Doesn’t work. Just a blank screen. Frustrating.

Did a five year old write this app?. Why does it force you into landscape mode? Editing your profile email doesn’t save. I don’t understand the purpose of this app. There are way better apps to track health and fitness, don’t bother with this thing.

Useless. The most useless app ever made. The developers should be embarrassed.

Terrible. I’m a new user as I just purchased my XTERRA treadmill. So far, this is a terrible app. A few things that make it not user friendly: 1) It makes you reconnect Bluetooth each time you use it, 2) it doesn’t automatically sync to Apple health, it is manual, 3) it doesn’t match the treadmill screen. Just did a 1.6 mile walk but the app shows a 2.6 mile walk. I’ll add more as I’m sure there are other issues as well.

The math is all screwy. I use English as my default language. The distance shown in 1.6 times my actual distance. In other words, it shows distance in KM instead of miles. My average speed is 2.4 times my actual speed. I cannot figure out how it calculates that. Heart rate is fine. The graph showing calories is useless.

Nope. Definitely. Keeps telling me i need to stop the treadmill. Wont let me do anything in the app. Useless.

App works but how do you connect it to Health?. I can connect and see the screen which is more than most people it seems. But I can’t figure out how to connect to apple Health the instructions say there’s a share button on top of calendar, there is, and there you can connect it to health. The only two items in the share button are Facebook and Twitter.

Doesn’t work. I also only get a black screen. Hope the equipment works better than the app.

Disappointing. I’m extremely disappointed to buy a brand new treadmill and be completely unable to connect to any of my devices, since the app only displays a black screen.

Does not do anything. This app, opens and no matter what I do: enter my password, enter forgot password, register, it stays frozen, bad app

App won’t open. Black screen when I try to open it, even tried the app on multiple devices 😕

Agree with everyone - this app doesn’t work. App won’t connect to my treadmill. Such a waste.

Consistent. Black screen on my IPhone just like everyone else. Real shame I was hoping I could track my workout

Useless. Cannot use any of the treadmill’s programs. It always ‘tracks’ in manual mode. Then its almost impossible to get it to save the workout in the app. Deleted it.

Fix the App please. How hard is it to make the data on the app match the data on the treadmill screen (I have TRX3500)? The only thing that is correct is the time. It appears as if it locks me into a 6.4 pace and calculates the distance from there. It consistently showed 6.4 on consecutive walks. FYI - I am walking at a 3.0-3.2 pace. I am a program manager for a software development group. This fix is not that hard at all. You are telegraphing to your customers that you are either lazy or just don’t care. I see the same reviews from a year ago. Fix the App please.

app is not working. This app needs to be fixed for IPhone 16.4. App is terrible. Please redo app and fix it!

Can not connect app to iPhone. Just purchased the Xterra 3500 treadmill. Downloaded the app and it will not open on my phone. Shows black screen .

Black screen. Same issue as other users, app opens then turns to black screen.

Doesn’t work. All you can do is see your workout as you are working out. You can’t save or anything. Not worth it

Works on Android. Not sure why this app has not been updated yet. Apple need to address with Xterra. The app works fine on my Android phone!

Update screwed up connection. Used to work fine. Now update makes connection error occur when linking w trx4500. Makes you add Xterra+ which doesn’t work w my treadmill. No option to roll back update. Help desk says it’s a know issue and no clue if when it’ll get fixed

Find Something Else like a Polar and Polar BEAT. This app is pure junk. It has serious issues connecting to the TRX4500, and I have yet to figure out how to save a workout without losing all the data. I bought a Polar H10 and use the Polar BEATS app, and I manually enter the miles from the treadmill. The Polar is far better at calculating your fitness, and it is the top of the line heart rate monitor. The polar H10 syncs with the iPhone and the Polar BEATS app as well as the TRX4500 treadmill at the same time. I still get a heart rate reading on the treadmill during the workout.

App Does Not Work. I just downloaded the app. It shows the logo and app version then goes to a black screen. I reached out to Xterra and no response.

Why the difference in calories?. I went back to doing 3.6 on the treadmill for 2 miles. Why is there over 200 calories + between using the app and just using the machine without using the app? That is a big difference. The app and machine should have the same calories which it doesn’t. Why not fix the app if it is wrong. I go by how many miles I do a day but it would be nice to have the calorie output the same whether using the app or machine. I know what the manual says about calories but the app and machine should come out the same and it doesn’t. I would appreciate an answer to this question!

Useless and frustrating. I love my treadmill but this app is useless. It took forever just to connect, but then IF you get the workout started, you can’t pause or stop it unless you close the app and shut it down. It does not sync with Apple IOS Health either

Can register. Every time I try to register the app keeps crashing. Hope you get it fixed soon.

Works with some issues. UPDATE. Definitely doesn’t work well at all. Not the most intuitive app on the market but does the job. To connect your treadmill turn on the treadmill and press equipment, It will pick up the Bluetooth. To transmit to an app. After you are done with the work out, in the app go to calendar, select the workout you want and select upload box 📤. It will give you the menu of apps to pick from. It has not worked with my garmin even though it’s synced, but once I figure it out I’ll post again.

Useless. Really bad. Purchased a treadmill and downloaded the app to be able to access all the various workout programs. Worked for about 2 weeks until the app got updated and is unusable. Opens up to a blank screen and refuses to load anything. Spent weeks trying to chase down app developer contact details, emailing back and forth to no avail. App is unusable, rendering a major functionality of the products useless.

App Works. App doesn’t have a great lay out (wouldn’t try change settings with the in app buttons) but it works fine as a display to see work out information.

Terrible. App ui is awful. Have xtr7.5 treadmill. Syncing with the iPhone health app worked only once - despite giving it all the permissions. The actual metrics are blatantly wrong too - ran 1 mile at 6 mph (apo graph confirms treadmill settings) but the avg speed next to the graph shows as 8mph. Looks like some high school student slapped together a prototype app and management just released it without a second look.
