One Button Travel Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Boring, annoying, skip it. This game is not interactive fiction. I thought it was going to be an app similar to the choose your own adventure stories I read during childhood. Boy was I wrong. Extreme waste of money, skip this one unless you like being bored and annoyed at the same time. (Possibly the worst combination of feelings).

Super intriguing!. I really like this game. It has an interesting premise, and it makes you take your time playing through the story! You can't just blow through it, you are actually interacting with "someone" in real time. Worth the price for an interesting interactive story, with a nice pace! It keeps you interested, that's for sure!

Warning: This is not a game!. Do NOT press the button! Unless your idea of fun is rotting in prison in a dystopian future, do not press it! Concept was great: press button, reserve trip, visit future, and get sent back. Execution was mediocre: choice is an illusion. No matter what you do, the best you can hope for after you press the button is a slightly different dialog to reach the same ending. In fact, except for the choices at the very beginning that let you take one of two branches, all other efforts are futile in the face of pre-determination. In the end, you have but one choice: do nothing out of sure stubbornness or pretend it never happened at all. I am rotting now, writing this review, wishing I had listened to others. While the journey was fun, the pacing engaging, the story was too simple and railroaded. Maybe in a few hundred years more they will get this right and be able to send everyone back.

Choose your own adventure game. It's funny, and clever, and screw me if I'm not getting super anxious over this plot. As if you were texting a friend at their home, you can give them advice on how to leave, but they have to stop texting you to actually leave. Whenever I get an alert for this game, I open it to continue it. It has me on the edge of whatever I'm sitting on when I play it.

INCREDIBLE. This app is absolutely amazing. The storyline it gives you is so realistic, and it feels like your chatting with an actual person. I don't want to give too much away but it is seriously an awesome app. I recommend it to everybody!!!!

One of my favorite text adventures. I've bought all of these recent "text adventure" apps, and this was one of my favorites. I found the story engrossing and I actually played through twice and was pleasantly surprised at how differently the story proceeded when I selected different options the second time through. I even got a different ending. The pacing was a little weird but that's fine. I think it was just to make it a more playable pace, not too fast or too slow. Overall I really enjoyed it!

Not a game, it's an art book and I love it. This is basically a new kind of fiction based reading experience that takes advantage of the way we interact with our devices. It's a little like one of the old choose your own adventure books. I would love to see more integrated/complex applications. My only complaint is that it's not a whole series yet. Lovely work.

One Button Travel. It's all great fun but DON'T PRESS THE BUTTON. If I could have stopped myself from pressing the button, I would have. Save yourself, don't do it!

Completely delightful. I enjoyed it much more than lifeline. I had a deep compassion for the characters. The writing was sharp and bright. The choices felt meaningful. I wish there was more.

Awesome!. This is an awesome app, the only things i wish would be changed are: 1. More different endings- this is a good ending, but i feel as though there should be ones that go on for longer or something. 2. More things like when you replay the game- The option to say "this sounds familiar" after you have completed the game should be included more, and maybe even lead to their own ending. I think that if you added these things, people would like the game even more! I know i would! But, even if you dont, the game is still awesome, and i love it! I hope to see this become popular, and i also hope to see more games like this.

Neat idea, but can't get into it. This app has a neat premise and nice atmosphere, but the story is designed like an SMS-based Choose-Your-Own-Adventure, and has built-in breaks every couple minutes. It's essentially impossible to use without multitasking; you can't just cozy up to it like a traditional book. I would recommend this to someone interested in hyper fiction in an academic way, but I don't think it works as entertainment.

Honestly... Very boring.. I LOVE interactive fiction. As soon as I saw the words "interactive fiction" associated with this app I downloaded it, no hesitation. And THEN I realized the creators of Rules! were behind it and I was stoked. What a disappointment. This isn't interactive fiction so much as a rambling, uneventful story told in faux text messages. A character "texts" you and occasionally asks what he/she should do. The character doesn't always listen, and seldom asks advice about anything important anyway. There is nothing at stake in this story. You can't seemingly kill the character you're talking to. Your choices don't affect the story's outcomes. The story itself is interesting only in principle, and quickly deteriorates into silly minutiae. I played to the end for no particular reason: I guess I was determined? The game didn't get better. Pass on this one.

