2 months and 3 app updates later and it still doesn’t work. I left a review in the beginning of June and the same issues happening 2 months and 3 app updates later. If you are using the long distance feature it doesn’t work with Nora. At all. You can send a help ticket and all they will tell you is “this will be fixed in the next app update.” $120 on this device that doesn’t work as advertised. I purchased it in May. So now after 3 months total, it’s the same issue. The help takes weeks to respond. To be fair I have no issue with the lush 3 connection at all and it works as advertised. The company and tech support will just run you around in circles and make you wait. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just skip the Nora device unless you’re into being frustrated. Since the company does offer any other suggestions other than “wait for the next app update” when there is a defective device, I would recommend a different company that will actually fix the issue or make it right.

Love but so many problems. My girlfriend and I absolutely love the features of this app but it seems like it has such flaws with the Bluetooth connectivity. No matter the feature it seems to disconnect to the preferred feature. Close range, long distance, sound, music; it does not matter. It just disconnects so easily, no matter the distance between us. We have looked up the possibilities of the issue but none seem to fix it. Would love to hear from someone from the company in order to sort this issue out. A huge fan of the product, but we have genuinely not been able to fix this problem.

Firmware Update Serious Issue. Bought Lush Ver1 a few months ago and when I saw the Firmware Update in the app, clicked on it to install (toy was on, app open as instructed) and it went to 10% and then said update failed and it shut down the toy. I cannot use it on apps while streaming and that is a serious issue and I believe it has to do with not being able to download the firmware update which is unacceptable if the toy is still being sold. This issue has to be fixed what can I do? Solo play is great but not bought for that purpose!!

Life changing. I only knock this 1 star because of how loud the motor is when the head rotates. However The vibration mode is quiet. I wish it was a little stronger but all of this can be over looked especially knowing that im feeling my partners movements in real time... that seriously makes up for it all and makes the sessions so so hot! The app is easy to use and a lot of fun. Cant explain how much of a game changer this can be for your long distance relationship. Shipping took a week, but you can keep track of your order and transit on their site. The toy is very high quality feeling. You do need to charge before use but still as mentioned before.. the fact that you can feel your partner at the same time trumps it all.. so so hot!!

Needs better features. I love the toys I have, and the ability to meet new people. The only real issue I have with this app is that I don’t know who’s deleted me from friends list. I know people come and go, just life. It’s difficult to tell who’s still on my friend list though. I’ll send a message and get a reply of “ so so is not friends with you” yet they are still on my list. Maybe add a feature where you know that someone has deleted you, or wipe it altogether. Would definitely help keep my list simple.

Useless. If I could give this negative stars I would. Had to make a email change on my app so I reached out to customer service to see what steps I had to take to do so. Numerous attempts were made to do so before I finally got a response from someone who told me that the only way to update the email was to delete my account & this had to be done through their end I could not delete my account or update it. Once I agreed to delete my account I would have to create a new account & it had to be done on line not through the app. I created my new account and now I can’t log onto the app! I have made several attempts to contact customer service to fix the problem with no response . This app & the toy are a complete waste of money ! Don’t buy their accessories

There is always something wrong with the app. First I couldn’t use the music because it would just shut down the entire app. Then there were random log outs and we couldn’t play how we wanted. Now the entire app won’t let me log in or create an account. My followers can’t play with me because they can’t make an account. I can’t play by myself because I can’t sign in and offline play doesn’t utilize everything the way it should. Please fix this immediately

Won’t connect or constantly disconnects. I have to agree with a few other reviews here. The app has no problem finding the product lush via Bluetooth but it constantly disconnects and will not reconnect until the product goes through reparing. Very frustrating when the object is inserted and have to remove every time to do this. When I contact support they wanted a laundry list of specs and screenshots from my mobile device that I don’t understand. Too much hassle. Also beware the hush. It broke completely in 2. Too half disconnected from bottom half. Same issues with it as well until that happed. Also with that product little help from support. No product replacement. I paid WAY TOO much for what I got.

Connectivity issues... So I want to start by saying that LOVE all our lovense products! However we have some connectivity issues from time to time. My girlfriend and I are both adult broadcasters and we also were long distance for 8 months before we lived together. We encounter some disconnection issues from time to time but I want anyone who reads this to understand that this system...Bluetooth toys that sync to eachother or to the cam site or the lovense app itself, is extremely reliable at the end of the day. We just today had our second toy (first Nora, now Domi) malfunction. When Nora broke we emailed lovense and they shipped a new one out right away and we just had to ship the malfunctioning item back. Super convenient! Now Domi is almost brand new, as was Nora when she broke.. and Domi’s battery doesn’t want to hold a charge. So make sure you all understand that not every single product that lovense mails out is going to be perfect, BUT Lovense is AMAZING at customer service!! So please do NOT let any minor issues you may have dissuade you from buying your first, or several of their products! YOU WANT THESE TOYS!!! TRUST ME!! So I will be shipping Domi back and getting a new one because Lovense is just good like that! I TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS some of you to decide to buy Lovense products;)! -GRIM WOLF ALPHA

Other reviews. I don’t understand the reviews I’ve seen indicating difficulties with getting the app to work. The only part of the directions i read was the web/app address. The rest of the set up took less than 20 minutes to set up my wife’s new toy so either one of us could operate it. Pretty simple. Hope she enjoys it.

No long distance connectivity. I bought this app for my partner and I and we have read several reviews with the same complaints. You cannot receive friend requests in the long distance area of the app at all. We have tried creating multiple emails, deleting and redownloading the app and now We have resulted to contact customer service because we are seeing the same complaints that people have had in the past two years. Please solve this problem. I have no idea you guys are literally false advertising a product for two years and have not fixed such a simple connection issue.

