App glitched; charged twice for domain. I was kicked out of the app while paying for domains, so I went through to pay for the domains again. The end result was that I was charged twice. When I reached out to be refunded for the duplicate charge, customer support said could return it as store credit. When I pressed further, they said that I couldn't receive a refund for the domain renewals and that I would get 2 years. That's a ridiculous SOP and shows that GoDaddy cares about quick money over having long term customers.

More features please 😊. I honestly like the app and the ability to watch auctions I've already started bidding on but adding the ability to search through current auctions would really make this app a 100times better!

Useless. I downloaded the app then immediately deleted it from my phone. I tried to log in and it told me I was restricted from logging in to my own account.

Only for buying not selling. No GoDaddy app for our listings as sellers? Only if buying? Awful.

Useless. After spending over hour to get it to work, I surrender. It’s useless, and I’m really surprised GD would put something live that is lousy. An hour of my life .... wasted.

Less functional than the auctions website which is sad. There are far fewer search and sort options available in the app than there are on the website. End up having to search the website to get meaningful results. App is pointless.

Impossible to login. Ridiculously difficult login process Save your time and energy. But a domain from someone else. This app doesn’t work.

App Is Crap. app crashes when trying to place bid. everytime. on phone x with ios 12.1

Buggy. I wonder how can a multimillion dollar company have such a buggy app? Godaddy you need to retire these developers and hire some good ones. Every update has issues, one thing works the other thing doesn’t.

Horrible App. It’s buggy and as a result I’ve lost on auctions. Expect more from a company who’s sole focus is technology. Major Fail

Frustrating.... This app constantly logs you out. Even though I set it up to log in on my iPhone with the Touch ID feature, it never remembers the settings. I wouldn’t count on this app if you were really serious about purchasing a domain on the auctions. It’s just too unreliable.

Lots of bugs and logs you out ALL THE TIME!!!!!. FIX THE LOGOUT ISSUE ALREADY GUYS. REALLY ANNOYING TO KEEP SIGNING IN. SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS!!!! Great app when it works, and when it doesn't log you out on its own. It constantly logs me out for no reason. That is not cool as the whole reason for the app is to notify you about auctions, if you get logged out you wont be notified and this has happened to me. 1 star for this app, hope godaddy steps their game up to accommodate users in 2019

Best app ever. I love how I can search and buy domains. I love the go daddy support also.

Doesn't work. It doesn't show anything on any list.

Avoid at all costs. This is the worst app I have ever seen. Nothing but blank screens and other weird issues. Since GoDaddy is by far #1 registrar hard to believe they cannot do better I actually suspect app is a scam and fraud pretending to by GD to get your account login and credit card info but that’s only an allegation as there’s little evidence of it But be warned!

Help. Not helpful for access to Go Daddy e mail. Can anyone see go daddy personal e mail with this app?

Jason. I see there are lots of features missing in this app. I see LinkedPhone app has a lot more features at a discounted price.

Download is a waste of my time. I also download this app and was unhappy. All I see is blink screens, but when I login my account on my computer I’m able to create the domains and see active bids on domains.

Used to be good. Every time I submit a bid, the app closes. So frustrating. Please fix because otherwise it’s a great app!

Bugs all around. Incredibly frustrating, clearly nobody is testing this before release... bugs after bugs. Impossible to use

Either the app doesn't work or I don't get it. Downloaded the app and signed into my GoDaddy domain investors account. Nothing but blank screens. No search or anything. Ok, so I have to sign in through a desktop browser* and watch/favorite some auctions. Lame requirement, but I did it. I re-launch the GoDaddy app, still nothing. I sign out of the app and log into the app a few days later. STILL nothing. Log back into the web site from a desktop and I can see my favorites, no problem. So what am I missing here? (BTW: The Domain investors desktop web site looks/works like it was developed by a high school intern doing a summer project [and should have been fired for it]. Terrible! *And I can't hit it from a mobile browser because safari/chrome quits trying saying "too many redirects." Probably won't extend this "Investors" service past this year.)

feeling like a waste of money. about 2 1/2 years ago I decided reselling domains with a professional storefront was a game changer (still do). I remember making my first real dollars after selling a domain I had purchased through this app. fast forward I decided to renew my account & I’ve begun re-reselling domains but haven’t been able to bid on/buy ANYTHING!! the developers definitely set it & forgot it with this app…

Where are my domains?. I love the app and the convenience of having access to my domain portfolio, auction bids, etc., however I frequently have an error that states “we couldn’t load your domain list” and I can’t access my domains. This continuous error is inconvenient and needs to be addressed. Other than the error, good app.

Terrible way of doing business!. GoDaddy(domains) doesn't even have an app anymore but has this app for such terrible concept?!? Face it the dot com bubble is over the only thing left is concepts like this design to sell you so you sell at higher price (if lucky) instead of allowing the internet to have helpful information for everyone and anyone to access. Good domains that would provide and share great ideas with everyone are being help hostage by "investors" that still have a dream of being rich with shady dealings. At least the app doesn't even work, so that's good.

