Needs a good fix. Was able to use it for 6 months or so. Now my schedule doesn't show at all. Can't request time off. Please fix it

Why can’t it just work?!?. I wish my employees and I would stop getting errors every time we login. It worked for a few days and now it’s back to not letting people sign in again. I don’t really want to have to start texting 35 people their schedule every week....

Worked before.... ... Before March ‘20 this app worked great. Could see my schedule and make time off requests just fine. Before the shutdown my boss mentioned that they were doing an update cause of the newer IOS. I come back from quarantine reload the app and now all I can do is look at my schedule. Being able to make time off requests whiole point of the app.

Bad App. The worst app ever to keep track of work schedules. It’s saying it can’t find my user ID when it been the same for months now and it won’t let you request off.

Disappointed. Definitely disappointed. App does not let you reach all functions on it (iphone) such as a way to change/adjust schedule. Also glitches and freezes often. Really was upset about this because it was a main source that we used at my job now we had to have everyone switch to something different.

needs update for compatibility???. app is completely useless since i got a new phone, i can put my password in but it will never allow me to log in, just keeps me stuck on the loading screen presumably attempting to log in. literally so frustrating is anyone else having this problem ?? i switched to an 11 pro and literally have not been able to get this app to work ever since

Its ok.. Its not a bad app. I like that I can request days off. It would be helpful if I could change my availability or sync this with my calendar. I have a Different app for my other job that syncs and it makes keeping track of my busy schedule so much easier.

time off requests. I use this app mainly for the time off request and since I updated the app, the time off page does not work. Please fix this as the app is amazing but needs to get this feature back.

No longer works as it should. What’s the point if I can’t request time off using the app?? Sometimes it won’t even load my schedule. Please fix this issue

DON’T USE THIS APP. It worked for about 2 weeks and now I can’t even log in. It says “Customer ID not found” and I’ve tried deleting and redownloading and there’s literally nothing I can do. Nothing online will tell me how I can fix it and this app makes me want to do unspeakable things it’s so infuriating.

Doesn’t work. The app used to work fine for me until I downloaded ios 14 and now whenever i go into the app it just gives me a white screen so I can’t even tell when i have work. I also can’t ask off.

So frustrating. This app is what my job uses for the schedule and requesting work off. The app DOES NOT WORK! It does not load, I can never see my schedule, I can never take work off. If your work uses this app, you will have to use the desktop version. They have a website that works and only the website. It’s frustrating because I don’t not have a computer on hand and I have to go out of my way to view my schedule weekly and take work off.

App works!. I’ve heard iPhone 10 or iOS 11.x hasn’t worked for some people but it’s working for me. Only thing I wish I could do was change my password from the app. I have to change it via web browser. If people are having issues with the app, try to clear cache by clicking the gear option. This has worked for me. I wish it had badge notification as well. I have to open the app to see if something is waiting my approval or the status of a request.

Not anymore. The app used to actually work, and like someone mentioned all they can do is see their schedule and total hours, after mid March. Not the case with me I guess, cause not only can I not request days off, but I can’t even see my schedule anymore.

Add missing features.... I would give this app a 5 star rating but it’s missing some key features such as the ability to add shifts to my personal calendar app and Touch ID log in for ease of access.

App working..?. I just got my new phone, ( iPhone XR ) and the app won’t load, it worked with my 8, but not anymore. Hopefully this can be fixed, I do need this for work. Thanks.

I hate this app. This app is the worst. It always locks me out and says my ID isn’t correct. The app is so disorganized and sooo poorly set up. I wish I didn’t have to use it. It’s absolutely the most horrific app I have ever had to use. If I could give it no stars I would....

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!. I would like to recommend possibly adding Touch ID as a feature on this app! It’s a small but nice detail :)

App is Horrible Now. Like other recent reviews, before quarantine the app worked just fine for me. However, I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 11 in June and now I can’t even request time off, the app freezes on me and occasionally won’t show my schedule. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!

Outdated. Add the ability to use fingerprint scanner or even the ability to remember password. It gets so annoying having to type in a password every single day.

Get Yourselves Together. This is the most consistently inconsistent application I have ever had to deal with. I am a store manager and our company mandates that we use this app for scheduling and time-off requests. The number of times I have had to delete it and re-download because my “Customer record is not found,” is utterly absurd. I have employees come to me on a regular basis claiming that the app is no longer working for them. It has currently stopped working for me altogether, despite me doing everything in my power to log in. These issues are in no way due to misuse or expired passwords. We have been dealing with them for months and have continued to update our profiles each time this app claims that our customer IDs are unrecognizable. This program is intended to make things easier, but it is nothing but a major inconvenience. Get yourselves together; this impacts people’s livelihoods.

