, it says I can delete 5 counts limit photos a day. If I wanna delete all 500 photos I selected, I need to try it free and auto-subscribe the app for $9.99 per month. I have no problem with paying that money if I like the app. However, it was very disappointing that the app did not explain that before I select all those pictures to delete. I was upset and decided not to delete those photos and to review here instead. This is my first ever review of the App Store. Very disappointing.

Best and helpful app. It is probably my first comment. Usually i never do comments . But this app is great. I am able to delete all copy pictures from my 128gb phone. Which is fully loaded with pictures. Thank you.

Somewhat easy to use. For the most part it’s fairly easy to use. I’m still struggling to learn how to use the app. It’s a little more difficult than i thought it would be. Maybe being 82 has something to do with it. Challenging but i am getting photos and contacts cleaned up.

Then the up selling starts. Free app for a few minutes they the “buy the better version” pop ups start. Just as in figuring out what this app actually does, it starts with the annoying pop ups. It didn’t do a good job finding duplicate photos and the interface leaves questions about what’s going to actually happen when you touch a button. At least let me figure it out before the in-app up-selling starts. I’m deleting it because of that.

It’s pointless. The app works great but I don’t get the point of it the only thing I get is how much space it takes but either way what’s the point of this when you could just go through your camera roll and delete stuff same with apps and contacts that you don’t like or whatever you get the point also how it “cleans” stuff up this would be the first thing on my list to delete bc there is no point.

Very Buggy, not usable. Like the idea of this app but very buggy and glitchy. Takes forever for all of my photos to load (I have 58,000+) then once it finally loads all of them 15 minutes later I click the first set of duplicates to review and then nothing pops up then the app quits and shuts down and when I reopen it I have to spend another 15 minutes loading everything again, only for it to force quit on me again. Frustrating.

Great cleaning app for mobile!. Whenever you need more space on your phone this app will be your good friend. It remove duplicate photos/video and all unwanted junks. Moreover, it compress videos without losing quality.

Astounding. I can actually see how much space an individual files takes up so I can know how to effectively free up my space; astonishing! It’s almost as if this should be something that one can easily and with little expertise do on the device by default....

As the result my device is so fast. It was able to free up a lot of phone memory, now works much better, thank you!

Works. When it isn’t freezing up the phone. It’s too bad... The interface is well thought out. But a good 30% of the “duplicate” photos are not even similar or from the same date, so unless you open each suggested collection you risk losing a photo you want to keep. On top of that it only worked for me once after freezing up my phone on 4 tries. I went ahead and paid $4.99 for the package, and it still froze. Not just the app but the whole phone freezes for an extended time, it’s pretty scary. And when I reopened the app it had forgotten that I had already paid the premium(which the app developers seem to know is a problem so they put a “restore” button in the corner, but at first it’s confounding. So overall I can’t say this really saved me any time. Disappointing, and I don’t know how to get my money back.

Cleaner. Could have accomplished better results by myself. Auto cleaning is totally unreliable, must go through each group individually, same as going through photos yourself because it gives false duplicates. Spent hrs going through and it still shows over 40 duplicate pictures but open each group, pictures are completely different sad.

Great when it works. This app is very handy and user friendly. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is I have had this happen multiple times, where when using the photo duplicity scan and erase, I have selected some 200 photos to be erased as duplicates, only to have the app crash upon selecting the “delete” button, and once I go back into it, I have to start all over. Talk about wasting 30 minutes or more. Not fun.

Buggy but useful. Can’t open videos for the compress function. The compress function in and of itself doesn’t seem to work, or if it does, it takes forever. The similar names tool seems meaningless because a name like “Katrina” and “Katina” are actually two different people. Seems like the UI could use some work too. But beyond my gripes lies a useful app for taking out the grunt work in cleaning up the debris in our file system. Thanks guys.

It simply doesn't work. At all.. I purchased the contact option and if doesn't do anything. I can select contacts to be merged, but it will not merge them. Bulk merges? Forget it. I either get a spinning wheel that literally "worked" overnight with no results. Contacted support and received a message that they don't work Fridays or Saturdays. If my issue is resolved I will amend the review, but as of now it isn't even a one star app.

