Full Code Medical Simulation Comments & Reviews 2026

Not F2P friendly but fun. Excellent work and the difficulty is just right :) 10/10 app, but I'm disappointed by only having 4 free cases when theres 150 cases. That's 146 cases that are locked behind a paywall. A great way to improve the app would be to give more free cases. It doesn't even have to be a lot, but maybe 10/20 or at least an unlock more levels system.

Awesome App for Case-Based Learning for Medical students. I’m a 3rd year medical student and absolutely love this app! It’s allowed me to really test my knowledge and learn real-like skills without being judged like an actual in-person simulated encounter. The patient AI is amazing and the design of the cases is phenomenally done.

A Med Student’s Dream!. Nearly a decade ago, I played this like a game on my phone, completely unaware I would ever go into medicine. All this time later, it’s such a great tool to mix up my learning in my pre-clinical years (and prep me for rotations and beyond)! It’s engaging, the simulations have gotten way more realistic over the years, and case materials are thorough and thought-provoking. This represents a great opportunity as a safe, fun way to let us med students practice what it’s like to be a resident in various fields, seeing cases and doing diagnostic and intervention work.

Fun to play, informative and challenges me. I first got this game for nursing school. I paid just the basic edition but plan to get other plans once I finish basic and increase level of knowledge. This game helps me to use my problem solving skills better than reading from a textbook.

I love it!!. I’m an EMT and a paramedic student and this app is amazing! I wish I would’ve known about it sooner. The cases are great and i have learned soo many new things that can now help me in the field. I wish they weren’t so many typos and stuff though I think it should get reviewed again... many cases with errors. But aside from that the concept it great and definitely worth it.

Love the game. I love this game! I 16 and I already know what I want to be when I grow up. I’ve known since I was in 3rd grade and that is a pediatric nurse. This game teaches everything. Everything is realistic. My one wish is that there was more free cases because I have finished all the free cases and I really don’t want to spend money on a game. And in real life you don’t spend more money to get more patient cases. I also think that this game should have to level up like being a resident, then a fellowship and stuff like that.

Great for Nursing Students!. I started using this app my first year of nursing school. It helped me apply knowledge from assessment, prioritizing, medications, interventions/treatment, critical thinking, to also help diagnosis what was wrong with the patient. I graduated with my LPN, took a year off, and am now in my RN year of school. I am using it again and I still feel it is hands down one of the best free resources for nursing students. I hope they continue to add more cases!

No Prehospital care at all but great app. A little pricey subscription but it’s worth it to just give it at least a try. The cases are good too and there’s a lot to learn. I wish it were possible to re-examine pt or to see a vital trends after notable interventions. The few times it allows you to re-examine this is after intubation to reassess lung sounds and also it allows to rerunning labs. The patient doesn’t also decompensate over time. If time could be a factor that you can switch on or off in the app that would be impressive as this is an emergency medicine app. Worth the money I think and very time consuming. Too easy to get drawn in to the whole case.

Awesome. I have used it from past 1 week. Very good application to simulate emergency cases. A lot to learn from it. Common cases that present in emergency. One thing is time factor could have been included and patient deteriorating due to untimely intervention could have been added. Overall superb application worth the subscription.

Good practice for professionals. Have gone through about 12 cases so far. I was expecting all of them to be “worst case scenario” situations but was surprised at how varied the cases are. From a ER nurses point of view it’s a fresh way to flex your knowledge and think beyond your scope. You have to assess the patient, consider appropriate lab work, imaging, and choose the right interventions, and of course reassess. A diagnosis must be made for every patient with a decision to admit to the appropriate floor or discharge with or without outpatient follow-up. Vital signs are real-time, and you have to really think on your feet for the critical scenarios to get the patient stabilized. Every case has a full discussion at the end which details exactly what should have been done. All-in-all I think it is a valuable tool, and rather enjoyable!

Learning so much. Having been a nurse for over 20 years and not being in the clinical setting for about 15 of those years, this app is amazing at getting my skills back up on patient assessment stabilization intervention and interdisciplinary communications so I highly recommend the use of this app if you are looking to hone in on those skills.

Most Enriching AND Entertaining Game Ever!. I came into this with no medical knowledge whatsoever, save what knowledge (shaky and unreliable) I gained from Grey’s Anatomy (please don’t kill me!) I cannot attest to this app from a medical professional’s standpoint, but from a citizen’s standpoint I find this app to be stellar. It allows me to pick up little things here and there, like what medicine to give for an opioid overdose and where patients need to be sent. I cannot stress enough how challenging this is for my untrained self, nor can I describe perfectly the feeling I get when I gain more knowledge from this teaching format. Rest assured, however, that it is a hugely great one! :-)

Great game to learn and practice medical knowledge. I am currently getting my masters in nursing. This game is a great way to increase medical knowledge and practice applying that knowledge in a no-risk environment. I upgraded to the paid version and appreciate the wide variety of cases and learning breakdown after each case. I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars as I never seem to be able to see some testing results after I am notified they have “come back” after processing (e.g. blood culture results). This limits what I can do in those cases. I am not sure if it is a bug or I am not clicking somewhere I should, but how to access those results could be clearer.

