Subscription Pricing & Terms
Your Tone It Up app is free to download and access. All customers are welcome to a one-time, 7-day free trial period to the Studio, the premium, in-app subscription purchase. Once this period ends, should you opt to continue use of the premium features including studio workout classes and on-demand fitness videos, we offer an auto-renewing subscription options of $12.99 USD/month and $83.99 USD/year.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription, and auto-renewal can be turned off, in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a subscription term. Apple charges sales tax for digital media when required by law. For information about your local government's laws on taxing digital items, please contact your tax office.

As a nurse and health coach I can say that I truly enjoy and recommend TIU to anyone who is looking to find an easy and convenient way to work out wherever and whenever! The studio classes are an awesome way to connect with other babes but the on-demand classes are incredibly flexible and fit my hectic lifestyle the best!
This app has so many awesome workouts that are easy to do wherever you are and for whatever mood you’re in..Yoga, meditation, HIIT, Sculpt..you name it! Also, has great pre/post-natal workouts that were a huge help in my pregnancy journey. FIVE STARS!!!

Love this app so much BUT it would be so much more helpful if you could save or favorite workouts and have them available easily on your profile - so many workout apps have this feature! I’m surprised this one doesn’t. Still a great app and love the videos and being able to schedule classes!! But please add a feature for saving on demand videos easily to find them quickly in future.
Absolutely love this app and love the community among women it promotes even more! It is such a positive and uplifting place to be. I think the app is wonderful as is, but a few things I wish they could add would be: 1. A way to mark your favorite workouts. A folder of some sort that you could open and quickly pick on of your top workouts to do. 2. I sometimes do I cardio workout in the am and a weight workout in the afternoon. I would love to be able to count both of those workouts on my goals for the week even though they were both in the same day. 3. It would be cool if your workout from an on demand video was logged automatically when complete like it does for you in the scheduled classes. Those are all just minor things I think about. I would 110% recommend this app for everyone and for people in every stage of their fitness journey! Thanks K&K for creating such an amazing thing! 😊💜
I love that the workouts are quick and effective. I'm a mother of four and a school bus driver this app makes it easy for me to squeeze in a workout!! Also, the trainers really do a good job of talking you through each individual workout move making sure you are isolating particular muscle groups for a faster and better result! I've learned so much. DID I MENTION ITS AFFORDABLE. Ummmm..... If you don't have this app you're trippin... PERIOD!
I have always been an active person but I got in the best shape of my life using the Tone It Up workouts and nutrition guide! I took a break from their program to focus on lifting and trying a different approach. But after a few months away I came right back to this app and fell back in love with the routines and extensive variety of workouts available! I immediately felt myself getting stronger and could remember why I would ever stop using this app! I get to find routines for what my body needs and the varying lengths of time on the workouts allow me to fit them in at all times of the day! All of the trainers are so positive and encouraging that I look forward to workout out with them. I am super thankful for the pregnancy section as I am in my second trimester and I love having these options available to me so I can stay in shape over the next 6 months and beyond with the postnatal routines. Thank you K&K for a life changing tool and all the work you put in to giving us a quality product!
I’ve used the app for a long time. I love the workouts and the variety. I use the on demand section the most. Quality workouts, quality app. I’m not sure what I’d do without it!
Studio TIU has completely changed my life and the way I not only workout, but the way I view working out. The trainers are AMAZING and will encourage you beyond words to do your best. This app is week worth the yearly subscription. I’ve seen the best results using it and pairing it with the nutrition plan. It’s unreal. GO DOWNLOAD IT!
I love everything about this app! As others have mentioned, the ability to add on demand workouts to your weekly schedule and/ or add them to a wishlist would be amazing. I also think building a section where we can write in our nutrition/ meals for the week would be great, so that everything we need is in one place. Keep up the awesomeness, Ladies!!
There are two things that would really improve this app for me. 1. Offer a way to Wishlist or save a workout on demand. I often scroll through the exercises and think “ooh that would be good for tmw or later in the week” and so an option to save it for later would be super helpful 2. I use the on demand workouts the most but it seems whenever I’ve completed the workouts, it doesn’t count towards my weekly goals. This may just be a bug but seeing the workout I’ve just done resulting in a nice big tick under my weekly goals section would just be so satisfying. Other than that I am loving this app. I especially love being able to curate my weekly workout from the on demand section. I think because of this, It’s the first fitness app I’ve signed up to (and I’ve signed up to a LOT) that I actually use and enjoy using! Thanks ladies, keep it coming!! X
Tone it up girls always had great workouts affordable for everyone, with many free workouts. Since the very beginning I was a huge fan on their YouTube, bought multiple DVDs etc, and never in a million years should I've known that I'd be leaving a negative review for them!! but This app.......is a massive turn off... it's around A$20/month subscription which is VERY expensive for an iPhone app, No free videos whatsoever. I used to follow all of their summer and bikini series. Now it's just impossible to follow without spending a fortune on this app! Their YouTube channel has turned into a 'talk' channel with very very limited free workouts. Their greed for money has killed it for me. + app functionality just doesn't worth the money. I'd rather pay for selected workouts than a stupid expensive subscription.
Fantastic app!! Great for home workouts with or without equipment.
I love using this app for my daily moves and have recently bought the year subscription which has taken my workouts to the next level! But I wanted to suggest 2 things that could make the app more user friendly. The first being during the workouts when transitioning between floor and standing exercises or moves that require adjusting the videos are edited in a way that when your at home you are not even in position yet before the reps have already been going so you either have to pause to get all the reps in or just hurry at an impossible speed to catch up. The second suggestion is that I recently changed my Instagram handle but my old Instagram handle still shows on the app even when I disconnected my socials on the app and reconnected them. If I wanted people in the studio chat to be able to connect with me on Insta, they wouldn’t know where to find me now because my Insta handle is now wrong/old.
What a great app! It makes working out at home such a pleasure. The variety of workouts, yoga and meditation are fantastic. As is the new pre/post natal section. I love that you can join other girls for a class or just pick a workout ‘on demand’! It has taken home workouts to a new level! Thanks
I love this app it’s like being at a gym but in the privacy of my home! The workouts are great and varied in style to fit all exercise needs! However I wish it had a feature where you could prebook an On Demand Workout for the next day! I have limited time in the morning so I always know which workout I’m doing but need to write it down and find it in the morning! Other than that highly recommended!!!!!
So many workouts of varying length and equipment requirements. So good for doing at home in the lounge room. I mirror my phone to the Apple TV mostly. My only suggestion would be that the log a workout tool needs the option to log one of the on demand workouts. Or if it automatically logged the workout when you finish the on demand workout video..
If you’re looking for an app that you’re not constantly paying monthly fees for this is not it. There are other apps out there that do exactly the same and offer the same features without the ongoing cost. However if you don’t mind the monthly cost it’s not too bad but there are cheaper options out there.
I love the app.. gives you structure for your workouts for the week but also allows you to be flexible with the on demand workout videos if you want to do something different that day. Love the daily moves section if you want to do a really quick workout that day. Recommend Tone It Up to all my friends. Makes working out at home so easy and convenient and helps staying in shape easy.
I cannot say enough good things about not only this TIU app but the entire Tone It Up community. It’s total body love; there’s a focus on strength, cardio, mental and spiritual well-being, clean/healthy eating, and of course, toning. The trainers are so optimistic and build you up at home and also build each other up. There is also a chat feature which I love because it allows us all to connect and encourage each other. The trainers are very good about giving instructions during the workout to keep you focused without talking too much. They offer classes at convenient times but also have parts of each daily workout available in case you can’t make a particular class. Also the On Demand feature is great because it lets you choose a particular body part or type of exercise you would like to do. Sometimes I’m so pumped up to workout that I do 2 workouts in a day. I love that the workouts are new every day and I never ever get bored. I personally love the pregnancy and postpartum section as I just recently had a baby and felt clueless about where and how to start workout out without hurting my healing body. I feel energized and inspired to workout and prepare and choose healthy meal options. I feel uplifted and focused. This app, the trainers, and the TIU community have given me new strength, self-love, and appreciation for my body that I’ve never had before and for that I am extremely thankful. 💓
TIU fitness app is excellent. The studio group classes are fun and the on demand classes are great as well.

