STILL not working after update. Please fix!!!!

I updated to the current version in hopes it would resolve the problem of the "network error" notification that pops up when I try to restore from my cloud. I am a premium user, I would hate to cancel my subscription and loose everything I have backed up on my cloud. Please fix the problem! Or a response to my review. I got a new phone and cannot seem to restore from my cloud due to "network error" help!!!!

Good vault app for messages/video/photos
Works as described. Have been a premium subscriber for quite some time. Worked fine on Android. No issues with my iPhone 7 Plus upgrade.
iOS 10.3.1 CRASHES
Tried premium 6 months ago, it never would connect so I dropped it. Now the app just crashes. Open the app and let it sit for 5 seconds. Or out in your password. Either case it crashes.

I'm hoping I can zero star this. Latest update is a straight crash fest. To make it worse, I've put in three support tickets and received no answer. To think that I just purchased the "premium" features yesterday. I want my money back. Worse yet, it's been a week now and there's been no update to the app to fix the issues.

This is so frustrating that we think that companies have done their due diligence to go through the proper software development life cycle efforts to test their updates enough to prevent this, but some teams just completely skip all the testing phase. I too am paying for this service and it got wrecked by poor decision making by NQ, someone needs to get fired!!!
I have been trying to open it for at least a week every day. I get as far as putting in password and then it crashes. Very frustrating. I'm hoping my stuff on there is not lost

I have loved the app it's been awesome with no problems and has worked perfect , been a premium member for a while ! But ever since the update ,you put in your passcode and it automatically crashes . Please fix this asap!!
