Designed to make you spend money. It’s a fun game? But it takes forever to earn in game cash, then you have to turn around and spend it on something like new staff members and/or training. If we have to buy our ow staff then we should be able to choose what staff we are getting instead of just a random draw. When you buy the builder tool for 500 hearts this should be a PERMANENT add on that you should get to keep, but it only lasts for 24 hours!!!!! That’s absurd, because the chances are you’re going to have to purchase more hearts just to get it again. Ridiculous!! Also when you have to add different departments, it is absurd that you have to wait 4 hours for it to be done especially with all the other negative features within the game. I seriously think the developers of this game are extremely GREEDY, otherwise why else would the game be designed to where you literally have to spend so much money just to accomplish most of the missions you have to complete just to advance?

Great idea, but poor gameplay and pay to play. Love the concept. Fixing fractures and extracting stuff is neat. But when the patient has issues during surgery there are complicated mini games that are not at all explained. So you end up failing the surgery and trying again and again and again to figure out what you’re supposed to do and what timing. No hospital would have this equipment and no instructions. Additionally it’s very hard to upgrade anything without buying in game currency, and once you do scrape enough together you won’t have enough time to complete the multi-day missions. Want a good auxiliary worker or paramedic? Good luck! 30+ draws and not 1. Lots of duplicate crap staff, and even if you pay money a ridiculously low chance of getting a good (gold or platinum) card, and still random what job. Better games out there, but I guess at least there’s no forced ads. Just the every 8 hours watch a video for a paltry bonus and random lowest quality card. Pass for now and wait till they update the game.

Improvement needed!. When I first started out, I was really excited. I played the small Operate Now games on the computer before I found this game. I loved them. You could choose different types of operations to do. So I thought that this game would have an abundance of operations. It was a bit of a let down though. At first I thought I just had to keep playing and leveling up, it made sense for that to be the case. After a few weeks I realized that wasn’t the case. There is a small variety of operations. That’s not what really gets on my nerves though. It is really hard to get money, UNLESS you update the rooms(which takes a lot of money!) or to pay for it with hearts(which takes real money!). Not to mention it takes 12 hours for a room to update! And you can’t use that room while it’s updating, leaving you in a bad spot if you have a time limited event. One thing that needs to be updated is the card packets to get new workers. It cost 60,000 dollars in the game(and if you remember it’s hard to earn that) and then there’s a big possibility that you’ll get a duplicate card. There shouldn’t be duplicates. I have around 15 doctors, 10 surgeons, and 15 nurses. But I have one axillary worker and two paramedics. I need more axillary workers! But every time I get a packet, I get a doctor, surgeon, or nurse! I do not need another one of those!

Great concept, but in game detail is a challenge. This game is on the right track. The first impression was excellent, but after a few hours the interest is all gone. It is ridiculous how the break room only have one slot for personal. And every upgrade takes like 50k to 100k. There is no real given support in the game for it to keep the interest of the audience. I hope he developer can some How find a balance in the upgrade system. The making money part is very slow. The energy depletes out of the staffs so fast. Even with the gold staffs. To level the staff is even worse. Is tons of money and upgraded materials. Please find a balance with in the game. Also I think the game is down right now. Keeps asking us to come to the App Store to get a upgrade. Cause of our version is too old. But there is no upgrades when the App Store opens. The game still doesn’t work. It’s been 24 hours now.

Horrible. I loved this game until they updated. Once they updated it kept saying on my phone that I wasn’t using the most up-to-date version of the game and wouldn’t let me open it. I had to delete the game and re-download it. When I did that even though I have it attached to my game center account it started me all over and I lost everything. I contacted the developers to see what to do before deleting the game but they did not get back to me. I will now be deleting the app forever because I refuse to do all that work all over again and all it does is infuriate me. There needs to be some way for your game to be transferred if you have to delete the app. Will never get this app again, and will think twice about getting apps from this developer. To put so much work in and effort into a game to get as far as I got only to have it erased is disgusting and pisses me off. I’m so lucky I didn’t spend any money because if I spent any money on any of their stuff for this game I definitely would have to get it refunded from Apple. Do not spend any money in this game whatsoever because if something happens you will lose your game with no back up and that money will be wasted.

Game is OK. I just started playing a couple of days ago. The graphics are beautiful. The operations are simple to execute. I’m already a bit frustrated though because I can’t advance at my second hospital. I need a paramedic to assign to a task and only have one that I need at the other hospital. I spent $60,000 game money on a recruitment pack only to get a Doctor. It takes so long to build cash and everything is expensive. There should be a way to be able to pick which kind of staff member you want to hire when buying with game money. You can pick if you hire with CVs but I have no idea how to earn those. UPDATE: A previous review was correct and you will get to a point where you cannot progress without spending real money. I currently need the highest level Nurse for stamina purposes to complete an assignment. The Nurse can only be purchased with hearts. I took a chance and spent the hearts I earned naturally on a Diamond recruitment pack and got an Auxiliary. I don’t even know what they are used for. I’ll repeat what I said in my earlier review that we should be able to pick what kind of staff member you get. I might consider spending a little actual money every now and then if there was a guarantee that I could get what I needed and not something random that (in this case) I don’t even know how to use. I’ll continue working on my other assignments for as long as I can but once I’m capped out, I’m done with this game.

I like it buttt. I really do like this game but it needs some major improvements . Earning money is hard and when you do get good money you’re having to spend it on something like to get another employee is $60,000 and it could be a nurse or a pharmacy . You don’t get to choose . It cost $8,000 to get 10 of the training skills which sounds great right ? I thought that meant you can improve 10 of your employees skills. Nope . You only use them on one and then you Realize that you actually have to pay $6,000+ on top of that to upgrade them with the 10 training skills that you thought could be used for 10 separate people . So really $68,00 or more to up the skills of ONE employee . I won’t buy skills anymore. I wait till I get rewards . Oh and upgrading your rooms ! That’s just a rip off . You can only put one employee in a room at a time unless you upgrade . So you spend $50,000 to upgrade your room but the only thing that does is change the time it takes by ONE SECOND! If you want 2 people in a room you have to upgrade AGAIN for $100,000 . And it took 12hrs to upgrade the room the first time, so you can’t use the only break room you have for 12 HOURS! Eventually your people will have no energy what so ever unless you spend 120 hearts to rush the upgrade . Which you have to buy thoSe with REAL money . So I’m sure if you update again it’s another 12 hours you have to wait to use it 😡

Used to be a great game. I started playing this a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. I stopped playing a long time ago but recently redownloaded it. There was a weird glitch that made me have every single staff member unlocked which would seem like a good thing right? Except for the fact that I can’t progress past the prologue because one of the tasks is to hire more staff and that is just impossible since quite literally every single character has been unlocked. Second. There are so many ads and I have no problem with free apps using ads to make revenue however they said if I make any purchase, the ads will stop. I tried twice with buying golden hearts and neither made the ads stop, effectively wasting my money. I even tried deleting and redownloading the game again because of the glitch and it didn’t work. Same problem with the ads not ending either. It’s really a shame because I used to absolutely love this game but it’s clearly gone very downhill since then.

I am a young teen, still deciding what I want to be when I grow up, this app helps with that, it’s letting me know kinda what to expect from being a surgeon. So thank you to whoever thought of this game and created it!! The other best thing is too! I’ve been playing this game all day (with breaks in between) and only one add showed! It’s amazing and it’s not super graphic to where the blood freaks you out. *IF YOU FONT LIKE CUTING SKIN, THIS ISNT THE GAME FOR YOU* but yeah it’s really great, if your a teen who is still finding out who you are, might want to consider this game. I had no interests in becoming a doctor or anything really close to it (besides a police) until I was interested in this game! I would tell you more because there’s is more great things but I have to get back to this game! I have a major surgery coming my way! Good luck! Xxx

Fun game. This game is great. It is fun with great graphics easy to understand instructions when you get some. With every good game there are flaws though. Making incisions or stitches something that should be easy of just drawing lines isn’t causes you to lose lives really easy. There are no instructions on how to use the infibuator (heart machine, can’t spell) and how to do the throat. When you go to other hospitals to help rebuild it doesn’t tell you where everything is that you need to find to give your patients. So more instructions would be great. It also takes a long time to be able to process because income doesn’t match with the amount of money you need for upgrade. I have one room that is sitting because it need a specific doctor and you $60,000 to recruit another person but it’s randomized so you may not even get a useable staff member for that room.

Lost half(if not more) my progress overnight. I had invested so much time to this game the past few weeks and made so much progress then, literally overnight, I lost about half of all the staff I had acquired. All the cash and golden hearts, too. I had been playing this game for about a two months and had made a lot of progress. Now, I am basically starting from scratch with no axillary staff half my doctors gone and nurses only 2 paramedics lefts out of about 6 or 7 I had. The nurse I have left is now in the operating room and the doctors are in the wards & pharmacy I no longer have Siona which was on level 4 in all dedication skill and sympathy.I guess this means I have to delete the application and stop wasting my time playing video games when I have finals to study for. I would really hate to delete it, especially because I was almost half way done with my Asia mission and was looking forward to getting the special character. but, this needs to get fixed. I had logged in to FB a couple weeks ago. I hope my progress saved there. But I am afraid to link it and then it will save after this bug. It’s a great game. Please fix it! Get me my staff and progress back.

Some annoying glitches. I gave it a 2 because I love this game and I play it all the time. However, I sometimes come across surgeries where I lose hearts because it won’t let me click the right tool so I have to click another in order to get that one to work. Or I lose time because it won’t give me 100% on a task even though I went over that spot multiple times. For example, I decided to write this review because of one particular surgery. I am trying to pass this one quest in the sister hospital and I am supposed to cauterize stomach ulcers. But when I go over it with the laser, it will only give me up to 67% and then won’t go up anymore. I’ve gone over my entire screen and the ares over and over again until my time ran out and it would not let me go to the next step. I have tried this surgery 3 times now and it is the same thing over and over. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get passed that surgery if it just keeps stopping me at the same part. I really like this game but it is beyond infuriating. I have spent actual money on this game, and for it to just stop letting me progress seems a little unfair. Please fix this or I will be forced to stop playing because I can’t progress anymore without that surgery.

Don’t do it! You’ll regret it.. When I first downloaded the game, I used to play it all day, even at work. I even spent ACTUAL hard earned money with this game (something I NEVER do), but I’ve spent maybe $5-$10 with this game the first go around. However, when I got to a certain level in the game it said I was not on the latest version of the game and needed to update. Went to the App Store there was not an update available so the other thing I could think of is uninstalling and reinstalling. Completed the reinstall and noticed I lost EVERYTHING; which was fine because I was just starting to play anyway. So a couple weeks later and $25-$30 later and I’m extremely close to completing a higher level, it says the same exact thing about the app being out of date. This time I’m not doing the uninstall and reinstall because I’m thinking this is a way for the app developers to make more money along with the in-app purchases you’ve previously made. Today is the day I’ve decided to permanently get rid of this app from my phone and I hope others read this review and STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!! It’s honestly just a money hunger group of people who created a game with flaws from the beginning! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

A few issues putting off a spending player.. I really like this game and have happily spent over $20 (which usually classifies you as a whale if I’m not mistaken) and lately I find myself not wanting to play. The reason is the sensitivity around the suturing. I’ll make a suture and it will throw and error and then I repeat the exact same motion and it registers it as correct. This has happened consistently enough that I wanted to touch on it here. It is actually ruining my whole experience. Since I’m here I also wanted to mention that the balance overall seems to be a bit weird. Hard levels are not hard and then a medium level will be very finicky. I have played what seems to be the exact same level/surgery on different difficulties and noticed no difference at all. Also, people get tumors in places other than their stomach... might be nice to have different surgeries. For example, brain surgery or gallbladder... but that may be just me lol.

Overall great. Good graphics and realistic gameplay and interesting storyline. However things are expensive and it’s hard to save up money. It’s very hard to get new staff or save up to get new staff regularly and upgrading departments gets really incrementally expensive. My biggest complaints otherwise are I think there’s a major glitch in which the build time of things is double. It’ll say 3 hours but when I go back to when it’s finished it will still say another 3 hours to go. Same with upgrading another room for 8 hours I let it go overnight but checked again in the morning and it STILL says 7 hours and 49 minutes?! So when it says 8 hours it really means 16? Doesn’t make sense. Also there doesn’t seem to be a way to login and save your progress if you wanted to play on another device. Tried to reach out to tech support but no reply for weeks so customer support is lacking very much.

