What is photo blend - mixer pictures app? First choose the photo you want for the top layer and the bottom layer. For the photo below it could be an image of the sky, nature or whatever you want. Then select the photo you want to appear above, such as a selfie of your face or a photo with your friend.
Then you will go to the editing screen where you can change the transparency percentage of the photo above, to mix it with the image below.

oh shoot it’s an okay app. I just needed to mix a photo of Rowley Jefferson (from diary of a wimpy kid) and a photo of ballooney (from phinneas and ferb). Worked well for this once in a lifetime experience. Though there was some adds that rattled my world.
Ads. Too many ads made this app completely impossible to navigate. This is not even worth the one star I gave. I had to give it one star but it deserves none “0”.
