No Search Function. Useless. The only Metrobus I am interested in taking, the E4, is not even listed. And the list of bus stops/routes is disorganized with no search option. I paid $3.99 to remove ads which I wish I could get back. I will be deleting the app.

No good. This app is unusable. They force you to down load chrome. If you don’t they charge you. I couldn’t even search for my route. Zero stars. Awful. Ruined!

Great potential. The app keeps crashing when scrolling through the bus list (haven’t used the metro part too much); paid to get rid of the ads - and the crashes continue! I have yet to see the P6 because it crashes in the A’s. Very disappointed

So wake. This app does NOT have nothing Only have picture of busses and metro but the app IS not working I won’t recommend it at all Anything you touch on app asking for money but NOT working at all before pay and after pay

Wrong App. You’re looking for an app called DC Metro and Bus. This is similar just worse.

Waste of Money. I should've just continued to use the wmata site. I paid to remove ads and for what? The app is VERY basic and does not offer the trip planner option. The info it provides is provided at the metro station itself. Don't purchase this!

Does Not Work with iOS 17, iPhone 15. App is totally useless. It crashes every time I try to use it. I paid for the ad free version and unable to get a refund.

Great app. Helpful to plan metro trips and bus rides.

Not accurate info. I checked ‘near by bus stop’ from 2 blocks from the actual bus stop. App showed ‘There’s no nearby bus stop’ And this app doesn’t even show the actual bus arrival in real time. It’s only showing the original departure bus stop, then we have to figure out what time is the original departure time vs the current time frame. Useless app. I wasted $0.99.

Ripoff. The app charges you $3.99 for access. Once you open the app, it will ask for more money to find stations near your location. The app is a con and should be removed form the Apple site.

Typical government app not really what the consumer needs. Terrible for a first timer. Ask someone rather than use the app for information. Make a link or button for first time users. Make a short list of what to do in layman’s terms. A quick search line to input a train station that will then pop up on the map showing where that station is would be helpful. A button to click “find me” which shows your phone location on a map and the closest station to you. A map/directions feature to input a station and it will show you on the map with a route to that station.

Simply Does Not Work. Absolutely impossible to pull up bus routes for this thing you get a quote “oops“ error messag every time.The “oops” was on my part for actually paying for this garbage app - there are plenty of other free ones that work much better than this

Would like a refund. Works very poorly. I used a different app that I had to delete before. Thought this was it. It’s unintuitive to use and works poorly. Would like to have my money back.

Disappointed traveler. The new version of the old app is much less user-friendly: it is unwieldy, takes longer to navigate and find your particular bus, number, and - most importantly - does not show buses on route in real time ( the feature that was present in the old version), so one doesn’t know whether he/she just missed the bus or the bus is late. Please bring this feature back!

Clean but useless. Even after paying for an increased functionality this app is less than mediocre. Don’t waste your time. Very little detail, shuts off constantly, and after giving it a chance and paying for the location function the app got even worse.

Don’t bother with this app.. The Bus section doesn’t give you any useful information at all. The app map doesn’t show you where you are. Try looking up a 2A bus to see when it’s arriving at your stop. All you get is a bunch of information you don’t need. Try looking up the intersection where you’re waiting for a bus. Don’t bother. Pass this app up in search of a better one.

Doesn’t deliver useful info. No DC circulator bus info tho description says the app has it. Can’t search bus stops, so you have to scroll thru hundreds of stops to find the one you want. The Nearby feature doesn’t show you what lines serve the stop or help you navigate to the stop. Totally just wasted money.

First try. I downloaded this app, started scrolling through and it keeps locking me out. I had to access the app several times, however still can’t be utilized.

Not easy to understand!. Difficult to navigate. I like the earlier version better .

Terrible. This app is awful. You cannot add to favorites. You cannot add stops that are close but “not nearby”. Waste of money and time. Very frustrating.

Worthless. Made to look like other apps. I downloaded it by mistake and went to restore purchase only to find out I was charged .99. App crashes and is garbage

Terrible. I’m new to Dc and looking for a transportation app and have been testing a few. This one doesn’t work. No matter what I click on it doesn’t tell me which bus I should take nor where the stops are. It’s not helpful.

Hard to navigate. Wouldn’t let me switch from north to south bound. Didn’t show next bus. Not helpful.

Too many disruptive ads. Extremely intrusive ads, I just use the wmata website now and get better information.

Impossible to search. No discernible way to search for a particular route other than scrolling through dozens of routes and then the app boots you out. Very frustrating.

Money down the drain. App closes while searching for bus routes. I can’t navigate to the H routes. I paid for add free, too!

Metro Bus and Rail App. Works poorly and slow

Terrible waste. This is an awful app. And font psy for it not to have ads.

Navigating dc. This app does have all the stuff it says it does but there is a lot of room for improvement. Some parts are buggy but five stars as it hasn’t been a big deal for me personally.
