GARBAGE, WASTE OF TIME, BIG TIME SCAM. Where do I start?! First of all, I'm rarely qualified to actually do the money making survey after I have to go through a survey of questions to see if I am eligible. Also, the surveys rewards are so minimal that it would take forever in order to reach the first $20 threshold and actually make money. Another thing, and it's a problem Ive had when trying to complete money making surveys. After spending 20 minutes completing a survey and when it comes to the end it keeps loading and loading until I finally have to cross out the app and start over and of course I wasn't rewarded for finishing!! Another thing is it will freeze up at the end. And don't get me started about all the crap the surveys lead you into! They want you to complete silver, gold, etc. offers in order to qualify for whatever gift card they're dangling in your face for the last freakin 20 mins. All the silver, gold, etc. offers all cost money even if it's free you're charged for shipping which means giving your credit card info, and then the "free" items within the offers sign you and your bank account up to be charged the full price of the product every month after that, unless you cancel which is easily forgotten to do. This app is shady and worthless. You can have that $5 and some change in my account back

Love the app but very Upset lately. I have been using this app for a good time now and works ok. I prefer to spend time doing surveys than being on social media but lately I tried to take like 3 surveys which were paying good money like $1.50- $3.00 but they become so long. There was one that had me responding questions for 57 minutes and then kicked me out and said I didn’t qualify for the survey. I was so mad. How are you gonna have people for an hour responding question and then after an hour when people think it’s almost over and they think they’re gonna get a dollar from it just tell them they didn’t qualify. It makes me so mad you shouldn’t let people be more than 5 minutes in a survey that they’re not going to qualify. It happened to me 3 times already more than 30 minutes to be kicked out at the end. This is gonna make me stop using this app.

I referred a lot of people. Hello, I been using Inbox Dollars for a couple years. Really enjoyed it referred a lot of people I noticed I stopped getting funds from the people I referred which was ok at first but then I was cheated out of about 4-5 different paid emails all together I completed the paid emails screenshot and showed proof one time I was suppose to got $100+ for doing 2 paid emails lol I was giving $25 smh let it go said ok whatever could of been a error then completed more and realized my account is still at $1 🤣 I should of been $150+ sent a email like I did before and lol 3 months later I didn’t even get a response this time before they would send me on a run around and all of them promise it’s going be fixed just give it 48 hrs lol still nothing it sucked because I really liked this company and would explain to people how they were honest etc. I don’t know if company was brought out but they are thieves now smh but no judgment from me. Thank God I walk with the higher power Jesus see everything even though I wasn’t paid I don’t regret continue to trust the company. Good day everyone

Not bad. You will not make good money but it is something to do while you’re waiting. The only issue is that it is rather stressful to get certain offers to be accepted. For example, reaching level 25 in coin master took forever to resolve as it did not consider it complete. I had to contact customer support multiple times. But the surveys are more or less fine. Got maybe 15 dollars for 2 hours worth of playing some silly coin game. Those are rarer events however and the surveys are on average 75 cents, but some are 1 or 2 dollars. Note you will not necessarily be accepted for the survey and there is no compensation for the time used to fill out the preliminary details to be accepted for the survey. Besides that, well I’m at $25

Advise. The app might get you money but every time I go to take a survey it says half way through your unable to continue or something like that if they could fix that issue and I hear i is a scam I am not at a lot of money and do not know if that is true but if it is just a scam... who knows maybe it’s a bug if it is please fix it I am following there rules. I have tried all day at this app and found soooooo many surveys that did not work and besides the fact I have been at this app all day and I am not joking I have only make 53 cents the only reason I keep this app is because I have the free 5 dollars and some part of me wants to keep the app the other wants to get rid of it. 53 cents might seem a lot for taking online surveys but it is not acceptable when you have been at it all day and you only make 53 freaking cents. DONT USE. I downloaded like a week or 2 ago....... I just did a survey on it just yesterday...... today I try to open it up and it says my account was inactive for more then 6 months....... but I was just on it yesterday!?!?!? .............so it’s been deleted........................ lol... its a great idea .....but again it just deleted my account because it’s been “inactive for 6 months” when I know I’ve used it several times in the month of JUNE alone. ....USE AT OWN RISK—— risk of officially wasting your time to get nothing in return... there is another BIG PROBLEM. Why to see if I “qualify“ to do a 5 min survey........ Does it ask me a battery of survey like questions that takes 15 min to do ???????Why after 15 min of “qualifying” qurstions( note you don’t get ANYTHING for answering the”qualifying” questions) does at the very end say “ unfortunately you do not qualify to do this survey” ...... I don’t qualify... I just did a 15 min survey asking me.......... the same questions......... as surveys that pay you............. For it to say I don’t qualify to do the paid survey..............?.?.!.?. Seems kinda fishy to me.........

Good at he beginning. When you first start, you qualify for most of the surveys, after the first pay out, qualifying for a survey becomes impossible, not only they take about 1-10 Mins for the “qualifying questions” so they can tell you that you don’t qualify, but just clicking on any survey will tel you that you didn’t qualify, for the past week I have been clicking on surveys left and right and I never qualify, no matter the subject, specially if it’s a survey that pays more than $0.25 or if it lasts less than 10 Mins, oh and if you click on a survey and it actually let’s you take he qualifying questions, the time goes considerably up, if it says 9mins after qualifying it says 20 minutes. It would be nice if the chances of taking surveys would not drop dramatically after the first payout. Update: it has gotten better, still qualifying is kind of random.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The time you waste answering the same questions over and over before The survey starts is wasted time . Once you get past that point if you answer a question 10 minutes into a 6 minute survey and the answer is not related to the info you get to spin the wheel . Spins the wheel 10-20 times a day max allowed per day After that your wasting your time . Or the survey locks up 15-20 mins into it or you have to take one more survey after the survey you finished to complete the last survey .$6.50 after 4-6 hours of surveys . $5 was a sign up bonus , you make more collecting cans you drink from and saving them and turning them in and not have to waste time charging you phone paying power bill to get paid less by doing surveys on your phone . Kinda the same mining crypto coins now . Be good if you have no job lots of free time , free power and someone pays you phone bill . This is the perfect app for you to make a few bucks a month once you hit $30 . Then you prolly need a PayPal account and will get charged $3 in fees . I never made it that far and probably never will . I lost 4-6 hours of my life and am never get it back

I love it. Personally everyone has there own opinion you can not beat free money people are lazy so when they can’t reach the goal to cash out they call the app a scam it’s far from a scam it ask you do you want to proceed and that they would lol collect information you can deny it if you want. We all know if you not active for a certain amount of months you will have to start over because they deactivate it but it tells you if you really read there information I cashed out in 2014 on $30 got sent a check. I had to start over in 2020 of January wasn’t really active but They just paid me through PayPal my account $51 if you are patience it will come you might get disqualified but they give you spins for it so regardless you make money my only thing I don’t like is you only get paid for 5 referrals or something just wrong with my app but inbox dollar is an awesome app!!!!

Very Bad ! Scam!!. In the app only the survey always doesn’t match! And go to the website all the free offers not free. U must purchase something or spent money by after click so many steps to sign up the offers. And then u will complete to earn the little money! And then did lot of things and cost lots of times earned 30 dollars they will charge 3 dollars fee. Just send u 27 dollars and u should wait almost one month to get your money!! They need 11-16 days to process the payment and more days to ship your payment. Almost one month just for 27 dollars! And u must cost almost 3-4 full days to work one it u could earn 30 dollars! And wait almost one month to get it from u request! I guess they never payed to anyone. Who can remember 27 dollars one month? I think lots of people will stop with them from the first payment request and then forget it. So don’t need to pay anyone. If someone could remember the have so many reasons listed in thire form. So bad !

Please be more considerate of others time. Need more payout.. I have been playing inboxdollars since last year. I have checked out only (4) times since playing. However the surveys that this sites are offering is horrible and is abusing people time, they make you answer a bunch of classification questions for 5-10 minutes or more and at the end of it they disconnect you. Also there’s many surveys that I completed with honesty and consuming a significant amount of time and when I finished and submit my survey they said I’m not qualified and doesn’t pay me. This is very upsetting and abusing. What’s the point in having a survey site & app when you don’t qualify for all the surveys you guys need a better system than that cause no one wants to spend hours just answering classification questions and doesn’t earn anything from it. I’m a stay home mom trying to earn a little something for my self, please be aware of others time we have kids and family too that we need to attend to. Surveys should be paid more money depends on the time spent, also there’s Surveys’s 50minutes for 25c. That’s completely crazy. Please inboxdollars you Guys need to do something about this, it’s not worth playing if you spend hours and don’t make anything. Thanks.

