DAZN: Stream Live Sports App Reviews

Always Problems. I cringe each time I access the DAZN App. There is ordinarily some new problem each time I try to open the App and access NFL Gamepass. The NFL made a poor decision to transfer the NFL Gamepass access to DAZN. The old App was much better. With DAZN, it either requires that I sign in anew each time I open the App, it requires one to fast forward through the commercial breaks (while the old App simply eliminated the breaks on video replays of a game), it limits one to 6 registered devices but gives no indication in the Account area which of several similarly named devices it is registered on, etc. My most recent problem is the inability to register 6 devices. While my account shows 4 registered devices, I cannot access the App on my IPad (which I am using now to type this review) or on my iPhone. I must de-register devices one at a time in an effort to determine which device is which in the My Account section that lists the registered devices. When I open the App, I ordinarily see a warning the “Something Went Wrong” - “Try refreshing the page, restarting your app”. Of course, restarting the app does not help. I can only hope that the NFL decides to take away access from DAZN and restore it to the NFL Gamepass App that was used in the past. I will now continue to try to gain access on two more of my 6 allowed devices. I expect much frustration and a long day dealing with these issues.

Outstanding Apps, Great NFL Content. I’m using the Apple TV app primarily, but the iPad and iPhone apps are great, too. The NFL Game Pass for international customers moved to DAZN (pronounced “‘da zone”) this year. Last year, the Game Pass was a smart TV app from NFL Media. Moving to DAZN moved us to the Apple family of apps. I was concerned at first but moving to DAZN was a great move. Plus, DAZN brings watching multiple live games at once and the “key moments” feature. The picture quality on the big screen Apple TV app is excellent. My favorite unexpected feature: DAZN shows all the game day commercials. It really adds to the “I’m back home” feeling of watching the NFL overseas. Highly recommended.

Horrible Tech Support. Tried to order the fight and get a subscription but although the subscription and ppv went through on my account the fight was never made available. Had to eventually order the fight through Showtime which was a much better option. Then the app never showed up in my apple subscriptions on my phone and only on my computer. Their tech support is basically non existent and their online chat is NEVER available. 2 days later I am still having these issues I can’t get a refund and no one has gotten back to me after sending 3 emails. It’s basically a scam until they get their technology into the 21st Century! I’m sure they made millions off of this fight on thousands that ordered it same day who didn’t get to see it on their janky novice streaming platform. Pass!! Still waiting for refund!

Feel a bit scamed. Thought I was going to be able to stream NFL games but all the subscription does is give you the opportunity to pay more to buy another package to access the games. Feels like bait and switch. This should be clearly stated when you sign up. Already have another app for Soccer and NBA. Really just wanted access to NFL in my current location. Very bummed out. When going back and reading all the negative reviews how can there overall rating be so high? And reading the positive reviews they seem to be written by same person or group of people. Wish I would have read them first. Signed up getting ready to watch. Opened the app. Saw reality and in less that 5 minutes canceled the subscription. Apple should have a refund policy in place if you cancel in a short amout of time. Live and learn.

No, you just listen. If your in the middle east, you will have the worst streaming in your life. With me having 1gb internet speed, with no issues with other streaming services like espn, showtime, bein, tod, and the list goes on, not once i had a streaming issues , watching 4k football marches with no issues at all. But when ever i want to see something on dazn, live or not. It’s bad. Low quality, buffering, customer service isn’t helping, saying you need to see your internet provider because we can’t help, since you tried everything on our website, imagine that response. I have tried everything to fix dazn issue, I don’t have a single issue with any other streaming services, i see them with full resolution, and if 4k is available, it’s smooth and easy without any buffering or downgrading. I was and still frustrated from your customer support. Paying money for a service and I can’t use it because it’s low quality

dazn is a scam. I just payed 20 dollars for 1 fight and I can’t even watch it. This app is a complete scam. I signed up to watch the KSI v. Logan Paul 2 fight and it took my money it’s said something went wrong. This is unbelievable when you pay for new app with a 4.7 star review you don’t expect this and now I find out it takes months to get your money back. This has to be joke this app needs to be taken down I hope theirs millions of people pirating this event and Logan Paul and KSI lose millions of dollars now technically it’s not their fault but still. I was a huge Logan Paul fan until now this is a huge joke. I really do hope that dazn gets taken down forever. I mean seriously now I can’t even watch the fight. If I don’t get a response from dazn, my money back, and a free month I will take this to a new level. Dazn I hope you lose all the money you have taken from people and so much more. This is a total scam.

Horrible app. I have an iPhone bought in the USA. Had DAZN subscription in the USA. Now I am in Germany and it has been almost impossible to make DAZN work on the phone. Downloaded what thought the eu version of DAZN, canceled the us version called three time on their chat, it still does not work. I signed in with a different email, nothing. Just now I thought I got in and tried to play a video from last week it said too many devices used, w yet I am only using my iPhone all other devices are shut down. But I am paying DAZN of course. Just absolutely frustrating.

Poor experience. The app is buggy. Too often I start a game and in the middle of it it resets to the beginning. And there is no way to fast it forward to where it was. Generally speaking there is something really off with the playback of content. It is frustrating because it is rara that I can see an entire event without having to reopen the app or do something to fixing it. On the iPad it is also very hard to use a second screen because the app will force a full screen mode as soon as you plug-in the second screen. And that would be fine until you realize that this set up will automatically turn off the screen after minutes. What you have to do is to move the app to the second screen and show it in full screen. I could continue for hours to report on multiple glitches.

Don’t ever give money to DAZN. Robbed me 240$ with the Davis and Garcia fight and have yet to get a refund with no means of them even remotely trying to help me or contact me back. Had to buy the fight three times to be able to watch it and never received a dime back. Will never go back to DAZN, which is a shame because I love boxing. They give you multiple ways to buy main events and none of them work half the time with ppv, in the forums on Reddit and other site hundreds if not thousands of people had similar issues with no resolve from DAZN. And from I feel was a publicity stunt, they said the canelo fight was going to be free for people who had issues with the Davis and Garcia fight and still, from what I saw and experienced myself nobody was given the fight or money back. Even if they tried helping me now because of this review, out of principle I’d never go back to DAZN and have already told all my friends and family to cancel as well. Will forever be an ESPN buyer now because that’s the only way to watch descent boxing with no money grabs now. And I’ve never had ESPN before. Just watched Haney and Loma and had zero issues with ESPN. That was the last straw with DAZN, I’ve had nothing but issues with them over years and that fight did it for me. Don’t trust DAZN ever and do yourself a favor and don’t give them your money.

Do not download!!! This is a scam!. As an enthusiast of boxing, I had high expectations for the DAZN app, particularly given its promise of providing seamless access to my preferred sport, including high-profile fights. Regrettably, my experience has fallen short of these assurances. On two separate occasions, despite purchasing pay-per-view access to specific bouts, I was unable to view the content I paid for. Furthermore, the lack of a direct customer service line and the unresponsiveness to email inquiries only compounded my frustration. This situation has left me feeling disregarded as a customer, without recourse for a refund or even a basic acknowledgment of the issue. I would advise caution before investing in pay-per-view events through this platform, as my experience suggests a disconnect between the service promised and the service delivered.

DAZN is the reason why I would rather pirate fights. I originally loved DAZN when it first came out. I was an early adopter when it released in the US. But then they jacked up the prices and attached ridiculous rules to try to keep you with their subscription such as trying to force a contract or else they make you pay more. When you quit their subscription they make you pay an additional month before the cancellation goes through. So if you’re only getting it for the month you have to cancel that same day to avoid that charge. I recently got it again for the month for a specific fight and when I went to cancel the subscription it kicked me out saying I had attempted to sign more than 10 time when I hadn’t had a single attempt and basically blocked me out of my account until the next day. When I reached out to customer support I got a message saying that I was signed on to their annual plan which is false because I was careful to chose the non contract option as I wasn’t planning on continuing my subscription past a month because I only cared about one specific fight. I hate DAZN I hope they go under. Looks like o will be changing my debit card to make sure they can’t get any more of my money.

Sneaky Company. Terrible customer service. They offer no help and they are simply rude! I asked to speak to someone other than the person I was speaking to on a chat or if they had a phone number, the person offered no options and just ended the chat without a resolution! I originally signed up for a monthly plan of $20 a month. However, be careful if you sign up be sure to read the fine print/terms and conditions as you will most likely be signing up for a 12 month contract. They offer no way to cancel it and will continue to charge your account each month for the whole year. I never meant to sign up for a “contract” I didn’t even know that was a thing anymore. Especially with a boxing streaming app. I guess I’ll have to wait the rest of the year out with this company! 😡

Terrible app and service. This is the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. I wish they didn’t have the NFL rights in Canada. Upped their price even after losing PL rights. Every time you click into a stream, you have to watch a 30 second ad because the subscription price apparently isn’t enough - even when it is halfway through the game or the last second of the game, you have to watch an ad. The number of plays I’ve missed because I’m watching on my phone and the stream cuts out or because I watch a video on twitter is crazy. It happens on firestick and apple tv, too - stream just stops and I have to click back into the game. And every time you watch a 30 second ad, too. Tried using their Help chat, and the guy just tells me to restart the app or uninstall and reinstall. Then there’s the issue of too many devices. Only five devices allowed and it will double count a device each time you login on it. So get your computer back out to go delete your iPhone that was double counted. And my WiFi is not the issue for the stream stopping. It just stops. I have 1.5 GB WiFi, and it will just stop. Everything else that I stream and every device works. I’ll even find another stream of the games online, and it works fine. Fed up with this service. It used to be so good and always reliable. Just disgusting what they charge and the service that’s provided.

App is garbage for having to pay monthly. For having to pay $20 a month or $100 a year this app is absolutely garbage. On days where there is major fights there’s way too much content which convoluted’s experience then when you finally do find your fight there’s minimal information. All I wanna know is when the under cards are and who they are is that asking too much for $100 a year why is it I’m sitting here watching a fight and have no idea what’s going on. How can you design this app that has so much functionality but forget to put the most important information. I don’t care about post fight analysis I don’t care about television shows and clips I don’t care how much of a network you’re trying to make this into all I care about is the fight that I’m paying for and the under cards and you guys are failing on that front

Bait and Switch. I have been a subscriber of DAZN since its inception in the USA through its thick and thin, and trust me there was a lot of thin. The appeal was quality boxing for a set price wit no PPV and voila the same fighter, ie, Canelo, I could see for the standard subscription over the last few years I was told I had to pay another $40 on top of my subscription. Well I refused. They try to fill their sparse one-sided As far as the app goes, 3/5. CONS: If you’re looking for something that took place within the last month, you’re ok; anything longer there’s no good way to find anything. You can’t use vpn with the app. PROS: great streaming quality and consistency. You get to see more undercards than any other production out there. Commentating is good and has come a long way from the early days, but overall the production was better on HBO for those who remember.

TERRIBLE. I’ve been a customer of DAZN for quite some time and while it’s crappy streaming it is cheap so I stayed. However I am trying to watch Gabriel rosado vs Jaime munguia tonight so I decided to buy a monthly subscription. I used my bank card through Apple Pay and it took my money but won’t let me view literally anything I can’t even get past the screen where it makes you pay. Now when I hit pay again it says my subscription won’t start until next month because I already have one? But when I talk to DAZN live chat they say my account hasn’t been active for over a year and told me to take it up with Apple which I did and they confirmed the payment was made. I’m honestly confused but DAZN customer service made literally no effort to let me gain access to my account so I got robbed by a millionaire company for $20 but I am taking it on the chin and i simply will not use DAZN again

Worth it. On demand replays of the whole event or individual fights and NO spoiler pop ups when browsing make this worth every penny. No PPV extra cost. As in all of boxing you get some poo poo fights. But the announcers voice same opinion on em as viewers, would never happen on American programs. Announcers will also “lay into” the judges scorecards or bad referees when they are way off, which I like. Their stable keeps getting bigger and better as guys contracts with Showtime and PBC run out. Would like to see em hire Jim Lampley since he is the voice of boxing on this side of pond and would be a great addition (HBO may still have his rights). Even this silly KSI vs Logan Paul thing which I found akin to “celebrity boxing” turned out to be a great event. I signed up the morning of the Ruiz/Joshua fight, and after the match I already felt like Id gotten my $99 worth. I only wish The NFL werent jerks and would let US accounts have same access to the NFL part of package that european accounts get. Overall Im thrilled I sacked up and got DAZN.

