Works but could use a tweak. I had trouble making references save to the form for some reason. It was strange and a little frustrating. It should be fixed. Otherwise it does what I needed it to. It would be better if it also provided tips and the ability to get better clarification on what some of the items are.

Very easy to use. I deleted several other resume apps before finding this one. I like that you can see your changes immediately on the right side while typing your resume.

Love the app, wish there were cheaper add ons. The only options to upgrade is a yearly agreement or forever option but no cheap add ons for little things which i would be more than happy to pay for. Once you make a resume you usually don’t have to make several more! So the yearly fee is unnecessary. But overall the app is easy to use and it got the job done for a simple resume

Super Convenient. My favorite part about this app is being able to do quick edits and send my resume within minutes—All from my phone!! The finish product looks amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Glitchy for the last month. This app was great, but I upgraded my iPad software and now can’t even open the app. It glitches and quits...all my resumes are still in there and my subscription is still running. It was amazing prior, but I’m concerned at how long this issue has been going on. It makes me wary to use this for my next resume change.

Keep it going. Resume writing is a task that many of us abhor. There are so many products out there that give you a truckload of Templates but what you really need to do is get your information in and see what your data looks like in each Template. This app makes that pretty easy and why I use it. Haven’t tried the new features yet but they sound good. Thanks for your ongoing development of this product.

Great app. This is a great app for a basic resume, didn’t download the premium version, didn’t need to(yet, at least). Really like that the template and actual version are side by side and update in real time. Thanks, developers!

Works perfectly!. I like this app a lot. It does exactly what you want it to, and for free. I think their is a paid version that gives you access to more tools, but is not necessary to create a basic resume. I appreciate the work that was done to create this app. Thanks!

RBN file type? Issue resolved.. I downloaded this app based on the other reviews. The free resume builder portion is fine and user friendly but it saves as an RBN file type on my phone which almost no job application takes rendering it useless. I was unaware that the file could be exported as a PDF which everyone accepts. My lack of knowledge and not thinking to to contact the app developer led to some issues at first but after the developer response and some research of my phones file saving system I was able to get it working perfectly. Great App and very good free builder if you just need something nice but simple to upload. Highly recommended!

Does what it needs to do. For the free version you only get one template but it’s a pretty basic good resume. Easy to use! The only thing I wish was an option was to delete certain sections like I’ve used on other resume apps. Overall it gets the job done!

Very easy to use!!. This app is so much easier than the other ones! This one doesn’t glitch when you try to save your resume. They made it very simple and walked you through before we began. It’s free and almost everything is straight forward and easy to figure out, although there are tips and extra things you can buy to make your resume look even better, it’s definitely worth it!!!

Very user friendly. First time I had to create a resume and this resumed builder was so easy to use and made a beautiful report for me. It even let me add a picture to personalize my work and my employer loved it, she said she knew who I was right away. There are many different styles to pick from, if I ever need one again I’ll definitely use this same one!

Resume building. Great app to build your resume from scratch with so many different template options. Quick and easy, built my resume in less then 20min. Highly recommended.

My Nobody Resume Builder Review. Simple and straight forward in use. Direct and to the point. Interface is very smooth and easy to work with. I have looked at other resume makers, with doubts and the cost and subscriptions fees required. I was always went back to Nobody’s Resume Builder as the best choice. So far no issues.

New to the App. This is probably one of the easiest apps I’ve used to build a resume. HOWEVER, I wish there was the capability of being able to shift over text. And to modify HOW it fits into the page. As my needs are quite different to a STANDARD resume, I especially need more flexibility in the format. But over all, a pretty good app.

Nice app. Let’s you build a resume and gives you suggestions to help you along the way. If you’re really needing more help you can use the in-app purchase options to further your ability.

Paid Version is worth it. For $10 you can make and edit an unlimited amount of resumes. The way I see it, you’ve gotta spend money to make money. This app lets you make consistently professional resumes.

Works well for a free app.. Not a lot of choices when you use the free version but is very easy to use, helpful, and intuitive. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt that this app did a very good job on a quick, easy to fill out, template.

Great App******. This app is very straight forward and easy to use. No complex maze to weave through. It really is point and click, I just followed the prompts completed my info and I like the fact that I had a side by side view of what the resume looks like as I build it. When it came time to convert to pdf again super easy.