Not so awful. The app is not bad, as many people say. The wheel is pretty useless as you tend to get the same stuff- scratch and win progress, or a no win. Now and again I’ll get .05 cents. Scratch and win, in turn, is okay. You usually tend to win, but it isn’t a lot- it’s nice to add onto your amount, and every time you enter a survey you get progress. The most frustrating thing about this system is that you’ll select a survey, get 5-10 min in, then be disqualified by a dumb question that they very easily could’ve asked right off the bat. I get surveyors are looking for a specific pool of people, but the time-wasting and hoping that you’ll be able to complete the survey is the most annoying part. That being said, it’s been about a month and I have around $35- so not bad. Could be worse, could be better.

Easy Money 💵. It does take awhile to reach the cash out mark of $30. Surveys tend to be about $0.25 and take around 8-12 mins. You’ll see surveys up to $1 or $2 but those tend to be harder to qualify for. There are other ways to earn; such as watching videos, scratching lottery tickets, making searches, and playing games. I’d say it takes about a month to cash out if you spend 30-45 mins a day on the app. I would recommend it to anybody because you can make some easy money off your phone. You have to be patient if you want to reach the cash out mark. There are a few issues such as the spin & win being a little buggy and not qualifying for certain surveys. The online version has more features for earning towards your goal. I would like to see the app version include these features, it would greatly improve the app.

How does this app/website survive?. What a scam. This is a reflection on the website/company itself and not the app developers. You’ll never hit $30 because the payouts are so low and you’ll never fit the demographic no matter what. I’ve filled out so many surveys that will be almost completed and then all of a sudden it says I don’t qualify. I call BS on that. You have my demographic information PRIOR to me filling out the survey but they still got all the answers they needed yet didn’t have to actually pay out. I’ve tried so many times to win something on Billy’s stupid wheel but its all nonsense and doesn’t actually work. It clearly states that before you take a survey that you’ll always win something should you not qualify for a survey. When you get brought over to Billy’s Wheel of Bull, you spin the wheel to find that there’s literally a “no win” spot. You’d make more money picking cans off the side of the road than continuing with this app.

Rewards pending for almost 2 months. I prefer other survey taking apps to this one. This one seemed alright at first, I decided to try it. One of the offers was to download a stock type app and invest $5 into it and you will receive $25 from inbox dollars in exchange, seemed like a good deal to me, so I did it. Well nearly 2 months later, I still have no received that $25 reward. I’ve sent 3 different emails to customer service about the rewards pending, received 3 auto emails back that they will look into it, but no one has ever gotten back to me and I still haven’t received my rewards. Waste of time and money. The app is fine I guess if you’re just going to take normal surveys, but don’t waste your time on those promotional offers, they clearly don’t pay out. And you need to have a $30 balance before you can withdraw money, other survey apps let you withdraw your earnings after $5 or $10. Hate this app and it’s terrible customer service.

Complete waste of your time. I’m not sure if this is a system bug or just a poor design; I have a list of “available” surveys that show up on my home page, half the time when I click on them I am told immediately that I am not eligible for the survey (why list it in the first place unless the intent is to get the user’s hopes up just to let them down?), 25% of the time I get through 5 minutes of taking a survey and then I’m told I’m not eligible for the survey. The only ones I’ve been “eligible” for are the ones that take 20+ minutes and are worth $0.25. The ones that are “5 minutes for $3” are likely fake and only there to get users to continue using the app on the hopes they will get one of these phantom surveys some day. I’ve spent roughly 4 hours taking/trying to take surveys and have collected $2. So at $0.50 an hour (that’s basically the wage people made in the early 1900’s), it’s a waste of time. And the $5 sign up bonus incentive isn’t much help, you can’t cash in until you’ve collected $35 so I would have to spend 60 hours (making 50 cents an hour) taking surveys.

Legit way to earn money! 😁✊🏽🙏🏽💕. Love, love, love inbox dollars!! This is the one true website/app that I tell EVERYONE about!! If you have time to waste, you might as well waste it making money! If you’re shopping online, you might as well make money! If you’re shopping in store, you should what???? MAKE MONEY!!! They reward you for doing pretty much everything you’re going to do anyway, so you might as well start with the inbox dollars app or site BEFORE you purchase or sign up for anything!!! It’s TOTALLY worth it!!!!….the one negative is that some of the completed offers have a longer wait time before payment, but other than that, I have no complaints! Short and sweet. I have cashed out $30 once about 4 years ago. I have since tried to complete surveys so I can get another check and it’s like you never qualify, oh but they ask you tons of questions before they tell you you don’t qualify. Seem to me whether you qualify or not you still take a survey and should be credited for being inconvinced even momentarily. Don’t let me get started on the spin to win, more like a spin to lose because you never win, you only waist your time. This company needs to change things they are doing, because the same people they turn away are the same people that will bring them business but they are too busy trying to shake people out of .25. I don’t think I ever qualified for a 3 min survey and surprisingly I never qualify for them even before a single question gets asked, so why do those surveys keep popping up in my que if your going to tell me I don’t qualify even before a question is asked. I’m going to be honest and say no. Do not waist your time. If you have started another session like me and have earned a little bit of cash I don’t blame you to see it through and keep going until you cash out because I am and you should, you earned whatever cash you have coming to you even though it may be small, but my advice is once you cash out do not continue, try to move on and search for a company who actually values your time, your opinions and your feedback. Ok maybe not so short and sweet. 😅

Not really worth it. The app needs work. First, about 75% of the surveys you take you must qualify for. So you could fill out a bunch of questions, up to like ten, before the real survey even starts. Sometimes I’m near a completion of a survey and it would stick or freeze so I’d have to opt out and restart the entire thing over ( if the survey is still there when I refresh the main screen). The time I wasted filling out a survey is forever gone and I get nothing for it. The billy-spin mini game isn’t really a mini game. You get the same token a majority of the time to fill up a bar to earn scratch offs. The bar takes its own time to fill regardless of how many tokens you earn. In my opinion, it’s a sham and not really worth it. Been doing this for almost six months now and still haven’t reached $15. Some surveys I’d click on and automatically I won’t qualify for it. I won’t even complain if they didn’t make it so difficult to earn 25cents for an estimated 20 minute survey, which I must qualify, in order to take.

It’s seems to be a waste of time. I have signed on and will get maybe 1 out of 30 surveys. I have spent a lot of time in a survey only to not qualify. It shouldn’t make you do the entire survery before it says your not qualified. The time it takes to complete surveys was off as well. I have selected all ranges and prices and waste a lot of time on them. I wish there was a way to cash out before $15 since I can’t seem to qualify for anything to get me over that last dollar and some change hurdle to cash out. As soon as I hit my $15, I probably won’t be utilizing this app anymore. Also, I shouldn’t have to sign up for things or play 100 levels on a game to get $.25 that’s also a waste of time, clogs up my inbox, is confusing in whether or not you completed all the requirements or remember to cancel a subscription before they charge your card. Disappointed in how difficult it is to earn anything and how much time is spent only to be disqualified and not earn anything for the time.

Was going by really fast but tell me if this is right, as soon as I go to click on the survey and I get hit with doesn’t meet qualifications or you already have done this survey or sorry no longer available. Why would there be a Survey on there if it’s unavailable? That makes no sense. Also How would you know if a person isn’t qualified if there wasn’t a question asked? This happens a lot to surveys being from $5.00-.5€. The billy spin will is basically a joke. There’s also other ways to make money downloading and signing up for things. But you don’t always get credited for it okay. But that should happen a lot and it has. I don’t think people want to sit there and sign up for something and don’t get paid for it. That’s just a waste of time. The point of this app is to make money but it’s quite too difficult to receive when it’s never given when suppose to be

This is scam. After 14 days like it said I got nothing credit in my inboxdollars or this app. Only in my mails that I saw my credit. But what can you do if you see your credit in your mail. The cash offer ask me to wait for 14 days, today is the 15 days already still nothing have pop up. I did everything like reinstalling and more to make sure that I was wrong but have nothing change! Please don’t attacking my mail box anymore for a single offer you guys can’t give it to me so I don’t believe anything else you guy will. This is scam, not like others have said really good about it. My bad to believe to something to good to be true.

Reliable payouts, Shrinking opportunities. I’ve been using this app for years and always get the points I’ve earned. That being said, there are some major drawbacks. Payout takes a week to 10 days and you must accumulate $30 to redeem. The most recent update changed a lot of earning opportunities for the worse. Don't waste time on the big buck survey at the bottom of your home page. It’s a scam. All of the peanut lab and tap surveys are legitimate. Unfortunately the app doesn’t keep you logged in so before starting a survey ensure you’ve logged in, otherwise you will not be credited. They’ve also removed the paid email tab which lessens earnings by about 10 points daily. You will be charged $3 just to cash out points so if you need $30, earn $33 before redeeming.