Customer service?. I’m baffled reading these reviews. Wonder if many of these are just plain fake. They seem like it since they all sound the same. And rave about the wonderful customer service. Which is what I have a problem with. I was told a week ago my product shipped. Check UPS tracking and it says it’s not even in their possession because it HASNT BEEN SHIPPED YET! It should be here by now if it was shipped when they said it was. But it hasn’t even gone anywhere yet. Tried to reach customer service only to find out they’re one of those companies who will NOT provide a phone number to contact them. That’s just shady and bad business. So I had to email them. Unlike the reviews here who say they for a response from them within hours I wonder if I’ll ever hear from them at all. About to just call my bank and reverse the charge since I’m out $200 and nothing to show for it. This company is sketchy. I wouldn’t risk buying anything from this place.

Could be better. I have had mine for almost a year and was working great for awhile. But one day I decided to mess around again and when I connected the toy to my phone, it showed connected but nothing worked. It wanted to update and so I have emailed asking how to update it when it tells me to connect to the device and it is. I hope there is a easy fix because I really love mine and would like to be able to use it.

Good, but could be better.. My chief complaint is the APP. This company has been around too long for this APP not to be 100%. I am very disappointed that I can not use the APP with iTunes, Pandora, etc., or music that saved on my phone. The interface to make new patterns could be much nicer/easier. I would love to see more prostate toys that are longer and much stronger motors. I would love to see a prostate toy that has four strong motors inside; so, basically one toy that can be controlled through the app as thought it was two devices (if that makes sense). For example, (motor1)(motor2)(motor1)(motor2). Hard to explain, but I hope you get the idea. All that being said, the customer service has been A+++ and nothing but accommodating. I look forward to buying more in the VERY near future.

App reliability. The toys are great,and at one time the app worked great to control via long distance. I don’t know what’s happening,but the last week or two the functionality has gotten terrible. It’s constantly freezing and kicking my partner offline. I hope they can fix the flaws and return it to how it once was because when it works,it’s great

Works great!. We’ve had no problems at all connecting (locally). The recordable patterns and 2 different types of manual controls are easy to used the only suggestion I have is to offer different UI colors. The hot pink pretty much says “I’m a sex app”, which makes it less discrete when you’re using it in a restaurant or other public place. I’d also suggest offering an all-black option with dark grey controls/text so it could be used in a dark movie theater without it giving off so much light.

Good but can be better. The app itself is good, but some tweaks can be made for example. The watch app can you make it so the crown can control the toy rather than a plus or minus and take the screen and have a control panel say you have 2 toys and she has them both in choose one or the other and have a “all” tab for people with more than one connected.

Disconnects, logging out on its own, bugs. Ok let’s start with a group there is a bug that you can’t join group sync, when you Home Screen and don’t close the app it disconnects you after awhile and then it has to reconnect to the servers which is annoying, the app makes me go to conversation and won’t let me back out of the conversation to view others I have to close it and go through the connecting phase again. Please there is a lot wrong with the app so please fix it

Not possible to video chat while using toy. This app and product are amazing but to not have the ability to video chat while the other controls the toy at the same time is highly flawed, in addition the in ability to mute yourself or the other while using the video chat feature is also bad for some instances we cannot do anything due to the idea that we are home from college and family can over here the other on video chat while we have fun.

Disconnect Pairing Issues/Update 2018. Works great once it connects and stays connected. Will loose Bluetooth connectivity frequently. Long distance controls hard to use, problems again with connection and or allowed persons to use controls. Other brands such as Ohmibod may be a better choice at this point. Do your research before buying. Since contacting and receiving a new updated Lush, it has been an amazing toy. Customer service was amazing and sent a new Lush that was a new design. This new design of the Lush is a big improvement from the first model. No issues with connectivity and or internal motor. I highly recommend this product if you want to try new and exciting things in the bedroom.

Such Potential. I want so much to love this app. There’s so much potential here. But like others there are some serious and very annoying connectivity issues. I am constantly having to log back into the app and so it disconnects in the middle of “sessions” with my wife. She enjoys the products but likes them even more when I can control things. Fix the connectivity issues and I’ll likely change my rating to a 5.

Update has major bugs. Used the app and accompany toys for almost 2 years with very few issues. Since major overall of app cannot open any other app with live play without it disconnecting within 30 seconds. Even when keeping the app open and screen awake live still disconnects every 1-2 minutes, and will even go so far as to completely log out. Extremely disappointing, use to be able to use uninterrupted for hours while actually using your phone.

When it works, it’s amazing. For the most part this app is so great. The concept is brilliant, but when it crashes multiple times during long distance play, it’s incredibly frustrating. Sometimes you can go hours without problems, other times you’ll be interrupted a dozen times in a few minutes. If they can sort the crashing problem, it’s a 5 star app to be sure.

Making Patterns. Overall great app! Hate that it sometimes crashes, but that’s probably due to the several users. What would be amazing is that for making patterns is that instead of choosing what features the toy has, to make a pattern for a given toy(s). That way if you want to make a pattern for say a Nora and Hush then you have three sliders when making the pattern instead of having to make two separate patterns.

Full line owner.. We own the entire line of toys. They all function well, I see people posting about connection issues. We have never have had a problem with multiple devices connecting to the toys. There are settings that sometime need readjusting for updates but whatever it happens.