Bugs. Why when we uninstall the game we can’t start off where we left off at. The ads are extremely annoying! And I’m stuck on episode 8 of season one because I put two people in the research department to do the mission but they are stuck I have tried upgrading the building but they are still stuck. It says that they are on an assignment but the time is not counting down and they have been stuck for 2 weeks, I have tried reaching out to you guys multiple times with no response. Lastly how is it fair that we have to keep paying to get people when you guys keep giving us the same people which means that we can’t move forward with missions. I could if you guys let us pick what type of person we are trying to pick instead of it being not so random because we keep getting the same people! What’s the point of offering us extra money to go with our money if we watch a video when every time you click on it, it doesn’t work. I can’t collect my reward for completing a mission, every time I go to collect it, it’s not on the list but it’s flashing a gift box.

Your new update ruined this game. Adding another hospital was the worst idea ever. Why not do an update with the features your players wanted? A new disaster collection, Season 3, and the ability to move our departments around after they are built. Rather than a whole new hospital, an expansion on the current one would have been fine. The worst is the fact that we can’t move our existing staff to the new hospital so we can’t complete the quests for that hospital. Yet when we purchase recruitment for the new hospital, if we get a staff member that we already have at the original hospital it is considered a duplicate and they give you training cards instead. Well, if I can’t move my staff then I think all staff recruitment at the new hospital should be counted separately and considered a new staff member at the new hospital even if you already have that person at the original hospital. Basically if I can’t share staff among both hospitals then it’s not really a duplicate if you don’t have that staff member there. Also, the change to the daily log in. You used to get 20 gold hearts as the daily prize. Not anymore. Now it’s a cash prize. We all know the hearts are more valuable which is no doubt exactly why you changed it. Bottom line, my review went from a 4 star original review to a one star updated review. Nice job development. You really ruined this one.

Love Playing, but No Game Content Progression!. this game is super addicting and i’ve really gotten into it! the graphics are very well done, and i love the storyline, missions, tasks/surgeries and also the added “disaster” collections! just one thing, i’ve been stuck on Season One, Chapter 11/14 for weeks upon weeks now, which has been really disappointing and frustrating! it has said “more content coming soon”... but there has been none at all for quite some time. also, the Summerfield Center is a bit repetitive and having to upgrade the departments constantly to do tasks, but no missions are available there either. so, i just wanted to check-in and see when things will pick back up again! otherwise, it’s very entertaining and i definitely recommend the game! thanks!

Having a problem with the Operation Now: Hospital Anniversary Storm. EDIT: I’m finding out that this glitch is occurring in every operation that has to to with the removal of the 3 stomach tumors. I’m hoping that the fix it before the end of the event or I’m deleting this game. Ive spent a fair amount of money on it and will refuse to if this continues every time they do an event. I’ve been playing Operation Now: Hospital for quite some time and like the game but am having a problem with one of the Anniversary Storm activities. It has to do with removing the stomach tumors of Mr. Wallace. It doesn’t let me complete the activity so I end up failing the operation. I had a similar problem during the last special event with the sister hospital where everything was fine but there was 1 operation that was practically impossible to complete. Not sure if the developers will see this or pay attention since trying to contact them from the game is as hard as the problem I’m having.

didn’t reach full potential :(. this game has SO much potential and i wish there were more like it. i love the concept and it combines time killing with interactive along with the interesting storylines and bonus plots. however it makes my phone overheat like crazy and everything is ridiculously expensive and overpriced leading to people having to pay real money. ALSO!! i don’t know if i’m the only one with this problem but when using the needle tool while operating/stitching someone up it is not touch sensitive or friendly at all. it probably just has to do with my boiling hot phone screen but it barely registers my movements and often fails me because i’m ‘taking too long’ or it messes up my stitching. the needle is essential for basically every surgery and not being able to use it was really frustrating which is why i deleted it. i hope more work is done to this because it is such a great idea

Only 1 major issue. I love this game and have downloaded it on all of my electronic devices in order to be able to play it at any time and anywhere. However I continuously keep having issues with the game just constantly freezing in the middle of game play. It’s usually right when you complete a surgery and are about to accept the level prizes. Or when u try to connect onto any of the side missions like the other hospitals u can connect to and play the baby/childrens hospital levels. Every single time the game will freeze like 30 seconds after I start the level. It’s so frustrating cuz it not only takes the energy costs from whatever doctor u use for that level and u don’t get that back.. but u also have to completely shut the whole game down and restart it in order to unfreeze and get back to game play. This has been the only reason I have deleted this game in the past and I keep going back and uploading it at a later date hoping this issue is worked out unfortunately it has continued to be a major issue. And it’s not like I am trying to run this game on any old phone or tablet… I have the newest iPhone version as well as a new MacBook Pro so I know it’s an issue with the game mechanics… plz fix!! This game is truly unlike any other avail on the platform and I would hate to have to just give up on it altogether cuz it needs to be updated on ur end. Thanks!!

don’t recommend. I got this game originally to learn a little more about what a surgeon or doctor does. It definitely helps a little bit but it’s not the best. For example the game only lets you complete certain aspects of the tasks. I kept losing a patients hearts due to the fact that it wouldn’t let me choose the needle when I needed to stitch up the opening I cut. When it did eventually let me choose the needle I wasn’t able to actually stitch the opening which led to me losing the patient. During times when a patients airway is blocked the things you need to do in order to help them breathe is confusing. At times it goes super fast the slows down dramatically so you then end up failing that part of the operation. Overall I liked this game at first but then started to dislike it as I was no longer able to complete my surgeries due to a malfunction on their end. This game is also just a money trap. I have been asked multiple times to buy certain packs to move forward which are sometimes necessary but are way too overpriced. I have tried to move on without them but like I said before, I end up failing my surgeries. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY THIS GAME.

Update. Still like the game. Not really sure what the big problem is with other players so far but I like the game right now. I don’t expect this game to be an over night game. I’m keeping this game cause I want I game that I can keep for a long time. If you wish to finish all parts of this game in one sitting this game isn’t for you, or unless you’re willing to pay real money. Seriously, early game will be slow but it picks up when you have an idea how to play the game. Once you get enough staff and upgrade them and your buildings, things get more fun. I’m at a point where as soon as I’m done with an upgrade, I have enough for another upgrade or to hire new staff. I honestly think the game would be boring if it gets even easier to get money but that’s just me. This being a longer term game speaks for many other aspects of the game. You have PLENTY of time to finish an event which should be a freebie for most people. Since you don’t need to be in this game 24/7 like other games, it’s kinda hard to miss out on event stuff. Yeah this game still has bugs, but I want to keep this game so please just report the bugs. That’s it for now. Hope there’d be more detailed surgeries. I know it takes time and ideas as to how to incorporate new aspects of the game and new story line and I’m definitely willing to wait.

Improvements needed!. So I’ve been playing this game for about a month. The game is pretty cool but there are some grey areas. To buy things and do upgrades are really expensive. I’ve noticed a few time that when I watch the ads to try and get gifts some of them don’t even appear after I’ve watched the ad, so that’s a bit frustrating. You need to update people with those cards and money but there one card that rarity pops up. I have spent a bunch of gold hearts and money trying to get that card but still nothing. Make the game more friendlier to use and stop making it difficult to get the cards that is needed to upgrade. I still enjoy the game but i refuse to have to spend up all of my money just to get cards that I need to level up. If this is how the game will be going forward then I guess I will stop playing ahead of time. Finally, if your people are not working why can’t their energy charge up while they are resting but not in the break room? Fix these small errors and the game will be fine. Add some people of color as well to your patient list as well as on the doctor and surgeon side. Thanks

Has potential and is fun BUT..... The game is fun... I wouldn’t say addicting..and only because just when I think I am getting somewhere and actually playing the game having a good time...oh..here comes 30 sec to 2 min ad. Watch the ad ...start playing again..my task to complete? Build an exam room..ok easy enough...15 minutes wait to build an exam room!!! Oh but wait I can purchase hearts and energy to “rush” these things and actually play. The game has potential and is fun..but there are wayyy to many ads it’s so annoying. And in order to get progress in the game without having to wait ridiculous amounts of time for things to finish you have to make purchases. I have played countless app games like this one but this game is by far the worst when it comes to ads and wait times to actually get anywhere without spending money. It’s find of disappointing that this company can target human psychology like this and feed off of natural human instinct to not want to have to wait to have fun and flash ads of other games and flash “in game purchase ads in our faces constantly” I’ve invested more time watching ads then I have actually playing this game nd I just downloaded it last night... pathetic to say the least.

My reason for 3 stars. I enjoy playing this game it has an interesting story line. A lot of game money is required to do a lot of things which may cause you to spend REAL money if you aren’t patient. I’m a pretty patient person but these wait times are ridiculous let’s just be honest. If I spend real money, which I have, there should be a much faster pace with buildings, new staff, etc. Maybe you should have a premium price which allows premium players to advance much faster especially since REAL money is being paid. It can literally take all day for something to be built, tasks completed, and workers become exhausted which require all these drinks or a trip to the break room. I get it, it’s a game but I really wish that game play was different for players that paid REAL MONEY. It’s apparent we like the game if we would do that, so give us a short cut or two or let us pick the staff we want or need since we have to pay 60,000 for someone in auxiliary when I need a surgeon or paramedic. I actually spend more time and money playing OTHER games while waiting.....

Great game, but needs improvement. I love this game, but it does need some work in certain areas. First, I’ve seen this mentioned before but the income you receive does not do well with the amount you have to spend for upgrades. Secondly, the event mini games need some work. When you get further in the game you can participate in events or special circumstances in surgeries. I think a quick tutorial should be shown before a player encounters a cardiac arrest situation or a blocked airway because it can be startling the first time a player encounters this. Also, the blizzard event mini game is far more complicated than it should be and I think some more work should be done in simplifying it and explaining how the game works. Thirdly, I’m fine with dealing with the ads, however they should be shown at specific times, and only so many ads should be shown in a day, about five or six. By ‘specific times’ I am referring to when I am playing the blizzard event mini game and an ad comes on in the middle of it instead of the end of the game and instead of my game pausing while the ad is playing, it continues without me and I have to make up the time. Please fix these things and I believe this game will become much more popular.

Great game, but... I love this game! It’s fun, and it has nice graphics. The story is interesting enough, and I can rewatch episodes. There are several issues with it, though. First reason, I can’t do any disasters. When you get into the game, after a certain number of days, it allows you to do disasters- this can be a hurricane or a tourist bus crash. It sounds fun, but I can’t do it. Of course, this game requires internet, and my internet connection is strong, but it still won’t work. Then, I have to close the game, and start over. Second, the money. Of course, you get money, xp, and other stuff for completing tasks, missions, etc. It’s hard to save though because you need so much, and if you’re like me then you don’t want to spend any REAL money. For a new ward or an MRI, you need $60,000. To upgrade it to a level 2, you need $120,000. Just a lot of money and it doesn’t flow with the income you get. Third, I think we should get more surgeries. There’s only so many you get before they just become a “rush it, the doctor you put on the job is doing it”, thing. You’ll get one or two, MAYBE three. That’s it. The rest you have to wait for HOURS unless you rush it for 20 gold hearts or 40 gold hearts. When it’s already hard to save, the worst thing you need is a mission telling you that you need a bunch of gold hearts in order to speed up the process and get to the story. Overall, this game is really good, and what I described was more of minor stuff.

Reward Bug. I do enjoy this game. Sometimes the story lines get a little messed up. It might say you’re going to fix a fractured bone, but then you go into the surgery and you’re doing a bypass. Thats not too horrible. What stinks is sometimes they have “events” where there’s extra missions to do. They last a certain amount of days and then when they’re over you’re suppose to claim your rewards that you’ve earned. Every time I’ve played a mission, and spent a ton of in game money on them mind you, when I get on the day after it ends, I don’t get to collect the rewards. Adds pop up when you start the game for whatever is on sale in their store, and that’s normally fine with me, but because they pop up, they seem to cancel out my chance to get the rewards. And that’s a real bummer because I spend so much time working my way up to get the best reward possible and I spend a ton of in game money on them.

