Won’t open. The app won’t open please fix this app

It doesn’t work. The app will not open anymore.

Shoddy App. Technical and design issues.. not getting responses to questions, not able to see replies through notifications, buggy. Unclear. Changes orientation on iPad on its own. UI difficult to navigate. Just poorly done. Falls short of expectations for how much $ you pay and the fact the access is only limited to 6 months

Regret taking the course. I just started and I already regret taking the course because the app literally crashes with any function you press. I have made zero progress due to this. So disappointed.

Horrible app constantly not functioning. Please fix app this isn’t fair for us students we are never able to use this app seems like it’s purposely with all the money we pay to take the course and become certified this app never works !!

App is a joke !!. I have been trying for days and can’t load anything / I contacted the company and mentioned the problem but no one acknowledged my concerns. I am about to take a class this coming Saturday and put 3.500 down upfront — but so far the app is not opening at all. FRUSTRATING!

Terrible app!!. I’ve payed too much for this lesson plan for the app to crash and not load! Have emailed them before and they replied that they’re coming out with an update. That was months ago! This is ridiculous.

Always lacking.. It always freezes, you're using it and suddenly it stops and close it.

Fix these issues. Doesn’t work on iOS devices. Tech support is slow to respond. Instructors do not offer assistance beyond the programmed content. I’m sure they are highly qualified, but most are from other countries and English is a second language. Therefore, answers to questions are very general. Instructor is very sweet and nice.

Storm. Apps doesn't work! It keeps crashing! Won't even open!

Disappointing. This is a secondary course, which must be taken to officially be “Phi Certified” However, the app is CRAP. Half the time it doesn’t even work. It glitches constantly, and doesn’t allow students to complete their levels to move onto the next level. If this app is integrated as part of their curriculum they should perhaps invest some of those thousands they charge per student into this app to actually make it functional.

HORRIBLE APP. I wish I could score lower than a 1. This app is absolutely the worse. Crashes for days at a time which makes it very stressful to try and pass. On top good luck trying to open lectures from before. It’ll say there are no lectures. Thousands on an academy and the tools you need cannot even be accessed. This is very bad business!¡

App is crashing. The app has been crashing for the past 2 days I sent out an email for help but I had received a notification saying that my message was blocked. What is going on?

Craft Master. I see a lot of reviews about the app “crashing.” Every once in a while the app does go through an update, so you have to be patient. I love the app. It’s like social media for the Microblading world. It’s a great way to connect and watch helpful videos posted by masters. It allows students to have access to all videos and lectures taught in class. We’re also able to communicate directly with our master/teacher for advice and direction to pass levels to eventually gain a certificate. I couldn’t imagine taking a training and not have Craft master. It really is designed for students success.

Fix the App we are paying for this training. The App crashes all the time if you are trying to pass levels good luck, I cannot even open the answers from my teacher or read answers after my post when asking for help, then you have to pay extra for using the app and trying to pass your course if you do not pass in 6 months. This should not be happening we are paying top dollars for this😡

The worst app. Almost never works properly, speed of loading pictures, comments or lectures like internet speed in the 90s... most of the time I have an “error” when I loading images. HORRIBLE APP!!!! VERY IRRITATING!!!!!

App doesn’t even work. I have had it with this app! I’ve payed a couple thousand dollars for this program and I haven’t been able to access it in over a month. I have tried to reach out but with no reply. You get 6 months access to the app/program but it isn’t even usable. It’s starting to seem like a scam to me.
