The Graphics.... This is easily one of the oldest and most enjoyable games I have had on my phone for nearly a decade. That it is still being updated is a testament as to how good of a port it is, and also too, Capcom's commitment to games that end in multiples of 2. Its Super how they do this, and they are Champions at it. I love this game, I do... But since day one the Character Sprites have always looked sub-par to the rest of the game. Every character looks like they were imported using the Magic Cutout Tool in Photoshop, and hastily pasted into the game. The background is smooth, the title screens are smooth, but the characters are all pixilated on the edges, it feels like Im playing a cross between a next gen console, with games at an off resolution. As an example, go to the second screen cap in the preview slide, and you can see what I mean by Ryu looking all jaggedy. It's a small thing, but no other game have I played that is as equally graphic intensive looks this way. Anyways, it would be nice if you could make Ryu and the Gang look whatever HD is, and not 64 bit. Thanks :-)

NEW CHARACTERS PLEASE !! 🥋🎽🥊. The gameplay is cool despite the difficulty of having to use the directional analog stick to perform finisher moves. This game is very action packed and does provide that nostalgic arcade type feel to it. I strongly suggest a few new characters, as well as more skins to choose from with the current characters. I feel like characters like E.Hawk, and Yang should be incorporated into this version of the game, since players have been fighting with the same characters for a while now. Other than that I give this game a solid 4 out of 5 !

Actually alright. I’ve had it for a long time now and I gotta say, the game is actually decent for a mobile fighting game. I think the biggest flaws of the game is the bad netcode or lack of netcode, the graphics, and controls. Like I get it, it’s 2025, everybody is playing street fighter 6, but it would be nice to see if capcom would at least update the graphics as well as a better control system. When I connect a pad or a fightstick, I want to use normal controls (separate light medium and heavy buttons, not all auto direction buttons) But overall, it ain’t too too bad

Recent update ruined the game. I’ve been a longtime Street Fighter mobile player, but the latest iOS update has completely ruined the experience. Frequent disconnections in free and ranked matches make the game unplayable, and overall performance feels sluggish and glitchy. The long black screen delay after every match is frustrating, and the new font size is hard to read. On top of that, removing the ability to comment on walls and replies has hurt the community aspect of the game. This update has also encouraged more rage quitters, making competitive play even worse. This update is disappointing and needs urgent fixes. If these issues aren’t addressed soon, many of us will be forced to leave the game. This game went from 5 stars to 1 star after the update.

Latest update is HORRENDOUS. As an old time player ever since the Volt version. I can say this is the worst “update” ever. The bugs are frustrating and game wrecking. Charge moves characters cannot even charge their moves before the round begins because the directions pad won’t stick in place until the match starts. The app launching time takes forever. And the WORST of all. You cannot even play this game without an internet connection anymore. It keeps demanding you to sign in to Game Center in order to proceed. I have completely stopped playing this game since the update. An absolute garbage DOWNGRADE. Fix this ASAP please.

A great return for a beloved mobile port.. Huge volt fan. I’m thrilled with the size of the roster and I hope we ultimately get all the ultra characters since you’re spriting the renders from the main game. Only big flaws are in matchmaking. No way to send a peer invite for a match using game center (missed op!) disconnect punishing and karma seem non existent or at least not exposed to us, and finally why don’t you save the last used room iD for private groups who only want to match against know friends? That’s an easy interim fix until you can get peer invites working. Love the game and hope to see it continue to work improve.

Ok port.. choppy experience. i have ipad air 2. Frame rates were choppy. I would rather they use the classic 2d sprites (less resource hog) and get it running smoothly at 60fps. Now this isnt all bad attempt.. from a port standard an ok attempt. But as a gamer the experience wasnt fulfilling. I will play later and update but other than cool introduction it wasnt fun experience due to the choppy framerates during gameplay. Also, virtual buttons and controls are great options, but there really needs mfi. Its frustrating playing on screen controls. If they added mfi will be 4 star.

Review edited again. Ahhhhhhh 😖😫😤 I really really like this game but I'm constantly being disconnected from matches. In between, at the end, sometimes even after finding an online opponent. Com'n maaann. Fix this guys. I keep decreasing stars with each review. This game is crazy good. For all you real fighting game fans out there this is it but these lil bugs are really becoming a huge pain for me. Especially since there's no free play option online matches is really where it's at. Capcom.... some help.... plzzzzz. And I don't know, maybe it's me but online matches feels a few frames more delayed as compared to the initial release 🤔

good game, but many years have passed. and the truth expected something better, than a few new characters, the screen adaptation and support mfi. Yesterday I played the version of xbox 360 and the difference is abysmal. I think that to be the 2017 capcom should provide better quality content and better graphics among other details for mobile devices. Since nowadays they are capable of a lot and it is a market that also deserves their respect and dedication.

80’s kid loves this game.. I love this game. Capcom has to find a way to make it not glitch and stall mid fight. When that happens the game thinks you quick during the match and takes your hard earned points away. Super annoying!!!!! If they can fix that, 5 stars. Otherwise, it’s a blast to play. My favorite in the 80’s and 90’s and my favorite now. Just please fix the glitch.

