Amazing tool from Apple. Honestly it is amazing this tool exist, the ability to monitor the state of the app using your smartphone, check if there is issue in submissions and even manually releasing to store. It there is more than 5 stars I will absolutely give to this app.

Crashes constantly; is brutally slow to load.. Can’t believe Apple would have such an app. It’s nearly trivial in function, but it won’t even load on the phone about 1/5 the time. Often the keyboard freezes during password entry. It often won’t do Touch ID. Nearly always crashes on app details. Not completely useless. Just mostly.

Great improvements over the previous app. I dropped 1 star because the rating and reviews notifications don’t work. I did used the toggle to turn on notifications for customer reviews, star reviews and app status changes in both settings view and “my app view”. I only receive app status notifications.

Too good!!!. Amazing how they pay, amazing how well they treat you, their customer service is 24 hours live agents and amazingly responsive. Highly recommended for gig jobs. You get paid as soon as you finish the job without any fees. I couldn’t believe it but it’s true. Thank you Workz360. Kudos to all of you.

Serious disappointment. After attempt attempt to login consecutively for five consecutive attempts unable to come to the climax taking into consideration that I am not the only individual that is suffering from these difficulties it is an atrocity to the application in the developer. Any individual that would not be able to use this application to the best of their ability Is suffering from a loss not financially but even more serious for my time I cannot be reimbursed resolve the issue please so I may continue my work have a good turkey day

Good. Would be perfect if they had beta feedback viewing. This app is very simplistic and has everything I need to know. So nice being able to submit bills for beta review or App Store review without needing my computer. I can just upload the app the app via transporter, walk away from my computer and after it’s done getting built I can approve it from anywhere. HOWEVER. I really wish I could review feedback from beta testers on the go. My app is small and I’m also away from my laptop often. Would be nice being able to contact testers and read their feedback while I’m out and about.

Needs more features from the corresponding website. This app would be significantly more useful if it included more features from the App Store Connect website. For example, this app only has two tabs: My Apps, and Trends. But the website also has an Analytics tab (which I find very useful) as well as a few other tabs (which I don’t use much). Since this app lacks the Analytics tab, I frequently go to the website instead of this app, which kind of defeats the purpose of the app, and is annoying.

Inconsistent behavior all around. Login is always inconsistent. Sometimes I can log in with Face ID, other times I need to re enter my password… 🙄. Often times the trends tab will just disappear on me and I’m unable to view any trends at all with no explanation. I also notice that the data displayed on the app is sometimes not as up to date as the website. I just want a some more consistency here.

Great when it works. This app loses it’s Tab bar at the bottom and I can’t get it to show up even after killing the app. This has happened multiple times of the last year or two where it eventually comes back after a week or so of being gone. It has currently been missing for two weeks which makes it impossible to view analytics across my apps. It would also be great to add a pull to refresh feature on the analytics screen.

Please provide more system information with reviews.. I like that I can easily reply to users' reviews from the app. However, I would like to see more system information provided, such as the device model and software version, which would help with troubleshooting.

Ok. I like the ease and speed of being able to check simple trends and manage basics of my app. However this app falls short on displaying key analytics like active number of subscriptions and retention metrics. Having a few more metrics would move my rating to a 5 star.

Limited. The app generally works with regards to allowing me to see reviews and release an app that’s Pending Developer Release, but not good for much else. I like that I get push notifications when I get a new review for my app, but hate that tapping on the notification opens the app to a loading spinner that never finishes, making me terminate the app and manually search out the new review.

Handy and informative. The iTunes Connect and now the App Connect app as it has been renamed are excellent and powerful for tracking app submissions for app authors. They help you quickly monitor the app approval process and communicate with the Apple app reviewers. The app also helps you monitor and get reports on app downloads and sales.

Publishing with Ease. App Store Connect removes the headaches from the life of the developer. It integrates iOS devices so that you can start from your MacBook to your IPhone without worrying. I tried Google play console and there were so many hiccups. Apple is indeed the master of app development. Keep it up.

New Bug. This is an important app that I use particularly to respond to reviews on-the-go. But after iOS17 it’s very difficult to do so because the reviews are often cut off and invisible half the time. The other half of the time you can scroll to see more, but the box in which it is contained is small and doesn’t expand, leaving you only able to read a longer review two lines of text at a time. Very odd!