Lost all my staff after spending REAL Money. I’ve been playing this game for a long time. I’ll admit it’s one of my favorites & I’ve recommended it to a lot of friends. While playing I’ve spent a large amount of time & REAL money to build up both my staff & hospital. After I tried to play a few days ago I downloaded the most recent update. After I did I lost ALL of my staff. You can still see my level & the points under staff icons but there’s no picture and it keeps asking me to buy staff members. I reached out explaining that I’ve spent my own money on an app I thought I could trust and would appreciate the issue being addressed. I was told they would look in to it but absolutely no apology or answer to anything. I got on today with crossed fingers hoping something would’ve been resolved but nothing. I know most people won’t see this because it’s a negative review but do not download or purchase anything that has to do with this app. It is highly addicting & you’ll end up losing money from developers who will rip you off. A total waste of time & I regret ever wasting my time and money on it

Irritating. I have a few things to say about this game, unfortunately more negative than positive. I love the game, it’s fun to play and sort of addictive, but if you don’t not plan on spending money through the game, it’s gonna start to be come very hard to stay focused with playing the game which is why I ultimately ended up not playing the game for a few months until I recently decided to give it a another try. Upon opening the game....it did not want to load. I have the IOS 11 and I have the updated version of the game, but still nothing. I deleted the game and re-loaded the game mind you I had been pretty far with earning paramedics, nurses, doctors etc which is pretty hard without spending money and I had to completely start from scratch 😑. They just recently obtain the option for us to load from where we were at Incase you were to re download the game through linking your Facebook account with it. Once again, the game does not want to load!!!! I’m sooo irritated

Great game in need of minor improvements. I’ve been playing this game for a couple weeks and must say it is a pretty good game. I wish you had the ability to change where the rooms are located. The way the game is now, you end up with all different kinds of rooms scattered everywhere. It’d be nice if you could move them and group them together. Or in whatever other fashion you like. Earning money to start the game is a little difficult but you just have to take your time and not advance the storyline to quickly so you can get some cash built up and upgrades completed. I don’t like how the type of person you get when you recruit is random. It took me 5 days and 120 hearts that i saved plus 360,000 of in game currency to get the nurse that I needed so my wards and reception area wouldn’t shut down. Now I have 7 surgeons that I don’t need. I think that if you’re having to spend a huge chunk of change to recruit people that you should at least get to select their position. Other than that the game is pretty good. Keep up the good work.

Great Sleeper Game, do not need to spend money. This is a great game to go onto, re-up your staff and start missions and upgrades (which all take several passing hours to be completed). I love having something to open and fiddle with for a minute or two at any time during the day, if I’m bored or need a momentary distraction. There’s plenty of opportunities to earn “in game money” and in game golden hearts by just playing - there’s options to watch adds or pay just like any other game.. but they offer enough of both by completing missions and logging in that there’s plenty for free play. Contrary to previous reviews, I have not spent any of my own money purchasing things. The game is built so you slowly upgrade your hospital and staff over time to collect more “in game money” to keep upgrading. There’s tons of missions. Some of them are offered early on, but you should wait until your hospital is producing enough “in game money” before even attempting them. The constant pop ups for deals to purchase are annoying which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5 Star.

Just fix some annoyance please. This game is really fun and interesting but the little stuff really ruins it for you. Everyone knows it’s always about the little things in life. Well I know they need to make money but does the special purchase ads need to show up after every time you finish a task. It’s like ok I got it I know it’s a limited time offer. But I’m poor af and don’t want to spend money. There should be an option that lets you click on “don’t show again.” Then to upgrade in the game costs so much money. 😑 It feels like my student loans where I pay and go no where with my balance. We don’t even make that much money with our hospital rooms or missions. Yet everything is so freaking costly to upgrade. 60k to get a random card of a new staff member. Are you for real? 60k to update each freaking room. They are need to give out more energy recharges if it’s so costly just to upgrade the break room. That only recharges the stamina of one staff at a time. I go to sleep and wake up to see all of my staff need to recharge. Ugh I’m done ranting now. Please fix the little annoyances because I really think this game has a lot of potential.

It’s good but could use some improvements... I love playing this game and it is a lot of fun but, it could use a few changes. For example, when you are setting up your hospital it tells you where to put your departments and you can’t change it. I was hoping to move around some departments to make things more efficient for myself and more life like in general but you can’t move anything and I can make my hospital really bothersome to look at. Also, money is really hard to come by in the game and it takes a lot of cash to upgrade the hospital. Most importantly, it costs 60 grad to hire a new worker and you may really need a nurse but they give you a doctor instead. So you have 5 nurses trying to run 5 departments and have 5 drs running 2 departments. Also I was VERY angry when I went to purchase a new employee and they said that I had duplicated an employee and just gave me skills instead! I needed another employee not skills. All in all this game is pretty fun to play but it could make some changes to make game play even better.

Great game but trouble purchasing ad free. I am new to playing this and so far I love it. I love how there are instructions only at the onset of each surgery, and then you are in your own. It creates a challenge. The thing I probably like the most other than building the hospital and the providers within, is the sideline mystery story. I have more of an incentive to play. However, the only issue I have come across is when it asks if I want zero adds, I press okay and the notification disappears and I continue playing… I want to make the purchase for ad-free play; however, there must be a bug that needs fixing. Hopefully you guys, the creators, can look into this! Thank you for creating such a different aspect in game play along with the medical procedures.. I’ve always wanted to have a career in this field but I chose finance..boring ! Thanks again :)

Try for yourself you might like it !. Overall I’m really obsessed with this game . I tend to play it everyday. You have to make sure everybody gets their energy recharge so they either make you use energy drinks or coffee . You also have the option to send them to break room . That takes forever I upgraded the break room thinking it would allow many to be in at once . The actual upgrade only made it possible to speed up recovery which is nice .It’s just frustrating how you always have to spend money (actual money) & it’s nearly impossible to recruit a doctor 🤦🏾‍♀️ like you can’t fully run a successful hospital without doctors . no matter how much money I raise from hospital or gold hearts I have you can never win a doctor. It’s truly frustrating cause everything usually needs a doctor but they only give you 2 . The surgeries sometimes are nearly impossible. They want you to be precise . I do love that cause In real life what’s a doctor/nurse/surgeon if not careful ! So I do love they try to make game true as possible . I can’t express enough how frustrating it is that ads keep popping up , the same ads everyday . It’s a great game but can definitely use a few adjustments just to make the game a little bit more enjoyable .

Great game! But big improvement needed. This is a great game but it needs some real big improvements. First of all there is and event going on, and I am trying to participate and do an operation to get through and continue the story well when ever I am in that operation that I NEED to do in order to get by the game crashes and brings me to my home screen. And what is really frustrating is that it is kinda hard to get gold hearts and money because you have to do many operations in order to be able to do anything. I was also kinda disappointed because at first this game made me think that you were just going to save people’s lives by doing operations and level. But I was wrong see there are operations and then there are things that you have missions which you don’t even get to do. All you do is you assign someone from your team to do something and it ends up taking four hours. See recently I built my garage which took 12 HOURS and upgraded my ward which took $25,000 and 5 HOURS, which I think is ridiculous. So I feel that there are still many bugs in this game and need to make stuff cheaper, not be so insufficient with time, AND NOT SO MANY DUPLICATES.

Good at first, research locked. So I downloaded this app around May and it was really fun at first. The surgeries are fairly easy and simple but get slightly harder as you level up. My issue came when the research department opened up and I had to place one of my staff in there. The first go around everything was okay, but then when I tried to do research again the department was locked and my staff member was stuck in the loading screen. It’s been like that since June and it’s August right now. I contacted Azerion via email and they told me they would not (NOT could not) solve the issue but would instead just give me 500 CVs that are used to hire expensive staff members and around 100 gold hearts. I was so upset because how could they not solve the issue?! You literally can’t move farther in the game bc of this bug issue. Now I still play the game to this day bc there are some surgeries that pop up from time to time, but I can’t move on in the game chapter. I was thinking of just deleting the app, but then today all of a sudden I was given every single staff member possible for the game. Despite that, the research department is still stuck, and azerion has not fixed the issue. If you download the game, be careful when you get to the research department level which is season 1 episode 8, and do not put your best staff member in there, choose someone with less stamina. So I give the game just 1 Star bc it can be fun but the game creators are too lazy to fix the bug issue.

Update problem maybe and other concerns. So apparently my game updated I’m guessing and now I can’t play it. It stays on the loading screen and I have let it sit on that for over an hour before. Don’t matter what high speed internet I use or data it changes nothing so it is the game not the phone. first thing I believe I’ve spent enough money $100sss to at least get to play the game :/ I went through some of the reviews and saw where someone deleted and lost everything trying to fix the problem.. well I’ve spent way to much to just loose everything unless y’all want to refund all of the money that’s been spent from my account. 2nd I’m very aggravated how y’all allow the duplicates I think when we pay to get a new character that’s what we should get instead of getting cards 10times over how ridiculous. If we wanted cards we would use the training cards purchaser. If you want to keep receiving lots of money then fix this. 3rd the game and surgeries are getting repetitive. Need some new things added. It’s starting to get boring just going through the same old thing every time... once you get so far in the game there’s only so little to do.. look if you want this game to stay on the top then you need to do what it takes to keep it on the top. The game needs a lot of improvements otherwise it’s going downhill...

This is the first game I open every day!. This is an excellent game that has a variety of challenges and requires several types of skills. It also has an interesting storyline mixed in. I like the feel of actually building an employee base and building their skills and the required elements of a real hospital. It is not so realistic that it’s boring but realistic enough to keep your interest. You can speed processes up by in-app purchases but they don’t force you to spend real money in order to play. They offer ads as an alternative to spending real money which I appreciate. The downside of this game is that every time you open it, it shows their “limited time offer” for game packs for sale but you get used to waiting for them (only a few seconds) and closing them before starting to play.

Ridiculous. I’ve been enjoying this game, but the amount of money the different operation rooms give you is ridiculous. It took me so long to upgrade my operation room, like a whole day to put together 60,000 dollars to upgrade it. And of course during the 3 hours it took to upgrade I wasn’t making any money off that room. It’s very obvious that this game is designed to frustrate you if you are trying to play free, so you will break down and give in to micro-transactions. It takes so long to make money and the prices for the various things you need are ridiculous!!! There are so many different things you need to buy. You have to buy different rooms in order to move forward in the story and to get access to certain operations. You have to buy new employees because different rooms need different medical personnel, but you never know what employee you will get since it’s completely random. And then you need to buy these badges to upgrade the employees you already have. It’s just ridiculous. The game is not bad but the problem is the pretty much force you to pay to move at a reasonable pace .

It’s good but where did all my doctors go?. Hi, so as you see from the title, yeah. All my doctors are gone. So I download this game like many months ago, I started playing it a lot but then I stopped playing. After many months, I started to feel like I should check the app now since I haven’t played that much. So when I went back to my app, I did the daily rewards and stuff, but then I noticed all my staff are not working. I thought they stopped working because they ran out of energy but when I tried to get them in the break room, I noticed that I had no staff. I got worried so I checked my staff collection and they are gone too. Even my beach hospital staff are gone too! Idk why that happened!!! But now I have no staff! Also I was thinking about replacing them but heck, $60,000 for a new doctor! And I only have twice that much but since I have like 9 doctors, I can’t replace that many! And I’m not sure if this is a glitch/bug or the doctors quitting their jobs. And is it even mentioned in the tutorial if you never care for your doctors they will leave your hospital for a better one cuz I don’t even remember the tutorial that much. Other than that, it is a fun game like you can perform surgery and do missions. Btw, I like your game a lot!

Confused. Not really understanding the bad reviews. I haven’t spent any real life money on this game and I’m almost level 15. (Some have said everything is hard after level 10; I haven’t had problems.) The costs(game money) do add up and get more expensive as you progress but that’s for any game. If you do all your surgeries, all the missions and stuff then your money adds up fast. Like any game, there’s real life waiting times involved. I’m a patient person with a busy life anyway so I don’t see that as a big deal. Surgeries are easy even the ones that say “difficult.” I love this game. My husband has noticed this is all I’ve been playing in my spare time for almost five days. Download it and be patient! Only thing I wish would change is the pop ups that try and get you to spend money coming up EVERY time you open the game. I would be okay with it happening like once a day. But twenty hundred times 😂😂 nooo. That’s the only bad thing tho. Love this game other wise!

