I want to love it. I enjoy this app for the most part. Its really useful with what its good at, but really frustrating at times as well. I'd love to see the ability to isolate back up vocals parts on all songs. Often times I can isolate the choir, but when it comes to a back up vocalist singing harmony, I can't listen to that vocal part alone. There is also a glitch where if I open another app and then come back, the song won't play any more and I'll have to completely restart the app. Very frustrating! I really want to love this app. Its so close to being great!!

V1.6 causing hangups. Update: v1.6.1 seems to have solved the issue... back to 5 stars :) - The app has been 5-star awesome up through version 1.5.1. However, version 1.6.0 has made the app unusable. Every song gets stuck on “Preparing Chart”. I’ve created in-app requests for help, used the web site to request help and called their phone numbers. No response. I suspect they are inundated with support requests because of version 1.6.0. Hoping for v1.6.1 soon.

It’s really good. It’s a really good app I use to play at my church. But there’s a bug I think that’s happening to me. The song keeps pausing and when I press resume it restarts the song and it won’t play past that point. It’s only on one song and it’s only happening to me for some reason. My friends don’t get that big it’s only me

Key change issue. Great application and easy to use but can’t change key to songs. Tried updating by pulling down, admin tried sending updated key change, logged out and even deleted and downloaded application and it still doesn’t take.

Great but needs work. This app is a worship musicians dream! But it is constantly messing up. If the phone is locked or on another screen, it skips or cuts to different parts of the song until you go back to the app. I’m constantly having to back out of the app for freezing up. It never just works right. Right now the charts are not syncing with the music like it used to. Also, a few times Iv prepared for the wrong key for service because the app will reload different keys. Or resort to the original key. And Multi Tracks, get rid of the device limit and the no no screen shots! Be generous to the Christian’s!

Not enough customization.. It’s good. Just wish we can customize our charts like we can customize our tracks on playback.

Rehearsal Track downgrade. What happened to Rehearsal Track?? Can’t change parts anymore, no album art. Seems features are going backwards. This cost $20 a month!

Better than planning center... still needs work. Have to exit the app, sign into web portal to manually invite team to setlist. Wish they could all access everything. Missing a lot of chord charts in contrast to CCLI. No way to increase font size. In love setting... Wish master could turn page for entire team. Despite those feature requests, it’s still the best app on the market. Looking fwd to what’s next

I like the features but.... I like the features to change keys and add capo and all that buuuuuut. Would be nice to be able to listen to the song and separate parts as well like on the website. Would def give this 5 stars if that were possible. Update: so cool to actually be heard from the developer. Up one star! 👏

AUDIO NOT WORKING. Hi! I just got this app today, and it’s been wonderful but for some reason the audio is not working when I try to play a listening part to rehearse. I’m going crazy trying to fix it, I would give 5 stars otherwise.

Incredible. It just keeps getting better and better and this RehearsalMix is bananas.

What happened to MIDI. In the new update the mapping is there but the the songs will not scroll anymore. Every song gets hung after one press of my midi pedal

Gospel Music?????. This is the issue with multitracks......... Gospel music is completely shut out. I’ll be back when there’s music for me to buy.

Almost great. This app works well for what it is (wish I could export a song to PDF, but that may be a licensing problem). My two main complaints are ones that should be solvable: - Ability to rotate to landscape mode - Side-by-side apps, so I can have another app next to it, such as the controls for my in-ear monitor system

So reliable!. Love using this app every time I lead worship!! The chords always match the original song and I really like how customizable and user friendly it is. Super excited to see future updates and how they plan to make it even better!

Suggestion. I wish there was a way to be able to add or delete a section of the tracks. In other words, an ability to adjust the progression according to How we would like to run it.

New updates!. New Updates are so great! Love having all the tempos in one place and the swiping is so SMOOTH

Buggy. Tracks don’t start. Have switch back and forth to get them to load again

Subscription issues. I'm subsribed and it won't let me unlock a chart, it says to subscribe, so when I hit subscribe, it says I'm already subscribed ....

Perfection!. This app is always on point. It can be connected to playback. It auto scrolls during the set when connected!! Only flaw is sometimes the chart is unavailable… normal problem. They’re working on it.

amazing but. this app is amazing i use it almost everyday but there is a bug that if you switch to a different app or just out of nowhere, when you put it in the beginning to start over it won’t play i don’t know if anyone noticed this.

