Used to love this app but…. Great selection of a wide range of brands from contemporary to luxury fashion, and at great prices. However, it’s become increasingly difficult to filter your selections by size on the app. Sometimes the option is available, most of the time it is not.

Half Price Nikes, Pumas, Yes Please!. The shoes I buy from 6pm are what’s left after Zappos doesn’t sell through their inventory. You also get access to the great videos that Zappos produces which show off the shoes. Doesn’t bother me to buy the 2018 model in 2019!! Thanks 6PM!!

DIDN’T RECEIVE AND NO REFUND. I purchased pair of Reebok sneakers. NEVER received them and they will not give me a refund!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first time i contacted them, the manager promised to give me the refund. Weeks later, after not receiving the promised refund, i contacted the customer service and they told me that they have cancelled the refund:)))) while i was waiting for it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never shopping here again, never!

Brooks Adrenaline. I was so excited to see you carry my favorite shoe in my size and in wide! The Adrenaline 18 has been my favorite brooks running shoe the past several years and I’m so excited I could get another pair and not have to purchase the Adrenaline 19s!

Best website ever. I visit often to search clearance items. I’m a horrible shopper, but I’m stylish. With the filter and sort tabs, 6pm tells me what I need! It’s a no brainer!

Second order, different color. I really love the way these boots are made. The quality and style look and feel the same, great!

Love the prices but. Their prices are great when its sale. However their search function is rubbish. For kids I can’t search for sizes and for search words anything shows up so it’s too time consuming.

This is a problem. Prices are out of control which means I buy more than I need. All good gear but still a problem nonetheless..... can’t put a price on looking good!

Keeps bumping out. This app has exited by itself at least 6 times in 1hr. Also it has trouble connecting to server while logging in.

Love the looks.. I honestly love how this website/app gives you the names for less. This app just proves you do not have to spend a fortune to be fabulous. Will most definitely buy from again.

I love 6PM. Before I discovered 6 PM, I had very few shoes. Since then I’ve been buying here - maybe 7 or 8 years. There have been a few pair of shoes I should have returned, but overall, this way I can buy good shoes. I just bought a pair of Munros and Hispanitas.

Best place to shop sneakers on sale. I buy on sale name brand shoes and clothes for my twins. The hoodie Underarmour was actually cheaper then kohl’s. The sneakers stock it up when on sale, I can get 2 pairs for less or around $60 bucks!! I really recommend it.

Would rate 4.5. Great app and wonderful cite. HOWEVER!! Don't expect to see reviews of an item in order to determine wether you purchase an item or not. Furthermore, don't be surprised when you are unable to receive a free exchange/return - that is the policy here.

Hate the new website.. The new changes to the website are awful.

App not keeping me logged in. Before the last update I was able to log in and stay logged in. Now EVERY time I get into the app I have to log in. It wouldn’t be such an issue if I got out of it and not even a minute later I go back in and I have to log in again. Please look into this or give a suggestion. Otherwise, I love y’all!!!

Great Prices. I am a grandmother raising a 9 year old granddaughter, she loves shoes because I love shoes. We find great name brand shoes for GREAT!! prices. It’s a very easy process and your items arrive in a couple of days. We’ve been extremely happy with the entire process.

Size. I have more than 4 months checking here to see if you guys have the same size of a snicker that I bought and no update about it , I sent emails and no one has replied to me , and also you buy something today and a few weeks after you see that you guys no longer sell it anymore .

Great prices on quality products.. I enjoy shopping at 6PM as there are so many bargains here. My one dislike is that they do not provide a return shipping label. I am happy to pay the cost of the return but it’s a hassle doing it on my own.

Don’t buy from it. I bought 2 shoes as an original shoes but when it comes it’s light weight and you can tell it’s a copy and poor quality!, PLUS I decided to return it asap surprised that I have to pay the return as both of the shoes 50$ but the shipping cost it was 70$!!!! That’s not a good experience for me and never ordered again and not recommend at all !

Complete Garbage. Wasted nearly an hour searching and adding stuff to my cart before I realized that it empties your cart over and over without warning. Much easier to just open multiple tabs on a web browser for each item you’re interested in. Also less confusing and you can easily compare items by going back and forth between tabs.

Needs Reviews. I like 6pm. However, there is a serious omission in that there are no product reviews. I recently ordered a pair of shoes in a half-size larger than my regular size. When they arrived, they were still too small. If there were reviews, I’m sure that I wouldn’t have to be bothered with returning these shoes.

Always a great deal!. Just got new sneakers.....half off original price! I hate spending triple-digits on sneakers so finding great deals EVERY time is awesome! Great search filter too