Love this product!. I have had nothing but success with this toy and the app. It is very enjoyable, and my partner can completely control it from 700 miles away. It makes our time apart much better. I did receive a faulty toy, it stopped working after two weeks. I called customer support, and I had a new one mailed to me within four days. Outstanding customer service. If there were one thing i could say for improvement, is notifications.......i don’t get them unless the toy is connected.

recent update?. I've been using this app for a while and i love it, but with this recent update, i can't do a single thing. it opens the app and crashes. i've restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, restarting the app, etc. I have no clue what's going on with it. i'm giving it five stars because this is literally the only bad experience i've had with it. i'm sure it's just the update. the app usually works fine. I love it either way

iOS 15… issues like never before. I’ve been using this app with very little to no problems with my long distance partner for close to two years. Almost daily. Obviously, that means it’s worked. Since the last two updates to this app, since installing iOS 15.2.1 on a 13 pro max, the app will not stay connected to the internet when the screen is not live. After 30-45 seconds of being on another app, this is with all of our lush devices, I go offline and our connection is shut down. This has never ever been the way this app worked… I’ve been able to keep my phone locked.. on a phone call.. on a video call… whatever.. this has never been an issue. Now, if I don’t keep the screen up.. I can’t remain connected to my partner… nor will any patterns or “remote loops”, continue to play. It’s absolutely horrible. Please fix this. My husband and I have come to depend on your products and app functionality for our relationship needs when apart.. the frustration is leading us to research out other products. Very saddening.

App. I purchased the domi, and I love everything about it. I love the app. Easy to connect, super user friendly. My only issue is that all of my downloaded music on my phone won’t transfer over. Only about 9 song of my music library will only show up. I’ve tried to remove them from my library and re download them, but still nothing. :/ other than that, I love the app!

Amazing Toy and Concept...But. My GF and I are long distance, and this sounded like a great idea for when we are apart and something new when we were together. We have the Nora, Lush, and Max. My only, and truly this is the only one, is when we are together, the Bluetooth on the Lush just doesn’t have any range at all. If she crosses her legs, doesn’t work. If her back is to me, doesn’t work. I have all the updated apps, tried resets, etc. I would really have thought a useful range of 15ft would be normal. I really want to give this 5-stars, just wish the range was better.

App crashes. Since I last updated, the app continually crashes. I cannot stay connected. When I try to use camera, can’t send pics. Live video crashes all the time. In the middle of group sessions, syncs etc., the app crashes. Very frustrating!!! This needs to be addressed and fixed. I have checked with many of my online friends and they have same thing happening. Not sure what you all did, but not good at all!!! We are not happy!!! Please find a fix ASAP!!!!!

Connection issues. The connectivity/antenna definitely needs improvement, my app loses connection with the device if it is more that 6inches away, unobstructed. Never mind if there is a layer of fabric in between, then it’s closer to 2-3 inches to maintain connection. I am following all of the instructions, it is fully charged, and everything else is fine...not sure if I just have a faulty device or not, but it’s such a let down. Also, the controls within the app could be a little easier to use when giving remote access and seeing what fun was sent my way, that doesn’t always match up.

Avoid. This app used to be good. If youre a couple looking to enjoy each other over long distances then its a decent app except for connectivity issues. If youre lookin to hook up with someone then good luck. Its full of trolls, fakes, P2P, and guys pretending to be female. The groups are a joke for the most part. Get to control someone for 30 seconds at a time and if she doesnt provide audio and/or video then its about as exciting as watching paint dry. I had a Max2 and it was about 50/50, sometimes it was fun and felt good the other half not so much. It definitely is an app more for the women, they have no shortage of zombies willing to control them. I mentioned P2P(Pay2Play), its against Lovense's TOS yet they do nothing about them of which 99% are more than likely a scam anyways. All in all dont even bother if youre a guy, youre better off at Chaturbate or something.

A company that does the right thing!. Not unlike a lot of other people, I have read more bad and good things about this app and the Lush in particular. I can 100% say that I bought not one but 3 of their products at once after looking at the competition and their reviews, omg we they sketchy at best. I received them and had 0 problems until the next day, the Lush just was acting wonky. I went to the website and to my horror, they had just released the pre-sale of the Lush 2.0! I thought I was screwed, after 2 emails and less than 3 hrs I received an email stating the new 2.0 was shipped! 2 days later it was at my door, it took 5 days for the original order! I asked about the apps and they are about to release updates and a new one altogether, I would not be surprised if it soon followed the Apple announcement next week (new iOS). Just a guess, but I had to take second and let everyone know what they did for me after reading so many negative comments...

Issue. Done everything possible to pair my device with wife’s device, it will not send the invitation even though it says successfully sent. Neither of us get the invitation...so I e paid for a product that is suppose to do something advertised...feeling overspent for something that does half of its advertised potential. Will request return/refund if the matter doesn’t work out VIA customer support which I’m hearing isn’t helpful. Bummer! Could be a fun toy for couples to enjoy. Hope it works out. If does, I’ll revise review

Great Support Help & Great Product. I ordered the Lush 3 mid April and was scheduled to receive it pretty quick, however somebody stole it so I contacted support about it and they resolved my issue in a quick time and sent another one out to me and my gf and it arrived pretty quick as well. We both couldn’t wait to try it out and used it as soon as we got in and she LOVES it.

Old App, Same Problems. For starters, I should have read the reviews on this before buying it. It was such an exciting concept to me and was ready to use it. But now, I’m nearly ashamed to show it to my partner as it disconnects nearly every ten seconds. Reading other reviews, even ones from 2 years ago, have shown that it has not improved. Which is a shame cause of the whole concept. It’s expensive paying for half the performance. Please update this, maybe disconnect it every 20 seconds ;P

Good app, best toy ever!(lush 2). The app itself is very intuitive, easy to navigate, only wish the toy wouldn’t stop once you go from one tab to another (before actually choosing another pattern or mode). The toy is very comfortable and highly addictive, I might need to search for a rehab soon☺️ Can’t believe I lived without these orgasms for so many years. And it is indeed quiet enough to use in public ( I wouldn’t try in a library though) Best toy ever! (Lush 2)