Almost perfect, missing some crucial things. Best fighting game on mobile by a huge margin, really fun despite wonky touch controls. The touchscreen does not benefit from the joystick function nearly enough and directional finger slides would allow for easier execution of moves not intended to be excruciatingly difficult to input. Online has far too much lag to play seriously, I’m fine with being bodied by the same guy 15 times in a row as long as the fight is fun and fair, which the INSANE lag does not make for AT ALL. But if your just looking for a somewhat deep fighter on your phone and are fine in practice mode most of the time this will be a gem for you as it is for me. Lastly WHERE IS LOCAL MULTIPLAYER? I’ve seen Bluetooth connection for local fights utilized well in the past, why not implement it in a game with such a god awful multiplayer network? Laziness or just trying to cattle prod people to play online which isn’t working except for serious players of this game who are prepared for the massive technical issues; either way the result is the same: this game as it is OVERPRICED at 5$. Add local multiplayer and this game would be worth even more than 5$ Just something to think about if you ever end up making SFV Mobile

SP button no longer works and other complaints. Hello developers, I’m not sure if my version has a glitch but oddly, i can no longer use my special move button. I can see the responsive faded colour change on the SP button when I tap my screen but nothing ever happens. I have downloaded and re-downloaded and nothing changed, what’s going on? Also $5 is a little too much for this game to be honest. There’s no story mode, I often randomly get disconnected when playing multiplayer (despite having good internet) and the local fights get a bit repetitive at every level of difficulty.

5* game 1* for effort indeed. Games graphics should really be updated (it's disappointing to see the new characters with clearly more animation frames next to the old characters that still look choppy), missing free battle, as well as no option to play your own background music is a bit disappointing, especially for a fighting game that's being released in 2017. Instead of releasing this as a whole new app they should've just released it as a sfiv volt update which is what it really is.

Frequent crashes since latest update. I used to enjoy playing this game, but the update that supposedly included iOS 13 and 14 support and “fixed” the UI made it 10x worse. The game has worked fine on my phone (which runs on iOS 14) even before the update, and I never encountered any problems with the menu screens and the controls either. But the update somehow managed to make the experience worse; menus now take a few moments longer to open for whatever reason, but that’s not nearly as bad as changing the button and joystick sizes entirely. I originally had my buttons and joystick set to large (which wasn’t really that large at the time), but the latest update made them too large for me to make precise inputs, so I’m stuck with using a medium joystick, which is an improvement but not as comfy as before. I don’t understand why there isn’t an option to freely choose the size of your buttons and joystick instead of being given three predetermined sizes that are all terribly optimized for iPhone X and above. Perhaps the worse part of this update is the huge number of crashes I and plenty of other players are experiencing online. NEVER has this happened before the update. Usually there would be desync issues where the game would freeze for a brief moment and then your opponent would be controlled by the CPU. I didn’t mind this since I was able to finish the match. However, these desyncs are nowhere to be seen now, as it seems the crashes have taken their place. Now in order to leave when a crash occurs, you either need to exit the game and wait a little bit before returning, or close the app and restart it. Both of these options always result in a loss on your end, and it’s because of this that my BP went down from 2000 all the way to 0 (but I don’t care about ranking in this game, as the netcode is terrible to begin with and the ranking system is a joke). In short, play ranked at your own risk or just avoid it entirely and play in free match. Just when we thought Capcom finally ignored this game for good, they give us a hot mess of an update out of the blue in the year of our Lord 2021 that destroyed the game more than fix it. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and consideration in providing us with this absolutely necessary update, Capcom. /s

Laggy and no players. I’m a seasoned SF player have 6 characters master rank on SF6 atm bought this so I can play on the go when I want to. I have about 20 hours on the game and I’ve never once matched with someone in the USA also it’s not “new player friendly” everyone in ranked is 1000+ wins I don’t mind as I’m a professional SF player and I have them force close the app when I get close to them with geif. Another issue is the LAG!!! It’s horrible!!!! This also clearly isn’t rollback so if you’re looking to get into this game on any serious kind of level it won’t happen just stick with arcade mode or except the fact you will be playing with some dude on 3G in the middle of the desert 🌵.

Free Sparring. I like the addition of new characters in the game. However, it is mind-boggling that free sparring mode is absent in this version. Volt:Battle Protocol has it, so I’m not sure why it was taken out. It gives us players more practice with our favorite characters and helps us figure how to defeat certain CPU characters at different levels. Hopefully, this feature is added to the game sooner than later. Overall, great game. Just needs the free sparring mode to make it complete.

This game is really good but I think it needs more. It was a cool idea to make street fighter on mobile and can play were ever you go and I also like the joystick control and buttons but I was expecting more. I think the game just needs more fighter or a second ultra move to Make the game worth the money. Overall the game is good would recommend but there should just be a little more to make the game perfect.

WHOOOO NOSTALGIA TRIP. I played this game for years and have never really gotten around to playing it because of new consoles not supporting it. I knew sfiv had a port to mobile but it just didn’t feel right. Fast forward a couple of years and this game is out. This is probably the best street fighter experience you could get on a mobile device. The price tag is worth it. It takes everything great about the console version and somehow crams it on a phone. This is honestly great. I just get destroyed online.

A return to a cult classic. Street Fighter was one of my favorite arcade games of all times! Growing up in the 80’s the local arcade was the church of fun and Street Fighter was the holy word! This port to mobile just goes to show how advanced that mobile games have become. I love it and I love the fact that I know I can play Street Fighter on a device in my pocket and I can play against anyone around the world in a instant. Wonderful times we are living in folks, wonderful times! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 Stars)

Menus and characters, controller support. Dear Capcom, if you continue to update this game, which I hope you do, I was wondering if the controllers can navigate the menus and characters in the game it’ll be easier to find characters that other people would like to play instead of using your finger to find everything. Please update soon.

