Please response. I have been playing and enjoying your Mahjong quest for years. About two days ago ap asked my to update the private policy which I did. Ever since then my phone had been doing going crazy. Such as my phone completely freezes the only way for me to get to my original screen is to completely turn off my phone wait couple hours and turn back on. Plus I have been deleting this ap and reinstalling this ap nothing seems to help. However I also have noticed when I reinstall the Mahjong quest and it asked me to read the privacy. The little Icon which tells me how much time I have left 10 or 11 days left is missing please help ..........

Needs some tweaking. I actually like this game, I think it’s great, but it would be better if it were improved in some areas. My biggest problem is that I’ll loose a life just because I can’t shuffle the tiles, then there are other times where I can shuffle so I do since there aren’t many tiles left but then it’ll purposely shuffle them to where I have to shuffle again and usually the second time I can’t, so I loose another life. And the other thing that bothers me is that in the expedition i can get more magic if I go out looking for it which means using my magic to find more, and if I used it all I have to wait for it to fill up again, and the max I can wait for is 200 which is too little especially if some things you have to use more than 200. If they just improved small things like that I’d love it so much that I would recommend it to people

LOVE THIS GAME - JUST WISH THE EXPEDITIONS WERE ACTUALLY POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE. I absolutely love playing this game and it’s safe t say that the expeditions is one of my favorite parts...HOWEVER, the expeditions are IMPOSSIBLE unless you want to spend money, which I don’t. In order to compete expeditions you have to build bridges 9in each level) out of grass, stone, and wood. However it takes THOUSANDS of each thing to build the bridge and only what you get from that particular level counts toward that bridge and even though sometimes each of these rings cost over 100 energy, you only get like 10 wood/stone/grass out of one item so it’s virtually impossible to build the bridge. Listen to your customers...either lower the number to build the bridge, renew energy quicker, lower the cost 0f energy to actually get an item or something otherwise people will quit playing, I know I am about to which upsets ,e because I really enjoy the game.

fun but constantly crashing with impossible time constraints. this is a super fun game within a game. i like everything about it except that it really does try to force you to funnel money into it to make real progress on the mini game. the mini game is beautiful but it has a time limit in which to solve it that a person simply cannot do without spending tons of money constantly. so i’ve not completed a mini game as i refuse to be tricked out of my money like this. i might consider spending a bit here and there if not for the limited time frame you’re given to complete the mini game. i would like to see it eliminated altogether and simply be a progression that each player makes on their own. that way i wouldn’t feel like my money is wasted on a game that will end in a handful of days whether i finish or not. the worst thing has been that the app will simply not open for me sometimes. today i’ve been trying to open it for several hours. had i spent money on getting thru the mini game i would be furious about this constant crash eating away the small amount of time you get to finish the mini game. this is almost a wonderful game. so so close.

Bad Reviews are Overwhelming. I just got this game, despite my better judgement...it sounds like something I would love but not sure that I will be able to complete the expeditions. It’s just one bad review after another....stating u cannot complete them in the time frame allotted, nor can u do so without spending money on boosters. You would think the developers would stop & think...wow!...we better do something about this because so many people are so upset-about the same things. But if u read their replies-they have absolutely NO INTENTION OF CHANGING THE GAME! They just tell each user they know it’s difficult & if they have any specific problems to contact them. Looks like they must not be able to read very well because everyone clearly stated what their issues were!! I especially loved the review from the person that paid for a subscription & had one horrible problem after another...oddly enough the developers didn’t respond to this review...hmmm? Sounds like this game will be deleted rather quickly unless the developers get a real clue. How pathetic!

A very unhappy long time player!. I will be reporting this game and I’m go to be unsubscribing! I’m one of the highest players if not the highest and I’ve spent a lot of money getting there. The only way to get that high is to spend money. DON’T DO IT, you will continue to because the game has an algorithm so you have to use whatever you bought. For instance the wheel stops working or you can’t get past one of the tile games because it makes it impossible. Once you’ve used all of your package miraculously the wheel starts working again and you can also clear tiles. Oh and then a new package comes up with a special price and the cycle continues. The last straw was yesterday when I drought the game up there was an envelope and I clicked on it because I thought I might get something special. Oh I got something special it took all my coins that I had that I had just purchased in a package. I’ve contacted the company and got some stupid computer generated steps to follow to correct commonly ask questions and then nothing. With the amount of time and money that I have spent on this game (which was stupid on my part) I have decided to delete it in 14 hrs because that’s when my package hours run out. This is to bad when even a (the people behind ) game becomes so dishonest and greedy! When someone did contact me they didn’t help and blamed it on me.

Pay to Win game. If you want a game that you eventually can’t play without buying expensive in app purchases this is it. Not really fun or challenging after a few chapters. Timers and the limited expeditions are impossible even with purchase. Also I’m starting to think they make levels impossible to win on purpose. Some of the levels that include shape matching on tiles won’t even give me the first shape I need till theres no more matches. Timers on dungeons will increase by like 3 seconds now. And some levels won’t let you pass at all without using their purchases (boosts, shuffles, etc) or till you play it like 20 times. Can’t even describe the anger I’ve felt getting to the end, using a shuffle, but then I still don’t complete it because one purposely positioned tile. I don’t mind in app purchases but this one takes the cake on deception. On to find a new game but they’re all kinda the same so ya...

What’s all the complaining about?. This game is amazing, I love the graphics, the music, the characters, yet the reviews claim, that “this game is trying to steal you money”, or “greedy developers” this game is good, I never needed to spend money, or buy a power up, I could get them for free, with announcements, mini-games, and a convenient prize wheel, but even without boosters, this game is still possible, despite the reveries, I just wish there was more dialogue in game, and in expeditions, there are always interesting side characters who you can’t talk to, also potion points, should appear more frequently, but that’s just me, good job developers!

Fun until you realize it’s impossible without paying up. I really like the look and feel of this game. My 10 year old enjoys it as well, which is rare for us. However, we find that the expeditions are impossible to complete given the resources we can earn ourselves without buying coins and converting those to stars. As I progress in the game I have also found the shorter time limits on some of the levels and dungeons to be pretty ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on the bridges in the expeditions. That’s the most irritating of all for me. The thing that bothers me most, I think, is the response of the developers to the negative reviews. Though they are polite to reviewers, they don’t have any intention of making this game playable without buy-ins, that much is clear. If they can’t improve this almost awesome game based on player feedback, I’d rather not give them my business. I won’t be making any more in app purchases. I predict that I will get stuck on a level or overly frustrated in an expedition soon, then I’ll delete the game and move on.

Glitched. Up until the most recent update where they added the new expedition, I have been fairly pleased with the game. There are of course the frustrating levels that basically REQUIRE a booster to complete (like the near-impossible time trial ones), but it’s mostly enjoyable. I also really liked the expedition feature, and spent my time poorly on the last one, so I had looked forward to this new one. Unfortunately, since it launched, the expedition will not load, and the wheel hasn’t had “any available videos” 🤨. So, my timer is counting down, but I can’t even load the content (it hangs indefinitely on 90%, after taking 2-3 seconds per previous percentage). I’ve tried to find a support link, and have been unsuccessful, so it’s time to move on to another vendor. It’s too bad, as this one had some nice side quest features.

Fun! But algorithm needs work. Hello! I recently got this game and I have been enjoying it immensely. Now I know I put three stars, well that's because I think there algorithm for tile selection on blank tiles needs work. More than once had I gone into a level and began matching time when not even 30 seconds into the game I've run out of pairs or match ups, what ever they're called and I'm forced to either reshuffle or just take the loss. I mean, I can understand making a game more difficult as you climb the level ladder but don't make it impossible, 30 seconds in and I lose? That's a bit unfair don't you think? Either way I still enjoy the game and absolutely adore the cat companion, needs more cat puns, and then he would pawsitively purrfect!

Mixed. As others have mentioned, I like this twist on mahjong with it's graphics and levels etc. I think that while you may have to play some levels multiple times it isn't unreasonable. I think the biggest thing is that I've enjoyed playing the expedition, but it's about to run out of time... I'd love to continue it until completion. and it takes a lot of time if you aren't using coins, I don't mind the frustration of waiting for stuff (magic) to replenish but it is annoying that it's impossible to get even close to finishing the quest since that's actually been interesting and fun (a huge bonus to the game)... So I'm going to continue to play for now but wish they'd make the quests longer, thanks!