Disappointed. Inbox dollars used to be great but now I’m disappointed. You used to be able to watch videos and use the search feature as well in the app. Now, all you can do is surveys. Even when you use your mobile phone and access the site through another search engine, the TV/video option is unavailable on mobile devices. Since I can’t access the other features through the app and don’t use the desktop computer much, they took away my paid emails claiming I’m not participating enough. Well, I would participate more if the app was better. As soon as I can cash out, I’m going to take my money and never waste my time with this app again.

It’s simply a scam. Pretty simply put it’s just a service that sells your info under the guise of making you money but in reality they’re just making money off of you for themselves. You’ll complete offers and they just won’t credit the money to your account (I’ve even completed some where I had to spend money). I’ve tried taking the surveys to make a few cents or maybe even a dollar but I’ve never, NOT ONCE, been able to complete one. I always make it about halfway through the actual survey (not the qualifying questions) and then they just decide I’m not right for it and I get nothing. I submitted a receipt from a shopping trip I made specifically to get the items on my inbox dollars list. They literally just told me that the receipt wasn’t right and when I tried to re-submit it they told me the receipt had already been scanned…okay. Sick app honestly. Sick in the HEAD!

Not happy right now. I was really enjoying completing the surveys for a couple of weeks, until last week. After attempting to complete at least 7 different surveys, I would get halfway through completing them and would get a notification stating that I did not qualify to complete the survey, which is no big deal. One of the offers was a $50 reward to become a Dasher with DoorDash and as soon as I received my kit, and opened my InboxDollars app, I discovered my access has somehow been revolked, which is complete BS. I cannot log in and I cannot request a password change. If a bug was fixed two days ago, this should not have been an issue. I earned almost $11 from completing surveys and now have no access?! UNBELIEVABLE!

Questionable Practices. I started out loving Inbox Dollars. I took surveys, played the games and earned my first cash out. Yesterday I opened the app and was logged out. When I tried to sign in I was given a message saying my account was terminated but for no reason. When I reached out to customer service they responded with the same generic message. I pushed further and asked for a specific reason for being terminated. They did not give me a reason, but said I could have my account reactivated. However, I would not be able to complete surveys from the companies that reported “suspicious behavior.” When I logged into the app there were no surveys available. Today there have been no surveys available. So apparently even single survey company reported me at the same time. This is an obvious mistake that Inbox Dollars is not correcting. If you are looking to get paid for taking surveys from company’s that care I suggest trying Survey Junkie or Swagbucks before wasting your time with Inbox Dollars.

Will steal all person information. I seen a post that was like “ ways to make money taking surveys “ and this was one of the apps. They hyped it up like everyone does , super easy to take surveys and get paid for it right ? 17 minute survey for .25 cents? ..okay .. but then I realized that most of these want your information.. which means your email will be blown up with spam, you’ll get calls back to back from robots or someone trying to sell you something . Your information isn’t safe at all, once you put it on 1 survey, it’s like it is given to everyone . I’ve done 3 surveys , and I have ( in the past hour ) 37 missed called from 800 or 877 or random area codes . That’s to show , yes you make some money .. not really .. you make cents, and like them all .. you have to have X amount to take out the money. But honestly You don’t make anything , if they were $1 per survey than maybe you could make something . But your risking your personal information, phone number , address, name , birthday , if you have kids , someone could steal your entire identity. It’s not worth it I feel. If your okay with someone having all your information and sending you spam or constantly calling you back to back , how they really get you is they say “ input your email. This is who we will contact for the winner “ I mean come on .. emails are hit with more spam mail than Betty white has been hit with men. But if you don’t mind than this app is for you . But if not .. I wouldn’t waste your time.

Waste of time. Initially, payouts look ok. I got up to $15 ish fairly quick. Then, the actual opportunities of any value drop off. I’m sure the $30 min payout was put in place to be a frustration for most users so IBD can keep the funds once the user abandons the company. Pure scam. Sure, you can make money on the surveys... that is if you like working for less than a dollar an hour. And, that is if the survey doesn’t reject you mid way through after they get the info they need. And the “Billy’s Sit and Spin” chances are supposed to be a consolation for wasting 15 minutes of time on a survey that then disqualified me for for demographics they should have been able to pull from my profile before I started the survey? Then there are the pure bogus surveys like “The Big Buck” survey that’s designed to get as much personal information they can about you so they can spam you blind.... or the “Free 25 gift card” type surveys... 25 what is the question? Pure scam is the answer. How companies like this manage to stay afloat is beyond me. And I should add, there are offers that may be legit where you get a couple bucks back for signing up for a service or buying something... although the cash back here is horrendous in comparison to other places. Quit telling people they are “earning cash” on a rebate! If I spend $10 and get $1 back, I didn’t earn $1.... I spent $9. SMH.

It would be great if every survey wouldn’t error out.. During a time like this, as a single mother I am trying to make ends meet and I am thankful for your company BUT I have spent hours taking surveys, answering many, many questions but only two surveys have fully completed. Every other survey I have taken either shows an ‘Error’ message after the last question or the screen goes blank and won’t connect or load. I appreciate your company and the opportunity to make some change in times like these, but please take a look into your surveys and the issues they have. I have spent hours on your website but after I complete the questions & it doesn’t complete & pay to my account. I am aggravated and the only one that does complete and pay are the games, but the games are cut off after a certain time & you can’t do anything but surveys? Please look into, the website is great but if someone puts their time into something you are paying for? Please fix the problem.

DO NOT USE THIS TRASH APP. I thought it would be an interesting way to get extra money on the side, but the app really plays you. A few minutes ago, I took a survey for $1.75. I went through all of the questions, and it ended with thank you for participating in our survey. Those are all of the questions we had to ask. Then I get hit with not qualifying for the survey, even though I finished the whole damned survey. What did they give me for compensation? A spin. A spin that will land on either no win or the scratcher. A spin that will give someone 5 cents every blue moon. A spin that is highly insignificant if you ask me. It’s such a waste of time. The app uses the excuse that it’s the company of the surveys that are picky, but really, it’s just Inbox Dollars screwing you over. The least they can do is compensate you with actual money for your time. I can spend 30 minutes on a survey and get a spin because I suddenly didn’t qualify 88% into the survey.

Don’t do it!. Oh man, if I knew then what I know now... and it’s only been a day. I searched the validity of this site and was convinced it was not a scam. That may be true but all of the links took me to different websites that are 3rd party. I must have answered yes to one or more of the questions about whether I had health care, vehicle insurance, major health issues, and somewhere along the line I must have agreed to have phone number and email address entered into a “web leads” databank specific to the aforementioned issues. If this didn’t happen and it was solely inbox dollars and doing valid surveys I would be ok. My phone has been ringing nonstop since yesterday afternoon and holy cow my email! I’ll take responsibility for what I did. I regretfully installed this app on my phone. I should have listened to the advice I’ve repeatedly given my son - there’s no such thing as “easy money” for people like us. Good thing I have a great job I love.

EMAILING THEM FOR MONTHS WITH TICKET# *CRICKETS. Worked so hard LITERALLY WEEKS to get up to $40. Went to cash out and it says verification required. Enter my phone number and they tell me it’s invalid. 🙄 of course now there’s an “issue” all fo the sudden now that they have to payout. I’ve done all the necessary steps, got a ticket number and read the guidelines and waiting periods to hear back from them and they have not followed a single one. IT’S BEEN MONTHS. Not even a response about the issue. What’s crazy is that they even still let me use their site/app as usual, meaning I can play games, complete tasks, earn scratchers, do surveys and everything they offer to keep adding to my rewards/funds.. THIS IS BEYOND TERRIBLE. Until they decide to actually follow their fine print guidelines THEY THEMSELVES HAVE OUTLINED I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE AND THEIR MAMA THEY’RE SCAMMING! I like it, but.... I have accumulated about $14 since starting about a month ago. Of course, $5 of it was the sign-on bonus. There are a few gripes that I have with the process and I’m not sure how long I will keep it. 1. The amount of time estimated to complete surveys is way off. I’ll choose one and it’ll say 5 minutes and it takes me about 20. And the opposite, I’ll do one that says 20 and it takes me about 5. 2. Sometimes I will work on a survey for a long time and then it tells me I don’t qualify. I wish there was a way to keep certain answers that will automatically pull for surveys, such as age. I don’t know how many times, even just in one survey, that I answer that question. 3. The spins. I know they are “extra” but I get the same result every time I spin-the progress meter thing. Also, it says to do the spins on a desktop because on mobile it can be “too jerky.” I’ve tried on the desktop and it’s just as jerky on there, if not worse. All in all it’s an ok way to make a little money. I just thought I would have at least $30 by now to withdraw. It’s a bit slow earning any money.

