EufyLife App Description & Overview

What is eufylife app? The EufyLife app is dedicated to improving your health. We’ve blended technology and convenience into an easy-to-use app that automatically syncs your health data.

HOW THE APP WORKS
A EufyLife account is needed to use this app. You only need to provide an email address and registration takes two steps and only a minute to complete.

To get started, download EufyLife to your mobile device and register your email address to create an account.

HOW TO PAIR DEVICES
Eufy products are designed to be user friendly. Pairing devices is as simple as enabling Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth on your mobile device, turning on the Eufy product, and following the on-screen instructions to complete pairing. That's it!

HealthKit
The EufyLife App will synchronize the records after each weighing (Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Height, Lean Body Mass, Weight) to Apple Health.

Since the privacy of your health data is very important, EufyLife has an entry point where you can choose to sync your data to Apple Health. No data will be synced to a third party until you choose it.

Eufy’s BodySense line of health and wellness-focused products are currently available for use with EufyLife: Smart Scale.

Used to be perfect. The EufyLife app used to be perfect for my needs, but the latest update broke the weight tracking graph. For some reason the scale used for the graph is no longer based on the previous 7 days so instead of showing me the subtle changes in my weight, all I’m seeing now is a straight life. Really hope that the graph gets fixed soon.

Apple Health Syncing Issues. The app and smart scale I use synced the data to Apple health for the first couple of months of using the device; at one point it stopped recording the measurements in Apple health. When I contacted EufyLife representatives, they said it was a backend issue and all they recommended was to wait for their servers to sync. I reached out again for an export of my personal health data, and unlike other smart devices, they do not allow you to reclaim your data that they have recorded. Do not utilize this app if you need a reliable and trustworthy option to record health data.

Good data and scale, horrible app with inaccurate judgements. Scale works. I hate being forced to use the app to get all the data (body fat etc.). Also, I would just like the data without eufy’s poor qualitative judgements on each statistic. On doctors assessments I rank in the 80-99th percentile for people my age for all sorts of metrics fitness. EufyLife needs to recalibrate, or better yet, just present the data without trying to make their clientele feel badly about their bodies. Incorporate some sort link that takes you to your data organized and shows percentiles compared to your peers, not this qualitative high - low nonsense which does not account for different bodies.

Eufy permanent lights good and bad. I have a set of the permanent lights, 2 sets actually. The only thing I use EufyLife for is the lights. I have other Eufy products - several vacuums and 2 security cams that I run with the Eufy Securiry app. I am very happy with the hardware, but software for the permanent lights needs some work. I’ve been working with the app and the permanent lights for 3 weeks now. I can set all the led colors and set lighting patterns. I can use all the pre installed light configurations. It all goes wrong when I try to use anything scheduled. The lights come on and are usually the desired color, but sometimes not, and they always end up in a non static pattern. I finally put them on a Google switch and I just turn them off and on that way. They come up in the color scheme I set with the app. I love the lights and am willing to wait for some maturity with the software.

Almost perfect. I love my scale. I had a Withings until it died and customer service was useless so I got this one. Set up was easy. I have two issues which keep me from giving it 5 stars. 1. I have to open the EufyLife app in order to save my measurement and then it saves the one so just took before I opened the app. Either save it without me having to open the app or don’t save it after I do another measurement. 2. Occasionally I have to login to the app. Not a problem but it doesn’t use Apple’s api to allow accessing passwords. I have to go out of the app, open 1Password, copy the password and go back to EufyLife. This is not ideal first thing in the morning with my glasses off!

Lost data so I can’t trust it.. Been using this pretty successfully for months. Today I go to weigh and it tells me a need to log in. I try that and it tells me there’s no account associated my email. So I needed to set up my account again (with the same email) and re-pair my scale. Lost all my data. I use a password manager so I know I had the right credentials. Just seems like they randomly decided to blow away my account. 😡

Love this app, just missing one thing. We have had the scale for years shared between my partner and I and is reliable and works well for daily health monitoring. The only thing that it is missing is, in data trends the app doesn't include the year! If you someone that looks back at a bunch of data points and wants to compare - you can only see the exact date. At least give us a tooltip!

Almost perfect. I really like my scale and the app, but the developers need to test with a large number of historical weights. Loading the weight history on my phone takes literally 10 seconds from when I tap the history button to when the history shows up. They should either bucket the history by month/year to cut down on the number of results they have to load, or stream in the history in a more efficient manner.

They ruined the app completely. This app used to be great. It was a simple interface that let you set a simple weight goal, showed you today’s info, and then access the historical/trend data. Today, it changed to something that’s not what the current preview in the App Store shows. It’s some kind of series of cards and your weight data is hidden in a barely functional menu system. They took away the scale (from the SCALE app) and replaced it with useless features that don’t work. I have historic data still, but it’s all jumbled with my wife’s separate account (wasn’t a problem before) and it says I haven’t weighed in enough to use the trend puzzle piece thing even though I have daily records for the last 20+ days. Additionally, I can’t set just a general weight goal, any more. It’s forcing me to put in all kinds of extra data like a date goal and exercise routines, and dietary data. I don’t need to do that here and don’t want to. I also can’t type in a weight goal number anymore. I have to use their rotating scale interface which is unresponsive and difficult to use. Yesterday, I’d have given 5 stars; today I wish I could give zero. I hate the new app interface. Do not use this if you have a choice.

Needs Greater Attention To Accessibility. As a blind person i was able to configure this app without the need for any sighted assistance. Pairing the device the first time was a bit buggy. Initially the registration page would not go past the third page. The workaround was to go to Settings/Bluetooth and finding it there and then going back into the app. The device does seem to work as promised, but the layout is not suitable for VoiceOver and many of the buttons are unlabeled. Hopefully a future release will address these issues.

Some people like this?. This app is made by people who have no idea how to present data. True, the data itself is mostly nonsense and it would not make a huge difference anyway. Recent updates fixed a completely ridiculous presentation misses. Now they moved forward, still demonstrating they do not have the slightest idea how to set scales and average. I see many people like the app. Just another proof that all you need is some color and random numbers to get their attention. To the developers: hire an intern to teach you how to present data. It would be huge step forward. Keep the marketing guys. They managed to fool many people.

