No way to contact them. I tried to contact them to cancel the Pro Scanner App. It states there is no email address and it doesn’t give you any options to add your info and email address. I am now contacting the Apple store to cancel it. Big rip off! You can’t cancel services but they sure do promote their other services and add ons!
Not user friendly. When saving to “files” on the Pro version, it does not give an option to choose where it goes. It only states the upload was successful.
Does not turn photos into documents. I wasted money on this app expecting it to take a photo and then it into a document. It only acts as a camera and sends a photo like a camera. I could just email myself that photo if I wanted it in photo form. Don’t waste your money, find another document scanner to purchase.
Waste of money. I can’t even see the documents properly with this. It’s beyond frustrating/
No instructions thus 1 star. No instructions on how to convert PDF to text. No OCR view. If there are instructions, where the heck are they? It’s not intuitive and how to convert PDF to text. Or finding OCR view.
Flat Out Doesn’t Work. I keep requesting the app to send me the files in PDF format and it keeps sending the original photographs.

Completely useless. My notes app has a free scanner that works better. This does not allow you to convert to text as advertised. Rip off and I want my money back.

Don’t make my mistake- take the reviews into consideration before buying this app.. This “upgrade” is a complete waste of money. If there were a way to get my money back I would. The scanning function on this upgrade doesn’t even work as well as on the free version.
Image to text didn’t work. I bought this for the image to text OCR feature in order to save time. However, that feature didn’t work well. They got 2 words out of 70 words. So now it seems I have to type it out. Wish I had known.

Doesn’t upload anymore. In the beginning worked fine after a month stopped up loading and can’t send as pdf or jpeg anymore!!! Look elsewhere don’t waste your time or money!!
Pro version CRASHES. So crazy I paid for this because I love the free version, it worked great for a little while but for months it force closes within 20 seconds and I’m forced to use the free version because they are separate apps. the free version doesn’t crash BUT I HAVE TO SEE ADS😒 please fix this

Marginal app. I got the Pro version. It does not provide a crop feature and the feature to convert PDF to OCR is marginally accurate. Not worth the cost.
Why does it always crash. Love the app when it works I constantly try to retrieve files - screen goes black and it closes me out!
Keeps Crashing. I love this app, it is super flexible and friendly. However, it has recently started crashing on my iPhone 15 Max Pro, so much so I can’t even get an email off to let anyone know. I have tons of docs wrapped up in this app but will have to reconsider switching off the iPhone platform/interface continues to crash since it’s useless to me on my phone right now (quitting this from iPad). PLEASE fix why it’s crashing on the iPhone!!!

Bait and switch scam artists!. The free app and the pro app indicate you can convert to text if you upgrade which IS NOT an option in the pro version. This is a scam and I want a refund.
Bad editing features. Extremely laggy with cropping. Takes a solid minute to edit a single page. Wouldn’t buy again.
Disappointed. Not obvious you needed to buy the pro version to scan more than a few pages. Other scanner apps made clear in app purchases were required. Saves PDFs as huge files so difficult to share. May as well just use camera and send as jpg.
Useless App. The app will NOT do anything except crash, a waste of money and time!! I am sorry I even tried the app. The free version acted like it would work except that to do the quantity of pages required it indicated I needed to upgrade. Rather than unlocking permissions as most apps do when you upgrade this downloads an entire new, but useless, version. The app needs significant work before you charge anyone else so much as a penny. I tried using Apple report a problem, but it says there’s nothing to report??? I plan to continue to Perdue a complete refund from this ripoff!!
Not good for editing. Doesn’t work for what it’s meant to do. Don’t waste your time or money on this app. Four dollars isn’t that much but I wasted my time trying to edit.

Pro Scanner great for smart phones. I have down loaded numerous scanning applications only to find most unusable & complicated. This one has numerous options, is easy to navigate and use and I highly recommend it for people on the go! LG

A bit of a flaw. The text converter seems to have some issues text inserted in lined cells. It doesn’t handle lines.

Give it a miss. This app did not work unfortunately. The scanner doesn’t automatically correct your picture of a page to the correct size which makes it impossible to take a proper picture. Worst of all was the feature that finds text on the page, I tried multiple times with a flat picture of a body of text. It couldn’t get a single sentence right. Not a good scanner app.

Does not perform as advertised. I'm specially looking for an app that can recognize text and edit in a scanned document. Even after upgrading to the Pro version to get the OCR feature that says it can, the results of the ocr reader were a jumbled mess that didn't resemble the text on the document at all. Waste of time and money.

Works well. It seems to work ok. But I really don't like apps that force you to rate it before you even have a chance to use it. Then continually ask to to rate again and again. Just let me use it for a couple times. I may have rated it better, had I been given a chance to actually see how it worked.