Totally happy with this app. I am re-entering the workforce after being a homemaker for over 20 years. I have never worked more than part-time in the past and never anywhere that required a resume. It’s a different world out there now and a resume is a necessity! Having no experience I have found this app very helpful and very easy to use. Sure there are resume sites out there that offer a lot more help and tips for resume building but I didn’t wan’t to pay a lot for monthly subscriptions, especially since I know I can read articles for free and learn the basics. Once you know the basics of what to include in a resume this app provides different templates and you can do a resume and cover letter in each so that match nicely and the basic information you put in the resume (name, address etc) transfers to the cover letter.

Very helpful. Found myself in a pinch and this app was wonderfully setup to help organize myself and get a resume ready. The only reason for not giving it five starts was the cost to purchase all of the templates. ...but I did opt for the complete purchase so I might keep this app on hand for any further needs. Two thumbs up.

Straight forward and useful. I found the layout helpful to see how everything would align and break at pages.

Flexibility. Love the ability to rearrange sections. When executing a career pivot, it isn’t always beneficial to list your work experience first. Especially if your education is more closely aligned to your new field of interest! Many apps have zero ability to alter the sections of the CV.

😁. If you just need a quick simple resume. This is the app for you. You don’t have to order all the fancy stuff if your looking to be able to fill something out in a few minutes

They deleted everything. I’ve been paying for this app for 2 years. I got a new phone and transferred all my data to it. The resume builder app shows files for past resumes but when you open them they’re blank. I’m so angry. I took so much to input all that info, so to say get to waste hours and hours redoing it. And I’m especially angry they’d do this after paying so much. Shame on these developers.

Professional with no effort. I love how this app lets you write a professional looking resume without the hassle of trying to format everything. Formatting DRIVES ME CRAZY. This app gave me a finished professional looking resume with NO EFFORT! I love it. All I worry about is grammar and spelling cuz I still gotta not sound dumb

You get what you pay for. This is an ok “free” resume template, but if you really want it to look pretty then you have to pay for the upgrade. You can’t even adjust the spacing without the upgrade. Having said all of that, it is still an ok starting point that is pretty user-friendly. Like the title says, “ you get what you pay for.”

Honest. This app actually works, and it’s worth the money. It does exactly what you need for basic resume/cover letter needs. Nothing too flashy, and super simple to use. Highly recommend. (This is the first review of an app I have ever filed out. Totally worth it)

Very helpful. This app is very easy to use making the process of writing a resume extremely easy. Some of us get very overwhelmed when thinking about content and formatting which inhibits the creation of a suitable final product. However with this app, one can focus on the content and all the formatting is done for you. You can add specialized sections or ignore others and when your done, you can quickly change the style. I’ve used other apps in the past, only to find formatting and grammatical errors but this app so far has no errors. Very pleased and thankful.

Disappointed!. I purchased this app to create my résumé which I did two years ago I’ve now got more jobs to add to my résumé however when you add a new job it puts in at the bottom instead of at the top. A résumé is supposed to be from your most recent job onward but once I add a new job to the list of experiences it puts the new jobs at the bottom, very disappointed at this point!

Mail function doesn’t even work properly. I spent a lot of time on a basic résumé and once I completed it and tried to mail it to myself I never received it. I verified it was not in my spam folder. It just never arrived. Thank goodness I didn’t rely on this app for sending it to any prospective employers. They would likely have not gotten it and I may not have even known. The layout on the free templates is garbage. It looked like it was going to be half way decent but then when I went to view and mail it to myself I see that it crams a bunch of your data onto a single line even though it should NOT be. I’ll go back to using a template from Word or Pages. Deleting this crap app right away.

Good app…but. This is a wonderful user friendly app! One thing I would recommend they add is font size and font style when adjusting your resume. I didn’t know how large my font was , I had to copy and paste my resume to word so I could know the exact font size.

Very easy, intuitive, and user-friendly app. Very limited user experience here, but based on my immediate response, this is a very easy, intuitive, and user-friendly app. I haven’t built a resume in more than 15 years, and it made it very easy to include all pertinent information and formats the document perfectly!

Awesome app. Easy to use. There’s a great feature where as you type in your info it displays right away how it would look like on paper. 2 free basic templates are the choices to pick from but if you upgrade there’s an array to choose from.

