Hi. Let’s say I want to build multiple restaurants with different heights ( some have only first floor only or 2 floors ) at the same project how can I do that ?

Was great for about 10min. I read other reviews where the developer suggested having at least 2GB space in order for the app to work properly. I have plenty of room and the app continuously crashes. It literally happens every single time I try to do anything. The scaling of doors, windows, openings,etc. is ridiculous, instead of just adjusting the width of the door, window,etc. to fit where I want it, it adjusts the height of the door. If I want a skinny closet door it will look like a hobbit door! The kitchen cupboards are missing corner sections and does not have a good selection. I am beyond upset that I spent $20 for something that makes me want to throw my tablet against the wall. I have HomeDesign3D and it is way more user friendly but does not have a roof option and that’s the only reason I downloaded this app was because it had roof options. If I could get a refund I would do it in a heartbeat.

Love the app but constant issues. I have been using this app for about two years on various projects. Recently, when using the app on my phone certain projects close on their own and when I try to reopen them, they do not and I get an error message. Have never seen this before.

Newest update broke app. Hi your newest update won’t allow the app to even open on my new iPad Pro. It only has y’all’s logo and the loading wheel spinning. Also. It no longer saves all settings on a project when you exit. I always have lighting off , but each time it loads a project new or old, the lighting is always on which makes it slow or crash. I barely have anything in my storage so it’s not the case. Nor am I using any SketchUp models. Even on the newest iPad Pro. The system slows down a great amount when using this app now. Not sure what happened. Moving objects and moving around in both 2d and 3D have become slow and not very smooth.

I need help plz. Hello I had a question about the straight walls in building tools. Can the straight walls be resized to be thicker or thinner if so could there be a way i can make it thinner. please tell me how and thank you keep up the great work.

Difficult to learn. I’m very techno savvy but am Finding this too difficult to learn.

Impossible. Difficult to use. I just want to redesign a room not build a house from foundation up. Cannot seem to figure out how to do it.

It double charged me. I was upgrading my live home 3D to pro 3D but instead of upgrading the app I had it downloaded and new one so the regular live home 3D has my projects but not upgraded and the new one has nothing, could they apps be merged or can I be refunded because I truly do enjoy the app.

Tech support doesn’t reply. I downloaded the pro version and started to design, learning as I went, referring to the help menu whenever needed. The app was much more complex than Keyplan, but in many ways this is a good thing because you can do so much more than other more basic programs. However, when I encountered a problem, I emailed tech support and after three days haven’t received any response. I’m gonna give it one more day and then I’ll be deleting this app as it is completely useless to me right now. ISSUE: It started out working just fine, but after I saved my work and came back later on, I could no longer get new walls I drew to connect to the existing structure. When I draw them, the just overlay on the wall where I want them to join, but never actually merge. This makes the program useless to me unless someone can explain to me how to fix this.

Pro review. There are 2 issue need to be consider; First I don’t why the app closed immediately many times. That one of the weakness or errors and the other one is really limited for the one who work with it means professionals. For instance there are situations need to be resolve but this is just good enough for making predictable models If we talking about you compared this app with something like Revit. Depends on how you advertise it and I expected. This can not solve many things in my job but I really try with it. There are some software errors, like measurements and adjustments issue Which I experienced many times and never make sense. It can not modified shapes if you don’t have model. And not good at roof if it’s complicated. Not like tutorial videos but really complicated roofs either. But I impressed that I compare it with something like professional BIM softwares. If we go through for what we pay it’s okey to pay for but I at lease expected not frustrated by errors. Maybe my work is heavy load for it but it’s really not just small but professional. I request if any way reduce this errors before disappointed to use. And if there are accessible models which encourage me to stay with it.

Awesome. This app is great, I don’t really use it for professional things because I’m too young. I have only one cool idea I want to share. I think you should add something where you take a picture of a house plan and it will generate a model.

Capable but not intuitive. Update, After a few weeks of using the software the program is becoming easier to use, and thru trial and error, you can figure out it’s abilities. Tech support has been responsive to all my questions! Sorry I bothered them so much. From what I see it’s a very capable program, just takes patience for first time users. I had purchased the pro version of this product to develop plans for a future garage/home. There are many features that are not intuitive about the program and/or it is very glitch. For example, the elevation view sometimes shows your project, and other times is just a blank page. When it works I have no idea why it’s working. Adding features such as roofs, nothing happens in the 3D view, then all of a sudden I have multiple roofs added. Again either the software isn’t working correctly, or it is just not an easy/intuitive process. It’s almost easier to do my drafting on paper instead. I’ll keep using it for now but my patience are thinning.

