Failed Exam. Only 10% of the questions were in the test. You need to read the books in order to pass. This App does not explain why the chosen answers are right or wrong. That's the reason I got 68%.

Refund please. I purchased the package through the website and thought this was included and accidentally bought the pro version. Can I get a refund please?

Incredible!. Taking the practice tests have been extremely useful and the way they let you know when you got an answer wrong is extraordinary.

Missing important information. I really wanted to like this app. The price for a year couldn't be beat for all it offered. Problem is, the flashcards are useless because most of them say "which of the following" and yet there are no multiple chocie answers from which to pick from. If you dont want to study from flash cards and just need practice tests and questions, this might still be a good option.

The Best App Out There. Would definitely recommend it to other people. Was of great help, didn’t need to buy any other resources to practice for the exam

Will not Help you prepare for your state Exam!. This app uses a combination of questions from all states, making it impossible to use to prepare for your state exam.

Misspellings abound & ridiculous answer choices. Very useless app

Doesn't work. Flash cards ask multiple choice questions, but don't offer any answers to choose from. ("Which of these answers is correct?") Kind of hard to choose one out of nothing. I also tried to use the "how to use this app" feature. It doesn't open. Guess they need to make a "how to use this 'how to use this app' feature.

Disappointed!. Made payment $9.99. No access to app gained. The app reads ‘ no internet access’ - this is not true when other apps work just fine. Tried to email from FAQ - nothing I hope I can get help?

Really worth it. The most helpful features of Real Estate Licensing app are the mock test and the bookmarking of the questions. Having all the flashcards to go through things, is really quick

Great App. For the price of this application, at 9.99 for a year, it is fantastic. Almost 1000 questions to study and I am sure you will be much closer to success on the exam once you have done them over and over. I will say, there are some grammatical errors and it's hard to see some of the longer answer choices (small glitch), but after doing hours of research on the best questionnaire to keep my mind sharp before the exam (2.5 weeks), I will say this is hands down the best. My suggestions for the developer: Add more questions, make it easier to see the answers on long question responses, and add better flash cards. Overall you can't go wrong with spending ten bucks on this application, if you spend time in it and do the questions over and over, you will absolutely have a better understanding for the material. I highly recommend this application. See for yourself!!

AFTER YOU PAY YOU CAN ONLY USE 5 flash cards from each section, then they want more money!. This app is not a good tool for studying for a real estate exam. #1 after you start using the flash cards( I went through 5) it wants more money to unlock the rest of the flash cards. #2 Also a lot of this information seems to be irrelevant and doesn't pertain to information we studied in class. I have already taken the state exam once so I'm well aware of what type of questions are on the test. #3 The mock test is not included, they also want more money to use this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP

Helpful app. I love it so much. It’s helping me a lot.

Study Real Estate. I used Real Est License app for about 3 months and it's really helpful to study on my iphone when I have time during lunch break. The practice test and flashcards are the best function.

Questions for app. I'm happy with the q a process but not sure if the questions are for Florida sales associates test prep. I just finished the class and did not recognize many of the questions asked. Please if someone could clarify if this is for Florida if not would like to cancel and refund. The site has great testing and answering process so I give an A+ for the technology.

Pretty good study Aid. I'm about 2 weeks away from sitting for the state exam and found this to be a pretty decent study aid when I'm mobile. Will probably use this beyond the exam as well! Got to give it a try!

Worst app EVER!. I do not recommend this app. Find an app that covers real estate laws in YOUR STATE! Every state is different you would be better off reading the book than this app! This app doesn't even cover a specific state it's just questions thrown out there that may not even be in your exam depending the state you are in!

Study on the go. I downloaded the Real Est exam app some weeks ago & I'm glad I did so as I am now sure that I selected a great app to study on the go.

Like the app could be better. The mobility study on the go without caring books around really helps. Being able to study just for National or the State Test would be an improvement. I liked being able to book mark questions I had problems with. Over all I liked the app.

Lines up with textbook. Have not taken the exam yet, but the questions contained within the app seem to coincide with many of the questions in the real estate text provided by the state association of realtors. I do like how the app tracks the questions you've gotten wrong and sets them aside for further review. I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone studying for the exam

Not bad but not a study guide. The flash cards are just questions. There are other ways to learn than just asking over 900 questions.

Shocking. Shocked to realize the app has spelling mistakes. I completed a test and it said I scored 0 which was not the case at all. You get the impression that you pay $9.99 to get full excess ... wrong . They ask you to pay more money to “upgrade@ fraud