WASTE OF TIME/SCAM. Okay so first it was alright and I thought I was actually going to make it to $30 even though they give such horrible payout like 45 minutes for .25¢ but that’s beside the point. After I finally made it there, I decided I didn’t want the $3 fee that they charge when I try to cash out so I did the offer that they had which was to make it to $40 in the next 30 days. So finally after painstaking going through 25¢ survey by 25¢ survey I finally make it to $40. Now every time I try and go to another survey or click the cash out button, a screen pops up and says I need mobile phone verification. I was a little confused since I had never seen this page in my many months of using this scamming website, but I entered in my phone number and they said it was invalid. I was so angry. However, what made it worse was that underneath the box to enter in your phone number, it says ‘Need help with this process?’ and I click it. The site then proceeds to tell me that my phone number didn’t work because it’s NOT MINE..? because ITS NOT A US NUMBER?? because IM NOT PUTTING IN A MOBILE NUMBER...? because MY NUMBER ISNT FROM A PROVIDER??? All of this is major bs because my number is my own, from the US, issued by TMobile, and it’s my iphone number.... Clearly InboxDollars is running out of money or something because I’m not getting paid for the hours I spent on this scamming app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

Don’t waste your time!!!! Horrible app!!!. I managed to accumulate $24 over a 5 month period so needless to say it’s tedious trying to get to $30 in order to cash out.. A lot of these surveys require you to enter or answer personal questions only to be told you didn’t qualify, so you waste 5-10 minutes answering all these personal questions to then be told sorry you didn’t qualify and you get nothing.. Another issue is some surveys are ridiculously long, there was a 33min survey with only a .25 cent payout.. really?? 30 minutes of personal information for a measly quarter?? No thanks.. and be very very mindful of fine print.. I very naively rushed passed small print and did not realize huge majority of them involved giving 3rd parties permission to contact me so now I get at least 3-5 Robo-calls daily!! And last but not least the biggest scam is the so called “easy way” to get gift card if you take the “Big Bucks” survey.. total BS!!! It requires you to purchase something and even if you do you still don’t get it... So do yourself a favor and DO NOT download this app

No stars are deserved. Total scam !! Beware !!You spend 20 or so minutes per Survey only to be told you do not qualify. It’s consistently letting you fill out surveys, after survey is finished, Wala !! you get nothing ! Not even a penny for your time ! Email support only to be told they don’t control the rewards given by the third party.. 😂keep in mind during the survey you have given the third party all your information, that they keep to harass you with emails and phone calls, but give you no credit for the survey! You are better off going to swag bucks or another competitor. You can’t get a pay out here until you reach $30 which would take you 12 months, because you are not going to reach $30 because the surveys are not legit. This company is selling all your information to third parties and you get nothing but harassed in the END!! It’s a Scam Run .. you will never qualify for any of the surveys and you won’t be told into the end after they have all your information and you have wasted 20 minutes filling out the fake Survey.

Do NOT waste your time with this stupid app. I worked very hard just to make it to thirty dollars to cash out (who makes you wait until $30 to cash out?) just to have my account REMOVED for “violating the terms and conditions.” How did I violate it you might ask? Apparently you are not allowed to have “duplicate accounts.” The “duplicate” accounts that they speak of are my elderly family members who do not use the computer so not realizing it would be an issue, I allowed them to use my email. They live with me so naturally they have the same address as me. After reaching out to stupid Lisa, she informed me that I violated the terms and conditions and had nerve to tell me that I essentially should have read the terms and conditions. I’m sorry... does ANYONE in their right mind go through and read the entire terms and conditions? I didn’t think so, but okay! If it was such a big deal, they should’ve flagged the accounts right away instead of having me spend my money and waste my time trying to make a lousy $30 bucks! Biggest joke I’ve ever seen in my life. Guess what? All I worked for, GONE. Completely deleted my account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Conveniently glitches once making $$$. I read another review from another person experiencing the same exact thing I’m now just experiencing. I was doing well, only had the app a few days. I was up to $5.97 and suddenly a screen pops up saying I need to reenter my password to verify. I do that, and the screen freezes and won’t process. Then later, another screen pops up that I need to verify my phone number. I enter my number and then receive a message that my number was invalid, when no way it’s invalid. Then it warns that I cannot earn more money until I verify. How can I verify when the link is broken. Speaking of broken links, I looked under the support menu and found the topic I was looking for regarding this issue, and would you believe there was a notation saying that an update was needed and necessary for the app to function properly. I looked in App Store to see if indeed there was an update that’s available. There is not one available. So I need an update that’s not available in order to earn any further money. I need to verify a phone number and password that can no longer compute and process. I think not. Would not recommend. I’ll keep the app for now and if anything changes or these concerns are addressed in the near future, then perhaps it really could be just oversight. If that happens to be the case, I would gladly reevaluate my rating and review. Thank you.

Will drop you when they owe you money. I use to like this app. I used it a while back when and I ended up with $30 after a few months and I cashed out and had fun and no issues. This time I decided to try it again. I did surveys, played games, and signed up for different offers. Right when I almost had $30 and when I was suppose to get $100 for signing up and trying Sunbasket they deactivated my account. I emailed and asked why my account was deactivated and all they said was that I violated standards. They didn’t tell me what standards but instead just told me to read through them all but that my account could not be reactivated. I sent in another email asking what standard and haven’t received a response. I know I answered the surveys with honesty so I have no clue what they are talking about. My guess is they didn’t want me to get my payout for all the time I spent on their site and all the money I spent trying out different promotions through them. I read that I’m not the only person who has had this issue and I saw that some people had reported them to the better business bureau. I guess I should have looked at that before I got excited and enjoyed this app. Instead I’ll just be another person adding a complaint to the better business bureau…. Don’t waste your time like me…

Consistently Disqualified. I’ve taken 4 surveys after signing up for this app, and each time after 30 minutes of surveys, they keep disqualifying me, I can’t even earn $.25 without getting disqualified! The annoying part is that you need $30 to cash out and actually “earn” money, do the $5 you get after signing up is just a way to lure you, I u sweat and that this requires patience and a lot of time, but i’m not going to wait 3 months just to finally cash out my $30 after wasting all of that time, the money isn’t worth the time. If you have days or hours of spare time, and you have nothing better to do, then I guess this is your go to app, but it’s really frustrating finally doing something for 10 minutes, and just getting disqualified... your not going to get that 10 minutes of your life back. Also the app asks personal questions from finance, to just your personal life, and I don’t feel comfortable sharing that information, especially if i’m not even going t get $0.01 from it! Waste of time in my opinion, I really thought I could get some side money easily, but I guess not. The only thing that would benefit this app and the consumers, is if they lowered to the cash out price from $30 to $15... That would be wonderful.

Basically a scam. If you were to compare how long it takes to do surveys with how much you got paid from it then per hour you would be making less than minimum wage, and that’s if you qualify for all the surveys (which doesn’t happen often). If you do not at least earn $1 per 10 minutes, then sorry to say you’ll be earning way less than minimum wage. Most of the surveys I’ve seen will give you .25¢ for 10-20 minutes of your time. Surveys take your answers and then send you to a page you can not complete, forcing you to exit the survey and earn nothing, while they may of kept all your info for free. Stuff like endlessly loading pages or pages that say “something may of went wrong” so broken surveys. It does have a neat feature to earn scratch off tickets to earn extra money, but it’s not going to pay off all that time you spent to earn them, unless you are pretty darn lucky. With a high $30 minimum withdraw, it may take around a month to get any money, and that could be the plan of this app, to get you to do free surveys, realize it’s not worth it, quit and earn no money, while they keep the profit. Not saying it’s true, but it’s possible that’s the plan, it’s what it feels like at least. Other than the surveys, they do have other deals that could be worth while, such as signing up for stuff and earning money back, not something I’d want to do. Looking for well paid surveys? Look elsewhere.

Used to be good. I used to regularly get $30 monthly using this app. Then after an update, I have been sitting at $12 for months. One day I tried to use the video portion and I got an error message saying that was disabled on my account. I contacted their support and was told I was in violation to their rules because “This the system detected you are using either a VPN, International IP, Proxy IP or other means which is by-passing the required ad views on the TV Channel.” I had the same internet provider the whole time and they did this after I requested a 3rd or 4th payout. I guess they thought I was scamming them. None the less, it’s been down hill since. That payout was held up for over a month before they sent it to me. If you are given a spin for not qualifying for a survey, you are always shorted one. It will tell you that you have 5 spins but you will only be able to spin 4 times before it makes you take more surveys. There are less surveys now than what used to be available. I’m just trying to reach the payout now so I can delete this waste of time.