Few recommendations. I feel like for new nurses especially there should be a lot more cases that are open instead of having to pay for them….. it would also be a good idea if there was a way that the developers of this game added the challenge of the player getting to place the IV instead of the game doing it! Over all, this game is a great learning experience! If you take my review and do what I recommended then this game will get five stars!

It’s okay. The app is pretty good, definitely not designed for people who work in a prehospital setting, though it would be great if there would be some options for that. Navigation of the app is unintuitive and I think the UI would be fixed or the time you have to fix the patient should be increased, because finding a procedure can be very difficult.

Great app but a few problems. First of all, this app is AMAZING! It’s real and it has so many different things you can do! This app has NO ADDS AT ALL which is great as well. BUT i think you should be able play more scenarios because if you don’t pay, you can only play 4 at the moment. I also think the price should be lowered a bit or something like that. It’s not a bad price ($4 a month) if you got every case and you could use everything, but if you have to pay more than that for every case, then that’s not really worth it. All in all, this app is great, but the pricing and the amount of free cases there are should be changed.

Needs small bug fix. This is an excellent game. First time I played was on my computer when they were still browser only. The only issue I’ve encountered is that when you’re talking to the patient sometimes your text is invisible, and that can make it difficult to establish a means to treat the patient. Other than that, this an an excellent way to learn more about medicine.

Accurate medicine, and fun / entertaining. Have been using this since I decided on ER as a medical specialty, so around 3rd year medical school. Have definitely learned things that I’m sure have helped me while working in the ER. Great explanations, and it keeps me entertained. Its hard to come home after shifts and read books or listen to lectures, but this app makes it much easier to do a quick case here and there. Roughly fits board style format for ER boards, as well. 100% worth the money for any med student / resident.

Great Refresher. As a PA, I was searching for an app to refresh before working back in urgent care or the Emergency Department. The cases are appropriately challenging, and peer reviewed by physicians with references attached at the end of the cases. The ancillary options are equivalent to a typical ED or Level 2 trauma center. I appreciate the feedback as Critical, Reasonable, Neutral, or Unnecessary for some actions, instead of strictly incorrect. If you’re searching for an interactive app that’s only $12/month, it’s worth every penny.

R20: Fun way to stay sharp. I am a boarded EMP (FACEP FAAEM), recently retired from the trauma arena. I enjoy the clinical scenarios, and thinking about what I would do. I am occasionally annoyed by the absence of a choice that seems obvious, or a different nomenclature that requires me to fish around to find something that is equally reasonable, but that seems inevitable. The only thing missing is a surly new grad nurse who has to be trained and/or convinced to do an order with which s/he is not familiar. It’s a great simple simulator!

It’s fun, but hardly accurate. I’ve only played one scenario so far and noticed quite a few errors in the desired treatments. The case is “#22 Found Down” and is a CPR turned MI. The patient is unconscious and unresponsive yet to get a 100% rating on interventions one must give them Aspirin. That drug is administered oral only and is absolutely contraindicated on an unconscious patient who cannot chew and swallow it. Also it rates chest x-ray as not a recommended procedure. Any patient who is intubated must have a chest X-ray to confirm tube placement. No exceptions. Also I disagree with the Heparin Drip for a patient about to go in for a surgical procedure. Granted it may be necessary, but anything affecting PT, PTT and/or INR in the presence of any surgical procedure should only be ordered by the physician performing the procedure. Unless the Cardiology consult comes back with “start Heparin prior to sending to cath lab” it shouldn’t be done in the ER. Otherwise this is a very fun app and so far I’ve enjoyed it.

Realistic, pricey, fun. This is the most realistic game I have played. Although it is realistic you have to take into consideration that most games that are this real are pretty expensive. Overall this game is really fun and I recommend you getting it if you like realistic games, ok with price, and love having a good time playing something.