Missing key features & patched almost daily >:-[. This app which accompanies an expensive “smart” should come with more preloaded patterns/programs that are interesting and designed for specific devices. Instead we have to use a forum? I spent far less on devices that came with many more interesting and stimulating programs. Also extremely annoying is the excessive frequency of app updates. Sometimes there are three updates within 14 days. I guess they are bug fixing and experimenting with us in real time. Come on! Slow down the rapid app updates and deliver quality updates much less frequently. I’m removing the app from my phone. Ridiculous!

crashing constantly. i have used this app for 2 years now and i would not keep coming back if i had not already invested in several of the brand’s products. it does not load messages initially, you have to click between tabs several times to get your messages to appear and be in the right order. and it crashes almost any time i open my chat with someone, as well as disconnecting my bluetooth at random, freezing and sometimes not registering the letters i type. i recommend not buying from this company as you will only be emotionally and sexually frustrated when trying to use their app. It crashed nine times this morning while i tried to send two messages, so ill be phasing out most of my lovense products and replacing them with other bluetooth toys. my partners will also be invited to my new app of choice. thought the update would fix things and it did not.

Great Product... Until It Isn’t. At first, there were connectivity issues. After that it wouldn’t process that i had permissions on. Now the lush 2.0, which was over $100 shuts off by itself, and the battery display is completely incorrect. It will claim I have full battery when it’s dead. The charger cord broke almost immediately so i have to angle it anytime i want to charge it. It’s a great, discreet, and powerful product but because of all the issues with it, I would never buy from Lovense again, it’s a huge letdown.

Had no problem. I was very worried and second guessing myself for buying domi 2 for my girlfriend after reading the reviews. I am in the military thousands of miles away from my girl and once she received it we had no problem setting it up and using it, it only took minutes.

Fun Toys, but App Needs More Work!. The concept, as well as the toys, are great, but the app could really use some serious updates/corrections. Two items that would seem easy to fix: 1) Where is dark mode? Why does my iPhone or iPad have to be lit up with a white background creating a searchlight effect in low-light situations? After Apple having introduced dark mode several years ago, this app still does not utilise this capability and I have to go search down Apple's (now rather old) Smart Invert function. Yeah, it works, but it is a clunky, clunky, clunky approach and would be so easy to update. 2) And this one is even sillier, when using any prerecorded patterns in the Favorites screen, the control button is incorrect. The button is listed as "Play" which, once started, turns into the international symbol for "Pause", two vertical lines. That is what I would expect it to do and for it to retain its place in the pattern, but rather it stops and resets to the beginning of the pattern. Ideally, once a pattern starts, there should be both Pause and Stop buttons, but to have only one and to have it incorrectly labeled is just sloppy programming.

Love it but having issues with connectivity. I want to echo other users that if I switch to another app while using it on my partner, when I return I no longer have access to the controls. He says it’s still going on his end (pun intended) but if I try to get access again it says either he’s not there or offline. Would love to be able to multitask using other apps and be able to easily come back to Lovense to keep him going!

Not quite there yet. My main complaint is that you can post patterns and you have to name them, however there is no way to search for specific names or key words within the app to find things that may appeal to you. The patterns never change in the most popular list because of this and the recents is never good. Let me search by words, length, type, and any other search terms I want to find things that appeal to me and not what everyone else can see.

Needs an update. I’d have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it disconnects often which is very annoying. Other than that, the app is fun with my Lush 3! Husband and I enjoyed nearly 11 hours of playtime (little break about half way to charge it). It’s totally great for long distance and hubby thoroughly loved it and didn’t want to finish out playtime, if you know what I mean lol. Like I said, it’s great and I love it but it needs an update to fix the disconnection issue.

Reliable and great service. This app may not have the all features one could dream of, but of all the remote controlled toy apps, this is the one I have found to be the most reliable and the easiest to use. The interface is clean and easy to use and connection issues are minimal. There are occasionally a few small bugs but the team is great about patching when they find them. Very satisfied with this app.

Very good. App works perfectly. It would be nice if there was a calendar or something to look at to track when it was used, for how long, and which partner if any. This would be helpful mostly for women who are trying to keep track of their cycle or health. Connecting to the Apple health app and sharing that info would be a nice choice.

Decent, but I miss parts of earlier versions. About a year or 2 ago, I feel like the remote feature was a lot more interesting and responsive. I recall the vibrations matching the patterns more accurately, plus there was a sharper cutoff between device off/device on, which, when combined with the loop mode and tapping the screen briefly, would result in these crazy oscillations that were amazing! At some point, there was an update that softened the on/off transition, which killed that feature I loved so much. Ever since then, it seems like in general the remote is more laggy, and the loop mode seems much clumsier and less reactive than before. Devs, if you have any idea what I’m referring to, I hope this is something that could be brought back with a future update! It was incredible, and it’s a bummer to know that the app could do so much more if permitted! Maybe a start/stop speed setting could be a possibility? That would be super cool. Anyway, otherwise this app is still great, I just know it could be even better…

Terrible Interface. The app has nice aesthetics, but my issue comes with connectivity. The voice call and video call features aren’t working properly ch results in the audio cutting out and not coming back. Then the toys are having issues staying connected to the app. Overall, just bad. I’ve been a user for almost 2 years and all of a sudden your app stops in the middle of an important session. Completely ruined the experience Update: App keeps logging out after I logged in earlier in the day and didn’t log out. This has been happening a lot lately and its never happened before. Very irritating that I have to constantly log in when that wasn’t the case not even a full week ago. Very disappointing

Useless.. Downloaded the app in order to control a friend's toy. Can't even sign up for an account in order to use the app. I won't ever be buying any toys from this company if this is the quality of their app.