Earned $45, didn’t get to cash out any of it. I got really sick and was diagnosed with 2 medical conditions causing me chronic pain every day and there is no cure for either one. I earned $45 but when I was at my sickest I didn’t log in for awhile because I was so sick and in so much pain. When I finally logged back in, I come to find that all of my money except for $5 was taken from my account for not logging in enough. I don’t know any other app like this that takes your money away, what a bunch of crooks. That money could’ve helped to pay for a Dr.’s visit or medications since I’m disabled now but still am not receiving disability bc it takes forever to get approved, I’m being told I could have to wait like 7 years to get approved foro disability even though I will most likely never get better, unless I get a lawyer to help but I can’t afford one. So thanks for nothing and wasting all of the time I put into your app for free.

Unbelievable Scam. Any review giving this app more than 1 star has to do with receiving an incentive for providing positive feedback. This company is absolute garbage. You have to wait until you gather $30 in your account before you can cash out, which is almost impossible. The surveys crash or disqualify you half way. You spend 20-30 minutes just trying to earn 25 cents. If you complete an offer, the reward doesn’t credit properly. I had to open a case, which took months to resolve. I kept providing the order confirmation number, screenshots, emails, etc to get my promised reward for completing an offer. The representatives always had a new reason why I couldn’t be rewarded. In the end, my account ended up being banned because the name on my email address was different than the one used to complete the offer. I used my real name in the offer, but my email address name when corresponding with Inbox Dollars was different. When I changed it to have everything match and prove it was the same person, they banned me, didn’t credit the money I earned from the offer, and took away all the money I accumulated in total. They clearly will do what they can to pay out as few checks as possible. What a huge waste of time, and an utter scam.

It’s just a waste of time.. This App recently changed it’s system. It accepts just only a few items from your long receipts and accepts something rare like: Soy Sauce or Popcorn for only 2 cents. And App is very poor in reading the items on your receipts: For example: can’t read OJ for Orange juice, Can’t read Drumsticks CH for Chicken, Can’t read Seafood for Shrimp and many many other things, so in the result it rejects most of your items. So this App has not enough items for your grocery receipts, doesn’t give fair points for your items and even doesn’t give point for your receipts and it has very poor knowledge of reading the items from your receipts. Therefore you come all these ways to get point but you can’t, it is just a waste of time. I don’t recommend this App until it changes its system in a better way. I recommend Fetch Reward App that hasn’t any problem and it is so easy to work with that.

Guaranteed to get paid per survey completed. They have a design a certain way where you complete a survey, and it either will be expired or it’ll malfunction or it’ll tell you that you don’t qualify. So then you waste time going through that. I understand there will be times where I will qualify for something, but nobody should have their time their precious time wasted doing a survey when it’s gonna just reject you after you complete it or it will expire after you complete it so then you won’t get paid for it. So I never know with each survey that I do if it will pay me or not. It’s like I’m gambling my time at times. there should be a guarantee that you will get paid after you complete a survey whether it has expired or not. If you qualify for the survey and have completed it according to its standard, you should be required to get paid for it. That should be a guarantee.

Really Enjoy, Just a Couple of Fixes. I really enjoy InboxDollars, and there seems to be really nice payouts, so far. The surveys ask that you are truthful, which people SHOULD be truthful when giving their opinions. My issue is that certain surveys will demand your honesty in taking these surveys, but the actual surveys won’t always have the correct option for you to choose to even be honest. If your surveyor is asking, “How many automobiles do you own?” and your options are “1” “2” “3” and “4+” the chances of those who do NOT own an automobile to be truthful doesn’t exist. How are we supposed to answer these questions? In order for survey takers to fill these answers correctly, PLEASE make sure that your surveyors are providing the correct options for the survey takers.

Frustrating. I was excited when I saw inbox dollars app because I remembered using it years ago and making money off of it on my laptop (before apps were so popular). But on the phone app I never get any credit for reading the Emails despite having made sure I confirmed my email address. And even when I feel willing to spend 40 minutes taking a survey for a quarter I’ve had many occasions where I’ve ended up several questions and minutes into a survey - after passing the supposed prequalification - to still suddenly be told I don’t qualify which after this happens a couple times in a row feels like a colossal waste of time. Wish they would get their old groove back. I’ve tried many a survey, spun the wheel, clicked many confirmed emails and even watched the inbox dollars TV things for credit and so far I’ve only gotten an occasional survey credit, 1 spin for a quarter so am up to about $8.35 including the five dollar bonus. Will probably beat my head against the wall to try to get out to the cash out amount and then I’m done with this app if it doesn’t change

This survey app is the best!!!. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews this survey app is awesome! I have had inbox dollars for a while now. When I had used it before it took forever to earn anything so I stopped using it for a while but I just started back up again and I literally earned $45 within a week and a half! I love that they offer pay pal now instead of a paper check and also like that they dropped the cash out amount from $30 to $15 then after the $15 it goes to $10 to cash out. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. when I first got the app I was able to cash out quite a bit of money, but since then I now have to verify my mobile number after over a year and every time it says my number is not valid? I try to submit a receipt for credit… same thing. It’s a waste of time and the offers never go through, I completed an offer for chime with all the qualifying activity and was never given my $100 for completing the offer. I let it go cause it was a checking account and I didn’t get dinged on my credit report but don’t offer cash back to that caliber and not give a payout. It’s misleading and the few surveys I’ve tried to do had 100 pre-qualifying questions just to be told after 20 minutes I don’t qualify. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Only if you qualify BS. I saw this app as an opportunity to make a little extra cash for my thought. Cool right?! Well i received a promotional rate of $5.00 just for joining. I have competed 22 survey and .62 cents later have started to realize a trend. First Select a survey, identify that you’re not a robot then start the survey. It will ask you 5-10 questions that 99% of them do which is to simply try and identify if you meet the qualifications. Then if you pass that, which you most likely will every time. You are then asked maybe 10 more question then you get the response of “Sorry. You did not meet the qualifications to complete this survey”. Don’t waste your time. They get the answers they need and then tell you that you don’t qualify. Surprise🎉!! You don’t get paid. My advice is don’t download. And by the way they also fail to tell you that it’s a minimum of 30$ before you can cash out.

Not sure yet.... So far so good. I haven’t earned enough to cash out yet, once I do, I’ll know if it’s legitimate. As far as how the app is run, I have a few complaints. 1. I feel like I don’t qualify for quite a few surveys which is fine, but I wish they’d tell me sooner. The last one I took I completed 75% of this one by Samsung, then I answered this one question in which made me disqualified. Which is fine. But they should have asked that specific question in the beginning! Not 75% in. 2. Sometimes the surveys freeze and the only way to reload them is to exit them and then you lose those chances. 3. The spinning wheel is rigged. It’s supposed to look random but after like 50 spins, it only ever lands on the same thing, which isn’t cash so....yeah. 4. Finally and most importantly. The time on the surveys is off. I click on one that says “10 minutes”, in which, yes I have 10 minutes right now. Sure! So I click on it, and it directs me to the survey which is 25 minutes long. The worst one I’ve seen so far, the one I just took, said it was about 10 minutes. Then in the middle of the survey it said, “you will now watch a 50 minute video....” Wait....what!???? This survey is supposed to be 10 minutes!! I don’t mind long surveys but your descriptions aren’t accurate before clicking!!

Horrible, worst app ever. You need to earn $30 before you can cash in!! Been many many weeks and I’ve earned eight dollars!! You spend a lot of time and give surveys your personal information and answer questions but 99.9% of the time it says sorry you did not qualify, then you get 2Cents!! Stay away. Also had a question asking if I would like to be a secret shopper and I said yes after asking me if I shop at Walmart and the distance from me. I get this package priority mail and a check for OVER $1800 dollars telling me to deposit the check, buy something for over $50 and tell them about the experience AND to send 2 different money grams at Walmart For ALL-MOST $1500 and tell them about that experience BUT the CHECK WILL BOUNCE and you’re held accountable to re-pay your bank!!! Run away, run away fast from these fraudsters !!!!

Locked my account. I do surveys on numerous sites and always answer consistently and honestly. But they locked my account for inconsistent answers. How? I was kicked out of 3 surveys today for not being qualified. I changed one answer because I realized I HAD bought a weiboldt product in the four days since I answered the same question. Now it’s locked. Great. Yet another negative for me with this site. They expect you to answer questions for 30 minutes for .20 which is horrible. I hardly ever qualify for their surveys and when they ask you to download things to play games outside of their website it’s virtually impossible to collect on their website. Note to everyone - don’t do the paid emails, games or packages.

