Never works. This is by far the worst app ever. For the past couple weeks, I’ll open in a it will say it’s loading and never actually load. Prior to that, you couldn’t scroll down when looking at your schedule. It’s so frustrating.

Fix notifications. We need an actual notification if we get assigned to another store.

Newest update broke viewing schedule. Can’t scroll to check my schedule since newest update.

It NEVER loads. I love the app and use it all the time. But I have to delete and re-download, because it never loads to the log in screen. I thought it was my wifi at first, but it was happening when i had good wifi ,or really good service. PLEASE fix this!!!

Can’t see schedule. I can’t scroll down on my schedule at all; I can see the first few days, but I can’t see which stores I’ll be sent to for the rest of the week (and don’t really want to call the help desk to see where I’m scheduled every day). I can see my current and future week, but I just can’t get it to scroll down at all. It’s pretty annoying.

It does make a notification sound... You just can’t have your phone on silent or vibrate.. it most definitely makes a sound. If you’re not hearing one, go check your notification settings.

Not loading. I cannot post any of my shifts onto the extra shift. It keeps on getting stuck on the loading screen. I tried to be patient with it, one time I waited for half an hour, but it never left the loading screen. After that I kept closing the app and trying again, but with no luck. Please fix this bug.

Won’t let me log in. At first I didn’t have issues but randomly it would sometimes not let me log in, not even get me to the log in page. Now, it will only display the red page with the loading icon. I’ve updated my phone, restarted the app, deleted and installed the app again with no success. I have no issues with WiFi. For some odd reason it will work on my moms phone but I have the latest iPhone (x) so I don’t believe it has to do with my phone being out of date or something. I have contacted customer service and they were great but the issue never was resolved.

Fix one but create another.. So now you can scroll to view schedule but it won’t let you click on directions. It used to automatically open maps when you clicked on the directions button.

No Notifications for Work Scheduling.. Hi, I’m an ERP from Quiktrip 1401. My shifts are usually doubled and by the time I have to go to work, I get sent to a store that is about 40 minutes away and I am late. The app needs a notification settings so that ERP’S like me and others know what store they get scheduled too without having to rush to make it on time. It’s Very frustrating to not get a notification that I got a shift at a store, then get transferred to work at a different one without a notice. Please fix this issue and give us the ability to have notifications if we get a shift or store to work at! Thank you!

Not loading. I’m tired of the app not loading, I’m not able to look at my schedule when I need too!!

Log-in issues. I’ve used this app for nearly five years and I’ve never had a real issue with it until the last month give or take. The app has been logging me out at random times and won’t let me log back in. This is very inconvenient as my scheduled store can change right before the start of my early morning shift.

Bug. I haven’t been able to scroll my schedule for months, I can’t move the screen which means I can’t see my schedule. I thought there was an update that fixed that but when I had read that my app worked fine and then it updated and it’s been an issue since.

Scheduling. The app is very useful. I would like it better if we were able to put in days other than vacation days. Also, if we were able to cancel days that were accidentally submitted would be helpful and less time consuming. Calling or going to the stores to do so is a hassle. The app should be updated to accommodate that.

It used to do the job. Everything was working fine, but it won’t let me scroll and see my schedule now. It’s been like this for a week, maybe more. Why hasn’t this issue been fixed yet? Also, it says I have 14 notifications but it will never load to let me see it. It just keeps saying “problem loading.” So I can’t view my schedule, and if they change my schedule last minute, I can’t even see the notification that lets me know where I’m heading...

Screen Doesn’t Scroll Down. Can’t scroll down and see my weekend schedule. Also it’d be nice to pick up following weeks shifts on the app before Monday of that same week. Please fix these issues!

Directions broke. Yall fixed the work schedule but now the directions for stores is broken. Thats kind of important.

Horrible. Every time I login into my account. It just give me straight depression. I have to see when I work and it just makes me so sad. I hate this app because it’s a reminder that I need to get this bread. A reminder that I should’ve just been a stripper. A reminder that I hate this job.

Unable to pick up shifts. The app’s features consistently stops working at random times and it doesn’t get fixed until the next update which can take months at a time. Currently I’m unable to pick up extra shifts even though I have a relatively new iPhone

Glitch. I can’t see my schedule correctly, I have uninstalled it and installed it, and nothing has changed. Please fix the bug

constantly not working. I can never get on the app to look at anything. It just leaves me at a blank loading screen. Never loads me in. Very annoying.