Unique but flawed. It's not meant to be fast paced fun. It is meant to simulate text interaction and there are some pauses for hours at a time. There are a lot of typos which is annoying. Started off interesting and got a lil dull. I don't know how it ends bc my phone died last night and when I charged it and opened the app, it reset. I'm not sure if I'm gonna bother.

Captivating... and then it's over.. The plot is great, and I loved my time playing this game, but it seemed very fast paced and rushed. I expected the story to be longer, and for it not to end so abruptly. I don't think that it allowed for me to choose my own path very much, but of course, I haven't played other storylines. I loved the game, but I would suggest expanding it further and making the ending more exciting.

A bold attempt. This game was... Interesting... It had a solid premise and a creative idea, however, it was barely "interactive" with the choices having little to no effect on the story it is also aggravatingly short and ended on a very sour note. I hope they at least attempt to improve it in the future, I would really like to see this at it's full potential.

So boring. This is such a boring game. It looked so interesting, and it's so annoying. You are litterally going on a "journey" to final your confirmation email and cancel your "trip." It was such a waste of money, and all you do is talk with a computer. I'm sorry it was a really bad explanation, but it's so boring. Don't buy. Thanks for wasting my money and my time, Apple.

Great game. This game is fun and funny and great with its genetically engineered horses that look like unicorns... Anyway, it's a little irritating that you have to wait for messages but it still pretty awesome. You did good you coding monkeys, you did good.

I'm not so sure paying money for this.... I liked the story, but wish there were more... Can you please add more. I don't want to delete it after one use...

I like the idea, but the storytelling needs work.. This is basically a "choose your own adventure" story in which you IM with someone in peril and you're working to help this person out of their jam. Here's the problem: The writing is terrible. There's a major reveal that's done in a very corny style. And it's frustrating to be limited to these answers when often I would not choose either answer. I gather the company is international, so the English version is probably a translation -- it's a clumsy translation. This company would be well served if they spent a few extra dollars hiring legitimate fiction writers with real skills to create a story that is much more compelling. I was clicking out of idle curiosity, not legitimate interest. The visual appeal is good and the app works well otherwise.

Caught my attention.. while usually I don't waste time reviewing things, I came to care about this story progression enough to write one. This app caught my attention because of mentions of clever humor and an interactive story. It delivered. But, sadly, as I progressed through the story, it's been a couple weeks now, I got bored. I always get back to the story as soon as I get a notification, save for when I'm sleeping, and I just think it needs to be sped up. Once the character you're chatting with gets a hold of the terms of service, i lost a lot of interest. I feel like it should be done now. There was a fake-out, and maybe that would have been too easy of a way to finish it, but after that really seemed to be when you needed a conclusion. That was the climax, there needs to be a much smaller falling action and then perhaps a complex resolution. How it is now, it's just boring. This app is still worth buying, I don't regret it at all. I just wish it was a bit better at this point.

Speed of the story is terrible. 3-4 messages. Wait 5 minutes. Again only 3-4 messages. Wait for some more minutes. I don't want to use the speed mode. It's not fun anymore. Tune the pace of the story. Learn from other apps like "life line" I want to be able to play the game for at least 5 min when I open it. Not just read 10 word and force to wiat again

Wanted to like this. I have liked games similar to this and had high hopes, but this one fell flat. Choices seemed meaningless, and frequently you will wait for an update and when you finally get it, it really could have waited as it wasn't crucial and you still had no meaningless choice to make. And the typos. My god, the typos.

Absolutely Love!. This game is amazing. I'm not even all that far into it and I'm already loving it. You find yourself actually forming a friendship with the character that a break between messages leaves you almost feeling lonely! Definitely worth my money and I can't wait to see how the story progresses.