I love the C1 except.... I truly enjoy using (and looking at) my new C1 scale!!! Though for the first thirty, or so, weighings I was mostly only able to receive weight/bmi data; until I discovered a work around! For whatever reasons, my feet do not make proper electrical contact with the scale; I now lightly dampen the contacts with a microfiber cloth before use! Now I receive full readings over 90% of the time! I still occasionally receive just weight/bmi data, though only very rarely. On the APP side: I really like the additional graphics under the 'TRENDS’ section, though for myself the 'last' tracking does not assist me greatly... If you were to add some, or all, additional display options to 'TRENDS’ it would be a greater help! - Options: Daily average Lowest daily value Highest daily value Thank you for your time and Great Products! Thomas

Improvement. Love the app, a suggestion on the home dashboard it would make more sense for the graph to be limited to the data in the week so that the trend for the given week is clear. It seems to be working off the complete data set so if there is a large discrepancy in previous data the trend on the home page shows very marginal trend changes which doesn’t show a true reflection of the 7 days

Pleasantly surprised. I am very impressed with this scale and app! I bought this scale basically expecting to return it, thinking I probably wouldn’t like the interface or it would be glitchy. This app is actually GREAT, it works with no problems and the interface is pleasant and easy to understand. Great job!!

Made It Worse. All the screenshots currently up on the App Store are the old version of the app which I enjoyed. Easy to see my own data and well organized. With the new update everything is less granular, harder to read, and looks worse. I want a large graph showing my weight history with data points. Not some vague curve with one point shown per month. Just bring back the old version.

My Weight App is not Your Advertising Platform. I don’t know which dumb person at EufyLife thought it was a good idea to try to sell me a vacuum when I’m tracking my weight, but you are wrong. I use a product for the purpose I bought it for, not to learn about your other products. Giving me notifications and splash screens for your other products is a deal breaker, and it is slimy. Stop. Because your choices are counterproductive to your goal. I will not buy any other Eufy devices if this is the way it is going to be.

Requires a remote account. You can’t use the app without having a EufyLife account. You can’t even get past the splash screen without signing up. But I don’t want a remote account. I don’t want my data leaving my device. Why can’t I use my new scale without creating a remote account? I bought the scale specifically because it was advertised as using just Bluetooth and not needing a remote server connection; apparently that was a lie. Doesn’t even offer Sign In With Apple, so you have to give them a real email address. Incredibly disappointed.

Good app, needs improvement. Hello, I like this app but I think for my scale I can update my measurements. It would be helpful to have an example (picture) of how to perform each measurement. Also, I think it’s a little annoying to have lo goin back in every once in a while because I’m randomly logged out of the app. There’s a weight widget under the big numbers in the main screen that had the numbers hidden, I don’t see the point if in the big numbers I have my last update of my weight why hiding the histórica and the button to see the numbers it’s pretty small, also the proportion of the numbers in the graph don’t show the variation and it usually looks flat. Please consider this changes to have a better experience.

I like all the info but…. I like all the info you get off of the scale itself, however the nutrition aspect of the app is what I don’t like I get there are better apps out there for that but I would like to at least be able to customize the options or else add them if they aren’t in the apps database, an example would be the things I use for my morning coffee (Nescafé instant coffee & International Delights Carmel Macchiato coffee creamer)

Great overall; the "unmatched measurements" feature is annoying. I'll start with the positive -- overall the app is great and works just fine. Not many complaints. A recent change, however, introduced a UI feature that bugs me about "unmatched measurements" whenever I open the app. This happens, presumably, b/c others in my household who use the scale choose not to use the app, so their measurments are "unmatched". However, users of the scale shouldn't have to use the app -- so why is it now my problem? Please get rid of that, and make the app leave me alone! I don't want to be bugged about other users' measurements.

Setting issue. The app was fine and functioning before this 2.0 It was simple but gets the job done, for the scale at least. The weight history is messed up now. Unit(kg/lb) preference could not be saved either.. Update: Unit preference problem is fixed but new issue. Once you’re in the setting menu, there’s no way to go back to scale screen

Pretty, but almost useless. The scale is great. The app, no. I've only had it for a couple of days. It looks as though it coordinates well with the scale, but I don't know how to track my history or even how to find a lot of information. The first day is good. How do I get to the second day, much less subsequent days and weeks? The "me" tab just shows how to disconnect, that kind of account information. I can't change the day on the calorie tracker. It looks like I had this huge breakfast yesterday; how do I change the day? Seriously , the calendar should be right out there, along with a menu allowing us to choose among all the various items being tracked. The scale changes easily between pounds and kilos; the app does not. And really, counting eggs by weight, instead of number? Get real. The app designers and the committee that approved this thing need to be replaced by folks who understand that functionality is essential and that it needn't come at the cost of very much at all in the way of appearance.

2021 & 2022 it was an easy 5* but this year awful app. In 2021 & 2022 this app was flawless & never had a bug. Was easy to track my health & weight in a good view. These last 4 months, when I open the app it won’t let me click anything. I have to X out three times without getting anything clicked on before it registers something. However, it won’t let me search weight history anymore.

Privacy issues? At least concerns. I purchased an eufy scale partly based on its association with the Anker name (something they proudly displays all over the app). When I read that there was a sign-up step to configuring it, I was a little worried that it was another cloudy ploy to collect marketing information, but was pleasantly surprised that they offered a guest mode which doesn't require sign-up. Unfortunately, it won't share data with apple health without sign-up. I'm not sure if this is an apple-enforced app sandboxing, but I have other apps that can. Just now, looking at my phones battery settings, I found that the app had been active for 2 hours and 55 minutes with only one minute of that being because it was in the foreground. What exactly is it doing when I'm not using it? All in all, I'm a little worried about privacy incursions. I like the functionality, but it seems to be busy with more than I've asked for, so it's officially on probation.

Great!. I have had the EufyLife App for a year and at first it was a normal app but after the recent update it is perfect! It is more motivating and better structured. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to add progress photos and body measurements.

Setting goal. I have only one issue with this wonderful scale, and it is only during setup. Setting my goal is a royal pain. It starts at 100 and I have to go up one pound at a time from there. Would be so much easier if it started at my current weight and let me go down from there OR if I could press and move the line that shows.

These charts are terrible. The scale gets bad measurements for things like body fat sometimes, and it charts it out on terrible charts that have no scale to the axises-weigh yourself on may 3 and on December 3 and then again on December 5? Those three data points will all be next to each other. If your weight fluctuates .1 pounds in that time you might have a giant spike for that. The scale is unreliable in on getting at least body fat-sometimes it reports I’m suddenly 60% body fat-and it does that for other members of the house. If that’s not reliable, what can I trust about it? What is this scales’ selling features? What are it’s core functions? Because it is unreliable as device and because the data it reports-even if it were reliable-is worthless in the app, I give this 1 star-and that’s because at least it reports this bad data to Apple HealthKit, which does report the data on much easier-to-read charts.

