Not help not good. Very bad

Would be nice to know bottomline price before jumping in.. Hard to know how these reviews would apply to me. None give a comprehensive assessment of what does & doesn't work. I considered this app, but checking online reviews, those say it is extremely expensive.

Waste of time. Trying to send MP4 to an iPad. On the iPad it seems ok to start. Then on the desktop they demand you purchase their utility. This requirement was not stated up front. $90 is way too much!

Don’t get this app. I would not recommend this app it did not work for me and it did not make it clear how to use the app and how do backup or recover something

Did not help at all. I need help getting a video I deleted and I need it back this App was recommended but they tell you to put Your email in then never send an email to me I never got the video back hate this app.

No help waste of my money. It just recovered what I had on my iCloud I obviously already had that.

False description. This is a bait and switch product designed to advertise a desktop tool. The description does not apply to this app which only allows a few (the last 99) photos to be accessed. The rest of the description, and most of the actual app, just market the desktop program. It is not needed for the desktop program and is basically unrelated to the desktop program. The actual desktop interface is through a browser on the desktop.

Worthless app!!!. Typical bait and switch, don’t bother unless you’re looking to waste your time creating an account just to pay for the services you need. Apps like this deserve to be taken down and companies fined for promoting such garbage that doesn’t work. This app is a perfect representation of the creators, WORTHLESS!!!

TRUTHFUL REVIEW. everyone complaining about this app just used it wrong. You ONLY need to use this app, and use a browser. If you're trying to transfer photos between computer and phone, open the app and hit photo transfer. It tells u an address to put in, and u get taken to a browser version where you can easily drag files between devices. I've been using it for months now it's really great! Only problem is now I got a new wifi and the address it gave me is wack and I can't connect

Scam. I paid $69 for what it guaranteed, but after downloading my phone was bricked and the software wasn’t able to complete its job. Also, before downloading, this company guarantees to keep your data, but right before the last step it gives you a warning sign that you agree with your data being deleted. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Complete lie!!!!

No longer an app. A redirect to another app. Prepare to be hijacked. This app no longer works and instead you are hijacked to another app they want you to download and pay for outside the App Store. Normally I’d be all for screwing Apple and they are incompetent fools. For more than two years I’ve been unable to download photos off my phone. So first let me give Apple some vigorous hand gestures. A dozen phone calls and still nothing. I though is try this app but if it was an app it no longer is. It’s a hijacking. So vigorous hand gestures to them also. A whole lot of gesturing going on.

Garbage. Steer clear. No indication of what you’re in for till you’ve downloaded app. And are then presented with ridiculous fees. (Would you prefer to bleed monthly? Or annually??). The “backup” data this junk found on my iPhone SE included call data from 1969. Sure. Whatever. Couldn’t get it off my computer fast enough. Only hope it’s all really gone.

Don’t waste your time. After downloading the app to my phone, download the software to my pc, waiting to restore and backup, then you have to pay $90 to restore

Does not seem to work. What are these characters? Says you can transfer photos then gives a string of characters to “type into a browser on your computer” but its not a website, just a string of meaningless characters. Not sure why people waste their time distributing non functional apps?

Fraudulent. Do not trust any of the statements claimed by these developers. Money back guarantee is a lie, they lure you in at a weak moment when you are desperate to almost do anything in order to recover from your device when in fact it doesn’t work. An associate respoded to me that I need to repeat the process two additional times and send proof that I did, and I was offered a 20% refund!!!

Beware - scam and privacy concerns. Avoid this app. Instead of paying for this use Apple's iCloud subscription.

Fake Bogus App. Complete waste of time. Tried to back up contacts and would not let it take it to other iPhone. Inbuilt Apple features are billion times better than these fake bogus apps.

Worthless. Same as everyone else, this app does nothing that it promises, with a disingenuous paywall that defeats the purpose of downloading for free.

Doesn’t work. I just tried this for photo transfer, followed the instructions and visited the IP provided leaving the app open in the foreground. Selected the photos I wanted and hit export at which point it tried to download something but failed saying “network error”. It’s possible somehow the app is being blocked by PC but it did show the photos so who knows. Not worth the trouble to figure it out.

Scam and malware. This is a total scam; once you download the software on your computer and connect your phone it will make your phone not work properly issues with Apple ID sign in so that you have to pay them money to fix it. I really don’t know how this app is allowed in the app store. Apple need to remove it.

Terrible, doesn’t work. I tried using this app on my computer to unlock my old lg and was totally useless didn’t halo a bit. I’m very upset when I tried unlocking my phone all it said was my model phone was not supported and it didn’t even have any other options or tips that’s it. I’m tired of downloading apps that are supposed to be helpful and turn out to be completely bogus like this one.. there’s a reason you only have two stars. I think that app stores should start removing apps that have a rating lower than three stars for an extended period of time it would save a lot of people the headache of crap apps like this.