Too hard to read. The layout for scheduled times are hard to read. I wish it would say the days off too

Time off request. I’ve been using this app for over 3 yrs, and it worked great. Since coming back to limited hours since COVID, the request for time off is not working. When you tap on the the request time off, it goes to the page but nothing shows up. Like the other review, I can text my manager but I can only imagine that she has enough on her plate at this point to deal with a bunch of text from employees. Please help!

Worked before. As another review states, after quarantine I noticed that I wasn’t able to use all the features. To request time off, the app no longer loads that page & instead remains frozen. Now, I can’t even see my schedule & instead I get a “timed-out” message. Super disappointing.

This is Terrible. I downloaded this to be able to check my employee schedule remotely, because I don’t always work on the weekends, when the schedule gets posted. However, after the last few iOS updates, the app has completely failed. I can log in, but all of the tabs are blank. I can’t see my schedule, request time off, or even log out. This is an incompetent dinosaur of an app that needs to be replaced by someone with an IQ above that of a sixth grader.

Does not work on iphone 7. Does not work on iphone 7 plus but worked fine on previous phones, i wish they would correct this problem

iPhone X = No Schedule for You!. Worked fine with my iPhone 6, but once I switched to the iPhone XS it no longer lets me log in. I thought maybe I needed to reset my password, but the app won’t let you do that either. Huge inconvenience when it comes to planning out my calendar!

stopped working. I’ve been using this app for over year. for a good few months now the time off request won’t work. if i click on it a black page shows up, i didn’t really kind as i could request it off at my work. but now my schedule won’t even work, does the black page as well. i deleted the app hoping it would start working, but it did not 😞

Terrible App. The new version doesn’t have the option to add your shift to the calendar like the old app. Now I have to sign in to the app every time I want to check my schedule. Hey developers... it’s a simple option! Add the calendar function back into the app!!

Doesn’t Work. My company opened a new store and I was hired to work it and when we began the shift from paper schedule taped to the wall to this software, I was excited. Then, my old phone gave up the fight and I had to get a new one of the same model... only difference? iOS 11.3 is the only difference. I didn’t have it on my old phone because I hadn’t updated yet and now? The app doesn’t work and considering that my schedule is subject to change should I need to cover for someone, that’s not cool. I would rather not be forced to use my laptop but it looks like I have to because the JDA employee portal website has no mobile compatible version. Cool, whatever, not like I need to check my schedule or anything.

Having problems with it loading. It was working just fine till I got a new phone and now it’s not loading anything plz fix this

Truly Awful User Interface. Entirely unfriendly.. This app would be completely usable if they took the time to modify all the small and infuriating pieces of extraordinarily poorly thought-out UI. The scroll system to select individual dates is just awful, the app will sometimes delete inputs where it should save them, and there is no option to repeat any sort of request. Absolutely ridiculous. It barely serves the user. Whoever designed this should be ashamed. It feels like no real thought was given to any part of it. What should be a simple task takes forever. The worst scheduling app I have ever seen. JDA, please update this to be better, or go out of business swiftly so another more capable company can move in.

Absolutely broken. This app was made by a company that supposedly specializes in digital supply train tracking, yet they can’t make a scheduling app work. It has lost numerous functionalities including requesting time off and switching shifts. At this point it is a glorified shared outlook calendar and cannot even handle that.

Absolutely awful!. This app is terrible! I work in fast food and this is the app I was told to use to view my schedule. It won’t let me take time off, change my availability, contact other employees to cover a shift I will miss or show available shifts!!! Please improve these issues soon!

0/5. When I first downloaded the app I could ONLY see my scheduled shifts, not make time off requests. As of this week (after downloading the new IOS update) I cannot even see my scheduled shifts anymore rendering the app useless.

Unable to make time off requests. I am having the same issues as others. My time off request is blank. It has been blank for a couple of months. I look like an idiot to my boss because other employees are not having this issue. Fix this please!!!!

not too good.... this app literally gives me so many problems every time I use it. I can login only occasionally, and I can’t put in time off requests. The website barely works either. it really does need improvement.

Stopped working. I had been using this app for over 2 years and it was great, now all of a sudden it won’t work. I can’t log in and it tells me that my customer ID is wrong or not found... um it hasn’t changed since I got it... pretty disappointed since I can’t look at my schedule or request time off from my phone anymore.

Doesn’t work anymore. The app used to work great and I could request off as I please from home. However, now I’m only able to see my upcoming schedule; all other pages just show a blank white page, which is very inconvenient.

Showing I’m not scheduled???. This app was working fine for the last month or so... now most of the employees that log in are getting a message saying they are not scheduled when clearly they are. Pretty hard to have employees come to work on time and not need to call or come in to look at the schedule. This app should work since our company is paying for us to use it!

App is Broken. I can’t request time off anymore and all I can do is see my schedule. There is no update available that could possibly fix this.