App and scale would be great if it was readable.. Who picks a tiny tiny font of free on light grey? It’s very difficult to read and it makes using the app hard for a large number of users. How about you adopt a dark mode and maybe the light green will be more viewable. The. Increase each font by at least 4 points so it can be read without needing glasses on.

Love the app but issues with caloric intake. I have loved using this app for keeping track of my weight. I recently started using the calorie tracker and I love how it helps me stay diligent about what I consume. I also love that it give me a break down of what I ate throughout the day as far as protein, carbs, vitamins, and minerals. Very cool! However, the data I enter doesn’t always save so I have to continually go back and re-add things or re-adjust the amount. It’s kind of frustrating. Other than that I love it!

Eufy lost my trust. Eufy’s security app/cloud shenanigans disappointed me and raised my concern about this product as well. There’s a difference between you needing my health data to make your product work on my phone and you collecting my data for your own use. That is unnecessary and unacceptable to me. I purchased your product, but you still want to sell me out. And no, I don’t care if you say my data isn’t linked to me… you shouldn’t be collecting it, period. I’m moving to Qardio instead.

Just What I Wanted!. I had another scale that shall remain nameless that was supposed to do some of what this one does. But the extra features on that utter one stopped working about three moths in, and was just a regular, digital scale with button batteries, after that. This scale uses batteries I actually have in the house, PLUS the extra features work! And I can take my measurements with me to the doctor or fitness trainer (you know, if I had one) and show them where I am and progress I'm making. It's nice. I'm digging Eufy's products, so far! ❤

Used to be better. I got the scale overseas when I was visiting family loved the simplicity and the information it gave me and the seamless connection to the scale was great. Got home bought a P1 pro more advanced model. I noticed they changed the whole app including a avatar of a chubbier version of me and the interface is different and not user friendly like it used to be. Like the saying goes if it ain’t broke then why fix it. Please just leave it the way it was before it was much more intuitive. Also it doesn’t record my numbers every time only when the numbers change the old app recorded it every time I stepped on the scale needs a serious revamp and bug fix…

Great App For Their Scale. I use this app on a daily basis to take my weight on their companion scale. It was easy to setup the scale against their app for multiple users and feed that data back to Apple Health. I never have any issues with their app and they keep adding new features. The last is a reminder to take your weight, which is fantastic and allowed me to delete a reminder I had set to do this!

Does not update apple health. When I purchased the smart scale, I expected it to work with apple health app as described in the marketing materials. Instead it just works with apple health by reading calories I burned data from apple health. But the EufyLife app does not actually provide body measurements data back to the apple health app. The EufyLife app takes but does not give data to apple health. This is a deal breaker for me and I am going to return the scale.

Profile Automatically change my info. Up to yesterday, everything was normal and I couldn’t be happier about Eufy. Suddenly today all my measurements were out of wack including BMI. So I went into my profile and noticed that my height was somehow changed from 5’2 to 5’0”. I changed it back to 5’2” and saved and weight myself again. Same wrong numbers were reported. I went into my profile and saw 5’0” again so I changed it back to 5’2” again. I got out of the profile and went back in just to see 5’0” again. Is this a glitch? Please fix this.

No longer connects after recent update. Update-the app now connects regularly , but it still doesn’t capture weights when scale is not connected to the app. This means I always have to have my phone with me if I want the app to track my weight. 3.5 stars if half stars were an option. Original review-After last week’s update, my scale will not connect with my iPhone app. I like that the combined the data from my two scales, but if it doesn’t add any, that doesn’t really matter. After latest bug fix my scale connected once, but that was it. Also, it used to upload previous weights when not connected, and it did not this time, only the last one. Guess I’ll need a pad and pencil if I want to track my weight. I’ve taken batteries out, turned Bluetooth on and off, put in airplane mode, nothing seems to help.

Charts are weird. Update from 1 star to 3: I’ve found the charts are most useful when I either don’t weigh in very often or periodically go through and delete outlier data points so the overall trend can more easily be seen. I still can’t find anyway to change the goal progress avatar - is white the only option?

Had been great but scale wasn’t connecting after app update. This had been great until the most recent update when my C1 scale stopped connecting. Long time user and long time giver of 5 stars… but it needs to be able to connect. Eventually I deleted and re-added the device and it worked, but this wiped out my weighing history in the app.

Data isn’t helpful without better dashboards. It’s nice that it works and UI is clean but having all this data isn’t worth much unless you can makes decisions with it. I find the trends dashboard needing a lot of improvements. My biggest issue with the display is that it is very limiting. For example, you can only see 6-months in the *year* view. You still have to scroll to see the whole year. Moreover, you can only view the Year in the timespan from January to December, as opposed to October 2021 to October 2022. I would actually love to see my metrics on a graph over the course of several years to see how major changes in my life affected my health. Metrics like these fluctuate over long periods of time and so choosing custom periods and seeing that over time helps because I know the life events that influence changes in my weight, BMI, body fat % etc (new job, changes in a relationship, new habits, etc.)

Inaccurate. Best smart scale I’ve ever used. I have found they often lose connection or need to be reset and the EufyLife scale I have has its quirks but it’s been reliable. Unfortunately the body fat numbers are off by about 10% for me and other metrics like water content don’t seem to vary like you would expect, so I don’t really trust the information beyond weight and heart rate.

App was perfect until recently. The app was great. My favorite aspect of the app was that I could see at a glance over time all the measurements the scale provides. Now, I can only see those changes over increments of a week, a month, or a year. And not the last 365 days mind you, but from the beginning of this year to now. It’s a lot more difficult to get the information I want, and they added a bunch of useless features. I don’t need an animated avatar of how my body looks now vs what it should look like. I don’t need to know my weight in avocados. Navigation is much worse that it was—clicking on several different elements on the home page all lead to the exact same screen. Please, change it back to how it was.

Some extremely poor choices. This app is very poorly designed - both the hi and the graphical choices they’ve made. For some reason they thought it was a good idea to have a 3D rendering of what they think I look like look in the ‘my goal’ tab to visualize my before and after weight goal. Except they only have one avatar and it’s a red headed white woman, which i am not. I find this alienating. It would also be really nice to have some features for people with uterus’ since our weights can fluctuate frequently during our cycles. The info provided in each datapoint is minimal and not very informative. This app has the potential to help people develop a healthier and more informed relationship with their bodies. Unfortunately it seems determined to do the opposite

Login required, poor privacy. Be aware, this app requires you set up an account with Eufy to utilize it. Considering that this is health and medical related information, does not adequately protect the user, and should not be trusted. Also, an account should be unnecessary; users should be able to utilize other services such as iCloud or Dropbox to back up data. Beyond that, it’s shocking that an app that involves user health is so aggressive about collecting information about its users, “anonymized” or not.