Best medicine/ED Simulator you can find. Engaging and interactive. Subscription seems a little pricey but that doesn’t take away from the fact that this is the best medical simulator you can find on the App Store. Some Medical professionals can earn CME hours as well. Overall, this is a great simulator that allows you to learn while enjoying it.

incredibly cool and useful application of ai… plus it’s fun!!. this game is one of the coolest applications of ai as a learning tool that i’ve seen yet. you are able to have conversations with patients, offer acute tests and treatments, and diagnose patients. my only complaint would be that i don’t think it’s possible for patients to die, which may be nice for beginners but does take away from urgency/realism. also the free version has a very limited number of cases you can play with. if you do however buy the full version, you have access to 200+ cases in many different rotations (my favorite is probably emergency med lol). i’m a student, and this has only made me more excited to dive deeper into my future career.

AMAZING. While I’m not training to become a medical professional, I enjoy solving cases. Now do I get a 100%, no, but I enjoy using some of the knowledge I’ve learned from my high school medical terminology class. It’s fun and would recommend if you want something challenging to play with. For those who don’t have medical experience, there are hints you can use! It’s very helpful! There are a few cases that are free, but if you want more it’s only about $4 a month to gain access to a few more cases! I think that’s a great price for as helpful this is! Especially for those training to become ER doctors, etc. And as a college student it’s most definitely worth the price! I’ve also recommended them to work on some kinesiology and psychology cases! Hopefully that will be seen soon!

One of the best simulations I have seen. Needs more cases. I already played them all. Very great to reinforce learning for nurses who want more experience or want to do case studies. Highly recommend. Suggestion is to fix some bugs and add more interventions.

Closest Practical Training without harm. I’ve been using this app on and off for about 10 months, and I am amazed by how much knowledge can be gained. Although you don’t actually perform the interventions and physically touch a patient, it provides good insight and knowledge on patient workups and helps train your mind on assessing acute cases. I’m only certified as an EMT, but this app grows my confidence in understanding different varieties of cases that I’m not normally exposed to at my job and gives me a peek into what happens to patients once they arrive into the ED. Would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their knowledge at any level.

Amazing interface, sometimes presentations are not entirely accurate. Really fun if you’re just looking for something to do to keep your brain busy. Sometimes the presentations are not entirely consistent with real world patients but overall not bad at all! Would recommend!

ICU RN approved. This game is very real life, you can select almost any diagnosis or med that comes to mind, consult many specialities, etc. there is a rotating variety of free cases, many more for paid, and rationales have gotten much better with the last update. What I don’t like: - penalizes you for being too thorough. I get penalizing for completely unnecessary tests, but it penalizes you if the assessment wasn’t “critical” - in different cases, the layout of where actions are is different. Some cases, fluids are in the Stabilize tab, others they’re in the Interverventions tab under Meds

Excellent app for clinical thinking. As a medical student going into a career in emergency medicine, this app has been absolutely invaluable. The cases are lifelike, presented in a very intuitive way, and the feedback at the end is better than what I’ve had from some of my actual professors. A must have for any medical student hoping to do EM.

Too complicated and difficult. I work in healthcare so I didn’t think it would be this difficult, but I could never get a diagnosis right. Only a doctor of multiple fields could understand the terminology in this game. It says over 160 levels but it only has 10 free. After the first level it does not tell you what actions were right or wrong. The definitions they give for things are very misleading. I gave this 2 stars because there are no ads, and that is very hard to find nowadays.

Really fun and educational game. I am a pre Med student and this game has helped me significantly learn different diagnoses and get an idea on the process of examining, diagnosing, and treating a patient. I especially love that it includes pediatrics many games do not include pediatrics and the challenges that come along with kids. The only thing that I wish this game had was more adolescent cases like 11-17 age range with more serious events like cardiac arrest and sepsis. The game seems to jump from 7 years old to 18 but overall I really love this game and recommend it to anyone interested in medicine.

Amazing app. Really this is an amazing app very very informative and educational and very up to date, which I do really recommend for every practicing physician indulged in medical field, to exercise his mind, and at a very affordable price , furthermore the extensive and deep coverage of each topic in the presenting case is really very outstanding, really I am very happy with this app , I do recommend very much for every practicing physician in whatever field is working cardiologists, internists, or ICU/CCU& ER fields as well

Best kind of. This game is so fun and it lets you have free people that have different emergencies and it gives you one like once every month or two and if you have the expensive one you know what I mean but it cost a lot of money to get the big one to get all of the emergencies this game is so cool

Great App. I am an NP student- I’ve played 80+ cases with this app and find most of them pretty cool. It’s a great way to exercise critical thinking as a clinician. Here how the cases go: A patient comes in- you are provided with the H+P as well as PMH. You can examine all the systems you’d like and that information will be provided. You can order labs and imaging. You can prescribe and administer drugs and see immediate responses in the patient’s vitals. You can consult other physicians. Overall pretty cool and accurate; although most of the cases are very basic and cookie cutter admissions so you dont have to think too hard on it. Sometimes certain tests won’t add up, but this is infrequent. For example, I remember once there was a patient with a PE though the EKG did not show RV strain pattern. Just a tiny detail, I know but little things like that. Overall, however it is very cool.