Forced closing app. It's a awesome app beautiful craftsmanship. There are some problems it closes out the app when I try to finish arcade with evil ryu. Other than that it's good. 👍🏾 Gouken does not get pass the 1st fight either they both cause the game to close out. That would be for my iPad mini not my iPhone 6 it works fine on the iPhone 6. With Dan I be having the same problems also.

Has potential but............. I have an iPad Pro 12.9" and 2 Steelseries Nimbus controller which works perfectly with this game, even though there's not full control support. But my biggest let down with this game and other iOS games is that I can never sit down with a family member or friend and play against each other, I always have to go online to look for opponents. Is this too much to ask for when you put down money on a game like this? I mean, this is a feature you get with actual console games so why is it these games don't have this feature? And the graphics on this game is very poor, you can clearly see every pixel. This game needs to be optimized properly for the iPad Pro 2017

Why is there no local multiplayer. Street fighter 4 is my favorite iteration and now in this definitive "champions" edition has no local multiplayer. In my opinion the other versions were only fun because of Bluetooth play. Yes more characters makes the game fun for a little, but local multiplayer is much more important than capcom apparently thinks. It shouldn't be hard to implement local games at all, previous version released all had Bluetooth battles. Why the heck is this not a feature?

Fun game, but the clothing is a bit much. So, my dad introduced me to this game, and I thought it looked fun, so I downloaded it. After playing it a while, I can say that it is a fun game with many unique characters, all with different personalities and attacks. HOWEVER, I also have noticed that most of the characters have EXTREMELY overreacted features, and many of some of the clothing is very, well, “ showy” if you know what I mean, and this is especially prominent in female characters. So I don’t know if the devs just wanted to incorporate the ole retro style or what, but yeah.

Best fighter on the App Store!. There are plenty of fighters out there and they are ok, but there are only a few fighters out there that have mfi support. SF is by far the best of them. The controls are easy to pick and you can play online against other people worldwide. The devs add updates on a consistent basis and the game is only $1! I bought the game when it first got released for $4.99 and to be honest, the game is still worth that price now. If you don’t get this game, you are missing out! But to make the experience better, grab an mfi controller from your nearest Apple store.

Meh. Five bucks gone. This game is a very close match to the console, PC, and arcade games I’ve seen. Graphics are very good, and the game hasn’t crashed yet. It’s still the same old game though. Difficult to make the moves, and the computer does them all flawlessly, and very often. You don’t get many combos because they are so hard to perform. I tried for 5 minutes at a time to log in to a North American service to play but never got on one. I also tried with several different characters to go through the “challenge” part of the game, but you aren’t shown what the combos look like, so you’re on your own. You have to be very fast and have perfect timing, and for two thumbs, that’s hard to do. So you just jump around, kicking and punching and trying to perform your character’s special moves, with limited results. It’s basically another tap-fighter game because you have to move the joystick in such strange angles, you have to be perfect in your maneuvers, and you have to be very quick and precise.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!. If you are battling online with another player and it’s lags and freezes for a few seconds then unfreezes and resumes, you are no longer playing that person. You are playing the computer. The person you were fighting has been disconnected and he too is playing the computer. Both sides still think they are fighting the other. You will know this because after the game unfreezes and resumes, your opponent is suddenly easy to beat and when you win, he doesn’t continue and disconnects.

multi-player horrible. UPDATED REVIEW: I uninstalled this game. Changed my handle in Game center, and reinstalled the game. That got my ranking reset to 0 wins, 0 losses. That is what I wanted. Started playing again. I was hoping to see improvements in the multiplayer ranking system.... Nope.... I wait F O R E V E R for the system to pair me with a player. Even if I change the setting to where it's searching for a player, regardless of rank, it takes forever to find a match for me. Also there still a lot of false ranks where the win vs Loss is lopsided. All wins and no losses. These are players who are somehow cheating the ranking system. You can barely beat them if at all. Sooooo come on Capcom.... time to fix all of this. All of the characters in this game are nice. Plays well. BUT (and it's huge) the RANKED multi-player matching system, even after this update is horrible! slowwwwwww and 3/4 of the time will not match me with equal or slightly higher ranked players. Also, I'm still getting pared with "players" with zero rank, and yet the play like pros. Soooo this aspect of the experience is VERY frustrating and really REALLY needs to be addressed. Other than that, it's a good game.

Recent update fixed thing tons of issues i had. Thank the heavens everything works as intended now! All is right in the world the og app is better than the Netflix version things aren’t perfect but at least i can play like normal mostly now. I appreciate the teams dedication to quality and maintaining the longevity of the game and making sure this game still receives maintenance & updates thank you :)

Please update graphics and add game modes. Capcom, I love this game so much. It made me get into Ultra SF4 on computer. But at the same time, I like the mobile version as well, because when I’m in the car, I love to play it, but please, add a mode where you can go against a CPU of your choice, and maybe add some of the other characters like Decapre, or T. Hawk. Can please also make it so you can change how good the graphics are, since phones now can handle it. Thank you so much for making this game, and please add these to the next update