Terrible. Play for 5 minutes, then get a message saying "I'll get back to you in a few hours." And literally it takes a few hours. You're supposed to believe that someone is texting you while, for example, they are barging into a room full of angry strangers. Your choices don't matter at all to the story. It starts to feel like an annoying friend is texting you at awkward moments throughout the day. Skip this game.

Enticing. Love how you can't just complete the "game" in an hour, when the person says they'll be gone for hours they mean it and they are. Love the design as well.

Much like the story, I'm wondering why I pushed the button.. Interesting concept with real time messaging, but as a game it just doesn't bear out as well as it could. Not only do the choices have no impact on what happens, but the choices you're asked to make are often inane. And while the timing seems like it would be interesting, it just drags on, makes me hang around my phone, and leaves me plenty of time to write App Store reviews. If they want to pull this game off without doing a massive rewrite, the pacing should increase as the game goes on and you get more invested. If you forget it's a game and assume they're going for an interactive novel, the writing is terrible. The writing should be rewarding enough on its own--but writing is hard, so I guess they didn't want to figure that out. It feels much like an Internet fanfic come to life. I'm mostly just sticking around because the narrative isn't terrible and I'm suffering from "sunk cost syndrome." I've liked other games similar to this but this one just doesn't get much right.

the biggest app disappointment ever. As many reviews have stated, this app is a good idea, extremely poorly executed. In theory, the idea of an interactive fic text message story seemed interesting, but the reality of the stilted, stop-and-go story was a complete disappointment. I forced myself to go all the way to the end because I paid for the app, and the ending was a disappointment too. Before you buy this app, realize it is a bland story that is totally average and non-innovative for its genre, the choices you make have little to no influence, and it is annoyingly spoon fed to you in tiny bites at inconvenient real life time intervals. I think the graphic design in the screenshots drew me in too - you've already seen it all because the app contains the intro button, the text message screen, the one "puzzle" screen (not really a puzzle), and the menu/credits. This app seems like it is designed for people who enjoy clever and unique experiences, you know, something more interesting than yet another button masher or bird flinger or match 3 game. Unfortunately, the actual experience falls completely flat. I recommend you save your money and take a chance on the next thing that catches your interest instead, because One Button Travel is a complete dud.

Intriguing game that cleverly supports split screen. Great story, great pace. I love that it supports both iPad Pro at full resolution and slide over/split screen; perfectly compliments the format.

It was gr8. Why is there only 2 endings

Very good app. Let me get this straight, Story is slow because that is how these types of games are, and you can activate a hyper speed chat so that u don't have to wait. Second, app was not laggy for me. Third, people say it's poorly made because of the text appearing in rectangles with pointy corners instead of appearing with rounded corners. People who write bad reviews have clearly not experienced any other choose your own adventure game so yeah, Giving it 5 stars.

Poorly done, laggy.. If One Button Travel were a free app, I wouldn't even write this review. Unfortunately it isn't. After buying "Rules" from this developer, and loving it I decide to give their other app a try. One Button Travel starts off as an interesting text based game, like others on the platform. Sadly, just minutes into playing it experiences serious lag. Whenever you are receiving messages, the device freezes completely. You have to wait until all messages are received to start viewing. This lag is impossible to overlook, even for the Apple Watch. For a $3 game, if you are purchasing this for the watch, save your money. There are plenty of other text based games that provide you with a much less laggy experience.

please download this app right now. I am in love with this app. It is written extremely well, with a great plot line and lots of surprises. I think everyone should download this app. Great job to the creators, I hope they are inspired to write a sequel!!!!

Mediocre. Kind of boring. You spend a lot of time waiting for the next message. Could be minutes, could be hours. It took me about two weeks to finish because a lot of the time when the message came, I was already bored. The personal investment is broken. I would not have played it had I known this.