Unable to login anymore. UPDATE: Developer responded very quickly and published a fix! I am not unable to login to the app after a phone and app upgrade because the new app thinks my email address is not formatted correctly. I created my account over 3 years ago and had been using the app without issue until now. Please fix the email field validation. And yes, I didn’t confirm my account is correct because I am able to login on the website.

New app is terrible. It’s almost as if they tried their hardest to design an app that is unintuitive so you have to pay for their subscription. I enjoyed the app when I first bought my scale two years ago, but this latest update makes it very difficult to see my weight over time and instead forces you to view it at the start and end of a given week, month, or year, rather than over a continuous time period. I hope the developers take notice and make this change — we don’t view our bodies by the structures of a calendar.

Another try hard. This bridge app is to get data into the health period. If it would just run in the background and sync when there is new data that would be amazing. Also the scales interface is awful. There is a happy and sad face, 16px x 16px, nearly six feet away from my eyes and they are both yellow. I don’t know why they are both yellow but it’s impossible to tell them apart. Stepping off the scale to take a closer look causes it to go to next screen.

It helps. Having this scale in my bathroom allows me to conveniently weigh myself after a shower. The app is super easy to use. Aesthetically pleasing. I haven't had anyone else in my family log in because I don't want access to their weight. I would like for everyone to be able to log in independently so I haven't tried out this feature. Other than that Ibcan definitely see trends in real time and I like the info it gives. Good inexpensive purchase. I bought mine at Burlington.

Getting better. It functions, tracks, and exports to Apple Health correctly, and support was prompt. However, the graphs still don't make a lot of sense. They are line graphs now but they don't scale by date - so even if you haven't weighed in a week, the graph distance will be the same. Seems counterintuitive. As a result, I use other services to graph the data.

No Apple health compatibility, no data export. Your historic weight/body-fat % data lives exclusively on their servers. You can't sync it to Apple health or export it in any way. The point of a smart scale is that you can do something with the data, but they don't let you control your own information. Recommend paying more for a scale that doesn't defeat its own purpose.

Increase reports listed in trends. The scale itself is pretty good and I like the reports it lists in the app. The main problem with the app is that you can only see the historical trend for 4 of the 10+ data points it collects. So I can’t look at a visualization of my bone mass, protein, etc. Since the app still has this information (it’s viewable in the history) how hard would it be to graph it?!?! Separately the scale is great but some of the numbers in the analytics are still pretty dubious.

Zero stars. Used to love this app that connected to our scales. But since the update we are now looking at buying new scales moving away from EufyLife as we can’t see the information we want to see that used to be available. I can see a lot of similar reviews but still no action. 5 stars for old app 0 stars for current version

Please bring the old app back!!!. I’d like to reiterate everything that Jjgghhrr said below. The scales are great, with awesome, straightforward connectivity to the app, and the app used to be fantastic - all the info you could want at the touch of a button. The updated version of the app is worse than useless, especially the fact that the “year” option on the graphs only shows calendar year, not the previous 12 months. The old app was so much better, and unless it’s fixed soon sadly I wouldn’t recommend the scales purely because the app is so irritating to use - go for another brand which gives you a superior, user friendly, app.

Great app but missing one feature. Everything works flawlessly and is great to track my weight etc. Widgets for the home screen would be nice though.

Landscape mode please. I’ve been loving this for some time now and in my mind the biggest thing missing is the ability to view the graphs in landscape to make them easier to view and thus more useful. Please consider adding this support!

The new app update. It’s so hard to use now, before it was so easy and had my last 2 year results and now I can’t even seem to find them

Good scale but. I like how the scale breaks down the data into 8 different categories that makes up the full body weight. BUT it would be more encouraging if each stats you could see a graph history of your progress. It easier and quicker to take in the information and since the report history only shows the BMI weight and fat. This shows me you’re only catering to a small target audience. What if I don’t care about BMI and what to easily see muscle mass or visceral fat? BMI isn’t applicable to body builders at all.

New update is so BAD. Old version was good.. Can’t understand why you have make this app more complex, less useful and not user friendly. PLEASE go back to old version which was so good.

Was Great…. The new update looks pretty cool. I preferred the old UI, but this is nice. As for the caloric intake, it’s great to have just one app to track everything. However, I find the values for food to be WAY off. E.g., black tea does not have more than 5kJ… and it does not have 1g of sodium, TF? If there is an option to SEE and EDIT the nutrient values of foods, would be way better. Somehow I don’t believe I didn’t have any Vitamin C today, either… fruit had vitamin C…

The perfect scale. I'm excited about my new scale doing everything right with precision!!!

Add body measurement tracking. Please add in a feature to track your body measurements such as waist measurement and hip measurement.

Consistent stats. All the stats are very consistent I haven’t had big variations ones yet. Body fat % seems wrong, however it’s still consistent so provides a good benchmark to work from

Great app!. No complaints at all, just one suggestion; allow us to attach pictures to body report’s so we can track progress!

Why did this app get so over complicated?. This app was great until the new update!! Very simple, very clean, all the features were on the main page and easy to access from one tap. The app has become way too complicated and is trying to do WAY too much! The new diagrams and animations are really just a total eyesore. What the hell is the point of this puzzle stuff? I’m so confused. But the worst thing now is that it’s no longer possible to just leisurely scroll through my all-time trends history and you are capped to a year maximum. Why is it even capped?!? Most people don’t weigh themselves daily anyway! The graphs are also so much smaller making it nearly impossible to compare to multiple measurements. And the scrolling feature on it is so janky. Please go back to the old trend graphs!!!

Not working. App won’t update weight unless I uninstall and reinstall it every few days.. Completely useless if this is how I have to do it

Needs a download or export function. Nice scales and well priced but the app is fairly limited. If you could download the data that wouldn’t be a problem because we could just use spreadsheets to do whatever analysis we want. Just yesterday their metrics database went haywire. My numbers haven’t changed but my “ranking” has. My percent fat was “high” now it’s “low”. Not sure if they plan to fix it or not

Guest mode does not work. Since the update I can no longer use the app in guest mode. Please can you fix. Updated and working again.

New version of app is a retrograde step. The previous version of the app was easy to use, all reports easily viewed etc. The current version, well on my iPad Pro cannot get passed the “ touch this puzzle “ screen. Why have such a screen? Why complicate a system that worked well?