Lost everything that was ever sent in chat. I enjoy the toy but I have never had so much trouble with images in the chat. Every time I open the app I am forced to log in even after I check the ‘keep me logged in button’. Images in the chat sent between my partner and I randomly don’t work which has been a problem from the start of using the app. After months of struggle I delete and reinstall the app assuming that because I have an account that I can keep my chat history. Nope. All gone. What’s the point of an account if nothing you do with it saves, why bother sending images through the app if they work at random. You can bet I will not be using this app for its messaging function as it is unreliable and has turned me off of future use of Lovense products that require an app as this needs to be fixed.

Not as good. Can't refresh to see old messages. Controller doesn't read second finger if the first is taken off making it drop the the bottom every time.

Mine won’t vibrate after the last update. Since the last update my won’t work anymore

Good at the basics, poor in other areas.. The app provides a good base level of vibration patterns and the remote function works very well. However, the speed of the vibrations halves from what I set it to whenever I leave the app so I just have to remember to make it double the speed I want before I leave the app. I was very excited when I learned that the vibrations can sync to music, but unfortunately the music and vibrations just don’t sync up properly. I anticipated that the vibrations would match the melody to give you an immersive build up, but I’m lucky if the vibrations ever match a song’s tempo, let alone melody. And unfortunately, whenever I want to use the Music option, I have to re-link my Spotify account every time I go into the app.

Poor maintenance. This app was fabulous in the beginning, but now it crashes consistently, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get it open. This is very disappointing considering the money it costs to buy these toys.

App unreliable slow and crashes. The app used to be reliable. Now it’s barely functional. Crashes constantly. Long distance sessions only stay connected for a few minutes at a time. Hopefully the new update fixes it but not holding my breath. Only way we could get it work even remotely was to create new accounts for each of us. Update: app still crashed every minute or Less with the new update. Makes the whole point of long distance toys completely useless

control is fine - terrible communication functions. I have to say that the ability to control a vibe from anywhere in the world is great, and I have no issues with this function. The biggest flaw with this app is that the messages do not send unless your partner is online - they just bounce back. Audio doesn’t work either. I have updating the app, deleted and reinstalled, tried on a different device, and contacted support and it still doesn’t work.

Old app was way better. I don't love this update. Firstly, the name of the app is no longer discrete. I used to be able to have this app on my phone and my kids would never know what it was. It was simply called "Wearables" and when launched it would go straight to a Touch ID log on screen. Secondly, the layout of the app is not as intuitive nor impressive :-( Thirdly, this update deleted ALL of my settings!! I now have to relink my partner, set everything up, AND I've lost all of my downloaded and saved patterns! Very disappointed with this version.

It doesn't work any more - total rubbish. I had the earlier version of this app, which sort of worked but kept crashing, hoping things would improve I deleted it and downloaded the update. That simply crashes when you load the app. So I paid for an expensive toy thats now useless. Be warned.

Works well. My teacher and I got this product to spice things in public, can’t say anything bad about the product, I’m a male and I used it on myself too

App is getting steadily less reliable.. I love this toy bit it’s pricey and the app has been getting less and less reliable. Now I am unable to login at all. It’s getting frustrating. I consistently have problems with the app appearing to be connected to both users but the toy does not work reliably.

Confusing and unusable. Bought this vibrator for my wife because of the remote control. The appliance works fine. The remote is useless. Can get it perform what the appliance does. Called the retailer who similarly couldn’t get the app to make the vibrator do what it does when you control it physically. Don’t buy this if remote operation is the objective. Very disappointing anniversary present. ☹️

No more music :(. Since Spotify is no longer supported and you can’t play music at all, are there any plans to replace this with another music channel? I’m loving everything so far but the music part was a bummer. I noticed it crashes when you start the speed setting for when you drive too

Not all features work.... This would be a GREAT product if ALL the advertised features worked. The "get notified when your partner log in" feature does not work. Zero notifications. Even emailing customer service, still nothing. It drops Bluetooth easily, and will not always reconnect. This is a VITAL piece of the puzzle. This toy is advertised for "public play", however every time she moves, it'll drop signal, and won't always reconnect. Please, please, please get these issues fixed. This would be the greatest product, only if it were more consistent.

Your last update crashed the app. Well done.. I was just in the middle of funtime with my partner and the app kicked me out to where I can no longer open the app. I don’t want to delete and reinstall cuz I’ll lose my data. What is going on? Instead of making things better they’re progressively getting worse. I’d give negative stars if I could. Thank you for ruining a wonderful evening.

Reactivate. This is just annoying if I am out consistently checking if the link has expired is not fun let us decide if the link will expire. Makes waiting for that mystery not fun

Works well, just one small issue. I’ve been able to get the long distance to work for a huge extended period of time, the product works wonders when I’m alone as well, the only thing I have an issue with, is when my boyfriend uses his toy at the other end of the long distance, and I use mine; when he uses the “Max” higher than a certain speed, my vibrator stops altogether until he slows down again. But I feel this may not be a hardware issue or software issue.

Constant disconnection. I’ve tried everything under the sun but the damn thing won’t stay connected. It will drop every 3-4 seconds or so. This is actually a replacement one, the first one died after a month and would not charge. For the price you pay for the toy, it’s ridiculous that it doesn’t even work beyond a year.

Update broke the app.. App crashes every time you open it after update.

App is terrible now.. As soon as you leave the remote screen the vibe just stops vibing. The repeat button for patterns also doesn’t work after leaving the screen

Whats wrong with this industry…. This app is utter garbage. Music can only be added by mp3 download from PC? What the hell is that even? I didnt connect my iPhone to PC in 10 years. Dropbox anyone? Local files? iCloud? Next up: Sound detection. Total junk. How about using FFT to extract beats instead of just adjusting to loudness and then also with a 1-2 second delay? Garbage garbage. Next up: Patterns. Doesnt work once you tried to use sound detection. Does nothing. Same for manual controls. This is a consistent pattern across this entire industry. Garbage quality, useless software, no matter how much they charge you. The only option as with everything here is to write your own software through their bluetooth protocol.