Great story, very unique game!. Playing on an iphone6s+ and had no problems, never crashed once. The story takes a couple days of real time to get through unless you enable quick messages, but I found it to be a really interesting way to make a story driven game. Really keeps you playing because you want..or need to find out what happens! And for $2.99USD It's a good game. Would love more games like this from this developer. The only downsides I saw were the lack of choices and correlating consequences(after the first play), but the story flowed well and always had me questioning what could happen next. Great first time experience! Second and third times were fun, but less suspenseful. Don't question this purchase, it's just $2.99USD, completely worth the risk!

Atmosphere Galore. A haunting and eerie atmosphere compliment the plot in this sci-fi interactive fiction. Well worth the price. Support this type of app and purchase immediately with a click of a button.

Doesn't even feel like a conversation. Welcome to One Button Travel, where the conversation's not believable and your "choices" don't matter. What seemed Ike a promising interactive fiction has turned out feel inane and off putting. The game starts off strong and interesting; you press a button and very quickly learn of consequences beyond your control. What I didn't expect was to find that everything was beyond my control. From what I can tell, you can choose whatever dialogue options you want. It won't effect the story, which is truly disappointing. The other disappointing bit is that the writing makes it really difficult to feel like I'm actually speaking with a person, unless this is some dystopian future where nobody uses contractions anymore. The protagonist frequently says things like "I'm crawling under the bed now. It's quite dusty under here." and "I will flush it down the toilet!" Basically: imagine all the ways that a person wouldn't speak; that's how the protagonist DOES speak. This game has potential, but the weird style and lack of choice really holds it back.

Meh. This game starts out like a great idea but after a while you realize your choices don't matter. It doesn't affect the gameplay no matter what you choose. Also the pacing is very slow. I would rather have a constant "text" with the computer than simulated like its a person. I just want to finish the game so I feel like I didn't waste my money.

Boring and very slow-paced. I had heard great things about this app (I wouldn't really call it a "game") yet it turned out to be incredibly BORING and SLOW. It basically consists of a series of text conversations with an unknown mystery man (yet he rambles about unnecessary details and you as the player get two or three choices to respond (most of which seem forced). So you end up simply clicking through a pre-written conversation about a less-than-thrilling topic. Worst of all, the game forces long breaks -- sometimes after just a few words are "exchanged" between you and the mystery man -- so that he can "sleep" or "hide" or whatever else he's supposed to be doing...I guess they were trying to give it a feeling like talking with a real person - except you'd never believe that the premise was real or that there was a live human being writing to you....so these forced pauses end up just being incredibly annoying. I've deleted the app - not worth the money or the time.

Interesting concept. This is a great concept, and it’s strengths are the artwork. Unfortunately, the pacing got boring after a while, and the ending, when it finally came, was disappointing. Some tighter writing and more punch at the end might have saved it. Those negatives aside, this is a great concept and I do not regret spending time with the app. I would like to see what the next generation of this concept would be.

1 Star Reviews have spoilers!!!. So without spoiling the game its spectacular in every way possible and there's 2 ways the people who rated 1 stars would hate it. 1 they hate books or 2 they don't like games that keep you thinking. So if you don't like those two things then don't get this game otherwise it's amazing (not a lot of games like it.) also if you like this game go check out the lifeline series...

Lost interest. Cute idea, this seems to be a fiction story written as if you're receiving it in text message format. Unfortunately I didn't feel a connection with the character, despite the "interactive" stop points (it didn't seem my choices actually changed the course of the story?). After a couple of days of playing in my off time, I lost interest. Wish there were consequences to choices, because the story wasn't compelling enough on its own to keep me engaged.