Glitchy. I can’t read half my schedule, all of my notifications won’t open, I can’t scroll through any of the pages. Really need the bugs fixed.

What’s the point?. What’s the point in having an app for your employees when the thing NEVER works? I bet you pay more attention to the app the customers use. How about putting a little bit more energy into making sure your employees can use their app otherwise just take it down.

Said I had a Sick day when I didn’t.. App said I have a sick day when I didn’t have one, causing me to get a warning. Not the only issue I have either. QT is run extremely well and usually ahead of the curve, but not with this app.

Pushed Notifications?. I couldn’t imagine erping without the app but not getting calls when I get sent out late has made me rely on this a lot. It seems I only get pushed notifications if I delete the app and re-download, it only pushes for one schedule change. Also the non scrolling this is no bueno. Thanks for your work.

Help. I can’t scroll down on my schedule and only my schedule. I can’t see where I am for Saturday and Sunday please send help

Please fix glitch!!!. With the most recent iPhone update, you can’t scroll past Friday on your schedule. Very inconvenient.

PLEASE UPDATE APP. There is a glitch. I can no longer scroll on the app to see what other shifts are available or to check my schedule for the week. It has been like this for over a month now. I’ve logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem is still there.

Schedule. When are you guys going to fix it so we can scroll to see our schedules?! It has been like this for a while now. Figured it would be fixed by now.

Awful. Why do we even have an employee app for it to never load when you try and use it?? This is a continuous issue anytime I try and get on it. In fact, I can’t even use the app anymore because it will never load when you click on it. This has been ongoing for over 9 months. Deleting it and redownloading it doesn’t fix the issue anymore like it did occasionally in the beginning. There needs to be major work done to the app or a completely different one created.

Please fix!. So now the scrolling is fixed, but you can’t click on directions for a store.

Schedule problems. When opening the my schedule section of the app, I can’t scroll down to see what I’m scheduled on weekends. It only shows what I’m scheduled on weekdays. (Even though I am scheduled on weekends as well)

Can’t scroll. I can’t scroll to look at my schedule.

Does not work. This app continuously does not work for me I log in and it say that there is a problem and will not let me post shifts that I need picked up. I also pick up shifts that have already been picked up by another employee. Making it difficult for manager and it makes them have to call one of us and tell else someone else has picked it up.

Unable to scroll down!!!. I am trying to look at my schedule and I’m unable to scroll down to see Saturday and Sunday!!! PLEASE FIX!!! We also need notification sounds, I’ll be heading to my double up store, and then all the sudden I saw a notification pop up on my screen (no sound was made so I was lucky I saw it) and I had been scheduled somewhere else all the sudden. We need it to make a noise! Especially for those of us that are on ERP!!!

Very inconsistent app. With very little helpful notifications.. As a employee on erp it’s very important that I am able to check my schedule so I can be on time to work. With that being said my app has had numerous bugs where I’m unable to access my full schedule. I would also like some notifications for schedule changes on this app- for example when I get moved from being doubled up to another store it notifies me before i go to my home store.

Can’t post shifts anymore. The past week or so I haven’t been able to post my shifts on the app and I don’t have time to run to another store just to post a shift.

Fix Scrolling Function. I cant scroll to see when and where I work Saturday and Sunday. Also on the extra shifts page I can’t scroll to see evening shifts at all.

ALLOW ANY SHIFT TO BE POSTED A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I can’t try to get my Monday shift picked up on epic like i can a Thursday bc it doesn’t let me post the following week until the week before is over! some days of the week have longer to be posted and will be picked up easier, Just make it any shifts available to post that are within the next 7 days, so they all get equal time

We really need An update. Am on the new iOS. I can neither scroll down to see my schedule or scroll down on the extra shifts to be able to pick up any. We urgently need you guys to update the app

Still Glitched. Still can’t scroll down on my schedule, i remember when it first happened you said you’d fix it and that was awhile ago.

Future schedule glitch. The schedule function is great for the current week, but if you move to the future week page from Friday afternoon to Sunday at midnight, it displays the FOLLOWING week instead the week that starts on that immediate Monday.

Please Fix!!. I really wish you guys would fix the bug with the schedule scrolling. It’s been 8 months since the last update. Do something PLEASE!!!

Logging in. Can we please come out with a button on the log in screen that will save info so we don't have to log in every time they update it. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time because my password is wrong

Person we cover for. Underneath where it says what store we are going to, it should be left blank up until we take over a shift. Then it should have the name of the person we are covering for because sometimes I have no clue who it is

Never lets me login.. Literally never lets me login. Ever.