Great gadget, but app is lacking. The gadget and link up to the app are perfect, no fault there. It’s the app that really lets the bundle down. The calorie counting section is utterly useless as it only has food items from not where I live and you can’t add a food item. This means the calorie counting section of this app is rendered useless and just takes up space. The minim me avatar is meant to be customisable, but I’m not a red head with straight hair. There is no option to change the hair, hair colour or outfit on the avatar. All I can change is my skin colour, but once again that doesn’t exactly help me identify with the avatar. If the developers are reading this, please change these two aspects. You could link the info to any number of apps, that way you wouldn’t be expected to constantly update the info, instead this app would be a central hub for all things health. To conclude? Great gadget but the app needs more attention.

Worst app for tracking!!. The app can’t custom protein intake or add more than 50 custom foods!!!! Makes me question the other measurements. When will you let us add more foods?! Input protein? I’m eating way more than the app state!

Great!. Easy to use and does exactly what you expect it to. It’s not overwhelming and complicated like some apps can be.

Unreliable App. App randomly deleted my historical data and upon signing in the interface tries to get you to register an account (I.e. trying to get you to hand over your data)

New version frustrating. Can’t change to metric system. Chat support and telephone support wait times for over an hour each

Scales. Scales works well and is nice it connects to the fit bit watch, one thing I find annoying is that the scales can beset to kilos but the app does not change it out of lb. So data is useless to me to look at.

Not good update. The new version is not as good as the old one, as this one now can’t show the history chart with all figures, only can shown with month, week or year which is not as comparable as the old version.

Off to a great start. Easy to use, easy to set up, not complicated and gives you the data you need... what more do you want?

No longer displays stats. Started great but now won’t show stats other than weight and BMI Wont buy again

Notifications. No, Eufy, I do not need a notification every single morning to weigh myself. What an utterly bizarre and downright strange design choice. Who comes up with these sorts of ideas? Who green lights them? On what planet would a notification like this serve any benefit?

Better than the Tape Measure. More information than I ever saw before I downloaded the EUFY App. Also makes weighing yourself interesting. Even stores your info (and that of others you list here). Will make improving your health easier.

The app has become very jiffy. I’ve owned these scales for two years and they’ve been fine, good battery power, accurate, responsive etc. During this time the app was serviceable if basic. However lately the app developers have added gimmicks like not being able to see reports unless you weigh x amounts of time a week. This can be incredibly harming as for people with some conditions this can be triggering. Access to information with the scales that your customer HAS ALREADY BOUGHT, should not be limited or should be gamified within control of the customer. On top of this, the app has now started using some very unflattering cartoon images to show you at your baseline (an unhealthy ideal) and you were you are now (a grotesque cartoon). Again this can be harmful. Do better and engage some positive psychology and intuitive eating experts on your research teams, Eufy.

Weight journey. Great to keep track of your weight, steps ,intake of food and water. Keeps you motivated to move and work harder to attain your goals!

Awesome scales for a good price. Scales and app working perfect first time every time. Design is good, app reliable and even I don’t trust any scales 100% as it is impossible to measure certain body criteria’s on a simple scale, but to get an idea what’s going on within your body is great. Price is good as well compared to some useless weightwatchers scales and app which is absolutely useless as the app and scales never connect but cost more than double.

It does just one thing correctly. This app is good for one thing, tracking your actual weight. The app’s UI is decent, the scales look nice, and the weight tracking is accurate. However, all other body calculations are ridiculous and incredibly inaccurate. The low/normal/high scaling is a breeding ground for unhealthy emotions, people become obsessed over them. Speaking of the scaling, when you compare the Eufy scaling to hundreds of other creditable sources, Eufy’s scaling system contradict all of them, what Eufy class as “high” or “low” can sometimes be classed as normal/healthy everywhere else. The BMI calculation is incorrect, when I input the exact same data into other sources (I’ve tried 6 different ones), they all report the same figure EXCEPT Eufy, Eufy reports higher. Please Eufy, sort your calculations out for higher stars.

Did you guys change the app?. Did you guys update the app recently? Great app last week this week something has changed and it’s so not use friendly. 1 star

Can only use one device. What’s the point of having 20 accounts if the data is only on one device? The fact I can’t sync the scale to my phone because my partner has already synced hers makes this almost useless. I can’t track my stats on my phone I have to always make sure her phone is nearby and check everything on that device... so disappointing that this was designed this way, it literally benefits no one having the data on one device.

Recommend this!. Very easy to set up, extremely easy to use. Great product for the price. Highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app used to be decent, now it’s painful. I don’t want to weigh myself daily thank you. Trends are difficult to see. Horrible.

Calories. While the the works great with my phone, I do believe the calories just aren’t right. Could you please add we’re you can add the calories yourself please. I don’t think a litre of water has 400+ calories

Terrible App!. Confusing, badly designed, old fashioned basics, info drops out, hard to navigate as there are no basic intructions. Constantly faulting. The app simply can't support the level of tech the scale says it offers. Customer support is hopeless too. Not worth the $$. Very disappointing indeed.

Almost perfect. Great app and seems quite accurate too. I enjoy seeing gradual improvements in my statistics and working on getting everything into the ‘green’ zone. The one thing missing is a weekly average weight. This is the most important number for tracking progress over time and I would love to see this added in a future update.

Apple Watch transfer would be convenient. Love the app, all you need for a benchmark of your health, would love to see a full day to day comparison of all the data rather than just the 4 main ones. Yes an Apple watch transfer of data would be convenient.

Won’t connect to Bluetooth anymore. Since the last update the app won’t connect. The scales are fine and connected to Bluetooth.

Old app was better. The weight graph is unbelievably bad. Why track weight across one week? Do the designers even use the product? The old graphs were much better.

Calorie intake customisation. Need more ease in adding customised food and supplementation. Barcode, photo scanning and data extraction from it would be great

I like the app but the latest update is not good. The date range for weight and body fat percentage should be allowed to be flexible. Not easy to read if it is refreshed once a week. It should be continuous.

Unfortunately ruined. Loved this app and the scales, newest version of app is terrible unfortunately, the graphs ect for tracking your weight are horrible and show basically nothing. Please change back :(

App broken. Please fix app ! Since last update I’m having to delete it and reinstall it each time I want to use it as it just freezes on the log in screen This is happening on any device I try

Regularly disconnects from scales. It loses the connection to my scales and refuses to reconnect, nearly every time I use it. I’m left standing there for 15-20 minutes trying to force it to reconnect. Massive waste of time and money. Absolute rubbish.

Disappointed. I bought this scale hoping it would be more reliable but it constantly disconnects. It’s so frustrating spend money on scales which fail to work as they should the money invested!😢

Fantastic information. This was so easy to set up and data was almost instantaneous.