Just a badly designed word processor. The first thing you’ll do is fight with entering your name and address due to the large blank spot for a picture that COVERS THE TEXT SO YOU CAN’T SEE WHAT YOU ARE TYPING or have typed. Want to get that blank spot out of the way, or edit the text? It just sends you to the “pay to upgrade” screen, as does if you try doing anything else. Other than typing in the most basic information. Which you can’t do anything with unless you upgrade. It even makes it difficult to copy and paste the info to somewhere else after you realize you wasted your time entering all this info into a clunky and obnoxious word processor. I’ll just use a pen and paper before i’d pay for this.

Best Resume App yet! perfect for high schoolers. tried at least seven other apps and platforms, but this one is by far the easiest to use and lenient with its formatting, so you can customize freely. you have to pay for more styles, but the default style that’s free isn’t that bad looking. good for students that haven’t gone to college just yet- all the other apps require you to have a college.

Wonderful Selection of Designs; Great Info Guidance. Highly recommended résumé app: This app has been of great assistance to me for several years now. I had not written a résumé in 24 years until I was changing careers. I needed the guidance this app gives me. I chose a résumé with color options, allowing me to customize each copy by color. I was able to adjust the shades, which actually is a nice touch. If the cover letter, résumé, and reference page needed to be digitally transferred, I had no problem storing & then retrieving a copy of the file in iCloud. Otherwise, I printed from the app with no issues.

Best I’ve Used Thus Far. I opened the App Store, typed in “Resume”, and literally downloaded every single app that it listed. I went through 8 of them before I found this one. I absolutely love it. Super easy to input your information and even easier to edit and preview. All of the other apps wanted a minimum of $8.99 for a month of their garbage templates. This one was only $2.99 for the month to access all of the templates. Definitely worth it!!! Oh, and once you’re finished, it even gives you a list of job openings in your area! How cool is that? ☺️

Great variety and simple to use. I'm enjoying this app. It offers a variety of styles and formats (fonts and layouts). It also gives you organized prompts for what you want to include. You can see what it looks like with different layouts without having to retype, and you can go back and edit as you see fit. Thoughtful approach.

Good app. Well I have to say that if you are looking for a quick and easy resume app to help you, this app is it; however, if you want to spruce up you resume, they want to charge you which is fine but I felt it to be a little too much for just a one time thing otherwise it’s a great app and was very helpful in getting me setup for success.

Great but not completely free. If you want to add references or change the layout or color it’s like $2.99 but it’s still a great app if you’re really not trying to pay it’s not horrible looks professional and helps you as far as knowing what to put on the resume. I would recommend it I know a lot of people think $3 is definitely doable but I’m a real penny pincher haha

Excellent!. It’s 100% worth it to upgrade and pay $10 for all the awesome easy to use features and instantly upload your resume anywhere in a second!! You don’t have to upgrade but pretty templates if so. But still the same easy use if you use the free template they have! AMAZING APP!!!!!

Adequate. Helped a lot to use the free program for my resume. It was a little inflexible regarding the number of entries for work experience and the dark print and lighter print sections. I was happily surprised however, that when I printed out the resume, it did not leave empty spaces for lines that I didn’t fill in, such as Facebook line.

Limited free version but. I was able to simply make a resume with the free version of the app. Only strike against the free version is that you are unable to add a cover letter, stuck behind a paywall. Let me watch an ad to unlock that feature. People would pay for all the other customization options but cover letter is a must.

Just wasted 2 hours building a resume. Terrible. After updating I the app no longer listed my resume. I spent two hours creating a new one and tried to export it as a PDF to Google Drive. File would not open and when I returned to the app my resume was gone! Nowhere to be found, not even in the iOS 11 files app. Do not download if you value your time as this latest update does not save your work.

Templates needs some work. Downloaded the app because I needed to apply for an internal position quickly. It is very intuitive and user friendly. I wish some of the templates offered were more creative but, alas, it gets the job done.

Very good value for the app. Very good app and user friendly. I wish it were easier to drag and drop various segments on iPad, but overall great app which I‘ve used for other make shift presentations and proposals too.

A little disappointed. Very basic template with only one option for the free version. Could easily have done on MS Word if you had a laptop or desk top computer. It would be nice if they offered you to change the free template up a little. Give a few more options of free text designs. Not very impressed.