Totally screwed. This app combines ALL of my unknown email addresses with random contacts. Now my brother’s contact (along with many others) has 150 email addresses. People with similar names are now merged so I have no idea whose phone belongs to whom. I have over 3500 contacts and now I don’t know whose contact info belongs where and I can’t find any way to undo anything! I’ve even tried to reset my phone and all that did was lose my passwords on another app. This was the worst thing I could have done!!!! Should have just cleared the dupes manually!!!!

These problems will be fixed soon. Hi, so I currently know that IOS 13 isn’t working with a Cleaner and is crashing the app, making it unusable. I understand that it’s just a temporary problem and the app will update soon to be able to support IOS 13 or over. For now, the app gets 3 stars until it gets fixed.

Doesn’t work -waste of time and money. So it says “auto clean” after the duplicate photo search. Then it comes up with the duplicates, but you need to select each one individually, then hit “delete duplicates” since it found 3000 duplicates on my phone, this is a total waste of time. It is no faster using this program than just going through and deleting the photos manually. Also there are no instructions with this app, just a completely useless tutorial that does not tell you how to accomplish anything. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Useful Cleaner app. This app saves both the time and device storage. I have just used it and instantly get it's benifits. It's deficult to select one by one the similar and duplicate images and remove from device. Through this app i have selected them within one click and delete from stroage. Very much fast and smooth. Recommended!!

Noo!!!! deleted similar pictures not just duplicates.. This app claimed to be deleting just the duplicates, but after examining it also is deleting my similar photos as well. That should not be. If you spend time to edit a pic, lighting, color, etc. it is no longer the same as the original. This app cannot recognize that and deleted many pictures i did not want to delete. Very disappointed. Save your money. Buy a different app instead of this one.

It was okay at first. I did kinda enjoy it a bit however, it deleted a LOT of photos that aren't even similar. and I had a subscription to being able to delete more photos etc for a good month or so. I didn't use the app as much as I thought I was going to so I cancelled it. It said that my subscription will be cancelled but I can still have the features till the 20th of November. So I tried opening it to see if I did have some useless data on my phone and it won't open anymore. I want my $8 back for just this month to be honest cause I have 7 more days to use the feature till I can't anymore but it cut short 'cause it wanted to act stupid and not open.

READ.... DO NOT let this company scam you.. This company is a fraud. They will take your money. Apple should hire teams to make sure companies or individuals can’t scam you. Brain Ltd is not a legitimate business. Refund all that have bought. I tried this several times on phone and iPad. Deleted app and still same thing. Zero happens. If a company gets 10 bad reviews should have to pull app until fixed. I hate to give it one star it won’t let me give a 0. So here is the official score ZERO

Free version = Useless. This app might as well not have a free version. You are limited to having the ability to delete about 10 photos and then you have no privileges within the app unless you pay for the full version. Obviously the creator of this app can’t make any money on advertising or is incapable of learning marketing schemes that will build this apps audience. Needless to say I’m deleting this app and storing it my memory as complete rubbishy.

The best cleaner 👍👍👍. I use my personal phone for work. Somehow my contacts got duplicated and I had over 2400 contacts + 3200 spam contacts from linking my phone to someone else’s, it would have taken me 3 hours to try delete the duplicate contacts but I can’t finish. Then I have tried to delete the duplicate contacts by using apps. After downloading an another app to delete my duplicate contacts but that disappointed me. I lost my contacts. Fortunately contacts had backup on my computer. After few months I want to merge my contacts but it didn’t work as my expectation. I have used many other apps which work best for merge contacts. I don’t know how many apps I had until downloading this app and watching it for me. But I never knew there was an app that could help me. I downloaded the app with the intension to be able merge duplicate contacts in one click. The first and only contact management application that I could find which really makes the job. It can also compress my photos & videos size which was an extra benefit for me because I was suffering my poor storage. I can also remove my unwanted files & check my phone battery detail status. Finally, I was successful. 😊😊😊

Beyond Bad. After I paid around $5 for this app it found 5,000 + duplicate photos on my phone or so it said. I’m not sure how a leopard and a storage building are duplicates but that was the story for each folder of duplicates I opened. This app in no way works for photos. I used another app “Remo Duplicate Photo Remover” and it found 760 duplicate photos. Quite a difference... And no I’m not associated with the other app. I was simply very disappointed with this app and very thankful to have found another app that did far better for free.