Disappointed. I’m beyond disappointed in this app. It is rigged. The last 7 surveys I clicked on stated I “did not qualify” for the survey selected even though I had not begun survey and it was on my selection list. This has happened MULTIPLE times. I earned my first $5 pretty easily, but since hitting $16 it seems I don’t qualify for ANY survey. The Billy’s Spin & Win is obviously rigged as well. There are equally as many chances to win as lose. Yet out of probably over 150 spins I NEVER won anything. The 2 times I almost landed on a cash prize, the screen “glitched” and kept spinning. A few times I’d spend time doing a survey and right when completed my screen went white and froze that way, never collecting my rightful earnings. At this point Inbox Dollars owes me earnings I’ve never received due to frozen screens/glitches with the APP, not my phone. This app ought to banned for practically false advertisement and robbing your time for nothing.

Unable to change phone number. Recently had to change to a new cell phone number. Got rid of old number. Trying to cash out and get a message stating verification text but to my old number. No place in my profile to change to new number. Sent email to customer service which they responded quickly but their solution did not help. I’m afraid I lost all my hard work and $105. A word of advice, cash out before changing your phone number if you plan on changing. I didn’t plan on changing my number but had to due to my current phone carrier was not compatible with my iPhone 13. Had to get new carrier which was having trouble keeping my old number.

Not worth the trouble!. I have downloaded a couple of games and with Merge Dragons I did not get my reward. They said they cannot tell from their end that I finished. I did all I was suppose to. No reward. That was $40. Then with Rise of Kingdoms it is too hard to obtain the reward unless you buy with in in-game purchases to accelerate your game. Which defeats the purpose of earning any money. That was $85 I was suppose to get. I do not trust Inbox Dollars any longer. I even tried Family Island and it was interrupted by so many videos they wanted me to watch I could not play the game. I have earned $16 so far am waiting for the gift card. Have not got it yet. I do not want to hear from Inbox Dollars any longer. They will write a sweet response asking me to get in touch with them about my unhappiness but only leave a link to the same place I sent my original complaint.

Quick easy money. Great and quick little money making app. They’ve really improved it within the past year to higher paying and quicker surveys. Obviously it’s not like you’re getting $20 per survey, but they offer higher pays than any other app. I’ve taken $1, $2, $3, and even $10-$20 surveys. Just read carefully and answer honestly and you’ll get more higher paying ones. Better than any other money making app and actually legit. I’ve made $10 in one day and you can make an even higher amount if you’re really motivated for that easy money.

Absolutely Awesome App. Thank you inbox dollar, it’s just a fun app, when you have a second throughout the day, and make a little extra cash on the side, to buy random fun things, or to no pay full price for something you are already going to purchase, I have been a member I believe since 2017, or 2018, and the app has grown exponentially through its surveys and offers. I still think the surveys are too long and need to be addressed in comparison to the payment, but the rest of the app such as the daily trivia, coupons and paid emails are a great way to make extra random cash throughout the day.

After you cash out. I liked the app for the first time using it and it takes a while to complete surveys to get to your first cash out. The cash out is a whopping 30 dollars! But after my first cash out all my surveys disappeared and I can’t get to my second cash out. I have 12 dollars sitting there and I will never get to cash it out. By the way I’m now a gold member for whatever that’s worth. I contacted support a few times and they said I’m not getting surveys because my profile only allows certain ones. Well that wasn’t the case before I cashed out. Literally the day before I cashed out. If you want 30 dollars and you have a few weeks to spend taking surveys be my guest. But that’s all you get. Try Survey Junkie. Cash out is at 5 dollars. Good Luck!

You actually do get money.. I never write reviews, but this one is well worth it. This is the first one that I’ve taken the surveys, and received money from them. It’s definitely not anything huge, but hey, a little here and there helps out. I’ve had the app for 3-4 days now, and just cashed out and got my money immediately. The surveys normally consist of answering the same questions over again (age/annual income/job department), and then they throw a few in there just make sure you’re actually taking the time to read them. I would recommend this app for small purchases here and there ❤️

What a waste. If I could give zero stars I would. Most of the time I don’t qualify for the surveys they offer. Sure, they offer points towards your “spin and win” for each survey you click on, even if you don’t qualify, so they can say you still get rewards for everything you do. This would be great except the spin and win is programmed to land on “scratch and win” points almost every time. I have probably spun the wheel 60 times and only got a money value once, even though 4/8 of the spaces are money value. And don’t even get me started on the scratch cards. Most of the boxes are worth 3 cents. Twice I have scratched boxes with other values (once I got 50 cents, once $25) and both times they still only gave me 3 cents instead of what I scratched. This app is a total waste of time and designed for you to fail.

Started off so good and then ... First time I downloaded the app everything was going so good pretty easy going through the survey then a few days in I’ve noticed I wasn’t qualifying for any of the surveys which was strange since they just ask about 2 - 3 questions and automatically I didn’t qualify????? In some surveys I would be about midway and then all of a sudden says sorry I don’t qualify been using the app for about 4-5 days now and seems the first 2 days I manage to earn some real cash but afterwards haven’t been able to earn anything due to the constant “sorry you do not qualify “ on the surveys I’ve been getting, I managed to ranked up close to 7 dollars I know it’s not much but I can’t even cash it out because the min is 15 had to uninstall due to the fact I can’t complete anymore surveys

Such a waste of time and extremely unfair!. It doesn’t matter how I answer these surveys, I “do not qualify” and of course I don’t qualify after I just spent 15 minutes answering these questions! Then because I don’t qualify I get “spins” on Billy’s wheel. & OF COURSE YOU NEVER WIN ANYTHING OFF OF THAT! It will literally glitch right before you land on any money and will give you points for a scratch off or nothing at all. Then once you actually get enough points for a scratch off you get 2 cents! Worst survey app I’ve ever used. A million and one “paid emails” that ask you to purchase things ranging from $20-$50 for a measly $1-2 credit that will be credited to you in approximately 4 weeks! Absolute joke, do not waste your time! I’ve been doing it for a month and have literally only earned $2.00. You can’t even cash out until you reach $30. Absolutely pointless.

Let me start of by saying this is a the biggest scam out there first they tell you, $15 to cash out but then when you get there you find out it’s 30 for all the good cards, well I finally found the $15 card cashed out received an email that stated it would take 2-3 business days and that I had to stay “active” well I go in today LITERALLY LESS THEN 24hrs and my whole account has been DEACTIVATED! I didn’t deactivate it checked my emails to see if I had anything ZERO NOTHING my account just magically got deleted. So I now did 40+ surveys wasted at least an hour of more of my time for absolutely NOTHING!!! Be weary I seriously wouldn’t even waste my time! I’ll add screenshots of the email and my account for proof! Apps like this need to be pulled off the App Store and not allowed to scan us!

DOESNT LET YOU LOG IN. I downloaded the app after creating an account on their website. I’ve tried logging into the app several times, as multiple different points through out my day. Each time it tells me that my credentials are invalid. I’ve reset my password about 5 different times, including simple things like abc123xyz789 just to try and log into the app. So after I’ve created the account online, did the email verification and everything including playing games and taking surveys online only to find out that you won’t let me login anymore. I’ve tried on the app and the website, neither are working. Please fix it or I’m going to tell my friends and family who use and suggest this app and site that it’s a rip off and a huge scam.

One of the worst “money-making” apps. As corny as it sounds, InboxDollars does NOT want you to earn any dollars in your inbox. “Customer Service” is non-existent UNTIL you are ready to finally cash out, and then they fight you tooth and nail before they budge and send you your measly check. Why? They don’t want you to cash out because they don’t want to pay out. EVER. You will only qualify for surveys about once a year, if that. Offers do not credit and they are the same offers that have been there FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. They have re-designed their laughable Facebook page so you cannot post a question or a concern; You have to latch on to one of their asinine posts and express yourself there. People keep winning useless sweeps in the totally rigged Spin & Win, but there is no way to use these sweeps. You are prompted to download the “latest version of InboxDollars”, but no latest version exists.

Such a Waste of Time I Promise You!. So everything was legit when I first started. The surveys are easy enough to get through, and for the most part they’re l fairly quick. You must get $30 to cash out via PayPal, gift cards, check, etc. I completed all of the surveys on my list which got me up to about $26. Now there is no new surveys coming up in my list so they don’t even have enough surveys to get $30 back!!! Billy’s Spin and Win is a joke, and have never won more then 1 cent on the scratch cards. So there’s $26 stuck in my account with no new surveys so I guess I will just never be able to cash it out unless I spend money online completing one of their offers or something which you must pay for. Waste of about 30 days working on these stupid surveys for nothing. Also the dumbest most pointless surveys you could ever do. F this App and I hope they get shut down because they’re a F’n SCAM!!!!!!