Really great app!. This is the best way to apply what you’re learning in a simulated and educational environment that feels very real. It mimics what could happen in real life depending on what you choose to do with the patient and gets you in the habit of diagnosing the patient but also learning how to best intervene to when a patient’s condition is worsening or they are crumping. Highly recommend for medical students especially!!

Great sim - but here’s a suggestion. This sim is a fantastic tool for current providers, providers in training, and even people interested in medicine. My only suggestion would be adding an ambulance setting for prehospital cases. It would be very beneficial to current EMTs and paramedics - as well as those in class - being able to use it on shift or at home to keep up with their knowledge in a setting familiar to them. This is the first time I’ve ever suggested something on the App Store, so I want to back this up by saying that I know implementing a feature like this can be expensive in time, skill, and money. But I could see a good chance that you will get back whatever you put into it.

Fun but not for all skill levels. I’m having a lot of fun with this app, and learning a lot. But I’m an EMT and this is like playing doctor. I don’t know what all the labs mean and I have less that 10 meds in my scope. So a lot of the “game” so far is just me guessing aside from the assessment and stabilizing the patient. Overall fun, but I don’t think it would be too hard to create different levels for different providers. I thought that’s what was going to happen when the asked me my title, so I’m not sure why they did ask.

Incredible!. As a current medical sales professional strongly considering a career as an EMP, this app has been incredible! If you are determined to solve complex problems by utilizing different methods and interventions, this is for you! From where it started to where it is now is just unreal. So much fun.

Nice review for the Emergency Provider. The scenarios touch upon many of the common and not so common presentations in the Emergency Department. It’s a nice review and doesn’t dive too deep where you get lost in the weeds. It’s a good reminder of some of the true emergencies that we don’t see everyday but need to have a firm grasp of. Reviews at the end of the case have quick summaries with articles attached if you want a more in depth review. All in all I would recommend

Wonderful educational and fun!. I am a med student and this has been so important and educational for my studies! It’s completely worth the Pro subscription and the only thing I would want to see is customization of medicine doses in the treatment. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to further their education in medical studies!

Great app.. I've been using this app for a while now. It's a great tool to keep up to date with clinical information. As a paramedic it has helped me understand the in-hospital aspect of patient care. I've also used the app to help teach class to EMT students. I think the new AI feature is even better to help students with conducting an assessment.

Amazing. As a student, this app lets you make a mistake and LEARN from it without killing your patient IRL. This app allows for step by step thinking and problem solving, from the moment the patient is triaged to the discharge and handoff. Each case and update gets better. I love how new cases come out weekly. This app never gets boring. I highly recommend it to anyone nervous to treat their patients in ED rounds, IT IS NOT A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL. But very useful in the step by step actions, and great feedback on the things that were good to do, or harmful.

All Around Great App!. I absolutely love this app! It’s easy to use and up-to date with new medical treatments and problems. The animations are modern and real looking. All around the developers really nailed it. I just wish they would update it and add more cases more often. Especially Pediatric cases. I just keep going over and over the same cases and no new ones are being added :( . If they just updated it more often, this app would be superb! Thanks for making such an intuitive and well thought out app!

Incredible. As a resident, this is the exact kind of resource I was looking for and exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could have wanted. SO thorough with great explanations, also pretty fun and engaging without all the pressure of real life simulations. Can’t recommend this enough.

Need to cycle cases to keep it fresh. I really enjoy this game. Biggest issue is that I pay for a sub and have done all of the cases. I’ve been waiting on some new content for over a month and haven’t seen any so I’m going to cancel the sub and likely delete the app. After working through the cases it’s not a challenge to go and do the same ones again. Also if you offer a test or a treatment the definition should be provided. Some defs are great…others are literally nonexistent. Lots of room for improvement but it was fun while it lasted.

love love loveee. i love this game! it’s very educational i will say though it is a bit hard to get the hang of/navigate but once your on for like a day or two alls good, the ONLY complaint/wish i guess lol is that there was a bit more free cases because they get a bit repetitive after a bit but other than that it’s is a amazing game!! 10/10 would deff recommend🤣

Critical For Study. This type of studying allows students to learn while also providing them with a gaming experience. I like this approach as a first year because I’m a gamer myself. I do wish I could access more cases though.

