A glitching nightmare. The app refused my credit card and debit payment. The back button reloads the entire app. This is way harder than it should be.

Next time I want MLB merchandise, I’ll buy local or from someone else. These people lie! I was shopping IN the MLB Shop app and a promo code HURRY popped up and said “order now and use this code to receive your order by Friday or it’s FREE.” It said on small print at the bottom only on select items, not outside U.S and not to PO Boxes. But lucky for me, none of those things applied as the items I selected all showed the promo code could be applied and I live in the states and don’t have a PO Box. So I placed my order on Wednesday, and Thursday it shows it shipped, but doesn’t show 1-day shipping. Obviously it’s not going to arrive by Friday. I was really disappointed. I’d rather have my items now then wait for them for free. So I called to find out why the code I entered and showed was correctly applied to my order, did not actually go thru. And I was treated to all kinds of B.S. explanations like: you were shopping from MLB and that code doesn’t apply to that shop. When I asked why the promo popped up in the MLB app if it was for that shop, I was asked to hold why they went searching for a different answer. Then he came back and told me because I didn’t select the proper 1-day shipping when I checked out. And I, again, reminded him that I entered and applied the code “HURRY” for that specific purpose. So he put me on hold yet again while he went searching for another answer. Then he came back yet again and tried to tell me it’s because I was shopping on the “wrong site” and that’s why I couldn’t use the code. So I explained yet again...... As you can see, the MLB Shop has no idea what is going on, or which codes they are sending out to customers, or basically anything else. This is the second time I’ve been stiffed by an MLB Shop promo, and it’s the last. I’ll never shop with these jerks again. If I want my Red Sox gear, I’ll buy locally. And just a small note, this time when I ordered, I took a screen shot of the promo code so they couldn’t say the code said one thing when I KNOW it said something else. I checked the image and they screwed me. I’ve spent $200 just in the last three weeks at this shop. Would have continued to spend more, but enough is enough.

The app. Not working properly

Aaaaa. I love this app

Overall a great app. I use it a lot to get gear but the shipping is unnecessarily expensive and makes a 30 dollar hat 50 dollars. Everything else is great.

Shopping through the app. It’s very easy to shop and place an order. Very difficult to cancel an order w/o calling.

App. Every time I get on this site to surf thought the products next thing I see retry so I had to go back to begging and it’s doing it a lot I think there is a glitch or something and I never had this issues before! Needs to be fix!!

Use a browser. Reach out, gang.. A wrapper around an html site is tempting. I get it. When you correctly implement it, it won’t break the entire experience. The app doesn’t work for me. The site, on a desktop browser is your best bet. I buy a hat every month. The app is my first click, and it never works. I’m happy to send y’all videos of what the issue is. Here’s a brief description: I open it, I see NBA stuff (whyyy?), I click into the menu to find my next mlb team to add to my collection (Tigers this month), and it exits the menu or reloads the homepage. Every. Time.

Buggiest shopping app I’ve ever had. I almost never leave a negative review on a bad app. I typically just delete and go on my way. But when I’m actually trying to buy merch from my favorite team, it’s pretty infuriating when the very app I’m trying to use crashes every time I select my team. You know an app is trash if it makes Safari look like a better alternative.

Terrible. Not user friendly at all. Requires me to login every time I open the app and never remembers my team. Also repeats this same function over and over never entering the team items shopping page. Doesn’t consistently keep track of purchases. Needs so much work.

Very disappointed. Taken me probably 30 try’s to figure out how to get into my account and then many try’s to use a gift card. I also called customer service (phone number took about 2 hours to fine) many times to have them provide assistance only to figure the 2 processes myself. App on the phone is “not” user friendly.

I have your credit card Fanatics and it’s getting declined, I have a zero balance and it’s getting declined!! I am canceling this piece of crap so called credit card!!!

Una verdadera decepción. Lastima que estos productos no estén en Amazon, realice una compra y luego me la cancelaron y es imposible contactar con atención al cliente, no pierdan su tiempo por aquí.

Shipping hustle. Free shipping you have to add it yourself so if your forget to factor it in, you pay for shipping. Also they try to get 3 day shipping for $7 so again you have to resubmit the free shipping. Yes it’s only $7 but it’s the principal.

Faster to find. If your fans of the mlb this is for you.

This app definitely needs improvement!. I was really hoping that the app would be better than the website. I would click out of the app and go back into it and it said that there was an error please retry, I would then retry and all my items from my cart would be gone

This app rocks. I absolutely love this app. I use it a lot for my business however it doesn’t let me get my military discount which is a bummer because i shop here so much.