Totally Frustrated. When it comes time to redeem any earnings or winnings there’s always a “expired link” or some other roadblock to getting what’s due. Many of the surveys never pay not just immediately or in 7 -30 days, but they actually NEVER PAY and if you are like me and keep doing them, you’ll have too many to bother going back through the list and filing “tickets” for each single one and waiting forever to hear back is ridiculous!! If I don’t get my first gift card redemption, which is currently issued but of course saying “link expired”, then I will never do another survey or anything for this app!!!! Warn everyone!!!!!! Don’t recommend to friends or family or anyone, because it’s entirely too frustrating for anyone to deal with rationally and quite frankly I am starting to truly believe it is just another scam!!!!

Not Authorized. This app is a load. I’m sorry , but I put in my e’mail to sign up. Chose a password, than hit “sign up” . First it was an error. I put the info again, then read terms and conditions . I hit “sign up” again. Error. It does not tell you what the error is mind you. Just says error. So I chose a different longer password with my email. Then it said un-authorized. Again.. no reason. Just will not let me sign up for an account. So then I try my other email, and yet another password. Again, unauthorized. Look. After 4 times of attempting to sign up, I realized, giving out my information and my opinions , was not really a huge priority in my life. If you get signed up, Congrats! How ever after four times of attempting to sign up. I’m out. Enjoy.

Great at first, until you reach 25$. Within the first few weeks of using this app every now and then, I reached the 25$ mark. That was a week ago, and ever since then I have not qualified for a single survey that pays more than 10 cents, and I hardly qualify for any of those. I’m also getting way longer surveys that pay way less. When I first started, I could get lucky and get a 10 minute survey for 2$, now I’m lucky to get a 10 minute survey for 20 cent. Also, don’t do the product sample surveys, they’re a straight scam. Now they have my address, and all my personal information, and I have this useless product that I was supposed to review, but they won’t send me the surveys to review the product THEY sent me!

Horrible App. It offers me paid surveys but even though I filled out the profile surveys I never seem to qualify for anything that is worth more than $0.25! And I am not spending 20 minutes taking a survey for $0.25. Also you agree to have your inbox flooded with offers and if you sign up you get a reward, so really you have to spend money to get anything from this. Finally some of the “surveys” are really just a trick to get permission to call and text offers to you and you only get your reward if you sign up for various sponsored services and they offer you money if you just complete one more step, but there is always one more step after that and in the end you have given them your number, permission to call and you get nothing in return. Do not subscribe to this, it is simply a marketing gimmick!

Decent. So just a little advice, don’t waste time on the surveys. Let’s say you start a 15 min survey, you will be about 20 min into it and then it will tell you that you don’t qualify. Happens 95% of the time. BUT the free offers are legit and you get much higher rewards. For instance, I just completed an offer to play Club Vegas to level 100 in 10 days for $50. It was a fun game and I got paid to play it. I did have some trouble getting no it credited to me but after mailing support I got my reward with no issues. Overall I’m super happy with this app but suggest to all to not bother with the surveys and just go straight to the free offers.

Much time spent with continued Non Qualifying Surveys & No Reimbursement for those several hours. I have spent so much time completing surveys, only to be told that I do not qualify for this Survey. Then I am told I am qualified for yet another survey and once again told the same thing. I know it states, whether or not one qualifies you will receive a Spin but I don’t see them load. Then when I do spin, I have received a scratch card or No Win at all. It is just frustrating that I am on here to actually conduct and complete surveys. I feel that once my information and answers are input after 15-30 minutes of my time and then not “qualifying” for the small dollar amount is sort of borderline scam. I hope my opinion will change with future progress.

Ok way to make a little extra $. I’ve been at it for a few weeks and I’m up to $21. You have to be vigilant because you’ll get disqualified from a lot of surveys. One bit of advice: DO NOT BOTHER with the Big Buck Survey. It will tell you all you have to do is complete a simple survey then one ( yes 1) offer. When you complete that offer, it says that if you complete one more, you’ll get your reward. Then after you complete the second one, it tells you that if you complete six (that’s 6) more, you’ll get your reward. The biggest string-along joke ever. Speaking of jokes, Billy’s Spin and Win MAY give you a quarter (25 cents) if you’re lucky. All you’ll get otherwise is scratch off progress. And don’t even get me started on the scratch offs. Enjoy your 1 cent.

Scam-Cash offers do not pay out. After spending 60plus hours reaching a level on a game to get a $16 payout, I emailed back and forth with inboxdollars and the game company. Both ends kept telling me to ask the other company because it was their problem. I assumed it was a fluke and there is no way inbox dollars could still be up and running if they don’t actually pay people. One would assume inbox dollars would stop working with third parties that are not paying out. But alas, I have spent another 80+ hours on two other cash offer games from different companies and there is no history of me ever playing somehow. I did everything the right way, I've double checked the new EXCESSIVE guidelines. You have to give people the money they rightfully earned. Shame on you for taking advantage of people during a pandemic.

Just ok. A lot of the surveys you spend 15 to 20 minutes on to get to the end and have it tell you that you didn’t qualify. That’s very frustrating for me. Im a stay at home mom just trying to earn a little extra to help out my family. I’m a mom to 3 boys so there’s never 15 or 20 minutes I have to do these surveys without fighting to just get through one. So to get all the way to the end before it tells me I didn’t qualify is almost enough for me to give up on it. Then the offers...good lord. I tried to sign up for a sample and went through 15 minutes of offers pressing no or skip and still got to the end and said I HAD to select an offer to get the sample. Well in order to get THAT offer I had to go through MORE never ending offers. I gave up. The only reason it got 2 stars was because of the sign on bonus.

Excellent. So I just reached my Payout mark. I have to say this isn’t to bad. The questions and games are very easy, and I love just simply checking in and getting those cents to add up. My opinion this is a great way to have, let’s say in Bank terms A savings account. Yes it does take more time then other survey platforms. But just know with this Savings account your money will add up. Now on the only downside I it does take aWhile to get your money processed. So I guess it is more of a Saving account. But other than that. 2 Thumbs up

Your time is more valuable than this. This app is such a waste of time. To be honest, this app is skirting on the line of scammer. You think you are doing a survey, only to discover there is a prerequisite survey for each survey. I think out of all the surveys offered, I’ve only qualified for 2-3. I’d like to know what demographic they are actually looking for because I always get a message saying you do not qualify regardless of what information is added. Plus, I immensely dislike imputing personal information every time you start a survey. They should only send you content that applies to you based on the information in your profile. I will be deleting this app. My time is worth more than these measly payments and so should yours. At this rate, it would take me until 2025 to earn the $30 initial cash out.

Great app!. I’ve been enjoying this app! You won’t match with every survey so keep that in mind but that’s because businesses need a diverse candidate pool in order to get effective results. I’ve only done surveys and played games so I can’t say much about the other options within the app but the games are super fun! I spend a couple hours maybe a week playing games and completing surveys and I’ve gotten much more money than I thought I would! There’s so many ways to redeem your rewards as well which has been helpful. I recommend this app over the other survey apps.

Love it. Starting with, yes they do actually pay out! I’ve gotten my gift card emailed within a couple days as promised..I do wish I was able to cash out the full amount tho, for example if I have 34 some odd dollars I can only do the 30$ so that’s frustrating but I can’t complain with free money. My only problem seems to be seeing credits for content discovery. Also a referral that is not showing up. Still earned 5 stars from me either way but I’d love to be credited for the referral if possible?

Great!. i’ve used this app for a few months now, and while the surveys aren’t always great, it’s super easy to earn money from scanning receipts, confirming paid emails, and even simply completing the “search interests”- where you get cents just for following the research prompts! i recently had an issue with verifying my phone number and needed to reach out to customer service for the first time. they were super helpful and helped me get my account up and running in no time! thank you inbox dollars!!

steals time and money. the surveys are usually crap and the ones you CAN complete aren’t worth much. and sometimes, i’ll have been working on a survey for more than five minutes (sometimes ten) and randomly after a question it tells me i don’t qualify?? if i didn’t qualify from the beginning then why waste my time having me take the survey? it took me forever to build up to $22. i finally took a break from doing surveys because it was discouraging. when i came back and logged in, they cancelled my account WITHOUT NOTIFICATION and it said i had to create a new account but i wouldn’t get my previous earnings back. what??? so i earned that money with my own time, and you guys thought you were at liberty to delete my account and take my money? i would’ve taken the money sooner but with your $30 minimum i couldn’t. so thanks for wasting my time and taking money that wasn’t yours.