Developers Best Friend. This app is great for part time app developers. I have a full time job as a developer and part time develop apps. I use to have to wait until I got home to see app status or respond to issues/reviews. But with this app I can get notified and respond directly to reviews.

Support for multiple accounts. Glad to see you’re showing this app some ❤️ Would you please consider supporting multiple Apple ID logins? Many of us have personal apps that we publish under our own accounts, but we also work for employers who require us to use our corporate email to access our company’s Apple Developer account. It would be nice to stay logged into more than one account at a time, with a switcher similar to GitHub’s, especially if we could get push notifications for both accounts.

Where is Trends?. App Store Connect was down for "maintenance" for several days! Afterwards Trends is no longer available! Also this app will not release a ready version update! Spinning wheel of death adds insult to injury! No response from Apple Dev Support! Not even any replies to these App Store Reviews! And number of my app's ratings are double what appears on App Store page which has not been updated for over one year! Is anybody there?

no support for multiple accounts yet?. It’d be great to have support for multiple accounts on the app.(similar to how you can have multiple google accounts signed in) As a freelancer working with a few apps in parallel, it’s a pain to use App Store connect on web and mobile because I have to sign out and sign in each time I work on a different app. Hope to see support for this soon.

Some feedback!. I appreciate this app and use it every day. Thanks for listening to feedback and implementing my suggestions over time! ☑︎ Can you support the standard Share and Translate menu buttons in the long press menu? It would be immensely helpful to be able to use the iOS 15 system-wide translate feature that appears in any app but is strangely absent here. ☑︎ In previous versions the territory was shown when you tap a review. It seems this has disappeared so it’s impossible to know which country a review was posted in unless you change the territories filter and it doesn’t disappear from the list. ◻︎ When replying to a review could you show the review text? I often have to cancel to go reference the review to figure out what to type next. ☐ It would be very nice to see stats for number of sessions and crashes. ☐ It would be incredible to see data that’s in Xcode’s organizer to examine scroll hitch data, energy usage, etc.

Loads slowly and is missing functionality on the web. Just like the web counterpart, the app is slow at loading data. Also a bunch of functionality is missing in the app as compared to the website.

Gets worse with every update. The app becomes more and more useless with each update. 1. Can no longer see rejection message. When I navigate to the rejected build and tap for more info, it just launches a page with the rejected logo, a header that says “Rejection Message” and then nothing. It’s blank 2. When navigating the “App Review” section to find the rejected build, the builds are listed out of order. Really old rejections are at the top and the latest rejected build is somewhere in the middle of the list. 3. Keeps saying no network connection every time I load a new page even though I’m on a fast and steady connection. You usually have to retry multiple times to load a page. The latency is worse than the web version. The app is essentially a glorified notification mechanism rather than a useful tool.

Works ok, has some bugs. Shows app info and trends starting from 1 day. Would be nice if it could show trends for last 24 hrs which would provide more “live” data than the 1day delayed data it currently shows that I can get through another analytics service. Push notifications do not work.

Really great start for a developer console. This app is a fantastic replacement to its predecessor, the iTunes Connect app. The new design is pleasant and easy to use. What would be nice would be a feature to manage more on our apps such as TestFlight releases, adding emails for testers and more. In the future I could see editing promo text and uploading device screenshots directly from device! Thanks for a great app!

Very disappointed in apple. I’m disgusted by the what appears to be greed by the apple developer team. I get it your short in sales and everyone’s affected by corona events. However I have the right to submit as many apps and any type of app under my paid account that is mines Your agents keep giving me this 5.2.1 intellectual guideline rejection when I’m making my own apps and these are not for clients. I use a lot of framework then reconstruct the baseline and all the features so that I have a building block of my own.. no two apps of mines are the same yes I’m being racially or biasLy profiled as if I’m doing something wrong. Your not going to force me to create 20 apple developer independent accounts for 20 apps that’s created by me and for me We need to have this taken care of sooner than later I’ve worked for apple before so this lack of transparency as to why your holding a grudge against my company is highly disrespectful and it’s wasting a lot of my valuable time I don’t appreciate it at all what so ever ..