Best Game/ Educational tool I have ever had. I’m obsessed with learning anything and everything I can about medicine. I would love to work in the medical field and this is helping to show me how the actual dream job really is, what standards they have, and gives me the biggest dopamine rush when I get at least 80%. I never went to even high school, so it rocks that I’m so great with medicine. I mean, 80 %, I’m 28, kept locked in in school suspension my entire childhood and just sometimes really think it’s awesome I can jump into these things and pick them up so easy. My fiancé had Fourniers Gangrene and when they went to show me how I would be packing her wounds, I blew their socks right off. First try. I hope using this app it could prepare me for some job that feeds my passion. 80% Doesn’t seem much but Considering I’ve never even been past grade 9… gives me hope.

Amazing app for healthcare students and workers. This really is a fantastic app that is both informative and interesting. There is a variety of cases, some free and some that you pay for, that are stimulating and very well designed. I highly recommend actually subscribing to it and paying just because of the higher volume of cases you can play around with. I’m a nursing student interested in critical care and this has been a great resource for me!

Full code. Great app - but too expensive.

Great & Informative. Very fun app and a good learning process. It is very well designed. Thankyou!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU GOT $$$. You get 4 cases… not 200!! Unless you want to pay. And they’ll only give you feed back one time. So that’s terrible. I’ve posted this review already but they keep removing it to hide this 🚽 they are pedaling

Recommend. Great fun, intuitive app to keep you sharp with crit care!

An Excellent App for All MD Students. Full code is an excellend app for MD students wanting to bridge their knowledge into practice. The sims are fantastic. They quickly identify the gaps in your knowledge, challenge you to think of your feet and offer best practice solutions. 100% recommend.

Fantastic app. Love love love I can’t get enough, I’m learning a lot from this simulation to complement my nurse, midwife training

4/5. Trauma RN loves it! Only losing a star because I’m Australian - the path results and meds are different.

Love it. Love it

Bug. Hi, thanks for creating this app as it helps me for ed preparation. I have just found a bug, while using the app, if i exit the app mid-use to check a dictionary for example, the sound cuts out completely and doesnot work when i return. I m using iphone 17 pro max btw, not sure if this exists on other devices.

Absolutley amazing game to work on my clinical skills. Love using this game to play with friends and work on our clinical diagnosis

Highly recommended learning tool for Emergency Medicine clinical staff.. Easy to use, well laid out, and provides plenty of food for thought.

Useful. Really handy way to study and not study at the same time. Helps to provide some educational distraction.

Excellent simulations!. Well thought out interface mimicking real life ED interactions.

Good. It’s a really good realistic game but you only get one free case and a subscription costs a lot

Great way to practice continuing medical education. I use this as an ED registrar to keep my skills up during periods of time away from work. It’s expensive but worth it and I find most of the cases fairly useful. Helps remind of “zebra” diagnoses that should be considered. Sometimes there are pedantic issues with diagnoses selected but overall learning is solid. Some differences in medications listed compared to Australian standards where I practice but that is to be assumed. Overall a solid app.

Infotaining-informative and entertaining. Really good game. It is a fun way to learn how to save people, without practicing and failing on real people

Love it. But currently can’t perform breathing or respiratory exam on copd with difficulty breathing?

Excellent Teaching Tool. A great way to get experience and improve clinical and management skills. Teaches one to real think systematically

Non-Medical Option. I wish there was a free non-medical option :( I’m not a healthcare professional but I’d love to try it out for fun. Disappointed

Best app. Best app to practice!!

Mostly Great. My only complaint is sometimes the game doesn’t give you enough time to find the right answers. While you can type what you’re looking for the game doesn’t always use the same terminology I do. Example: patient likely had kidney stones so I searched for “kidney stones” and “Renal colic” and finally scrolled through the list to find “nephrolithiasis” This becomes frustrating when you have an unstable patient that keeps dying before you can find the right word.

Maybe à Little bit of french. French please… it’s so funny to play but it’s hard for people who don’t understand in English.

Great app to review before a shift!. Highly recommend

Language. Where is the french version? :/

Too much money. It is a good app but seriously who wants to subscribe to that you would get so much more people if you just made the app like 10$ to buy and be done it absolutely makes no sense to charge people 10-15$ per month for this just be smart and stop being full of yourself it’s an app not a monthly streaming service actually worth paying for

Fantastic. As a practicing physician with 2 fellowships including one in simulation, this is an excellent tool that approximates many elements of bedside healthcare wonderfully, valuable in both decision-making as well as knowledge acquisition

Amazing Sim App! Amazing for those who love emergency medicine.. 5/5 stars hands down

Great simulation. This app is so interesting and in depth! As a medical student, it is very informative, however am not able to pay the high cost to get more cases...

Il faut la version français. On n’a pas la version français. Donc c’est juste un jeux pour les anglais…

Not as good as before. Before when u needed a hint they would leave check marks by what you should do now they don’t have that. And as someone non medical I have no clue what to do. It was helpful before to learn and get better at each case but now it isn’t as user friendly.