Oh my goodness, it's boring.. Interactive fiction is great and all, but to really hold you, you've got to feel that your choices matter, affect the world around you, have consequences-- that you've got agency. (Really, that's true of all games, right?) One Button Travel starts off promisingly enough, with an urgent message from a stranger in a future amusement park/gulag. Once you start interacting, however, it's clear that your future buddy is very much the protagonist in a story that you're witnessing from the sidelines while offering vague encouragements and low-stakes advice. Once you send your missive off into the void, the protagonist goes and does something, and you wait in something like realtime for the result. The creators were aiming for the rhythms of real life, but the result is a stop-start rhythm that kills any sense of momentum in the opening beats and is rapidly squandering my patience as well. I'm sure I'll play on for a bit, but I suspect that, even though the game will develop, it won't deviate too much from this routine. If it does, I'll update this review.

Conceptually interesting, wish there was more interaction.. This game is essentially a semi-interactive story, but presented in the context of a text message conversation. The choices you make in conversation seem inconsequential, although it's possible that they just don't highlight the affects of your choice enough. The stilted, stop and go feeling of the game is jarring at first. Just when I feel like I'm getting into the story, the "person" on the other side gets busy with something and the conversation ends. Later, you'll receive a text message-like notification that brings you back into the game, and you have to let your imagination fill in the gaps. In that way, it does feel like a special conversation slipped into your daily life. However there's little interaction besides canned messages, and so far, no puzzles or anything where I've had to truly engage. I'm enjoying the narrative and interested in how it progresses, but I would love more ability to explore and view the world of the game.

Enjoying this so far~. This is a really interesting concept for an interactive story. I can see just from the twenty minutes that I have spent with this game that there is a lot of work, care, and love that has gone into it. I love stories like this and I'm enjoying this very much just from the small amount of time I've spent with it. This person that I'm conversing with(who I'm having serious suspicions that it's [Spoilers]) is very intriguing and I'm looking forward to getting my next message. I can't wait to see this unfold!

accidentally bought this game and I don't regret it. You, as the protagonist of an alternate dimension, start off the game by pressing a button. Immediately afterwards, a stranger from the future warns you that you shouldn't have pressed the button since it is a one way ticket to "hell". The app is in the format of a mobile phone in which you get to communicate with the stranger. The game makes a fictional world come alive as you get to interact with the game on an intellectual and emotional level. Each decision you make can potentially change your destiny, and this in itself makes the plot line feel more real and exhilarating. I highly recommend this game to those who are frequently entranced by fictional stories and scenarios. Not only is the game beautifully designed and developed, but is also a very unique approach to current day entertainment.

Meh. The story is semi-interesting. You barely get to interact with it, and it doesn't feel like your answers affect the story that much. Also, I'm locking my phone every 10 seconds just to have a notification come up a few seconds later. There are a lot of cases where they could have just "sent" the next message without saying "no new messages" so I left the app. It looks nice, but didn't keep me engaged for long. If you like the format, go get lifeline. It's a better game all around.

Any 14-year-old's dream app. Two days in, it's a fun and slowly unfolding mystery. A little hard to swallow at first, but it's interesting to see how a younger developer's incorporated religion, the surreal and personal technology. Avoid if you are a details troll, get if you have an open mind and a hankering for a new school Choose Your Own Adventure in real time. Update: OBT is an interactive, bite-sized experience that spreads itself out over days. The protagonist is a younger, bubbly type who still manages to spout the occasional profound concept. No hard sci-fi here, and expect the story to alternate from charming and inane to sublime and creative. Just one thing: the way the app reopens, with your past dialogue underneath, and then a new pop-up of a full-screen alert, looks awkward. I would just make do with the navigation screen instead of an alert screen. That, or close existing messages when the app exits.

Good interactive fiction. I enjoyed playing this. Good sci fi scenario with attractive interface and memorable sound track. The Apple Watch app works well. Good sense of timing, plot, and suspense.

Different. This isn't game. Not really. And it's not a choose your own adventure story either. This is something very different, that blurs the line between game, story and email: a story that takes place in real time. Run it in the background. Go about your day. Check it as you check in email box: in line, or waiting for a meeting. For the price of a cup of coffee it's not a bad trade. However ... The further you go in the story the less probable it becomes. And the ending leaves a great deal to be desired. It is a shame. A story told in real time is a spiffy idea, so is a choose your own adventure game. The merger, however, in this case, did not work well.