Nothing is loading. No option to swap shifts in app with employees. Half the time the app doesn’t load all features after being logged onto. Hopefully gets fixed soon. Please fix ASAP.

Somehow worse than the website version. I've had to use this app for about 10 months now and haven't had an issue, but for about 3 weeks now, the app just opens up as blank. I've tried to delete and re-download the app and have done everything, and nothing. So now I'm stuck with the website version where if you try to zoom in to try and read that the schedule actually says, the whole website just implodes in on itself. Overall, a terrible app that employers should stay away from.

Doesn’t work with IOS version 14.2. Just updated my iPhone 11 to IOS 14.2 and app doesn’t work. It just shows a blank page. Please fix as soon as possible. I already tried deleting and reinstalling and that did nothing.

It wont let me in. I love this app because i can check my schedule but for some odd reason it wont let me in i thought it needed an update but it doesnt please update the app so i can log in thanks

Time Off Screen doesn’t work. For the last few months, the screen to request time off has been blank. There doesn’t seem to be a way to report an issue with the app for it to get fixed either.

Immediate error. I downloaded this and entered my job’s client ID. I received the “Customer Record Not Found” notification that other reviews mentioned. I tried all caps, no caps, some caps ... no luck. The company published an entire brochure about using this app. Apparently, they did not read these reviews before shelling out the $$$$$$.

Nice template. This is a nice template for an app. Although, it would be nice if it worked, and everything in the menu led to something other than a completely blank screen. Just a suggestion.

Terrible. The app is really buggy for the iPhone XS Max as you can’t see the total hours you worked or swap shifts

Doesn’t work with iPhone XS. Gets stuck on login screen. Even when working on my last phone was not user friendly at all - ability to add shifts to calendar would be great. Many other functions unavailable in the app- better off using your browser.

Extremely inconsistent. Half the time it doesn’t show my scheduled shifts. The “request time-off” button only shows up once in a while. It’s truly awful and shouldn’t be used in any workplace.

App Does Not Work Properly. This app needs a major update, and soon! The page to request time off shows up blank so it does not even give me the option to book anything off. What is the point in making an app if you are not going to complete it before releasing it? I hope they update the app soon.

Useful and convenient. I used to write notes and times for my work schedule which would get messy and wasn’t easy to read. But this app helps me as an employee find the shifts that I have and the hours I’ve worked among many other things. Very easy to use and simple to log in to.

Work App. This app only shows your schedule, but it doesn’t show everything. You need to know the Customer ID before your own Employee ID & password. Plus it is hard to know if you can switch shifts with someone if you need to. Since they are using this app, I have to use it too.

Decent. It’s ok, half the time it doesn’t show the total amount of hours I worked for the week. I’d like to be able to see that. Other than that, the app is pretty plain, all there is to it is a persons work schedule

Worst Employee app. First of all, it is not compatible with IPhone X, and not very smooth when you are using it. After you request a day off, the submit button will disappear. Apparently, it doesn’t want you to take any days off. Then, the screen gets frozen so often, so I have to close and reopen it again and again. Lastly, you can not add your shifts to your calendar like the old version. This is very annoying as you have to add your shifts to your calendar manually, and that takes forever. All in all, not user-friendly at all.

Suggestions. I suggest that they add a notification feature so that employees know when the schedule is out as well as whenever any shifts change in the app. The app is buggy so shifts disappear and I’d like to know when that happens before the day of the shift

Joke of an app. I honestly don’t understand why my company makes us use this. It’s utter trash. I can’t see anything. No schedules, past or current, no time off requests or anything. Your app is garbage.

Absolute Pile of Hot Garbage. The worst app I have ever used in my life. Used to work about 50% of the time, now doesn't work at all. If your company is considering using JDA, please don't - for the sanity of your employees.

Desperately needs an update. The app is in desperate need of an update. The only function that properly works is the schedule display. The page where you are able to request time off has not worked in a long time and half the time I can’t even log in

Can’t contact support. I have a bug on my app that doesn’t let me book time off. Tried to contact there support, but it led me to no were! If someone is sees this please fix that bug!

Just Don’t. Hasn’t been updated since 2016. Seriously hope my employers don’t pay for this app. Most heard sentence in my work place is “is anyone else’s jda not working?”. Most likely not compatible with iOS 14. Not that it was compatible with any other operating system. Highly suggest that if you find out a company uses jda for scheduling during an interview, you stand up and walk out. Because you’ll never know your schedule anyway

Can’t add shifts to my calendar. The older version allowed me to easily “add” my shift to my iPhone calendar. That feature seems to be gone in this version. Very annoying to manually add every shift.

There is a reason this app is rated so low. Can’t even save the dates to my calendar, I live by my calendar! I can’t log in with my fingerprint either. This is like living in the Stone Age.