Bugs still not fixed. Still having trouble with the sound on video chat even with the new update. We can see each other sometimes but not hear each other. It disconnects a lot and is a real mood killer when it’s at “inappropriate” times. For a while I thought it was my kegals are too strong lol but now I know it’s just just a connection fail. No realizing the alarm clock feature is impractical also as it needs the app to stay open and running to work

Lots of problems. This app needs to be updated with fixes the lush keeps disconnecting every time durning Bluetooth vibration and can’t not invite partners please fix the bugs

I bought it for the music. I bought this because I wanted to use Spotify with it but now I can’t. I kind of wish I wouldn’t of wasted my money and look more into different products.

Could be good.... Lots of good features and the look of it is nice but so many issues that it kind of ruins some of the fun. Disconnects from the toy every time the app is closed, deletes my conversation and partner, and I have to login every time, which I don’t want to do. If everything worked and there were a few minor adjustments then I would give a much better rating. The toy is great though!

Love the app. I’ve been using the app for a while now and while I find it pretty good, there’s one thing that I don’t like. Is there a way to make it so that Control Links don’t expire after 30 minutes? It would be nice if they were good for 60-90 minutes, or even make them last until the device is shut off.

Keeps loging out and losing connection. While controlling a device over Wi-Fi, the app keeps freezing, crashing or loging me out. At the most inopportune time that is. Please fix this your app is useless.

Apple Music. You should have support for Apple Music I pay for it but Instead I have to individually buy a song from iTunes instead which I already have!…. So I end up paying more than once, makes ZERO sense. Fix that rating goes up.

So confused. This app was so fun at first. Then the toy broke three separate times. Customer service was great at first and sent me new ones. Then it worked sort of with Spotify. So I purchased a different toy. Then the new toy broke four times. Customer service won’t return my emails. Now they changed the app and it is glitchy and records data on my screen. I thought this was going to help my stress. Come on Korea you are better then this I think. Or wait is this company actually located in North Korea? So confused I just really started to enjoy music and sex on a whole new level. Or am I being spied on by these strange folks. As I said so confused.

Worst Purchase. I got the Lovense Lush 3 and it DOES NOT WORK it takes 60 minutes just to get the things to stay connected and when the vibrator is on and connected it doesn’t vibrate I’ve done everything you could do and it doesn’t work I’m not one to leave reviews but this makes me so mad because how much this thing costs and it doesn’t even work.

Product shines with good software. Does what it says on the box; note that this does not interface with Apple Music, which would be great in a future version, hopefully soon!

Very buggy on iPhone 8. Have had to delete and reinstall the app on a weekly basis and loose my settings for my contacts in the app, very annoying also prone to crashing unexpectedly

Works well with lush 2. With lush 2 I am having no connectivity issues and am quite happy with it so far. Two suggestions. 1)Add a “stop” function to end the current pattern sent for long distance usage. 2) Allow to delete your only device or disable auto connecting. I set the device up on my phone first, then connect my wife’s. So now my phone will keep the device unless I force close the app and let her phone take over the connection. This is of course during remote use and not an issue with the long distance. I wanted to give 5 star to help bolster against the many negative reviews, but there is indeed room for improvement even though I have none of the issues others are reporting.

Glitchy and needs improvements. Anytime I leave or anyone puts app in background it says offline and than takes forever to reload and refresh when back open. Randomly logs me out for no reason. Would love to connect and meet new people anonymously 1 to 1 to meet new people instead of the forum website.

Obvious shortcoming. What’s the good of the voice & video features if you can’t use them with someone while using the vibe online? I’ve tried starting those connections before while mine was being controlled and all I get is a “connected” notifocation bounces down at the top of the app’s screen. It’s lame and should be changed.

Love this but..... My lush use to work in the background when I left the app....now it doesn’t!!! That was one of the best features....bring that back!!!

Keep changing things. Why does now opening a link taking it to the app and then now having to click live control even a thing. An un necessary step added for what? Change it back this is stupid…

Connectivity issue. The app always randomly logs us out when we leave it in background and it doesn’t connect when we try to do webcam or audio call but the overall functionality works well I can use the toy no problem from long distance and I’m able to use it no problem so I’d definitely suggest buying this product but app still needs a little work anyways the products work well I’m glad that I bought the toys belonging to Lovense

Won’t stay connected. Wife And I bought Lush, Hush and Edge, none of them will stay connected Bluetooth keeps dropping. Not impressed! That’s hundreds of dollars spent that won’t do what it’s supposed to do :(

Does not stay connected.. When it does stay connected it is a pleasurable toy by yourself or with a partner. The patterns are easy to make. Endless variety of patterns one can come up with. The only issue is it becomes disconnected too much! Which led me to only rate it 3 stars. If it had stayed connected while using, I would have given it 5 stars!!

I love the products and the idea of having a long distance communication app. However, this app WILL NOT keep me or my partner logged in when the app is closed out. Incredibly disappointed. For a product heavily advertised for it's remote app functionality, in my 3 weeks of ownership, I'm left underwhelmed and disappointed. The app struggles to connect to the device and even now can't find the Lush 3 even when I'm less than a foot away. I don't know if other similar products struggle as much, but I would recommend potential users to look elsewhere.

THIS APP ENCOURAGES SHADY BEHAVIOR, AVOID IF YOUR NOT WANTING THIS IN A RELATIONSHIP. I bought this toy as a way to cope with being apart from my girlfriend while working out of town. The platform, unbeknownst to me, encourages others to talk (and hook up potentially) and created a break in trust in our relationship. I tried to contact Lovensense to clarify a few basic things and was never given a reply. Now its been days since I reached out to them for a second time. Positively worst app/service i have ever used

Disappointed. Connection is horrible. Even with close range and using it solo it does not stay connected. My parter was able to connect with no issues. But even right next to him it still disconnects and will only sometimes reconnect. Really defeats the whole purpose for this. You should be able to have long range and not have to worry about it disconnecting so many times. Idea of the product is great. However we are spending to much money on a product that doesn't do what it is intended to do.