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!!. I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, off and on. I redownloaded it several months ago and it has definitely improved in the few years since I started playing it. It is really fun and visually appealing, but I made the mistake of buying the $5 pack that would give me extra awards. After I did that, I was no longer able to watch ads to get power ups that I needed to complete some levels and I could no longer watch ads to get fairy dust for the expeditions. What’s most frustrating is how often I’ve been running into levels that are legitimately unbeatable without a shuffle power up, but even with a shuffle power up sometimes you still fail the level. It’s ridiculous. And it’s also been glitching a lot recently to where it says it’s not connected to the internet when no other apps on my phone have been having this issue. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to try to fix it and I lost all of my progress, including everything I paid for !!!! I’m so upset and I haven’t heard back from the team to try to restore my progress, because my stupid self spent money on this stupid game and now I’m regretting ever reinstalling it. It’s absurd that they don’t have a restore purchase option available ....

Making me put a title in order to send review. I like this game mainly for the graphics. It’s the most aesthetically pleasing for me out of the other mahjong style games offered in the apps store. However, I do agree with other reviewers who believe the game is stacked against them. Not that it’s designed with levels that are unbeatable but that you have to spend an exorbitant amount of time playing the game to win the expeditions/challenges, usually giving you about 1-3 days to pass 18-35 levels, many of them being timed levels requiring countless attempts at pushing the clock back to finally beat these levels. So how is this game even fun if you can’t beat it? Well if you spend money to get coins to get the extra time and shuffle moves, and etc then you have a chance. And that’s what I’m not gonna do, blow money on this game. But thanks for the sweet graphics and puzzles!

Love the game but I can no longer play! :(. I have played this game for a long time now. I’ve never had a problem. Recently I have been unable to view adds to spin the wheel. I also could access the alternate world that is only available for a little while. I deleted the app, reloaded it after other attempts to fix failed. Now my game is only showing level 120 (which I completed) and I that the stories are loading. It gets to 90% for the regular world and the alternate world and stops. I would really like to play again. I haven’t been able to access any of the help/report a problem links for this game (it ended up being a link for fb) can someone direct me? I really enjoy the game and would like to continue playing. Sad I can’t play, Leah P.

Way to difficult. This game is ridiculously hard. You have to play the same level multiple times to pass it. On the dungeon levels, you have to play at least five times to gain up enough time in order to pass it. When you finish a sections you have to go back and replay multiple levels to get the correct items and half the time you can’t even choose the correct one out of the treasure box bc they move and so you have to play the level again. It is more stressful than fun. The expeditions are pointless because it’s nearly impossible to get enough magnifying glasses to remove trees and other items unless you spend money. There is no navigation to find the treasure with the magnifying glasses and it’s impossible to look around for them bc they are completely hidden. This game would be fun if the developers weren't so greedy and made it less difficult to actually play.

Fun, but... I do love this game. I love that it has a story line and you have the options to play for other tiles or the expeditions. That being said, it’s ridiculous that the expeditions are set up to force you to spend money. More often than not, I stop playing them when I get to the last level because there are three bridges with over 5000 supplies needed for each. This isn’t attainable without spending money, or sitting there waiting for power, both of which I refuse to do because it’s just a spare time game. So I just wasted a week for nothing, because it’s next to impossible to complete the final level of the expedition every time. The bridges should either have a lower number of supplies needed, or only one bridge to be built to complete the level. Fix this and I will change the rating because it is otherwise a fun game.

Do not purchase ANYTHING. It's absolutely ridiculous that when you purchase coins or anything else from the store, you lose half the video ads for magic power. I use to be able to get 150 magic power by watching a video every 15 mins, I spent a couple dollars to buy coins and the videos have been cut in half, every 30 mins now. The videos were my main way of farming magic powder. Its complete bull that i lose out on half of the magic power just because i spent a few dollars. I was completing more and more with each new expedition, but haven't been able to complete one yet (or even one stage), now I'm never going to be able to get close to finishing them. I feel like I'm being punished for using the store. Never making that mistake again. Please either let me watch my videos every 15 mins for 150 powers OR keep the video ads at every 30 mins and give us 300 magic power instead.

Like it- new iPhone makes shape levels unplayable. Used to games that want your money. They are all like this these days so not going to complain about that. I like that there is stuff to do and I haven’t been stuck on a level for more than a day or two which is better than I can say for some the games I’ve played. My issue is with the new iPhone. I cannot see the shapes I am supposed to get on the shape levels (square, triangle, circle). So not only do I have to deal with the time limit, but I also have to just cross my fingers and pick a shape then hope like hell it is the right on or just start over. I hope there is a way to fix it.

Could be a good game. This game has the potential to be a great game. It has good ideas & themes. What they need to improve in to be a great game is fix the expeditions. One, I have my phone & iPad synced to Facebook but only the tiles work between the two. Everything else works independently so I can’t go back & forth between my phone & iPad to play. Second there is no way you can ever finish an expedition. This is my second one & I am not sure that I am going to play anymore. It needs to either have a lot more time added to play or take the time away totally. Then there is no rewards if you do get to the very end of the story line or of you completely finish a level. I don’t mind spending some money on games that you can at least get somewhere but when it seem like a lost cause what’s the use? The tiles can be frustrating also as some levels are nearly impossible to get three stars on. You need to give out a little more dynamite, coins,swaps, time adds, etc. It seems to me that the free games that give out a little bit more incentives have more people willing to pay real money to get somewhere.

Pretty but expensive. The graphics are beautiful, but adding ability to zoom to puzzles would be great for playing on phone. The adventures seem cool but the game gives you very limited “magic” to play, expecting you to spend real world money for more magic to advance. I’d still rather spend $40 or $50 one time for a game like we used to for console games than this in-game purchase thing that is designed to get your money at every turn. It’s a shame really. The game’s graphics are bright and colorful and imaginative but I simply refuse to spend my hard-earned money to play longer or advance. I’ll still play because I love the mahjong puzzles but the adventure storylines will either be ignored or played in very limited fashion.

Mahjong tile. This game is very aggravating!!! You get on a timed level and if you don’t beat it and play it again the time only goes up 1 second, or not at all. Playing those hammer, feather etc levels the time never goes up. I’ve been at 3:03 for 3x now. You people need to fix this game or I’ll quit playing!!!! I understand you can win extra time on the wheel, BUT, if it’s a timed level then it should give you more time if don’t beat it!!!! BTW THIS GAME HASN’T LOADED IN 2 DAYS!!! Why can’t you fix it????? 😡😡😡😡😡 Please fix the wheel, I’ve tried to spin it for 3 days and the videos won’t load!!!! If I can’t spin I can’t get boosters!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I have uninstalled & reinstalled this game and it won’t load past level 118. I’m way past that!!! Guess I’m going to delete this game all together. If you want people to enjoy it and keep playing you might want to fix all the glitches and update this game

More coins!. Don't get me wrong I love this game! I would give it five stars if two things change, 1. Make it easier to earn coins! Like put some on the "kitty wheel" (sorry that's what I call it) or when you finish a level and you have to pick a chest maybe put some in there. Many people (like me) can't afford to purchase coins all the time in order to complete a level or get/use boosters. So please add a way that we can EARN coins. 2. On the 2 day challenge to get special tiles, I think 2 days is not enough or there are to many levels that we need to win to get the "special tiles". Please either shorten the levels or make it like a weekly event to give us more time. I have had this game and for over 6 months and have yet been able to get a set of special tiles. Other than those two things, I do love this game and the storyline it has with it. Please look into these changes/options and maybe I'll get the subscription!