Can't log in. Tried to log in and got a "your account is restricted" notice

Bad. Terrible app, not user friendly or helpful at all. You can’t find listings on this app, nor can you sell owned domains. Pretty much a useless app with nothing but blank screens. It doesn’t deserve the 1 star I have given it. I downloaded because I was tired of the vague, difficult to use website for auctions, thinking maybe the app would be a more phone friendly way to buy and sell domains. You’d think a company that specifically sells domain services would at least be able to make a decent website/app themselves.

Works but has serious issues. Yes u can bid on auctions and perhaps even get an alert, but only if the app feels like it. Pay attn Godaddy devs (I already emailed this to Deron): 1. The app used to log u out randomly forcing u to reauthenticate, which means u miss auction alerts because u never know when ur logged in or out. 2. The app now logs u out daily at random times, which means u have to reauthenticate daily or first thing every morning. 3. The app doesn’t tell u when ul be logged out, so it’s a surprise. Seriously - who the hell wants to reauthenticate daily, weekly, etc? I use 2 factor authentication, so it just compounds the problem. The app issues have now forced me back to a monitor because it’s essentially useless now.

App does not function in the last few minutes of an auction. So today I noticed there was an auction for a domain name that I needed, not a prospector, it’s a domain name that I’ve been wanting for years. So I signed up with GoDaddy auctions, paid the fee and downloaded this app to my new iPhone and my new iPad. I did a test bid to make sure everything worked properly. When the auction go down to three minutes I tried to submit a significantly higher bid than what was in there currently. The app was unresponsive and then would close to home screen, the way a lot of apps did back in 2009. For three minutes I tried to submit a bid with perfect Internet on my iPad and iPhone and it kept dropping to the home screen and closing the app on both devices. In fact the last five minutes of the auction no one was able to place a bid at all. I asked someone else who had made contact about that domain name and was also bidding on it, and they said they were unable to place any bids as well. There was only six people total involved in the auction, it’s not like there were thousands of people making a mad dash for it like when Apple releases a new product. I called customer support and they say there’s nothing they will do. So basically now I’m going to be stuck having to buy this domain name for thousands of dollars from whatever prospector picked it up. I never should’ve relied on a GoDaddy product.

Worst app i ever came across in last 10 years. More than 20 mins trying to buy a domain It asked to log in 3 times it accept login successfuly but , to pay i cant (i have an account for years) not mobile friendly and i ended up not buying and running away.

Doesn’t work blank screen always. I downloaded this app 3 times to be able to watch my bids, I have daddy acct but for some reason every time I open the app it’s just blank. I end up just opening the regular godaddy app on my mobile to attempt to view all.

Ridiculous. Ridiculous that an “online company” such as Go Daddy can’t even make an app that works properly. Could use much improvement....

Unreliable, but great idea in general. It worked better a few weeks ago, but even then you could not rely on it. Do not trust this app as your only way to bid. It crashes without warning, often, including just as an auction you’ve bid on ends, so you have to reload it to see how your bid did. The ‘watching’ feature sometimes doesn’t take, so you’ll think you’ve watched some names, but the app never recorded your choices. Often the app thinks you’re not watching any names at all. Reload it and hope for the best. I have it on an ipad and an iphone, and neither can be trusted. They’re great for general convenience, but when you’re doing something important, use a laptop/desktop or the actual godaddy site to be safe.

Free Trial Period. Once the free period is over these thieves charged me 10 dollars and there was no way in hell to get it back because of policies. I wonder how many others they've screwed over.

Do not download this app. Huge disappointment. This app was a great idea but it simply doesn’t work. It says a lot when a big company like GoDaddy can’t get their own app to work and it appears they’ve completely abandoned it. Deleting it.

Buggy and unusable. This app is horribly glitchy and unusable. I’ve been unable to complete the most basic searches without it freezing.

Totally unreliable. Always stuck circle trying to login. When it works it's nice but it usually kicks me out for my security and then when i try to log back in it does faceid and just gets stuck in the circle loading cursor forever. Totally annoying I usually end up logging in from web.

Ended listings still live. I bought this app. I found a domain and clicked on buy it now. There was a problem with it adding to the cart (it’s wouldn’t add). I tried in the browser version as well. I rang godaddy and asked what the problem was. After going round in circles for a long time, I was told the listing actually ended yesterday!! And that the app just wasn’t updated and that all listings can take up to 24 hours to update. What is the point of an app that has ended listings with buy it now buttons on them, making me think they are stil for sale. What a waste of my time today. Don’t buy the app. Just don’t.

No data. The idea of this app is great. However, it’s essentially useless because no auction information is shown in the app. I’m unsure if there’s a disconnect between the desktop browser information and the application, but I’d have expected any bids made within my account, regardless of origin, to show within this app. Unfortunately, this is a 0 star app.

Cannot even search and find my own auction. Frustratingly unable to even confirm my own auction details. App quits unexpectedly whilst doing a search. No logic to the use of this app, frustratingly glitchy what is an excellent idea is poorly executed. No help desk or contact details to work through these problems. Pointless. Can’t access your main godaddy account A lame app

Could be great. This app is a good start, but does not update with all of my watched auctions. Have about 30 or so at any given time, but app rarely shows more than 20. Would also be nice to be able to search and add auctions from the app. Crashes every now and then, but overall a decent way to track GD auctions.

Search fails. Search fails , I crash out app, reopen… fails… maybe 1 in 10+ times it works, I just wanna see .com on expired. I pay for this crap.