I LOVE DAZN. I absolutely love this app! It helped keep me up to date with everything boxing. Some of my favorite fighters fight on DAZN. Ryan Garcia Virgil Ortiz JR. Canelo Alveraz. But I have a real problem. I of course could predict that the COVID 19 virus would completely shut down all contact sports. I payed $100 for this app and I feel it was worth every penny except for the fact that COVID-19 shut down all of the boxing world for a extended period of time. I was really hoping that I might somehow be credited like maybe half of the year so I could actually enjoy the app that I love so much. I brag to all my friends about how all I had to pay was $100 and I could watch any fight that DAZN was putting on. PLEASE HELP ME DAZN!!!!! Please

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, STEALING YOUR MONEY. I would give 0 star if I can, I bought the service of NFL Game Day pass while I was visiting other country, after the visit I came back to US, surprisingly I can’t even log into my account to cancel the service because the LOGIN EVEN is geo blocked. I was charge me again for another month of service as I couldn’t login to cancel. Their customer call service number I couldn’t find anywhere, finally had to do online chat with a guy somewhere in another country with poor english, he kept saying I used the service so I won’t he the refund, btw, they charged me on 22nd night and I was chatting with the guy on 23rd. After spending a lot of time to explain, the guy didn’t refund so I asked to connect with the supervisor, and the guy said I will be contacted by email by his manager, it’s been week now and no emails…

Horrible customer service. I was very dissatisfied with this app as well as astonished on how terrible the customer service is. Not to mention if you have an issue at all rather it’s being doubled billed, canceling service and just have a issue streaming the only way to contact them is either by text or live chat. There is no phone numbers to call and when you do finally set up time to perform the live chat you get the response that they will get back with you in a few days which takes weeks. It has been almost a month now and I am still trying to get an issue resolved. That’s the horrible part of the customer service end, no for the app itself. The streaming capability is lagging to the point that it freezes up constantly. They claim it streams all boxing matches which is false. I would NOT RECOMMEND this app to my worst enemy.

Decent Match Ups Are Scarce. DAZN has plenty of excellent fighters under contract through Golden BOy or based on agreements with other promoters, but they decent fights in terms of competitativeness are few and far between. Fans will enjoy seeing some fighters fight no matter how weak the competition is, but for serious baoxing fans there are few must see fights on the network. And the best fighgters, even the ones a bit past their prime like Triple G fight less than once every nine months. of the primary North American Boxing distribution platforms, Topp Rank through ESPN probably has the most fights per year and not all require subscriptions to ESPN+ and Top Rank also has stinker undercards, but they still typically are better than DAZN’s, where you have to hope for two co-main events.

Dazn on Apple TV. I've experienced frequent freezing issues while using the DAZN app on Apple TV, especially when using the multicast feature. This problem also occurs when watching a single feed, making it difficult to enjoy a seamless viewing experience. Additionally, there are audio feed mixing issues. When using the multicast feature, switching between games sometimes results in overlapping audio from multiple feeds. This makes it challenging to follow the commentary and enjoy the games fully. Despite these issues, the content on DAZN is excellent, and when the app works smoothly, it provides a great viewing experience. However, the frequent technical problems are a significant drawback.

Unprofessional. As of late, my experience with DAZN has been frustrating. I have been locked into a subscription that I don’t have record of signing up for and have been billed for monthly. When I try to get proof of my signing up for the subscription, I am met with none and no option but a 90 dollar early exit fee. I have tried multiple times with multiple agents and not one has provided proof. I am told they are unable to produce evidence and yet I’m met with no cancellation options but to pay to get out. Also, their streaming service is lackluster, which makes this situation even more frustrating. If it was a quality service, I’d at least be getting something for the money being unwillingly taken. Instead, it’s being taken for nearly nothing in return.

Seriously?. Ok, so I would consider myself a mild fighting fan. I like to watch mma fights and boxing but I wouldn’t consider myself a huge follower. I do like to watch some of these big fights though. So I downloaded this app thinking you might be able to just pay to watch certain fights or pay for a plan that might let you watch certain fights but no. You either pay 20$ a month or 100$ a year. Outrageous. And you might say well if you’re not a huge fan just watch what’s on tv and shut up. Well that’s the thing some of these I fights I really want to watch aren’t available on regular tv. But really? 100$? No way I’m gonna pay that much to watch maybe the 7 or 8 big fights (that aren’t available anywhere else) a year that I’m gonna watch. Unfortunately with some of these fights I can’t watch them anywhere else. It truly is a shame. I genuinely hope someone starts another company that can compete. Money grabbers.

DAZN is on top of things.... I’ve been a DAZN subscriber from Day 1. Am a huge boxing fan, watch essentially everything that is on. In comparison to other broadcasts, DAZN is fantastic in that they will show every fight on the card. Their specials leading up to fights, etc have come a long way as well. The only item I could pick on is their broadcast team for boxing telecast. They have the heavyweight here in Brian Kenny, who has always been spectacular. However, I do feel DAZN needs to surround him w/ comparable talent. But aside from this, DAZN is top notch & you can easily tell they have dumped a ton of resources into their app, as well as their content. I would recommend this to anybody.

This app is disastrous. Where to begin?! Security issues.. I have my own account now but when I use facial recognition it signs into my friends old account. Doesn’t save your changes. I’ve selected hide scores like 3 times and it somehow changes it back. I use this app to watch the NFL abroad. But sometimes when I open the app it’s as if the NFL doesn’t exist as it’s nowhere on the app. Other times the NFL is Iocked then if I exit out the app and open it then becomes available. Broadcasting is set to Japanese broadcasters and I’ve tried every way possible to using browsers, several VPNs, it doesn’t matter. Yet a friend who has it only gets English and he’s Japanese and wants it in Japanese lol this app is horrible and I would cancel my membership if I had another way to watch the NFL overseas.

Bad Service, Worse Customer Service. I purchased the NFL Game Pass (through the APP Store) as an add on to DAZN but there is an issue that is preventing me from accessing. The DAZN on-screen error shows “We can’t find your upgrade…either you haven’t upgraded yet or it’s taking a while to to show up here.” “…contact customer service…” So I contact customer service and tell the rep that I see the charge on my card from Apple for the service and the rep (after telling me I’m taking too long to describe the issue and they’re going a close the chat) tells me to just wait 48 hours and if the problem still exists contact them again. It’s LIVE sports!!! It over after 48 hours!!! I explained that and was once again told wait 48 hours and then the rep disconnected. My first experience with DAZN is definitely NOT a good one. So after a week and approximately 10 chats with TERRIBLE customer service (two of which typed thank you have a nice day and disconnected in the middle of the chat because they couldn’t solve the issue) and never being able to connect I have cancelled and working on a refund. With this clown show I’m not overly hopeful I’ll get it though. Hey NFL, wake up and see that this isn’t a company you want to be connected with…look at all of these 1 star ratings from week one.

Great Value. Most of the fights feature talent under promotion with Matchroom Boxing, including a fair number of up-and-comer British fighters that you might not otherwise get to see through other broadcast outlets. The cards have had good competitive fights in support of the featured bouts. Buying the full year makes the price about $8.33 per month. The DAZN Boxing Show puts episodes out frequently and is worth a watch to stay current on news that is not just limited to the fighters that appear on DAZN. Ringside announcers and color commentary are well done. Camera work and general event presentation is also high level. Four stars given because I have experienced lag and buffering during live fights and have had to restart. This is likely something that can be fixed with app upgrades.

Way Overpriced!. I am a huge fight fan and have been a subscriber since the app first started. When I first started with DAZN, I payed a yearly cost and was able to view every fight they offered. They recently doubled the cost (actually more than double) and you still have to pay a PPV cost for the big fights. Definitely not worth it anymore. I thought they were charging for the PPV so that they could keep the cost the same but I was wrong. Business model was great at first but doesn’t make sense anymore especially in a market where people are getting rid of all of their unnecessary subscriptions. Then if I order PPV through the app, I can’t watch on multiple TVs. When I buy fights, I usually have people over so I have it on in my living room and on the patio. I end up getting the PPV through my cable provider instead. I just let my year finish out and canceled my subscription.

Great content, buffers a lot. Update: downgraded further to one star. The app is flat out unusable. It just buffers and then, if we are lucky, we get 2-3 seconds of fuzzy footage. This is across all devices and only happens with this app. Do not waste your money. At this point it is a blatant refusal by the company to resolve the issue and they need to be reported. I will be doing so today. We use the app to watch a large variety of sports and documentaries. I cannot complain about content or availability. However, of all our apps this is the only one that buffers constantly. Especially when we watch darts which is why we purchased a subscription. It will buffer several times during a match (mostly replays), and the video quality goes in and out. This is the only app experiencing these issues so we have given it 3 stars. If the technical issue subsides we are willing to update the rating.

"Update" Good but not great. It's sooo much better than it was last year. It's still lacking and super frustrating trying to use it on Apple TV. It constantly freezes and the menu doesn't respond at times (can't swipe back and forth on games.) I've checked to be sure that my device and the app are both updated. It's been a couple months of this and it happens every time I use it. Again, better than last year, but still in desperate need of attention. I've been a customer of NFL Gamepass for years. While DAZN has a great platform and many swine features, the quality of video has taken a dive. The picture isn't as clear it should be. Any other platform in which I stream has a way better picture. This is my only negative comment as everything else is a step up from gamepass. However, the quality of picture is of great importance to me.

Check your bank statements. I used to love using this app and purchasing PPV fights, UNTIL I realized that they had been charging me a monthly subscription that I had CANCELLED. They had been charging me for months without any receipts or confirmations that they’d be taking money out of my account for MONTHS. I had cancelled through Apple. Never had an issue before. I double checked I had cancelled after a PPV fight in which I did purchase a monthly subscription plan, and then cancelled it right after. Despite my receipts and my concerns, they could only “verify that my account was active.” The website is horrible. To cancel your subscription you have to go through an AI chat support and I was on hold the first time for an HOUR. Then I tried again to reach a different representative for 30 minutes with no response. So much for 24/7 support right? Additionally, contacting the help email got me through with a representative, in which I provided receipts for the times I cancelled and questioned their responses. All they could say was that the subscription “expired with Apple, their 3rd party provider” (that’s what I’m saying?!) and after multiple askings to cancel my subscriptions they refused, only gave me a redirect to the SAME website in which to cancel you HAVE TO use the chat AI.

WOW!!!!!!. App crashes,Freezing and overall stability problems it Seems like the two companies Apple & DAZN failed to come together to make sure the apps performance was up to par to handle the massive amount of users tuning in to watch one of the biggest Boxing match in history which I was unable to watch most of and parts that I was able to watch seemed to be in the resolution of two giant pixels stuttering around a screen and after reset and internet testing rinse and repeat to the point where I wanted to Box someone my darn self because of rage I’ve been looking forward to the KSI vs Logan Paul fight for over a year and I missed that enjoyable experience other than about maybe 30 seconds of round 6 which I had to watch via FaceTime on iPad from a good friend of mine who’s DAZN app was almost 4K quality compared to the Nintendo 64 graphics I was trying to desperately watch with boiling anger PLEASE FIX AND PREPARE FOR FUTURE EVENTS OF THAT MAGNITUDE TO HANDLE DEMAND OR GIVE ALTERNATIVE!!! Thank You

Terrible customer service and billing issues. While the app for streaming is okay, and I say okay because it’s not compatible to view easily on all TVs even when using a laptop to stream. It’s ok to get a last minute fight at a low price but the terrible thing about this service is customer service sucked! Last time I ordered the app it said that it didn’t recognize my user ID on another console I tried using to stream the fight and asked me to reorder the service, to which I did and they proceeded to charge my account twice! I attempted to reach customer service and the only way I found was via Live Chat, no telephone to speak with a rep. So after 3 failed connection attempts via live chat, I finally got my point across to a rep, who asked me to email them additional info to get my funds returned and nothing more was done. I followed up 3 more times via live chat and was assured a refund would be coming for the double charges and nothing ever was returned. I finally gave up but will never use again and tell all who ask not to use! Terrible! Wouldn’t recommend messing with this service.