Love the app but has a lot of bugs. This app has a lot of bugs and it gets annoying so when it won’t load and other times it won’t let me listen to the full song after playing I paid for all the subscription. Other than that it works very well.

Unusable Without Larger Font Options. No way to increase font size, seems to be incompatible with Apple’s accessibility options as well. The best chart app in the world is still unusable if you can’t read it.

What is going on with this update?. This app has always been awesome now it just crashes over and over and over again. So frustrating when you spend thousands of dollars with multitracks to deal with that while leading worship

It’s finally a five star app. I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s really bad or really good. First of all I have to say that this app has come a long way. I have used it for a few years and there was always something wrong with it. Whether it was glitches, tracks not playing, stuff not syncing, subscriptions not working, or pressing the off button on your phone so you can listen to the tracks while your phone is in your pocket but the app turns off as soon as you do that. I love everything about it now. And the integration with playback is just the icing on the cake. I’m glad that you can finally turn your screen off and still listen to the tracks as I listen to it while playing drums. Thank you for always striving for excellence with this app. We all our in different ministries and multitracks is called to this ministry in providing worship resources to the community and they are second to none. Thanks again 🤙🏽🤙🏽

App crash on start. The app will not open at all. I’ve tried restarting it, uninstalling and reinstalling it. It works on my other devices. I don’t understand

Update created new bug?. The app was working great until the new update. I try to open that app but it just closes out immediately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it did not work. I also tried restarting the iPad, it worked the first time I ran it and when I exited the app and tried to use it again it goes back to just closing out immediately. It would be great if the app would work because we use it Sundays for our worship ministry.

Incredible. Love to be able to rehearse having the chart along with the specific part of the song I need. Being able to change between languages has been awesome for a bilingual set. The fact that I can change keys fast saves a lot of time for me when sharing setlists with my team.

Not happy!. Trouble with this app from the start! No response from support. Haven’t been able to listen to any songs at all. It keeps telling me I need a subscription (which I’ve already paid for). When I click on subscribe it tells me I already have a subscription. It’s an endless cycle!!! 😡

Need Larger Variety of Songs. Not near as many songs as Music Stand or Planning Center. I mean very popular songs that have been done by churches for years. Need to get these older albums / songs on the list of tracks soon. I’m having to revert back to planning center and music stand in our church services to have a complete song list and ChartBuilder is much more expensive than other programs to be missing these songs.

Crashes. I have never been able to use it. It crashes as it opens.

I’d love to rate this five stars but I can’t. There are so many good things about this app. The ability to pull up charts and practice in any key is amazing but the audio portion is messy. It is unable to airplay audio which makes practicing with it a challenge with devices that don’t have headphone jacks. It also does very weird skipping around if you leave the app and leave audio running in the background. If those things get fixed it will be a killer app!

Love it. Sometimes changing the key cause the app to glitch. I’m sure it will be fixed.

Updated - will not work unless have internet connection. This will not work unless connected to Internet. For example you can’t log in at home where you have a good wifi connection download the chart then go to church that doesn’t have a good wifi. Should be able to use it when off line. Please Fix. Also make an Apple TV version. So I could use a big screen for practice.

Always have the RIGHT chart!. Using this with Playback has been a game changer. I've been slowly adapting our slow-to-change worship team members to the multitracks ecosystem over the past number of years and chartbuilder integration with playback is just wonderful. Our singers are able to open the app on their ipads, sync with playback, and not have to touch their tablets again the entire service. My only complaint is that we do experience occasional (sometimes frequent) connection drops, but I also know that our network at the church isn't always great and it may be our own fault so I'm not going to fault multitracks for that. Also, if it does drop, you are still able to scroll through music manually which isn't really an issue for anyone.

Great App. This app is such a great tool. Easy to use and the catalog is extensive. I used to make my own charts for Sunday but I was taking a lot of time specially when I needed a different key. I’m thankful that I can easily change keys now.

