Smh. It’s a good app but I’m mad, I had it for free until it ask for update -_- idk about the first review but I had it free for a couple of months

It impressed. I was not impressed disappointed yes. There are others out there that when you answer or make call it automatically begins recording

Great app. This is the only way it can be done on iPhone would love to just be able to record without merging calls but since that isn’t an option this app works great and exactly like it should

Flaky Terms and Conditions. I thought I had found just the right application for recording my calls. Then, I read the terms and conditions…that gave me cause to pause. This app, without question, does what it is advertised to do and does it well. That said, my recommendation is that you read the terms and conditions IN ITS ENTIRETY then govern yourself accordingly regarding taking out a subscription.

Not a good app. Please update the app in these ways. Enhanced audio from my side of the phone. I have one recording and the audio from the caller is fine, the audio from my end is very poor, it’s very quiet. Also, it would be beneficial to display the phone numbers in the records of each taped call. Otherwise the audio is just hearsay and there is no way to prove that the recording came from that source.

Recording issue. I had a 55 minute call that showed as recording but there was no volume after two minutes. I now lost the information I needed for my paper.

Not reliable. I use this for work- thank god I have a backup. For an hour very important recording, I received 45 min of! Where’s the last 15 min?? I’ve tried numerous times to reach their customer service - nonexistent 😡 always have a back up

the worst. I paid the yearly plan and it doesn’t even work. it feels like i got scammed out my money. $33 to the trash!!!! it says it recording the calls but when I try to hear my recordings they’re BLANK!!! I contacted customer service to help me fix this and NO RESPONSE back! if I got give zero stars i would!

Don’t work. Downloaded and tried the free 7 day trail. Yes they charge !!! And recorded a conversation on the phone but you can’t hear what you record . Waste of time

Not free. This app will give you 3 options you have to choose from before continuing. One is a “7 day free trial”.....but you still need to decide on if you want to pay $2.99 a month or $4.99...I’m assuming one gives more storage than the other. Either way, it’s not free.

Love it. I use this app all the time it’s very precise records clear easy to use I recommend it 500%

Free trial??. There is nothing indicated that this ap isn't free, and that I have to pay after 30 days. Good side is that I probably won't need it in 30 days. Calls are recorded easily and no obnoxious beep sound on either end when calls are merged.

Free trial 7 days?. Everywhere in the reviews it says 30 days free trial so I downloaded the app. Open it up and only 7 days free trial something is not computing here so guess I won’t even try it cause if there is no honesty on the info page how can I trust the app.

Worked one time well. Worked amazing the first time I used it to record a reading. Now it just keeps saying it can’t connect to the server AFTER I paid for the subscription. Disappointed.

Great, simple, free trial. I wanted a call recorder app and looked through a bunch of them. This has a completely free trial, and I was able to start recording calls less than a minute after I downloaded it. No account needed, and unlike many other apps I looked at, this didn't require subscribing just to get the free trial (and on other apps you have to remember to cancel or they'll charge you!). I've been using this app for about 2 months now, and it works great. It's very simple to use, and every call has recorded as expected.

Accessibility.. You seem to care about your app and about what people think about it. Please make your app accessible for those who are blind or visually impaired that use voiceover on the Apple products. As I am having a very difficult time trying to use the app. I do have call merging but I cannot seem to get it to work. Voiceover is very limited what I can do for your app. So as of right now because you did not take those who are blind or visually impaired into consideration when you made your app. I give you one star and as of right now I do not recommend it to anyone who has vision problems.

Great but buggy of late. Ive been using this for about a year and it’s been absolutely wonderful. No issues. Once in a while a call longer than an hour it would cut off. But that’s it. I always use to meeting bridge calls without issue but lately there’s been really bad static anytime I do a conference call. I hope they fix that because it’s great but now I’m forced to look for other call record apps

Terrible. I have emailed 5 times no response. Paying for a subscription snd it doesn’t work. Says it doesn’t recognize my phone number, it hasn’t changed

Extremely Upset. I'm in high school and I had an important project where I had to interview someone. I downloaded the app for a quick one time use so I could look back on my interviewee's answers. I even called my mom and recorded that as a kind of a test run to make sure it worked. It did so I used the app while I was on the phone with the woman I was interviewing and thought everything went well. I did exactly what the instructions told me to do to record the call, exactly what I did when I was testing it. The recording appeared to have saved but when I clicked on the recording there was no sound. I tried recording another call to see if there was maybe a problem with how I made the call and there wasn't. The app simply didn't record the call right. Don't risk it.

No recording! This app not worth it. (UPDATE- See below). The instructions were simple enough. I followed it to the tee. When my call ended, the instruction said that the recording will appear inside the app within seconds of hanging up. Ok.... No links in the app to retrieve my recording as stated. That was an important recording and now it’s gone into cyberspace (probably). Don’t use this app if you want to record anything (especially important ones). Update: The Company was able to retrieve my calls after notifying them via email. I’m not sure why the recording was not available right away (it didn’t show up at all until I’ve contacted them. The recording showed up almost a day after) but they’ve fixed the problem and I now have this important recording.

Glitch. It takes 1-2 days for my recordings to process through. This doesn’t make it very functional. Will be switching out of using this product

Difficult. According to them is a simple app. It’s a video that show the steps to merge the phone call but, requires for you to open the app, add phone and your call is been recorded. Sound simple but doesn’t do it automatically which it make it inconvenient. Purchase something better. Still shopping around.