Finally...one that works.. I’ve tried several duplicate cleaners, and I hated every one of them, wishing that I kept trying more. This one is the last. It’s easy, efficient, and a pleasure to use. It’s so simple that even I can use it.

Merged over 100 contacts that shouldn’t have been. At first this app merged ALL 200 of my contacts under one contract. After Erasing and restoration from a previous iCloud backup 86 of them were recovered however the others were still lost under this one contact. Being that I suffer from Chronic Illness my doctors were very important to my health and the fact that I no longer have all of their phone numbers and can’t recover them is a danger to my health for which you are responsible! I will never use your product again and warn people against it since it corrupts iCloud backups as well!

This app is cr- You get the idea.. I would personally like to gather every who gave this app great ratings into one old barn and beat their pixel faces in before calmly walking away and letting the zombie hoard eat them. I hope they taste better than their taste was. Cleaning photos... let’s see. Pulling duplicates. I guess if think a screen shot of text messages is a duplicate photo in a group with 4 models wearing wedding gowns, then yes. Bravo. Well done. And before you ask, yes. There indeed were other pictures of dresses. Those aren’t duplicates. Even if it’s the same dress, different pose- not a duplicate. What’s worse, I had no option to delete them. Totally useless.

Mislead. Again.. Look. I have no problem paying for apps...if they’re good. The ones I’ll pay for are one of two things-extremely we’ll known (adobe stuff for instance) or so great to use I upgrade. If it cost money initially, I will research it and decide if it’s worth shelling up for. If it is free, and I love it, I will happily upgrade. If is says free but does basically literally NOTHING except bombard you with offers to upgrade, all but one, completely useless function available? I will give it a bad review on principle alone. So I have no idea if this app is good or not. I do know that the people marketing it as free are not concerned with ethical standards in selling and have no qualms about wasting your time. Don’t be liars and time wasters-just make your product good enough to charge for from the jump, or good enough to give a usable amount of options for free, and too tempting not to upgrade. Do better.

Dope. If you are photogenic or one of the capture the moment type of Individuals. This App is the one for you. I just cleared 1,000 duplicate photos clearing up space on my iPhone as well. At first I was skeptical so I checked “recently deleted” to my surprise everything looks good. 10/10 a few people are upset regarding the in app purchase but in my opinion it’s worth it! Thanks you BPmobile you nailed it!

Just got the new update..... It won’t open anymore and therefore can’t report the “crash”... so I’m writing it here in hopes that someone sees it. I’ve got way too many pictures on my phone and have been using the app to slowly chip away at the photos I have so I can eventually update my phone. I’ve never gotten the chance even when I cleared enough space due signal issues, but now that I have better internet I need this app to help sort through my images.

Beware. Back up everything before you use this app. I had to clean up duops in my contacts and it deleted the top 1500 I use all the time. It took out addresses to the ones that left and just left me with phone numbers if anything. What a waste of money. It will take you longer To retrieve information that it deleted than it’s worth. After two months I’m still trying to find contact information and other sources because of this app

Duplicate photos cleaning doesn’t work. I went in and tried to clean my duplicate photos several times. I went into my settings to ensure that something wasn’t blocking it and everything is set accordingly. Plus every time I select the photos to be deleted, it shows there deleting but then it kicks me out of the app. So I go back into the app only to discover that everything that I just selected to delete is still showing.