JCM Opinion….travel to Dallas ..unable to connect unless I was at home location. Not happy… no access when I traveled away from home locations Where unable to logon when I traveled to Dallas from Ca …not able to use unless at home location where I subscripedI subscribe - if more events are not added by the end of the year I will likely not renew. I believe you can & should replace ESPN pay for view but there is a much bigger market for you! I’m considering investing & will look for your listing on the EUROPEAN EXCHANGE. Any info to assist me would be helpful as I am interested in obtaining your stock.

Best Value in Boxing. Out of all the networks i find DAZN providing the most consistent quality fights at the best value. I was able to watch Canelo fight 3 times within 6 months and thats all included with a $100 per year subscription, not to mention all of the other great cards throughout the year. They also have an amazing catalog of classic fights among other content. Other networks put on amazing cards as well but at $80 a pop for ppv i can’t really justify doing that when i get all of this content for $100 a year. If the other networks switched to this model id definitely get on board with them too.

Complete waste and sneakily hard to cancel. First of all, look at the reviews. The 5 stars seem well written and seem a little suspect to me. Now read the 1 stars and you can feel the frustration. Notice they only respond to certain one? On to my review… I decided to not renew after the first year i had a subscription due to lack of value. The big fights in boxing simply do not happen but once every year or two. The worst part is I was charged for the next 2 years and didnt realize it. Very easy to get a subscription yet its tricky to cancel. You cannot cancel on the app, you need to do it in your browser. Even then “stay with dazn” is highlighted and “cancel” basically looks like the fine print. Thats what services do when they know they are not worth the price they charge. I was charged for 2 years and never even attempted to watch it. The year I had it I was extremely disappointed (content such as MLB started dwindling to nothing) and for 225 dollars you have to be absolutely crazy in my opinion. Too many options are out there for a fraction of the price. Shame on dazn for misleading and charging that price for the (lack of) service they actually provide.

It’s a scam. I had purchased the fight for García vs Davis through this app, I expected it to immediately work after purchase & it didn’t. I think it’s ridiculous that it was easy for them to charge me within seconds but they could not get the fight to show for me in 10 minutes which they stated it should have started working. I logged on through a computer & it stated I had to wait 10 minutes for it to start working, I waited over 30 minutes and it never worked. I tried contacting them (which by the way they don’t have a number only through chat bots) said they were unable to help me until the next day. I need help today not tomorrow. I need to be refunded for a service that I paid for & never got. The only reason I gave it one star is because it didn’t give me the option to give it zero stars. Never ever using this app again. How disappointing.

Terrible quality. I have 920mb per second speed using there suggested test app. Yet the game plays 3 seconds and buffers for 2 minutes or more for the next 3 seconds of video. I no longer have the game in 40 where it jumps from one play to the next. Only options are highlights or whole game with ads still there. The video I managed to watch was so bad you would think it was on a dial up 64 baud connection. At this point I am read to demand a refund because it is just unusable. Give me my game pass back where everything worked great and I had game in 40. I really shouldn’t even give it 1 star as it is the same on my iPad Pro or iPhone 14 pro max.

Horrible customer service. I have been an annual holder for nfl game pass for long time and since it was moved to DAZN the nightmare started. Last year it was tolerable but this season started to have more problems and today was enough. My account is not working and I contacted the chat service as is impossible to talk to a live person from Europe where I’m located. The person in the chat told me that my account don’t have an active subscription. I sent the screen shot of the auto renewal with apple , payment receipt, the they were asking for credit card information over the chat which is not safe and whatever they need was on the receipt provided and the answer was you need to deal with apple as they sold you the subscription!! I will cancel my subscription and request a refund. It’s really frustrating and disappointing to deal with this level of poor customer service.

I FEEL ROBBED. I signed up to this app to watch a canelo fight they were advertising. Surprisingly they were not playing the canelo fight. Only the comercial of the fighters training but not the actual fight. I atempted to cancel but couldn’t. Why advertise a fight you won’t play!!?? Anyway I signed up and paid with my phone . But to cancel it always said I had to do it from a computer not from the app or phone browser. anyway I never could cancel the subscription because I had no access to a desk computer . I ended up forgetting to cancel ( this app wasn’t installed) until I saw a letter from my bank transactions, now 18 months later. I was paying $27 for something I NEVER watched. I feel this is very unfair. Specially because they make it hard to cancel. And they know this. For a year monthly is about $330 for 1 year $100 . This is a Scam. I feel very disappointed and I will never use this app again. I feel robbed . They must be able to compensate their customers. But their customer service is very bad. I have not been able to talk to anyone . Like I said they make it super easy to sign up but very difficult to cancel. Literally $500 down the drain for me, but profit for you! great business DAZN

Plz do not subscribe if you value your money. I tried to watch the Canelo fight on Saturday, downloaded the app and subscribe. Never got an email on how to sign in, even tho I was charge for the subscription. Finally I figured out that I needed to restore my purchased using the app and my iTunes account. The issue is it kept giving me an error message. After some research I found out that if you subscribe you won’t be able to have access the app right away and it may take a few days to access the app. DAZN was more than happy to take my money but did not give me access to see the fight. I tried everything to figure out how to fix this with the online customer service but they are useless, they don’t care and take forever to answer your questions. At the end of our conversation they just said contact apple. plz do not waste your time and money. You will end up frustrated and hopeless.

Only works in country you sign up. I live outside of the US and travel frequently during the football. I have been using NFL Game Pass to watch games in multiple countries without issue since 2017. With the move to DAZN, I’m now only able to access games when I’m in the country where I signed up, which means I’ll miss at least 8 regular season games. This is a major change that was not clearly communicated before my subscription auto-renewed this season. When I asked customer service, they said it was DAZN policy to only allow users to access games in their home country. Since this was not an issue under Game Pass, I can only assume this is DAZN policy and not an NFL licensing issue. I would recommend they review this policy. I see several reviews here mentioning the same issue.

Website is a mess!. I’ve been trying all morning to sign up for this service and it’s been IMPOSSIBLE! I want the NFL Game Pass and I want to pay in installments. Can’t find that link anywhere. Went to customer service who sent me a link that had a NFL schedule and that’s it. They sent me another link that sent me to the NFL Game Pass but it was a Pay the Full Amount Today link, which I didn’t want. I told the rep that still wasn’t what I wanted, so they sent another link. This one took me to a page where I could sign up for $9.99 a month plan and had nothing to do with Game Pass. I disconnected from the chat and logged back on hoping to get a different rep. This rep was worse! I explained what I wanted and the rep asked me where I was located. I said “Costa Rica” and they said “DAZN doesn’t service Costa Rica” I told the rep that they were mistaken because my neighbor has it and we watched it last season. They apologized. Then I asked about the monthly plan and they told me there was no monthly plan. Knowing I could pay in monthly installments, I told the rep they were incorrect again. Then they got mad at me and ended their sentences to me with “!!!!!!!” I told them not to yell at me then I disconnected and reconnected again. This rep did the same thing the first one did with the links to nothing. I was told my case would be escalated to someone more experienced and I would get an email soon because they work 24/7. So far no word.

Horrible very hard to cancel. I enjoyed the services I received for an upcoming fight I wanted to watch but it’s rare when I actually need services such as this one to watch a fight therefore I don’t need a monthly subscription or need to continue to pay for something I don’t watch all the time so I spent 3 hours on my day to cancel my subscription and what a surprise it’s very difficult to cancel you can’t talk to anyone over the phone and to cancel you’ll have to chat with somebody on their website or app and another surprise nobody is available nobody has messaged my back in over 2 hours I wish I could use their services when I need to watch a fight but I will not longer use or recommend this application to anyone you’ll never know the day you want to cancel save yourself from this bad service and headaches

Anti-Consumer. They require a 30-day cancellation period which is basically immediately otherwise you’re charged 2 months ($60) if you just want to watch one event. Then when you cancel it you have to chat with an idiot who says it will be cancelled but remain active for 30 days. When you try to use your 30 days you paid for the subscription is no longer active with no mention in your account of a refund. So you have to chat with these idiots again but it won’t let you talk to a person because the automated system prevents you by saying you have an active chat open even if you closed it. So you have to give them a fake email just to get to a person so they can say oh just subscribe again. As if anyone would any to go through such a ridiculous process twice. Then they say a refund will be “initiated” in 5-7 business days but there’s no indication that’s actually the case. Dumpster fire.

Synchronicity issues with Apple???. I specifically subscribed to this service so I could watch the last Canelo fight. I purchased through the Apple store. They charged my credit card but I never was able to access the content. Every time I signed in, it recognize me as having an account but wanted me to pay again. I contacted their customer service through a chat. I was told that they have Synchronicity problems with Apple and it would take hours or days until I could access the content. Flat out told me that I would be unable to watch the fight. This is unheard of. When you buy an app you expect to access content immediately. If they have synchronicity issues with Apple they should disclose this to potential customers. They should also disclose that if you buy through Apple you won’t be able to access content immediately. I don’t know if this is all true or just an excuse. Basically, DAZN’s agent put all the blame on Apple. DAZN sold and charged me for a service they never provided. Unlike them, Apple was professional and reimbursed me.

DeadZone. I seriously don’t know what happened to the app. I have been loyal to DAZN since almost day 1, when it was made available in the USA. Up until now it worked almost perfectly with only the occasional minor hiccup. But for the last few events it has been dreadful. The live stream freezes constantly, buffers, is out of sync, among other annoying glitches. This last Bellator event it didn’t let me see anything! All I got was a dark screen with the little rotating circle indicating it was buffering. Another annoying issue that has popped up is the casting to my TV (Air-Play, mirroring or direct cable connection Lightning to HDMI). I’m casting the live stream, suddenly my TV goes blank and inexplicably the live stream starts the feed from the very beginning of the show!!! Somehow I manage to get the stream to catch up to the current fight only to see my TV go blank again and go back yet again to the beginning of the show. So it no longer works on my tablet, iPhone or casting on my TV, worthless. Bottom line: unless DAZN developers get their act together and fix this quickly, I will not be renewing my yearly subscription which renews in October.

Bad customer service. Horrible experience. Had trouble with payment options from the gate, no way to reach DAZN since the purposely conceal the support number so I sent and email. Automated response said 24 to 48 hours, well 120 hours later and still no response. Tried there chat option, takes you in circles with a bot that is not useful. Finally was able to get someone on chat that was not very helpful either. Scripted answers and responses to questions I didn’t even ask. I had to restructure my question a different way several times just to squeeze answer out of them. In the end, I would have issued them zero stars but iTunes doesn’t allow it. So here we are. I’ll cancel the subscription and use someone else. Had me for a year and lost me in 5 days. Doesn't sound like a service I want to be a part of.

Horrible just HORRIBLE. I cannot explain the whole terrible experience I have ever had with a streaming service. First time using and it will be the last time as well. I was watching Davs and Gracia fight, and wow, I didn’t watch half of the show due to technical errors and paid for PPV TWICE! The first time didn’t get any confirmation that it was already purchased, then told me to purchase it again, and yet not being able to see the fight until the main event. Don’t get me started with customer service. I didn’t hear once from them UNTIL I was about to cancel. They were giving me a nonsense excuse of “investigating” if I’m one of those eligible for a refund. And the best part was giving me consolation for a couple of months, but I still don’t have my money back! No worries, I’ll settle this with the banks but overall terrible first and last experience, and I don’t recommend people deal with their nonsense. They don’t care about the viewers, only taking your money and giving you terrible service.

Less content and poorer quality than Gamepass. Basically it just isn’t very good. Why we pay the same for less (less content, worse quality, less options) is beyond me. It is also not like there were options/choices (apart from cancelling) in regards to my details including credit card details being sold to DAZN. Just not impressed and streaming quality is just not up to what Gamepass offered. NFL being greedy and selling to a company that appears not to be able to deliver and the DAZN not seeming to have improved anything much to this point. Not recommended.