Horrible don’t waste your money. Don’t even bother . Complete waste of money. Difficult to use. No instructions.... awful

What happened??? (updated). UPDATE: Developers of this app are awesome and have awesome response time! I did discover that the reason why it was crashing was because of a super large 3rd party download from Trimble. I was able to remove it and get moving again. I have learned that when I download items from trimble - if they take longer than 30 seconds to download I automatically delete them so that they won’t be an issue. I would ding Trimble... I think they need to give more information and such on their items so you can be more educated about them before you download them... but I am LOVING Live Home 3D Pro!! I have so very much enjoyed this app and have had the most fun using it to design my house that is currently being built. Everything was going GREAT until this week! It started crashing!! It takes FOREVER to load (if it will load without an error)... and then a few minutes into working on the project it kicks me out of the app completely! I have deleted and reinstalled the app I don’t know how many times. I am on an Ipad Pro with plenty of memory and storage so I don’t know what is going on. It is super frustrating becuase I have spent so much time working on my project... what happened to this app?????? Right now I cannot recommend this app to anyone... 3 days ago I would have recommended it to everyone!

Can’t use. I can’t even start a room on iOS. It crashes immediately everytime.

Great app. Everything is great about this app, so far. However, I am using my IPad tablet and the app crashes when I edit in max, or high zoom mode.

No go for iPhone and desktop. Cannot use on iPhone and then on Microsoft desktop- have to buy both.

The app does exactly what it should do. It gracefully does what it should do, and I easily got quality results. What is very important for me is that I can have my interior designs always at hand! I also enjoy virtual walkthroughs and AR.

Great for interior design!. This app is really great for designing interiors! It is easy to use, it helped me renovate my home without moving furniture many times. Kudos to developers!

Great concept...but needs work. I really like the concept behind this app and I enjoy creating my own designs, but the app crashes so frequently that it makes it impossible to be productive. I purchased the pro version thinking that it would run more smooth than the basic app, but that hasn’t been the case.

Exactly what we needed. My husband and I were looking for an app to design the floor plan of our home, after trying the free version we decided this app was perfect! Areas for improvement; items could named a little better, more furniture variety (kitchen), ability to import free version design to pro when you buy the app, and timber accents would be nice too! I will say that it’s hard to figure how out how to SAVE or make sure it’s auto saving? Would be nice if you could save and edit the file name from inside the project under the settings tab. Other than that great app, highly recommend.

Wonderful app but needs improvement. I love this app it has made my life so much easier. All the features are amazing, this app was totally worth the money. But I would like to bring attention to the fact that when you upload anything from Trimble 3D warehouse it takes an extremely long time to load. Also sometimes the app crashes, I have the latest version of the app but it still continues to crash and undo some of my work. I think this is very important because although there is a wide selection of furniture, Trimble 3D warehouse has a larger selection and I can get exactly what I need. I am sure that others would appreciate this too. Other than that I love the app it has done miracles for me with how much time I save from sketching everything. The developers did a nice job but just about every app out there needs slight improvements. :)

An amazing app.. I’ve been looking for a home design app like this for years and here it is. It has a friendly user interface, comes with great tutorials and online help, and SO MANY OPTIONS to choose from. I hope the devs will add RVs and boats to the car section as well as bicycles and motorcycles. Besides that, amazing stuff!

Doesn't Seem to Open Files from Desktop App. Bought the paid version so I could look at my house plan (created on my Mac) with my iPad or phone. I can see the file but it's greyed out and won't open. Looks like I just wasted $20 :( since I'm surely not planning to recreate the thing on my phone! Now I'm not sure what this app is for as many people in the reviews refer to it as a game. I am using it to do home renovations and thought it would be nice to have access when I'm away from my computer. Will change rating if I can figure out how to access my plans.

I am just a beginner.. As a beginner, this app is not so easy but not too difficult. If it working for import my auto card drawing, it is so convenient for me.