Love game but now it won’t load.... I love this game. My only complaints are that to get through the level you have to collect so many of some of the items that you have to either spend money or keep playing the different levels to get enough of the items. I got 3 stars on every level and still didn’t have enough items to go forward. My other complaint is it won’t load now. I can’t even get into the game. It doesn’t even get to the loading screen before it goes off the screen and I have to close it out. Any suggestions?????? Really want to play this game today 😀

The game really does force you to pay to make progress. I play several “free” games that have ads and in app purchases. Due to this game not having ads, of course they want you to spend money. I have been able to make progress in all other games I’ve played but this game is very difficult to get anywhere without purchases. I don’t want to make purchases, so I am stuck on level 26 and can’t progress. It’s not even a difficult puzzle but I have played it 20 times now and can never solve it. I would need at least one shuffle boost icon, which the app makes difficult to get, in order to pass this level. Basically you may be able to get one kind of boost a day for free but there have been several days where I didn’t receive any. After completing each level there are boxes that say “you found” above them, and I was hoping to maybe find boosters or something, but those boxes are empty after every level I have completed, even the several I passed with all 3 stars. I have no idea what a player can “find” in a level because I have never “found” anything on any of the 25 regular levels nor the several other side levels I have successfully completed. It can be a fun game IF you are willing to spend money. If not, you will loose your 5 lives in 15 minutes or less and have to quit and try again later in the day or the next day where your new 5 lives will last about another 15 minutes or less. Going to try a different mahjong game, this one just can’t be played for very long at all.

Lost me as a customer. I used to love this game - but the developers have now lost me. I’ve deleted the app. I cannot make progress in either the mini quests or the regular game play without significant additional purchases. I don’t mind buying a few extra every now and then, but when it literally becomes IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE ITEMS NEEDED TO ADVANCE (unless you’re constantly buying more energy to clear the field of play of obstacles) I’m done. I left it at 2 stars because it’s a creative and engaging game otherwise. Too bad the developers can’t figure how to balance their need to generate revenue with their customers need to NOT GO BANKRUPT. And don’t tell me I can get free prizes to compensate - the ability to get those doesn’t match up with the difficulty of the higher levels of game play- and you know that.

Fun game, but expeditions are impossible to complete. I love this game and one of my favorite aspects of the game are the expeditions. Unfortunately, they are also incredibly frustrating because they are impossible to complete in the allotted time. The amount of magic required to repair the bridges makes it impossible to fully complete the levels. Given that you only earn half credit for the materials that you gather, this means that a bridge that requires 4800 materials to repair actually requires 9600 materials to be gathered. I understand that the developers are trying to get you to make in app purchases, but with those requirements and the cost to purchase additional magic stars, it would cost me $50 PER BRIDGE, which is absolutely ludicrous. I have no problem spending a few dollars here and there to help me advance in a game, but $50 per bridge when there are at least 3 bridges in each level is just stupid and is a completely unrealistic expectation. At the very least, 100% of resources gathered should count towards bridge repair. Even better would be if the bridge repair also required fewer materials. Otherwise, I’m about to give up on expeditions because they are impossible to complete and it just gives the impression that the developers are greedy.

Don't pay for a subscription!. When I first downloaded this game, I *mostly* loved it. I've always liked mahjong and it was nice to have a different spin to it; rather just playing the boards, there was a storyline. I didn't like how long it took to get new lives, though. When the subscription service started, I was overjoyed. Half the time to get a new life! However this quickly lost its appeal as my subscription kept turning off, but I was still being charged for it. The first couple of times it happened, I told myself it was new, give them a break. Then it kept happening. Most recently I was charged a couple of weeks ago and have yet to have it actually turned on. I sent many emails and told them I'd lose it for a week or so before it was turned back on and they never even offered to refund me for those days/weeks, or give me any incentive to keep it up, like extra lives or boosters. In short, the game itself is fun, but be prepared to run out of quests early on (and have some levels impossible to beat without boosters) and definitely DO NOT waste any money on this game. I was forgiving at first but this is just ridiculous at this point (yes I've since cancelled the subscription). This has irritated me enough that I don't even know if I want to play it anymore, even for free. VERY disappointed!!

Love the game....but. This game is really fun and addicting. The problem I have with the game is the Adventure part of it. It gives you like 11 days to try to beat 5 levels. You keep running out of energy. It costs so much energy just to chop down a tree. And the amount of stones, trees and grass you need to fix the bridges is ridiculous. The only way to beat it is if you spend lots of money for energy. Some people don’t have the money to spend like that. I have yet beat the adventure part of the game. I mainly play this game on my IPad. I do play it occasionally on my IPhone but my game progress doesn’t sinc with my IPad. I really love the game., but there’s lots of improvements this game needs.

My experience with Majong. I wish they would fix the app so that it can be used horizontally or vertically. I like this game, I know I will never win because I don’t purchase items. I have gotten all the way to the 5th expedition but I can’t seem to get enough stars to win. The Majong levels can be frustrating when you have power ups or boosters you really don’t want, but that is the challenge. I think both the expedition and the Majong are good for the mind. The decision to add so many advertisements is disheartening. It seems almost every time I do something there is another ad. The contact team has been great, answering my questions and they respond quickly and are very friendly. I’ll keep playing until I can’t stand the ads anymore, probably not far from it. I have found a new game, it’s free and has no ads. It’s fun to play and when you figure out how to manage your play time you can play for long stretches of time.

Mahjone Treasure Quest. Since I was playing Level 969 to the end of that to 975 every time I would go to play the Chest! The chest would revert back to what it started at I believe this one was started at 412 so I would use up all my lives trying to clear the chest! So I would close and then come back to the time 412! Now i started the level, and that chest starts at 445 time! Then I play all the lives and when I come back it’s back at 445, the second chest in this level starts at 502 time! So I went and did the troubleshooting and deleted the APP and went into the APP Store and reloaded the game! I did this 3 times and it is still going back to the original time it started at???????? Now I am on 1400 some thing? Well yesterday it said that I wasn’t. Signed in so I checked and I was! So I deleted mahjong treasure quest and then re opened it and it worked! To day I click on the wheel and it will not load! What is going on this the game?

Too many ads and bad space management. I finally gave up on this game and deleted it. There have been many bad changes (the latest useless bonus tile things) to this game over the years but the latest one where they force you to watch ads unless you pay was too much. It’s one thing to offer someone the choice in the game to watch ads in return for more play time, but you literally could not play more than a few minutes without being forced to watch ads. But in the end the last straw was when I noticed that the app was taking up 5GB on my phone. 5GB!! That’s ridiculous. I deleted it and won’t be due loading again. Too bad because the game play itself was good (except for the part where some levels were impossible to clear until they let you clear them - I could literally see the tiles change as I played) but the excessive ads and the really poor space management did it in.

This Game is broken. I enjoyed majng to relax until this game. I understand free to play and game design models to get people to spend money, but this game doesn't balance that well. Note: spending 5 dollars for boosters doesn't even get you far and is pricey. It sacrifices fun game play for any and every effort to get the player to spend. Everything feels designed for a scam. There are also some bugs that I feel could be intentional. Typically there are sections with a timer too impossible fast to win. Every time u spend a life u are suppose to get more time. However in the adventure modes with different tile rewards and 3 days to beat, the timer will sometimes not increase like normal or will give different readouts for how much time it will give on the level depending if u return to the map or quit the app. Sometimes it will randomly take away time. This is a significant bug that makes it Impossible to advance fairly without spending lots of lives and/or money. If the bug is fixed so it fairly gives u at least 8 seconds in adventure modes for each attempt, I think that would be fair.

Good to Pass Time..... When I first came across the game, I wanna thought it was awesome to have a cool Mahjong game with awesome graphics and a storyline. The enthusiasm quickly fades. Then when they introduced the expeditions, I was excited again. Major disappointment as well. The timed levels begin to become unrealistic. You have to play them sometimes ten or more times to get to a reasonable time. You can’t proceed to the next level without completing 3 timed levels. Some levels are designed where there isn’t a way to win without using a boost or until the game decides you can pass. As far as the expeditions, total failure. There are usually 3 bridges in each level that take an upwards of 4-5 days to complete, on an 11 day expedition with several levels. Even if you do purchase boosts, they are still not enough to put a dent in the required resources for the bridges. How fun is that? I spent money on the expeditions in the beginning but once I realized it was still pointless, I stopped. Furthermore, now the “gift boxes” or special trees, etc to earn dynamite are starting to come up empty. Spend 185 starts and get nothing? I am on level 405. Sadly, after this last expedition, I will be deleting the game. I would rather play candy crush or some other mundane game to pass the time. Developers, while you may entice new players, unless you change your model, you will eventually lose them all.