Issue checking TestFlight release. In general, App Store Connect works well and provides valuable information. One area of the app that has been persistently broken is when I inspect one of my apps, scroll down to the TestFlight section and select Build Activity, then select a recent build. There is a short delay, then the screen says “Check Your Network Settings”, “Make sure you’re connected to the Internet and try again.” I am on a speedy internet connection and this happens constantly, day or night. it’s frustrating since the primary reason that I use mobile App Store Connect on a day-to-day basis, is to check the status of a building submitted for approval.

Needs Last 24 Hours In Sales. I cannot figure out how to see the last 24 hours in sales. It’s the only reason I use the website more than this app. Is there a trick? The 1 day selector isn’t the same number as the last 24 hours on the website. Could you guys add it? Overall it’s an amazing app! Keep up the amazing work!

Faster than web. I did a side-by-side of trying to manually release a new version that was just approved, both on web and this app, and of course, web logged me out. That's gotta be the slowest website ever anyway. This app was much faster, so it gets 5 stars!

Nicely implemented but need to edit release. The App Store Connect app nicely repackages the functionality of the website in a smaller screen format, but doesn’t yet allow you to edit release notes or pick a new build to include for submission.

Good but could be better.. I love the improvements Apple made. App Store connect is better than iTunes Connect in UX and UI. It’s not 5 stars only because I don’t have the three options I really care about. I end up having to go online to get what I need. 1. Trends only go 26 weeks back. There are no options for life time of the app, year to date YTD, month to date MYD, week to date WTD views. No custom range like online has. 2. The app doesn’t show number of Sessions or app usage/retention stats. 3. Proceeds only include money from purchased apps. There is no option to combine In-App purchases to my proceeds view. I do love the app reviews in App Store Connect though. Progress. Yay!

Pretty good tool. The app is pretty limited. You can see all your app’s info and trends and such but there isn’t any customization. For instance you can see the sales for the last week, but if you want to see the last 5 days you can’t. You also can’t zoom in on graphs or see graphs compared to each other. Overall it’s pretty limited.

Trends button missing. The main reason I use this app is to be able to see how early sales are doing on my latest apps. It appears that I can no longer do that as I cannot find the Trends link/button. I am giving this app review one star to maybe draw attention to this issue. The description even states that there is a trends feature.

Data sync issues. Frequently has issues pulling daily data. Have to force quit app to get new data. Often, it logs me out (almost daily). Occasionally trends data gets stopped for 3-5 days in a row. But for those issues, love the design and utility of the app.

Very convenient app. Very nice app. Helpful when tracking important metrics. It doesn’t still have everything ( metrics like sessions/deletions/ product page views) that’s available on appstore developer account but it’s a great companion app for me. I use it everyday and hoping apple keeps adding more functionality/metrics to it.

Barebones Features, Lag in Data. The app generally works well and serves a basic purpose so I’ll give it 3 stars. This is a really barebones app compared to all of the information presented on the App Store Connect website. It would be nice to see page views, impressions, referrals, etc. so I don’t have to log into my computer and check. I also often times have issues with data not updating. My sales and trends have not updated for 5 days. I’m assuming this is a failure on the server side because the website shows the same thing. All in all, it’s like any other product Apple makes for developers: it meets the bare requirements and looks pretty, but the buck stops there.

An improvement, but still lacking. This is a definite improvement over the old app, but it still makes odd choices that limit its usefulness. Why is Apple insistent I need to tap multiple times to see my sales? I’m guessing 80% of developers use this app to check their sales first and foremost. That functionality is on a secondary tab... why?? Also what happened to text labels? Tell me I had 100 downloads yesterday, don’t show me a vague but pretty graph. Being able to respond to reviews is great and I appreciate the functionality. I just wish Apple could nail the basic functionality of the app first.

Worth The Download. Dealing with the Apple review process can be difficult at times, but this app makes it so much simpler. Ease of review comments, resolution center content, and overall app submission control, make this a must have for any developer.

Please add this feature.... I have lots of apps and I really don’t want to have to tap on all of them one by one to find out if I have new reviews or not, then hit reply, etc... could you put together a way to see all reviews for all apps from say the past 7 days? And give us the option of checking off if they’ve been read so they don’t show up again in the queue of unread replies? And make it so we can respond on one screen to all of them instead of dealing with all of the navigation?