Scam. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I read through the reviews before downloading and thought, “ok, well maybe it’s not for everyone,” or, “maybe other people were expecting more - I know this won’t make me rich or anything.” Worked well for a little bit - got through some surveys and got myself up to about $10 earned. I went to sign in not 2 hours after my last use and got a message saying my account hasn’t been active in at least 6 months, so I’d have to start over with nothing. That’s impossible, seeing as how I joined less than a day ago. I really wanted to believe this would be like “dropping some change in a jar from time to time”-type thing, but I get the feeling they get information from you then make you start again and again so you get nothing from them. Deleted and will not be re-downloading. An absolute waste of time, even by the lowest of expectations.

Offers not downloading. I have been a member for many years now. And I have made quite a bit of cash by completing offers and downloading apps to play. But all of a sudden I can’t download any of the apps. I keep getting a message saying I need to allow my iPhone to track my apps which I have turned on like it says to do but whenever I click download app through the website or on the app it just takes me back to the offer page instead of to the AppStore like it should. I really like this app and I like doing the offers but if I can’t download the offers any more then I don’t really see the point of continuing to use this app. Please fix the problem so I can continue using this app.

Dissapointed. I am still trying to go back and complete high school, and I am also living at home with my parents still. I am trying to make money so that I can move out and get a new place, I can across something about this app and how it actually works.... so I decided to download it and give it a try. I like how you can cash out at just ten dollars, however I have already done a bunch of surveys and a bunch of questions, Read them all throughly and answered truthfully. I have not qualified for a single one. I do not have a job and am struggling right now and would like to earn a couple dollars here and there to help me get up onto my feet. I would really appreciate it if you could at least earn a little from attempting to do the surveys even if you don’t qualify.

Scam???. I just attempted to come back to Inbox after several years. I spent several minutes on a survey, the received a button that said something like “Click here to submit survey results”. I clicked, waited … nothing. Tried again … nothing. Reloaded the page, button disappeared and was replaced with a link with the same sentence (above). I clicked it … nothing. Attempted to contact support, there is no support (other than FAQ’s). Waited & waited, no credit. Went to a spot I found that shows recent activity: “No activity for December.” I’ll change this review if I get credited for my time and for completing the survey (which I did), if not, I’m out again. There are other (more reputable) survey sites where I have REALLY earned cash for surveys!

Not pleased. Thought this app was different. I was holding off on writing this review thinking maybe I was imagining things or just ran into a random glitch here and there. Well…I have had the app for a few months now (at least) and I have been stuck at just under $15 which is the payout threshold. When I click on the paid emails it takes me straight to the company’s site and never fills my bar up or else the you have to verify you’re you thing comes up and once again the bar does not go up at those times. I’ve also had where it didn’t show as quite filled and so I clicked in more emails but then magically it jumps that little 1/32” up and I wasted 2-3 opportunities to fill my bar up. Even the winit codes don’t always work. AND I play the games! I liked this app at first but now I feel like I’m being played for stupid.

Irrelevant surveys to your self survey. It's funny how they give you surveys that aren't relevant to the self survey they give you in the beginning for five dollars I can see why some of them have some kind of similarities. But then there are ones that are asking as if you owned your own company. I've also found a scam in one of the Surveys. And yes I'm talking about the two dollar one. I've seen those kind of Surveys where they try to give you a free gift card from Walmart or whatever but you always have to pay money for product that will never come in. As soon as you are very close to finishing the survey it brings you to a page of articles and ads. A few of my family members have lost a lot of money to that because of credit card scammers. The right choice to do is either keep going with the $.25 Surveys. Or just waste your time on the way.

I’m so broke I use it anyways. This app is literally so infuriating, spending 30 minuets just to get $.50 that you wont be able to access for weeks or even months is depressing. And it I’ve noticed that the spinning wheel glitches every time it lands on $5 and switches to a no win, also during the higher paying surveys it often freezes up and you don’t end up getting paid even tho you’ve already done 15 minuets of work and were like 2 minuets away from being finished. Also once you hit $25 the surveys seem to disappear, like there’s not even the option to take surveys and you have to find one of their “deals” to finish up so you can cash out. If you get easily frustrated this isn’t for you.

Terrible just freakin Terrible. I absolutely can’t stand how these people treat their consumers. I mean we’re spending minutes to hours in this app answering surveys, getting booted to the curb when they get the right amount of info out of us and saying “oh sorry you don’t qualify for this survey” i can’t count how many times I’ve almost made it to the end of a survey and get redirected and kicked out for no freaking reason!!! I know for a fact it’s the people running inbox dollars and it doesn’t matter how many times I contact customer support they give me some half-*** reply about how they can’t change anything and it’s not their fault. This app is complete bull****. And I’m going to keep posting bad reviews everyday I can until they finally stop screwing people out of the money they earn.

Don’t waste your time. So they tell you, you can get cash for doing surveys but the catch is you can’t cash out until you make $30 not too bad right but stay with me here, the surveys are set up mostly in change .10 cent .25 cent .50 cent bummer but not too bad because every now and again the throw in surveys worth actual dollar amounts so of course you do them but 1/2 way through they notify you and say that you don’t qualify to do the survey and that you aren’t getting paid for the time you already wasted and that happens 99% of the time on dollar amount surveys so your either stuck doing surveys for chump change in hopes of stacking it up too $30 so you can actually get paid or waisting your time doing dollar surveys just so they can tell you 1/2 way through that you don’t “qualify” yea complete waste of time wouldn’t recommend too anyone wish I could have given it 0 stars

Major scam.. You'll get that initial $5 boost to draw you in , which means absolutely nothing since you can't cash out until $30. You will likely spend 20 minutes on a "5 min" survey, then get kicked out for disqualification. Now you get a free wheel spin to try for awesome looking prizes- up to $5. So it seems. You will get 9/10 a single coupon for a sweepstakes; 10 coupons buys you a chance to win $1. Assuming every survey that kicked you out only takes 10 minutes to do so, you have to put in about an hour and a half of your time for a CHANCE to win a dollar. I don't know if you can win that dollar, I've tried a dozen times, I never have. Do the math- I put a half a day into this, and have earned a meaningless "$0.15"- ONLY because <1/10 times the free spinner lands on $.05. Once, I got 5 whole sweepstakes coupons, though...! Yeah, don't waste your time.

I love this app!!. Thank god I found this app , Super easy to use as well helps you step by step to figure out how to get more money doing the surveys ! Everything on the app it’s self is very well organized and have easy to follow steps you just need to read carefully and be patient while doing these surveys but other then that you can really win real cash and once again like I said it’s legit and no scam like most other apps ! I just wish I could have found this app sooner to have started making money even sooner! Would definitely recommend this to those stay at home moms that look for extra and legit ways to make money from home!

Pretty lame since the update, better off studying and following the Bible. Been using for around 5 years. Before the update when you get scratch offs for watching the inboxdollars tv it was nice. But it has gone nothing but downhill, Ive been blessed with a couple wins over a $5 dollars on the scratch offs but the past few years the update hasn’t given any scratch offs more then 25 cents. Surveys pay too little since inflation has hit hard. Time would be Better spent helping the poor and preaching the gospel, Our Heavenly Father provides all our needs anyway. Jesus paid the fine for us so we don’t have to go to help after we die, we just have to accept His gift and repent of our sins

It’s ok.. I’ve only had it a few days and it’s ok so far. My biggest complaint and the reason I only gave it 3 stars is that on multiple occasions, by multiple I mean more often then not, I start a survey that’s supposed to be less than 10 minutes and it ends up taking a lot more time. Double, sometimes triple the time it says. I prefer the shorter surveys because I don’t usually have the time to commit to the longer ones. So I’m happy to take a shorter survey for less of a payout. Just now I entered into a 5 minute survey that was suppose to pay .25 after over 10 minutes and the progress bar showing me at only 40%, I had to just give up because it wasn’t worth the .25.

Unreliable compensation for completing offers. I used to be a big fan of InboxDollars but anymore it’s a big headache and waste of time and money seeing that you only get awarded for about half of the offers that you complete. Also, I have been lied to on a few occasions by customer service and they have now locked me out of my account and will not let me pullout my $112 balance that is not pending and actually my approved balance ( Not including the $85 or more that they have not compensated on ). Lastly the surveys are scams as they let u go through the survey for about 90% and then they say “oh sorry you don’t qualify anymore ( but we got all the info we are really after in order to profile you and sell your info ). Yeah so pretty much an awesome way to get scammed with very little reward and tons of effort