WARNING: do not enable automatic cleanup. It fails to accurately spot duplicates. Re: photos, it was NEVER accurate in spotting duplicates, and the images it claimed to be duplicates weren’t even close (e.g. a screenshot of a text and a group photo on a red carpet were grouped as duplicates). Re: contacts, I scrolled thru the first 20 matches, and not a single one was a true duplicate; every single “duplicate” was two DIFFERENT people. Had I automatically accepted their search results, I’d have lost hundreds of photos, merged a couple hundred unrelated contacts, and lost about 100 contacts by merging the info from one contact under another contact’s name. If you have thousands of photos and contacts, FIND ANOTHER APP and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Worthless!!! Avoid this App!. App doesn’t even load on newer iOS! I’ve complained, (I paid for this app a few yrs ago and it was fine). But all you get when you complain is a “form letter” type of message that says they’re working on it! Of course they’re in China! No telling how much $$$ they’ve made and you won’t get a refund! If there were any way to file class action against these thieves, I’d be on board! 😡

Bought Premium, Stopped Working.. I bought the premium for the features, then I used them and it worked fine, but the next time I tried to open the app it just closed itself immediately after displayed the app icon. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the app still does this, and the only way for me to reverse from premium to standard is to do it in-app, so I can’t even get my money back for an app that doesn’t work.

Steals money from you. This app does not do anything for you unless you pay a monthly fee or use a free trial which after 3 days charges your card. Pretty standard practice BUT this app provides no visible way to actually cancel you membership. Besides that obviously terrible flaw this app doesn’t even help you with pictures(I have not used it for contacts). This app can not distinguish a picture of a cat from a car it is just absolutely terrible. I have multiple pictures I actually do have duplicates or higher/lower resolutions of and instead of detecting those it brings up a huge list of over 200 obviously and visibly different images that are clearly 1 off original photos with no similarities or pattern, not in lighting, not in colors, and not even subject matter. I wish I could rate this app 0/5 but unfortunately 1/5 will have to do.

“Duplicates” are not similar. Seemed to randomly group my photos into sets of “duplicates” where every photo was extremely different and unrelated. Occasionally there would be two photos that did look similar, but they would be in a group with 8 to 40 other completely unrelated photos. It did always sort the photos into the same weird groupings if I exited the app, stopped its background processing, and then restarted. But, the groups were nonsensical, so the sorting was useless. The app modes seem like they would be very helpful, if they worked at all. As it stands, I’m deleting it.

Measure twice, cut once. This is a fantastic tool, but like any other tool, not perfect in every circumstance. I have a lot of memes and saucy art on my phone. If two items are very similar (ie two memes of the same template, or two variations of an art piece) this app may erroneously label them as duplicates. Fortunately, the app doesn’t delete anything unless you tell it to, so users can AND SHOULD verify each item. (I took a screenshot of a SFW example of an erroneous labeling of duplicates, but cannot upload it here). If anything were to be changed, a preview page showing all selected items before you confirm that you want to delete them would be a nice addition, but otherwise I recommend this app to anyone whose storage is reaching capacity.

Useless and stupid. All these cleaners do on apple is just try and make you delete big photos or videos you have on your phone. It doesn’t do anything else of value, no cleaning of internet cache, random videos stored on the phone from games and apps, or help free up ram. All they ever do is just say “this video is big, want to delete it to save space”. It’s absolutely useless and implies you’re dumb enough to not know when to free up space from your photos.

Don’t bother. Installed this - it found lots of duplicate photos but when I tried to proceed the screen went blue. So I tried duplicate contacts - it showed me a few but when I tried to merge one my phone froze and then crashed. Seriously don’t bother. Everything was slowed down. This app has been deleted and my phone is happily behaving normally again. One star rating as I cannot give no stars!

Couldn’t even get it to open. Read loads of reviews about the app crashing and they’re not wrong - just downloaded it for the first time and I can’t even get it to open. I’m on IOS 13. Such a shame because the reviews PRIOR to this update were really good. Please fix :(

Not happy!. I installed this for a trial. I uninstalled it because I didn’t want it. Today in my purchased history in the last 90 days that this app is pending $2.99. I never purchased anything! How is that possible!? Now I can’t update any of my apps through the app store because of the pending. I will not refer this app.

Rubbish false advertising. You can compress about 3-4 photos then after that it's $2.99 per photo. That's ridiculous. Plenty of free compression software out there guys don't bother. ATTN Developer don't list your app FREE when clearly it's not.

Great free tool. One minor bug when it does not show 2 entries to merge but just retry and it works. It goes into infinite loop

Crashes. Saw ad on IG. Have it a go and it crashes every use. Need to work some bugs out.