Make more Free case !!!!. Please make more Free case !

Wonderful learning tool!!!. PGY-2 Rural Family Medicine - absolutely amazing app to keep your ER acute care knowledge fresh.

Why no free cases for months. Why has there been no free cases since May 2019

Freezes. Freezes while typing and then the app crashes

Great game. This game is honestly so good. The AI component really makes the game great. Only thing is I wish you could re perform certain lab tests, and I wish you could stop an action like stopping an IV. This game is great I spend so much time playing it!

More option?. I love it, it would be really nice (if possible) to be able to perform surgeries. I think it’s something that could interest more people.

version. Une version en français serait apprécié

Getting ready for PA. I work in a military “walk-in” clinic but without seeing urgent patients, I was finding it difficult to wrap my head around some of the different disease processes in younger and older demographics. This app has given me some cases to learn around, and a basis for using a future scope of practice as a PA.

Excellent App for simulation learning!. I love playing full code because the simulations are so interesting and realistic, to the point it doesn’t feel like a learning app but a game to win. It’s fun and the developers have done a great job with all the new additions. At the same time, the discussion at the end is detailed and helps me fill my knowledge weak points.

Love this game. This game is incredibly addictive. I may need rehab ;)

Full code. This is one of the best resources I have come across. Great tool, it helps learners and educators improve on their skills. Currently simulating a case while at the barbers shop.

Unable to subscribe. Demo is amazing but it won’t let me subscribe!

Subscriptions are the death of apps 😭. Please put in your description. It requires a subscription to do anything… we students we don’t got money to pay for this. We already paid enough for school. 😭

Great cases and learning!. Good SIM practice in an app

Love this. I absolutely love this “game”!!! I have nothing to do with medicine, besides having interest in the topic. I have learned so much and I cant wait to finish all the cases and improve myself!!

Translation. Please put French translation please

Bad af. Didn’t even load

Fun!. I enjoy learning about medical practice, and I really enjoyed this simulation! The only problem is the lack of free cases. I would really appreciate if you could make a few more!

Fantastic cases. Love this app. I play a case everyday as I miss working in ER. Excellent.

Awesome game!!!. Former paramedic, love putting my skills to the test once again. Worth spending money on.

Great. I love this app, however, I wish there were more free cases. I haven’t played as much because there is only 1 free case for each unit.

Not free. Its not free ! I can’t play !

Great App!!!. Great app very extensive

Excellent. Excellent app, appreciate links to evidence/teaching materials at end of each discussion. Would love to see some SI units though...

Zhoozha!. I’m about to start residency and enjoying this a lot!

Good game. J’adore mais j’aimerais vraiment une version en français 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Not even a doctor.. This is pretty fun trying to kill the guy

Bad. It keeps kicking me out and tell don’t even tell you a tut

Opioid od. Good case w smooth progression of simulation.

Good app. Can you please add more free cases I live the app but I really can’t afford it

Too expensive. Fun game. Medically accurate, few bugs. Just way too expensive. Sorry.

Disgruntled. I bought this app in June. Didn’t use it for a couple days. Tried launching it this morning and to no avail. I hate that I cannot get support for this issue immediately especially seeing that I purchased full subscription. I emailed multiple times and still no response. I can’t create a login. I tried deleting and reinstalling and guess what, I cannot restore my $52 purchase. I need some assistance now please!!

more free cases. it’s unfair that you only get one or two free cases. as a high school student interested in this field i can’t afford to subscribe to get the cases you have to pay for.

Stupid app. You can't play any part of it without subscribing. I get in app purchases for parts of an app but not being able to play at all? Deleted what a waste. If I could zero stars I would.

Top Notch. I’m a resident physician currently doing my ED rotation and this is in my top 2 resources for ED. Engaging, realistic scenarios and ED focused teaching. The information I get sticks faster than reading because I literally manage the patients.

Great app but…. I’ve been using this app for 2 months now with no issues until a few days ago. I’ve encountered several app crashes in cases where you must stabilize or reanimate the patient before being able to speak with them. It generally happens as I am asking the patient questions in those specific situations. It kinda makes it difficult to progress or get a higher score because of this. Hopefully this is fixed promptly.

Love. Love this game!! wish there was more free games available like one or two each day, it’s the same 4 games each time you have to pay to get more :(

Great educational game!. Very realistic, great way to review scenarios. Love it.

Great for learning/ practice. This is a great way to learn how to work up different scenarios. I would highly reccomend for students and professionals alike.

I’m not medical. Fascinating… game? I’m thrilled when I get an 80%. There’s a bit of googling required, as there are so many options for interventions. Overall, it scratches the “puzzle game” itch without trying to be cute.