Quick view but poor functionality. The app is great for a quick view of things happening with your app but it’s missing any real detail or capability to manage the app from your mobile device. If you have a subscription service you can’t see any detail into that except proceeds. App detail is limited and submission or edits of an app are not possible.

Essential tool for app distribution. This app is great and works as it should. I wish it could do more in comparison to App Store Connect website but no dings there. The one bug I have identified (on the web) is that ratings and reviews do not match between what’s online and in the app. I see more data in the app!!

time zone pretty pls!. This app has gotten a ton better and I appreciate the hard work. But, I compare my revenue numbers every day in PST because UCT doesn’t give me a good picture of my daily sales. So, I still have to sign into the web version of iTunes connect every day and click several buttons. I wish I could just open this app! Can you please provide an option to change the time zones for your trends section and hopefully even persist that setting?

No search by Territory and... There is no search by Territory in Ratings and Reviews, so every time I have to scroll a deep down to find needed country. I can’t check Rating and Reviews for current and previous versions. Say I pushed update v1.1 and how compare ratings between v1.0 and v1.1? There is no way to check that. There are AWKWARD filter in this app: by version: All or Current, which is doing basically nothing. When I set it to current version- nothing changes, I still see same numbers of ratings and reviews.

So glad I found this. I cannot tell you how intimidating building photo books for our family is. It’s expensive, overly complicated and there’s no time. Along comes Recently. It took no time at all, and I’m in love. This just checked a huge one off the list for my wife and I.

Basic reporting is broken (24h, 1d, 7d). How can the proceeds from a 24h period be larger than the last 7d? Sadly shows that nobody in Cupertino actually uses this app. An embarrassing offering when companies like Stripe exist that provide what developers expect: live, accurate data that does not become inconsistent when you change the filters. Apple and its developer community have come to expect too little in this area.

Good start, but overal pretty basic compared to ASC web interface. The app works pretty well and has some useful functions, but there are some glaring omissions. Would love to see the app have more feature parity with the web interface, especially when the web interface of ASC isn’t that great on mobile devices.

Nice but lacking compared to website and unreliable. I like to use this app regularly to check on the status of apps and a general view of trends. Also love the ability to be able to release an app after review. But I find it a bit lacking, especially in the trends section. I find myself frequently accessing the website (even from my iPhone) to view more detailed trend stats. I can appreciate that the iPhone version needs more "focus" but I'm surprised that at least the iPad version of the app doesn't have feature parity with the website. Additionally, about 50% the time it doesn't work at all and says "App Store Connect" unavailable, while the website works.

Could be more like the site. This app is useful. It tells me the status of the current build (rejected, on App Store, etc), allows me to check and reply to the message sent with a build rejection, and allows me to view sales. This is not enough. I think I should be able to change, say, the privacy policy link on my app, or pricing. There is a lot more to be added I feel. Otherwise, it’s a solid app.

Great but missing one feature that I would love to have on the go. I mostly like the app. The only thing that's missing for me is the ability to submit app updates for review directly from the app, rather than having to go to the website just to type in what's new and pick which build to deploy. Even if we had the exact same UX as pushing the app to your external TestFlight link, that would be perfect for me!

Great for status updates, wish I could do more. The app upload and review status notifications are perfect (better than getting email updates). But I would love to be able to view and edit more app metadata and interact in the Connect app. The Connect website is not terribly usable from my phone. Keep up the great work - thanks!

No new data. There's no new data since 20 July 2021, but on the website it shows the data. Also the bottom bar disappears sometimes. If you force shut it down several times it will eventually show again. When that fails, log off and logon works also.

Please keep me logged in. Giving 5 stars for the decision of making this app. As an Apple developer for over a decade now, I can say that Apple developer portal and iTunes connect portal sometimes makes me feel a bit unloved by Apple :) The reporting features, for instance , are cumbersome and mediocre at its best. I would say this app is a first step in the right direction. Kudos Apple.

Could you please add review translations. It is impossible to understand reviews from different countries unless you know all the languages. Automatic translations could be helpful, or at least ability to copy the review.

Good app but it’s missing some core features to make it complete. I use App Store Connect on both mobile web and iOS. The mobile web site has all the functionality but it’s not optimised for mobile. On the other hand the iOS app has limited functionality. It will be great to see more of the web features added to the iOS app.