This app has come far from its first introduction, but it still overall is bad.. I’m a Computer Systems Engineer Grad completing my first semester of grad school so I feel a little more qualified than most to pick apart this app. Firstly THERE IS STILL SO MUCH MISSING. I should be able to at least do everything that I can on the browser version of epic. I think on top of that I should be able to see my employee metrics, daily email sent to my store, job postings, my messages, be able to view who else is in my store and be able to have their numbers to cover my shifts (we have this on store epic). The list goes on and on and on. I don’t know how there is so much disconnect between the app designers and store teams. Maybe you guys don’t have enough people to get to this and I can understand that, but it’s been years to get from a barely usable app to something with a few more features. Also I can’t cancel vacation days whether approved or not. That is obnoxious and the thing that prompted me to make this review cause of how dumbfounded I am that that isn’t possible. Why do I only get push notifications for when Chet has a video for us and not when someone takes my shift? Makes no sense. Clearly there are push notifications and mine are enabled but the only thing it notifies us of is something probably not super time sensitive. I want push notifications for when my schedule changes at any point, and when someone takes my shift especially. These are simple things that in some cases you already have “notifications” for even if they aren’t push notifications. Just huge oversights in quality scream that whoever is overseeing this team actually has no technological background. And if they do well they sure aren’t doing their job very well in trying to identify problems and getting their team to work on them with good quality control. This isn’t being the best.

Lacks Functionality. I can't put in for vacation days or view to see if my requests have been approved or not. Needs more work. An app to see your schedule and where stores are seems slightly useless.

Very helpful. No more digging in text messages or emails to find my schedule. It's laid out nicely and cleanly on the current week, making checking the times very easy. Great app

Saturday’s and Sunday’s not showing. Like title says, I can’t see my hours on the weekends, this needs to change ASAP

Not working properly. Been almost three weeks and it’s still not working properly.

Next update: Push notification option. I think having push notifications for when ER's get scheduled would take it to a whole notha level. Excited to see the further development of this app.

PIN. The PIN is in your store emails at the check stand. It's different for every store I'm pretty sure.

Schedule. The app is great, but I can't see my next week schedule ever. I can see the current week and the week after next, but I go to sleep before midnight because I'm on manager erp and I can't see what store I'm gonna be at for Monday till I wake up and then I may be late or could have slept longer.

ER. The only reason this app isn't getting 5 stars is because I can't tell (as an ER clerk) if I am doubled up or scheduled at my double store. Please fix!

Double up. QT EMA is a great but should have the option to tell you if your doubled up or schedule at your base store.

Redesign. This new redesign is so awful like who allowed it! The old design was better and more aesthetically pleasing, also the transitions are so choppy 🙁

App !. The app is all messed up. I cannot do a lot of things now. I can’t click on directions, can’t see my schedule. Plus I’m on VR so the app helps a lot but not with it acting like this.

Good app, but please fix the schedule.... On the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) the home view shows the current week, but the schedule view shows the current week and then skips the following week. For example, right now it shows "week end 6-05", but then skips to "week end 6-19". So I have no idea where I'm scheduled on ERP tomorrow for "week end 6-12". Otherwise this is definitely a thoughtfully put together app; please keep up the good work!

Please optimize for iPhone 7 plus. This app is all sorts of wacky on the iPhone 7 plus. The app looks fine on iPhone 6 and 5C, but it is all glitchy on the larger iPhones.

LOVE IT. Love it!! This is so much easier then longing into epic to find my schedule and check my days! And so much less of a hassle on finding where stores are located no more having to use google! Thank you!!

Normally an awesome app. This app is normally great aside from the Sunday night glitch. Made ER a lot easier for me. Please update it and give it iOS 10 support. The white bars on the top and bottom of the app are really irritating me for some reason. Will update review when this is fixed. (Lowered my rating as it's been a month and still no fix.)

Unusable. When I boot up the app it now just says an error occurred repeatedly. Been trying to get into it for over an hour........

1132 Erp. Overall a good app. Easiest way to find out what store I’m going to and how to go there. Not sure why they took they tab away that had all the stores. It was really helpful if I was going to a store I haven’t been to often to pick up product.

Great. I love being able to check my schedule from at home instead of having to call in , it is so convenient and easy to use. It's also good being able to see available days for usage when needed.

Problems with login. I have tried logging in but it keeps saying error and I don’t know what to do