Opposite of FUN. Not going to put any effort into my review much like the game developers did not put effort into their "game." Who wants to make one move and then be forced to wait hours? Not me

Lifeline, this isn't.... I hate to say it, but One Button Travel makes me sad. It takes a brilliantly simple form (much like its predecessor Lifeline) and ruins it with long drawn out sequences that offer little to the primary plot line, and seem to exist purely to extend playtime. The above fact coupled with poor grammar, and glaringly obvious spelling mistakes, breaks the suspension of disbelief that this kind of narrative thought experience relies on so heavily. I'll continue to play it through to the end with a hope that One Button Travel somehow redeems itself, but it's more "going through the motions" to get an ending, rather than "playing" the game.

Awesome interaction!. This game is similar in style to some text based games but the concept to this one is fabulous. I'm still not that far into it and I love it. To all those people that say it's a boring "game", grow some patience. The real time gaps between messages make it all the more immersive. This app isn't exactly a game either; it's a fun interactive novel. Well worth the price :)

Too slow. I have to agree with the other reviews. This game is too slow to play. Unlike other text adventures you are made to wait, sometimes for over 30 minutes, for a message, which makes the game frustrating rather than immersive. The text rate is much too slow as well which just makes this game a waste of time and money.

Waste of $5. Boring, doesn't progress it's all text based and one dimensional. Feels like you're going around in circles.

Amazing. This game is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the real time nature of the messages. Waiting for the next update - to see if you made the right choice is fantastic. I'd love a way to tell how many story arcs there are to play through but it's a great game.

Hooked!. Amazing and beautifully crafted game. I was hooked immediately! The storyline is exciting and very well written.

Boring. Terribly boring. I thing this is the worst game I have played.

Need help. Every time I try to play one button travel the game takes me back to the home screen

Too amazing!!!. This game deserves better reviews from people because it is truly a thrilling experience. This game is very well worthy of 5 stars due to its great functionality and even the fact it is in real-time and now even speed mode! The team who designed and made this game is truly clever and the english used in this game is incredible. They make your future self so smart and brave. I look forward to future apps from this team!!!

Meh.. I thought this could be a cool game but it ended being more like an clingy, annoying and indecisive friend who wouldn't shut up about themselves. No thanks, keep my $1.99 or whatever I paid for it and try again.

Cant even play...... It keeps Crashing and the game hasnt even begin yet

Hooked. So fun i was sad when the game ended...

So cool!. This game is so fun and interesting, it really feels like i'm receiving messages from the future!

Can't you think for yourself?. Like having an irritating friend who can't make their own decisions text you every 10 minutes. Cool concept, though!

Old Devices?. I'm pretty sure the iPod 5 I'm using to type this is not an old device...

Okay not great. Cool idea for a game, keeps the user interested. But hate waiting the real time hours for next decision. Also the prompted answers you give are a bit annoying. Would be nice to submit own replies.

Wait. Stop! Don't hit that button!. This is a great app and a fun story. Looking forward to anything they do in the future ;)

Read. I really like this. It keeps you interested and can't wait for the next time she messages you.

Cool idea..and fun game. Really enjoyed playing the first time through the game, good suspense and twists in the story. However, played it again choosing different options and still ended up with the same epilogue...this must be an error because it didn't match final messages. Please fix, disappointing.

Pretty good so far. Easy to get started and timing of the story is keeping my interest..

Boooring. Just super boring game!

Good idea that was poorly executed.. Great concept that was extremely disappointing when it comes to execution. Story line dragged on and was very time consuming. Your choices seemed to really have no effect on the overall storyline. Would not waste the money again.

Love this game. I could see how some people don't find this fun but I thought it was awesome. The storyline is awesome. I'm sad it's over 😢

crashes.. opened normally for a while, but now just crashes as soon as i click it.