Huge improvement. Good work Apple, hope this app continues to receive regular updates and doesn’t fall off after a few releases.

So bad app review. Rejection based on a single point of view. As the one who is reviewing my app know nothing about the the theory I’m using in my app for time management he/she rejected the app.

Developer. The trends section is not reflecting what’s on the web version. Can you look into it please. Thanks

Security. Not easy to deal with delaying new updates to App Store - permissions to accounts need to improve.

Needs real time data. All the sales data is so delayed, even third party apps like RevenueCat provide more up to date info.

Helpful, but slow. Very helpful to see all my apps and stuff, but it frequently logs me out and is pretty slow

Some data not available. It would be great if I could see all of the data available on the iMac version, eg historical sales to date. Annoying!

A little buggy. I get a notification, go to open it and then am often stuck with the little wheel spinning with no progression past there. I want to get back to our users but can’t unless I login on a computer. It’s not a wifi issue.

Memory of a gold fish. It somehow tries to use FaceID for logging in but always prompts me for my password. No other app in my phone what’s such a bad memory. It’d be nice to see TestFlight feedback and more drill down of the various stats by device, etc.

Good, but cannot do everything. The app is very well designed but some things just cannot be done. For a lot of things, you still have to use the website.

Thank you Apple from Onzebook. As a developer, AppStore connect is one of the first app I check, for obvious reasons. The reports are nice and gives me a summary of what I look for.

Apple Think They Are The Police. The app review staff are terrible, they act like police officers and have no care for those who’s career is on the App Store.

After all these years. We still have to go back to the web interface for a bunch of things, including creating a new version of our app. Makes this app pointless. I have lost hope it will ever be useful for actually managing our apps with.

App review. We have submitted an app 5 times, with instructions and with a video, there is no issue with our binary or with our code. However Apple CONTINUE to reject our app, “unable to install on the watch”. This whole process of submitting our app has been extremely disappointing. And we regret to have gone down this path. Will not recommend for any B2B enterprise application. Find your own ad hoc way to distribute, because this review process is a joke. Shame on you Apple.

Doesn’t even have a fraction of the web portal capability. I add one extra star just cause you added dark mode but still Awful for apple that their own apps now have even the feature parity with their web portal... I thought that by now we at least should’ve feature parity if not more... like a native app on Mac ....!!!

Do not download. Found this on my iPhone and realised that somebody had access to my iCloud and used this to spy on me.

Great for quick overview of your apps. The app is ok, but it would be amazing to have more of the features of the web version of App Store connect.

Long standing bugs, just use the website. Have reported bugs about the wrong data being shown in some places and they still haven’t been fixed. Forcing us to use the website for accuracy, even when on the go, which defeats the purpose of the app for everything but the notifications.

Great for notifications. It’s perfect for viewing the status of your apps. Doesn’t give you the ability to edit submissions though. Love how it sends notifications when the status of your app changes, it’s pretty much instant.

Absolutely horrible. The bottom tab bar keeps disappearing so I can’t see the trends. The app is extremely slow on my iPhone 13. No way to pull to refresh trends (when I can even access that tab).

Missing too many features. The app needs to integrate more features from the website.

Very helpful. A very helpful app, which is slowly getting more and more of the features of the website. Two things would make it perfect for me: 1) The ability to submit builds to TestFlight groups and submit builds for TestFlight review 2) The push notifications need sound/vibrate. While I do get notifications, since they do not play a sound or vibrate, it’s very easy to miss the notifications until I next use my phone. These notifications are important to me, and I want to know the second they’re delivered.

Very buggy app. It shows all zeros when I cluck on trends to see the sales and proceeds then I found a deposit into my bank! I logged on my browser to see my app sales! Completely useless app

The app is only as good as the people behind it. The app is only as good as the people behind it and well, the Apple developer community has clearly voiced concerns over the anonymous and random if not erroneous nature of the decisions of people who approve apps in a black box. This app could never be good until the people on the other side of the app improve.

Review notifications. Nice update. Review notifications are not working properly, though. Received a notification once, but not since. Everything is set up properly for notifications.

App won’t update and is limited. The Connect app doesn’t like to update the information given and sometimes takes days for the proper data. The app is extremely limited for what it should be.