Don’t get not worth it. A lot of sites will tell you to get this app. Well don’t listen to them. They will act as if it’s free. It’s not! Not even close. Then it’s transfer doesn’t transfer anything. The repair says it won’t delete data and then it does. Total scam don’t get it you’ll end up paying like $80 for each section when you can do most of the stuff on iTunes. Trust me don’t get it. Find something else. If you don’t listen to this comment and get the app instead and then try it on your pc I wouldn’t recommend it cause your wasting your time but listen to me when I say this don’t waste your money!! False, deceptive and misleading. I really HATE these miserable tricky companies with a passion and a vengeance. Summary 1. Trial Software is a bait and switch 2. To make software work you need to pay $85 half way through the repair. 3. It bricked the phone 4. There’s no way to contact these guys as their help page doesn’t work and doesn’t allow contact. My story. I downloaded this App because my friend’s iPhone was misbehaving. The app then prompted me to download a computer program on my Mac computer as a trial. So I did that. Then it asked me to connect an iPhone so I connected my friend’s iPhone and restarted as per their instructions and hit the repair button. After 20 minutes of downloading data onto my computer I was asked if I wanted to repair the system and reload onto the iPhone. I clicked yes. Of course it’s not a trial, I had to buy it to fix it. $84 USD later the repaired system is being uploaded to the phone whereupon it crashes at 88% and bricks the phone. I try to contact the company and there’s no way because their help desk website locks up !!!! There’s no eMail for them either. I’m waiting for the charge to post on my credit card so I can dispute this payment. This is an ethics free company with no service and software that will damage your phone. AVOID THEM LIKE the PLAGUE.

Don’t waste your time! Bugged my life!. Got the program because I had a Samsung and was changing to an iPhone and wanted to try and save what I could. I downloaded the software on my computer and phone. Not only did it put a bug on my computer and whip my old phone, it hacked my life! My bank account and credit cards were hacked and it took almost a month to get the $40k they stole! There was no way to contact them either. After deleting the program, I come to find out it embedded itself on my computer in a hidden folder still causing issues. Thankfully I know enough about computers and was able to find it but the only way to remove it was to completely delete and reinstall my operating system. It was a month long nightmare.

Circular BS. Downloaded app, submitted my email, went round and round through the links with nothing to show for my time but frustration. I hooked my phone to my computer with USB cable but app kept indicating that I had to have wifi! Don’t know why I couldn’t just recover the photos instead of having to involve my laptop and wifi. Very disappointed that I could not get the app to work.

Ten photo limit. Was told I could use this app to transfer my photos from my PC to my iPad but nowhere does it tell you there’s a ten photo limit! Then they want $40 just for *that* part of the program. Absolutely useless and not sure it deserves the two stars I’m giving it!

Full disclosure. While the application may undoubtedly be excellent, the information regarding it could profitably be more detailed. There is no mention of the need for a desktop application until the user attempts to do anything other than transfer pictures. It only then becomes clear that a hefty fee and annual license is required for the full use of the application. My low rating reflects this lack of disclosure and not its function otherwise.

Probably works well, if you get that far.. This app probably works great if you want to be scammed out of your money after jumping through hoops to get there. First you have to download the iPhone app, then you have to wait through the “recovery” process, then you have to send yourself an email of a desktop link, then you have to wait through the installation of the desktop app, at which point you’re informed it costs $99.95. It’s almost like they’re trying to make you say “Well I did all that work, might as well just buy it.” Which is probably what I would have done if the price were not outrageous. Disclaimer though: the $99.95 is for the FULL package. There are options for you to buy only what you’re going to use. Can’t talk all this smack without including all the info.

Convoluted; expensive. After multiple steps, and then download this, install this on your PC, read the user guide... When I got to ‘restore’ it wanted me to install latest version of ITunes and then click ‘Retry’ - which I can’t do with Dr.fone running. I am and have been unable to update ITunes on my PC, for some reason. I quit. Wanted a simple tool to restore Notes on IPhone. IMHO, since this is so convoluted, you should spell out all the steps and caveats UPFRONT. Grrrrrrr

Scam. This all does nothing on it's own. It tries to get you do buy additional software on a desktop I order to "unlock functionality." Avoid, this app is useless.

Worthless!!!. I downloaded this program to try and recover some lost data. While it did take care of some duplicate photos that was all it did. I have been in communication with the company trying to get a refund, the program only loaded once and I went back to check and my iPhone 5C isn't listed as being compatible with this service!!! Don't let this company take 100.00 of your money!!!!