Disconnection is blamed on its users. Garbage!! I saw this and got all exited and right away gameplay starts accusing me of disconnecting so consistently my win% goes to F and D when in reality this is the only game I have played on any phone that lags so badly between moves youll know right away it has bothing to do with the model of phone or internet speed youve paid thousands of dollars for an iphone 15 pro max and $300 per month tier 1 business speed fiber internet and still not once be able to complete a 1vs1 human matched round.. no sooner you start your round it just freezes youll throw a fireball or a jab and 4-8 seconds again of simple lag that no game in all of the app store can rival.. I literally threw my phone at the wall I was so angry I paid for this trash.. that being said my recommendation is just that if you were exited thinking actually paying for this was a wate at least youll find some play fun against the AI Solo matches as somehow the computer has no lag but that is honestly the only actual use youll have before uninstalling it. The interface design is so sad itself had me uninstalling the game for sheer disgust that the name capcom was involved with such a high school level poor UX / UI what was the designer who came up with trash like that my lottle sister could make a user interface with crayons better. Redo this or just remove it is not at all worth the street fighter name aside from the graphics appearing correct the game play and professional effort isnt worth the single star review this is written because of how angry I get trying to play itZ

Best Mobile Fighting Arcade Style Game!. I love street fighter 4 and have been playing this mobile app game for 10 years plus! Downloaded it back when I was in college and have been hooked since. Took a long break but decided to repurchase it not long ago and it was the best $5 spent lol I main Bison and the competitive online nature with rank and non ranked matches is so fun. Do yourself a favor and download this game and practice practice practice!!! Once you get good you can take on practically anyone all over the world!!

From Skeptic to Fan, Graphics could be updated though.. While I was skeptical of this game, I was pleasantly surprised how fun it is. While not a port of Street Fighter IV, it still is fun to whip out and play whenever you get bored. The toned down, almost retro looking graphics are charming at first, but I’m sure you could update the character sprites to make them look visually smooth, as mobile phones can take better graphics these days. It’d be absolutely perfect if the graphics had a bit of an update.

Best Fighting Game. This is by far the best fighting game on mobile. But I just have a few wishes. I like to have the other twin as a usable character. Alternate costume and all ultra combos. By all ultra combos I mean give us a chance to choose which ultra combo we want. For example Dudley ultra one goes under fireballs but I don’t have a option to pick from ultra one or 2. But other than that guys really thank you for such a fantastic mobile game. Keep up the effort and great work.

I just want to say that so happy I got this game and when I first play this I realized that this is just like on the Xbox 360 one and but on mobile this one got more character then on Xbox one and the rest of it its just like the Xbox version thanks you Epic Game for making this on mobile and it only 99 cents or 90 hope you have a blessed fun lovely day love you all🧑🏿‍🦱🤓😁🫶🏿❤️🙏🏿😇

Love this game but…. It needs to upgrade its graphics and overall game experience. Tablets and IPads a like have powerful chipsets now a days and I’m sure that it can handle close to, if not the full version of the game. There should very little difference between the mobile version and the conventional arcade/console counter part. At the very least please provide an update where the game can take full advantage of the screen real estate of the new iPad mini 2021. 2026 REVIEW UPDATE: My only addition is this game needs wireless controller support enabled. This game would be elevated tremendously, specially if it also got better online gaming support. I know these can be done with a simple update. I you guys are listening.

I love this game so much y’all, it doesn’t drain my battery, the ranked battles are amazing, and the public chat is entertaining ALWAYS. And the replays from different parts of the world are nuts. Currently we are trying to get players to either comeback or stay on here. Look SF warriors I get their are spammers, hadoken abusers, etc. but please get this review to the owners of capcom PLEASE UPDATE AND IMPROVE THE SERVER! Their are people who still play and love playing sf iv ce, and the people are also asking to fix the problem of fights constantly disconnecting. THIS IS A CRY FOR HELP TO KEEP THIS GAME GOING LONGER PLEASE I PRAY U GET THIS AND HELP US. Anyone...please...help the stay alive

Finally! Gamevice + SF = perfection. I have been waiting for the perfect SF on the iPhone. Previous, versions were ok but touch controls were awkward. I have the new Gamevice (older version didn’t work as good) and an iPhone 6 Plus... it works like a champ. Your timing has to be adjusted (slower smoother movements) but once you have it down you will throw perfect fireballs every time. Graphically, this version uses sprites vs polygons but who cares??? Still looks good to me. Stop reading and buy it already... and buy a gamevice too!

Just add more animation frames. The gameplay is still very awesome as an update to volt, however I see a lot of complaints about the graphics and frame rate. A simple solution to fix the look of the game is to just put more animation frames where they are lacking. Some movements are perfectly fluid while others are choppy and inconsistent. This game can look as close to the console version as possible if a little more time is spent capturing more frames of movement for each character. Hopefully this game can continue to be supported so that the older characters' sprites and animations will look as good as the new ones

One of the best fighters when it wants to be. The content, characters and feel this game provides is worth the price of admission. Its not your mobile style lootbox madness so to buy a game and have it not cut to commercial or ask for extra funds is awesome but, online matches for me were just unavailable for the longest time and the absence of a direct vs mode that was in the last iteration of the game is sorely missed. Online was finicky but when it works it ranges from mostly functional to really good. Otherwise this, KOF 13, Shadow Fight 2 Premium Edition, & Garou are the best fighters around. PS might help to get a controller with a good Dpad for an optimal experience.