Continued terrible service. I’ve been a game pass subscriber for years, since moving to DAZN the experience in Australia has been terrible with poor quality & buffering issues. Contacting support multiple times about these issues and being constantly told to “restart your entire network, reinstall the app, ect” is beyond a joke, I am very technical and have isolated the issue to be from their service. Yet every time I contact support about the issue and provide evidence as well as all evidence previously asked for from previous tickets, the burden of proof grows. It feels like L1 support is just trying to get to a point where I quit pursuing the escalation and close off the ticket. This is one of the worst support experiences from any company I have experienced, I am continually sent copy paste steps on L1 troubleshooting that are already available on the FAQ on their website which I’ve done multiple times. Why even have a support department when they add zero value not only to the customer experience but also to the resolution of issues?

Very poor downgraded experience. If you’re going to transition your loyal customers across to a completely different platform, you should: a) Give them an equivalent experience or charge them less money b) Let them opt in and not send their credit card info to a third party they don’t know about, when they don’t even have accounts with that party. Part B makes my blood boil but let’s focus on part A. The experience is worse because you can’t tune into a game in progress and watch from the start. This is such a fundamental requirement it beggars belief we don’t have it. Want to watch a game without commercials as you could in the past? Now you can’t. Want to stop a game and come back to it later and resume from the same place? Now you can’t. Would you like to download and watch offline like you have for years? Now you cant. If they addressed all of these points above it would be a lot better. I have to say that in week 1 I had no buffering or quality loss so that was good. This is really on the NFL. I had DAZN in Canada and nothing has changed, it has been substandard and barely fit for purpose for years. The NFL should (and I bet they do) know this but they decided to f us all anyway. I hope they end up having to retrace their steps.

Horrible App. For such a big organisation your app is horrible. I don’t mind paying to watch fights, but your playback quality/stream quality is so bad I might just stream/pirate them in the future. I tried to re-watch a fight today and have spent 20 minutes trying to load it up. I have great internet, it’s 2022, it shouldn’t be this difficult to watch a fight. When I do load the fight I can’t use the time slider to skip the intro’s, otherwise it just jumps to the beginning again. The fact your such a big presence in boxing and your app is so bad is baffling to me. Like you probably pay your staff millions to manage this, yet it’s still so slow. Never had quality issues with UFC or showtime boxing.

I’ve got NFL Game Pass and I’d like to see a quick score update, the next game and start time, even the cost of Game Pass or other services, as the season progresses. I can’t easily switch to the game at work but a widget would help.

Waste of Money. No hidden fees then 5 minutes later asks me to pay for NFL GamePass. Why am I paying for DAZN to then just pay for NFL. Also your servers mustn’t be too good if it’s consistent buffering and change of quality every 5 minutes. Also it crashes multiple times and does not pick up from where you left on the game. So you have to refresh and locate the section of gameplay where you crashed. If you are looking to get this for NFL and are outside of the USA then I would suggest you don’t even waste your money

NFL Ground Renewal charges without consent. I was an NFL ground pass subscriber last season expiring in September 2023. NFL app sent an email to me early August 2023 announcing a new partnership with DAZN that went to my junk folder explaining that you can access or cancel from DAZN app instead. The access did not work for me to cancel and was charged without giving me the opportunity to cancel . They assumed the same password and email will work without any issues - assumption wrong or on purpose. I have tried to contact DAZN by email and phone last week without response. Terrible customer experience.

Terrible streaming and playback quality, ruining the NFL. I was forced to join DAZN since they took over NFL Game Pass and as an Australian, this is the only way I can legally enjoy all the games. For $280 annually, the streaming quality is deplorable, as is the playback quality. Low definition, lagging, crashing, just awful. DAZN blame my Internet quality, which is not the case at all - I have a terrific connection, and have never had an issue with NFL Game Pass before their takeover. DAZN, please, fix this so that I can resubscribe and enjoy my hobby.

Well worth it. My first week using the site it was constantly crashing and buffering. 3 weeks later and running perfectly. Living in Australia I was not happy at the thought of an NFL season with no redzone! Thankfully it’s up and running and definitely worth it. Will be watching my boxing and more on app. Great stuff

Terrible. Worst streaming platform I’ve ever paid money for. Restricted to 5 devices and very difficult to unregistered and reregister devices. Website claims you can watch on two devices at once but I have found the platform doesn’t let the second device actually watch anything. No option to watch live games from beginning only watch live. Which was a standard feature of NFL game pass for years and very handy if you missed the start of a game and want to watch from beginning. Very unhappy. I’d rather pay $100 more per year and get the old nfl gamepass than this trash

Here from NFL Game Pass - Huge drop in streaming quality.. Let me be clear, it is not my internet, nor my wifi, nor my PC. I tested both hard wired(gigabit lan connection with 150 megabit download speeds during various times in the day and week) and the streaming quality is disgraceful - lags all the time, drops quality every 5 minutes and when trying to forward 30 seconds at any time, it also lags. NFL needs to pay attention, I am seriously considering cancelling the subscription if service does not improve by official start of season in September.

Worst product of all time. My NFL gamepass subscription renewed with DAZN without my consent. I didn’t realise I had to opt out as I didn’t think they could share my credit card details with a third party? I was then charged the FULL amount immediately whereas before I was on monthly instalments. After being charged I download the app and try and sign in. I keep getting the message that the app doesn’t WORK IN YOUR CURRENT LOCATION? Lol I paid for it with my credit card from the United Arab Emirates (I live in Dubai) where gamepass worked fine last year. So not only was I fully charged the app in unavailable. I have written 3 emails and called up three times and never got a response. This is why the NFL should be ashamed of themselves. I will never purchase another pedi t from them. DO NOT GET DAZN EVER ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PRODUCT EVER!!!!

Horrendous video quality. In Aus as part of the NFL GamePass switchover and the DAZN app/desktop video quality is appalling. On devices it’s pretty much unwatchable and the quality of content is bad no matter what device or internet connection I am using. Had I known it was going to be this bad before switching over I would have not done so and just made do with Kayo to watch NFL in Australia. I really hope it’s fixed by the start of the NFL season otherwise I’m out. If there is a mechanism to get a refund I’d be happy to take it.

Weaker product same price. Was forced to use DAZN as NFL gamepass subscriber and migrated my subscription over. Interface is clunky and dated. NFL has a lot of ad breaks which under NFL gamepass you could watch the TV ads. Under DAZN they just show still pictures of players with echoey soundtrack & game sound effects that gets annoying and repetitive very quickly. Doubt I will renew next year unless they upgrade the interface and sort out the ad breaks. So I’m paying the same price for an inferior product.

Game pass is getting boring. I did have Gamepass last year and it was great. Living in Australia it was brilliant to see all the games but also during breaks in play I got to see the US commercials which was so good. Lots of fun to see their ads, but now with your Gamepass I just sit looking at a screen saver… so BORING. Please make it like it was, the ads were fun you have made it boring. I also hope you keep it like it was.. Watch full game, watch in 40 minutes or a highlight package.

Glitchy mess, less value, inconvenient, poor customer service. They only have my business because NFL gamepass auto renewed last year and forced me into this rubbish service. It provides less functionality at the same price. It glitches like crazy when I travel, yet the one thing they do well is block VPNs. Once again, a large corporation pulling out all the stops to ensure that markets are segregated as much as possible to increase profits, but dgaf about the customer experience. Try and talk to somebody, you get a braindead AI chatbot that links you to irrelevant FAQs, not that that is unique to DAZN. Unfortunately it is the only option available to me if I want to watch all NFL games legitimately. I will consider going back to piracy next year as these expensive services are getting further and further away from providing anything for my money. I’m happy to pay for convenience, this is not it.

Disaster for loyal NFL fans. The forced migration of loyal NFL Gamepass fans to DAZN has been a disaster. The feed is constantly buffering, long periods of blurred pictures (often only resolved by closing the app and trying to find the same point in the game), and just random app crashes. I need to constantly note down how many minutes I am into the game in-case the app dies. This is not a bandwidth issue – I regularly stream many other online sports apps as well as Netflix and other streaming services without any of these issues. The NFL needs to listen to fans who are paying premium prices for a sub-par service. Please fix it.

DAZN NFL Gamepass. Absolute rip off! Not worth it. They charge you the same amount as gamepass always did to use except the gamepass app was always free. DAZN now wants an extra $21 a month to use the completely incapable app that has been designed by a bunch of grade schoolers. Trying to catch up on your teams games is painful and almost always unavailable. The games also skip to the end if you start a game late and don’t watch live. Very frustrating all around. I won’t be back

Worst app ever, wouldn’t even rate it one star. App is horrible, apparently so horrible and has so many issues they have to update it every week, vision quality is extremely poor - one second it’s clear and the next so blurry it’s not watchable and it’s been like this since the beginning, customer service is more like no service, all there is is an online chat and they’re so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful there’s no point in engaging with them plus there is no other way to contact them. NFL Game pass being included within DAZN, worst move ever….

Terrible functionality. For a technology and streaming sports business the functionality to watch live sports is terrible. If you decide to watch boxing half was through you don’t have the ability to “watch from the start” and instead have to try and rewind to the beginning whilst not seeing any of the fights and results. All other competitors have ability to watch from the start when the show has already begun and the fact DAZN can’t do such a basic functionality is ridiculous!!

DAZN : NFL Game Pass. I never typically write reviews but in this instance I had to… As a longtime international NFL fan, I was forced to endure DAZN this season to gain access to the NFL Game Pass. I have no cares about anything else on the DAZN platform. The whole experience has been utterly miserable. I am angry at the NFL for putting me through it and I am disgusted by DAZN and their user-unfriendly approach to the whole experience. It is the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time and I will never endorse anything they offer. I am here suffering against all my better wishes.

Longtime Gamepass subscriber. I’ve been a gamepass sub for many years and being an international fan this was the best way to follow your team. I was willing to give DAZN the first season to iron out some issues but if anything the product has gotten infinitely worse this season it’s hard to get through a few snaps and not have the app buffering again or simply just close down. At this point I’ve got serious doubts I line up again unless changes are made because this experience is atrocious. I now don’t even use the app on either of my devices and just default to our local pay tv provider whose app works fine without any issues at all on those same devices. I would recommend anyone pay for this service to be honest it’s really that bad.

Nfl experience - poor, stay away until they fix. I was quite happy with the nfl game pass and expected a similar service with the new platform DAZN. The key issue that needs to be resolved is missing plays during the condensed version. Nothing worse than skipping downs without warning. -Quality appears worse, buffering issues that I never had with nfl game pass -seems like they have introduced un skippable ads now… wow I will cancel for next year unless they address this. Really poor. Really disappointing for such an expensive sub rate. 5 steps back. Please warn others.

NFL Gamepass. I have DAZN for the NFL season. The app automatically subscribes you to all the games, you can’t tailor notifications to only go off for the games you want to watch (or at least you couldn’t last season) and after manually unsubscribing from all the games you don’t want to see, when the app refreshes or is closed and reopened you are subscribed to all of them again. Last season I missed almost all of the games I wanted to watch because the app notifications were for games I hadn’t selected notifications for. The old NFL game pass app was better and it cost the same as a game pass subscription to DAZN.

DAZN is a shadow of NFL GP.. Firstly, credit where it’s due; the buffer issue has mostly been fixed. However, I’m not sure why DAZN didn’t just clone the existing UI across. The transition was horrible and current app is half assed at best. As an international user, the money we’re paying for a sub par product is criminal. No Downloading to watch off line, geo locked, Adds still in replays (my biggest bug bear) game instantly loads to a highlights only stream and a number of other features that where available no longer included. If the price was cheaper it’d almost be worth it but not for the premium. Kayo is a similar price with more sports option and better functionality and UI. NFL should be ashamed of how it’s treated it’s international customers and DAZN is just ripping us off.

Terrible. Was forced to use this app after NFL Gamepass sold the rights to DAZN. Web browser version doesn’t allow the game to be exported from DAZN site and imposed over other screens. Chrome cast doesn’t work on iPad, iPhone or web browser. Search function is horrible. Look and feel of the app is rubbish. Buffering is an issue. All this garbage for the same money. WASTE OF MONEY

Bad app. This app is terrible. The search function often doesn’t work properly and I frequently have to close and reopen the app to get it to work at all when I’m trying to watch something. Just now, I purchased the Davis-Garcia fight and then tried to watch the video and it didn’t work and I had to start trouble shooting. I remember trying to rewatch the Kambosos-Lopez fight a while back and it had somehow disappeared from the platform. The app needs a lot of work to be smooth and seamless, which is what is necessary for the subscription model to succeed.