So Educational. I love that there are a variety of cases, some more low key than others, so you don’t feel overwhelmed or ignorant — you use your own brain and learn a little bit every time :)

Not loading.. This app looks amazing, except I haven’t been able to load in? It might be a problem with my device..but every other app I’ve loaded is fine and my storage isn’t that full, the app downloaded fine, but when I click on the app, it takes FOREVER to load! I’ve tried multiple times the past 24 hours and it hasn’t loaded!

Fun and great tool. I like to use this app when I know I should be reviewing, but my brain is dead. Is it perfect? No, but what is these days. Good practice and prompts you to look into latest EBM. Keep up the good work guys.

Great very real life. I love this game very realistic!! As a nurse, I get to feel how the doctor s feel and improve my skills while learning something about their thought process

Great review. I’m a physician and this has been great review for my boards. Doesn’t even feel like I’m studying .

Fun and informative but glitchy. Great game and exercises with realistic simulations. Unfortunately not all the buttons work. When I go to hand off it will not let me finish in the demo. Therefore I am afraid to purchase more. If glitches fixed would prob give 5 stars

More free cases!!. I absolutely love this game! However I’m getting bored playing the same case over and over. I can’t really afford the premium right now so the free ones are all I got lol

Awesome. This game is awesome and fun. I learn something new about diagnosis on every case. I especially liked the ARDs and VAPI case, because vape induced lung injury is something we’ll be seeing more of in EMS, ER, and ICU. It’s highly relevant. It’s the perfect game to pass the time, because while most games are unproductive, this game refines clinical thinking and skills.

:))). I haven’t played this game but I was looking at reviews and decided to download it but I am also majoring in the medical field as a RN, and there was a comment I seen that inspired me to get this game, perhaps learn a bit of stuff about it that’ll be beneficial! :)))

Review. This game is incredible. I would love to see more complicated cases. I learned so many things as a pre-med student. Just hope it can be a little more reasonable price!

This is GOOD!. ER Nurse with 1 year experience. This app is the closest thing to actual scenario’s that I see on a daily basis. Medications are relevant, vital signs and presentations are realistic. Great app for anyone trying to refresh or to learn something new - especially if you haven’t been exposed to a diverse group of situations.

Student? Pair with RapidResponse RN podcast to maximize learning. I love this simulator. I pair it with the Rapid Response RN podcast to learn more about emergency medicine and critical care as I prepare for UF PA school! I love the podcast because it explains the pathophysiology, and the simulator because I get to directly apply what I’m learning!

Fun and educational learning tool. I find this app to be fun, engaging, and captivating while also allowing me to test my knowledge and learn new things. The explanations are great and the cases are varied and enjoyable. I highly recommend it for practitioners.

This is the best!!!!. I love this app it is very helpful I have been using it for 3 years now and has not let me down

Awesome and cool. You should add where the patients can start to die and you will have to save them!!! You should also add where we can call death or not and be some more futures

In love but Glitchy. I am a in love with this simulation. It really gives perspective to the medical world and the day to day challenges. My only problem. It doesn’t allow me to “subscribe” or choose other cases. It quite annoying. Can this be fixed?

Good stuff!. Just some good ole fun! Sure you may agree or disagree with the debriefing at the end but it gets you thinking through scenarios in an entertaining way. Recommend.

Exactly what EM needed. Happened to stumble upon the app when I was looking for virtual EM sim learning. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s well developed and thought out with pertinent information. Thank you!

ER-RN. I’m a new Nurse, I’ve only been licensed for a year. I have one year Med/Surg experience. I got bored doing hardly anything and decided I wanted to NURSE! I went into Emergency Medicine, and found my passion! Except one thing, I knew NOTHING! I’m 3 weeks in, and this app has helped me tremendously! You never stop learning in medicine, but this will keep you on your toes and your A-game!

Good. I’m a paramedic, I think it’s pretty cool to review pathologies and what not. Obviously, follow local protocol, and I genuinely don’t know if everything in this app is totally trust worthy. I have no reason or research to sway my opinion one way or the other. It’s just good in my opinion to “see” these pathologies and run through my treatments that I would do in my head.

Great app!. I was very impressed with the AI patient, but I have one question. I gave one of my patients 15 blood transfusions in about two minutes until his heart stopped but he kept breathing. Are the patients immortal?

Learning Made Addictive. This app is easy to use and full of information. It is hard to put down. It’s definitely worth trying out!

More stuff. Can y’all make for stuff free because most people who are playing are MED students and we don’t have a lot of money to spend on this game.