Lack of Controller Support🤔 Needs FULL Control Support.. Capcom, you say you support controllers. I’ve played other AAA Ports for other Well Known Devs. Your game here, is severely lacking in FULL controller support. This means menus as well. Selecting characters. Navigating pause and other menus. If other companies can set the standard for FULL CONTROLLER SUPPORT (including menu navigation) on mobile for AAA games, you should be accountable to uphold those standards. Add FULL Controller Support. I paid for this. I expect an update to enable FULL SUPPORT! I’ll rate 5/5 after. It’s 3/5 because it’s an amazing port that reminds me of the Xbox360 days. A (Could be) AAA game. Touch to navigate menus (extremely annoying & leaves finger prints while using a controller) but the gameplay itself has controller support within “matches”. So I’ll give it a 3/5 because of some support. Partially like a console quality game. Not a full console experience. PLEASE STEP IT UP CAPCOM. Do it for the mobile community to THRIVE! Thrive as its own console and community!

Worth it. I was hesitant on buying this game, Capcom never updated the SF collection II game for ios12. Original SF was perfect as you can play arcade mode without having to connect online and waste data. I didn't think this game had that feature but it does. You can play offline have different options in number of games, difficulty, training mode, and skills challenge. It gives you more than enough options to suit your needs. Great work and well worth the buy.

Just one thing. Alright I love street fighter. It’s been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid and always played every street fighter game. This was a dream come true when I realized it was on mobile. The problem I have is when I start up the game the intro doesn’t show anything just a black screen but I can hear it. It doesn’t make much sense and I would love to be able to play street fighter and watch the intro without having a black screen and sound playing. Still a good game 10/10

Wow! this us great!. This is an amazing fighting game and honestly probably the best one ive ever played on mobile🤩 i saw that you guys haven't updated it since about 6 months ago but hopefully you guys didnt give up on the game just yet and hopefully you guys keep adding new amazing updates to the game! i love the graphics because they give an arcade feel to this mobile game but i believe it would be better if you guys could make the background more 3D like if thats possible like maybe make somethings look further than others and maybe add more edges to objects and make the background seem more alive like maybe the people in the background cheering and moving and could you possibly add more maps and maybe hidden characters in which you haft to do some weird thing to be able to unlock it or so🤷🏽‍♂️ and the commands are somewhat hard to do because if you move the joystick one way it might hit one of those little yellow arrows that u didnt mean to hit Other than that this game has so much more potential and its so fun to play! best five dollars ive ever wasted on a mobile fighting game! hopefully you guys can look into my request maybe do something! well thank you guys so much for ur time and reading my message! have a good day

Dear Capcom, First of all, I’ve so far loved all your games, especially this one since this is the first new-school Street Fighter game I’ve played, but there’s just a few problems. First, since my WiFi hasn’t been working well, I get disconnected from a fight in Battle so many times, but I’ve just discovered that you apparently lose BP just for getting disconnected. What?!? I really would like it if you please get rid of that in the next update. Speaking of updates, in the next update I’d also love it if you guys add Decapre. I love Decapre! Plus, I also would love it if you guys add the rival scenes, please. One more thing, can you please, please add Street Fighter Alpha 3 on the App Store/Google Play? Alpha 3 is literally my most favorite game of all time! And please make it free, I will get a heart attack if you do. I know I am asking for a lot, and if you really are reading this Capcom, don’t go onto another review, please! I know I already said “one more thing” but sorry, this is truly my last request. Capcom please fix these 3 issues. I’ve been playing this on iOS since day 1, great game. Capcom really nailed it with the controls and show how to really make the game fun with touch controls but theres 3 issues with the game. 1.) fix Makoto walk animation, its super jerky. Capcom add some more frames to smooth it out. It hurts to watch her walk. 2.) Deejay machinegun upper breaks the character. Mashing punches doesn’t work as a way to pull off the move. Forward + punch or down + punch. Fix this please! 3.) fix the widescreen for iPhone. The notch really gets in the way. Either give option for correct screen size or add borders so notch is non-instrusive.

To be honest best street fighter game period. Ok so capcom you have done AMAZINGLY Putting in work and effort in this,the attacks look so cool!!! and Mortol Combat has so much violence and it’s ruthless but in street fighter. They just get knocked out and no one really dies no blood and quick review. Add just a bit more fighters and maybe make a whole game in arcade mode a bit longer so that’s it not much best fighting game ever BYE!!!😃😃😃

AI not working in current update. After my last and most recent update Artificial Intelligence is no longer working. AI is not taking over the games and finishing the battles anymore; especially for opponents who wants to cheat and pull out of a game to avoid defeat. The entire game now freezes up to no end, and my battle points gets decreased after I try to reset. This issue needs fixing ASAP because it is now a major deterrent in an effort to try to play and enjoy this game. For this reason I had to rate your most recent update a one star.

This game is so stupid. 1. The game is not stable, you get kicked out or black screen during the game. 2. This game is not beginner friendly. I got bullied by top rank players and can’t get matched with same level because beginners quit because few same level players. And top tankers bully for fun. 3. It is hard to control the character especially for the small phone players and players don’t have mini extra controllers. I have iPhone 8 and the game just don’t get my command accurately because all the movement button stay so close that it’s impossible you only press one without touching others. If you want to be a serious player, you have to purchase a unique controller that pair with your phone like those pros.

The only real option for fighting fans on iOS. If you like old school arcade game fighters, your only other option are the abandoned king of fighters games still on the App Store. The only gripe of have is the game doesn’t support light medium and hard punches/kicks for people with physical controllers. It would make the game a lot better if it supported all of those, but it was dumbed down unnecessarily for mobile. They could have made two modes, one with six button support and the other a lite mode for people with touch screens. There is no iOS fighting game that supports six buttons at the moment as far as I know. A shame.

