Paid version but ads taking over. I have a paid version but am getting a shoe station ad that will not scroll off screen and allow me back to content. Frustrating. Please fix!!!

Stop the advertisements. First of all I already pay for the paper I shouldn’t have to see ads on the app. Second the ads never go away. As soon as the app is opened an ad pops up that will not go away. There is no close button on the ad it just says scroll to continue with article but won’t let you “scroll” the ad away. So now I’m paying for an app I can’t even use.... not for long CL

Ads Will Not Go Away. I agree with the previous comment. Only way to get rid of “stuck” ads is to power down phone.

No functionality. I cannot access my account. I’m fed up. This is the worst digital news outlet. Awful.

Sports. Sports department cuts are very noticeable and lower the value of the paper.

Incompetent. It is hard to navigate and read the same amount of content that is in the actual paper.

Great. On boarding was a challenge but once set, everything was great. Enjoy local news!

C-L app works great. Never any problems with the Clarion-Ledger app. Use it almost every day. Works great.

Can see subscribed news on iPhone but not iPad. Even though I have a paid subscription the app will only let me log in on iPhone, not iPad or other device!

Good statewide headline coverage. As a displaced Mississippian, I love having this app for keeping up with what's happening back home. There is always a good mix of news and opinion pieces, along with all the major MS state news and headlines. I'm not a subscriber, so I can't honestly review the full service aspects of the app, but I thoroughly enjoy the free content.

Clarion ledger App. Cannot access after 50 tries. Horrible access. Paid and cannot access.

Out of town news. Clean app never crash just wish a bit more content.

THE VERY WORST APP EVER !!!. Never works on online paper.

Can’t login. Haven’t been able to login to the app for over a week now.

CL Upgrade. I like the improvements. I don't have to login as often now but it is still too unstable and shuts down too often. About 15% of the time the day's issue is not ready at 5:30 am. I just get a white screen. Makes me wonder if someone forgot to update the website before he went home the night before.

Clarion app. I do not get the E edition login on this app. I have toGoogle sign in to Clarion Ledger every morning. This app is useless.

Don't subscribe through in app purchase. It says you can subscribe through the app, but they are lying about that. I have contacted them but getting the run around. It says you will get mobile, online, and e-newspaper. When I try logging in to online site, it says I have to subscribe.

Great app!. The ability to get and read breaking news from my device is wonderful! I can keep up with current events in Jackson and the state just as easily as I do with national news.

Phone app. Many sections when I click on them Such as editorials columnist Iam not able to proceed box pops up saying unavailable at this time

Very little news. An occasional newsworthy story, too much sports and only for two of the three big state universities. Best baseball program in the state gets no coverage.

Can’t view content I’m paying for. I need to unsubscribe. I am a paying customer and cannot view the content. Tells me I have to login to view the content. Then asks me to subscribe after I login. Crazy....

News source. Quick , easy to navigate, informative!

Good. The App Store finds what I need.

Terrible. Will not stay signed in to my account. Repeatedly prompts me to sign into my account, even after I do so.

Paid Subscription Remove Ads. I paid for subscription access but you still force me to see ridiculous click-bait ads. Fix your model, if I pay to access your content allow me to turn off the trashy advertising. Adapt your business model or you will continue to become irrelevant.

Practically unreadable with all the pop ups from the Shoe Station. Can’t go 15 seconds without a pop up ad.

Needs work. In IOS the auto-logon feature for Keychain does not work. Also, the site is lethargically slow.

Disappointed. The non-mobile online version is so much better. This gets you only part of the paper, and when I don't get my husband doesn't get his newspaper delivered to our house, it usually gives me a message saying that I cannot access the part of the app that would let me report it. My recommendation: skip the app and use your PC

Very nice!. This new app is much cleaner and sleeker. It is less cluttered and easier to navigate now. A better way to enjoy my news!

Functionality ok. Not a lot of logic to how the stories are arranged, and impossible to get to the sports blogs.

Leaning to the left. The Clarion Ledger supports the left's agenda and shares their sentiments. I was hoping for a balanced look at the news and fair treatment in its reporting. Unfortunately, the editors want to use their position for the advancement of their "leaning left" views, and in so doing fail to report the multiple views, facts and opinions for certain stories. I'm deleting the app today.

Great. Great way to stay current when you are away from home. Great features and easy to navigate.

ClarionLedger. I subscribed but intend to drop it. They should have had kinks worked out before selling. Example: NO DIRECTORY. You have to look & look from one page to another, for instance when searching anything...classifieds, obituaries, etc.

Useless without a profile. No profile? Don't bother downloading because it doesn't let you create one.

Great App!. The C-L app is really easy to use and the alert system is great for keeping me up to date on important issues throughout the week.

Needs a search button. This app is great! But it could really benefit from having a search button and access the all old articles.

Wonderful. I have ties to Jackson and like to keep abreast of what is going on there. The Clarion Ledger does that. I also enjoy the news notifications that I receive whenever news happens.

Not So Good. Just got this App and having a hard time accessing everything on it. Have to log in over and over, very frustrating. Something not quite right.

No up to the minute (or hour) breaking news. The app/on line Clarion Ledger is not bad bad, but I think the on line version should be updated more often. Many times I go to local TV site for breaking news.

Needs some work. The Report Issue function needs work. I tried using it to report missing a section of my newspaper. The only choices are: missing delivery, wet paper, and damaged paper, none of which apply in this case.

Great Newspaper App. Very please with the app. Need to get my local news on my cell. Works well.

Too restricted, small schools ignored. Byline copy is decent, especially Watkins and Mitchell. Blogs are b.s. Sports is balanced between big schools and HBC, but if you aren't State, USM or MU or historically black, you are largely ignored. Obits should be free access all the time for all the users.

Clarion Ledger App. Just tried to download updated app-it appears app downloaded but would never open. Tried several times-same no result. I have bee on-line member for months and the app has never worked correctly. Do not recommend.

Relatively easy to use. Basic app to deliver the content from the Clarion Ledger. Easy to navigate. Would be much better if you could see reader comments. For this, you must go to the website, which for me defeats the purpose of having the app.

Same Great Paper. I've enjoyed the print edition of C-L for years now I enjoy the digital edition as much or more.

The C-L. I enjoyed being able to get the phone version. saves me a lot of time and allows me to get to information quickly since home delivery is not an option in my area anymore