Don’t get this app. SPOILERS: This is the most irritating app I have EVER downloaded. I was really excited to get this game because I was really interested in completing a surgery. When I got the app, everything went pretty smoothly at first. The plot itself is very good, and could be better, if it weren’t for the fact that there are MAJOR flaws in this. Firstly, when in surgery, the needles do not work. I have tried to slowly close wounds, but it doesn’t even respond to the simplest of doings. It is sooo irritating. I was about to finish a surgery but I couldn’t because the needles wouldn’t work correctly. Secondly, the staff. At the start of the game, you have to recruit staff. At this point, I had about 5 or 6 staff members. The next day, I came back and suddenly had ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS YOU COULD POSSIBLY GET. Okay, I’m not really complaining about that one because it makes it easier for me to handle all of the departments. Thirdly, the staff are charged too much stamina for a singular surgery. Each staff member has a certain stamina level, depending on how experienced or skilled they are. For a surgery, you have to choose additional staff members to help you. Only rare staff can handle maybe 1 at most 2 surgeries. It’s so annoying. If I didn’t suddenly have these rare doctors, I wouldn’t have been able to even BEGIN a surgery. All in all, don’t get this app. You’ll just get as annoyed as I am

Improvements. I’d suggest to add more surgeries from different specialties. You guys should really add more into plastic surgery since it’s pretty much the same. It would be fun to have an appendectomy or anything with an ectomy in the end. You should think of maybe adding some more brain surgeries like a craniotomy. We should have more surgeries on the spine as well. You should also add transplant surgeries such as a lung transplant. A heart transplant. Liver transplant. Kidney transplant. It would be cool if we get more pediatric patients as well as ob cases with pregnant moms in which we have to do emergency c sections. Or we have to do emergency surgeries on the babies. There should be more patient interaction such as if a critical patient is coding in wards you have the choice to be part of it. It would be cool if you guys can add ways where we can edit our hospital like put it to where we can move the rooms to wherever we want it to be located. It would be amazing if we can choose our own specialty like neurosurgery or orthopedic surgery and whatever we choose we could have missions on that field and the more we do the missions the more rewards. More risky surgeries more money etc. it would be a great addition. You should do more patient interactions in which we get to also diagnose our patient. Like taking them for an x ray or mri and doing consults to other doctors in the field to help diagnose and treat the patients.

I really like the game... with a few exceptions. I’ve been playing the game for the past 2-3 weeks. I actually enjoy it, I’m on Level 17. My only issue is that so far im kinda doing the same surgeries over & over.. The ad showed the player performing a c-section, which led me to download the game. I’ve yet to perform a c-section. As far as everything else, I spent only $9.99 on the game, which was to get enough cash to build an extra floor. Once I built the extra floor, earning money isn’t an issue. Ive added different departments and trained my staff, therefore I make money fairly quick, from 6 different departments. And with my staff being trained, they earn more money, use less time to perform a task, and are able to build up more energy to last longer. However, I don’t like that I get duplicate staff members, after spending $60,000, when there are so many shaded staff options. My $60G ends up going to a folder, which is a waste of money.

A lot of improvement needed. This game is a good idea and has some good qualities like the surgeries and the fact that you can almost design an entire hospital. Although, there are a lot of problems with the game. First of all accumulating money is too hard; you don’t get enough money per room for you to add cool things to the hospital. Also, it is really hard to get more staff, to get staff you can do challenges/tasks like surgeries or you can use a currency system, but you can only get the currency (I can’t think of the name of it at the moment) if you hire more staff which is hard because the reason you are trying to buy more staff is because you are not getting enough staff through challenges. Another problem is that there are a lot of bugs to be fixed. There has been many times where the game has crashed on me, and times the game just swindled me out of things. Like one time I was making a new ward and I exited out of the game for a moment and when I got back there was no ward being build and it still took my money. One again this game is good idea and concept but there are a lot of problems that should be fixed. Once those problems are fixed I can definitely see myself playing this game daily on my free time.

Great, Fun Game. It’s a very fun game. Defiantly not a game you can play in one sitting. It requires time and dedication. Getting started may seem like a hassle, but if you do it right then you should have no problems. As far as spending money, I’ve only spend a total of 5$ and that was in the beginning. Haven’t spent a penny since. Sign in daily and you get 20 hearts. There’s also an option to watch videos for hearts. Total of 10 hearts every 5 hrs. It’s a good deal and it adds up quickly. For more income, my personal tip is to invest in the pharmacy. My only complaint would be the amount of duplicate employees :| Along with the fact that we can’t choose the placement of the first few rooms, and much less rearrange them after. Some new surgeries would be very cool, I’m kind of getting tired of polyps, but over all it’s a super fun game.

A ton of issues - beware. I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now and have encountered many issues that I believe are on purpose. I enjoy trying to play without spending any real money and I’ve managed to get to level 16 without doing so. First, spent hearts on a premium training pack and was awarded 100 dedication. The award never loaded into the game. (I email the developer days ago with no response). Secondly, watch the energy from your staff, I have had fully charged staff all within 15 min fully deplete. Today, I full charged a surgeon, closed the app and when I opened it up he was at zero. Lastly, the surgery’s are very repetitive and cause you to lose hearts during the stitching of wounds. I understand that these free games are designed to make money (as they should be) but, with the issues listed above it really seems like it has been more designed to steal from you. I would be very cautious spending real money within this game. Having these issue if your spending your hard earned money would account as theft in my mind. Apple should consider removing this app until these issues are resolved.

No way of transferring your game progress.. I played the game on my iPad Pro (I was Level 20 something) but switched to iPad 4. The game progress is gone as you can’t transfer the game progress to a different device or any other progress saving option. If you delete the app you’ll lose your progress. It’s a nice game but with no change to transfer the game progress it’s useless. Also the Game is Full of bigs which a more than annoying and destroying the fun. Today I can’t even open the app. I’m going to delete that game. 👎🏻

My Experience. I love this game sure it takes up a lot of time but I still find it fascinating and I have spent my real money on it from time to time. The only thing that bugs me though is some of the bugs in the surgeries. I typically had them whenever I had to stitch something up. For some reason it would take me like 4 or 5 times to even get through a surgery because my hearts kept on running out and I would fail. I followed the instructions and tried different strategies. Getting closer, moving back but it still kept on failing me. I’m currently in one of this and I’m about to have my 4th try. I think it may be a bug, if I don’t succeed in this next try I’m going to close the app and leave it for tomorrow because it’s annoying me. That’s what’s worked for me in the past so I’ll do it again. Just thought I should give people these tips, it’s not you it’s most likely a bug.

Waiting waiting waiting..............waiting. Things just take too long. 12 hours for an upgrade to a room or 120 golden hearts of which you can pay cash for or collect 5 for watching an ad. And then only 2 ads in a 6 hour period!! And you can only build 1 thing at a time. Great concept and enjoyable when you can play. I understand the need to make money, but then have more things to do that don’t cost to kill time while you wait to move the game along. More surgeries would be great and less having patients “observed” by the staff for 2 hours!

Really Fun but takes forever. I really enjoy this game. I love the surgeries and being able to control your doctors and nurses. A few problems are that it takes forever to do anything! It take forever to load. Takes forever to upgrade anything or build anything. Also it is extremely difficult to find and collect doctors and paramedics as you can pay $60,000 in-game cash to buy a recruitment pack but you only get one card! I was verry disappointed ! I also don't like the new update as it has added another hospital and I don't even have enough doctors to begin with let alone for another hospital! I find this game really fun and interesting but it is these thing that really pull me away from the game and instead of playing this game waiting for it to load I just go and play something else. Please listen to my advice as these changes would make huge improvements and also solve a lot of problems and issues that pull me and many others away from the game. Thankyou🙂

Frustrating Waiting Time between Challenges. During the first few hours of playing the game right after downloading it, was fun, thought that it would top other games in my phone. Not until knowing that there are few challenges/ surgeries that I can take on, sometimes just 2 surgeries and other surgeries I just need to assign and wait for about 15 minutes, 1 hour the most. The challenges also require the player to upgrade the room and whatnot, means more time to wait for the next challenge to appear. All upgrading should have been put away from the challenge list and should be made as an option to the player whether they want to upgrade or not. In just less than one day, I have already thought about deleting this app as it is such a killjoy when I downloaded it with an expectation to have as many surgical challenges that I'd be offered with. Operation Now? More like Wait Now, Operation Later!

Charged 4 times!. I bought a new doctor which cost $9.99, and then all of a sudden I start to get spammed with the purchase pop-up, as if I hadn’t already just bought it. I exited the app and still got spammed! Restarted my phone, went into another app, still got spammed. I thought, “maybe it didn’t go through?” so I purchased it again just incase, but it still kept spamming me. I kept pressing cancel until finally it stopped. I then checked my purchase history and it has charged me 4 times! Not happy but with the amount of money I’ve invested into the game to actually play and not wait 11 hours, I shall keep playing. I’m definitely going to try and get this fixed.

Can’t really do much. I like the game only thing is you can’t hire people without having money or cvs. It doesn’t tell you can get cvs to hire anyone. I transfer all the time for but then it leaves 1 of your hospitals without until you transfer them back which could take 20minutes to an hour.

Great game, but.... I live playing this game and Igor being able to build and control a hospital. One big down fall is recruiting staff, you are paying up to 500 gold hearts or $60,000 and you cannot get the staff you need for the hospital departments. This then holds up the game and makes it boring to play if you cannot get the department’s up and running. Paramedics seem to be in biggest demand but it’s very rare to get them in the packs.

Worst update ever! Don’t bother with this game!. I used to enjoy this game... it was slow but it was good to pass some time... I didn’t play it for a while and when I came back to it I had to do an update... the update resulted in me losing ALL of my progress... the update has bugs which makes the game glitchy AND I can’t continue because I have zero staff now to complete missions... I can’t even start over because when I purchased staff it gave me unusable staff anyway... Waste of time! Don’t bother!

Problems?. Not sure how or why it happened but after downloading the game and getting to level 10, I noticed some weird and rather creepy glitches on my phone that have never happened before. The game is the only thing I have downloaded or updated on my phone this week so it can only be this. After deleting the game, the problems went away immediately.

Not loading. It is stuck on the loading screen it has nothing to do with my device or my internet. (I checked both) I used to play this game all the time on my old phone but I got an upgrade and I re-downloaded the app but it was stuck on the loading screen. I was being patient because I put my phone down next to me for 5+mins and it was still loading.

Don’t bother playing if they have a glitch you’ll lose your progress. Don’t waste your time playing this game. I had just reached level 14. I had used real money to help me advance to this stage quickly. I had obtained really good staff. Gold Doctors, Surgeons and Paramedics. I had upgraded all my departments as well. Really disappointed when my game wouldn’t load. Uninstalled the app thinking it was corrupted. Won’t make that mistake again. They don’t back up your progress (so their is no going back). I officially have to start from scratch again. After emailing the app support about this they asked for my current player ID which you’ll find in the bottom left hand corner of the screen where the “I” is. After emailing screenshots to them twice now. I still haven’t heard from anyone. Wrong move. Highly unprofessional. I was promised that they would help get me started again. If only they had acknowledged my email and stuck to their promise then they might not have received this terrible rating from me. If it was possible to give a -1 rating I would. Highly disappointed Operate Now creators You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! I’m seriously considering deleting the app. They really don’t deserve anyone to play the game!!!

Trust me don’t download. I have downloaded this game on my iPhone 11 and it’s been the loading screen ever since I left it on for a while been waiting for an hour to start playing game never came just kept on loading and loading for ever I tried it on my other devices did the same thing I turned off my wifi and tried my data nope didn’t work kept on the loading screen just niceeeeeeeeeeeeeee great for ooooooo best game be a doctorrrrrrr blah blah entertain urself doctor experts

APP WAS GLITCHY. wouldn’t recommend downloading if u own an iphone 12>, this game literally would glitch out after 10 seconds of opening the app. considering my phone is up to date with apples latest software, i’m quite baffled that this has occurred. other than the constant glitches, this game has awesome features and the operating tasks (when they worked) were very intriguing and fun! unfortunately, i will not be re-downloading in the future.

Crashing. The game keeps crashing and idk if it’s my fault but it’s so annoying especially when you spend money and it crashes after and you loose the money but don’t have what you spent on it I just used 120 golden hearts to get a new recruit and it crashed as soon as I pressed it and now I have 120 golden hearts less but no new recruit. So annoying was actually enjoying the game but it crashes every 5min.

Too annoying.. 1. So annoying every time I finish a task or open the app I have to wait for the two pop ups asking me to buy hearts or cash. 2. The tools needle etc constantly fail to apply... I mean it’s a few swipes and I don’t have a dodgy phone by any means. So I’m trying to swipe and just keep failing. . Deleted the whole thing, just takes so long and keeps glitching. Not a fun game when you keep failing because the game can’t recognise your swipes.. 😑

A few annoying things. I have to say that I do enjoy the concept of the game and all but there are annoying bugs that won’t let me continue. One being the big where it asks me to clear the wards because it’s too full. I’ve emptied out the whole hospital of patients even taking away the ambulance and receptionist but I still can’t complete the fast even if why whole hospital is empty. This game also crashes every seconds I has the chance to. Especially when you finish an operation or try to watch an ad. Had to uninstall because the constant crashing is driving me nuts.