Graphics not sharp. The background is vey blocky. Especially when you play via tv connector. It’s not high definition. Needs to be crisp on big screen. Otherwise would be great.

New update deleted my save data. I don’t know how recent update, I had been playing this game nearly a decade since its first iteration of street fighter, volt, and now CE. The recent update now wants me to always connect to mobile data or internet at all times before allowed to play the game. I was content I did not ever want to touch rank or match mode. I was enjoying the solo offline content of hard and grueling mode. When the changed happened I lost all my records titles and relay clip modes. Rip when the fun lasted.

Where do I begin!?. Ok, so where to start? First of all, I’m thinking you can probably do a little better on the graphics side of things, come one, it’s 2020. This just looks rushed and feels rushed too! Doesn’t have that real STREET FIGHTER feeling! The controls, 2 buttons!? Seriously? (Excluding focus and super move) Come on!! The real technique to street fighter was always the 6 buttons in the first place!!! And dear god the backgrounds!! Could they look anymore like they got done drowning for 30 minutes?? And I know this is a moved commonly used but why the hell cant I jump kick into a sweep?? Thats just frustrating! The AI is more rigged then the normal street fighter IV on hardest!! But I do have some pros... the game all in all if you haven’t played a street fighter, is a good way to start, and it’s pretty good for when you’re on the go! Just whip out the phone, no internet required, just some arcade ladder :)! This game had and still has a lot of potential! If you would just update it and make it look better! If you’re not very good at the game, it can help you with special moves, blocking and other things! All in all it’s a very badly made port, should reconsider fixing this, and make this better!

Please change the move sets back. In the new update you guys change the moves sets so now it’s easier to do EX moves but it’s now really hard ( for me) to use the special moves now that you have to do a z movement on the joypad for the shoryuken so instead use the old movements and for EX moves just do the same movement for the special but instead of pressing the p button press the sp button.

Improvement controls are screwed. Nothing like the arcade games to just say that and the controls are screwed and if there are buttons for the powerups then you don’t need a whole combo of moves to preform them. It isn’t the same as the real arcade machines and the bots only do the moves you can’t block or whatever and have aimbot.

I’m pretty sure if I’m smart enough to operate a phone, purchase the game and play it I can work out that if I feel like getting into a virtual fight street fighter is probably a good place to do it without a notification every day telling me that it’s a good place to jump in for a fight. A seriously misleading name. This is Street Fighter IV in name only. The complexity has been completely neutered. Characters are down to 2 buttons and a handful of combos. The graphics are 2D sprites lifted from the original game, but that’s about the closest similarity you’ll find. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish. Go emulate Street Fighter III: Third Strike.

Missing character... Why is Oni not in the game?

Trash Beyond trash. Hackers lag abusers fei long is the best character in the game thanks to lag no tournament mode, game reward cheating and bad plays rather than skills, We haven’t gotten a mobile version of ultra street fighter 4 despite the fact, that we are now at street fighter SIX. No fixes AND NOTHING that help redeem this game, I paid for trash and let be honest apple never give refunds. Update the damn game or remove it entierely and refund us its not even worthy of being called a game anymore.

Don't Buy This Game. This is the worst mobile port I have ever played. Sub 20 fps on an iPad Mini 4, graphics that are more pixelated than a Sega 32x game, and sloppy controls that have been simplified to the point where it bears no resemblance to the original game. Capcom should be ashamed for putting such a low quality port.

Not what I was expecting. My experience with this game was played on an iPad Pro 12.9”. The gameplay itself was good. On the iPad Pro, the game is very pixelated. I don’t mind if it was in 2d but in 3D it’s kind of weird. Still, not a reason to downvote if they’re accommodating for other devices. The two most irritating things about this game is that it has controller support in-game but not for menus. It’s really annoying reaching over to tap on the menu items. The second irritating thing I’ve experiences was the music cutting out randomly. It’s really annoying and kills the mood every time I get into a groove (I tend to listen to the cues in fighting games). Still, as a mobile game I probably would recommend it.

Just ‘meh’ at best, unfinished product. Coming from a playstation controller to mobile is quite a change. While I am excited about the title of this game and the graphics is nice, the mechanics of the controls is far from a finish product. While 6.99$ is not a whole lot of money, the developer gave the impression that at this price, everyone would be receiving a full game.. passing its beta testing phase. Change my mind with future updates in the next couple of months to fix the fight mechanism and you bet you’d have a solid triple A title game here for years to come. Pixelated Sprites?. When Street Fighter IV Volt came out, it was very impressive for a mobile game at the time. In 2017, Street Fighter IV Champion Edition served as an update, however, it still utilizes pixelated sprites. I would’ve loved to see something similar to the 3DS port. Every now and then, I come back to this game feeling that it could’ve been better.

Terrible support. They say that this game is for iOS 8.0 and above. I had some issues and they emailed me back saying they don’t support anything other than iOS 10 to iOS 12. So for the vast majority of folks that maybe on the latest and greatest they don’t support it. Lately I’m seeing online dropping connections and it’s regardless of device and internet connection. They provided no support. Since I’m on iOS 13.x they wouldn’t credit me back. They never update the software like other vendors. Last update as if this writing was 7 months ago.

