Amazing. This app is so helpful!

Easy home automation!. Pyng is great because I can finally make changes to my Crestron system without finding a programmer to do it for me. Now I can make my own scenes and scheduled events easily. Everyone with Crestron should make sure they have Pyng!!

Awesome when it works. This is a great app... When it works. I haven't been able to connect to my Crestron Pyng for 2 updates now. When it worked it sure was nice.

Scrambled Presets. Upon updating, it scrambled all of my presets. Settings stayed the same on (non-updated) iPad app. Changing the system settings does not change the messed-up options on the iPhone app.

Phone no longer working with update. Update caused my Pyng system to stop working.

Very unhappy! After updating the app, we haven’t been able to use it.. The app stopped working after updating it. Thank goodness our Sonos works but we can’t adjust the volume.

Isn’t functional whatsoever. I’m simply looking to connect to my home system. My WiFi works, I’ve restarted both my phone and the app, and yet, I’m unable to connect to my system. Currently useless app

This is why people are skeptical of technology. I would rather walk around my entire house to closed the shade manually than sporadically be able to sort of control them from afar. This app is so unreliable, the UI is a joke, I genuinely don't know why the previous inhabitants of my home would use this.

So easy!. It's so nice to have control of my house when I'm traveling. This is such an easier way to handle the Crestron system vs. needing to call up a programmer every time you want to change a scene or something!

Game Changer. My first pyng connected Crestron system went great! The scope was lighting only... can't wait to see how Audio is incorporated.

Dated, slow, unreliable. Worst app on my phone. Time for an update, folks.

Works Great. We’re able to control our shades and lights from anywhere.

Very Clunky. While the functionality may be okay, this app looks like it was designed in 2010. Apples HomeKit application looks and feels far more elegant and modern, which is a shame for a company of this standard. At a minimum the layout looks horrible on the iPhone X and the button sizes are massive, giving it a very unsophisticated look.