Does not work EVERY time there is an update……And can NOT purchase Extra Packs. Every time there is an update for a new version with my iPad, Whenever I go into my Library Materials folder through my iCloud, it always shows the loading symbol for a good minute and then kicks me out of the app. I always delete/uninstall the app then reinstall it and the same issue occurs. Now, the response I got back from the creators of the app before, had mentioned that it could be the materials I had saved from the 3D Warehouse could not be compatible with the new version. Now here is where I know that isn’t true and makes no sense because if that were true, then how come when I have to re-download the SAME version of the object I got through the 3dWarehouse downloads and allows me to open the tab with no problem. The Geek Squad has even mentioned it doesn’t make sense in that being the answer since I am able to re-download and no problem. So my hassle is having to no longer be able to use my saved projects ever again and feel forced in having to re-download the same stuff (each item) every time there is an update as well as re-create my creations. So therefore I will NOT be recommending this app anymore and some of my friends have already gone to other apps instead to help them in their business due to the same issues and similar reasons as to why ours react the same way with updates and it is a shame since I have spent money on all the extra packs and for this program. I have loved it for a couple years now and am just getting frustrated from the recent frustrations. I have the latest iPad Pro and have plenty of storage and GB. Not to mention I have reached out to Trimble 3d warehouse and turns out that they are not the issue. So I just feel I am getting the run around on the true meaning as to why this is an issue every time. IF there is a resolution please somebody help me. Geek squad has stated that more likely it sounded as though it was this app being more of the issue. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested though to do including contacting all who was recommended in contacting, including Apple. Thank you and this is just disappointing. :( AND Can Not Purchase Extra Materials/Packs One week ago I requested a refund on some of the extra materials packs because I accidentally purchased ones that I had not meant to that came with the last update version of this app (I do have the updated version of this app) and went through the App Store and as of 2 days ago, everything was refunded. I wanted to re-purchase some of the packs again and when I had tried to, the purchases status still showed ‘purchased’ and thinking I had to start anew or something, I un-installed and re-installed the app again and yet the status still states that. I had a few issues with the app not that long ago and sent in my review of this app last week and now this is another issue that I was told was the apps creators issue that needed to be fixed and wanted to see if that were true or not. I just noticed I was able to restore my purchases, does that mean I will be charged again with what I just got restored after receiving a refund on them two days ago? Because I understand and that is alright if so. Again, my iPad Pro is the latest one and the apps and iPad are all up to date with current versions. Never had this particular issue before but have suddenly fallen into it and am wanting to give this app another chance but no answers yet. I understand that you guys get a lot emails and so forth but if you could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Also if I could hear back about a solution from the review before this with a resolution to that one as lol I would greatly appreciate as well.

Have latest update. Constant crashes. Can’t backup library.. The only things you can count on with this app are all the problems.

Making me pay twice to upgrade!!!!!!!. I upgraded through in-app purchase to pro from the free version. I also bough all but the landscape package. It never upgraded. I just had to purchase the pro version through the App Store only to find that not only am I paying for the app AGAIN, but I have to buy all the expansion packs AGAIN as well!!! VERY disappointed. I need this to be made right.

If only. If only they provided a better tutorial. If only their support team responded to my email request for more information. Then maybe this app would be useful. If you’re someone looking for an app to help you with home design considerations I would look elsewhere. You will spend far too much time trying to figure it all out. Update. Their support never did reply. I provided my ticket number. Yes they have tutorials, but are far too cursory. Want to change the color of an exterior wall? Draw your lot lines? Two simple questions I couldn’t find answers to. Maybe this is only for people in the industry.

Decent.. Is there a way to calculate the internal sq ft of the house and walls for drywall, the iOS app needs this. Also would be cool to know if its possible to get the brick and block textures I purchased to match in visual measurement with manual calculations in a setting or something.

I love but............ I really love this app. But I think more objects should be added. We should be able to change color with the same pattern. I don’t understand how you change the ground out side without the whole ground changing color. To me it need more detail on how to work the game. How can we get upgrades with more objects? And it keep crashing. I spent money to have fun 👎🏾😢😡

Very Satisfied. Just got this app a few days ago. Instantly, I couldn’t put it down while designing my first two buildings and landscaping. Very fun. No crashes or problems. The learning curve was pretty easy. Just watch the tutorials, which are pretty brief but just play with it and you’ll get it. What I’d like to see: ability to get a materials takeoff for a designed structure.