DON’T SPEND MONEY! It will not help!. I have been playing the game for several months now. My favorite part of the game is going on the expeditions. However, it is VERY FRUSTRATING that there is never enough time to complete them. I finally stopped even reading what the characters say because there is no point getting interested in the story line when you will never find out the ending. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR VERY LIMITED MAGIC TRYING TO COLLECT DUST!!! I learned that the hard way, actually spending money trying to get to all the chests I could find, only to learn that you have to complete the whole expedition to get all the chests you need to be able to use the dust to get the special items. I like the game a lot but do yourself a favor and don’t start spending money on this game!!!! Even if you get on the game every single time your magic is refilled there is still not enough time to complete the expeditions.

Really great!. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews for this game, but I’ve actually been a big fan of it for several years now! I have been playing on my Kindle Fire until a couple days ago. However, the storyline given is not consistent and you don’t really progress with it. (No matter the level you’re on) I recommend this game if you’re into the Candy Crush type. Remember that the farther you get, the harder your levels will become. It will definitely make you want to buy coins because you were eight seconds (!) away from the win. It’s not worth spending money on, but it’s a great game otherwise.

Loved the Xmas special!. I had almost given up on the regular Mah Jong games because often the tiles are just too small to see with my bad eyesight. (I wrote to the support section about that, and some idiot told me ‘just keep practicing, you’ll get better at it’. What, my lack of vision will magically improve by playing a game? Yeah, right). Anyway, the special event with the beautiful graphics, where you went on a journey and helped out Santa Claus to earn stars and fix up the house, was great. I loved it, and wish it hadn’t ended after a week, just as I was getting the hang of it. Hopefully it will return, or something similar. Finding the boxes and chests under the snow was so cool. Maybe a ‘help the Easter Bunny’ version? I’d have only given 3 stars before; now I’ve given 4 because that event just boosted my appreciation a lot.

Money grubbing, forces microtransactions. Is it a fun game? Sure. It passes the time and presents a fun challenge. Doesn’t do much to progress the storyline beyond photo scraps (will the kid ever find her parents? Probably not.) That said, it’s extremely irritating that this game forces micro transactions. I’m sorry, I’m watching a 30 second ad on your platform every five minutes and that doesn’t raise enough revenue? There are levels that you will lose upwards of twenty times (or just never?) because you need a booster to win, which you can only get by sheer dumb luck or by buying them. Dungeon levels have times so low that you have to again lose them multiple times to gain time or surprise, buy boosters. There are levels with diamonds or locks that you simply can’t beat without the boosters due to the way the tiles are stacked. They force you to use microtransactions to be able to progress and I’m sorry, but that’s just ridiculous. There are so many successful games out there that allow non-paying users just as much success as paying users, with perks from watching ads the whole time. This app just wants your money, plain and simple. Sincerely thinking about deleting and finding a better mahjong app that isn’t from a money grubbing company and is fair to ALL its users.

Only way to win is to pay for extras. Love this game but it’s frustrating to the point that it’s impossible to move forward and gain any headway. To gain new lives you have to wait 30 mins per life and you only get 3 coins every level up but it takes 9 coins to use for extra help. You can buy new lives and coins for $9.99+. When you are being timed the time is impossibly low so you have to use multiple lives for one puzzle. I would love this game and give it 5 stars if it was truly a winnable game. To get more lives you have to ask friends to send you some? None of my friends play this game. So that’s a no go. It seems that all the feedback has been the same. You should listen to the reviewers and make some small changes. I think you would be very surprised with the results. :)

Good game but needs work.. If you love mahjong you will inevitably like this game. The developers have attempted a match 3 type setup complete with levels, maps, power-ups to spice up an old classic. The problem is they haven't spiced it up enough. Tutorials run flat, game strategies are disorganized and easily lost when presented and tutorials are unexciting. The animation is woefully mediocre and unimaginative with little or no investment in game characters (which Best Fiends and Two dots does brilliantly). So what we have is a decent game of mahjong. The attempts made to be make the game competitive and "quest oriented", however, fall unfortunately short. If developers created a bit more excitement, clearer goals, and marketing magic via character development they could turn this game into a contender and even garner more interest in-app purchases.

Communication Please!. I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years so I obviously love this game but since the last update a few weeks ago there are SO many issues. Not the least of which is that whenever I open the game to play it starts me back to where I was when all the trouble started, never saving my progress. There’s only so many times I can play the exact same games over and over before true frustration. When I first contacted support they seemed like they were keen to help but now all communication from their side has stopped. I’ve sent several times, pleading for assistance. The last few times simply asking how to reset or restart the game, can I save progress by deleting and reinstalling? After weeks of this, why won’t you acknowledge my communications?

Too Little Time. Hello, I LOVE this game but I also find it very frustrating. I’ve made it close to 200 levels but I’m about ready to stop playing due to the minimum time given on some of the levels. I understand you want people to make purchases of more lives, coins, etc but I’m an old person and there is no way I can pay for in app purchases. AND there is NO WAY I can complete any level in less than at least 5 minutes. 2+ minutes is way too short. Also the dungeon times are way too short. Then to have to wait for lives to replenish, well unfortunately these things are taking the fun out of it for me. I DO love the graphics...nice job....and it’s just plain really cute and fun except for these short time constraints. How about increasing the time allowed? I gave it to my grandchildren to try and they also think it’s fun and really cute but when I gave them one of my timed levels to try, they couldn’t even get it done and they range in age from 9-16. So maybe it’s not just an old folks problem.....PLEASE increase our time allowed!!!

Lost credits for expedition tasks. I enjoy this game for the most part and have spent ridiculous hours playing it, but in the last two expeditions I’ve run into a problem (obviously a bug) where after I collect items toward a task, I do not get credit for having collected them. For example, on the current winter expedition, there was a task on level 2 to collect two hortensias. I collected one and noticed that I did not get credit for it on the task. Then I collected another, and did get the credit - but when I went back to the game later, I was back to zero hortensias. This is unbelievably frustrating because it takes so long to build up the magic to collect these kinds of items. Until the game makers can say with confidence that they’ve fixed these bugs, I don’t recommend anyone download this game, and certainly don’t give them your money.

Don’t believe the bad reviews. It’s all about what you want to get out of the game. This game is 100% playable without paying a dime as long as you have patience. I’m not looking for a game I can wiz through. The higher you go, yes the timed levels are impossible - at first. Each time you fail, it adds a few seconds. The more you play, the better you get. After much practice, I can beat the levels with about 2 minutes and the dungeons about 4 minutes. I didn’t start that way. So the times levels I just play the first several times for practice knowing I won’t win till more time is added. I enjoy this game because I know what to expect and am prepared to play some levels multiple times if needed.

Love playing but.... I have to agree with mostly of the reviews regarding the expeditions. While I completely enjoy the expeditions, i never complete a level. Mainly because of the infaled cost to cut grass or whatever object you need to remove. You are only allotted 200 stars and that is easily depleted by 4 or 5 moves, depending on what material needs to be removed. They hide presents which will give you more stars but again, material is in the way and it cost major stars to remove. Reducing the cost of cutting grass, or removing trees would be awesome. With only 200 stars to work with, cutting grass at 20 stars or trees at 95, rocks at 110 stars, etc. can deplete in a matter of minutes! Attempting to build the bridges is also an exhausting effort that I’ve never been able to complete. Not to mention I’ve never been able to collect all the magic dust. And I don’t mind spending a bit of cash to help reach goals but not the ridiculous amounts they require here. Reduce the cost of collecting the materials and give more stars to start the level!

Great Production Values, Requires $. First let me say that this is an excellent Mahjong game. Production values are quite high, there are a lot of puzzles to solve, and the extra mini games are enjoyable and cute. It is a prime example of a Freemium game. That said, the need to spend a decent amount of money to meaningfully progress takes away a lot of the lustre and makes the game far more frustrating than it could be. I don’t expect to win every hand of Mahjong, but I often lose matches with 4 tiles remaining, which means the puzzles are deliberately created to encourage use of shuffles and tile clears. Of course, all of those cost money. Similarly, in the mini game, one must clear areas of the map to obtain stars, but you are not given nearly enough power to do so. The only way to get power quickly enough to clear the puzzles before time runs out: spend money. I do not begrudge the developers for taking this route - games of this quality cost a lot to make. But there are plenty of good mahjong games on the App Store that don’t require money to progress, and this one simply isn’t unique enough to warrant the frustration.

