If this works for you you are smarter than their IT. If you need to transfer a phone number, do yourself a favor and just go to a different cell phone provider. I spent four hours of my day with three levels of managers who could not figure out how to make this app work!!! The level of incompetence grew with every manager I spoke with at their company. I ended up having to wipe the data from our phones and start from scratch, but by that point everything was so messed up that I’ll probably just scrap everything after service plan is up and find a provider who knows what they’re doing. I’ve already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and several other companies, on top of their incompetence they also double charged me!

Will never use Straight Talk again, it’s been a nightmare.. They make porting from this company impossible. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company.

Problem. App loads on my new iPhone 7+, but will not load past selecting transfer from this phone on my iPhone 6+. 1 star until I can even see if this app works how it is advertised.

terrible. i purchased the 35 dollar sim activation kit, was told i could keep my old phone number. i’ve spent hours going in circles with the “support team” and still i have absolutely no service to my phone. multiple employees have just hung up on me when they don’t know what to do. the last person i spoke to tried getting my card details to bill me over the phone, when i already bought the plan. complete waste of time and money i would rate 0 stars if i could

Does not work. Attempted to transfer just contacts (turned off access to photos and media). Would look like it was working but after 20 min, there was no change

Worked for me. This was the only app that simply transferred my contacts. Took two seconds.

Won’t connect to wifi. This seems to work fine on my iPhone SE, from which I’d like to transfer content, but it will not connect to WiFi on my new iPhone 8, to which I’d like to transfer content. No attempts to correct this issue have made any difference. My iPhone 8 connects to WiFi just fine; just not this app, and the app won’t work unless both phones are connected to the same WiFi network. Fail.

Terrible. This is a terrible app. I downloaded on my 2 iPhones , had 1200 contacts and all other things will transfer EXCEPT contacts! What is the point of this? It said 0 contacts available???! Waste of my time. I tried google, Verizon, Apple cloud, no transfer apps worked. Finally downloaded an app with 3 day trial, worked in like 30 seconds!!! It was called “file transfer “