Nope…. I really…really…really want to love this app, but the reality is it keeps logging me out and when I log in it says I have to have a subscription…which I have. This has happened multiple times over the past year, each with an apology from Multitracks saying it’s been fixed…only for it to happen again and again. It wouldn’t be an issue if you could download the set list and if the subscription happens to run out at the wrong time, like just before you play, you still have your charts…but no. It just gives you a blank screen saying you have to subscribe. I love Multitracks, but their subscription services are buggy at best…and unfortunately this app relies on their services working. Bummer.

Glitchy. Sometimes works other times it’s very glitchy

Buggy!. I’m using iOS 9.3.5 on an iPad 3. ChartBuilder doesn’t seem to work on it. It often doesn’t recognize set lists. When it does, once I try to open a set list, the app crashes. Often times the process of adding a song to a set hangs or fails. Other times my library doesn’t load. Song charts often hang to load or don’t load at all. The latest update to this app doesn’t work. How can I fix this?

Don’t waste your money. This app is absolutely terrible. While the chords are correct, it automatically deletes the chord charts from your song lists, deletes set lists, and also doesn’t sync between devices even when you sign into the same account. When you contact the support team, their advice is simple but faulty — “Delete the app and reinstall it”. Often times, that doesn’t resolve the problem. If “No Star” was an option, that’s what I would’ve chosen. Giving this app one star was gracious.

Great, annotation ability needed. This is fantastic, however it would be more useful with the ability to annotate.

Extremely buggy. Constantly scrolls itself, refreshes partway through songs, and does anything it can do o be an unreliable piece of garbage. If you can stay away from it, stay away!

Love it, but I have to log off and back on a lot. Love this app! So useful and helpful. My only complaint is that I constantly have to log off and log back in or else it doesn’t show me the ability to create a set list and share it. This takes a lot of time.

AMAZING!. The app was already great to begin with but this new 2.0 update just made some already amazing, more amazinger 😂 but on a serious note this app is awesome! Props to the dev team you guys killed it!🔥🥑

Could be better. There are lots of great features but its a little glitchy. There are times my account doesn’t recognize my subscription so its rendered useless. Also if you send customer service a message through the app, expect them to respond with an email. I think this was the biggest issue I had. I missed the email for weeks. I simply thought they would respond through the app.

Disappointed. I’m extremely disappointed that I have a recurring monthly payment for the Solo Practice Bundle through Apple. My monthly subscription was just paid last week but now the app won’t load anything, telling me my subscription is expired. I log in on desktop and I have no subscription ... yet I have a receipt showing I just paid last week and have paid the last several months and had no issues. I emailed support with my receipt and have gotten no response. I finally found a phone number and also got no response, just a voicemail. I feel like the most basic thing you can ask from a company is that you have access to the services you pay for. I am now unable to practice for this week AND I’m just out the rest of this month for the subscription I paid for. It seems scammy but I can’t seem to get ahold of Apple or Multicharts to have a working app or my money back. Beyond that basic point, I feel like there are other features lacking. For example, it auto scrolling to the next song if you’ve created a set list. It would be great to be able to toggle that on/off. I know I personally practice while working or doing laundry and don’t want to babysit my phone to flip to the next song. I also don’t like how the songs don’t continue in the background if you lock your phone or open other apps. The app is robust and great - I love the detail and the ability to change keys easily, but I don’t like that you pay and don’t have access to the app, I don’t like the lack of support and communication, and I feel like two additional features would really elevate it.

Suddenly not working. I pay $9.99 a month for the solo bundle. Today it won’t let me change keys and says I need to upgrade to access this. I check my subscriptions, it’s active until 13 March. I tried deleting the app to reinstall and it prompted me that I was deleting an app with an active subscription. I redownloaded the app and still can’t change keys without being prompted to get a subscription. I have tried logging in and out. Please fix :)

Some random glitches and bugs. Playing reference tracks while the screen is locked causes playback to jump/skip around a little. Sometimes I get an error dialog when I add folks to my team for a setlist, but they remain selected, and I presume they’re notified… I usually send an update email just in case. Otherwise, works great!

Great concept, bad execution. There’s a fatal flaw - it glitches between sections when I use Bluetooth headphones. It didn’t do this until after I plugged my in-ears and switched back to my Bluetooth headphones. Update: audio playback has now stopped working altogether! It’s unfortunate because I really do love this app