Easily rigged. The App Store has been infiltrated with fake reviews. I get solicitation reviews on my app trying to get me to buy fake reviews! The whole app ecosystem is flooded with fake reviews and apps - app connect lets you see the impact.

It Will Not Let Me Sign In. It Will Not Let Me Sign In Because Of The App If You Fix That Bug, I Would Give You A 5 Star Rating

Won’t let me login, because... It says I need to accept the new terms of service, and I go to the website, and there’s nowhere to click accept. It’s infuriating.

Needs a lot more to be useful!. App Store being everything for iPhone, not sure why iTunes Connect and now this app gets such a minor update? Fresh paint is not what was needed. Analytics, crash reports, custom date ranges, ability to view and manage bank & tax information etc. are all missing. Notifications don’t work properly. Please fix bugs and add features at a decent pace.

Still doesn’t really do much. It’s still lacking a lot of features compared to the web browser version and a lot of functionality that would really make this app useful. Not a lot you can really do with it other than checking your sales and trends. Also can’t submit new versions apps like the web browser version. Also crashes the app as well. Won’t load current sales now also. Barely loads it’s so slow with iOS 13! Doesn’t support dark mode in iOS 13 yet!

Great App - But Some Notes. A few nice features would be: - Upload images and photos to conversations (i.e. the Resolution Centre). - Custom start and end dates for the ‘Trends’ section.

Great start. This is a great rebranding of the iTunes Connect app. I use it most days however I still need to login to the web portal to see analytics and other things. I look forward to this app having feature parity with the web portal.

Great but needs a few improvements. -Would be great if the trends tab got revamped with SwiftUI charts. -Would really be great to be able to view screenshots and preview videos. -Some things should really be easier to access instead of nested several layers deep. -Hopefully more of the features from the website version make there way to the app

Easier, Cleaner and Overall Much Better. The old iTunes Connect app seemed cumbersome and not very intuitive for what many people use it for; tracking downloads and sales. This app is much better; I can quickly get the download and sales info I need in a few quick taps. As someone mentioned earlier, please add downloads by country; I would like to see which App Store my app is being downloaded from. Keep up the good work, Apple! 

TestFlight integration. It would be awesome if you could release TestFlight builds from Connect. The website keeps hanging on me when I enter beta tester notes in Safari. Spinning beachball. Works fine with Chrome though.

Slow to refresh can’t manage releases. This is really more of a “read-only” app. It’d be great if it let you do all the same things you can do on the website.

Better, But.... Please add the ability to see all of the places on the App Store that an app is currently featured, and in which countries, this would be a huge help!!

Disappointed. I got this app to make apps, but when i tried to sign in, it said im not allowed to WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE?! Apple if you see this please fix this And when you do i will give a higher star rating and redownload. Im changing to a different app maker for now.

Endless account switching. I would like to be able to see a list of my favorite apps from all of my various accounts. Logout after 90 days from bio security... excessive?!

Unbelievable delays and silly questions. That I can’t even imaging or find words to describe !

Very close to the exam. If you want to know what type of question to expect on the exam, then get this app.

App keeps crashing. Everytime I try to Edit Test Details for a new build, the app crashes.

Bottom tabs disappear arbitrarily. The bottom tabs just disappeared one day. I uninstalled it, installed again, the tabs reappeared. The next day they were gone again.

The reviewers are worthless. They consistently reject apps. I wonder if they get hired to just reject all the applications

Add TestFlight section and ability to edit app metadata. Maybe you could add a TestFlight section and make it so developers can edit app metadata from in the app

Sign in. Poor signing in constant error account holder i am the holder of the account. After several attempts i was in. Later i tried and repeatedly i am faced with this same dam problem. I just left an apple store i had thought the diagnostic done on my phone would be some assistance. I am trying everything to fix my problem.

Internet connection errors. App keeps saying I need to connect to the internet when displaying app details. Unable to expire builds or manage releases from within the app. Even with app setting to download over cellular data , does not work. Reinstall does not work. Turning on/off WiFi does not work. This app is basically useless in this state. iPhone 13 Pro, iOS version 16.6.

Easy to navigate. ASC app does what I needed it to do on the go, easy to check stats, read and reply to reviews, release, eject, made easy from my phone.