This app does not work. Scanned my photos 3 times. A different number of duplicates was identified each time (varying by 800). On attempting to review the duplicate the app crashed and I had to start again. After 3 attempts and 30 minutes I gave up and deleted the app

Cleaned up my contacts. My contacts were a mess. I’d downloaded the premium version of another app but bugs meant it didn’t work. Thank goodness I got this one as I now have a nice tidy contact list without any duplicates! My contacts are now about 400 entries fewer.

KEEPS CRASHING. App keeps crashing my iPhone is new so I know it’s not from my end. I tried resetting my phone and re-downloading the app multiple times and it just keeps crashing. What a shame.

Sucked. App sucked, downloaded it to delete duplicate photos (I have over 16,000 photos) and it didn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do, every time I tried to delete the duplicates the app crashed *rolls eyes*

Worked well, but no longer works. I bought this many months ago, used it to start cleaning my photos, but did not have time to finish the job. Went back to it today and the app no longer works. It opens, displays a splash screen, then closes.

Not worth it.. Did ok with the contact clean up. Could not stand the way this app detected duplicates in videos and pictures. App grouped pictures based on nothing in particular which made deleting anything it recommended impossible. I was afraid to trust this app with my memories. Disappointed that getting money back for the app purchase is so difficult.

Good but I have one Issue 👍🏻. This app is pretty good in general, but I do wish you could do an auto-clean without going to the pro version.

Meh. It let me remove one duplicate photo for free. Then it wanted money. I don’t think I’d want it to auto-delete duplicates because not all the photos it said were dupes were really dupes. Doesn’t seem to do much else that other pre-installed apps or free apps like Google Contacts don’t do. Can’t recommend.

Great cleaner. Very helpful app to clean duplicate photos, contacts or just to free some memory. It’s very accurate when it shows battery status. Many helpful tools in one app. I’m very satisfied.

Just what I needed. Matches some as duplicates that aren’t even close, but those are easy to sort out. Makes it easy to pick out those that are absolutely duplicates or very similar.

Just put a price on it.. Just downloaded this app and if you don’t mind get pop up adds every time (and I do mean literally EVERY TIME!) you might find it useful. Every time I touch the screen a list pops up trying to sell me something else the app can make easier while at the same time NOT doing what I downloaded for!!! Deleting!!!!!!!

Wasn’t of time and money. While the theory sounds great, I consistently had the app crash after it tried to read my message photo library. It crashed 18 times out of 25. Of the times it did work, the duplicate detection was totally inaccurate. It considered different people, city, setting, etc. as possible duplicates. I’d rather have duplicates than the frustration and potential of deleting valuable photos.

Not worth it. I did the trial on this app and every time I tried it crashed. I was going to give it one more day but of course, the trail ended today and it charged me. 40$ on an app that barely works. I might as well just delete my photos individually

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is a complete waste of time for merging contacts. You have the option to merge ALL of your duplicate contacts into ONE CONTACT (Why would you ever want to do that???) ...or manually go through all the duplicates it found and merge them one by one...which actually deletes the data in the duplicate contacts...absolute pointless. Zero stars. Do better.

It has error. This APP does not work as advertised while running the app it comes to a point where it stops and takes you out of the app and from there on it’s impossible to run it - I have tried installing it again but at the it comes to same thing - awful There is no email to write to or support service .

Not good at matching duplicates. I’m not even sure it’s worth the two dollars for the duplicate unlimited clean up. It’s horrible at matching photos. I’m not even talking about it getting confused with the same photos that have been taken one after another of the same picture. It actually suggests duplicates and show, for example, a silver Diecast truck and a red Ford GT as being duplicates. Not able to do what it is intended to do!

crashes too often. Unable to do anything because it crashes ones you open it doesn't last very long

Nice but a few limitations. I love this app a lot but in order to compress as many photos & videos as I want I have to pay hopefully you guys will make it free

Great app- crashes really bad though. I used this app once or twice and it was amazing! One day I tried to use it (I even bought in app purchase) and it doesn’t open! The app just crashes and doesn’t allow me. Please help

It wouldn’t even let me in the app. I have tryed to use this app based on the reviews but it didn’t even let me in the app, I would click on it, it would start up then exit back to my home screen and would do nothing! I would look through all of my stuff and it did absolutely nothing!