Absolutely terrible. It just does not work. I’ve gone back throughout the off season to watch shows etc and they won’t play, or if they do it’s so pixelated it might as well be painted by a toddler. I’ve cancelled but I don’t trust them to have handles that right, if they charge me again I’ll be filing charges at the local police station because at this point it’s basically theft. They take your money and give you nothing in return. Followed there request to talk to support. Did that, they ran me through support 101 and wasted 45minutes of my life. Then the conversation ended abruptly and I heard nothing more. The hilarious thing was while doing the support dance, my ability to login to the app ceased. These people couldn’t organise a feeding frenzy in a shark tank with a bucket full of chum.

Horrendous quality big downgrade on game pass. Honestly this is the worst streaming app I have ever used. I have full 5G coverage on my iPad and am streaming high quality content from multiple other apps, Apple TV +, Netflix, Paramount, Stan, Prime, Kayo, Stan, but when I stream the NFL on DAZN I can’t even make out the ball the picture quality is so bad. This is the main issue and I will be cancelling subscription if not fixed quickly. Also even with the hide of the scores enabled the play by play appears to the left of the video when a game is selected. Completely stupid as I am trying to avoid prior knowledge of result as I am watching delayed. On game pass I used to be able to download content and then watch on the plane, as I travel quite a bit. The lack of this option is shocking. I think gamepass was better a decade ago!

Game Pass Performance AWFUL. The performance on NFL game pass since DAZN took it over is absolutely garbage! I’ve tried every which way from Sunday to get solid performance and stability streaming replays of full games for my NFL team and it does nothing but crash. I’m hardwired into a PS5 with a CAT 6 cable and fibre broadband and it forever loses connection, glitches the stream, drops out. I have been on the chat for help and all you get as assistance is ‘try another device’…tried Mac book pro with HDMI, tried chromebook with HDMI…why is it so freaking difficult in 2024 to get a solid replay of a full game… I pay a good premium on subscriptions and this is one of the highest ones… its by far and away the worst. There’s forums and NFL fans everywhere annoyed with this BS

Garbage app. I’m also a long-time NFL Gamepass subscriber and am extremely disappointed in the switch to DAZN. Beside the loss of historical NFL games, my frustration is with the functionality of this app, which is truly garbage at best. Why does it take longer to to watch a full game replay than if I had been able to watch the live broadcast?? Because the app is glitchy, repeating sections that have already been played when you attempt to re-watch, does not save the place you were watching, forcing you to try to scroll through to find where you’d left off, the scrolling times jump a lot when you are trying to find where you last left off, not full HD for games, AND their full game replays INCLUDE commercials… they don’t even bother to cut those out when they load full games. These were all functions the Gamepass app already had previously… and that mose streaming platforms have. This product is not cheap either, I expected at least similar functionality to the previous system. I’m not sure I have hated an app more.

Worst EVER experience TRYING to watch NFL. Yes I paid my nearly $300 for access to NFL games. Usually an enjoyable experience UNTIL DAZN. Each time they update their app I can’t watch any football. A minor glitch!!? I don’t think so. The app wants me to buy another subscription. There is no option for signing in. This happens every 10 days or less. Very aggravating. The problems with this app are never ending. Zero customer service but for Zed the chatbot. And he only offers more plans for you to peruse. Please NFL leave the DAZN platform. It’s awful.

Would give zero if I could. My GamePass subscription was moved to DAZN this year. I will usually download the games and watch while offline but DAZN doesn’t have this feature. Seriously, in this day and age, how do you not have download features?? Also, if I get to the game late and press play during a live game, it opens up where the game is at that point, so you see the scores and everything. Umm hello? Start from the beginning? Seriously very bad. Have already cancelled my subscription next year. Beyond disappointing in my opinion. Don’t bother with this app.

Zero Stars. NFL GamePass International. Long time NFL GamePass subscriber from Australia and absolutely devastated with the transfer of the product to DAZN. DAZN have ruined a perfectly good streaming service. Streaming quality is poor, games not Full HD, most old film gone, no historic condensed games, no coaches films, no way to hide scores and start from beginning if a game is in progress (think of time zones, it’s an international product.) Honestly I love the NFL and been a long time fan but given the quality of this DAZN product I am now questioning why I should continue to pay a premium price for such a terrible product.

Paying a lot more for an inferior product. I have been using NFL game pass for many years now and have been able to stream games on my ipad where ever I have been travelling to. I get that the format may take a little while to get used to but I had to pay almost $100 AUS more for my annual subscription using DANZ, cant watch it in France where I am travelling for a few weeks because it is geo-blocked and am experiencing many of the performance issues identified by the numerous others who have given this new service poor reviews. Hopefully for the money they paid to the NFL and to avoid losing a loyal customer base the developers will carefully read feedback and try and improve what was a great product sold at a previously reasonable price. Thx.

Awful app. As per other reviews, this is a terrible platform. Streaming has been bad since day one! I was an early adopter of the platform because I like boxing. I persevered with it because the price was good. Now, the price is premium, and the problems remain. I have the worst fears of Dazn winning the Game Pass contract! The NFL has been ruined. Customer service doesn't reply, and the download button for NFL games does not work! It's a very unstable platform that buffers like mad on small devices or big TVs. I am very disappointed, and I don't hold much hope for a fix, as I have been using the platform since it launched in Australia.

Charge double, no refund. I was charged double the subscription fee and when I asked for a refund was told that it had been too long for a refund (about 2-3 weeks). I in fact initially asked for a refund immediately but was told to wait a week as the transaction had not come through yet. It took 3 or 4 times to be able to actually get through to speak to someone, by which time it was apparently too late. I can’t even cancel my subscription now, because I have apparently signed up for a 6 month plan. Avoid at all costs.

Utter disappointment. This app is pitiful. Watching a live game will take at least a few snaps before the quality fixes itself. If you want to go back even just a little bit be prepared for the rinse and repeat process of constant buffering if it loads at all. Not having the option to start from begging is absolutely appalling in this day and age with apps. All the responses are here to see what issues they can fix for their customers however seems to fall on deaf ears. You literally had the model of how to successfully do it from NFL gamepass. And yet you can even copy and paste this. There’s a few words we use here in Australia to describe people like this. Waste of money Kayo which we be a spec on a streaming service has a way better product, obviously doesn’t have exclusive rights so doesn’t play every game. Yet still even their product is tiers above yours

Not subscribing.. I’m in Australia and was using GamePass which was brilliant. I received the email notifying the change to DAZN this season and took a look on my PC. I thought it was clunky, hard to navigate, overpriced and generally inferior. I’ve just landed here in the App Store for the first time and the reviews confirm my original assessment. I guess I’ll just have to stick with the crappy offerings from Foxtel. Update: got a response from the developer that’s exactly the same response they used to blow everyone else off with. It asked if I’d like to update my response… so I have.

A real shame NFL. Game Pass used to be great until the switch to DAZN. Now it’s constant stream buffering issues, sound is often out and at times can have none at all. Constant DAZN adverts throughout the broadcast despite the fact we were promised before the season started that we would see all US commercials. That is not the case! If you watch the app on TV there is a watermark that appears on the screen every 5 minutes which is completely annoying. There are so many passionate NFL fans in Australia that to put up with this terrible service is a complete and utter embarrassment for the NFL’s loyal international audience. We pay exorbitant fees for something that is so broken. Please fix Game Pass before the Super Bowl!

Worst streaming app ever. Would give zero or negative stars if I could. This app has more flaws than attempts at features. Compared to old Gamepass it is horrible. - Can’t download games to a device i.e to watch on a flight or if you want to ensure high quality but have low data speed. (See next point) - Can’t set the streaming quality (Auto select usually selects something so pixelated you can’t make out the players, but I have 1GB/s internet connection no other streaming app struggles with 4K streaming in my house. Support team can’t solve/help. -DAZN will not produce a video on any of my computers/laptops in a browser window. Sound yes, video no! Support team can’t solve. - Limited number of devices that can be assigned to one account. Poor to terrible management of those devices. - No hand-off between devices. - No memory of where you were up to if you stop watching and resume later on. - If watching consecutive events, you will have to close the app and restart before it will load the second event. Otherwise repeatedly will stream first event again (but under the title of the second on the screen) Overall somewhere between terrible and unusable.

Pathetic. Spoken to them for 6 months straight about fixing the streaming on Apple TV and IPhone. Have had absolutely no luck and they’ve just sent me in circles. Paying for a pixelated product and now they’ll just link the same customer support to this email that will go round and round. Surprise surprise they don’t have a phone line to actually speak to someone either. They also went from replying to me consistently straight away to replying once every couple of days because they had no answer.

Poor streaming quality. NFL needs a better solution than DAZN for streaming Gamepass in Aust. Hard to watch with constant streaming quality drops in/out. Don’t try too many +30sec skips in a row either or you’ll drop the stream entirely (and yes, internets fine my side with a FTTP connection and a modern router). Same issues on multiple devices, different connections. It’s not me DAZN, it’s you. Frustrated, had a good run pre-DAZN but battling through my Eagles game is making me think of dropping gamepass and just reading about the outcome each weekend. Shouldn’t be like this.

A lot better now than it was!. After being transferred from NFL Game Pass a few months ago I wrote a one star review, which was well deserved, due to streaming quality and buffering while having great data coverage, but credit where credit’s due. I’m in Western Australia and after a few updates I have to admit the app is almost worth 5 stars. Streaming quality still not max 2080 but no buffering for me. UI a little clunky but not terrible. Well done DAZN, but let’s be honest, we’re paying good money for this. Massive improvement, thank you for listening!

Worst product integration of all time. Where do I begin… The transition from NFL game pass to this app has been a slog at every stage Makes me think DAZN have signed a silent deal with Apple because they falsely advertise a Chromecast option (a button is meant to appear in the app - it doesn’t) and when you try and get any support, they either blame your internet or tell you to update the apps. And when that doesn't do anything … tell you to talk to Google… When you try load the DAZN app on Chromecast it loads an out of frame log in screen.. that goes nowhere. It’s like a fake log in screen On top of that, the only way to contact customer service is through a robot dude that just brick walls any way of contacting anyone that can explain. From what I can see (on the only device that actually loads), the stream quality is glitchy and inconsistent. Horrendous… I hope NFL representatives are tearing into the people who managed this transition.. Pretty easy to get free streams of the game. For the price we pay, all we want is for the service to do the unthinkable… actually work

Bring back old GamePass. Don’t know where to start here. Pay premium money for an appalling product? Ye let’s start there DAZN charging an absolute premium for a an app hosting NFL gamepass so why is it so bad? - Poorly executed UX/UI. Menu structure, navigation and experience are terrible. Games not categorised and what I could describe as a budget interface - Poor steaming quality. Just watched a full game, and probably had less than 5 mins of game time in what you would describe as acceptable quality. Blurred picture, interruptions, buffering you name it. No issues on this TV/-Connection with any other apps. You can rate the quality if the stream to “improve” the service though would think they stopped monitoring that inbox long ago on their way to retire in the Bahamas - Content differs. Where is the game in 40 just to begin with. Paying top dollars for less content than last year. - NFL experience has disappeared during breaks in play. For this living outside of US, this is a huge part of the game. Even the repetitive ads on ESPN Australia are more enjoyable than this The comms prior to launch indicated this is an established premium app, so far it’s just a I’ll fitting and looking Sears suit being passed off as an Armani

Game pass down grade. This is such a joke that the NFL has left its Australian audience in the hands of DAZN: we went from 5 screen to 2. How are we meant to watch the the games at the same time when we can only watch 2 screens. I have had so many games spoilt because there is no option to start the game from the start rather then live. The game cast goes for about an hour after the game has completed, if you are watching the game and the hour is up it will kick you off the cast and make you rejoin and try to find where you are up to. These are just a few of the ongoing issues

Buffering. I know, just like DAZN say it’s your internet connection. Every time I watch a live event on this service it buffers repeatedly. It is not my internet as I watch live events on Kayo and Super motocross every weekend and it never buffers. It is poor quality servers. Spend your money on another platform that streams what you are looking for. UPDATE- DAZN reached out to me, they clearly use an automated response as they have not read my review. They blame my internet speed. We get 52mbps, we watch other live events on other platforms every weekend and never experience buffering. Every event with DAZN buffers.