No notification cancelled for no reason!. Even though I paid for a one year subscription when I attempted to record a very important call today it acted like it was working normally when I pressed the call now button and hit dial the phone number it gave me the tone. So then I called my contact and hit the merge button just like the instructions say. I am not new at this and know I did it correctly. After we had our conversation I hung up and Bingo, no recording! So finally I navigated to the settings tab where a big box pops up and says “restore service”. I touch that and it pops up and says your “service is now active”. What good is the service if you can’t trust it to be there when you need it and it doesn’t even bother to tell you when it isn’t?

Good app but ... It’s a good app to record phone calls instructions are simple and easy to follow. I downloaded it for a project I had and it worked great. The only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t trim to recording, I messed up during the call and was hoping to just cut that part out but there’s was no “trim” option :/

Doesn’t work and cost too much. I tried this app and it didn’t work. Plus it charged me for a year. It didn’t even default to a month to month. These guys are just crooks.

Everything before call merger is lost. The dialled number tones, identifying the number called and the call recipient’s voice, until the call merger is complete, is lost. Other than that it’s okay, if it were free.

Too cumbersome!. All incoming and outgoing call should be recorded by default with an option if stopping the recording while in the call.

Poor customer service. I downloaded to use week free membership. After 2 days I emailed the company asking how to cancel membership as I did not want to continue. I never received an email back, and was charged for membership. There was no easy way to cancel. Do not try free trial.

I don’t like it. Because you have to call a number and then merge calls instead recording the calls automatically (shake my head).

Simple and a great tool. I have recorded some phone conversations for a future podcast by using this app. I have interviewed all of my aunts and uncle‘s this as a legacy for the family. Love it.

Not recording anything. I have merged the calls and paid the fee but the calls are not recording, what kind of app is this?

Don’t download. Had a very important call that lasted 46 minutes. Did all of the steps the app provides to merge the call (record) only to find out it recorded the ringing and that’s it. Never recorded anything after the person answered. Waste of time, and also they attempted to charge me for it afterwards! Better off getting an old school handheld recorder!

Hotel California?. I cancelled my subscription within 7 days, but they JAMMED me with $30 anyway. WARNING: their trial period offer is just a way to get you comfortable with surrendering your card info so they can TAKE your $$$! RUN!!

Useless for Robocalls. Way too many steps. So if you are getting Robocalls and need to document the recorded voice dialing you, this will not work for you. I have sprang the last hour trying to cancel, before they start billing, and I have had no luck.

Quality recording, free trial is great. The free trial includes everything that the full version has. It’s great quality audio that you can directly download onto your device. It’s a great app, and the free trial makes it better.

Works great. Once I got used to how this record calls, it has been easy to use. I do hour long phone calls with clients. This helps a great deal. Thank you!

My opinion. Too many things to do to prepare for the call

Not good at all unless you’d like the other party to know they are being recorded. This app has to call in for you to start recording and then it tells the other party you are on a conference call. If you don’t mind the other party knowing you are recording the call it might be a good app. If you do not want them to know this is not a good app.

The best!!!. You get 30 free days which most give apps give you 3 calls!! Very simple and the instructions are right on the screen. I started to record my call in seconds!!! Just what I was looking for.

Done with scammers that call it marketing.. They don’t tell you about the charges until you dial into their phone number to activate. Who knows what they’ll do with that information now.

No actual voice on voice recordings. The instructions how to use it are pretty simple, I did my fist call recording and checked it, it worked great, so i didn’t check my following calls, I just made sure that they are saved but didn’t actually play them. And only now when I need them I realized there is no voice at all, only the first recording has voice on it, but nothing else, so mad... just waisting money, it was so important....

Should have auto record options. Nice app to manually record phone calls, but should have setting to automatically record calls (or specific callers). Sometimes not enough time to start recording before other person starts talking. Or phone call becomes an issue midway thru, and now its not recorded. Would give 5 stars if that changes.

Recordings constantly being cut. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!! Got this app to record important meetings but it’s constantly stops recording even though it shows its still recording. You only find out when trying to play it back. Tried contacting them but never receive any response or support. I wish I paid more and got a better app. Only get this app if what you are recording is not that important because you will be frustrated if they are.

Dirty billing. Signed up for a month and then deleted app. Have still been billed for several months. Even reinstalling can’t find how to cancel.

Terrible App. It only gives me a message that does not identify my connection. I tried all the possible ways to do that and nothing has worked. Seems that it is not working properly. In addition, I don’t have the option to cancel their expensive subscription from the first setting screen that I’m stuck with. Do not waste your time on that crap.

The call has been buffering for 13 hours. Edit!!!! I didn’t lose the call but I was super afraid I would. Still took 13 hours to buffer tho.

No customer service!!. I have been using this app since September and everything has been working fine until now. I paid for 1 year subscription and recently had to change my phone number. Ever since then it will not connect to my new number and I have been trying to contact customer service for a week now with not one response! I record meetings daily and have 8 more months still paid for, I am not happy with this and really hope someone will contact me to resolve this issue! I will leave my rating at 1 star until then.

Be careful. They get you to agree to a fine print contract and take all of your personal information. Be careful what you wish for. Avoid!

Bad. It does not auto record. You have to manually do this each call. Incoming call, pause, open the app, dial a number, wait for it to connect, then merge.Your caller is essentially put on hold momentarily while you do this. May tip them off to being recorded.

Why pay monthly. I don’t understand why I’m being charged monthly for something my phone is doing. Makes no sense.

Doesn’t work. Called a telemarketer (479) 275-2610 in hopes of recording a prank. After following all of the instructions, this app did not record the call.

Reunion call to missing graduate. I recorded a call to a graduate who could arred.We planned for her to not rennet me from high school 45 years ago. She was head cheerleader and has been on Broadway dancing and acting. I was School president and Co captain of basketball team. Being an actress she was amazing . We played it at the dinner and it was very well received.