Get a different one. Each program works horribly and every time you use it, it prompts you to pay $2 for each program it has which would probably come out to $20 just to do some that would be free if you take the. Don’t waste your money, just clean your phone out yourself or use another app

Terrible App. I purchased this app and it constantly crashed. I contacted the developer who said they were working on it. Now it opens but my purchase wasn’t recognized and it wants me to pay more. The app itself is terrible. The photo cleaner is useless. It picks out duplicate photos that aren’t duplicates at all! Don’t buy this, look elsewhere

It won’t even open. I’ve done everything I can think of. From deleting and reinstalling, to restarting phone multiple times. Nothing I do will allow the app to stay open for more than two seconds. I don’t even know what the main page looks like. It doesn’t get past the welcome screen.

Not sure the issue ??. I just downloaded this app approximately 10 mins ago haven’t been able to get it to actually open since I downloaded it. I click on the app it try’s to open an Stop’s ... I’m not sure of the issue but I’ve read great reports on the app I’m not sure why it isn’t working with my phone....

Isn’t compatible with the latest iOS update. I love this app, however it doesn’t even open anymore since I downloaded the latest iOS update. I hope the developer can work out the kinks soon!

Free app?... I downloaded this in App Store for free... but opened, select dups, hit delete... then pop up of subscription needed to even try it... well I did delete... I deleted the app

Horrible. Five pictures a day. I imagine the person who made this app made it so they can get rid of their pictures fast. But then decided to make money off of people who need more storage by only letting u do five a day. That’s just messed up five a day takes two seconds and ur stuck with everything else.

Great app, but with one big problem.. This app couldn’t be better on paper, aside from the fact that it crashes constantly. If this problem gets fixed, it’s an easy 5 stars from me, but until then, it remains at 3.

Used it once, stopped working after I paid :) DONT BUY. Used it once, scanned and found 823 duplicate photos. Went to buy the subscription, came back and all of a sudden there were no duplicates found? Tried to delete and re download the app but still nothing AFTER I PAID. Biggest waste of money and time

Keeps crashing and inconsistent # of duplicates. When I try to delete duplicate photos the app crashes. I’ve run it dozens of times. Each time the number duplicates found is different. I mean one time 800 the next 23,000. But, every time I try to delete it crashes and I have to rescan. I would upgrade if it worked even 50% of the time.

Hmmmm. Now I fill realize I'm a niche case.....but I have 29,000 photos, many of which I know are duplicates. After it went through my photos looking for duplicates, every time I'd click on a group of duplicates to choose what I want to keep and delete, the app would crash. Looks like I'll have to spend a day going through them myself. Takes up 135gb of my iCloud storage lol.

Caused problems without solving them. I got this program to eliminate duplicate contacts. After using it, I had the following issues: 1. The program multiplied duplicates rather than eliminating them. 2. Some contacts disappeared. 3. The screen jumped around to different locations in my contact list. 4. Some duplicates multiplied from 2 to 4 and went back to 2, then back to 4. 5. Some contacts disappeared and reappeared. Previous versions my have worked, but this one makes it things worse. I contacted the company after issue #1 appeared, and they said that they were working on it.

Crashes nonstop. I paid to upgrade to be able to have unlimited ability to delete duplicates. It scans my photos looking for them (though only runs if I’m on the screen) and when it’s done I try to click on one of the groupings but it comes up empty and then the app crashes. This issue happens repeatedly and I can’t use the function I paid extra for. Very frustrated

Constant Crashes. The app worked the first two times I opened it, then it started to crash as it was scanning my phone. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it worked once. Now it crashes during it load sequence. I even upgraded and paid for pro thinking it would be work better. No such luck! Now I wonder what I paid for.

Great app just buggy now since iOS 13. It is a great app use it all the time to find duplicate contacts and pictures just now after iOS 13 doesn't really work anymore hopefully they update it soon.

Nice cleaner. Perfect one. It can automatically detect the duplicate pics and delete them within one click. And helps to merge contacts numbers.