Update to my old update; the political ads need to go!!!!!. The amount of political ads is sad and annoying! I’ll be back after the election, sorry to have to take a break though The tech guys are incredible! After more than a dozen times of deleting and re-loading the game they have me back on track with the new chapters loading too :) I’m not on Facebook so they went over the top to get me there, so I say stick with this game, it’s worth any time you put into it! Are there hard levels? Sure, if there weren’t I would’ve stopped a long time ago... I’ve never bought gems or spent any money for this and they still went the extra mile to help me out (not to mention I’ve progressed past 1050 so all games can be won) I’m stuck on level 1050 because for a week now the game won’t load any new chapters.... is it because I don’t pay for any add ons, or because I don’t go through Facebook to play it? Just let me know if I need to delete it and find a different game

Impossible. I’ve actually been playing this game for years...long before they added the Estate and Expeditions. I had stopped playing for awhile, but got interested again with the expeditions, only to find they’re absolutely impossible to win unless you spend hundreds of dollars. No exaggeration. Hundreds. I’ve played several now, thinking I was missing some trick to it, but I’m not. The developers are just insanely greedy. As someone who makes plenty of money and plays games for relaxation, I have a tip. I WILL spend money on your game if I can actually accomplish something. I will NOT spend money if it’s utterly pointless to do so. I’ve figured out that’s the case with this game and will not be spending any more. I’ll keep playing the mahjong part like I did before the expeditions existed. The art is amazing, but not worth my monthly mortgage payment.

Enjoyable game!. I love the game, and have really invested a lot of time into it. My previous problem was that I hadn’t been able to play it for months, with the game crashing every time. Thanks to the developers and a person with a similar issue, I have now been able to play again. I love the mechanics and art style, and you can really see some story through the unlockable pictures. I do wish that we had either more time or less levels to unlock more tiles...one of the only times I could finish was at the 1 year anniversary when we got three days of unlimited lives! Still, great game, definitely worth looking into, just needs some minor adjustments, especially looking at that crashing problem.

Expeditions are literally impossible, game constantly crashes. There are things about this game I like and things that make me want to never play it again. The expeditions are one of my favorite parts of it, but they are literally impossible to beat without spending ridiculous amounts of money. Even if you never slept and worked on them constantly you would never be able to complete them— the material requirements for the bridges are way too high. Even if there weren’t time limits on the expeditions, who wants to spend all their free time cutting grass for days on end? Reduce the material requirements on the bridges to something realistic, take the time limits off the expeditions, and then they’d be playable. So far the experience is really just that you put days of effort into completing them and they finish and disappear and you feel like you’ve wasted all that time. Why not make it doable and give people the satisfaction of finishing something? You could make the next expedition accessible after the player beats the last one. The game also crashes constantly and sometimes refuses to start. The dungeons are also a pain because you have to play them about a dozen times to get a time that’s actually possible to beat. They added this mini game that lets you win custom tiles, which is okay, but why are you adding new stuff when you really just need to fix the stuff you already have?

Love it but now glitches. Love this app! But the new update makes it glitch, at first I could open it and it went in some adventure I didn’t want but now it won’t open at all. I click on the app and it opens for a few seconds then stops and shuts it

Game won’t open. I used to love this game and could play for hours. For the last few months it won’t even load, just tries to but shuts down. I’m about to delete it which is a shame cause the last time I played, I was on a high level. Maybe there will be a better game with better updates that we can continue playing instead of ignoring us.

Ads not working. I never thought I’d complain about ads not showing, but the options to earn more stars in the event aren’t working because he ads won’t load. You need to extra stars to get anywhere much in the quests.

Update since my last review. Just wanted to say thanks to the developers, you seem to have taken the feedback on board. New quests have been more enjoyable and feel more possible to complete due to more magic and things slightly easier to find. It’s still challenging, but not stressful like the first one was!

Potential. First I would like to say that this game has some brilliant potential however as someone who really enjoys games for story line this game is rather confusing as the story is quite jumbled with the different facets of the game. The mahjong portion of this game is fantastic and quite enjoyable, no complaints there. The exploration portion while fun, you do tend to run out of manic quite fast meaning you only gain a 4-5 suns per full energy. Also as a matter of nitpicking I greatly dislike the very obvious difference in art levels for the side characters and the main (the main looking worse). And finally the restoration portion, as I said before you only gain 4-5 suns per exploration so having goals at 9 or 10 is reasonable but it’s going to cost 39 to restore the roof and that imo is just way too much and I really have no interest playing your game anymore. Thank you and I wish you better luck in the future with your game.

I Wanted a Mahjong Game, not an Adventure Game. I like that it gives you different things to focus on; matching specific tiles Vs playing quicker. Props for having female characters. I wish I cared more about who they are and what’s going on. It might mean completing photos would feel more important. The new update has an “Adventure” game that has nothing to do with Mahjong. It’s a game that involves chopping down trees and busting up rocks with annoying timers. At least, that’s what the last game involved. I can’t comment on this one as every time I try to enter the Adventure the load gets stuck at 90%. Seems a shame for folks to have worked hard on a game that folks can’t play.

Mahjong Quest. I love this game, the only thing that is annoying is that you go through all your coins,magic powder and dynamite etc, before you work out the game and what you should be using the items for before you waste them all grrrr now I have to wait until they built up again ( who knows how long that will take) but the game is heaps of fun to play.

Game developers too greedy. Even with a purchase in game, the game constantly squeezes you to make more purchases by making it almost impossible to proceed without spending more. I’ve played one level over 20 times now and passed it but it won’t give me the item I need to unlock the next stage, prompting me to purchase the item. In game coins and boosters are crazy expensive. Losing interest very quickly. The side quests are boring and a waste of time. I purchased a gold pass and seeing next to no value for money for my purchase. I have gotten almost nothing for my money other than ditching a few ads. I do not recommend this game at all.

Level 95 impossible to complete.. I’ve loved playing this game but for the past couple of weeks I have been stuck on level 95. I have had to play some levels quite a few times before I can pass them but this is just ridiculous. I have literally played 5-10 times a day for the past couple of weeks and level 95 is impossible. Even after spending coins on swapping the tiles when I can’t go any further and there’s only a handful left, I am only able to match 1 or 2 tiles and then that’s it can’t complete the level. Beyond frustrating and no longer have any interest in continuing to play this game as, as far as I can tell level 95 is unbeatable.

App keeps randomly billing my account for purchases I did not make. I didn’t mind the game on this, but I am randomly receiving messages to say I’ve purchased coins on this game when I did not. In the most recent instance I was out driving in my car all day at the time it thinks I purchased coins in this app. While I’m fortunate apple have been responsive and refunded the money. I will be deleting the app now as I no longer trust the app.

App Crashes. From just 15 minutes ago, I tried to open the App but it kept crashing. I finally got it to open after about 7 times of it crashing and then has to do something else on my phone so thenIi tried to go back into the App and it started crashing again but this time the App will not open at all! New update is annoying. I love to just play mahjong. I love this game! But did not add this game to go on a new expedition. Please tell me how to turn this annoying add on...off??? Please fix the issues with gems not being loaded in the right levels of tiles. Very frustrating when I lose a game because they are hidden under the 2nd or 3rd gems. And Ive resigned myself to the fact I just have to lose up to 5-8 games sometimes when it is set on a timer. Just to get a reasonable amount on the clock to finish a game successfully. Please increase these at least by another 30secs. Don’t get me started on the 3 game chests. There’s at least 2 rounds of lives gone before I’m through. With some fine tuning I think this is a great game and app. I hope these things are addressed, otherwise I will move on too something else. It’s the way of app world. So many choices.

It’s ok but clearly aimed at people spending money. The special quests are fun but impossible to finish. Some of the things to find are require things built that take too long to gather things. The mahjong part is cute but like vest take far too long to rejuvenate. I can see me deleting it sooner rather than later.