This is an app review and not the device review. Device works really well. When you have disconnection issues, one of the real reasons is batteries are not powerful enough to transmit Bluetooth signals. In this scenario, your scale functions normally and will measure your weight. It just won’t be able to connect to your iPhone. However, when App cannot connect to scale, one of the reasons listed in App is “Your scale has no battery or power” which is completely different to it’s not powerful enough.

Update Issues. App worked perfect until I just updated to 2.0. Now my weight all had an extra 0 or decimal. Instead of weighing 180lbs I weigh 1800lbs! Needs to be fixed ASAP! Was a 5 star app until this issue so I’m downgrading to 4 star until it is fixed. Same issue after 2.01 as well.

Needs updates. Scale is good so don’t worry about that. The app has issues. I’ve reported the goal weight issue. Doesn’t calculate goal weight correctly. There is also a permanent red dot on the hamburger menu top left that never goes away even though you’ve read all messages. Not sure why it takes so long to fix these basic issues. The other annoying thing is you click on weight on the main screen, then it takes you to these nice tiles, you click on weight for example to see your weight history… it gives you definition of weight. I want history in those tiles and then maybe a little more info button for all that great info. ALSO, no widgets… not for watch. Not for Home Screen. Why not ?

Its a gimmick. This scale is a gimmick. It does read anything past your weight and bmi. Everything else is prescripted. Try it yourself. Weigh your self, then grab any ceramic or glass plate which doesnt conduct electricity and watch you body fat percentage go up with your weight. Had high hopes for this but unfortunately its just another gimmick.

Weight reading before the previous update are increased by 10x, please fix. You guys should fix this bug where it increased past weight readings by 10x

Could use some design improvements. EufyLife makes it pretty easy to track your weight with a Eufy scale and is mostly easy to use, but I have several suggestions that I think would make it a much easier app to use. 1. Dark mode support would make it easier on the eyes at night and would fit better with the contemporary aesthetic of iOS apps. 2. The ability to select a custom color scheme for each user would be a nice touch, instead of being stuck with the weird yellow-green color you get assigned or whatever. 3. Auto detection of the user based on the measured weight seems like table stakes for such an app. It should know when my girlfriend who is 60 lbs lighter than me is using it and not make me manually switch users. 5. Ability to zoom out of trends to see a longer history would be nice. The layout could also be redesigned with smaller margins and padding to allow more data to fit on the screen. Maybe even allowing the device to be used in landscape would be helpful for this. 6. Body Fat % seems wildly inaccurate, ranging between 5% to 60%. This data truly seems to be garbage, and if so, just get rid of it altogether, otherwise it does more harm than good. Maybe there are other products aside from the scale I own that are more accurate, but I just wish I could turn it off and delete the data for this. 7. Related to the above point, being able to reorder the trend charts would be nice, so I could put the useless Body Fat % at the bottom and see more relevant data.

Who updated this to garbage. Are you trying to make a worse UI? Because if you are, then congratulations because you succeeded! The newest update is convoluted, hard to find key data which is why I bought the scale, and overall way less usable. Fix it.

Recent updates made history charts impossible to read. Updates made in the last month or so have made all of the diagrams and weights look very similar. Changes of 2lb would show nearly on the same y axis as other points of much different weights. The “day”, “week” and “month” charts have changed what they display. “Week” shows a random number of previous week data points rather than the previous 7 days. I wish I could downgrade to an older version

My goal function. Great app. But I think there are a few improvements that can be made: for now I can only set weight as my goal, but I want to lower body fat instead. There might be a function to customize the goal. Also, the quick view shows BMI and body fat, we might be able to choose the data that we want to be shown on the main page.

Careful with updates. Hi. The new update raised all my weight records from the 80kgs range to 800 kgs. One year of trends got all damaged! Not happy After the update I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and everything was fixed. Thank you for the fix.

Bad. They removed apple login and now i can’t access my account

Beyond Complete Garbage. Was fine for 2 months, then I go to update my goal, follow the manufacturers instructions that are on their site, but instead of a modify goal button, there’s a new goal button where the modify button should be, and no mention of this ANYWHERE including their own support documents, click through it a few times trying to figure out how to modify it, hit next a few times, and with no warning a new goal is set and my last TWO MONTHS of progress are gone, no warning that if I hit next again all my data would be gone!!!!!!!!!!!!! All my progress GONE, can’t manually set my weight back to where I started to at least have the same weight loss readings, can’t restore my old goal, spent 2 HOURS restoring old phone backups trying to get my old goal back on the app. NOPE. Can’t get ahold of support. Manufacturers instructions are WRONG. TWO MONTHS of work GONE. I’m getting my money back for this junk one way or the other as this feature is why I bought this P3. Never buying ANYTHING made by Anker EVER again.

Wtf. Agree. If I had known they were collecting my data I would not have bought the scale. Wifi connectivity should not be an invite to Eufy corporation into my bathroom! I will send product back and just enter weights manually.

Can’t read the font on latest update. Love the scale, and the app for the most part, but the font is so small on some of the screens and you can’t read the white font on the pale teal background and vice versa. Any decent graphic designer should know you need to have more contrast between your print and the background if you want people to be able to read it.

Great scale, awesome app. I like it

Worked fine till a recent update. Now I set my scale to LB and it works. The instant I open my app the app switches it back to KG. The unit of measure is not changeable, only option is KG in the app. Scale will stay LB for ever as long as it’s used as a dumb scale and never connects to my phone. Pretty disappointed that I have to buy a new scale. Won’t be a Eufy, sadly. Never trusted anything outside of weight and some days I didn’t trust that either!

Collects and shares private health data. When I buy a device like a scale I should be able to use it without having to give up my right to keep health information private. My health data should be on my device only and nowhere else. This company has no justifiable reason for collecting it and syncing it to their servers. The terms of service allow the company to collect private health data, and states that they sell anonymized data to third parties. Research has shown that there is no such thing as anonymized data in most cases. The company also says they have the right to sell your data to third parties with permission, but does not make clear what that means. The terms could be changed retroactively and my data could be monetized without my explicit permission, as has happened with many other companies that collect health data for profit. As more people become aware of these risks I expect this app will end up with a lot more one star reviews for their questionable business practices.

This update has bug and UI is not good. It looks like maybe the accuracy changed in this update? My historical weights and lean body mass is way off. Maybe a decimal place change. I weigh about 165. New weight shows correct but historical is 1650.0 to 1700.0 I liked the old UI better then the new one

Hate The New Format. Weight trends were much easier to view and understand quickly in the old format

Eufy thinks they know better than you on how fast you should gain or lose weight.. Don’t update to the new version of the app, if you can avoid it. If you have a weight goal, Eufy now forces a deadline on you. You can only adjust it by a few days in either direction. I cannot believe that passed legal review. Whoever thought “yeah, let’s tell people when they should lose those 5lbs by!” is absolutely insane. No one should tell a person how fast they should gain or lose weight unless they are a healthcare professional working with that person. Gross, Eufy. Put me back in control of my own health - that’s why I bought your scale to begin with.

