Just what I needed. Easy to follow and great recipes. Awesome support as well. A+

Dissapointed. I have to say I'm very disappointed. The recipes are hidden behind a pay wall. And although there's a promise for a 7day trial, I was charged right away with the app crashing right after. And before you say "it's clearly stated in description" please add a PHOTO of a pay wall to your pic assortment. The mentioning of the pay wall is hidden deep within description that you know very few people read. I feel hoodwinked and pet down. Please change your description to properly state the nature of the "free app". Please fix your bugs to prevent crashing. Please fix your "trial" to prevent people from being charged before they experience the recipes.

Great for new meal ideas. When I first downloaded the app I was a little skeptical. I mean I have my basic meals... eggs, cheese, proteins and such. What I was missing out on before this app was truly being able to take those ingredients and turn them into cuisine. Tasty meals with variety without having to overthink it. Thanks to this app I actually enjoy the food I’m eating rather than just “being on a keto diet.” It will also make it easier for me to stick with my meal plans long term. Great app... and for me, worth the fee.

Scam They ROB YOU. This is a SCAM they keep billing me for months after I cancelled, because it never gave me any help NOTHING ! I have called a lawyer !! I want my money back horrible people!!!!! I WANT EVERY PENNY BACK !!!

Subscription required....misleading as usual. Enter info and pay. Nothing free or low cost about it. No one is honest with these things anymore. (Just give us your info so we can flood you with garbage you don’t want and give us your money).And good luck trying to end your subscription. It will be in a buried link somewhere which they will claim is one easy button if you wish to discontinue 🙄

Not free!. Downloaded it, put in my info and then it hit me with the pay wall. This is not “in-app purchases”. There is no way to access content without paying. If you came to this app because it was listed as “free” then I suggest you go elsewhere.

Waste of money. All these recipes are on the web for free. Don't pay!!!

9.99 a month, not free. Download the app and you get locked recipes. Tap on them and you can sign up for a one week trial that puts you into a 9.99 a month subscription. Too many free recipes online.

This is not a free app. You download, they capture your email address, you enter your body info, then they offer you a monthly subscription. That’s it. You don’t have access to any other part of this app right off the back. so save yourself some trouble and pass, or plan on paying 10$ a month because you know, and they know... you're going to forget to cancel 24hrs before the last day of the trial.

Don’t download. This app is not true.... it has you input your info and then asks for a $10 monthly fee... I requested a refund, hopefully I can get my $1.99 back for what I paid it

not Keto. First 2 recipes up clearly weren't keto. One had apples, the other separated the egg getting rid of the yolk

Great meal ideas!. I loved using this app to get ideas when first starting the Keto diet. The recipes are easy and the creative dishes are delicious!

Helpful plan. Just got started with keto & have had a hard time figuring out the right amount of proteins & carbs to lose weight. A meal plan makes it easy & there’s a ton of variety. There’s also keto friendly snacks to help with the sweet tooth 😍

Not free. Yes you can download it for free but it wants you to sign up for $10 with a free trail before you are charged. Very misleading, deleted right away so hopefully I won’t be charged.

Almost impossible to unsubscribe unless you message them in the app.. There are no user settings icons within the app and I scoured my phone for 2 days trying to cancel before the auto renewal. Got charged because I couldn’t find the stupid settings. Messaged in the app about the hidden button and they sent me a link to the subscriptions portion of my Apple account, which i have been unable to find without using the link they sent. Highly suggested to not use this app due to this issue. Cancelling a subscription should be a lot more simple than it is with this app!

Easy. This KETO app is one of the easiest to use. I’ve tried others but didn’t care for them. The recipes are delicious. Easy to use shopping list.

Not Sure What is Up with the Navigating. I don’t write reviews very often, but this may help someone else. I had a really difficult time with the interface of the app itself. I had a difficult time navigating through it and I’m not someone who normally has difficulty with that. I’m really kind of shocked at how many positive ratings there are. I‘m looking for a great app to use for the keto diet and I do not feel this suits me well. It may work well for other people but when I can’t exit a screen, that’s when I know I need to move on from the app.

Cancel!!!. How do I cancel my subscription?

Don't bother with this app.. This app wants you to pay $9.99 a month to access all the recipes. If you do the free version you'll only see 2 recipes and I couldn't find any useful information or even do a search for a recipe. Many other keto apps available so don't hassle with this one.

Love this easy to use app. The app is working perfect actually. I really Love the ease of everything. I’ve downloaded other apps that are just plain confusing and it discouraged me. This app however, is awesome. I love The ability to grocery shop for the ingredients off the list and how they are broken down into different food groups. I didnt Have to run all over the grocery store for different stuff. I also Really really enjoy the option to change the meal if the one for today doesn’t tickle my fancy. Awesome app. The ratings on this app don’t do it justice. It definitely deserves 4stars.

Overall a good app.. I do like this app, it is easy to use and has a lot of recipes. The only complaint I have is that few of the recipes are quick, other than things like boiled eggs. I have done keto before and feel like there should be more shortcut options.

New to Keto. My sister lost more than 30lbs on the Keto diet so I wanted to try it. She recommended this app because it helped her stick to the diet w/out doing all the "math". I really enjoy these recipes because there's plenty of variety, I'm never short on my proteins, and I don't overdo it on the carbs/sugars. Highly recommended.

Don’t bother. Not even allowed to look at what the app had to offer until you give the your email address and sign up for an automatic subscription. Only then are you allowed to look at the app. Don’t waste your time.

Really disappointed.. So I downloaded this app to try out as it said 7 day free trial. I set up and account and was charged for a full years subscription. Not only is the app very limited but it turns out it’s not for me. Now I feel like I’m stuck with a years subscription to an app that I’m Not going to use. Why advertise a 7 day trial and then. It give that to people. False advertising.

Free Trial?. Told me I could have a free 7 day trial but it would charge after 7 days... I ‘bought’ the 7 day free trial, and then it charged me the full month fee straight away... uh what? I haven’t even gotten into the app yet as it doesnt let you in until you sign up for the free trial!!

Unprofessional. I also joined for the 7 day “free trial” of this App. I have been charged $14.99 per month for 3 months after trying to delete the App and cancel my subscription. Too expensive.. For the yearly cost I could buy 6 Keto books which will give me hundreds & hundred of recipes. As some books have 200 recipes.

Not for vegetarians. One of the hardest parts of doing Keto as a vegetarian is trying to find variety in proteins. I was hoping this app would help, but there is no option to modify the meals for dietary needs.

Premium is worth it. Amazing app, keeps things fresh and interesting while on keto and thought free! No more worrying about what to eat next and scrambling. If youre somewhat unorganized with your eating this will help you beyond belief. Oh, and they keep adding more dishes as time goes on!