Please fix daily challenges. Can be an annoying game , with stupid side games , especially the last update - total waste - people want to play mahjong , not do stupid adventures. The daily challenges were fun , pity you’ve wasted so much time on that adventure , instead of just working on the actual game. I’d chuck the side games for sets of tiles too, waste of time. Please fix daily challenges or I will lose interest and find another app. I would have given 5 stars without the side games. Constant glitches. I truly do love this game, however, the instillation on my iPad keeps glitching. I’ve tried deleting the app to no avail. I can still play this game on my phone, as it’s small (ish) I really struggle seeing the game.

Hard to load. Since the last update 2 weeks ago I have had trouble loading this game. All other apps must be closed and you must have fingers and toes crossed and tongue pointing in the correct direction for it to load and open. Has become very frustrating. Game was enjoyable although bonus levels impossible without purchase.

Used to love it, but it’s fading. I used to love playing mahjong, and then they started forcing ads on me after every level. It’s very inconvenient to have to close the app and reopen after every level so I don’t have to watch the ads. It wasn’t like this before and I don’t like the changes. Don’t bother downloading if you hate being forced to watch ads

60 second ads are annoying. I’ve been enjoying the game and don’t mind watching an ad to get extra rewards. The ads used to be mostly 30 seconds but lately most of the ads seem to be 45 or 60 seconds - very annoying 😡. There are also some ads where you can’t exit the ad and they don’t give the reward. You have to completely exit the game and start over.

Poor advertising policies. I used to love the game. Unfortunately, their ads which used to be 5-30 seconds have grown to mostly 30-60 seconds. As well, the majority of their ads are “Keto” pills falsely saying that they are backed by shark tank. As well, the advertiser’s site has been deemed by Norton 360 as unsafe. It appears to be getting worse all the time. Unless they switch to a reputable ad supplies, I’m going to dump this app, and I don’t recommend downloading it.

.???. Why is it whenever an ad comes up, it plays and finishes, but it won’t go off? I have to sign off and go to another place and then come back, but loose my prize?

Too many ads. I’m not a fan of having to watch ads twice to get the rewards I want. Not to mention when a 30 ad plays 3 times in one clip so the ad becomes 90 seconds long is a bit nuts. Also ads shouldn’t play in between tasks or levels of the game.

Fun Game. Really love this game, have been playing for a long time. Especially love the mini games that are incorporated. My suggestion that I would really like to see is in the Expedition’s when there are the challenges to find the ‘magic geodes’ (current challenge name) - it would be great if we could see our overall progress towards the obtaining grand prize on these challenges.

Review. I was up to level 2300 or so and was having trouble with the game not working. I tried rebooting, still had problem. I thought I could delete the game and go into my settings and reinstall but couldn’t. I ended up loosing not only my level but 198 coins that I had purchased. I’m not impressed.

Waste of time. Game started out really fun. As I got further into it, it started becoming impossible to advance. Certain levels would take days to pass because of time limits, or other obstacles that seemed almost impossible. But the real reason I am deleting this app is because as I sit at level 90 trying to finish my collections to advance to new levels, I am stuck playing the same levels 10-15 times and still not getting the correct objects. To me, this game is all about money. Buy coins so you can advance. I am not paying. I should not have to play a level over 10 times and still not get the correct chest at the end with the items I need. Therefore I will not waste my time. On to a new game.

My Addicted Game I’m In Love With 😍. Love this game one of my favorite mahjong games this game is very addicting it took me forever to find the right game I was looking for because I just recently starting playing games on the the phone again during my free time and while I’m relaxing after a long day I pretty much have download every mahjong game to find the right one that I like but I also play the Microsoft one for my rewards points but this is fr fr 💯 my favorite

Fun, but hard to beat w/o spending money. This is a really fun game fun, but I’ve been on the same level since yesterday. No matter what I try I can’t beat the level unless I spend money to get more coins to get the special tiles. It’s like they purposely make it hard so you have to buy the other tiles especially the shuffle one. I’ll have 4 tiles left & will almost beat it, but one of the matching tiles will be right under the other one & I’ll lose. It’s to the point I’m about to just stop playing the game. It’s so frustrating.

Exciting. This isn’t just the usual same thing over and over. It mixes up the game so that you don’t get bored with it. The only thing I don’t care for is they keep wanting you to buy stuff that you can do without. It would probably make it a little easier but you don’t really need them. I love the solitaire games but I get bored with them. This one, I haven’t had that problem.

Fun for what it is. Fun mahjong game with extras to play when waiting for lives. Pretty hand-holdy, but I can get past that. My biggest problem are the daily tasks. Do they disappear if you don’t load up the game in time? I had no daily tasks available when loading the game the first time today in the afternoon, not morning, and apparently I had no daily tasks? I wish it was either fixed or explained how they refresh.

Sets you up to fail!. I too made the mistake of purchasing to speed along a level once and since then I no longer can watch ads, no longer get any bonus coins like before, and am constantly harasse to buy more and cheated over and over on these levels I used to love playing. I played this every day and have spent a good amount of money on this game but im really disappointed and annoyed by the behavior the games has once you spend money. Disappointed and I loved this game. Those are the type of bugs you should fix, this loser algorithm once you spend money

Change isn’t always better. I’ve been playing for years, it can be quite fun and the added features are a great bonus but the developers keep changing it to make it more difficult to receive rewards. Every aspect of the game takes more energy to complete/level up and it’s nearly impossible to complete periodical challenges without spending money for more energy. I guess it’s time to find another game.

Getting ready to delete. Starting out I really enjoyed this game. But now, I don’t know who made this game but it’s kinda screwy. I just won over 2,300 points in the process of the level, but only less than 6,000 for the whole level. The points awarded are just at random. You can NEVER complete the journeys. I’m on level 8?? and am bored with how difficult it has become. I literally open the game spend 2 minutes playing and either have to spend money or close it. They want way too much to complete bridges, so you constantly feel defeated. You get 200 points max, but some of the trees take over 400. If they change it they can send me an email. I’m out.

Almost, but not quite a 5 ⭐️. Not quite a 5, as I have no idea what all the chests, spells, items have to do with the game. But to be fair to the developers, I have played Mahjong in many forms, video, online and live with tiles & against others in an actual weekly league. This game is ok, used a shuffle a couple times, haven't felt the need to use any others. I've blown through the first 18 levels in about 70 minutes (taking care of grandbabies aged 3 & 4) achieving 3 stars on all without losing a life. I'll update this review when I surpass level 100. Love this game but need help.. I have played this game for several months. I do not purchase anything and I have made it to level 259 with 3 stars in each level. For some reason, all of a sudden, it won’t let me ask my friends for an extra life. It has the little fb bar to ask friends, but when I tap on it, it does nothing. Please try to fix this. This is a really fun game and I enjoy playing it. It would be nice to be able to get more than one life at a time when it lets me ask my friends. But overall. This is a great Majhong game. Thx

App support stinks. I have been playing for years now and today I decided it is time to move on to another mahjong games. The tech support is so unprofessional and has a habit with turning the issues back to you and placing blame elsewhere that they actually make you even more angry and they never resolve the issues. On top of that customer service is rude and unprofessional. I have no clue how they have lasted this long. Before you download this game check our the Facebook page and see all the complaints about this game. And the sad part is this use to be so much fun. But not anymore. They have no respect for their long lasting customers. And that is sad.

Gorgeous money trap. The reviews are true, you have to spend money to progress in many instances. The wheel suspiciously lands on the 5 paws about 66% of the time even though it should be a one in 6 chance, it’s just an illusion of chance. I used a booster to win a level I had played about 8-10 times to win the game finally, and the game bugs out on me immediately. I open it back up to see the level that I completed acting like I never completed it. So I lost the booster and never passed the level even though I used it to win. How convenient. I like gorgeous games and nice music but I like games that don’t scam the players better. Do better.

Expeditions are a money pit. I’ve played every single expedition they’ve put out since launching that feature, I’ve spent countless amounts of money trying to beat even ONE of them and it’s literally impossible! They want you to spend hundreds per expedition and I just can’t do that, it’s incredibly frustrating and honestly disgusting how greedy the game developers are. The bridges on the FIRST AND EASIEST LEVEL are usually 1,000 and often times more, sometimes as high as 6,000 units to open just one bridge. Even if you played religiously around the clock you could never beat the expedition without spending hundreds of dollars. Looking for a similar game with more honest developers.

