Just started using this. Just started using this app, so I suppose it hasn't done anything to disatisfy me as of this moment. Not sure requiring a 5-star response to access some of the features is appropriate or permitted on the app store. I guess the developers aren't interested in our actual opinions. But, here I am...So who am I to criticize?

Easy to use. The second you get on, you realize how convenient it is to pick out of so many different categories. I like it already.

Now I know why this app is so highly rated!. The app just requested that I give it a 5 star rating in order to unlock one of the photos! Haha! It's a good app for making your own memes but it is NOT free. You will pay something, maybe a lot, to use it.

Extortion. I'm being extorted to give this app a 5 star rating because the people that made it are insecure af. I just want to make some stupid memes. Have I paid my pound of flesh?

Saved Meme quality is terrible.. When you create a meme my original image is clear, even after I add the text and see the preview it’s still very clear. When you save the image the quality got right to the garbage. The saved meme is very poor quality. I’ve switched to another program.

Idiotic rating requirement (2 stars). Don’t trust this rating, they require a 5-star review to unlock the images in order to actually make memes. Real rating is more like a 2

Fun!. I like being able to just get on and make memes. The only thing I dislike about this app is the fact that you have to buy some of the photos. But being able to use your own images kind of makes up for it. Great App!

Don’t recommend this app. Honestly I don’t like the app at all I think it is unfair to have to get the photos that are locked for a sucky game like don’t waste your money. And when I click on how I want my meme title to be doesn’t have the font. And it doesn’t show the whole picture it just goes up and makes it’s way down. And it keeps disappearing my memes they should really improve the app because I do not enjoy this. If you read the reviews before getting the app you’ll know you should not get this app. I’m sorry for the negativity in my review I’m just really mad I wasted my time getting this app 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Purchased Pro and it hasn’t been honored. I purchased a yearly subscription to Meme Maker Pro by clicking the subscribe now button. Payment was successful, but the app is not honoring my purchase. I am still being restricted to the free features. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well to no avail. If things get sorted out I will update my review.

Unethical requests and reward for rating. I did not even get to test the app, first time I click to use an image a message appears that says all image use is locked till I leave a rating of 5. In my opinion this app and this company should be banned from Apple for such practice. I refuse to rate something high for a reward, I will complain to Apple and delete this app

Strong arm review. I’m leaving a 5-star review to ‘unlock’ the stock photo I want to use. Will definitely delete after making this meme. Offensive business model.

My review. It is very good for making memes for my queen as texts videos but I did have some trouble buying everything it took like 5 minutes to load but other than that a great app!

Seriously?. I paid for the full version, plus tax, and I’m still getting ads and I do not have access to all fonts. Contact page has no way to access the contact forms on Safari or Chrome. I don’t want a refund, I just want the full version of the app. I will change my review and rating when this happens.

Fun and easy!!. They ask you to leave a review to get access to some extra stock images. Not ideal, but honestly it's still the best one I've used and still has a ton of free stuff that other apps don't so I really like this app. Very nicely made. Simple and easy to use and share. Lots of great pics to choose from or upload your own.

Not worth $4. Got the full upgrade and there’s absolutely no customized options beyond 6 different fonts, some text color options. You can’t even select different text to change just that color or front. It applies it to the entire text with a wide brush. It’s worth .99

Not really a 5 star app. They make ppl do this to unlock the free photos. So if you want my honest option on this. I think it's worth 2 stars. This is a stupid and cheap way to be a 5 star app. If I was choosing apps for men makers this is not a good one but I see ONE photo I want to use so I'm doing this. Stupid app

I meme app. I paid to own but this is stupid I can’t do anything once I make the app besides save it I got it so I vacant make it and share it so I will be get my money back for sure

Horrible app. Tried the 3 day trial, immediately charged me for the full year. Cancelled and subscription doesn’t end for the year so they get their payment. Error messages trying to update my profile, won’t give me Pro options which I paid for with the subscription. Money grab. Don’t download it.

CAUTION ****DID NOT LIKE.. I downloaded this app thinking it was one I had before and it wasn’t it. Although it looks very similar to the one I had. Opened it up realizing things were different so at the first 5 minutes of messing with it. I thought it was an updated version of the app and quickly realized I didn’t know and understand how to use it and it kept trying to get me to upgrade and it comes with commercials geez I was thinking now on this. Anyways I personally don’t like it although from reading some of the reviews others did. Good for them.