Disappointing. By this point you’ve probably already bought the device. Sadly the reliability just isn’t there. For no reason at all the device will turn off. 45mins of non constant play and it’ll shut off as it sees fit. I’ll turn it back on and the battery shows full but then as soon as a pattern starts to play it shuts off again. Similar issues for another user I often seen patterns to. It’ll be going just fine and then it quits. For that one though the battery will flash between full and dead randomly. These are “close” long range sessions. Like controller and user in the same room so it’s not a Bluetooth malfunction.

Control links do not work. Control links have not been working since there previous update, they either work for a few seconds or not at all I've tried it with the domi 2 and the edger 2 and no luck I hope they realize control links are not working in there app

Very good. App works perfectly. It would be nice if there was a calendar or something to look at to track when it was used, for how long, and which partner if any. This would be helpful mostly for women who are trying to keep track of their cycle or health. Connecting to the Apple health app and sharing that info would be a nice choice.

Would be 5 stars but.... I love the toy and the app itself is a lot of fun with long distance partners and by myself! One thing that would improve the app would be the ability to seek through the patterns to reach a certain point in a pattern or maybe go back to a part that you liked a lot.

Help. I use to love this app however lately the app when opened will not let me do anything at all. I can’t even go to my account. I’ve uninstalled and installed again it worked once then stopped working again. 😔. I don’t want to give it a bad review I just need a way to fix it. I’d go through the app for help but I can’t do anything on it. Giving a 2 for now since it worked and then stopped.

App Update is Bugged. Hey, the new update has come up with many bugs like disconnected from network, sync issues, hanged interface, late refresh, most importantly toy if am on sync the toy keeps working for some time even after I release the controls there is a lag and if the session is for 5-10 mins toy continue to work even for 1-2 mins after controls are released. Please resolve the bugs at earliest

Great app and product but.... There is an issue keeping the device connected and putting the pattern on a loop can be rather difficult. But otherwise a great app and great product. Fix these two issues and both the app and the product would be perfect!

4* for the future of adult toys. Aside from a few technical bugs( occasional crash etc.) being able to connect with other people through the app is awesome! I’m very excited for the future of teledildonics and the enjoyment they bring!

Update fails. Same problems. Last updates messed up the reliability of the app. Internet connection through the app failing where the texting is delayed, the alerts are not working even when I have deleted the app and brought it back, restarted phone and triple checked all notification settings possible. It’s very disappointing.

Connectivity issues. Love my lush but having lots of connectivity issues. Also finding that it keeps on vibrating after my partner has stopped playing? Lastly it would be nice to have a full understanding of what all the setting do. I don’t find anything in the instructions that clarifies this.

Excellent toy, but sometimes have connection issues. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Only issue is rarely (1 in 10 attempts). have connection issues. Will not connect to IPhone , or cannot remotely hook up. The frustrating part is trying to figure out what is not working. UI is a little clunky, Overall, a great produce (Lush) and service, AD FREE too!!

App. I purchased the domi, and I love everything about it. I love the app. Easy to connect, super user friendly. My only issue is that all of my downloaded music on my phone won’t transfer over. Only about 9 song of my music library will only show up. I’ve tried to remove them from my library and re download them, but still nothing. :/ other than that, I love the app!

Revert update, please. This past update screwed up everything. Definitely didn’t squash any bugs, but created more. Sensitivity is WAY screwed up and higher than it needs to be. And who’s bright idea was it to switch the UI around. It was setup fine before. There was absolutely no reason to change button placement and screw up control screens. Connection issues galore. Y’all have ruined the experience in one update. Gotta give you credit for declining all at once and not just over time.

Love, love, LOVE. I have the Lush and Hush and they both work exactly as I’d hoped. I don’t have connection issues (unless I close my legs or something which is something I only do when changing positions.) The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because I can’t get the two toys to do separate vibrations when using the two vibrator patterns. Fix that and these will be PERFECT!

Some Suggestions. I wish I could group chat. I also wish when a person has control I can back out and answer another message without taking away that control. A chat room for users would be awesome.

Full line owner.. We own the entire line of toys. They all function well, I see people posting about connection issues. We have never have had a problem with multiple devices connecting to the toys. There are settings that sometime need readjusting for updates but whatever it happens.

Conversation muted when closing the app. My conversation mutes when closing the app. I mainly use it long distance and it’s kinda frustrating having it mute every time I close the app. Even when I go into the user settings and unmute it myself, upon opening the app it’s muted again.

Love the products.... But have seen they have had a lawsuit about tracking their toy use through the app which is creepy and pretty unnecessary in my opinion. There should be absolutely no reason to have access to someone intimate things like that. But the toys are amazing.

Just keeps getting better.. The connectivity is fine. I do not know what people are not doing right. The new charging contacts are great, and the library of patters is amazing. They release regular firmware updates, and they are seemless. Just dive in. You will not regret it.

Great...but.... My Hubz and I love the products we have...only little wrinkle we’re finding out since the last update is that we have to log in each time. Which in turn means we are each missing personal notifications.

Disconnects constantly - not usable. Like the pinned reviewer, the app will not stay connected to either of my two devices (one at a time, obviously) for more than 30-45 sec. when in “long distance” mode. I think it’s a problem even when the app is open, it just in background mode. Worked flawlessly a year ago... 😢 I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 16. The app is well designed in terms of UI and was so fun! Just can’t play with

Good Support. Was having an issue migrating chat history that was just an error on my part but the support team was very friendly and thorough in helping me figure it out. App has worked well for me so far.