Getting Annoying. The game itself is enjoyable to play, however, there are too many glitches that make it frustrating and it gets very annoying. You have the option to watch videos to gain hearts and free gifts. However there are some videos that freeze the game, don’t load correctly and even close the game down. I have also found myself watching up 5 videos before the game registers that I’ve watched to give the reward. The latest one is with the game updates. Can’t open the game as it’s out of date and your guided to go to the App Store, you go there and there’s no options for updates, just to open the game and you find yourself going back and forth between screens. 😤😤😤

Not enough staff. After the second hospital was added, they didn’t provide any more staff. So now if you want to run your hospital at full capacity, you have to use hearts to purchase items to recharge the staffs stamina. As running 7 wards with 3 nurses in each ward (for example) uses all the nurses, so there is none left with 100% stamina when you need to swap them out. I have every single staff member in the game, and it got harder and harder to effectively play when you started needed 3x staff in every room in the new hospital. The game needs more staff (to earn or buy) to make the game enjoyable again. The plastic surgeon was a waste.

I love this game but…. There is a glitch where before a surgery there is an ad and the screen goes black with a white dot and the ad does play i end up pressing and holing (to copy and paste etc) and it comes up with something along the lines of “are you sure you want to skip this ad?” and i tap the whole screen to maybe skip it and it doesn’t work.

Most recent updates are not it. I was loving this game, but it seems really buggy now. Recently (after a recent update) I got onto the second hospital but I could only complete one task at a time there before the whole app would freeze up. I deleted and re-downloaded, losing my progress but it didn’t help. I had to start back from level 1 and now I’m having the same problem with the special tasks and events. It seems to help restarting the game in between tasks up to a point but then when I get a task involving moving patients through surgery etc it’s no longer fixable and I have to ignore the event altogether. Can still play the regular level tasks in the first hospital but I’m guessing the same problem will arise when I get to the second hospital again. Anyway, I like the game but it’s getting frustrating trying to progress which is a shame.

Boring and glitchy. All the operations are the same pop up ads attempting to get you to buy something freezes the whole game for about 10-20 seconds which doesn’t seem like much except they pop up one after the other operations will often not let me stitch up a patient saying it is the wrong action but clicking on anything else is also wrong so fail them multiple times for no reason. Doesn’t give you many other staff except nurses so have to leave departments empty while their energy regenerates

Good and bad. The main hospital is good and I’m enjoying playing it - but my second hospital is glitching. I buy more staff and it takes my money or gold hearts and then the staff don’t appear. Happened 4 times already so a waste of my time and money. Would be such a great game if the glitches could be worked out.

Annoying bug that is stopping me to progress. There’s this annoying bug with one of the surgeries in the game. It’s the surgery where there are multiple tumours in the stomach in which you have to remove three of them. Regarding this surgery there’s basically a bug in which after you remove the tumours you have to cauterise the wound with the laser but when you do that it isn’t fully 100% cauterised apparently for each tumour wound, yet you can see its cauterised the game doesn’t detect this and it usually says 60-70% for each wound. Thus you can’t complete the surgery and you fail every time. This exact surgery is stopping me from progressing further into the game and the anniversary storm. This game is enjoyable but it’s little bugs like this that don’t make it fully enjoyable as people wish it to be, so please fix this.

Problems. I do love this app, but the three problems One is that they not only charge too much money to say recruit which costs game $60,000) excessive, but when I did the premium the didn’t acknowledge even though it said you can use the premium which costs gold hearts. The second is that they say earn $110,000 and I’m thinking.... NOT ANOTHER EARN MONEY ONE!!!!! Third problem is that for missions that have to have a staff member that has 135 or higher⚡️, and you have a staff member who’s 100⚡️, but can’t do it because of such a issue. It ruins the fun of the game for everyone! Please alter this for those who don’t wanna leave the app and come back then leave again because of these sort of quests. Thanks.

Pay to do anything. Loved this game until you got about 2hrs in and can’t progress without waiting hours and hours or paying $15 for items to help you progress. Real shame when creators do this. I don’t believe that they have that many genuine 5star reviews without having paid for it. Great game but you drive players away when you force them to wait for pay for more content.

How do you do the surgery’s. This is a fun game, but I find it annoying that they don’t show you how to do things after three goes. I mean how am I meant to know how to remove a tumour. It also doesn’t make it obvious what tool to use, at least make it obvious what to use on the first try. Please, whenever you do a new kind of surgery, show people how to do it.

New Year event couldn’t load game crashes. Everything is good for me, but after a new update for Chinese New Year event, I tried to download the event so I can get to play but it doesn’t let me finish downloading and kept crashing down and I have to reopen the app and crashed and repeat the same thing, till now I haven’t get the chance to check out the event, and it’s only 6 days left to play that...

Good but really wanna see a few changes. PLEASE!!!. Would love to see to be able to move departments to rearrange them and make our hospital truely our hospital. More departments like laboratories, helipad/medivac, make the emergency room more interactive and more casualty incidents please. I really love this game but it have so much more potential that could be unlocked. PLEASE

Fix this. Load times, are stupid. Game crashes after some missions. Also you pay the 60k for basic hire staff package for the level 4 prolog and nothing happens, this seems to be a bug that will not go away even after you reinstall the game and start again

Good game/cost of things too much. I really enjoy playing this game, but I think it’s really unfair to have to spend real money to get new staff members. I would actually play it a lot more if I could get staff more frequently without having to spend real money!! Also hate the fact that I can’t change the layout of the hospital. The cost of things like expanding & new rooms is ridiculous. I really hope you can find a way for us to be able to earn a new staff members, and take the cost of rooms down!! Please and thank you!! I would actually enjoy it more & would happily give you 5 stars.

Wonderful game!. I love this game so much. It’s a strong founded game with a long story line so you don’t get bored. And it certainly makes things interesting. The only fault that I can state is please make more regular special challenges!!! I look forward to them so much and I feel like it’s been months since the last one :(

Don’t waste money on this. This is a good game BUT it needs a lot of work! I spend my own money buying hearts to buy money to recruit new staff. I have 117,000 and it cost 60,000 to get a recruit pack. The game was telling me I didn’t have enough cash to get it. Then my money disappears and I’ve got 17,000 cash. I then spend another 100 years to buy another 100,00 cash to buy another recruit who ends up being someone I already have and the game doesn’t give me my training card like it’s suppose to so I’ve wasted my own real money and my game money. Also glitches a lot when doing operations causing me to fail. This is beyond ridiculous.

Good but needs improvement. Love the game because its so realistic.... HOWEVER! With some tasks it just decided to load forever and never actually open the surgery which it extremely frustrating especially when you spend “money” to get up to that stage of the episode. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS AND GLITCHESS!!!

I love it but why the change. I love the game but why is there now ads I hate ads and now there are ads in this game I got this game because it had no ads but now it does please get rid of the ads because when I go for the power up in the vending machine it says no ads available when there are loads interrupting me.

Maybe add these...?. This is a great and entertaining game but I think it'd be better if there was a reset progress button and if you could edit where you put the departments because I want my wards to be all on the same floor and that can’t happen now.

It is difficult to progress due to the prices of certain things is high (upgrading and recruitment packs etc) and 2. That you should be able to change the layout of the hospital. I would like to have my wards on the same floor etc. Also what I have noticed is that it is so hard to get doctors! I have few too many nurses but what I really need are doctors. I did spend about $14 real cash to get the gold hearts to get more money to spend it on recruitment packs but it’s silly that I keep getting people I dont need. It would be an even better game if you would listen to all these suggestions :) Please and thanks 👍🏻

Money money money 💲💲💲💲💲. I got to the first level and the game demanded money to level up! I was so excited to play the game not only because I had recently seen a YouTuber play it, but that I study the human anatomy in my free time. If you don’t spend the money it doesn’t even collect you progress and you don’t get any more surgeries or character. Furthermore, unless you want to be spending money just to level up, it is a waste of time playing this game.

great game. I love this game, however one thing that is frustrating is that once you have a plastic surgeon and a plastic surgery room, the only surgery that i receive each time is a mentoplasty. I feel that if more plastic surgeries were added it would become more enjoyable. Otherwise great game!

The skills. Basically I have so much skill and empathy and for the event going on I need! Dedication but I’ve been wasting the in game money opening crates to try get more dedication but it won’t give me any just the others. It’s starting to make me think it’s rigged as I’m so close to completing the event please make it more fair or at least make it so you can but (with in game money) each of the individual skills (empath, skill, dedication) Otherwise it’s a great game super realistic and fun to play.

Was fun until the glitches started. I quite liked this game but if you don’t close the app it forgets you played and resets your daily reward. The videos you watch don’t always result in what it promises, you can spend game money on ‘training’ it then doesn’t recognise.... just too many little problems to enjoy it particularly once you’ve spent $10 on it. I’ll play again when it works.

Something happened. So I’ve been playing this for a little bit now and I am on level seven but then all of a sudden all of my staff, all of them, disappeared. I can’t work out how to get them back and i can’t play the game without them.

Waiting. Great game when you can play but way way too much down time in the game itself. Only play for a few minutes before closing app for hours before logging on and only playing for a few minutes again. Waiting for money and spending to accumulate is far too long as well. Not bothered spending real money as it seems it would still be a slow game. If it wasn’t so much down time and lengths between missions it would be a five star game

Like it, but..... So I really like this game! It is pretty expensive to do anything and your money doesn’t really load fast enough to be able to upgrade things. I don’t like waiting 2 days to be able to upgrade or do anything in the game! Also need more variety of surgeries. It just ends up being repetitive with the same surgeries everytime. Need more opportunities to get staff instead of paying $65k a pop!

Pay to play. Although the game itself is alright, there is faaaaaar to much downtime between progress, you can pay to play or wait and do nothing, for me this means closing the app then picking it up later until I don’t pick it up again. The game developers seem to not have struck the balance between keeping gamers engaged enough to fork out to progress quicker, there just isn’t enough incentive to spend real money on the game because after 5 mins you’re back to waiting. Think you guys may need to have a thick about what you want to accomplish with the slow progression because atm all its doing is making us seek entertainment elsewhere and spend money elsewhere. Hopefully you take this feedback into account and make some changes

Good game and easy to use. Good game. Easy to play and get the hang of. I dislike how hard it is to upgrade and get more staff. You also don’t earn a lot of golden hearts unless you watch the videos or pay real money. Would like it if you could rearrange the rooms and put them where you want them (all wards on the same floor, all operating rooms on the same floor etc).

Bugs. Great game, very fun but super irritating with events not loading (events are meant to keep you interested in the game not make you want to delete it). I also have a task that won’t go away/be completed despite having done it at least 5 times a day since I got the game. Would be great if they could fix this. Otherwise super fun and surprisingly relaxing after a long day.

Content upload error. Hey I love this game have played for the past 6 months slowly picking away at it. It’s a great game in between work and the day. Have been having these “content issues” over the past week which doesn’t allow me past the load up screen. Please fix this as I’m trying to do the pop up Africa hospital and I’m afraid I’ll run out of time being booted from the game constantly.

Used to be good, but big problem. It used to be a really good game, but whenever an ad comes on, it doesn’t play and it’s just a blank screen.

Glitch : Current Disasters. This game is so much fun, great pass time! However unable to do any of the current disaster missions. It stays on the loading page forever. I’ve tried restarting the app and phone and nothing has changed. Hope there is a update for this soon :)

Broken?. I tried to play this game for about 10 minutes. In that time, I had to reboot it three times, because there was absolutely nothing happening except the background music playing. During the surgeries I would swipe my finger the direction it showed me, and told me that was wrong. I had to do the swiping the opposite direction to get the checkmark. I do not understand why it has so many good reviews, because it was nearly unplayable for me.

Research locked. Many people complain about the research not working. A staff member gets locked in the research and it won’t start, this halts all progress in the game. Why hasn’t development fixed this yet. It would bring people back to the game. It’s a great game to pass the time and players want to improve their hospital, but when you can’t finish storylines, it gets old fast. Fix the glitches.

Continuously crashed. Game continuously crashes and asks for iTunes store password. Fix your game!

Good Game, Poor Support. The game, activities and content are great! It is really unfortunate that the technological capabilities don’t seem to be the best. The game freezes/glitches a lot. I am excited every time there is a new ‘event’ but quickly disappointed as almost all of them come with technical difficulties. Current disaster mission won’t even open. The game is definitely not updated or supported enough, which is too bad because it has great content.

