Unreliable. Despite paying the monthly subscription, more often than not, I try to see my doggo and find a black screen. I follow the tech support suggestions and still nothing; very frustrating. I will definitely inform my vet that they are using a sub-par service.

You have to pay to see your dogs. Our doggie day care and boarding facility uses this app as their web cam service and you have to subscribe to use the app. Why is the dog facility not paying these fees. I had to pay a month subscription to see the dogs for 3 days

Horrible Quality. Stream is super choppy and low quality. Sometimes it’s less choppy, but sometimes it’s unbearable. Have fun with 2 MP images of your dog. Why is this a paid service?

Update broke something. I can’t turn to see landscape mode anymore. And it’s really glitchy. Please fix!!

Won’t even load on iOS 13.1. Ever since I upgraded to the latest iOS the app crashes every time I launch it. Don’t bother downloading this until it gets an update.

Won’t let me purchase. Dropped our dogs off in hopes we could use the app and it will NOT let me purchase anything with money in the account.

Cost to much for few days. My dog there from a Wednesday to the next Wednesday my daughter pays 1/2 apparently what I pay and only for few days then pay again for next few days never mind the fee to House your animal. Forgot...cost is PER viewing device

Doesn’t work - don’t bother. Downloaded and camera literally doesn’t work - says camera isn’t turned on when it is

Hard Pass. The quality of the video stream is abysmal, and this app automatically renews your subscription on a monthly basis even if you don’t approve the recurring charge. When I paid for the initial month, it never alerted me of this subscription. Shady business practice for a terrible app.

Don’t Buy. If I can save someone $4.99, I will. It simply doesn’t work. My kennel advertised webcams. We put our babygirl in the kennel due to having webcams. We go outta town, purchase this app, and can’t see a thing. Black screen. The kennel says that they are cutting ties with the company. Doesn’t work.

Renewal. Remember to cancel you subscription even if you turn off auto subscribe. They will charge for the next year automatically wether you want it or not.

Rip off, don’t purchase. I paid, went to see my pet, and not visible or his bed was not listed. Doesn’t allow you to look for his listing before they make you pay first!

Disappointed. This is so disappointing, to pay for a service that doesn’t work. Serious improvements need to be made ASAP. Why doesn’t it work??? What’s the point if I can’t even see my dog while she’s boarded? When will this issue get resolved?

Pls no balck and White all it’s doing is making it harder to see and I can’t even talk to my dog :(. This needs lots of improvements

Terrible App. Haven’t even used it in over 2 years and they keep charging my account $4.99 auto renewal. I done even have the device it was purchased on anymore. How do I cancel this?!

Junk, frozen. Unfortunately, you don’t have an option because app our boarding uses a charger in his junk.

This App is Worthless!. Don’t waste your money. Tried repeatedly to access cameras at the boarding site through this app without success. App provider blamed boarding site and boarding site blamed app.

Pay to watch dog. It is ridiculous to charge me to watch my dog! Will not use the app for a one time visit and looking at review rating not too many others are either

Lame but solid. Why do I need to enter a password every time for every camera? Why are updates so rare? I'm glad it doesn't crash on me

Worst app ever. The images are so unclear, it was hard for me to identify my dog. The frames freeze continually and the quality is incredibly poor. The only reason that I purchased it was that I sent my dog to daycare and this was the only option available.

Signal is very poor. Quality is very poor comparing to using a browser on a laptop.

Crappy Appy. I’m already paying a premium for boarding/daycare. Now you want me to subscribe and pay a monthly fee for this stupid app. I don’t think so.

App and service is trash. Should of read reviews. The fact that they are just the middle man but don't let you know what kind of cams your kennel/service has without paying is bs. It's only 1.99 but it's the fast service I have ever canceled. Compete trash!

Will not load video in different locations. The app will only load video when I’m in the state of Colorado. Anytime I am in a different state or country the app will not load video.

Terrible app! Don’t download!. This app didn’t work well and has an auto renewal and even if you cancel your subscription it continues to bill you each month. There is very little info on how to contact the developer.

Slow view. The cameras are too slow and blurry and Teo of them do not work. :(

Watching my dog on vacation. So nice this app lets me see my dog located in Colorado and I’m on vacation in Rhode Island so cool 👍

Regret this purchase. I subscribed to see my fur baby - the resolution is so bad I could only make out my dog by the bright white around her neck. Out of the 3 available camera feeds - only one works. I regret this purchase.