Great app for diagnostic practice. This is a great app to practice diagnoses and first-line treatment plans. Includes some more complicated cases that push you to think about different diagnostic tools. Would recommend to anyone who works/interacts with the ED.

Best medical simulator. I came across this app 2 weeks ago. I play it everyday, this is hands down the best medical simulator. I love the cases, I have learnt so much since I have been playing. Wish more case were free though!

Best game I have ever played. I am a current health care professional and this game is so realistic and educational. A lot of fun and made with so much knowledge! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful app. Find it really useful and fun to learn Emergency, I’m in my last year of med school and these clinical scenarios are great way to apply my clinical reasoning skills, great range of cases some are very challenging and some are easily manageable, as in real life. Very happy with my subscription worth every penny. Well done guys.

WONDERFUL! We need more cases and apps like this!. You can make the cases even more realistic and closer to real, but this has been the best I found on iOS so far!

Interesting. Interesting I’m alittle surprised that there’s no selection for bag the unresponsive patient there’s o2 administration and putting in the tube but nothin to push air through her lungs to bring up the respiratory rate which I tried all things different medications and the rr was still 0

More free options. Hey i think yall should add more free options instead of 4 cause i think you’ll really benefit it from that but other than that i love this game

The Knowledge!!. Absolutely love this game can’t get off of it! I have learned so much playing this and I appreciate whoever brought this to life!! I wish there were more cases

Won’t load past the home screen. I love the app but lately it isn’t allowing me to proceed past the loading screen. It will occasionally work but then the app will crash

Great Fun even for non-medical folks!. I'm not a doctor, but I loved playing in this app! The realistic environment kept me engaged and there were so many tests to run that it had a long play life. I went back in three times to improve my score. Lots of fun!

Fun and Educational. I’m in nursing school and my partner is in medical school. We play for fun and it teaches a lot, certainly makes you think more and how not to order everything under the sun. Highly recommend!

Game. I honestly I like the game, my grandpa is a doctor but can’t really see anymore. And I wish that some of the cases would be free…

Great… but…. This is a great app- but since I downloaded it (and I have a paid subscription) there has only been a few cases added. I thought there would be new cases and rotating ones each month?

Not working. I downloaded this app a few days ago. I was really looking forward to using it and gain more knowledge while I’m in nursing school. However, everytime I go to it it stays on the red page that says “downloading.” If anyone could help me out that’d be great. I still haven’t been able to get this page. I’ve deleted the app & downloaded it again but nothing seems to be working.

Nursing Nerd. I love it! It allows you to assess and respond accordingly just like you would if you were working ED. I appreciate the thought that went into creating this app! Keep the cases coming!!!

Great Program!. Excellent program the let’s me feel really immersed in the experience. Enjoy going through the cases and highly recommend this app.

5 Stars. I am a nurse and I spend hours playing this game and going over different scenarios! I’ve learned so much!! Very addicting!

Great education game. It’s a fun game, definitely not easy as I’m not in college yet but wanted some “early” knowledge. But I love how there is an explanation on what everything is in pretty simple terms. Overall great!!

Ok. Ok so this game ain’t no 5 star but it’s a rly fun game. The game is definitely good practice for any type of medical person. Doctor to firefighter doesn’t matter. I’m not into the medical industry but it’s an awesome game. The game wasn’t good at first and kept basically crashing. I contacted app support they took a while to respond but they finally did. They were very helpful and nice I rly truly appreciate that. I will say tho there very pushy about there judgement on the game so for that I rate the “creators” a 3 star.

Excellent app!. Excellent simulation! I have definitely learned a lot and I like how not every case is a worst case scenario. I would like to suggest potentially adding more post op complications such has MH or sepsis cases of ranging levels of criticality. But overall this is an amazing app and great study tool!

Best med sim hands down. I’m in med school and I genuinely think this is one of the most helpful ways to learn. Enforces a thorough understanding of the cases and is fun. The AI integration is amazing too. I love that you can talk with the patients.

I LOVE THIS APP!!. I can only complete the pre-subscription free cases but am very impressed with everything! It has been fun to play as I prepare for PA school and is also a great tool for learning, thank you FullCode!

Fun but very advanced. To succeed you must have a working knowledge of anatomy, pathology, test interpretation, and pharmacology. These are the kinds of cases we face in our medical teaching system in the western world, except someone stands over our shoulders so we don’t kill anyone.

Awesome. This game is amazing I’ve never seen anything like it. As a nursing student that has recently taken patho and fundamentals of adult health this is a great way to test knowledge and actually see it play out. I wish there were more free cases!

Love!!. Love this game as an ED nurse. It makes me think my way through diagnoses and be able to anticipate. Also, it gives excellent information about disease processes and treatment/disposition in a hospital setting.
