Video AD Maker - Create FB Ads App Reviews

Not user-friendly for non -techies. I don't I'm not a techie person at all, so it's possible others may handle this app with ease. However, even being non-techie I could not use this app at all. The timing was off, counted preview the add, nor have it work the way I thought that I was designing it. Ripple and swish much easier for non-techies. I can use those with ease.

Refund. I need to request a refund because I didn’t know Every photo I try to use to make an Ad the app automatically makes it blurry I’m using High resolution photos for a reason I don’t want them blurry

Great but.... Only one issue. You can’t import prerecorded videos from your phone. Which is kind of the whole reason anyone would download this. I paid for this so I’m hoping they upgrade that because what’s the point if you can’t get creative with videos you already had?

This application is not working properly !. I can’t hear the music on you Application. I think you guys need to update your App As soon as possible. Please fix and I’ll change my review 👍🏽

What a waste. This app is horrible. I bought it in a bundle of promotional apps and they’re all lame,cheesy and useless. If you’re hoping to use this app to import videos for REALLY cool ads, you’ll be very disappointed. Keep your coin.

The Egde. This is a solid app if you’re in need of creating content to build your brand, or if your just wanting to stand out from the rest. This app makes posting meaningful contact a breeze. This is a must app !!!

Easy to use. Easy to use, I figured it out in minutes and I’m not tech savvy. I wish they had more backgrounds to choose from, especially holiday themed.

Edits are almost impossible. When trying to build your ad, couldn't get the editing to work... what a shame.

Absolutely horrible. I want my money back. Everything about this app was misleading.

Easy To Create But Continues To Freeze. I’ve sent a few emails Trying to figure out why every other vid I try to create totally Freezes and I have to restart my phone in order to delete or continue creating Is there a setting area to adjust these issues ?

Garbage.. Don’t use this app. It’s a lazily put together money grab. I’m going to go ahead and say this is the lamest app I’ve ever downloaded.

Worst app. Can’t even locate my videos on iPhone

Can’t do anything with this app. I can’t get past the tutorial where it shows you to tap a button to open and import a file. The whole app freezes up and I can’t close the tutorial.

Really?. Spend a good 20 minutes only to get a low quality ad as the controls can be very annoying. Animated videos are giving me errors when I try to post them and cannot be emailed either.

App crash. I would like to request a refund anytime I try to add an icon or upload a image the app crashes.

Should be free. Too many hang ups. Layers don't work

Not worth it. Stick to Spart Posts, Spark Video and Word Swag. They're free. I bought the bundle for this and they're all pretty terrible in comparison.

App never worked correctly. This app is limited to begin with. Options for frames, music etc are super limited. Also I made the same ad 3 times, finally got it just right but when I saved it then uploaded to Facebook it didn’t playback all the way through. I redid it a 4th time & again it was fine in the app but when I uploaded it this time it left out the picture logo I had put into the ad. Never got it to work correctly.

Satisfied. Just what I needed for my fb page and promotions! Works very nice

Disappointed. I anticipated using this app. The first thing that I tried to do was upload my company logo that has a transparent background. For some reason this app will not allow me upload the full logo but uploads a zoomed in cropped version of my logo. Very disappointed since the video shows a logo with a transparent background.

Frozen!. I’m not two full minutes in to this app, which I paid for, and it’s not working! I noticed immediately I could not import my own videos which is why I downloaded it in the first place then when I say “ok whatever let’s try it anyway.” It freezes on me and has to be shutdown and brought up over and over. I will be seeking a refund.

Terrible. So bad I can’t even begin. You can’t even import your own video to edit....You can only use their terrible templates! What’s the point?

Piece of garbage. What a absolute waste of money and time. It is like a bunch of drunk meth heads came together and coded this piece of crap. Here is what is wrong with this abomination in no particular order. It seems that you can only work with 2 layers at a time. I’ve been fighting with this to add more but it doesn’t work. It reorders layers and then some of the layers disappear. I’ve tried to reorder change the duration and nothing works There is no time line so you know how to edit to make it work properly. There is no instructions on the web site to help resolve these issues.