Not worth the money. Don't get me wrong, the story is interesting, if you have the patience to wait. Although, again, THIS IS NOT WORTH 3 DOLLARS.

Cute.... I had originally written that the app didn't work on the watch, but it does now. Pleased with my purchase!

Eh.... It kept me preoccupied the first time. But then second run through- your choices really dont matter. Just press anything.

Missed opportunity. While this game adds some cool things to the Lifeline formula (there are some photos mixed in with text, there's a code you have to enter and...well that's it) ultimately it disappoints with clunky writing and gameplay that doesn't feel meaningful. I wish they included more photos, puzzles, and new concepts that I haven't seen in other games. The little of that that's here was cool. Unfortunately in its current state the game feels like a pale imitation of Lifeline.

Soooo slow. I think it is a great concept but my goodness is it slow. It seems like after each small 'conversation' you have to wait a few hours to a day for new messages. Not worth the money.

Doesn't compare to the lifeline series. Spelling errors, an absence of the feeling of a conversation, and poor pacing make this a regrettable purchase

NO SALT OR SUGAR!?!?. Hilarious game, and it feels so real. Never got the guy's name, but I should have. However, there's irony. Here's why: If you say you didn't have a choice, he says you always do. Not only did you not: you don't have a choice but to say he's right at that point. Which proves he's not. But still, great game. I've got to go. He slipped.

Lame. You have a fake text conversation. Really?!? This is the stupidest "game" I ever played.

Incredible!!. I love games like this. It's just a plus that it is a good story.

LOVED IT. It was a really interesting game I loved playing it

Hmm.. The game's just kind of..bleh, average and forgettable, and the grammar and dialogue is stilted; it seems unnatural and forced.

Slow and boring. Slow and boring, wish i hadn't paid for it.

App always shuts down. After pressing the first button, the app always shuts down.

Doesnt work. When I press the first button, it crash. Want my money back...

Was great, now won't open. Crashes on trying to start up since the last update, at least on 1st gen ipad mini. Hoping for a quick patch.

Bad Execution. The story would have been entertaining if the user actually decided the story. There are no real choices it is a) drink coffee b) drink hot beverage. When the ending came I purposefully did not enter the cancellation code hoping there was more... I was disappointed. Download Lifeline or The Martian.

Got bored fast. Boring

Not bad. The story has some plot holes, and the writing definitely a bit awkward sometimes, but overall I'm having a fairly good time.

Terribly Banal. This is the epitome of an interactive novel for the ADHD millennial that can only ingest data in SMS sized snippets. There is no sense of choice, as your 'suggestions' are frequently unheeded and equally inessential. If you don't have any friends to text you anything wittier, you might enjoy having your day (and occasionally night if you leave on your push notifications) interrupted by this inane individual. I wish I had excess thumbs to point more than two in a downward direction.

won't open.. completely broken. quits after splash screen.

It's okay.. The story has its moments, but they are quickly deflated with verbose, blah statements. The text could use some major editing. Only three photos? Is it a limited data plan or lazy developer? I get the waiting to try and keep it real, but it slows what momentum the game builds. *update* *spoiler?* I've played through 4-5 times (so you don't have to)(Hey, it was $3). The devs did add a code so you don't have to wait for "sleep", but you still need to wait for each line of text - no tap to display all. Story-wise, while some choices do affect some small details of the story, fundamentally it is the same plot, it always reaches the same meh ending. I was really hoping for a true Choose-Your-Own-Adventure...

Yuck. Waste of money, add features or refund!

Exceptional Game. It's a truly wonderful and engaging game with a lot of replay capability! It is a tad bit long on the waiting, however, as other games have done (3 minute games), has a way around this. Simply go into the menu and activate fast mode. The game will also give you a code to "unlock" this properly, even though you don't need the code, at the end of your first play through. It's definitely worth paying for and is a wonderful experience.

Deez good game. Hah! Likeem!

Won't open.. Spent $3 on this stupid thing and it won't open at all.