Terrible. A massive step backwards for NFL Gamepass. I never write reviews but this App atrocious. Please let us use NFL Gamepass International again instead. You can’t start a live stream from the beginning of an event. This is crucial with international time zones. Every half decent streaming app has this capability. Even if you rewind the event backwards without seeing the score, it shows all the notable event markers on the timeline anyway and then it will randomly switch you back to live action or the end of the game without intervention. The streaming quality is really sub-par despite fast internet speeds and that’s when it’s not randomly watermarking the screen with bizarre codes. Contacting support says “they’re working on it”. A quick Google search will show you these very same complaints have been ongoing for 5 years+. At least it's brutally expensive for far less features and content than what NFL Gamepass International supplied. A huge step backwards for watching NFL in Australia.

Poor streaming experience. Another year with NFL Game Pass on DAZN and another year with pixelation and regular buffering. There were the same issues last season and by mid-way through the season they seemed to have fixed the issues. But, we’re right back where we started last year. I don’t have issues with any other streaming service even when streaming 4K content. Given the cost of this service I would think that a clear picture with no buffering would be a basic offering. Not to mention the other features that were available on Game Pass before DAZN took over which have been highlighted in other reviews.

NFL FOOTBALL. Why does every broadcast begin with ads when I’m paying subscription fee? This is my last season with DAZN.

Waste of money. Dislike this app and how bad the customer service is. DAZN has a monopoly on the right market in Canada and charge $40 a month for glitchy service.

Garbage. Can’t believe I pay for this junk that doesn’t load properly so you have to close and reopen 75 times and rewatch the same ads over and over and miss the important part of the game you were trying to watch. Total garbage.

Netflix 4K near flawless - DAZN 720p flawed.. Apparent frame drops and what appears to be compression related artifact-ing. The price and portability is great though, still good value but much room for improvement. Fingers crossed!

Sundays just went from great to garbage. This is the worst for Canadians, the picture is not good and it keeps buffering. It sucks how it's not compatible with basically anything. Wouldn't pay money for this.

Live streaming? NOT. The app works periodically but then fails. We’ve tried everything we can do, we followed all the troubleshooting suggestions. Thé digital assistant Zed is a waste of time Now we will have to cancel our subscription. Very disappointing

It’s 2023, why is there still issues with streams?. I don’t normally write reviews but recently the DAZN app has really started to develop streaming problems that are beyond annoying so I have to tell you about it. Firstly they play ads now before any stream starts, regardless of when you join the stream. Streams continually drop out ( yes I have a good internet connection, yes my app is up to date, yes my iPhone is on the latest iOS) then you have to re-watch 30 seconds of ads to get back to the stream. I’m currently watching the Chelsea vs Newcastle game and they didn’t re-start the stream until the 52nd minute??? I pay nearly $30 a month for this. Pathetic really.

Unnecessary commercials. Why does DAZN need to add their commercials in the beginning

Update no longer provides a full screen on mac. I have a giant 4 inch black border on all sides when in full screen mode on my 24 inch imac with this new update. A full 16 inch viewing area now in full screen mode. great job Also please stop with the commercials on the mac as well. You force me through a commercial for each channel before I have even determined which one I want to watch. That adds up to a lot on game days.

Ads??. Why am i seeing ads this year on my app? Before every program. I can’t switch between shows without a minute’s of ads!!! I am paying for this service so get rid of it. Or charge me more but get rid of the two intro ads.

Top 5 worst Apps ever. The NFL selling the Canadian rights to a company that constantly buffers and lags is a joke. This app is awful and the worst part there are no other options. The NFL will lose a lot of support north of the border because of this mess.

Broadcast TV is miles better.. A horrible unfriendly user interface. Why is it so hard to find games? Why are all games from a certain league not together? Why can I not start a game in progress from the beginning without seeing the score first? Why is the picture quality so BAD, why can I not see the progress when I fast forward? Overall a truly terrible experience from a company that is convinced that obtaining rights is the only thing that matters. Why respond to customer issues when you have them hostage by being the only source for a favourite league? I can’t wait until broadcast TV re-acquires the rights to Premier League football and returns to presenting the games PROPERLY.

Horrible streams. If you want to watch football at mostly 140p then definitely waste $20 a month for this, however if you actually want to not waste money on a horrible streaming service, then just go with another option

Changing my review. This app used to be so good, commercial free, all games available. Now Im paying 26.99 a month for ads and for the stream to be 30 seconds behind on average, as well as having to watch dumb commercials all the time. Im going to start looking at other options. Imagine being one of the best streaming service out there and then utterly destroying it.

Terrible streaming. The feed keeps buffering, presnap is fine but once the play starts everything becomes blurry and this is on a non live game, from 2 days ago.

Frustrating experience. Using DAZN is a frustrating experience. It will redirect you to the wrong geolocation and prevent you from seeing the content you pay for due to region-locking. Enjoying the NFL one moment? Suddenly Football only seems to show Soccer matches. The App crashes occasionally, but is much better than the website interface. Pray for better competition to drive DAZN to be a better product.

False advertising. Advertised American Super Bowl adds Lon the Canadian homepage. Subscribed to watch the show and was mislead into trash Canadian content. Absolutely disgusting.

Ads What a Joke. The fact that I have to watch multiple ads before watching a paid subscription service is an absolute joke. It’s things like this that make iptv and other such services much more viable. Update- the developer responded to my review advising that ads during shows are to “support our business and buy rights to broadcast.” There are 60 seconds of ads played when I start a channel after again paying $30 a month for a service. My cable doesn’t give me an ad when I turn it on. Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining. This is a farce.

DAZN is awful. Worst quality streaming service. Doesn’t matter what DAZN app you use. iPhone, Xbox, apple, web, it all sucks. Buffers a lot, sometimes will exit your game and you miss key moments. Every other service I have can stream in 4K. Have no issues with my internet except with DAZN. Their customer service is awful. Will tell you to reset your connection, reinstall apps, etc. never helps. Awful service

Terrible app, terrible prices.. App is terrible to move through. It freezes, it’s slow, and choppy at times. I have good internet and no other streaming apps do this. Finding redzone means clicking through dozens of stream options to find it. I’ve had games freeze where I have to go back out and sign back in to find the game I was watching is no longer in the current live list. Also it’s $40 per month now taxes in!!!! if there was another way to watch all the NFL games I would be using the other way.

The app has gotten annoying. It used to be good. I only use it for NFL games. But for some reason when you want to switch between games, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the app to click on other live games now. That extra few seconds is annoying. But the real problem is they force you to watch ads everytime you switch games. Do they not realize viewers want to see what happens in real time? I have to wait a minute before the game starts playing everytime. I've been using Dazn for years. Next season I am going to look elsewhere.

Content below average and ads?. I’m finally going to be canceling this service. It’s a shame that they used to have better content and no ads, but now I have to pay for less content and 30 seconds of ads when I click on something. The greed is unreal.

Ads, Ads, Ads. Don’t get me wrong, I do really like DAZN but the app needs a ton of work. Change which game your watching? Ad. Change back to the game you were just watching a minute ago? Ad. Close the app? Ad. But don’t worry even if you don’t change anything, if you tilt your phone enough the video will crash, and when you fire it back up? Ad!!

Garbage. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It really does take an extreme level of worthlessness to earn that title. Ignored customers during the ‘no sports’ period of COVID. No refunds, subscription extensions, NOTHING. They 100% were just happy stealing everyone’s $ while offering nothing to watch. They’ll never get another dime from me. I’ll get my soccer fix elsewhere.

Horrible App. Absolutely shocking app. Hoping that a proper TV station gets the rights in Canada again next year and not these cowboys. Major issue is that for the past two weeks you are suddenly not able to airplay to Apple TV for any live football - everything else works fine so it seems sketchy to me, almost like a licensing issue. A bunch of other niggles with the app but this is uppermost for me and lots of others. You pay the company that has the monopoly for EPL football in Canada and are forced to watch on an iPad or iPhone. They say it is a known issue but do nothing about it.

Sick of paying for ads on my phone.. I really would rate this app higher because the functionality is great but I’m tired of paying for a subscription to something that is full of advertisements. I’m willing to pay for the sub but not to sit here watching ads. Time to go back to free streams, I guess.

Awful. This app used to be great years ago when it first came out. However, quality has gone completely downhill while price has gone up. There are way too many ads and it often takes 30+minutes just to load one game because the app keeps crashing. It’s just not worth the price anymore.

Insane ads. Pay an arm and a leg per month for this app just to have to watch two ads every time you click on something live.

Loss of EPL. How are you going to lose the EPL and start charging even more for your subscription!? Ridiculous.

App is flaky. If you watch a game that is not live, then the app will at some point in the game jump to the end. This happens everytime. Then there's the extremely poor video controls; onwe would think DAZN could look at an excellent streaming app like NHL to redesign their app, but they have only contempt for their customers. Hard to believe this is a European company; I always thought Europe had very high standards, but then perhaps DAZN is the outlier.

This app is terrible. All 5 star reviews are bots. This app is so bad. I cant count how many times I have been double billed. You have to check your bank account with this app. It rarely works well. EVERYTIME you switch between games you must endure ads. How many other apps cost 30$/m AND peppers you with ads. We have to endure this crap app if you are outside of USA and want to watch the NFL. but the second a new app comes with the NFL I will be long gone with this app. Thank you for reading.

Worst customer service ever!. I used DAZN for the last 5 years for the nfl, after the season I cancelled my subscription as I’ve done every year but this time it was as impossible to resubscribe. Speaking with what must be bots as customer service with their continuous links to subscribe….very frustrating. Then told to create new email and when I do the annual discount price is no longer available. Wish nfl would change partners for streaming, commercials when switching games during tv time out is crazy when paying $35/month…used to be $20 with less adds. Just garbage!

The service is getting worse by the week Highlights and even replays are not available for 12 to 24 hours in some cases across all platforms Once my subscription is up, I’m done, better apps out there for less or even free to follow UEFA CL and EPL

5 out of 5. This app is amazing. Thanks for changing the game forever in Canada. No more paying sportnet 20 dollars just to watch one game on sportnet world and just being ripped off. Quality is amazing and I love the preview shows.

Screen Freeze. I have watch several fights on this steaming site and I have a great wi-fi package and DAZN screen freezes every 4 seconds it’s very hard to enjoy a fight when the screen is freezing every 4 seconds. I ask my friends who has DAZN and they told me that they have the same problem. Even though this site shows great fights it is in need of some serious technology upgrades. I give this site one more month and if I keep experiencing the same problems I’m going to cancel my subscription.

Start from beginning. You guys have my money either way so this doesn’t matter much, but as someone who works late and comes back mid-card it would really be nice to be able to start from the beginning. Even just the option after the event has started. I end up having to join live and then rewind a bunch which is fine but there are always streaming issues. I end up having to close out and start over. Whenever I watch live the stream is fine. Anyways I still think it’s money well spent but maybe look into improving the experience of joining late and trying to watch the whole card.

Impressed!!. After HBO dropped boxing, I was scrabbling to find where I should watch. Live broadcasts seemed to be scattered. I started to figure out that Premier Boxing, Showtime, and Fox Sports (? I think that’s correct) were putting on the shows but there was too much continuity to it. I knew DAZN was kinda there so I held off. I finally ordered the Canelo vs Kovalev fight and wow! I am so impressed with the broadcast and programming. All the commentators were excellent, boxers who spoke about the keys to victory were great, and all interviewers were great. I’m keeping my subscription and will probably buy the year long subscription. Great job, DAZN! Picking up where HBO dropped the ball.