Great scale if the only accurate thing you care about is weight. The app is clunky and useless, won’t allow me to measure liquids in ml, only g despite the fact that I have the liquid weight set to ml. I’ll keep the scale because I got it for a very low sale price but I do not recommend

Great app, quick response from support. The redesign is clean and modern and the ease of use is fantastic. I’d love for the developer to add a weekly summary page for the week, showing things like notable changes in data like, “You’ve lost 3 pounds this week!”. I reached out to the support team regarding the ‘decimal place’ issue and they had a very quick response and their solution worked. (Just delete the app and reinstall and login). Thanks to the devs!

Apple Health Data For Family Members. Their smart scale is smart enough to correctly detect different users but there are bugs in the synchronization of that data into Apple Health. Main user works fine but other family members don’t sync or sometimes syncs the main user’s data.

Great scale but the app could use some work!. As mentioned in the title, I love the scale and I love the portion of the app that breaks down the variables; what I don’t like is the food log! The food log is beyond basic, you can only use a few characters in the search bar and when you enter your own food, or, “customization” it doesn’t allow you to change the weight of the food or put in additional details. The app also doesn’t pull this data from other connected apps, as I have my Carb Manager app connected with my Apple Health, which eufylife is connected to. I would love it if eufy would improve on this portion of the app so I don’t have to use two or three apps to input all of my data.

Recommendation. Everything seems to be in order but my body fat percent is way off. You should give the option to calibrate some of these numbers

Very weak redesign. The new UI hides a lot of data that was previously visible at first glance, and some of it it is now hidden behind invisible buttons (BMI and Body Fat). The detailed information screens are less legible and fit far less information on the screen, compared to the previous version. And the way the Target Weight is set is just bizarre from the UX perspective. Huge disappointment.

Weight needed to achieve goal is not correct. In the app it says that I need to gain 59.8 LBS In order to achieve my goal of 124 pounds, but I only weigh 107.8 pounds. (F.Y.I. Numbers are not exact, they are just as an example.)

So easy!. I love this thing. I open the app on my phone, get on the scale, stand still for < 10 seconds and bam! Weight, BMI, visceral fat, etc recorded! No need to keep a journal and tracks all this data and history for you... for free!!

Fonts too small and not enough contrast to read results.. It’s been a handy app but when looking at History the font is too small and not enough contrast against the teal background to make out the reading. I have the font size on the iPhone set to its biggest size.

More history. I like this app, but would love to see the ability to view a history of any of the items it records when clicking on that item. The “trends” item just isn’t enough information for historical tracking of things like bone mass or muscle mass

Stopped connecting. I have had the scale for this app for a few years now. And up until the latest update it has always worked great. But after the last update the scale stopped connecting. I have tried every troubleshooting step and nothing has worked. Please fix the app.

Kinda funny but kinda offensive.. I stepped on the scale after a few weeks knowing I had gained some weight. And the app said “too big of a weight difference, are you sure you want to keep this weight.” I’m also not sure about the accuracy of the BMI and all that.

Hard to read fonts.. Why would you make a light blue font on a white background? I'm on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it's bad enough that the font is microscopic, on top of that they made some of the fonts light blue. Changing font size settings in the phone display settings doesn't change it on the app. Or there should be an option for color theme settings. Makes me want to return the scale.

App Crashes Every time I take Measurements. Couple months ago, I would open the app every morning and step on my scale and would get my results no problem. Lately for a couple weeks now, after the scale gets my weight, the app gets frozen and I need to re-open the app every single time to get my results (BMI, BF% etc). Syncing has been very slow. Data gets lost.

Make guest mode persistent again!!!. Why did you change it so you need to select guest mode each time you open the app?? What is wrong with you? I’m just going to start having Siri log my weight, and probably get an accurate scale—this one bounces back to the previous measurements way too much. If you drink a liter of water your weight should go up 2.2 lbs, not momentarily show the change then snap back. Whoever designed this nonsense needs slapped.

Pretty good. I like the metrics for the body measurements, but the calorie tracker is really too cumbersome. There are so many really good calorie and nutrition trackers out there that allow you to scan barcodes and much more easily enter the serving size you’ve eaten. There’s no way I would use this one.

Why in the world. Did they destroy this app with this absurd ‘update’?! It makes no sense the way it works and is just filled with silly graphics that make no sense and make it lag. Bugs in everything I try to do. Weight goals don’t stick. Years of my scale’s history completely messed up. Several clicks in absurd areas just to find top most needed info. This is just design for design sake. Awful.

Great but could be better. Great but should have a download feature in order to be able to download to a spreadsheet and track progress that way.

Latest update added intrusive ads. Been using this app for two years now and loved the user interface. Sad to say they’ve added ads and notifications for ads in the last update that are highly intrusive and block the screen on app startup. If you’re looking for a good user experience in an app-connected scale, don’t expect to find it here anymore.

So so. Don’t get me wrong. I love the Bluetooth function. To get your weight tracked wirelessly and input done on my Noom app automatically. The other numbers seem to fluctuate with my weight so I’m not sure how accurate they are.

Works really well. I’ve used a few smart scales before, and they and their apps have not been reliable. But this app and the smart scale are brilliant. It worked right out of the box, the scale paired quickly with the app, and it works great.

Life Hack. This device gives so much valuable information it really impressed me. It is an important tool for monitoring my fitness progress

Worked perfectly with the scale and Fitbit app. Very easy to set up and use. I have been using a Fitbit to manage and track workouts. But as I shift to loosing fat and gain muscle this app keeps track of all the fat and weight rations I never knew I wanted.

For Apple Watch please. I really love the scale, the interface of the app is very user friendly. One thing that I would love is for it to be on the Apple Watch so I can see my weigh ins and not have to pull out my phone. I just like to be able to see it along side my workouts and myfitnesspal on my watch.

Nice looking, but one feature doesn’t work. The app looks great and is easy to sync with your Eufy scale. Overall it works great, but there is a section to put in a goal weight and the math is just completely off.

Inconsistent weight capture & very slow response. The app is clunky and hangs up when moving from feature to feature within the app. The weight capture used to be quickly accomplished but today it’s very slow or won’t capture a new weight measurement at all. Also very, very slow moving between couples individual data…to switch data screens takes forever, if at all!

