They are making me give this review. I just want to view the video but it won’t let me unless I provide a 5 star review. So here ya go. Not based on any videos I have been able to watch

Great app!. I’m a stay-at-home mom, so working out at home is important to me. This app allows me to workout anytime, anywhere. And the variety of workouts keeps me excited about working out.

Hhmmm. What’s up with having to give a 5 star rate...before being allowed to access videos. Super wrong. Looks like a bunch of great videos. Hope it’s worth the 5 stars I was pushed to rate to view videos.

Unbelievable!. I can’t go forward to watch ONE video for my FIRST TIME on this app. Just did a review saying how frustrated I was that I can’t even explore the app before I’m bombarded with “all privileges included if 5-star rating given. Well here is your FAKE 5 star! I’m just doing it to see if you’ll actually allow me to proceed on this app. If not, shame on y’all! Only about rankings and money rather than the content your falsely advertising!

Working Out At Home. Yea it’s annoying to have to rate it 5 stars before you can access the app..but all I’ve got to say is it’s worth it in my opinion to keep my healthy lifestyle in check💪🏽

Looking forward to doing more workouts. I dont have the time to go to the gym often so being able to do from comfort of my home is essential. Will write back on progress.

Great app !. Love the way this app is set up so you can choose which workout you would like to try depending on the parts of your body you want to work out. SO MANY OPTIONS

This really helps. I was looking for apps for a wile that fit what I wanted but none of them seemed to work. They either only offered a handful of workouts or need a subscription to access them. This app was totally different. It offered easy step by step tutorials on what would be best for my body with no added cost. Really great full I download this app it changed my life and nothing else on the market compares.

Had to review 5 starts to have access to videos. Do not agree with this at all, but would like access to the videos, so no choice, lol. Cannot write a review since I have not yet used, should give access for a limited time at least so there's true reviews...

Wonderful way to workout. To adapt a gym time, go out is very stressful and always I give up to go, now use app look like a good option

Don’t bother !. This app doesn’t work and it also asks for a review before you can start to view any videos. Then the videos don’t open. Don’t bother !

Best Exercise Program. Great video segments that give you the length of the video and specifies body part you will be working on. It’s easy to follow. I am learning new exercises. Happy I signed up.

Must rate before use. I got to see one video yesterday that honestly my muscles r feeling today! So that one was a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it’s making me give the app a 5 star before I can even see anymore :( not to happy about that

Seems Promising. DISCLAIMER: Had to give a 5 star review prior to getting full access to app. However, it seems promising, and appears to have some good workouts for my target areas (judging from the previews).

Works Wonders. I had to go swimming a lot this summer but I didn’t want to be embarrassed by my belly fat and so when I downloaded this app I immediately started working out and I kept doing it daily. Within a couple days I noticed a big difference in my weight. Combining the exercise with healthy eating worked phenomenally.

This app changes life’s.. This app has really changed my life and it has made it so I have lost weight and finally have a bikini body. I had to work out all the time but now I use this app and that’s it!

Scam beware. You are forced to give it a 5 star before gaining a short amount of access. Low key blackmail for a useless app. Read all comments. Creator is a bad individual / a crook in my opinion. Anyone can create an app that doesn’t work and force people to give it a 5 star, just so to trick that person into thinking the app is worthy of human interest. It’s not. Run.

Best app. This one of the best apps you can get and it moves you to work out more because it is fun when you do it.

Bikini body loading. Low key blackmailed into a 5 star review but this offers more variety than a lot of the other apps I've seen. Also, has specific sections that I actually want, like bikini body.

Cardio Calorie Cutter. I love this app! It helps me in a pinch when I need a quick workout to get something in for the day and offers complex long workouts when I have extra free time. Easy to use and explains moves well!

Choices choices. So many different videos for different areas and different purposes. Love the choices I have for each type of workout and each target area. Keep my body guessing and not used to the same routine.

Great workout. Really enjoy the workouts. They are especially helpful at hotel when traveling.

New to this. Just got this app but it seems like there is a lot to chose from. I like that it's on my phone so I can workout easily at home. Can't wait to do more!

Can access. How are you suppose to honestly rate this if you are not allowed to actually try it? You have to give it a rate before you can is it. I was only able to see about 1 min. Of one exercise a few days ago. I want to check another on out today... No not allowed. It looked kind of interesting. I may just delete this app. If I can try it out , without the frustration.... I may just give an updated review; if I don't delete it! Bad business practice.

Great app. It’s a great app it shows you how to do each workout at home which is great for me because I really don’t like going to the gym. I’m more comfortable at home in my own space.

Rate. I just downloaded this app (had to rate it a five to see all the videos) so far there’s a lot of workouts to choose from. Going to try it out and hopefully I’ll see if I get any results! #newmama need to loose baby weight!

Great App. I haven't used this app long but I can tell you I have used the ab and core workouts and I am sore! I saw results right away! The videos are encouraging and the exercises are simple but effective!

I hope it’s worth the 5 stars. I haven’t seen but a couple videos so I’ll have to come back and review it again.

The Easiest!!. This is the easiest workout to fit into my busy college life schedule!! It’s just 15 minutes and so I know I can a lot that amount of time. It helps keep me motivated and active. This is great! I love how encouraging the trainers are!

*>€**€**%#. Open app and try to select a workout won’t open anything. Just keeps saying network error, check another network. What does this mean? I am able to open other apps, very disappointing and a waste of time. Will be deleting app and use another type of exercising app.

Deleting app! Rating before using required. Went back to use the app after rating and it pushed me back to rating. Deleting app. Before you can you the app, it forces you to rate. Maybe this should be mandatory after you use it once. So far, not a fan. Still hopeful.
