App was decent until the threads stop opening making it hard to text. No longer want the app, but a refund for poor service will be nice.

Very poorly made good idea product support team is very weak and their answers are very simple the product competes with many out there including Google voice I think the company should rethink their business model I am also aware that they have updates but I’ve not seen an improvement

I use this for calling services that I need for my home and it works flawlessly. It is very simple and intuitive to use. I would recommend this to everyone. It’s worth the price.
The worst. They keep binging my account. I have cancel this 3 X and they keep billing me. By the way they disconnected my number
I love this app. I use it for people I want to talk to but don’t want them having my main number. Very good app. Never messes up. I had it a few months now and so far so good.
I’ve had this apps for a couple years now and hung around when it turned into subscription. I really like this app for my business BUT this last update has caused an irritating problem. A spam call came through and I didn’t answer. The app says there is “one” in my inbox, but I blocked and deleted the call. Still says I have “1” in my inbox. Yes I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and also rebooted my phone. Please fix this quickly, I rely on sideline a lot.
You have to pay to use the app
Yes, it's a little costly but a necessary business tool for me. The ability to autoreply to calls with a company logo and text message is a nice feature as well as the ability to prepogram responses. There have been some minor bugs as the app has developed but I have always found Support to be very responsive.
All kinds of issues. Nothing but voicemail seems to work right. Dont do it. I end up calling people back on my regular cell phone line because the calls are distorted.
Missed call badge will not go away even after checking calls
I pay a monthly fee for the app but I can only text and receive calls so it would be unfortunate if you miss a call and need to call someone back. It will tell you to purchase minutes. I thought they meant I used all my minutes for the month but it’s been 2 months and they haven’t been replenished. Unfortunately, I will have to go to another company since I am forced to return calls from my personal phone number instead of the sideline number
I contacted customer service about not being able to send pictures or long text messages to my clients. They were unable to assist and pretty much said they are unable to accommodate when I spoke with customer service. Even speaking with customer service was difficult because when contact via live chat they would tell me they are going to email me to assist and they never did 2x. I finally emailed them myself and this is when they disclosed that they were unable to assist with this issue. I will have to move on a find a better app. For 10$ monthly I feel they could be much better.
I’ve unsubscribed and already wrote “STOP” to unsubscribe from your communication. Why did I just receive another text message? How does this violate CAN-SPAM? I guess we’ll find out if you solicit me to resubscribe again.

When I first got this app a year ago it worked great. Now I find myself not being able to access text or calls. Attempts to scroll or click on calls, text, contacts, etc... result in it locking up. Not sure what was done or is t being done but it’s becoming unusable. I am running this on a 6 month old iPhone 8 to boot.
We can do everything the app claims. It works perfectly.
It requires you store all your contacts on their server. The sound quality is not that good. Not a good solution for business use.
This app is easy to use and makes my life easier because I can separate my personal calls and messages from my business related conversation. There are something I feel that can be improved on: 1. Sometimes I get double notifications, one from my device indicating I missed a call and another from the sideline app. Sometimes I get missed call notification from my device only and other times from sideline only. 2. It would be nice that if I tap on missed called (ones from sideline)from the phone app and it would automatically open the sideline app and call. 3. My most desired feature is the ability to delete multiple conversations at once’s or all together instead of swiping each individual conversation to delete. 4. It would be nice to separate call logs and text logs within the sideline app. Other than that I think the app runs smooth and it works for my business needs.