One of my all-time favourite iOS games. Ever since Street Fighter came out on the App Store it’s been one of my favourite games. I first played it on my iPod touch, then my iPhone and now even my iPad after some time away, but I just noticed that the sparring mode apparently got removed. That’s ridiculous and it really sucks because it’s literally the mode that gives to the game pretty much all its replay value and probably the mode that most players play. Please bring back sparring so that we can fight whoever we want whenever we want.

Minor flaws just personal preference. Pretty cool game a lot going on loved the old graphics but this game works regardless I would 4.5 star but it’s a good game

Street Fighter. It’s an amazing game. The only reason I give it 4 is because there are times I been disconnected. Please fix’s the bug. Aside from that good work on the game. Plenty of opponents to face. Polish up ur skills there are a lot pros on this game. Go into training mode before doing ranked, it will help sharpen your skills.

Had this for a while. But just started playing it a lot more in the last few months. Combos are just as easy if not easier to do on the mobile as in a controller. Only issue is that I cannot get into any Ranked Matches, and when I get into one, before or during Round 2, game completely crashes/freezes. My record is only 0-1-0 when it should be 23-9-0 by now with all the fights I was winning and crashed 😔

Best fighter of all time, but graphic flawed.. This is the best fighter, heck, one of the best all time anywhere, but is lacking here on mobile. The UI is crisp and flawless, controls are decent and can be made smaller, thank god, but the graphics are terrible, low fps, and granulated backgrounds. Low Res. CAPCOM you really have to work on this. This game is really nice on itself but the port is just awful! It took so long to load and the loading screen is ugly. Resume function is also ugly, also its resume function is poor! And, the most important things, the resolution is just kidding! Please work on this!!! This game was an abandoned project. It’s been years since this game’s debut and nothing’s changed. Sure there’s been patches here and there, but nothing for characters. I go to revisit this game after years of not playing and all I see is rose, Dan maybe a FEW more. Years later and they’re latest character is DAN??? Really??? Good game but a little problem.. When street fighter 4 came out I was amazed. I never thought it would come out on mobile. But when I saw the roster, I was mad. They removed characters like Oni, Yang, and so many more fan favorites. Capcom if you are reading this at least add the characters you removed in future updates or make them DLC characters.

BETTER CHALLENGE COMBOS AND ULTRA OPTIONS PLEASE!!! :(. Hands down my most fav ip game! Challenge mode needs to be updated with better/advanced combos. I learned a lot of dope combos from the console version which is the reason why you enjoy playing some characters but Challenge of iphone game is really basic and boring. Wish they let you pick Ultra move too. Really disappointed they pick Juri Feng Shui Engine for this game.

Needs graphics improvements and a few stuff. The game is awesome, but the graphics needs major improvements. It’s too choppy, grainy, and blurry. The devices when this was released are stronger and more upgrades for handle it. Offline mode vs cpu is needed. WiFi our Bluetooth match for friends. Multiplayer needs a balancing meaning connection and stability. Lastly is the roster. It needs more of the SF characters.

Only wish that there was a smoothing option for the character models because sometimes they look a little pixelated. The recent update messed something up.. Ever since the recent update, it’s impossible to find an online match. Before the update, it worked perfectly no issues. Now, even when you do find a match, it disconnects halfway in always. Love this game. Wish it was working like it was. It’s the only good fighting game on mobile.

Why no controller support?. Why is there no controller support? This game would be as close to perfect as you can get on an iPhone if you could use a controller. Since the last update was 3 years ago I guess that will never happen now. Thanks Capcom.

Plz make a new version. All I’m asking such a good game jus plz make a new street fighter like this maybe like street fight 5 or 6 the mechanics I think it would be so good for everyone to play and I think a lot of people would also play plz consider

Awesome Game!!. This game is when my favorite games on the iPhone of all time. I play this game almost on the daily. It’s just like playing Street fighter 4 on a game console! The additional characters make it that much more interesting and will have you playing more and more! Let’s go Street Fighter, going to burn some muscle!

Great game, but...... The battle mode does not work at all. Been playing for a week and have never been able to find another player, it just hangs at "searching for opponents" and when I try to click the return button, it just hangs at the "finished searching" part and the only option I have left is to close out the game and re-open it. I guess I'll only be playing against the CPU unfortunately. Not real happy I spent money on this.

Best fighting game on mobile.. This is the best fighting game on mobile by far, but there are still a few things that need to be fixed. Really weird touch controls make it harder to play. I can barely do a Mestu Shoryuken with these controls, which on console is really easy. Maybe a versus with CPU? That would be nice. Also, cutscenes when you beat the game. I know that’s hard though. Overall, my favorite fighting game on mobile. Thanks for reading!

Amazing game! Love it!. Best mobile device fighting game ever! The controls and character balance is on point. Game play is really fun and it’s great that we can fight against other people around the world. Only thing I don’t like about the game is there are some shady people who like to disconnect when they’re about to lose or some of them have hacks where they don’t lose BP

We want more characters and costumes. The game is great and all but I feel like there should be more characters. For example somebody plays ultra street fighter 4 and they play hakan but there on a trip so they get this game but there is no hakan. And one more thing. Costume s. 2 color changes is not enough I feel like you should get coustumes for characters. One good solution to this is to add rewards for fighting so you can earn characters and costumes.

Impressed. IPHONE SE user; completely surpassed my expectations! It’s really fun, and for only 99 cents. The graphics are better than expected, I don’t get any lag whatsoever. Yes it’s not 4K quality but good enough for me. I have a boring 25 minute commute on the train to work so this will sure make my commute better.