Mahjong Treasure Quest. This game is an exciting and thrilling game it is crazily addicting once you get started you instantly know how to play. Once you know the basics of the game you will become a master of matching tiles. You can collect different things like pieces of a picture of how to find Sophie's parents, collectors artifacts and lots more. It is really a thought out game and it has lots of challenging levels. You should really get this game believe me when I say it is a great game!

No new tasks - this is still a huge problem. The game has been saying “new tasks are coming soon” for at least a week. When is this going to be fixed? This is still a big problem. Twice since I have written to review the tasks have shown up for a few days only to disappear in the middle of a day. PLEASE let us know when this problem will be fixed

IMPOSSIBLE. I loved this game AT FIRST! It seemed to start of easy (which I expect most games to do) and then there a challenge (again in line with the average). THEN it becomes basically impossible to win and who wants to play a game where you are destined to lose? A lot of games would like you buy their coins to help and I typically would if it was worth it but it’s not! It’s expensive and will get you no where. You run out of time so quickly in the dungeon challenges and no option to give you extra time besides buying coins! No thanks. Graphics are good, storyline is fun but it’s literally impossible! Sorry. I don’t suggest it at all!

App won’t let me continue to expedition without error message. The game was going great! I love the expedition. After waking up this morning and waiting for wands to replenish to continue....nothing. It Keeps saying I need one time internet connection- which is ON. Makes no sense. Re-downloaded app and the same thing happens. Sad, I was really loving it. Just disappointing...... UPDATE: I am really loving this game! The expeditions should be constantly ongoing since there is so much to explore😍

Great game but.... Love the game and the adventures inside of the game. But I can only get so far in the adventures because you can never get enough wood, grass or rocks to build the bridges. And the price for more energy is really high. I understand this is how you pay for the app to stay afloat but I can say I have paid for somethings but not a lot on this game. And the adventures are one of my favorite things but I hate that I can never finish them because of the cost of the bridges. I have played 2 adventures so far and never been able to complete a bridge in either one. Makes me sad really.

Impossible to play without spending a ton of money.... I play several “freemium” games, so I’m aware of the pay to play business model. But this game is ridiculous. Expeditions are nearly impossible to get through even if you played all day and did nothing else, and the exchange rate for Dollars to Coins is a total rip-off, even if there is a “sale.” I’ve played for about a month now, and have paid a few times, but I’m going to be uninstalling soon. It’s just not fun. Also if you want a full set of different tiles? You have to subscribe for a monthly fee. Sure, there’s a mini game you can play, but it’s out of the app and on Facebook. That’s too much going on for me.

Like it- new iPhone makes shape levels unplayable. Used to games that want your money. They are all like this these days so not going to complain about that. I like that there is stuff to do and I haven’t been stuck on a level for more than a day or two which is better than I can say for some the games I’ve played. My issue is with the new iPhone. I cannot see the shapes I am supposed to get on the shape levels (square, triangle, circle). So not only do I have to deal with the time limit, but I also have to just cross my fingers and pick a shape then hope like hell it is the right on or just start over. I hope there is a way to fix it.

Needs updates. I really like this game but only having a life renew every 30 minutes makes it hard to play the game. They want you to make in-app purchases for coins which could refill lives but I don’t want to pay. Maybe watching ads for coins would help and possibly having lives renew every 10 or 15 minutes would work better. It’s fun but something needs to change. I’ve also participated in spin get the “wheel of fortune” almost 2-3 times I play and rarely do I receive a free life, a coin, and have never landed on the extra time slot. I get the “paws” reward. Maybe if once you receive the 90 paws you could receive coins, lives, boosts in the reward instead of items you receive while playing each level.

Tons of fun l love Mahjong treasure Quest! 👍🏻👏🏻😻. This game is tons of fun because: 1. Educational 2. Gets to a bit of a Challenge when you progress but that's what makes this game fun despite the negative reviews 3. This game is so Cute!!! I love this game with all my heart keep up the good work. 😍🐰 But you could also make it better if you made it easier to get the special tiles because I've tried to get them two times and never finished the levels to the point where l can win them so please don't do any timed levels for the levels in the Special tile levels or if you can't stop making the timed levels for the special tiles please make the times at least 5 minutes or more please! :) I'm your biggest fan of your game so please listen to my recommendations thank you! 😘

Fun game but too hard to repair bridges. This game is fun, am able to progress in the game levels fairly quickly. The storyline for the “quest” is entertaining and reasonably interesting. Part of that is the expeditions. It’s easy to get to about 11% completed though and then you need to repair bridges to get to other parts of the maps. However, it’s way too hard to repair one bridge, let along the 3 or more in each level of the expedition. I spent 3 days just working on 1 bridge, which gave me a teeny tiny piece. Hopefully the developers will make those repairs easier to accomplish, which would give a lot more satisfaction in the game. Maybe add magic power to the wheel of fortune? On the plus side, when I game was glitching, there is a machinist to get help. The developers were extremely responsive.

Unattainable & expensive. I really liked this game before the quests started. Now I find myself try to get through all the requests & find its unattainable. They don’t give you enough star power/or the quantities of stars to complete items is why too high. The power ups to purchase are really expensive too. I don’t think they reward you enough & game starts dragging on & you never really get anything accomplished. I like playing the mahjong tiles but, feel there rewards should be more generous-like letting you actually win coins on the spinning wheel. Things could be a lot better. 😒

Fix your ad problems. I’m tired of the 3 part ads. I sit through 30 seconds and when I click the last continue it just stays on the page making me exit and then I have to do it all over again. I just had this glitch 4 times in a row, sitting through a total of 2 minutes of ads and it still wouldn’t move forward. I’m not just here so you can get free advertising for your sponsors. I’m incredibly frustrated and even though I’ve spent real money on this game several times I about to delete it permanently.

I love this game. I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now and have actually spent less money on this one. But when I get stuck, I buy a little bit just to get through. I like the graphics and levels, and could care less if I find she her parents. What I don’t like is the treasure boxes. It takes way too long to finally get enough seconds to complete the level.

Fun game. I like the overall concept of the game. The illustrations are colorful and vivid. And I like being able to earn tile sets. The BEST part is that I’ve been playing for a couple of years, switched phones, disconnected from Facebook (after switching devices) and DID NOT LOSE ANY PROGRESS. Other games reset all progress after disconnecting from Facebook, but this game does not force you to stay connected to Facebook to enjoy all features.

All around good game. Passes the time well to start as well as challenges your mind. I got it because my other games are a grind and needed something more relaxing. Needed something I didn’t feel that I “Had” to play to keep up. Well I made a good choice trying this app. Free to play friendly, addictive as Mahjong always is, with fun side projects and games. Perfect game with Zero adds and no packs in your face trying to get you to spend. Only wish I had found the game sooner, great job developers 👍👍

Buyer beware!!!!. I actually really liked this game but it makes it impossible without paying tons of money to actually have a fun experience!!! one weekend I decided to play it regardless of the price and I spent over $100 trying to reach different levels to win coins and you never can achieve it. It was a test and they failed epically — now I see in the reviews other people of had the same problem. You cannot win any free coins in this game! I don’t mind paying for perks in the game but it shouldn’t have to cost over $100 to actually try to win something and then you never get to win it —- this is a complete rip off! I’m so disappointed I will never play this game again and I will tell everyone I know how much it costs to try to have an enjoyable experience!!!

It’s becoming less fun and more annoying. The dungeons are increasingly difficult, 4 minutes to clear three floors? That’s not enough time. And the coins should be easier to be found you shouldn’t force the players to buy coins to get bonus items. I’m finding “dust” in the expedition but I would rather find coins which could help me on these stupid dungeons. I would rather the dungeons be optional, I’ve been stuck unable to move onto the next level because I can’t pass two of the dungeons to get the items to complete the collections. Ridiculous, it was a great game but now I’m just annoyed.