Very helpful app!. I love this app. We are able to design and redesign renovation plans for our entire home before going to an architect, saving us $$. I would like an ability to change elevations around the house. Part of our plans are removing a bulk head and making a walkout basement. I haven’t found a way to have multiple elevations around the house.

Near Perfection!!!. With the added pro features, this app is awesome. I am a Civil Engineering Technician, and I enjoy using this more than I do high-end civil engineering programs ... You would be quite surprised of what a person could do with this app... Kudos!

Can’t use Bluetooth keyboard commands. I can’t use Bluetooth keyboards anymore like used to, and I’ve tried a snugg third party keyboard, apple magic keyboard, Logitech keys-to-go-keyboard and a brydge keyboard. I used to love this, but now it’s practically useless.

Awesome. I use this app almost every day. It does a great job of quickly creating 3D model of the house out of a floor plan. Besides, it has so many great features: roof editor, elevation view, light editor, etc. I created my 3 story house in 4 days, fully furnished! So happy I found this app in the store.

App crash. Seems great and love the features but for paying as much as I did the app should not be crashing every 2 mins when resizing objects or rooms

Immaculate App. I have thoroughly enjoyed this app... this game is very helpful and is very enjoyable. The only thing I would change is I would like to see is ceiling fans. Other than that this is an immaculate game!

Need serious work. I about lost my mind with the way they made the 2d wall layout! You try to adjust a wall and it just starts making extra angles. You pull the wall longer it creates a angle. You try to fix that angle and it creates another angle like seriously what on earth. If I’m leaving a review about how crappy it is that means it real CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3D Pro. Absolute rubbish! You can buy a lot of pen & paper for $30 Don’t waist your money

Plan your Reno. I built our home roughly measured in this app. I now know what colour to change the roof and all sorts of other ideas become obvious what will and won’t work. A bit of a learning curve but so easy to use. I’m on iPad without a pencil a left,right,up,down adjustment like elevation would be something I suggest. Also most homes interior walls are very pale usually just a hint of colour in white most of the colours are too strong. Also I suggest separating texture and colour so all the eg single shade sidings, bricks any texture can be painted in either matte or gloss and keep its texture. Would reduce a lot of overlap you have. Other than that I’m now designing my dream home and loving every minute of this app. I also accidentally put an image on a wall. I loved it so much I thought I’m going to get wallpaper made to cover that wall in my home. I easily imported a few image ideas and it helped me choose one. I have since decided I will paint my own image a version of a Wisteria wall if it doesn’t work I will get wallpaper made and cover it. So what a wonderful inspiration Thank you for such a fantastic app.

Awesome. I used this app to fully design my new home, which is being built now. I love using it on my 12.9” Pad Pro. It is so good being able to change this quickly with the touch screen or Apple Pencil and being able to see what things look like in 3D. Being able to zoom through the house is so beneficial to see room spacing and any pinch points. My kids also love decorating their rooms in it! Love the new terrain feature. One upgrade I would like is being able to add my own custom stair handrails. Awesome app, highly recommended.

Help! APP Crash!. I have LOVED the app until now.... every time I open it up, wether I am adding to the floor plan/interior design, it keeps freezing, and closing itself out and won’t save my items or anything I had added to the plan prior to it shutting down (crashing) on me! I have cleaned out (deleted many apps and bookmarks) in my iPad, installed ALL updates necessary for the iPad and checked for updates on the app but there are none. I have also gone through the settings in app and selected all minimum settings to help with the lagging issue.....no success! Turned off all lighting... no success! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’ve DONE EVERYTHING suggested in the live home 3D troubleshooting section..and any tips/suggestions I’ve been able to find online/YouTube/reviews etc... I NEED THIS FIXED!!!!! 🙏🏼😫🤞🏼

Complete fonctionnal app. I don’t usually write reviews but this app deserves it, it has more features than I need, It has export and import for objects, I was able to design a complete floor layout for my shop and import cnc machines for 3d view. I purchased this app yesterday and in one day I was able to learn it and complete my layout. Thanks a lot for this good app and here is my 5 stars rating.

Extremely satisfied. I must say, this is without a doubt the best Architectural software that I have work with and this in all platforms included for the last 20 years. Not only does it do a great job of planning a new appartement but they also have great support.

Hard to maneuver. Very hard to maneuver from room to room. Also lots of in app purchases. Furniture to pick from is old and dated. No back splashes for kitchens. Wouldn’t purchase again.