This app crashed after one day.... This app may need a little bit of and update sincerely I’ve seen a lot of crashes happening in this app and a lot of people text and call me about it. The creator should actually make this app better so others will give a five star rate. I checked it out and then in my mind I’m like “what is happening” then I realized that it was a really annoying bug. I tried to open the app once again and it didn’t work also after a day I checked it out and it didn’t work at all... So I deleted it and again downloaded it but it didn’t work at all. Please try and fox this bug

Fingerprint login ignored. Like others I’m not entirely happy with the layout of this app versus the old iTunes Connect app, but I also have a problem with logging in using my fingerprint. It prompts for the fingerprint and accepts it successfully but then subsequently asks for my password too! I might as well turn off fingerprint login because it’s ignored! The iTunes Connect app doesn’t do this - it never prompts for the password after accepting the fingerprint.

Monopoly. This app will serve as your daily reminder that the App Store is rigged against you in so many ways. The algorithms won’t help your app find customers and Apple won’t change things due to the lack of competition, there is no incentive for them. You can always pay Apple for prime ad placement on their storefront though. Because that isn’t a giant conflict of interest or anything.

Needs notifications for trend report updates. I really like the updates to this app, it is now very useful. It would be nice if it would alert when updates to the trend reports become available each day.

Useful, but slowwwwwww. It takes a really long time to load each screen. But it’s still very useful.

Waaaaay better than iTunes Connect.. I’m so glad Apple came out with some this nice for the backend. I’m on it every day now. I barely ever used the iTunes Connect app. But this is literally day and night difference. Thanks Apple.

Bug of trends showing 0 data. I can no longer check any data in Trend section. It gives me 0 on every section. Hope the Apple team can fix it soon.

Can’t Log In. I really want to be able to use this app but I am unable to log in with my Developer credentials :/, I get error 2006 “unable to authenticate...” thankfully iTunes connect app is still around and I can log in with no troubles there. Someone from Apple please help

Not Enough Control. This app does not provide nearly enough control or granularity. I expect much more detail in the sales reports especially. I would like it to be comparable to the online website in terms of functionality.

A good start!. I use this app every morning to check my stable of apps. It would be very beneficial to report more metrics including usage stats, crash notifications, refunds, etc. It would also be valuable for the app to update app data without restarting it!!

One of the longest running and still the best OR Peds app. I have been using some version of this app for years. It took a while but the new one has grown on me. The full customization has allowed me to use concentrations and dilutions specific to my practice. Great app!

Need custom date range. For the most part the app is helpful by it could be much better by adding the ability to see trends on a year to date or rolling one year or custom date range. For me to see those numbers I need to login to my developer account on my computer.

Great tool!. Very convenient. I only wish I had access to more date ranges for the proceeds. A better fine tuning on that would be great. Thank you.

Writing a review to leave feedback. My app submission of a critical hotfix was rejected so the reviewer could ask a minor clarification question. Then they left me on waiting for review for 72 hours. This is a garbage service and we app developers need to band together and demand legal action from congress. Previous review: I mostly use this app to release approved versions when I’m away from my computer. As such, being able to read the full App Description and What’s New, but not edit them, is not very valuable to me. What would be valuable is: being able to confirm the approved build version, and being able to confirm and even edit the Release to All vs Phased Release from this app.

Translate button for reviews!. Please add a translation button. Right now I need to highlight the text and press translate, I would like it to be just a translate button next to the reply to review button.

Fantastic tool. Love that it has become more useful over time. The one major thing I wish I could do is add teams to TestFlight builds or add builds to teams. Adding individuals is great, but adding teams would be awesome as well.

Cool update! But missing translations. When looking at reviews, if I have one in Haitian Creole it can’t translate it. Also, I got a notification of a 2 star review, tap the notification and it takes me to the app but deep links to a different review (5 stars).. I have to go back and scroll down the reviews to find the 2 star one, so something is broken here. Love the new ability to share promotional video.

Great to have a mobile app for the console 📈. Viewing what failed review page and being able to respond from within app is currently broken. Please fix

Always crashes or connection error. Have had the worst experience so far, have no been able to get any dev testers on a build because of the connection errors!

Simple and Effective. Not much functionality which is actually a good thing. It does what it does — keeping me aware of app status — in a clean and straightforward interface.