Typical. Rather than make a quality product they just hold you hostage to a 5 star review. Can't use anything unless you say how great they are. Maybe it is good, I don't know because I had to write those before using. Typical.

Amazing just one suggestion. This app is very well made and I love it but recently someone copied my meme and are denying it and I want a report button that you could use when something like this happens but in other word’s amazing app and I recommend to any fellow meme makers

Ruining the app. You went from having a good easy to use app and now have ruined it. Make it harder to use. Can’t even see the text as you type it anymore. There’s no separation between upper and lower text lines. The text is no longer bold unless you pay way to much to be able to. Will be looking fir new app to use.

It used to be good. I used this app for a few years to make memes with my own pictures. But lately there are so many ads and links to ads, it’s almost impossible to use. I can’t tell which buttons are app controls vs ad links anymore. So I got a different meme app instead.

Don’t like. Meme & pictures disappear.. I made a Meme. I hit share & it gave me zero choices about where to share it to. It disappeared. I spent $4.99 for upgrade package but it keeps trying to get me to buy it. I looked in albums & my puppy’s pic appeared in there. She was on sofa beside me intently watching TV. I couldn’t get pic out so I closed app & now my one & only pic of her beside me watching TV is gone. There are zero directions. And I have no idea what happens to memes I’d like to make & I would like to decide how I’d like to use them. Or where I’d like to share to or if I’d like to store to album for another day. But I certainly don’t want my puppy pics disappearing. And I paid not to to have ads. After I bought the package I keep seeing Upgrade. Upgrade. Upgrade. Won’t be using this since it’s controlling where my memes go & plucking my pics out of photos.

I think I like it.... Basically you have to give a 5 star review to unlock most pictures. Wouldn't you know, the first picture I picked is a "locked" picture.

I’m not impressed.. OMG seriously I made a meme I was gonna send I clicked send and it sent me off the end! Please fix bugs & glitches otherwise,I’m deleting the app and telling my friends not to download it. Also when I went back on the app my meme was gone. Not trying to be rude about it but you really need to fix things. Some advice. If you make something and don’t take time to do it right and make sure there’s not a lot wrong then when people download it, and it’s not good chances are they won’t download anything else of yours. It's a good app. I like it personally because it really is fun to my opinion. I don't think kids should see this, but it's still funny that you can make your own meme.

Terrible. All of these meme apps have either 1. Outdated Memes 2. Normie Memes 3. Both In this case it’s both. Look people, I need to tell you something. Memes with babies, cats and large text with the Impact font are never funny, they’re just annoying. Look at some dank memes, they can actually be funny. In case you don’t know, Normie memes are memes that are ruined by people who don’t know what the word “Funny” is. The only reason I downloaded this app was to see if they had a picture of the Mocking Spongebob meme (when it was fresh and new) so I could make something. But as you probably guessed, it didn’t. Learn your memes guys.

Poorly designed app. Pros: It’s easy to use and Creates memes quickly. Cons: Can’t do lower case fonts even though the font selection images imply that it can. Font sizing is lost if font color or justification is changed. None of these issues are known until after I paid for the upgraded version. The “Get Everything” upgrade price says $3.99, but I was charged $4.99.

Easiest meme app to operate. I love that I could use my own pictures without having to pay. Huge plus!

You don’t need it. It’s a fun thing to do but you can’t really do anything you couldn’t all ready do on the photos app, so buying the extra stuff is not worth it. Way too basic for the money.. I spent the money buying the full app with the expectation that I would at the very least be able to do a meme like they show in their example in here in the store. However, 1) the thick font they show isn’t included 2) there’s no way to shadow or outline a font. Feels like a scam to me.

Cant see the text you are adding. When you are adding text to the memes, you cant see what you write until after adding it to the meme. Its white text on white background and very frustrating.

So um... yeah i think (refer to title) senice if every time you send an image to your chat, i get in trouble 4 spaming scince it sends like... 2 or 3 extra liks that r like “your friend has made this meme w/ meme maker”or “dOwNlOaD mE nOw!” So like... this is MY opinion and pls just exept that.