It’s pretty good. It’s a pretty good game. It’s fun and has intriguing story lines, however the surgeries get boring and repetitive, there needs to be more variety and risk factors. Also, the news missions are glitched and don’t load at all, which makes them unplayable. Fix the news and i’ll give it four stars :)

Research bug. Pretty good game but can’t progress because of the bug in the research lab. Seems abandoned cause this bug seems to have been around for awhile and tried reaching out to support but got no response. Really sad since the game itself isn’t bad.

Ridiculous. The prices for things are ridiculous. I have 20,000 and no quests to earn money from expect 1 which is to buy recruitment package which costs 60,000 by the way which means I need to get 40,000 buy collecting money from my departments which kills a lot of fun because I'm not playing the game instead I'm wasting time to get my game going fix this

Really Good. I really love the comic-book style of the episodes! The surgeries are really accurate and the visuals are amazing.

Game glitch and NO update at all. There is at least 2 glitches that I found. First one is on the disaster news. You can’t exist after clicking on the task and whether you finish or don’t start, you have to close the app and restart again for that area to work again. The second glitch is tue very first task from Summerfield centre. It gift icon shows constantly that there is a mission completed, but when you click on the icon the mission does not show. Very frustrating and I’m going to make a judgement that the creators themselves does not care in any way. Been more than a year since I tried playing this and everything is still the same. No change and no updates at all. Don’t bother spending your money here or even playing.

No Tasks?. I’ve played this game before, and for some reason since the new update my tasks aren’t available. Nothing shows up at all side a5 all even after reinstalling the game.

Too many videos. I understand the need for advertisement within an app, but I don’t think it’s necessary to replay advertisements EVERY time you move from one hospital to another. Another problem is that it often takes nearly a full minute for video to come up. So for any of the things you WANT videos for (free hearts, break room boost, etc) you’re sitting there waiting forever for the video to load up. Very impractical when you’re trying to get a quick few minutes of play in. The game’s concept is solid. It’s a decent enough game. But maybe it’s time to further the story with some new episodes instead of adding a new heart hospital every few weeks!

Needs money for fun. Ad removal a scam. Customer support not helpful. They just want your money. I’ve made a few in app purchases to remove ads but I still keep getting ads. Feels like a scam to me. Too many scenarios where the patient goes into cardiac arrest or gets an allergic reaction. Sometimes I ask myself why I’m putting so much effort into a “game”. I do like the game but it can be better. Customer support is also not helpful.

So many bugs. I like the game but it is at a point now that it is unplayable. - complete a mission but it would not let my collect the reward, then it it stuck in that screen - can’t get the staff after staff training event is completed, waste all the resources and money - you have to restart the game every time in order to start a second mission on the disaster event. Fix it immediately

Too much Adds. players have to see long adds after completing every mission or operation. There are more adds then gameplay.

Glitch. There is a glitch where a did a research quest and the people I used for it won’t come out. They are stuck there, and I can’t do anymore research. It has made me not be able to go any further in the game. I hope it is fixed soon

Love the game but there’s a big glitch. There’s a glitch where when I build the ambulance garage, I do not get a paramedic from the recruitment card. I restart the game then I have unlocked every staff member.

Research Department glitched. Research department staff are stuck, they cant come out and the research mission is also stuck because of this bug so I cant progress in game anymore.

I was gonna spend money in this game but never mind.. I just started playing. I was going to buy hearts etc with actual money, but I’m not spending a cent in this game. It’s ridiculous. The “BARRY” nurse is always busy and my mission/tasks is to assign him to the break room but I CANT. Every time I try to it doesn’t show up and says he’s busy so I can’t even start playing the game. You should really fix this. Also you should have more help information. I went to the information to try to see if I could fix it and there was nothing there to help me.

It’s okay.. This game is just alright! The game itself can be fun at times. It just takes way too long for things to get done. You don’t make a lot of coins in the game and when you do, you have to spend 7 Times that amount to get anything done! Energy runs out far too quickly. The currency in the game just isn’t good at all and almost ruins the game experience. There are some things that happen within the game that are confusing as well. Upgrading rooms and expanding are also way too expensive. They want you to spend about 60,000 coins just to hire a single person! And that person might not even be good or what you need! At least let us choose. And it takes seriously so long to even get that many coins. Not to mention having to buy things that energize them. All in all, there are more negatives than positives in this game.

TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!. What happened to fame you could play and not have to dish out $$$ just to play at a basic level. I am so tired of these developers being so money hungry!!! Totally get making money for your work but ripping people off by making upgrades, getting new employees, training staff, etc but this is ridiculous! On top of that several other people have said once they got to a certain level they had to uninstall and reinstall only to lose everything and start over AFTER spending money on this game. It IS a fun game but I wouldn’t even encourage you to set yourself up by getting it and having to spend money...too much money both real life and in the game purchases using game earned money. Apple should really set boundaries with developers to keep them from milking or trying to milk people with unrealistic expectations in these games when it’s OBVIOUS they are ripping people off.

Good game BUT.... Really good game, I don't mind waiting time, figured out way to earn a lot of money, but there one thing Iam concerned about. I have started to build a new level of the building, it's been already 3 days, it is not complete, and the is no time shown until the completion.... I have selected to build a new room and it says new building level will be available in the future update. So now I don't have neither new building level nor 200k of game money. Please help Change rating to 4 stars, after 3 days finally got new building level. The are 2 things I would change: 1) add more surgeries between the waiting time before missions. Because after a certain point you need to visit the game only 3-4 times a day, collect money, restore energy, assign new personnel, upgrade room... 2) Staff duplicates - its like playing a Russian Roulett, spend money or gold, get same doctor, instead of him/her take token...BUT the amount of tokens is much much lower then the price we pay for the member of staff. And how many attempts do we need to make to get all the staff members? New bug. After finishing the research, one of the nurses is stuck in the finished research. He is not available to assign to any other project and it says that he is occupied with the research...

Good idea, bad execution. I really thought that this was going to be my new favourite game...and it was... for the first couple of hours. Earning money is a slow process and the amount you have to spend in order to advance is just too much. You have to keep a constant eye on your notifications in order to update the energy refill for your staff since you can only do one at a time and for the amount of time I’ve invested in this game I would expect to be further along then I am. I have been stuck for the past two days because my tasks require my staff be at higher levels that they are but I can’t afford to buy more staff until I make more building updates which I also don’t have money for because I can’t do my tasks.... clearly this game wasn’t fully thought through. It truly is impossible to play this game without spending money so sadly I will be deleting it.

Developer stopped caring MONTHS / YEARS ago. I downloaded this game determined not to spend a dime on it due to all the negative reviews I read, but it seemed interesting enough to try. Like most people, I believe the Research Dept is the biggest problem in the game. It seems to exist for the sole purpose of devouring assets and hampering game progression. I have completed ALL the research tasks, yet a tasking remains in queue, which means the game will never progress. Even before this, the game will not share WHAT you are required to research. So you will spend DAYS completing several research tasks until, by pure chance, you happen upon the research the game required at that point. A decent developer would have addressed this months ago. They didn’t and won’t…they don’t think there’s anymore profit to be made here…so it is what it is. I wouldn’t get too invested in the game. Sooner or later, it will bug up. It’s an absolute certainty.

Love it. But needs work.... I really love this game, and I don’t play a lot of games. But this game has it’s downfalls. Number 1# money. You can’t do anything without money in this game and having to pay 60K for an employee is ridiculous. Then you could possibly end up with the SAME employee you already have!! It takes almost. Whole day to update departments and your staff runs out of energy within two hours. To discharge patients you have to use your golden hearts and pay real cash for those. I would recommend changing some of the features. Maybe where we can choose what employees we want; and then choose prices per what the employee does? Also maybe make the department upgrades run faster, and make some things not as expensive as they are now.

Really fun and great graphics but...... When I found this game and played through the prologue I was hooked, not by just the game itself, but the storylines, the graphics when doing surgeries and how the background would move when a character “talked” in the story. BUT!! But but but the time that you have to wait in order to continue the storyline and to get things done takes WAAAAAAAAAYYYY to long. It’s almost as if the doc, nurse, whom ever you choose to do the task is ACTUALLY doing the task. And having to spend 60,000 to get a room upgrade or 30,000 for a room and the amount of time you have to wait for that money to accumulate is like frustrating. Yes you build your own hospital, which I am sure in reality it would cost just as much if not more and take more time, but COME ON..... this is a game not reality. I would delete the game but the graphics and storyline have hooked in too much to delete. Please update game so it make it easier to progress the storyline and game.

One Major Flaw.... Overall, it’s honestly not a bad game. You have your Surgeon Simulator/Trauma Center elements when you have to operate and your classic tier-strategy format when running your hospital, it’s two distinct games in one and they put some meat into the storyline. However... in every patient you have to stitch up any sutures you’ve made. It works when it wants to, the first time you fail a surgery because it gave you eight failures on the stitches you’ll be mad enough to walk away from the whole thing. I kept my patience until it happened two more times and I was done, when you’re playing this on a phone you just can’t demand the level of pinpoint accuracy you’re requiring. I should also add that I even tried a stylus right on the target spot and it was still saying I was doing it wrong, so plain old broken controls may also be to blame. Fix that up and you’ll have something pretty nice, but as it stands that flaw makes it unplayable.

Could be a great game. I’m not going to spend a lot of time typing out my review. It “rarely” ever makes any changes but suffice it to say its concept and design is a great idea. You are responsible for running all aspects of a hospital. The main problem with this game is the developers are too money hungry! Most if not all these apps today require you to spend money on a revolving platform to continue playing them. This game, while you can play without spending money, in order to play with some sort of progression and leveling up speed requires a lot of money, which I will not support. I have paid a “small” amount for things in other games, very small, but this games requires much more than what I’ve seen in most other games. If it wasn’t for that it could be a five star.

Impressed with Customer Service. Typically, I don’t write a review for a game. However, I thought this particular experience certainly warranted one. I downloaded this game a little while ago and I found myself addicted quite quickly. I figured out a good strategy and got into the groove of it. I really enjoyed that different scenarios would present themselves and add a different level to the game than the single storylines. Unfortunately, I found that there was a technical difficulty. I went onto the website and was able to voice my bit of concern and what I was really impressed about was that they got back to me within two hours! I was concerned that my concern would go unheard, but they were able to fix the issue! Thank you!!

Pretty cool game!. This game is really cool, with the graphics and all that, but like other reviews, to really “win” the game you have to spend money. Spending money on games isn’t my worth, and is just wasting it. Other than that, the animations are Amazing and the first story on Noah is pretty cool. Now this is a good game and all, but when I was in surgery with a tumor, it automatically lost 2 hearts when I cut around the tumor. I was confused so I had to make a review on this. On day 2 of playing this, you start to realize that it keeps asking for your money, and (in my opinion) that’s really like.... unsettling. I was just spending money, (the money in the game) and then it says like “buy this to get that” etc. Overall I rate this game a 3 not because “ooooh too much money being wasted! (I know that what my review was about)” but because the storyline isn’t that good. Did I mention that on one point, a storm appears out of nowhere and you move to Africa?!?!?! Africa is its own place, not connected to anything else, it in the game its connected to 2 other hospitals! Okay, bye bye!

A bit much. This game mostly makes you spend money just to play. You try to buy the tools needed for the hospital to function and it gives random things that you don’t need until it makes you spend cash. It also constantly needs updates which has my iPad full. I have to delete my other games and apps just to update this game. Way to many update needed. I almost feel like they released this game to the public before it was finished. The sad part is that the game is fun to play until you get to spending money constantly and deleting apps that you need or like just because you’ve put so much cash into this one game.

Too many ads, load too slow for 5 gb stored onboard. Every time you open the app from scratch it loads an ad. This is after the long period it already takes to load the app. Every time you complete a quest you see an ad. Requires being online to play. So not good for being away from wifi. There are only so many operations so you have to repeat the same surgery offer and over. Pro tip: if sutures aren't going in right then hold the tap before dragging and then hold for away before releasing. General storage in system preferences says this app is using 4gb on my ipad. And it still takes 3-5 seconds to load each repeating popup ad every time you open the app. This means you spend about 2 minutes before you even get to start playing smoothly. And the play consists mostly of earning money and recharging energy (automated processes).