Buggy. App is okay overall. Would be good to provide sales data as well similar to its web version. I’ve found that if you got a new app less than 26 weeks. When you go to Trends, Units, Free iOS/watchOS/tvOS, and select 26 W on the top, the app crashes. Shouldn’t there be a more graceful handling?

Trash app. The last connect app was better, this one is a pain to use it’s never real time. Now it won’t even show downloads so I have no way of knowing where I’m at with my app. Extremely disappointed this is terrible.

Some improvements. I'd like to see app download and other stats by current month instead of just 1 day, 1 week, 2 week etc. Monthly stats are much more useful. Then I wouldn't need to view the web based site as often.

Continue to be impressed!. Connect is great for being about to manage minor release & deployment activities “on the go”. Especially those tasks that tend to be mundane and more complicated on the AppStoreConnect site.

Only works sometimes. It’s seems like every other week there’s a problem with with the app. I can’t get sales info and sometimes sign in issues.

Unable to see last 24 hrs. Basically the app lacks the functionality where you can see stats for the last 24 hrs. Other than that is decent, just a simplified app of the actual web version.

Finally. Wooo super happy to see Apple investing in the apps for Developers. This is exactly what I needed. It’s clean, it’s got the data I want. The only recommendation I’d like to make is make review text selectable. I need to translate some of it. (Or even better: offer translation in app) Thanks Apple!

Crash when tapping on pn. This already happened to me about three to four times in a row but the app crashes when tapping on a push notification to launch.

This app is ok could be better if. Can you please add analytics to the app version? I keep using the website version anyway. Missing such big features makes the app pointless

Improve Sign In. Please fix the sign in, when the session ends, still prompts the fave if check but generally I need to close the app because otherwise I need to insert credentials manually again. Also, you cannot change things like price and other stuff.

Making software easy for users. Grateful that we have tools like connect to communicate with our users and manage the entire flow of product development to live.

Works ok for the basics , a bit sluggish. There are a lot of improvements this app could have to support its main audience better - small developers - what I’d like to see the most is better review management with easy bug system integration. Secondly, please finally add the appconnect analytics too!

Wonderful app for students. I have been using this app for years and I appreciate its educational and thoughtful design. We use it all the time!

App Store control from the palm of my hand. It is great to know that I can take action or check status for my company’s app wherever I am, even if I am away from my laptop.

There is so much more that could be done with this app. The responsiveness of the appstoreconnect website is terrible, so you’d expect this app to fill in the gaps. Unfortunately, its very limited as to what you can do. It would be great if you could for example, manage users, manage testflight, edit app info from this app.

Does what it does really well. A nice clean improvement over the old iTunes Connect - my main complaint is that there are some things it can’t do, namely, preparing a build for internal testing, which must be done through the web. One or two enhancements, and it would satisfy just about all of my day to day needs!

Latest update doesn’t work?. Overall good app. Latest update doesn’t show anything after login, only a blank screen.

Not reliable, ugly. This app just fails to show more recent data unless you kill the app and log in again. Every DAY this is necessary to get accurate info!! The more interesting things like review data are frustratingly multi-tap exercises instead of being front and center. Not surprisingly, adopting Liquid Glass more made the UI more annoying. Just scrap this whole thing.

Good stuff. Recent update fixed some longstanding issues. Previously, tapping on a “new review” push notification wouldn’t see link to the appropriate page, now it does. Thanks for your ongoing work on this app!

Very Useful, but not always on time.. Love having this app. Sadly, review notifications take a few days to arrive, and trends can be delayed beyond a full week without any explanation. And of course, the trends math is often wrong (where 1+1 = 3, etc). So I love it, but it is not the GOAT.

Please add app review attachments!. I would really love to look at attachments when my app is rejected. I’m trying to think over a problem right now, and one of the attachments app review sent is an image that might help me figure out what’s going on.

Fix log in. Fix the login. I have my password saved and FaceID activated yet I have to put in my password every other day. It’s really annoying.

What’s going on with this app?. This app is pretty unstable — it sometimes won’t let me log in and needs to be removed and reinstalled. After 10 years of developing iOS software I’ve stopped expecting Apple to improve the App Store, iTunes, or iTunes connect.