Do Not Download. I downloaded this app and a PPV event on April 22nd, the event never played it just said “thank you for your purchase” on my phone and on the TV it would say I had to purchase the event. When I tried to communicate with someone at customer service there was no way to get to someone that day. I opened a complaint several times but only received an email saying they know there was an issue and they’re looking into it. It’s now May 2nd and I still haven’t heard anything. I went on the app again to try to chat with someone other than a robot and finally got through to be told that I’ll be emailed in 72 hours and that’s all they can do for me. Waste of time and money.

Not enough content. Love that they are getting fighters to sign up to fight on this platform. I just wish there were more fights on it. With the huge number of fights happening around the world that never get aired, it would be awesome if DAZN would start showing us some of the talent that only the hardcore fans usually see. Or if nothing else, throw us some of the tomato can fights that can be picked up for pennies. USA Network used to do that and made heroes out of a few of them like Jimmy Thunder. DAZN needs more if they are going to keep getting my money.

Only works in country you sign up. I live outside of the US and travel frequently during the football. I have been using NFL Game Pass to watch games in multiple countries without issue since 2017. With the move to DAZN, I’m now only able to access games when I’m in the country where I signed up, which means I’ll miss at least 8 regular season games. This is a major change that was not clearly communicated before my subscription auto-renewed this season. When I asked customer service, they said it was DAZN policy to only allow users to access games in their home country. Since this was not an issue under Game Pass, I can only assume this is DAZN policy and not an NFL licensing issue. I would recommend they review this policy. I see several reviews here mentioning the same issue.

Horrible do not recommend total disappointment!. I got this app to watch a fight they charged me THREE times saying to retry for payment till I realized it charged me every time I clicked retry. On top of that STILL DID NOT WORK! I did this a Saturday (keep in mind I was not even able to access the account) then on Monday I was able to get it cancelled & was told I would get a refund ,still haven’t received anything & also now I cannot access the account or get a hold of them without signing in with an account. Not to mention they don’t even have a number to contact the live chat & with email you need to be signed in. Wouldn’t even give it a one star! I hope they get a hold of me with this review!

Avoid at all costs.. They intentionally and deceitfully make cancellation the biggest headache you will ever experience with a company. You have to jump through hoops, find and click small cancellation text links a few times, and then still have to go through a live salesperson chat and provide verification information (that they already have because you’re coming from the app on your device). I asked the person several times to cancel immediately, they continued their insane process, before I closed the app and they still didn’t cancel my service. About to have to start the process all over again. How many times do I have to click cancel or tell them to cancel before they stop charging my bank account?

Review. On most occasions it’s slow to load. I have high speed business internet and the App is still slow to load, when I’m watching a fight it will kick you out , drop , or just freeze and you have to start over again. If the fight ended an hour ago I have to find the the fight and Rewind it in order to watch it. And if you call Tech support theres no one there. And if you do get ahold of some one they Blame your ISP , This is my second year with DAZN Snd and my last

OMG horrible experience. I re-subscribed! Simply, to watch Haney vs Prograis fight and paid for my subscription and then paid for the pay per view event. However, even after paying for the fight I was unable to watch the fight. The app said I had too many devices on my account. So I tried to manage my devices so as I’m searching how to do this I look up the steps on a google search but when I go to my account the app says we must re-direct you to the website it takes me to the website and crashes and says try again later. I have the screenshots and screen records to prove it! I retried multiple times after failing over and over I gave up and accepted that I wasted 85 dollars I’m so upset I didn’t get to see one of my favorite fighters fight !

GREAT APP, HUGE POTENTIAL. Personally I had no issues at all with the streaming service. I watched a fight and had no buffering issues. Its also really simple and easy to understand. For those who had any little problems with the app, it was probably due to the huge amounts of people signing up last minute so please give the app another chance and don’t feel disappointed with it. It’s a new streaming service that is supposed to stream the biggest boxing events in the future for good prices so lets keep supporting them and appreciate them.

Great content, awful organization. It is great that DAZN offers so much premium boxing content. Good announcers, great to see so much overseas action. But try to find something on the app? “Full card replays” are buried and impossible to find, and then suddenly disappear. Yes, the individual fights are available but spoiler alert—if you see the length of time of the fight, you know whether KO or not, distance fight, takes much drama out. Also, does not tell you date of fight, what card it was on, and just randomly placed in the replays section. Again, great programming no complaints, but is there even someone working on app design? Unclear, it is a giant cluttered mess, inconsistent and really not user friendly. I won’t cancel because of the content, but really frustrating to have such shoddy workmanship on the app.

nearly impossible to cancel subscriptions. I purchased the Weekly Pro version of the NFL Travel Pass. After trying it for a week, I decided I wanted to cancel it. There is no way to cancel the subscription through the DAZN app, or by logging in to your DAZN account through a web browser. I then tried the help chat function, and after 15 minutes I was told they were unable to cancel the subscription. I ended up writing an email to customer support but have not heard back yet. There is no way to remove your payment information in the app or on a web browser to prevent your card from being charged. Intentionally opaque and unnecessarily burdensome cancelation policies are a poor business practice and I will positively never subscribe to anything from DAZN again.

Payed and received no service !!!!!!. I payed the 20$ subscription the day of the canelo fight . To this day I have not received my subscription . It’s unbelievable I pay for an app I can’t use . Worst part is they charged me and missed the canelo fight. I talked to 4 customer service agents and none were able to help out. I sent and waited a week for them to respond to my emails but nothing has been sent by them . I submitted a refund request but they have not done anything to fix my issue . This is the last time I use this service , it’s pathetic I feel like they are ignoring me and this is the only way they will look at my problem . I have canceled my auto renew and hope none of this happens to any new subscribers.

Why NFL???. Was a happy Game Pass international user for 10+ years. Had been able to watch my games live in HD with no problems during the entirety of the last decade. Now since NFL has allowed let DAZN take over it has problems every week. Constantly freezing, constantly drops out. Constantly needing to close and reopen the app to get the game back….. I stream almost everything I watch. This is the only app I have problems with. Will likely be my last season with gamepass such a shame…. Just missed the ending of yet another game. Heading down to the bar for the late games because this app is trash and not worth the headache. To DAZN: fix your app and I will be more than happy to change my mind. It’s week 8 though so not looking good.

Great Connection. At first I was worried about streaming over the internet (buffering) but to my surprise we started streaming at 3pm the 1st fight all the way until the last fight and there was no Buffering!! At all. It was just like using cable or satellite. I’m so glad there is a new way of watching these fights. The Pay per view has been out of control for many years and this monthly membership is an awesome alternative to watch Boxing and other sports. Great Job DAZN! And all who made this for the working class.

BEWARE! NOT VPN COMPATABILE. I used DAZN to watch boxing and later it became my FAVORITE method for streaming sports when I found out that you can set a VPN location as Canada on my phone and I could stream English Premier League. Then, DAZN displayed a message that says “Your account is not available in your current location”..... DAZN would and can become the best sports streaming app if they would SIMPLY mind their own business and let people use a VPN. I have since then cancelled my subscription because there is simply not enough value to have to pay for this app.

Treats people with cold cruelty. I was warned about DAZN years ago and hoped it wouldn’t be as bad for me now. I signed up because DAZN showed games/leagues I want to watch. However, after signing up when clicking on what I want I realize it’s not what was advertised, and is little more than what German TV already shows. I tried to change my subscription 15 minutes after signing up, and was told by customer service that I could not cancel for a year. False, vague advertising that preys on people’s hope is an awful, cruel way to treat people. I am counting down the days until I am never forced to give this company money again, and I will go out of my way to warn people against subscribing to DAZN. Just awful.

NFL game pass. This is my second year as a subscriber to Dazn , usually watch it for NFL with no problem except that last season while traveling couldn’t access the app and after contacting customer service and to my surprise was told that it has to be watched in the country were it was purchased only . This is my only issue and have lots of friends here that either cancelled their subscription or were thinking to subscribe and didn’t because of this reason

Davis vs Garcia Fight.. I bought the membership and Davis vs Garcia fight before starts and I can not watch it. Every time that I click on the fight to watch it it tells me to buy it “ it doesn’t me Ake sense because I already bought it “ Anyways, after I click on buy I get a message saying that item has been purchased on my account. I want my refund of my purchase because I can’t watch the fight. I checked my bank account and indeed the membership and the fight purchased has been charged in my account. I am so disappointed that I couldn’t find a customer service number to call a least to guide me thru my pay per view issue before the fight starts. The DAZN live chat service experience that I had for help to watch the fight was horrible.

NFL gameDay ticket?. I have owned the right to the GameDay ticket since December 2020. This season it changed to DAZN without any notice. I wasn’t given information on how this change would take place and I had to wonder if I wasn’t being scammed. Constant synchronicity problems where it’s digitized. Week 16 and I watch the Patriots every single week and the full gameplay for Patriots VS Bills is not available. Only game highlights and play in 40 minutes is available. This, along with the fact, that FOX runs some of the games, which means I’m putting money into the packet of a bunch of liars who like to destroy democratic countries makes me think that maybe I might be done with football after 23 years. I’m gonna have to think on this

Scammmmmmmmmmmm x the 99$ the charger. This is totally a scam if boxing doesn’t go back to showing on my cable I don’t think I will watch fights anymore I signed up for the monthly fee and I was charged for the year I fee so bad I got others to sign up for this scam!!!!!!! The fight even dropped so many times and I was charged $99 and when reached out to customer service because I watched a few hours one day I didn’t qualify for a refund. Rude! Didn’t even try to help the issue the worst part is they waited to charge days later! What’s the point of choosing monthly which I was planning to Keep if they are going to charge you what they want to!!!!! So annoyed I’m out those $99 it was literally money thrown away. I’m so angry this turned out to be such a huge scam! I was actually excited about this.

Just started and having issues. I got DAZN so I could watch sports on my newly purchased TV. Worked fine first few days then it kept asking me to log in and wouldn’t accept it, with no explanation. I called customer service and they said it wouldn’t work because I had Google TV. He thought I was talking about Chromecast but I explained I didn’t and it worked fine at first. All Google TV is supposed to do is allow you to add apps without a separate box or stick. He claimed he was going to fast track my case but nothing so far. I gave it 3 stars because it does work well on my phone and pad but if I can’t use it on my TV I’ll probably end up canceling it.

Cancelations is Trash. Do not use this service unless you want to experience the worst cancellation process. #1 you cannot just cancel on your own or through the app. You are force to go online and then speak to a representative who then tells you that you have to go through a 30-day cancellation notice period where you will still be charged another fee to cover the 30day cancellation period. They refuse to cancel immediately. The cancellation process takes a while to complete and I’m betting that is by design so that you will give up and then forget to do it later, giving them an additional month of subscription fees. I will never use their service again.

Deplorable. Clearly, having paid money for a live stream that has more “loading freezes” than a Lifetime Movie’s commercials was a consumer mistake. As a viewer this completely changes the perception of the actual fight. The idea of a sports medium should be to bring an accurate depiction of a sporting event. At the least, the live streaming loading process of Dazn gives us viewers a false perception of actual events. This got a one star rating due to the fact I couldn’t chose zero stars and leave a comment.

When it works. Sometimes this application works, and when it does, it works very well. However, on the flipside, sometimes this application does not work and it’s very frustrating. For example, when it’s not working, the screen will be very blurry and if I want to go back 10 seconds, I’ll hit the back button and the screen will never refresh. Meaning I will have to start everything over because the screen is just black. I have to log out of the app and reset the whole thing. However, I’m happy, and now I get a chance to watch NFL outside of the United States.

Great Price, Good Content, App Needs Work. So, the title says it all. The price is GREAT. Watch 1 good fight and you have gotten what PPV would charge you, but you still have the rest of the year to watch more! Aside from the fight, I haven’t seen much else worth watching. I am still poking around though. Now to the App. Rewinding, restarting, fast forward, even pausing for more that a few minutes... it ALL needs work. Now, maybe other platforms are better. Roku is a bit of a mess. Things seem OK on my apple products, but I want to watch things on my TV and that is Roku. So, the App functionality took an easy 4 star review down to a 3. As content and functionality improve... I can see this getting a 4 or even a 5 star review down the road. All in all - worth it. I was going to cancel after the first month. Now, I am not so sure. Give me another 29 days... today I am on the fence.

