App trouble. I downloaded the app and it didn’t work. I couldn’t search teams, not even pick my team, it just kept going back to picking a league. Guess I’ll stick to using the web browser.

Quick and Easy. I was able to order my Cowboys Jersey in fewer than 2 minutes. Easy and efficient. I also loved the Thanksgiving Day discount.

Great NFL Shopping App. App is very easy to use and has many things to shop for your favorite team. Very easy to find what you want to shop for and a very easy app to use.

So many glitches. This app is an absolute great idea and CAN be convenient that is before it decides to crash on you (ALL THE TIME) and when you click onto a link 90% of the time it doesn’t take you there…if brings you back to the home page so you have to start your search all over again! It is desperate need of an upgrade and fixing of major flaws which should not occur. Overall…2 stars! Until they decide to fix these flaws It’s easier to just go to the website on your phone than it is to use this app!.

Don’t buy anything!. No customer service! I bought a hat...it doesn’t fit. It says that their return policy is a year. It’s impossible to do a return. Live help doesn’t work. Calling doesn’t work. I’m very concerned this site isn’t the real deal and I got scammed. Take my advice!

Horrible. I set up an account, spent about an hour choosing items, placed my order and when I checked on the site for my recent orders it wasn’t there, then I was logged off and was unable to log in again, said my info was wrong, wow. Luckily my money was refunded with no explanation as to why my order got canceled. I do will not recommend this site due to the fact that this is the second time it happens and costumer service is not very helpful at all. Use at your own risk. Never again will I try to use this.

Nice items, always give a detailed description.. Better sales would be appreciated and alerts for our favorite team merchandise?

Happy customer. I never worry when I order from Fantastic’s everything is always as described & most important size is always correct.

Not up to the standards. It does the job but it’s a terrible web view with no loading indicator so we can’t know if the page is actually loading. Moreover some links don’t work and you have to try multiple times before accessing the category you want. Just use the website.

Military discount link doesn’t work. The Military and first responders discount link has not worked on the app for months and maybe more than a year. I called Fanatics about it, and they blamed somebody else, but no one has taken ownership and fixed the link!

Review. Jersey selection needs improvement

It’s not a all sports shop. It frustrates me when I see Michigan Wolverines pants on a NFL shopping app. They have collage football, baseball, and basketball things on a NFL SHOPPING APP. Can can you guys please do a update for this. Please and thank you

Shipping and restocking. I talked to a representative about restocking and the person was no help at all. I was unable to get free shipping even though the website is advertising free shipping with orders over 39$. I really wanted to get this jacket for my husband for Christmas and now I will be unable to do so because the size I need is sold out. Very disappointed with this website.

Awful customer service. Just as in another review I found out on my own that my order was refunded because the payment was never captured – whatever that means – I finally get an email two weeks later after multiple calls to customer service who did not clearly understand why I was issued a refund— I asked them what they would do for me give the the poor customer experience and they said they would give me free shipping which I had already gotten – I asked for a $20 credit on a future order and they said no – great way to earn the respect of customers... so stay away and your merchandise from a more reputable company.

Unexpected delays with packages. Every-timeout order something that has to wait a couple extra weeks usually ends up getting delays for months and then I have to call to make sure I get a refund or store credit. If only you guys could email us when our package is going to take longer with and exceptional reason.

Stitching issues. Ordered a couple things. The hoodies stitching was undone on the sleeves, with a hole in the side. Also missing things from my order. Deleting the app after I submit this. Better off buying a hand me down.

Quality. Product never disappoints.

No discount. Not sure why I did not receive the discount in the title. It seems that you have to continue through the purchase, which I did, to get an explanation. Seems a bit underhanded to me. I thought that everything was in order. Makes me not want to order anymore from this site.

Scam. You can’t cancel orders, you can’t contact customer service, you can’t do anything but spend money. Go somewhere else this is just a waist of time and money

Login error. I can’t even sign into my account. It works on my laptop and the safari version, but not the app. Even all the login info is correct and the app denies me access. Please fix.

Great products, horrible app. Why is it that the app CONSTANTLY has issues??? I look at a jersey, I go back, “error”. I try to click on a team to view their apparel, “error” I’m back at the Home Screen. I’ve been satisfied with all of the gear I’ve gotten (please check the specials every few months, they’ll have shirts for dirt cheap) but the app is utterly horrendous and any app maker worth their salt could probably run circles around whoever programmed this.

Won’t work. Literally doesn’t work. No matter what you chose or click on it remains on the same start screen. I’ve tried different ways to get to my teams page and it just never changes. So frustrating.

Disappointed. Placed an order on a Sunday morning. Noticed later that evening the the shipping address was wrong. Talked to a representative the next morning to change the shipping address. They tell me that they can’t change it. Mind you this is on a Monday and it’s not supposed to ship until Thursday. Representative tells me he will try and cancel the order. Nope can’t do that either. I get a email later that day that sorry but we can’t do anything for you. If you would like to return the item we would be happy to help you. How the heck I’m I supposed to return an item that I will never receive. $200 bucks down the drain. Thanks NFL Shops.

Awful customer service. As others have said, failed to capture my payment, and failed to notify me until I asked about my order. The item I wanted was sold out by the time the issue had been discovered. The rep I spoke to tried to blame my bank. Terrible customer service, worthless app.

Shopping Easy. You make shopping very easy

Can't save credit card. The app is fine until you get to paying for what you selected. There is an error every time you try to save your credit card to your profile. Forces you to pay through PayPal. Now just hope I get my stuff!!

Terrible Customer Service. Ordered a jersey on 9/10, after a week of the order status not being updated I called customer service and they alerted me that the payment was never captured. Had I not called to follow up I never would have known this. They can send spam on a daily basis but can't alert customers that there was a problem with their system capturing payments. The rep I spoke to said she can place the order again and adjust the price after the fact to the price I had originally purchased it for. This never happened. I got charged the full price and no record of the adjusted price. This app is now deleted from my phone. Terrible!

Do not buy. There are so many other reputable sites to spend your money. You will no receive your order. Things are being oversold with no future ship date, so your order is in limbo for weeks. Trying to get your money back is a hassle. Also, there are no updates sent to you about your orders so it’s up to you to make sure you receive your order or get your money back. DO NOT BUY spend your money elsewhere and actually enjoy your purchase.

Terrible app. I immediately deleted this app after downloading when I couldn’t get past the Home Screen of the app. I pressed the team I wished to shop for and it loaded back into the loading screen in which I was already at. Fix your app

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a jersey about a week ago and I never heard an update about it. I finally contacted them today just to be told that they didn't "capture my payment". That's cool, a heads up would have been nice. I took my business elsewhere.

Finding what you want. I punched in rams number 21 and this app can’t find RAMS #21! I think it should be able to find a players Jersey by team and number if you can’t do that maybe you should think about fixing it so it can do that! This app stinks

It did work the first time. I placed an order and all came ok eventually but trying to look at the app again and it now defaults as ‘access denied’. I’m going to try and remove it & re-install it, not sure why it did this.