The Tone It Up app is the best workout app! You can go to class with other women around the world and chat, you can take a live class, or you can workout with an on-demand class. The on-demand section has a super easy layout to work from the sections like HIIT, abs and prenatal. You can track and schedule your workouts with what works best for you. Karena and Katrina have worked over 10 years for this TIU community and their hard work shows!
The videos are all great and really get you burning. I like how you can pick different areas to focus on or you can pick a workout that fits your time needs. All of the instructors are super sweet. I was reading other reviews and I would like to say I have NO issues with the videos loading, playing, or the sound.
Tone It Up has been life changing for me. I love the trainers and the quick, easy and effective workouts that I can do in my own home. I’m never bored with the workouts or trainers. Keep it up!!
I HATE the gym! And I HATE going to the gym! I get so overwhelmed with all the machines and crowds I never know what to do or if I’m doing a good workout! This app has helped me with my fitness so much! I love how I can schedule classes and workout from home, or if I’m not “feeling” the studio class that day, I have what feels like hundreds of workout videos to choose from in the On Demand section! There are a ton of TIU girls on the app that you can chat with before a studio class that are also working out with you! I have my goals set up for how many days I want to workout a week, daily moves and motivation what more do you need?!
I quit my gym membership solely because of this app! I love that I can chromecast videos and plan out my classes for the week. I use the app 5-6 times a week and I absolutely love it. The variety of classes and class-length options are amazing. I'm a big fan!
I have been a Tone It Up girl since 2014. I fell in love with fitness through Karena & Katrina’s gorgeous personalities and fun workouts. So much so I left the corporate world and became a trainer myself 😂 🙌🏼 The app has brought the Tone It Up community to a new level. You can book ahead of time and plan your week around what classes you have scheduled in. It’s a brilliant way to keep you accountable not to mention the other women you meet before & after class in the chat section 👌🏻 I also really enjoy that I can turn up to class in my pjs, zero make up and rock my workout without having to worry. And the icing on the cake? New trainers with new weekly workouts. So not only are you training with K&K but we have the added bonus of other trainers workouts too. I love the organization of having it all in one place now 😊 Roll on the girl gains 💪🏻 Love Elisa xxx
