Such Poor Service Should be Free!!!. Poor or no transmission happens often and especially on weekends. Customer service only works Mon - Fri. Service should be free until TVJ can guarantee subscribers a better service.

Fix your bugs. The app is very convenient for us outside of Jamaica but for god sakes pay more attention to the app and fix your bugs !!!

Thief. You collect my money and I can’t see anything, I get my email that it’s it confirmed and when I open the app it keeps telling me that I need to buy plan and I $4 dollars gone knot

Not loading. Download on both iPad and iPhone but it's not passing the first screen on neither

AirPlay does not work!. The app is so restricted, you can’t successfully use AirPlay to watch on TV. This wasn’t the case and I’ve loaded other videos to verify that the issue is not a fault of my own. YouTube and other apps works perfectly fine but not 1spotmedia.

Not Bad. App needs some work sometimes feeds offline. It serves the purpose to watch News and Music Videos. Wish channel lineup in Jamaica was better.

I really want this to work. Great idea. Don’t like that I watch on a teeny tiny part of my screen. Try to enlarge and the whole app disappears

App problem. The app keeps closing on start up. This just started happening a few days ago on an older iPad I’m using.

Buffering. I can’t even watch the live streams. The live streams are always buffering. I pay for 400 mbps and both speed test confirms I get 300 mbps through out my house. I have no problem with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Disney plus, you tube, CNN or Apple TV plus. I can’t get a full 15 minutes of RETV OR TVJ without buffering issues. I had the same issue three years ago but I thought I’d try again. Bad decision and a waste of money.

Unable to watch live feed. I paid for the regular Issa boys and girls live feed $38.10 was taken from my card and I am not able to watch live feed from this app I would not recommend this app to any one 1spotmedia need to be updated.

Wow. This is excellent.. I would give 7 stars if I could. They cover track and field (video). The music is the sound of the Caribbean—the morning show is great.

Apple TV App Needed!!!***. The UI could be significantly improved. For reference: Att tv, fubo tv or even sling. Subscribers deserve that much. More importantly, an apple TV app needs to be developed ASAP...i’d prefer that before a UI chamge simply because the stream speeds are already fast and in HD so it just needs to be available on Apple TV. I’d pay for the app honestly.

Lack of continuity. Programs sometimes end abruptly and another begin. Some programs keep airing repeatedly.

Disappointed Customer. This app deserves -0. I selected 1 because that was the lowest. They collect your money and give poor service. Always have trouble viewing the events. Can a tech company on Jamaica develop an app for track and field? I’m tired of contacting this support team.

Vast improvements needed. Doesn't work

No good. It doesn’t really show live cause I downloaded and it’s way behind time😞🤬🤬

Not working now. Whenever I open or try open a video the app just closes . Even after deleting and reinstalled the problem persist. So right now the app is not working

Unreliable and slow at times. I wanted to watch a diamond league race on August 21, 2021 and for 5 minutes the app and website were loading. All now I can’t get on. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