Immediately crashes on iOS 13.3. App doesn’t even open before crashing

Doesn’t work.. After purchasing the upgrade for cleaning up contacts I tried to start the clean up. After only a few contacts were cleaned up, the app stopped working. It identifies the dupes and then when I select to “merge”, nothing happens. I also reached out to the developer but have not heard back.

Does not work. Takes several minutes to analyze my 18,000+ photos. Crashes soon after. Doesn’t save the record, so it has to analyze it all over again when I open the app. When it doesn’t crash, it’s not clear how to delete the photos without paying to upgrade. Finally, it sometimes detects different photos as duplicates.

Can’t open without crashing.. I used and paid for this app once, it worked well and I was happy overall. Now that a few months have gone by I was hoping to clean out some more photos except I can’t open the app without it crashing immediately. Very disappointed that I spent money on this.

Terrible! Does not just get duplicates. Had to go through every folder. Took just as long as doing manually. I paid for the upgrade but it doesn’t recognize that I did. Would not “auto delete” Took ages to do this. Don’t pay for it. Maybe use it for free. But same as doing manually. Maybe worse. I had duplicate folders ugh

It’s not as advertised. This app has destroyed my contacts before you buy the license it looks like everything will be easy to merge the contacts but after you purchase it actually you see nothing other than just the same app and it will not merge your all of contacts at once.

Deleted my numbers. I deleted all my numbers from my iPhone but it deleted all my numbers from other iPhones I have so is there any way to recover my numbers from the app.

Doesn’t Work. Wasted $4.99 on this!. If you trust this app wholeheartedly you will be very disappointed in the outcome. Photos tagged as a duplicate where not even close to being a duplicate! Trying to clean-up contacts is no better. It would merge any contacts I wanted to merge, and sometimes the app would just crash when trying to do a merge. This developer tricked me out of $4.99.

Stopped working with latest iOS update. I had just purchased this app and was starting to clear up my phone. A few days later the new iOS update came out and now the app won’t even open. Wish I hadn’t bought it now.

App Won’t Open. I paid for this app, some months ago and it was very helpful but I recently purchased a new iPhone Pro Max 11 and all my apps carried over and opened except this one. I’ve tried everything (deleting the download, redownloading the app), same results won’t open. I need my money back of this app to be repaired. This is why the app receives a 1 Star today instead of a 4 Star.

VERY UNSTABLE. DOESN’T WORK. I downloaded this app and upgraded to pro for $5, because it won’t work if you don’t. After 7 attempts to merge my duplicate contacts and watching the app crash EVERY time, I deleted the app from my phone. When I emailed the developer about my request for a refund, I got a bot email back from India that said they are out of the office this WEEK?! Apple needs to remove this app from the store.

Suckered me. I downloaded this app. Looked good. Found 1800 duplicates. Hit auto clean and guess what. You have to upgrade to pro or pay to auto clean. Back to duplicate page and manual check box. Tried once a few pics, worked great, then went to manually duplicate more but back to buy option. Only one chance to manually delete. And this my one chance to delete this app.

Zero Stars: Destroyed My Contacts. I had duplicates of all my contacts so I got this handy dandy duplicate remover. I made a backup first using its easy to use backup feature (just in case anything went wrong.) I then used the duplicate cleaner feature. It definitely got rid of the duplicates. It also appears to have deleted all the notes from the “notes” section in all the contact’s. Almost a decades worth. Gone. No problem, let’s just restore using the backup, right? Nope. The backup restore did nothing. Everything was still deleted. Thank you Duplicate Cleaner.

Failure to Launch. I want to love this app. I really do. I paid for the whole installation on the hope that it dojo’s help me declutter my phone. But.....the app continues to crash, fails to launch, and isn’t working. Frankly, I’ll be asking for a refund. To me, this is an example of great potential.....but that’s it, such great potential. But potential isn’t the same as good or even working in my case. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed..

Cleaner. I run the app in iPhone and IPad, paid for the upgrade and both devices got blocked 2 times. I waited a long time and the cleaning did not finished. I deleted the app and asked refund.

Not work on the last iphone update. Not working on last update 13.2.2
