Essentially Stole My Money. I paid the money for full access for my daughter to play and it glitched and kept shutting out the app on her iPad and would not unlock anything that I paid for. I emailed the company and got no response at all. I just want my money back.

Too many forced purchases. My son loves the app, however he is only 2 & doesn't understand "locked" games & I don't appreciate him being taken to the "purchase more" page after playing each game...

My 3yr old LOVES it - $16 pack so worth it. We recently downloaded this game for my dinosaur loving 3yr old son. A lot was limited on there with the free version so I very reluctantly decided to take a chance and purchase the $15.99 upgrade. I’m so happy with everything my son can do on the app now. He can color, sing songs, do puzzles, & so much more. There is an ABC song that goes through a bunch of dinosaurs & my son can already sing it after only playing in the app twice. Highly recommend if your child loves these kinds of apps & loves dinosaurs.

Love the game. I’m game but what is the lot things for who made it and I want to have an answer to this question why did you guys make the game how does it how is it good is it dumb it is not dumb I do not think I like the locks and what color why are they different colors I don’t like it why can’t I just mean the radio colors made this is so cool. Not working. I bought the whole packet and it wouldn’t download on my phone. But it downloaded on my husbands. Now it kicks me off every time I try to restore purchase. My girl really likes the app

Fun game but not all things unlocked. I love this game because it let’s you watch t-Rex, Boom Boom Dino world, and I’m a chef today. But the game only lets you watch three videos, and only let’s you play six games and my mom will not let me get the rest of the games. That makes me upset! 🥺😡

Dinosaurs game. This is my grandkids favorite. They all love singing and dancing to the songs and so busy they don't even know they are getting a lesson out of each thing they get to do. Love it!!!

Paid app with ads. I paid over $10 for this app and my child still gets served ads for their toys and other products.

New update bricked my app. Recently downloaded this game and my kid loved it enough that I unlocked all the dinosaurs. Sadly this new update screwed my app up and now it's useless...

Good but not worth paying twice. My 2.5 yr old daughter really enjoys this app and I paid the $12.99 to upload the entire dinosaur collection to her tablet but when we are out and about, she uses my phone and I don’t think that it’s fair to have to pay $12.99 again to access the full line of dinosaurs that I’ve paid for on her tablet. I read that I could share the app with six devices on family sharing but I was not aware that it did not include the In-app purchases which is disappointing.

My son loves it. He loves the dinosaur music videos.

Frustrating. It is an expensive app that does not work across devices. It is also frustrating that my child is able to click on all the locked content so easily. I have to deal with it constantly, and even though I purchased the additional content and we have family share it does not work on my husband’s phone or the family iPad.

Not true. In the game there’s this video called where did the dinosaurs go not all of the dinosaurs died from the meteor some of the dinosaurs were still alive and they evolved to the creatures we see today so that that video is not true why is it not true?

Not happy. I bought the full set for my daughter it charged my card and I even got a receipt via email from apple where my card was charged but yet it’s all still locked on the game. I’ve tried logging out and back in I’ve tried clicking restore purchases and still nothing. I’ve sent them a email in hopes that they can fix this, if not I’ve just wasted my money and still have a very disappointed 3 year old.

And then she accidentally deleted the app. When I reinstalled the app, they wanted me to pay another $13 to unlock all the games again. I’ve never had an app I paid for, charge me again even if the app was deleted. Not cool.

Not worth it. It’s a good game for baby’s.... but you need to pay in order to play the full game. It’s not worth getting! Just put on baby shark for an hour and you’ll have more fun then you would be playing this game!!!!!

HATE IT!. The song "where did the dinosaurs go" is not appropriate for 5 and under! My 33 month old can't understand extinction and was bawling because the dinosaurs disappeared and also has nightmares because of the volcano and the graphic content for his age. He is traumatized by it.

I love this game. It is so fun with the running away from dinosaurs and learning math and more I love brushing the dinosaurs teeth and digging up fossils and my favorite is the videos

There are a lot of ads.. This game has a lot of ads if you don’t purchase the full game. It does have free games, and videos. The videos need to be downloaded before being able to watch. The ad to buy this game and all the other pinkfong games always pops up. I wouldn’t recommend this game for young kids.

What’s wrong with Pinkfong?!. So, I learned the all I needed to know about dinosaurs as a kid from land before time: long neck, three horns, sharp teeth, spike, ducki, etc. This app has taught my 3yr to name & ID dinosaurs at like a 10yr old level. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COMPETE WITH THAT?! I have been “forced” to learn Parasaurolophus, Brachiosaurus, Struthiomimus, Spinosaurus, etc! How am I supposed to keep up with my 3yr old?! Well, apparently Pinkfong isn’t thinking of the parents when their 3yr old correctly IDs dinosaurs at school, leaving the teachers to look up the names to see if she’s correct. Pinkfong doesn’t even begin to think about how a parent having to say “no, I don’t know dinosaurs better than my 3yr old” & “no, I don’t know what the name of that dino is, ask my 3yr old” is just awful*! Think of us parents, Pinkfong! Think of us parents for, once! /s *awesome

Not worth the money. I got this app for my toddler son and he loved it, we paid to unlock everything and it worked for roughly 5 mins and now everything he click on in the app brings up a prompt to pay to unlock all the games again. Such a rip off and totally not worth $13!!

Bully marketing. These unscrupulous parasites take it upon themselves to turn on all notifications for their app on your phone, like it or not. Also force you to consider unwanted downloads without the option to say 'no'. Only 'yes' or 'later'. Operators like this disgust me! Will be making strong complaints to Apple. Do not support underhanded operators like this! Don't download!

Awesome app. After we got the free songs my daughter wanted the rest. She plays this all the time. We love it. $17.99 is too expensive for songs though. Lower the price and more people will buy. Not a scam like other review said.

Scam. I've made several purchases from Pink Fong and can confirm: they are a BIG scam! They've created multiple apps and the only thing that works in all of them is the payment part. I cannot download the content that I purchased having and error message that there is no proper network connection and this is while I am connected to wi-fi and my internet works just fine. Before you decide to purchase anything, type in "cannot restore/download Pink Fong" and you'll see how many people are having this problem. You will not find a response from Pink Fong on any of the issues as they just don't care! I am calling my credit card company today to cancel the transactions, these scammers are not getting one penny from me!