Terrible pixilated graphic. This version is a big disappointment. The graphics are low resolution and heavily pixilated. On the newest iPad Pro it is so bad like you take a photo and zoom all the way in. On the iPhone X it is only slightly better as the screen is smaller but still heavily pixilated, absolutely not made for iPhone or iPad. Seems the dev simply ported a low res console version to the iOS without any attempt to improve the graphic. Control is also not so great, a big let down and makes me sad as I am a big fan of SF for the past 20 years.

Viper!. What did yall do with her fighting modification why did yall change the ways of her attack I can't cancel out ppl attacks no more plus I can't burn any one that's in crouch mode when I jump over them if my flames don't connect after jumping am left vulnerable wth plz fix back with next update everything was perfect don't change up how it was

Best fighting game just a few things. Like everyone else is saying, the game is very fun but they need to improve the joystick option and fix minor glitches. Other than that the game is very impressive and worth the 5 bucks for all the features that come with it like multiplayer and all the other classic street fighter game modes.

What’s new about this that iOS 11 couldn’t support the pervious 2 versions of street fighter ?. This the same game that I have purchased 3 times. The other two were not supported by the new version of iOS and the have been no improvements, although I was made to pay a 3rd time for the SAME game. No endings, no new story line... just the same ole game!!!!

Almost perfect. This is a incredible street fighter game on mobile in my opinion this should be how all fighting games on mobile should be. But it is lacking in a few key area like no local play were you can connect to another person’s phone to fight against them. But over all it was one of the best $5 dollars I spent in my life

Great Game, been Playing it for Years. I have loved playing Street Fighter since I was a child and this mobile game comes amazingly close to arcade and console game play. I just wish we could get some new characters (maybe from SF6) to keep the game fresh?

Good game,Sound’s a little wierd. This game is decent fun. I am a huge fan of fighting games,and this is probably one of the best fir IOS devices. However,I have encountered a bug that will make the audio go away forever if I turn on my bluetooth headphones while the game is running on my phone. The only way to get noise and music back is to delete then re install the game. I would be very greatful if this were fixed.

Choppy. This game literally runs at 15 frames per second… The background zooms in at 22. There is three different animation frames for throws. None of this is in 3-D… It is deceptive because all of the previews and pictures make it look like it is modeled in three dimensions. But in reality it takes the old super Nintendo way of taking screenshots of 3-D animated characters and using five or six frames to animate the character animations. Absolute garbage… I’ll give it two stars for the control system. But until this game stops looking like a Sega Genesis port, it’s getting two stars

Controls.... I had much better accuracy hitting the correct button with Volt. I can't even jump half the time in this version. Game looks great. Frame rate must be lower because fast moves like ibuki's neckbreaker and Sagats high fireball look like teleportation. I think with some updates it should be a game we are all happy with.

Old School feel. I am a diehard old school sf fan with an Xbox 1 which means no sf. I was a little worried about this game but after playing, it has the same feel. Glad to see My Akuma has the same feel and the raging demon is alive with same button as in the PlayStation. Keep making this better.

The game is great, but no offline??. Listen, I think this game is alright for a mobile port, but ever since the latest update, I’m unable to play this game without connecting to the internet first? What’s up with that then? I just want to play the game while I’m riding in the car bruh why can’t u let me play it 💀💀💀💀

Great game. I’ve played this game now for more than 13 yrs even grew up to this game. I can oh wish they can update the game there are lots of errors and lags in the game it’s a shame nobody has been updating it to these newer phone updates. Other than that I still love the game and will keep playing!!

Please make another street fighter.. This game is amazing for mobile. The best fighter game on mobile. I’m pretty sure I speak for all mobile gamers when I say please make another street fighter or a street fight x tekken for mobile. I’ve been waiting and hoping that you guy will make another. Nice update. Glad to have all 3 of the characters added, especially Guy (still wish we could also get the 3rd Final Fight player whose name escapes me...). Not sure on the multiplayer and rage quitting or any of that nonsense, but I do wish there was more to the single player like endings for the characters....small touch would go a long way. Solid update none-the-less

Why I love this game so much.. I really love this game for a few reasons, I love how it’s kind of pixelated. I also love the beat ‘em up games, when I saw Ryu and Ken in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate I knew I needed to buy a Street Fighter game after buying this I was in love with Street Fighter. The controls are pretty good in my opinion. In full conclusion I love Street Fighter... a lot.

Freakin amazing. Finally a oldschool classic updated for new ios devices bout time, maube update and bring back marvel vs capcom. Anyway no tap tap bs here you actually have to have button skill and the buttons work amazing. Really impressed at how smooth just like using a real controller. A must have for any Fighting genre fan

Steer Fighter is on IPhone period.. I don’t know if you actually play someone you know because I’ve just been training and playing arcade. What I do know is the game physics are something vicious. This is the best fighting game on IPhone. There’s nothing much more to say. Buy it and go catch those Fades. BlazeHeru

Missing one mode. To be honest the game is good but there’s one thing I always played on volt and that’s the player vs the cpu I tried finding it and it’s not in the game like that’s disappointing for me because thats where I always practice with different characters and different difficulty and now it’s not in champion edition that’s sad

Super fun in 2021. An Online community doesn’t exist, but it’s still a fun offline game to pick and play when you have a little time to kill. Controller support should definitely be added, but I don’t see an update coming any time soon.