Love the GAME! Not the new UPDATE 👎. Please switch back to the old version. I know what my staff members are doing! It’s confusing whenever someone is in the break room, I have to scroll to find the staff who’s energy I have to recharge. It’s also to big , I like to be able to see more members at a time. I only want the members that have to be recharged to appear when I click on the break room part, not all of them. PLEASE SWITCH IT BACK. But other then that I love game. And can you’ll create something where it’s cheaper like 50% to update builds for like 200+ golden hearts for a 24 hour period because some builds are like $1,000,000 to update. Could it be like how y’all have the builder for 200 hearts. Thanks

Great game but issues. The bad news is first. There is a lot of issues. There is spelling issues. It also says I got gifts in the new hospital. However when I click on them it says does not show. In the maternity ward, I did the right thing by putting a piece of clothing into the thing next to the thing I put shots in. However it caught on fire. Then the baby accepts it. I also think the maternity ward should have came with instructions. It is a great game overall. There is a lot of realistic surgeries. There are a lot of great story plots. I feel like I am learning how to save money overall. I really like traveling to other countries and the surgeries are a lot of fun.

I really like it but it has some flaws. I've been playing this game for a while and it's really fun, but its way too hard to earn money and when you buy medical resources or training packs you can't specify which one you want. I know the reason for that is to not make the game too easy, but I think if you could buy the one you need (like in real life, when you go to a store to buy cereal you dont spin a wheel and hope for cheerios) it would make it more realistic and fun. Also, on one of the "Gaping Wound" surgeries it always glitches when I try to stitch the person's leg back up and eventually I fail the surgery just trying to so what you're supposed to do which is pretty frustrating. Although, overall I'd suggest the app.

please fix issues. seriously.. i tried to get into the game a long time ago, but there was so many bugs i just couldnt. i downloaded this a few days ago and now im pretty much running into the same problem. my disaster will NEVER load. it takes too long to get money, which you can lose in one second for one staff member (60k for recruitment of one staff? really?) plus it takes forever to get any kind of staff member when i feel like it shouldnt take so long to get any. i also do not like how sometimes i should get something out of a folder, only to not get anything and the screen be blank. another complaint, but not related to game play, is i can’t figure out how to save my progress. i was a level 10+ on my game, it got deleted accidentally and when i redownloaded, i had to restart from level 1. insanely annoying in my opinion.

Lots of potential, but came up a little short. Good game, but too hard to gain doctors required to continue through the game. The big gripe I have and reason I deleted the game was I would preform surgeries correctly, but keep failing for unknown reasons, and finally after completing with the same procedure again and again and again it would finally accept it and finally complete the surgery. Maybe will come back to it down the road when developer can really sit down work out the kinks in the game and improve game play. Also would have to perform surgeries when no tutorial was given, so no way to continue other than taking penalties and waiting for your nurse to give you clues which shouldn’t be the case for a surgeon and hope your patient doesn’t crash. Very annoying when it’s your only way to continue in the game. The surgery bits are quite fun when it works correctly and extremely annoying when it doesn’t.

Love This Game. I seen a past review stating how it was hard to make money and honestly they must of worked on it because I don’t have that problem at all I generate a lot of cash and I get a good amount of hearts they do an every 6 hour spin when you first start and then an every 4 hour spin and with every spin you get cash or hearts or energy i love the operations and the stories that come with it I’m on LVL 10 and I haven’t got bored yet the wait for upgrades isn’t that bad 2 hours at the most and the break room is a great way to regenerate your staff without having to purchase energy if you don’t have the money but overall it’s a great game and I enjoy it ... the operations aren’t that difficult and they walk you through it overall worth it if you ask me.

Good game just a few issues UPDATE. I've never reviewed an app before, but this is one of the only games I really like and consistently play. 40+ days in a row. I also have problems occasionally getting the game to load, but not to often. I just wish the surgeries were a little harder and that there was more variety. I also can't stand that I keep getting duplicate characters and all I'll get is like 50 training cards. So I spent 60,000 to get 8,000 worth of cards? Not fair! Also got duplicates twice when using my hearts, and I haven't spent money in the game so I've been saving them up. So using 120 hearts to get like 150 training cards! What a waste! But I still love it, it's a good game UPDATE: I only have 57 staff members. Used 480 gold hearts to buy more and all 4 were duplicates!! It's taken me a long time to save those hearts, could at least give me a NEW staff member!!

Was fun at first. Let me first say the graphics and story line are great. The reason I initially downloaded this game was because it reminded me of a Nintendo ds game I once played "Trauma Center :under the knife". It's very much like that however the surgeries are few and far between. You have long wait times. Not a whole lot of advancement without having to pay real money. Little bits here and there isn't a big deal but it takes about 100 hearts to get 100,000 dollars. 60,000 usually what is costs to build departments. You can make 2500 a day per department store, if that and it'll cost you about 10 bucks for 1000 hearts. Which if it were a game for a one time purchase with more game play, I'd pay that. But this day and age, everything is based on micro transactions. Personally, this game is too greedy for me.

Bugs, Technical difficulties, getting boring.. Operate Now use to be so fun when I got it. This was the first game I ever spent real money on. An now I regret it. I am always emailing the support team because something is always going wrong with this game. From not opening to my progress disappearing to not receiving my rewards. Honestly I shouldn’t have this many problems with a game. Another issue is it’s getting boring, why don’t you add more surgeries, new and more tougher. what about if we can create our own person. Implement other people’s personal lives in this game. Or even hear voices from the staff. An building more departments in our hospital. For example the first hospital you can build a pharmacy, yet the second you can’t. Make it interesting and not so repetitive. My younger nephew can do these operations.

Mix Feelings. I actually really love this game. But first of it’s very difficult to get new staff and if you want them you have to use gold hearts which can be difficult to warn through out the game. I’m here to play and have fun not to spend real money, but you kind of have to in order to advance. The skills are difficult to earn also. Leveling up is not even really that important if you can’t get skills or gold hearts. It just gives you more EXP which is not what i want. Also the staff that works the most should get their own EXP so it’s not too difficult for them to earn energy or everytime i level up my staff would earn a couple of energ. But no. Leveling up is pretty useless. And also the reason i stopped playing was because one day all of a sudden i LOST all my money and gold hearts so therefore i quit bc it was difficult to earn them in the first place. Hope you all will take it into consideration to make more changea on the game

Having a problem with the Operation Now: Hospital Anniversary Storm. EDIT: I’m finding out that this glitch is occurring in every operation that has to to with the removal of the 3 stomach tumors. I’m hoping that the fix it before the end of the event or I’m deleting this game. Ive spent a fair amount of money on it and will refuse to if this continues every time they do an event. I’ve been playing Operation Now: Hospital for quite some time and like the game but am having a problem with one of the Anniversary Storm activities. It has to do with removing the stomach tumors of Mr. Wallace. It doesn’t let me complete the activity so I end up failing the operation. I had a similar problem during the last special event with the sister hospital where everything was fine but there was 1 operation that was practically impossible to complete. Not sure if the developers will see this or pay attention since trying to contact them from the game is as hard as the problem I’m having.

Update glitch now resolved!. Updated Review: Developers have finally resolved this issue, and the update glitch has been fixed. Thank you! I have invested over $80 in this game, but every time it is updated, (which is regularly) there is a glitch and you cannot update without re-installing the game. When you re-install, you loose all progress and hence, all monies invested. This has happened to me twice now, so i am now convinced that your game is a money scam. I now will be formally contacting the app store to report you, contacting my Amex card to refund all my money as well. This has happened to many other players as well~so disappointing and infuriating!

Lost my saves. I had to delete the game from my iPhone. I’m thinking, it’s okay. I signed in with my Facebook account. I don’t have to worry about losing saved games and everything. It’ll be there. No. No, it was not there. After a week of consistently playing and getting to level ten, I lost literally everything. The save game feature doesn’t work. Why sign in if that’s the case? On to the next issues. Money. Hearts. All of it. Without spending real life money, you can not proceed in this game. I had to wait 24 real life hours to be able to make another move because I couldn’t purchase any upgrades to do missions. This game is built in a way that forces you to have to use your real money. And don’t bother spending $9.99 thinking it’ll get you anywhere—you’ll spend it all on your first set of minor upgrades to progress in the storyline and then find out ten minutes later that you should have saved it because they open up an entirely new hospital for you to work on. It isn’t worth it. I thought it was fun until getting on the past two days and not being able to do anything. One mission a day because I had to let everyone rest repeatedly. And then, you know, the entire game deleting my saves after I created an account specifically FOR saving progress...

I love it! But.... I really love this game! It has a lot of unique components and extremely fun to play! It does although have a couple things that could be improved. First of all, I think that you make earning and losing money and hearts a little more reasonable. We get 3,000$ for one surgery and then we have to spend around 60,000$ to upgrade a ward or an MRI? The surgeries should give us more or the players shouldn’t spend as much money. It also takes around 3 hours to have an MRI scan? The surgeries that way are short and rare. A lot of repetitive surgeries. I just finally did a new surgery with a heart! But then again it’s rare. When we have disasters, there’s around 30 patients to cure, and according to what I said earlier, 3 days is not enough to cure them all! But overall this is a really good game but I agree with players that say this.

One of my favorites, but pop ups are out of control. This is probably my favorite game app. I love the story lines, the interface, and the different goals that I try to reach. However, in the last week or so the in-game pop ups have gotten 1) more plentiful and 2) buggy. Sometimes a pop up loading square will appear mid surgery, preventing me from being able to suture a wound. I won’t be able to get rid of it until I go back to my hospital screen. This also happens when I am working in my satellite hospital (currently Africa), and won’t disappear until I go back to my home hospital. It would be great if the pop ups only appeared once every 24-hours, or if not, once a session. They continue to pop up every time I go back to my home hospital screen. I hope you’ll be able to fix this!

Great game, needs a few fixes. For one, I think there is way too many ads in this game. I love it the game, but it’s a little annoying to have an ad pop up nearly every two minutes. I know that since it’s a free game you kind of rely on ads, which is understandable, but maybe you could add a “remove ads” option, or format them another way besides pop-ups? It’s just really annoying to have to deal with pop ups. Secondly, one of the tasks for the prologue, episode 4, specifically the “recruit staff” one does not record my progress on it which does not allow me to advance. It says that I need to open one recruitment box, however I have opened two and the task is still incomplete. Is there any way around this? Overall though, this is a truly great game. Probably one of the best hospital/surgery games I’ve played on IOS.

Fix it, then I’ll love it. For the last 8 hours I have already had to download, delete, then re-download this game. I didn’t spend any real money, and got further in levels the 2nd time around. The biggest problem I ran into was that after I close out of the game window on my phone, when I return to the game, all of my staff are gone. Like gone forever. And that includes the staff that came with the game, not just the ones I earned. I’m not even far enough in the game to have enough money to get new staff. I’d rather just wait it out or delete the game altogether. I’m going to give this app one more shot of deleting the app and re-downloading it to see if there are any improvements and if the same thing happens I’ll let you know. So in conclusion, I loved the game until it crapped out on me. I’ll give it one last chance because it started out really good, but if it does this again, I’m done with it. Update: I checked out the game this morning to see if my staff came back, and guess what...they didn’t. I deleted the app and attempted to re-download, but it wasn’t downloading. I really want this game to work, it was super fun before all of the problems popped up. Fix it, and I will totally try it again.

An ok game.. Im going to first say when I started playing this game I was very excited because I love playing games like this, but over time the game just started to become tedious and it seemed unachievable. It takes so long to gain coins and to level up. Plus when you're doing surgeries for the main story line its broken up so much its really hard to follow whats going on. Im very hesitant to delete this game because it does have its fun side games but its not enough to keep me from deleting. I also recently have had all of my hospital workers deleted from my account. Don't know why but now I have to start all over and rehire more workers?? I figured if i delete the game and re download it all my workers would come back but its been 3 days and still nothing. Im not rehiring workers in the middle of the game. Definitely a bug that needs to be worked out. But the game was fun while it lasted.

Why so many ads?!?! Staff back please!!!!. I love playing this game!!! Since the “Halloween” update (which I do not participate in), there have been ads for other games that pop up randomly and ads that I have to watch after completely a task or assignment. I don’t remember so many ads. I don’t mind watching an ad to get more hearts or money on my own time, but to watch one after completing something reminds me of all the other mindless time wasting games out there. This game is better than that!! Also it either crashes or tells me I am wrong when stitching up wounds. The revenue is also not enough to buy more staff and upgrade or purchase rooms. Especially if Im trying to help out the neighboring hospitals. Also latest updates we all have lost our staff when will we get them back? I wont play until then!! Please fix these and I will definitely update my review!!!

