Disappointed. The codependent app voice was very stressful not calming at all.

Love it. Great way to help you fall asleep. Since I've listened to this I sleep the whole night instead of waking up 4 to 5 times throughout the night.

The best!. I have tried almost all of the hypnosis apps on the App Store and have to say this one easily tops the others! His voice is soothing without disturbing effects added to it like some of the others. His sessions are psychologically healthy as everything he says is put in a manner of positive reinforcement. I originally had issues with it not playing in the lock screen but that seems to have been worked out so I have to give it the 5 stars it deserves. I love that you can create a playlist and loop it the whole evening while sleeping. One track however ends with some Native American flute playing. I do love those sounds but somehow when sleeping it may as well have been a train whistle because it always woke me up when it got to that point. Everything else about that track was great so it was a bummer to have to remove it from the playlist because of an overpowering ending. Love the idea of a sleep learning system. Going to bed and waking up a better and more confident person is worth its weight in gold! The whole series is well priced. It’s been working great for me so I’m going to keep using this app and get rid of the others. Thank you!

Garbled Words. I would love to give 5 stars but I had deleted and reinstalled and still get garbled words in some of the “sections”. With anything there can be a download issue so I have tried 2 times to see if I can get better downloads. I like that you can put different tracks together just hope I can get a clear track download.

Highly recommend. I use this to fall asleep every night, I love it!! It’s easy to figure out and I LOVE the sound of his voice. Super relaxing.

Shuts off. I set my phone on do not disturb. The app shut off in the middle. I disabled do not disturb and it shut off when the screen locked. Defeats the purpose since I can’t fall asleep with the phone wide awake.

Don’t like the update. I can’t find a way to repeat my playlist. I would have given it five stars before the update.

Really the best. You can feel the difference.

Not worth to waist time and few dollars on the app. Not very helpful app. I find annoying to lessen same track over and over again. Before I deleted from my phone even asked few people for their opinion.. to be sure.. It’s not just me..