Crashes Constantly. So far, we have been unable to use this app to watch preseason games. This week, when we opened it, it started our game at the last 2 minutes, so we saw the score and outcome of our game right away before watching. That’s okay, the app crashed before we got to the end of the game per usual. It is not able to play on our TV and crashes more often than not. I hope they fix this. Now it’s the regular season and it’s still terrible. Game Pass is marketed for people who live outside of the USA. Helpful customer service explains every problem with your internet isn’t strong enough. Fortunately, we live in a country with a decent network connection, but that doesn’t matter. Cannot stream on our TV, iPad consistently crashes. Rarely had problems with Game Pass in previous years, so this is a DAZN issue. Do NOT spend the money if you live in a developing country. You won’t be able to watch anything. Actually, don’t spend the money if you DO have decent internet. Disappointed. Garbage.

Terrible App and Customer Service, Possible Scam. Purchased the Davis vs Garcia fight twice and wasn’t able to watch it because their app didn’t work. Wasn’t just me but tens of thousands of users, if not more when I looked into it more. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and have gotten a very generic response each time that they are “investigating the issue.” It’s been multiple weeks and have reached out to them multiple times. Very scummy seeming business. Seems like they are just delaying looking into the issue hoping some people forget about it. I’m sure some do too. It’s ok I called my credit card and they said many people have complained about this and they will look to get me refunded.

Good Value but Lacks Prime Fights. I bought a month to month subscription ($40/mo) before the Anthony VS Ruiz fight and really enjoyed the features of the app. Unfortunately I’m not the biggest Bellator fan, nor do I have time to watch YouTubers boxing. I kept my subscription in hopes of me being able to see big fights in the future as it would pay for itself in the long run. But I quickly learned that DAZN doesn’t have the rights to stream the big matches. So unless you’re ok with streaming 1 maybe 2 big boxing matches per year, with YouTubers sprinkled in between, the membership isn’t worth more than $12/mo.

Terrible App, Difficult to Navigate. The old NFL Game Pass was much better, easier to navigate and use. Problems with this one: 1) if you watch a game that’s already finished, the whole right side of the screen is full of information about the just finished game that you don’t necessarily want to see until AFTER you’ve seen the game — this is impossible to minimize. 2) Very hard to navigate the various game options; 3) The full game — even the day after — is full of commercials; 4) the 40-minute game (for Detroit-KC), did not show penalty flags — they just skipped over the officials explaining what had just happened. On the whole, pretty terrible so far.

Low quality or unable to load. The servers the application uses must be outdated or extremely slow. I have been unable load 9 out of 11 “on-demad” vides from the boxing archive and those that do load are extremely low quality. DAZN is charging $20 dollars for an app labeled “live and on-demand streaming app, so far live works great, but on-demand is a lie. Half the service half the cost, bring the price dow to $10 and I will be happy. It’s not my internet connection or device, I am able to stream on many other applications such as ESPN+. You are charging users $20 dollars a month, with that you should be able to update your servers. Overall bad experience, I will be cancelling and requesting my money back.

DAZN failure. App is fuzzy, glitchy, pixelated way too often. NFL was editing out pregame nonsense and commercials. Make it like the old NFL app. I’m not happy and neither are several friends who are going through this disaster. It took a few weeks, but… There have been many improvements on this app. They have cured the video issues and now offer a commercial-free full game version. DAZN has won me over. Thanks for listening and making these changes.

Hard to watch. The ability to stream, especially when a live event is in process I have to go to the event see what’s currently happening before I can rewind which typically always ruins a boxing event due to the fact that you get too much information by looking at the current fight then rewinding to the beginning is almost pointless because there’s no more suspense, do you think of modern day up-to-date streaming service would have better ability to just start the event at the beginning even though it’s in process, as a lifelong boxing fan I see this as sad

Refund request. The fight never showed. Your company say there were delays in watching. But it never showed. I tried looking up a number and couldn’t find one to speak to a representative. I emailed right away the fight never showed. Your company responded to the email with an apology. You also stated you were investigating the matter. The email says you will also contact the customers who have been affected yet. I have not been contacted and it’s been two weeks. If I could write zero stars, I would it should never be this hard to contact a company. If I could screenshot the email that was sent to me from the company I would post that as well. I’m asking for a refund for a fight that I never did see.

Great app, but a few discrepancies.. I’d give you guys 5 stars, but then you started making people pay extra for Canelo fights. You’re an app worth keeping for the other PPV quality fights for no extra cost, but I was disappointed you guys are slowly becoming like everyone else. Also, while not exactly a negative, I’d wish for you guys to put a little more focus on the other sports your app covers. I understand your specialty is boxing, but when I first signed on DAZN was also covering Soccer, American Football, wrestling, Motorsport , MMA. Now when you get a partnership with an MMA, wrestling or Motorsport promotion it barely lasts a month. I’d just like a little consistency.

Worst customer service. I bought the Bundle a special they were having Get the subscription plus PPV to watch Tank and Ryan Garcia fight almost $100 and was not able to watch it on DAZN!!!!! I was one of the customers affected due to high demand it affected the ability to watch the fight. My account was never given access to watch even though I bought the bundle to watch it . Only reason why I signed up . It’s been almost two weeks since the fight. I’ve tried reaching customer support but they have no phone number to call directly everything is over email. I was told someone will reach out to me in 24 hours and no one has reached still till this day so I can get a refund. I’ve sent numerous emails since then and still no response. $100 lost.

Not bad but lots of buffering. Signed up today for the free month & spent the afternoon watching the bellew usyk fight with all the undercard bouts. I do love the idea of 4-6 undercard fights and these all streamed on home WiFi with no issues... the main event was another story, lots of buffering made a great fight a little less enjoyable. Announcers were obviously not in Manchester... why not just use the SkySports guys already there ? All in all it’s got tremendous potential and the soccer available was a nice plus but the constant main event buffering was a turnoff.

Took my money before I accepted the terms and agreements.. I was trying to log into my account I had once before after my 7 day free trial or month can’t remember. Anyway a screen pops up saying tho accept and payment will be made, or start over, or restore subscription. I backed out of this screen by pushing start over and didn’t want to continue as I didn’t want to pay $10 a month. And about 1 hour later I get a email saying they’ve taken the payment out. My wife then checks the account and sure enough they did. So if this is how they run their business I will not be a customer and will be calling to complain. It’s not the fact of the money only $10. But the fact they charged me after I did not agree to their terms and agreements.

Ok on Apple, not so much elsewhere. I like the content provided and have found the app on Apple devices to work relatively well. However, I find that outside of the Apple environment DAZN many times does not work, or has less than desirable performance. On a Vizio tv the app will run smoothly for about 10 seconds and then only refreshes the video about every two seconds which makes it feel like watching a slide show. Audio works fine, but video does not. On a Roku I have not been able to get DAZN working. On the Apple device itself the video works well; however when trying to stream to a tv the video quality is pretty degraded.

The only customer service you get is Chat.. I recently got an account for an upcoming fight. The app says come back in 10mins we are working on your account. I can’t order anything and I also can’t access my account information. I reached out to the “chat” service they have .. the only customer service they have, 4 times! Sent pictures of the error code’s and everything and all 4 times was told they would escalate my concern… it’s been 2 weeks. NO follow up email like they said I would get.. nothing. Also, they won’t send you a confirmation that your issue has been escalated. Here I am …. Still waiting. It’s the worse customer service / service process I have ever experienced.

ITS A SCAM. Don’t get anywhere close to this app! They scam people. They made a policy if you get a subscription they will charge your card until they feel like it. I tried to watch the canelo fight on September 14th 2024 and after putting me in a subscription they still wanted to make me pay $100 for the fight. After cancellation of said subscription they still charged me and when I told the person in chat support. They told me they couldn’t get me the refund because it was a 3 month subscription when it was only one month. And even then, no policy was mentioned to me prior to paying in which I wasn’t informed til I contacted support and that’s when they told me.

Bad customer service. Horrible experience. Had trouble with payment options from the gate, no way to reach DAZN since the purposely conceal the support number so I sent and email. Automated response said 24 to 48 hours, well 120 hours later and still no response. Tried there chat option, takes you in circles with a bot that is not useful. Finally was able to get someone on chat that was not very helpful either. Scripted answers and responses to questions I didn’t even ask. I had to restructure my question a different way several times just to squeeze answer out of them. In the end, I would have issued them zero stars but iTunes doesn’t allow it. So here we are. I’ll cancel the subscription and use someone else. Had me for a year and lost me in 5 days. Doesn't sound like a service I want to be a part of.

Lots of potential. Not where it should be...yet. The possibilities of an app like this are endless. You’ll get all Canelo Alvarez’s fights for the foreseeable future which makes it worth the price of admission and you’ll enjoy a lot of archival footage of his and other folks great fights, but there should be weekly smaller fights available on the weekends. A lot of boxing’s problems has to do with access to the smaller fights so that fans are educated so that’s where this app can thrive. The production of their shows is lacking as well. That show with the two guys is straight awful. Hopefully they figure that part out. The best is what I hope it becomes. The worst is what it seems to be now.

Misleading and third rate service. Signed up to watch UEFA…they intentionally do not disclose if it womens or mens UEFA. When you try to cancel, process is designed to make you jump through multiple hoops to get to “cancel” tab. When you get there and hit “cancel subs” a pop up forces to a chat screen to again run through more hoops. When u hit “cancel subs” there , chat takes to “ connecting you to a member , we thank you for your patience”. Each of my four attempts waiting, no agent appears. Most amateur scam business model i have come across. Your mgt sees this as good biz, making it near impossible to cancel a sub that intentionally misleads public on what you offer, but karma will do its thing. Total scum model.

Continuos charges/unhelpful live chat. I had gotten a monthly subscription with dazn just to use for a month. So after I had made the purchase I cancelled the subscription and gotten a confirmation email as well. Few months later I found that they have still been charging the monthly subscription to my account. I tried getting in contact with them through their live chat and I only got automated messages that did not make sense with what I was asking. I had to contact my bank to get things sorted and I was only able to get a couple months of payment back from the bank. I hope they were satisfied with the extra $20 they got from me because I’m not using this app again. If you do get a subscription from them and decide to cancel, BE PREPARED TO CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND CONTACT YOUR BANK

Poor quality for price. My family speaks English and Spanish. We wanted to have two TVs, one with each language playing. But we were limited to one device in the same household, on the same Wi-Fi network. We opted to watch in Spanish, and the audio was awful. We later watched in English and the audio was completely different quality than the Spanish version. The pay-per-view also stalled between round nine and 10. This is something that I would be OK with if it was a low cost streaming service. But I was required to do a monthly subscription and purchase pay-per-view separately. I would have been OK with the cost if my audio and visual was perfect.

NFL Games Beyond Blurry. It’s 2023 and I’m longing for the CRT TV days because the picture quality was better than NFL International GamePass on DAZN. And it’s not just live games, doesn’t matter when you watch it’s still consistently so blurry the plays are unwatchable. If I wanted an audio package I would buy an audio package. I’ve reached out to customer service I don’t know how many times and get nowhere. Oh, and good luck if you live internationally and travel to other international countries because NFL on DAZN only works in the country you signed up for. Wild considering it’s the NFL INTERNATIONAL GamePass on DAZN. It wasn’t like this when the NFL ran its own app. You know, being an international pass and all. Beyond disappointed in the NFL in turning its back on international fans.

Horrible app. This app is the worst! All of the live streams freeze and constantly kicks me out. The fact that it is hard to call customer service is so annoying and did I mention that when it kicks me out it asks me to restart my subscription!!! I have been charged 3 times within a matter of days by dazn and it is ridiculous!! Also paid for the Canelo fight but could not even watch it because of all of the freezing and kicking us out and having to sign in over and over again just made me furious!!! That fight wasn’t cheap so the fact that we could watch maybe half of it was very disappointing. I love boxing but I hope they figure something else out rather than this money stealing app.

This app is awesome keep up the great work. There are so many different sports to choose from. I’m a big boxing fan and I was really exited to see Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz wars. I’m a truck driver so I’m on the road a lot so I love to watch the action on my phone. When I get home I can watch the rerun on my big screen I never had an issue with buffering or blackouts I can honestly say that my investment was well worth the entertainment.