Bugs. I just wanted to say the app functioned okay before this new Asian theme. Now it crashes in the middle of surgeries which makes my characters energies go to waste. Before the new update ads would pop up while I’m in the middle of a surgery, and the worst part was I couldn’t exit out because it was just a loading box. It would only fully load when I quit the mission. Other than these bugs I think the game is great. *update* Since the most recent update this game has been crashing right in the middle of surgeries. No matter how many time I try it keeps crashing. I don’t know about anyone else but this is an issue that needs to be solved. If I can’t move forward in the game because I can’t complete one mission, then there’s no point in me having it.

It keeps glitching or something!!. idk what’s happening to the game. don’t get me wrong, it’s a good game and i’m not deleting it bc it’s fun!! but i just magically gained a wholeee bunch of good doctors, WHICH IM FINE WITH!!! but i am somehow locked out of my research department and i need to get in there to finish seasons and levels. i have a doctor stuck in there and it won’t let me start it! every time i press a level to go to the research department it says locked and it doesn’t do anything. i’ve updated my game many times and it still doesn’t seem to work!! so i just wanna know what’s going on. a glitch or something?? idk but y’all need to figure it out so i can actually play my game, thanks.

Annoyed, calling for action. The game is awesome. I would have loved to keep playing. Despite the fact that I’ve spent more money on this game than any other. Despite the fact that it glitches in surgeries, which is the whole point of the game. Despite the fact that twice it cheated me out of staff, one I bought through recruitment and one I was supposed to win “free” for completing a challenge. I would have loved to keep playing despite all those things that brought down my enthusiasm for the game. But when I’m waiting hours for a particular mission to pop up and the mission is to supply 10 energy drinks, which means I will have to spend more money again to complete this challenge in time, so like a dummy I do, and low and behold, the last three energy drinks disappear when I try to give them to my surgeon. That’s the last straw among many many straws. If the developers can be vigilant, I would keep playing.

Non-functional features - Restarts from Beginning Ignoring Purchases and Time Invested. First of all, apps will have issues, it’s about how developers react to those issues and make timely adjustments. I have reached out to the developers some time ago and have received absolutely no input and no changes ensued. There are features that, frankly, you need to get through the game efficiently that are non-functional like the ability to watch a video to gain capabilities. Instead, you click and it looks like it is permanently attempting to load. You have to completely close the app to get it to reset and become useful again. Also, there are options (like signing in via Facebook) that would allow one to store results on the cloud and play from any device. Upon selecting that, no results would save. I could play for hours, close out, and upon re-entering, it was like those 2 hours never existed. I then logged out via Facebook so as to store results locally to find out that after many weeks of play and purchases, I have started all over. Again, when reaching out to the developers, no action ensued. They did not re-enable the purchases made either. So upsetting. In short, don’t waste your time with this app. You lose time and money and can’t get minimal help to get basic functionality once again functional.

Game went from okay to worthless. Was a fun time killer at first, but now the game is no longer worth the time and headache. Consistently crashes over and over. Launched it this morning and it crashed four times in trying to just play. It also now plays an ad after every single action that you complete. Collected money? Here’s an ad! Sent someone to the break room? Here’s an ad! Watched an ad? Here’s an ad! The game also crashes after those ads or the exit feature doesn’t work and you are forced to close.’ Logged into during an event one day and it started glitching. Next thing, all my characters were gone. Support was not able to do anything and offered only enough compensation to purchase one single character and basically have to start over again. This game is not worth your time or frustration and if you spend any money on it, you are a fool.

Too Glitchy: Summerfield Center/Disasters/Staff Training. Once I reached level 15, I got access to Summerfield center. When I completed an assignment there, I could not collect my rewards or close the episode/task section in Summerfield Center. I had to restart the app completely to play. I cannot play any further in Summerfield Center, only the original hospital and event hospital. I also haven’t received any new disasters after completing two disasters and I haven’t got any rewards from the staff training event or a new staff member to train. I’m stuck seeing the progress I made with the Doctor I trained and no reward or new staff to train. This game would be 5 stars if those glitches were fixed and new disasters were added regularly.

It’s great, but.... I love this game, and I constantly find myself coming back to this game. But there is something that I think is a bit of a roadblock to players who aren’t willing to spend physical money. Recruiting staff in this game is BRUTAL, because it costs so much. A Recruitment file is 60 grand, and there are other types that cost up to 500 golden hearts. The files are random chance, so if you’re looking for an nurse for example, you are probably not going to get one. You can also get duplicates, but instead that gives you CV, which are used in the PR office to hire staff. Staff in the office coat at least 50 CV, and since you get 10 CV for each duplicate, you could spend up to 300,000 of in game money to hire one staff member, which is insane. So what I would do is either 1. Give more CV for duplicates, or 2. Be able to pay for CV with in game cash or golden hearts.

Please fix this app!. UPDATE since my last post a couple months ago. I have this app another try because of the upgrade. Now I have lost over 350 golden hearts and $5,500,000. I have been working on upgrades and today it told me I didn’t have enough$$. Done wasting my time with this app. Do yourself a favor don’t bother downloading this app. If I could give less than a one I would!! 😡 2 months ago - approximately. This is not the first time I have lost money and hearts, but now I lost at least $1,400,000 and over 200 golden hearts. I am not sure of the stamina like others have posted because I went to upgrade a room and didn't have the $$ to do so and didn't check anything else. I have enjoyed this game but between the multiple glitches, freezes and lost $. I may be done with this game and will make sure my friends find something else to play. Extremely unhappy with the freezing and loss of $$ and hearts.

Bugs, Ads, Glitches, Research Lab, & Missions. I love this game. The bugs & glitches are making the game too difficult to play. This the second time two of my staff members were stuck in the research lab. I even deleted the game and downloaded the game twice. Updating the game didn’t fix the problem at all. The research lab is severely defected. Also, an ad after every surgery completed is starting to become very annoying. Some of the downloaded missions that last for days are defected as well. I’m stuck on level 17 as always because one of the main missions are “locked” telling me to download the research lab when I’ve already downloaded the research lab 2 levels ago. Please, take your time to fix your game. Thank you.

Good but needs improvement. Played this game for some time and liked the operations and challenges but after a while it has stagnated. Good: operations, management, diverse challenges. Needs improvement: whole economy system. Dislike the hiring system. If I’m paying to hire a nurse I should get a nurse and not an ambulance driver (hospitals don’t work that way). Likewise if I’m paying for classes on skill building why am I getting empathy. Seems like it is a waste of money rather than helpful. Dislike the new maternity ward game... if I want to play dinner dash I will play dinner dash and don’t want to do that in a hospital/operation game. What happened to research? Was able to research several items but then others can not be unlocked?! Need more missions and staff. All that and keep coming back almost daily for new challenges. Hope that will be forthcoming.

Great game but needs more research.. I really like the game but I find that the lack of research by the developers is a huge drawback. The dialogue and story line is basically just some medical terms slapped together in sentences that may or may not be accurate. For example, saying "the M.A.P wasn't normal" doesn't really make any sense. If you wanted, you could have made the character say "the MAP was low" or "the Mean Arterial Pressure was low" to make it easier to understand or even "... and he (referring to the patient) was hypotensive". Another example is the patient with plueral effusion. Pleural effusion can be drained using a needle and can be easily viewed (and diagnosed) simply using chest X-rays, opening the patient's abdomen wasn't necessary at all. Consulting a person with actual knowledge in the field medicine would have made this game a thousand times better and made it a lot more informative.

Too bad .... This would be a really cool game, especially for those like myself interested in the health profession. You get to manage a hospital and perform surgeries all along with an interesting storyline. However, it takes a lot of in-game money to do anything but it also takes a long time to collect that money. I agree with those saying you need to spend actual money to play this game. I’ve played it 2 days now and still haven’t been able to complete another upgrade because I have no in game money. If things were less expensive and/or money was produced more rapidly it’d be fine. It’s just not balanced right. There are also mistakes in the wordings. For example, on the achievements page it’ll say something like “Build 10 amount of departments” Also, right now when I collect money from departments, it doesn’t add to my total. Uninstalling this apps now.

Steals your money!. Don’t waste time and money on this game! Even the in game money! 4 times now!! 4!! Upgrades I have paid for and waited for. The MRI level 2 ward level 2 any upgrade to any department that I have selected so I could advance didn’t go through. I started taking screen shots to show that it was in the process of upgrading and got notifications on my phone saying they were done if I didn’t already have it pulled up on my screen. Every time I clicked on the notification to open the app. Every time I waited till the time ran out every single time! The upgrade didn’t go through but of course the money is gone! I have sent several emails I have sent screenshots and I have been patient. They have done absolutely nothing to fix the problem besides sending me a message saying they were looking into it!! So aggravated pretty sure i would have really liked this game.

Would be nice but.... The ads are ridiculous and you can’t remove them. There isn’t even an option to pay to remove them. They pop up it seems every 2 minutes and it’s the same add over and over again. On top of this, you’ll need real money to advance in this game. It’s highly necessary. At first it’s easy to progress, long enough to get you hooked and then eventually you’ll notice your hospital suffering because of a lack of staff. You’ll need to purchase more staff with 60k but it’s hard to get up to that amount of money because the staff you already have are all out of stamina which means you need to purchase coffee (again with more real money) to keep them going. The only alternative is the break room but if you put them there, there will be no one to attend to the hospital rooms, meaning again You’re not making money. So no matter what you chose, you’ll end of NEEDING to spend your real money on either coffees or more staff. Then you don’t get to pick the type of staff (nurse, doctor, etc) you get so you may get one you don’t actually need which sets you up to purchase even more money. Also, there’s a glitch that happens during surgery in which the game doesn’t recognize the button you’re pressing resulting in you failing or having points removed for errors. I like this game but very disappointed. The greediness of these app makers are just RIDICULOUS!

Awful. So for some background...I’m an actual surgeon, in real life, board certified; who enjoys games (laparoscopic surgery is a lot like a videogame). I HAD to try this game based on it’s content. It’s....awful. I’m not sure where the developers got their medical information, but it’s not even close to realistic. The surgeries required do not match actual diseases, the approaches are catastrophically wrong (one does not remove a colon polyp by cutting the wrong way across the body, cutting open the colon, and the “lasering” off the polyp. This would be done by a colonoscopy. A malignant tumor would require resetting a portion of the colon. This is basic medical student information. Technical aspects aside. Even if I a suspend my disbelief of horribly incorrect medicine, the game rapidly progresses from “really easy” procedures that you always win to “easy” procedures that you inevitably fail for placing a suture incorrectly with no earthly idea as to where you went wrong. I suspect this is an attempt to make the player spend money at the “store”. I would rather pay an appropriate fee to the developers for a great game that teaches the player how to progress than to engage in this bate and switch. The underlying story is campy at best and represents juvenile soap opera plots at worst;rather than the real life and death intensity that occurs within a hospital every day. I am sorry that I wasted my time and money.

Love it but has a few issues. This game is so addicting! I love it! But there’s a few kinks. The tourist bus crash mission doesn’t fully load it take the energy from the surgeon then goes to the start up screen with the timer spinning and then...nothing I have to shut down the game and restart it or it never goes any where. Frustrating please fix this. And there’s some help guidance you could give like how do you train an employee and I noticed if 2 similar mission like admit 25 patients and admit 100 patients I started the 100 one first and it made the 25 one go negative 100 in the 25 I had to actually get 125 to complete the mission of just 25. But for the most part great game. Love the details people working in the different departments really cool. Best hospital game I’ve played!

Love and hate it (READ!!). I love this game and I’ve spent maybe $10 real dollars to get one really good doctor , 500 gold hearts and some energy drinks and I was almost to level 10 and I thought.. hey let’s connect to Facebook to get daily stuff (cause that’s what usually happens when connecting a game to Facebook) so I connect and it deleted all my progress including the items I purchased. I emailed the makers and they sent me one email back and have said nothing since. I am unbelievably mad. When you connect to Facebook is should transfer the data of the game you’re on now. I want a refund for the packs I bought or my game to be put back to where it was cause I know you guys can do that. Save yourselves and don’t buy anything from this game or connect to Facebook since they clearly don’t know how to operate their games.

Was good at first!. ###UPDATE### So after doing the current update for iOS I was able to update the game so I can at least open it now but still don’t have my staff booster pack to level 3. ###ORIGINAL REVIEW###I did really like this game until I got a pop up that said for 89 Golden Hearts I could upgrade my staff & it took my hearts but didn’t upgrade my staff. Customer support said I have to go to the staff individually & select the one’s I want to upgrade but doing that makes me pay which defeats the purpose of paying the 89 Golden Hearts. Now when I try to open the app it says I need to update to the newest version to play and then takes me to the store where guess what? Yep.... you guessed it, there is no update available for this app. Please fix soon or I will delete along with many others I am sure.