Fun. I’ve bought 4 of their products. Love them all. Had a couple of issues within warranty period, but always received excellent customer service. No complaints. Best products around.

Sporadic notifications. App works for the most part except notifications. Have it enabled to see when my partner comes online and sends me messages, app will not notify me at all 99% of the time. Randomly it’ll send me a notification for a message or two, but then will not show notifications. Extremely annoying and dissatisfied with the app bc of that

App reliability. The toys are great,and at one time the app worked great to control via long distance. I don’t know what’s happening,but the last week or two the functionality has gotten terrible. It’s constantly freezing and kicking my partner offline. I hope they can fix the flaws and return it to how it once was because when it works,it’s great

It’s ok. I like the idea of this but the biggest annoyance was how the phone doesn’t recognize the video as a kind of FaceTime. Meaning that after 30 secs, the phone starts to close down the screen. So during our video chat, I have to constantly tap the screen to keep it from closing. By far a mood killer. Otherwise cool product.

Won’t let me text. It won’t let me text on the app? It worked for a second but can’t open chats. I have a iPhone 12 good WiFi but can’t open messages. I can see them but can’t open them and my wife is getting annoyed

iTunes Music no go!. I am loving the toy I got and great that I can make my own patterns but I can’t sync my Apple Music or iTunes music directly! Or at least get sound from internet porn or something. Still great 5 star product will buy more in the future!

Unhappy. This App used to work perfectly. I accidentally uninstalled it and now that I have put it back it can’t seem to locate my Lush 2 even though it’s on and laying right next to my phone. Yes it is connected to my Bluetooth. Any suggestions/help on rectifying this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Freezing for a while now.. I’ve even hoping for an update to fix the constant freezing when the app is running in the background, but it has not been fixed. You can set a pattern and go to another window, and after a few seconds you’ll notice the pattern goes static, or stops. If you don’t go to the app asap, and wait for it to “unfreeze” you’re kicked off, or sometimes logged out.

Disconnecting after 20 secs of not being on the app. The app is doing its thing again where it disconnects the long distance feature after being off the app for more than 20 seconds. There are no large number of apps in the background of my phone. Everything is updated, phone restarted, phone updated, app updated, please fix this bug.

No connection. Tried to connect for the first time in awhile and it will no longer connect. Once fixed would be a great app.

Such Potential. I want so much to love this app. There’s so much potential here. But like others there are some serious and very annoying connectivity issues. I am constantly having to log back into the app and so it disconnects in the middle of “sessions” with my wife. She enjoys the products but likes them even more when I can control things. Fix the connectivity issues and I’ll likely change my rating to a 5.

Great! ... When it works. The app is sleek, with a pleasant design. It lets you have all sorts of fun with your toy. However, lately I’ve had an issue where I can’t press any of the UI. It’ll let me sign in, but past that screen it will refuse to work. I have to delete and reinstall the app for it to work again, and even that is temporary. :/ At this point I just use the buttons on my toy.

Lush Doesn’t Turn On. I’ve had the Lush for 2 weeks now, and the first couple of days it was working fine. One morning after it was fully charged I tried turning it on and nothing happened. It stopped working, and hasn’t turned back on since. I’ve sent a video to the customer support team at Lush showing that it doesn’t work, and I still haven’t received a replacement. Ridiculous! I spent a good amount of money on this toy for just a couple of days!

Needs work. Good vision, poor execution. Updates to this app needs more testing before rollout. Notifications have always been useless and now music doesn’t work well as selecting artists, albums, songs doesn’t appear to work as you always get the first selection no matter what you choose. Just updating the GUI isn’t enough if you don’t fix the linked functionality.

Great until.... It was great until the app logged me out and I could not log back in. I tried to recover my password however it said account does not exist. So frustrating.... Not only that but the connection is horrible, the toy disconnects on and off all the time and the notifications for the messages do not even show up. So inconvenient. I wish they would fix these issues. Not worth it.

How could it possibly have gotten worse!. The latest update for iOS has rendered the app unusable. It will not stay connected to any toys and the chat feature is ruined. None of the conversation shows when you actually do get a notification and still, the app disconnects if you don’t have the screen up, cannot even put it in the background. I have numerous Lovense toys, will be looking for a different brand now.

Not too bad but PLEASE. So far have had a week and love it!! So does my wife only problem I truly hate is that when I’m using long distance at a bar or etc. i send the pattern but it doesn’t show me where I’m at on the pattern like the graph it should show so I can see when she’s experiencing peaks and what not please add this!!!

Could be better. I have had mine for almost a year and was working great for awhile. But one day I decided to mess around again and when I connected the toy to my phone, it showed connected but nothing worked. It wanted to update and so I have emailed asking how to update it when it tells me to connect to the device and it is. I hope there is a easy fix because I really love mine and would like to be able to use it.

When it works it’s great!. So it’s such a shame the app and the device can’t seem to continue to work together for long distance. It keeps failing and in the middle play partner has to reconnect, IF he can. This continues to be a big flaw and I’ve only had mine since Jan. It’s sad that it’s not any better. Tried to contact support through the website and I can’t. It’s such a shame and should work consistently better.

Better Apple watch support pls. I want to use my Apple watch to control the Toy. More discreet than using the phone in public. Can you add a finger gesture control like the “Float” instead if the + - that is there right now?

DISCONNECTS. I have the LUSH and my wife loves it when it’s connected and working (for at most 5mins). Than either the app or toy disconnects and will not reconnect on its own. SUPER FRUSTRATING for the both of us. In all honesty not worth the buy. Tried replacing (thought maybe it was just mine) They want details I cannot provide or don’t know. I wish Lovense would fix this problem or give people their money back.