Love it. I love mahjong games but I downloaded it cause the add was showing a trapped cat and pins with locks and to open it you have to play a mahjong level even tho it’s not what I thought it was gonna be I like it better then the other mahjong games and I don’t really rate or comment about games I pay and I play a lot u did a good job I saw the other bad reviews and I don’t think there is nothing wrong with the game it has way more thing to do and collect then a original mahjong games great job 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁

Impossible to play again. I get that the farther you get the harder it gets however the latest update is made it impossible to beat the dungeon levels. The timer starts off pretty high but as you progress is decreases dramatically. I stopped playing for a while when the timer dropped to just over 4 minutes and an update brought the timer up some to a reasonable amount of time. The latest update though dropped the timer back down lower than before. How does anyone complete a dungeon level in 3 minutes without using all 5 lives just to add an additional 3 seconds? I think I will stop playing again until they bring the timers back up to a reasonable amount of time.

Mostly good but needs change. Most of this game is good. One thing that definitely needs to be changed is to be able to change your profile/name even if you don’t have Facebook. Some people/kids are not allowed to have Facebook or do not want it. I think that people should not be restricted to having there name set as “you” just because they don’t have another app to use along with this game. Please change this and this game will probably become rated five stars.

Force Closes After Years of Play. I really hate to give this game anything less than 5 stars, but I literally can’t play it anymore! I’ve been playing this game for years, but all of the sudden it started force closing on me? The game goes to the loading screen, my Apple ID pops up (welcoming me) then right before the loading screen is done, it crashes! I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling and I’ve made sure there’s enough space on my device, etc., but still it crashes! I really hate that too because I had literally years of progress on this game and I still loved playing it! If you can get it to load, I highly recommend it! Playing on: iPhone XS Max/Latest version (as of 3/6/20)

A challenge that keeps my interest. This one is both a great way to exercise your brain and relax at the same time. While the time challenges start you off at a pretty ridiculous number, you gain more time on the clock each attempt, so eventually you'll get it. There's plenty of variety to keep me from getting bored, which is key for any game to stay on my phone. Well worthwhile.

Problem and no customization. If I don’t do a move but quit the level it takes a heart and my item even if the level doesn’t load it still takes my item. I don’t use items like that or buy more so once they are used until it rewards more they are gone so I don’t appreciate when the game freezes while loading a level it takes my starting item. I also hate when the games force you to use the item when you unlock it. Also I had unlimited lives for more time but when it took me to restoring the manor I lost my last 10 minutes. When you repair things it’s all the same there’s nothing so far that I get to choose.

Very frustrating. I used to really enjoy this game, I’ve made it to level 133 or so, but I just had to delete it. Its incredibly frustrating to have to sit through the same level 20-30 times over just to make it even possible. Constantly I have had to start a level over because there are no more matches, if I use the shuffle it just gives me a few more matches before I’ve run out again. Additionally, the timed levels are near impossible, most definitely with the given time. I found if you do it enough times the time limit will increase by a second or more, so I’ve played one level, failing each time, just to have a long enough limit that it’s possible. Overall, a very disappointing game, it would be so much more fun if it was playable.

Mahjong by Vizors Corp. Fun & challenging until you get to the puzzles (One is way too many, and there are tons), that don't present/offer a solution to the puzzle unless you pay money or play multiple times, and I've counted up to having to play one 30 tries. These tend to be the ones that you are required to get a requisite number of gems in a specific order. I’m with “on the fence” reviewer only I’m not on the fence. Had to play the last three games ten plus times before I was able to win, this last one I’m at 15 and counting. Yes they do stack these games against you and that’s pathetic.

Review on mahjong. I love this game I have been playing this game for a very long time. It is one of the best mahjong games there is. I like the fact that you have to get 3 stars for every board. I also like that sometimes you have to play the same board to get the things you need. The timed boards are great. I have never had any problems with anything about the game at all. Great job on making on of the best games ever.

Some fun but overall not enough satisfaction. I've plated this a lot but not having an app any way to help tile sets turns me off. Other games make it easy but not this game - they make it impossible to do so by making you try to accomplish an impossible goal of 35 levels in just 2 days! With extremely hard timed levels thrown - forget it. I ran out of time after 21 levels, even beating some timed ones. HEY GAME DEVELOPERS: we can't live in this game for 48 hours just to get a tile set! Also, lives run out so must wait again for lives to restock - how is it that Ben achieveable? Id rather pay a few bucks to get new tile sets - you're missing out on bankable upsells here. Very stupid. Sorry but deleting this game.

You have to spend money to progress. This is fun and addictive until you realize you have to spend actual money to get anywhere. I can play for maybe fifteen minutes before I'm out of magic and have to quit until it refreshes. I'd rather deal with ads. It's a shame because the graphics are really pretty and it's a fun mix of quest and puzzle. Edit: they have added a new quest that is much better! Having more magic around to find makes it much more fun.

What has happened to my favorite game?. This is my favorite game and I play it all the time. For the last 3 days I cannot get it to open. Earlier today it wasn’t even listed in the Apple Store. I did get a message a few days ago that said there was a new version of this game. I did not open it because I don’t want to have to start over. I was on level 769 when the game would not open. Please let me know if this game is gone forever!

Game doesn’t work well. This game is fun when I can play it but I can rarely get the app to even open when playing on my iPhone. I get the initial GLERA Games screen and then everything closes and it won’t let me go any further. I am not sure if anyone else has this problem because I haven’t seen anyone post about it but it is very frustrating. I do agree with the other reviews that this game is stacked against you though and tries to force you to buy stuff in order to win levels because the tiles are set up in a way that it is impossible to win sometimes without boosters. I can lose all 5 of my lives on one level because of this and then go in a few days later and beat the level in the first try.

Could be a great game but needs work. I have to start by saying I think it is a fun game and it is challenging. I don't like games that are too easy to get through and I also don't like to have to spend money to continue playing. I've only been playing for a month and for the most part it's been fun. I can't play any of the expeditions though because it crashes every time it almost gets loaded. Does anyone else have this problem? Maybe I'm different than most but I will continue to try to beat a level over and over before I would spend money lol.. If I get frustrated I just go to something else for awhile and come back....overall tho a fun game and passes time 😀

The best!!. I absolutely love this game!!! I love the regular play with a great storyline and the expeditions are my absolute favorite. I have recommended this game to friends who now love it just as much as I do!! The only thing I would say to the game makers is during the expeditions the bridges are impossible to get through. My friends have told this to me as well we want to finish the whole expedition and do everything but the bridges require so much material it’s very difficult Other than that I have no negativity for this game it’s amazing!

Storyline. The story line has in realistic timeline goals, it takes too much magic for multiple items to be able to find what is needed to rebuild the property. The little girl starts out with way too little power for as many quests she has to complete before moving on to the next quest level! Then there’s the unrealistic ungodly amount of shrubs, trees, & rock you have to obtain to even cross a bridge once you actually find it. Please fix the problem, give more boxes of magic or give a more realistic magical supply for the little girl. The game should be enjoyable instead it’s stressful, the way it currently is people will give up too easily & replace the game with something better

I love these types of games. This is one of my favorite types of games and it seems like it will be pretty fun and a little challenging as it goes on I will come back when I know more. So far the story is nice and seems like there is a lot to do I only took a star off so far because of having to use energy however I can see myself playing this for a while. Again I’ll come back for another review once I play it more

Keep having to uninstall/install. I really like this game a lot. I like the mix of timed games, regular games, dungeons and what I call ordered games ( you have to collect certain tiles in a special order based on jewel shape). The mix keeps things interesting and keeps me on my toes. What I don’t like is that I have to uninstall/re-install it at least once a week because it starting hanging at the splash screen. Thankfully I don’t lose my position when I do it, but that’s why I’m not giving it 5 stars.

Wonder fair. Love the wonder fair but it takes you guys to long to start it after it ends. Hate the new feature you have in the wonder fair where when you pay for the extra energy it gives you the 100 energies but then reverts back to the original 30 so you have to keep using coins. That is really stinky of you to take that away. To hard to play it with only 30 energies. You guys just want people to keep spending money and I already spend enough in your game

On the Fence. Let me start by saying I want the 25 coins back that your game keeps taking away after I get them. I’m really torn with this game. Have been playing for some time and it seems that the developers simply got lazy after a whi,e and just started repeating the same levels over and over again. It is obvious that the developers have purposely set up the game so you will not win until they are ready to let you win. In summary, give the coins back, figure out something creative, and stop setting players up to lose.