Permanent outdoor light. Im sure this app is fairly good the health side, however, it’s very poor app when it comes to configuring the permanent outdoor lights. I spent hours setting up schedules for the year, and it all disappeared (Twice!!). It’s very frustrating. The pre-set holiday (they call it life sync) is all gone somehow. I really hope they fix this app or I might be returning the lights.

Forgets log-in info. I’d love to love this, but it just keeps forgetting my log-in info. Also please normalize the scale somehow, maybe with error bars? I have a very stable weight but am trending sometimes and due to the zoomed in look, it can look like I’m dying when I’m only slightly changing weight.

They just want your data. You cannot export your data or sync your measurements with Apple Health unless you sign up for their privacy invasive service. The app also gets confused with multiple users of the same scale, causing data from other users to get mixed up.

Update changed visceral fat. Today’s update changed my visceral fat reading from 14.8 to 10.0. Much more believable, considering my body fat is 16%, but a rather large change. Something obviously changed in the way visceral fat is measured in today’s update.

Lost and corrupted Apple Health data. Recent updates to the app appeared to delete data and then caused corruption that eventually forced me to purge Apple Health data completely to get things working. Between that, the recent UI updates all for the worse, notification spam, bloating the app with functionality that’s not core to the scale, and what amount to Eufy ad spam, I’m looking for other options.

No longer saves when you’re not standing on the scale. Turns out this app hasn’t saved any weight data since March, as it no longer pulls historical data from the scale. Instead it seems you must always have the app open while on the scale, no more weighing and then using the app while the scale is still on, despite the fact the app says it’s connected.

Wouldnt connect after using for years. Thought bluetooth went out. Had to re-login to re-connect to the scale. Initially tried to delete app but alert came up that it would erase data as well. Wouldn’t want that to happen now would i.

Export. This app is ok, but like others are saying, it needs export functionality. Apple health does not record all the data points and since there are only a few trend options, I would t lest like to export and do my own reporting. If I knew that I could not export before I bought the scale, I might have reconsidered....

Game changer!. Love all of information that it provides about my well-being!

Login. You must set up an account with EufyLife and login to use the scale. And every so often it requires that you login again. No password help. Ridiculous that you need an account to have your scale communicate with your phone. Even more absurd you must remember your password. I have zero confidence that the information is not being ‘shared’. This will gather dust.

Add ability to create custom foods. Haven’t had any problems with the app yet, but it needs a way to add your own food to it. Seems like a silly omission with such a simple fix. Without it, the entire food/calorie diary is useless. Scale seems to work fine so far.

Great scale, and great app. Have had my scale about two months and so far both the scale and app perform seamlessly. I would buy again without hesitation!!

App redesign is disappointing. The new app redesign is confusing and less useful. The old app layout was much better; among other things you could scroll along the graphs in their entirety, instead of just back to the beginning of the year. You could also easily delete individual weigh-ins if you liked, rather than ones it deemed unmatched. Please bring back the old design.

Syncs quickly, body fat % off by 3% vs Navy Method. Pretty happy w/ app so far. It syncs quickly via Apple Health which is what I wanted. My body fat % is off about +3% vs the Navy method / calculator, so it isn’t a bad variance. Don’t have access to an Inbody scan & probably won’t get a Dexa, so can’t compare. I mainly bought this to track my weight; wasn’t expecting much w/ accuracy of other metrics.

App crashes opening the weekly report. I use an iPad Pro, latest version. Ever time I click the Weekly Report icon in the EufyLife app, I get a pop up to click on a puzzle piece, but can’t clear the pop up in order to do so. Is this a bug in the app? The app freezes and I have to force-close it and restart it.

New Bug. I’m unable to update my family’s weight goals because it won’t let us change gender, birthday, height, or anything else on the page before setting target weight/ body fat %.

Syncing Not Accurate. The scale syncs my data to my moms profile. I wish there was a way to change it to my profile because deleting it off my mom’s profile would mean losing months of data. The scale should be syncing accurately to begin with and if not there should be an option to adjust the weight measurement to the correct profile.

Love!. My parents recently bought the scale and we love it! I do wish that there was a work-out/nutrition app to go with it so it could be tailored to your exact results.

Works great until it doesn’t. For the first few months I had this, it worked great. Now it refuses to connect with my phone, and I’ve tried everything short of resetting my phone back to factory. Very frustrating! The scale still works for weight, but all the other functions depend on the app, so it’s no better than a cheap manual scale now.

“Body Fat %” bug fixed; new UI is still convoluted!. Body fat percentage that came with the new UI has been fixed. But the new UI is still too convoluted; whereas, the old UI was straightforward. Hopefully, the UI will be improved sometime soon.

Very motivating!. I really like my EufyLife scale. It is very quick and the level of detail and ability to see trends over time gives me instant feedback. Definitely a good purchase!

Weekly report glitch. Just got my scale and downloaded the app. I like all the data. However, the weekly report says to click on the puzzle but nothing happens. Hoping this will be fixed in an update.

Smart scale. While I love my scale they past few weeks all the readings don’t show up on the app, don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, maybe it’s just a updated app problem?

Lost Data. It seems like a recent app update deleted my history and trend data for my Smart Scale C1. Until that happened, I have been delighted with your product, but now am disappointed that all that information is gone. I contacted you last week and the agent said I could fix the issue by deleting the app and reconnecting to the scale, but despite several attempts, I was unable to recover the data. Please help! Thank you.

Works great !!!. I have so many eufy products which I love , I wish you make one app for all makes it easier , that been said . This app is great just missing the landscape mode for the graph !!! Please consider adding it, It’s an easy implementation. Thank you great work eufy team !!! .

App history has problems!. I often yet double or triple entries in my history for the same time and weight. A couple of months ago three weeks of my history disappeared from the app when they had been there previously.

Not working after upgrade. I recently upgraded phone since old one die. Now, my history is gone and when I step on the scale the data doesn’t sync to app. Also, when I try to re-pair it crashes the app Before said issues, things were working perfectly and enjoy the app very much. Hopefully, things get fixed soon, perhaps an iOS 15 update is needed

Great app and scale…. Wish I could change the trend timeline. Would feel nice to see trend over a month or 3 months. Otherwise scale does everything I want and expect.

iOS Health app & data fix from recent EufyLife update. The new update to this app, 2.2.72, fixed the problem of missing readings that vanished from iOS Health app. The sync between EufyLife and iOS Health app is now working again.

Eufy Scales. The scales are everything I wanted and so much more. Well worth the money! I love the app. If you are thinking about buying them, I would say do it today. You will love them.