Cameras are only working half the time. The cameras are low quality and rarely on. Not happy. We are boarding our dog and counted on being able to see him.

App isn’t working at all with latest iOS. When one goes to open it, it just shuts down. Is this getting fixed any time soon? I’m paying to view a daycare and I can’t even use it!

Don’t bother. Cash grab. Downloaded app to look at the webcams for my dogs (which used to be free on the website). This app charges you a subscription.

Dependent on location!. (TLDR on bottom) Hey, I board my dog here in Michigan and downloaded this app to view my dog as my flight kept getting delayed (generator then gas then bad weather). As it was downloading I was reading reviews and was starting to get disappointed as I found out it was paid and that people were not getting good video quality, if they were even able to watch at all. Although the reviews were mostly negative there were some good ones so I decided to pull the trigger and spend the $2. When I first got into my boarding place they had different camera options so it took me a while but I did find my dog and although not the best video quality it was watchable (in about 360p 10-15 fps). After going back to read reviews I didn’t have the same negative experience most people were having but I have an idea as to why. The boarding location I use for my dog had a free online service before moving to ODoggy and from what I remember it was about the same as ODoggy in terms of quality and speed. This leads me to believe that while Odoggy does have a pretty bad UI and that the dev team makes little changes that the problems you might face have nothing to do with ODoggy and have to do with the location that you are keeping your pet. I would try asking the receptionist at the boarding location to see if they’ve had any complaints about the online viewing. If they say no and you have $2 I would try it out. Although I only watched my dog for 5-7 minutes it did help me focus on something else while also letting me watch my dog. TLDR; flight got delayed, got bored. downloaded the app after reading negative reviews. Decided to pay the $2 anyways to hopefully watch my dog and the app worked fine. Came to the conclusion that the app isn’t the issue rather the place that you are boarding your pet at.

Save camera passwords!. Why do we have to enter the camera passwords every time? Please save them. If they are wrong you can ask again.

Not good. The camera is not up to current standards. It should be HD—most of the time, it took me a while to figure out which brown blob my dog was. The refresh doesn’t work well either (I only purchased the app as the place I recently boarded my dog uses it.)

Freezes or hard to connect. This makes the kennel look bad. The app freezes, looses connection and I have to keep restarting app. By then my doggie is done playing which is a 30 minute playtime. My home security is so much better and I did not have to pay to see.

Totally Terrible!. I purchased a 1 year subscription for $4.99 which should be good until October 2022 and it will NOT open or work. And no chance of getting ahold of anyone for a refund :/👎

App hardly ever works. Daycare provider has to call odoggy support constantly to get app to work. Extremely frustrating.

Don’t buy. App used to work fine but now it says I need to renew my subscription but my current subscription doesn’t expire for several more months. Even when I try to renew it anyway it says I can’t because I already have a subscription.

Needs an update. Wow this app needs an update. And it’s pretty ridiculous that it costs money. It’s free on the web versions but that requires flash. And there are no more browsers left on iOS/iPad os that it works on. So this app is the only option. And it never even gets updated.

Worst camera service ever. We for some reason use this service at the doggy daycare where I work. We receive complaints about the cameras/app not working nearly every day. If you’re thinking about going with this company, just don’t.

DO NOT BUY THIS. It never would complete the purchase so I could use it but did charge me. Can’t find anywhere to contact them for a refund.

Not at all happy. It’s a below acceptable service but what really got me was when I unsubscribed, they charged after cancellation. It’s not a huge fee but it’s infuriating that they can do this!! No other subscriptions I’ve used have done this.

I want my $5 refunded!. I did NOT authorize you guys to auto renew. FYI they have auto renew imbedded in the app. They don’t warn you. Hey just renew. I’ve used this useless app maybe twice. Complete waste of now $10. I will be reporting you to Apple to get my $5 back.

Cancel subscription and get refund. How in earth are you supposed to cancel the subscription? Pet has passed and we don’t even use the facility anymore. Help!!

Doesn’t work, zero customer service. Camera doesn’t work. Requested help from support multiple times, no response. Spoke with the daycare where my doggo is, they say the company is “aware of the issue”. Useless app, don’t expect any response from support.

No Longer connected to my Dog Care kennel!. I rejoined today, but when I tried to view the kennels webcams, they were black. I am using my own wifi so I don’t know what it is the problem. Help!
