Broke-update. Appears to have broken this week Can not see bookings or book new appointments A phone restart fixed all my issues

Accessability issue. In voice over mode I can not type anything in the username field. It just clicks when I type anything.

No communications. This company is very short staffed and drivers are always late, even for surgery appointments none of the ride providers are ever on time and when you try to reach the customer service the wait time is outrageous. Las two times the prompt kept on saying that my wait time was over 129 minutes

App doesn’t work as of publish. Trying to wait for my ride, this app didn’t work and I never actually saw my ride come. Can somebody please fix this app ASAP!?!?

App doesn’t work. I have not been able to use this app to book rides . It’s not even worth downloading.

Problems. It’s been 3 days now that every time I open the app all I get is an error message. I cannot see my past or current trips and I cannot book any new ones

App is unusable. My local transit service recently discontinued a route that I used and directed to book service on this app for alternatives. App will not let me even register. Looking at the reviews, this problem goes back 1-2 years. Don’t see any reviews saying the problems have been resolved. So I guess my question is, why does this app/service even still exist if the app is unusable?

TERRIBLE!!!. This is the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had 2 rides out of 4 just plain out not show up. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE!!

Great app. But would like an Apple Pay option for quick or emergency situations

Unable to book trip. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, I was given insufficient instructions to use the app. I gave up and attempted to book my ride with dispatch, but was told they were only taking requests for chemotherapy or dialysis. Guess I’ll have to forego this doctors appointment…. Extremely poor service, and this is not the first incident.Aaaassa

Use the phone, they don’t always use the app. Mostly, if its some kind of normal thing during regular business hours, ive never had a problem. Still, better have a plan B in case something happens and no one shows up If you have some kind of appointment that is even a little bit out of the ordinary like a sleep study or an in the car covid test, use the phone. Do not use this app. It will screw up your whole life. Learn HOW to read this app and its functions and what it can or cannot do. Never choose “other” is what i was told by a dispatcher. Your request hasn’t been assigned if you dont see the name of a company . Poorly thought out for the most part especially for older people. They need to add a real time real person chat function

Can’t even sign up. Error 400, deleted and redownloaded. Still getting the same error code every time I try to sign up.

Buggy After Latest Update. After the latest update to the app, I cannot use it at all. It keeps sending an error message and not allowing me to book rides. I need to use the app to book a ride for a close family member to a much needed medical procedure. Disappointed.

Can't book rides-must call the agency. Been using the app since local transit district began offering it. Was incredibly convenient, and useful. Now...well you open the app to book a ride and have to call the agency. This set us back several years to say the least. This needs to be fixed ASAP. This is a matter of my child's independence to get places on her own. Quite a disappointing change. Might as well delete the app.

Fixed a reported bug with 2 days!! Much Appreciated. I started using the app about a month back and I liked the features like copy the previous trip, map indicating current location etc. there are some minor bugs here and there but still pretty much a wonderful app to use for everyday bookings. Yesterday morning (after updating to latest version) the app stopped working for me and all of those who I know uses the App. Reached out to the tech team over email and child see the issue resolved today with sniffer update. Thanks to whomever worked on getting this fixed quick.

App, website, and phone calls don’t work but will. The app needs to be updated and bugs fixed for self scheduling rides. Users are currently unable to add preset destinations to favorites both in the app and online. The app does not allow the screen to change over from pick up to drop off currently not allowing any one to schedule rides. It shouldn’t be a difficult fix all you need to do is apply the proper code to the button to be preset with the slide aka the page being shown. Please fix ASAP as many people who are waiting don’t have the time to wait and your app and website are causing it. Thank you and have a nice day.

Needs to fix “push notifications”. The app no longer sends push notifications when the paratransit bus arrives. We have checked on 3 separate phones our notification settings to ensure they allow for notifications from this app to ensure it wasn’t an error on our end. Can you please update the app to ensure that notifications are being pushed through when the para-transit bus arrives?

Registration not working!!!. I’m unable to register as a new user on the app for the 9 Town Transit and Beacon Mobility services. Same error reported 1-2 years ago. Maybe do t take few years to try and solve the basic issue to justify having an app and to actually get users!!! I now have to call the transit agencies and register myself. I don’t think I’ve ever had to do that when an app exists … Just unbelievable…

Peaceful. This app ain’t nothing you guys should’ve said about calling or do it for 24 hours or book up a ride for 24 hours but he lied about doing 24 hours of a ride it’s only doing like five hours a ride you guys should do it you’re more hours longer than that

Not impressed. I can never get it to take me where I need. I did figure out how to get it to schedule from hub to hub but I don’t see how that is very helpful if I need to be somewhere in the middle. Then when I do get it scheduled …from the hubs in bossier for example they drove right on past me going the opposite direction and there is not a bus stop on the other side of the road.. there needs to be a routes menu or stations map for this service and I do not revenue see a live map anywhere.

Can’t Register. Trying to register on the app with no luck. Keep getting an error message saying “registration failed. No funding is configured as available for selfservice. Registration not available at this time”

Overall good experience except. If you manage two accounts (I have one for myself and one for my daughter) do not use the same email for both. If you forget the password for one you cannot reset it because the app doesn't give you the option to type in which username you want to reset the password for.

Can’t book rides!. It would be a really convenient app.. IF you could actually book rides from it! Every time I try to set the time for a future ride the date and time just spins right back to the current time.
