Efficiency. So I was unable to get to the office to renew my SNAP and I lost my other phone and got a new phone number and everything that you need to do and a new email address and through the app I was able to actually do all of that instead of going in so that right there is awesome. Thank you so much and thank you for your time.

Upload. I’m having trouble uploading my Identification. Also saving required paperwork to complete.

Needs updated. They want us to use this app for all of our insurance needs but you can barely sign into it let alone get your card information or other information. All it does is freeze everytime you try to log in or when you log in sometimes it doesn’t even give you your information and acts like you never logged in. It’s extremely frustrating to use and if they want us to primarily use this to get our health information, we need a better app.

Set it… AND FORGET IT!. This allows you to keep up with coverage. Locate an appointment. Provide all information needed to reach my coverage. Updates me on appointments a few sets my virtual appointments. Great App.

It just crashes. I’ve never once been able to open this app to do whatever it is I have to do. I’ve had Medicaid for a year and haven’t even been able to get a health care provider because I have to use the app that crashes. I hope I parish soon and my family sued for this. We all don’t have the ability to use your app.

Handy but incomplete. I downloaded the app just so I could have my ID info handy and easily accessible. So, met my expectations there. Then I saw it was a resource for finding doctors, specialists, dentists,etc. which I was so excited about because the website and phone numbers have all been difficult, dead ends in that way. But, just like the other “resources”, this fails. The lists of specialists aren’t even close to being up-to-date. I just need a dentist!!! That’s all I want!! Is it so hard to provide a list of dentists that accept my plan?? I have resorted to googling dentists in the area and cold-calling. Not efficient, but better than this app.

Functional and convenient but has some bugs. Sometimes the connection isn’t great and my app times out but it is the most convenient way to find my insurance, benefits, and doctors on my plan. 10/10 would recommend, but I also feel like there should be some updates.

Terrible. I’m new to Medicaid and this app. Hasn’t helped at all I don’t have a card yet and every time I try to log in I stare at a white a screen for minutes on end. This needs to be updated how am I suppose to access any of my stuff and when you try to call your on hold for hours.

Needs work. I’m sure this would be a great app if it would actually let me sign in. Every time I try to sign in it send me to a blank white screen. So I tried to change my password thinking maybe I put it in wrong, nope it sent me right back the blank white screen. I even waited thinking maybe it’s loading 5 minutes later same white screen. I guess I’ll just keep trying every day until it actually works. But until then it’s useless.

Can’t access correspondence!. Received an email today that I had correspondence. Following the link brought me to the main webpage in my phone’s browser (iPhone 7). However, in the browser the mail opens as a broken PDF and all I can see is the mailing address page (been like this for years!). Yes, I have Adobe app on my phone. So, I tried using the old app MyCOBenefits, and it no longer lets me log in, as a Medicaid only client. So, I was funneled to this app, and it has no access to correspondence. And no access to many other features of the MyCOBenefits app, like submitting documents and renewal forms. Let’s hope my paperless correspondence wasn’t really important, because I can’t get it. Again.

Very Buggy. PEAK basically only works on a computer, not a phone. Anytime I try to update something on the Health First Colorado app, it either won’t save at all, or it duplicates the changes 2-4 times and then I have to log onto my laptop and delete the redundancies. I called the PEAK Technical Support Center and the agent was like, oh you have to call Larimer County Dept of Human Services. Which had a looong wait time. Useless app, save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother with it.

Recovering from breast cancer. I am so very thankful to have Colorado Medicaid! I C was diagnosed with breast cancer in August and I have had wonderful treatment and have not paid a penny🙏🏻💖. I am so greatly for this wonderful program 🙏🏻.

My thoughts on this app. I would have to say this app was easy to install and use and is up to date

Useless. This app is basically useless for doing anything, you still have to call to get any information or to ask any questions. I was told there was a “chat” feature on here, but I don’t see one. Why isn’t there some sort of searchable database to find out what tests or prescriptions are covered? If people could do more themselves in this app, there wouldn’t be such a ridiculously long wait on the phone! I just have a simple question to see if a test kit is covered or not, but there’s no where to find that without calling. I also can’t print anything from the app, I have to log in every time I open it and the only thing that’s on there is generic info- if you actually need to do anything or have a question, you have to call! I just don’t see the point of this app.

A WASTE OF TIME. just as useless as the website thats always down. try calling in for help? yup, you will be on hold for at least 45 minutes! its comical, then try using the app or web site for info? thats comical also. if you really want to get frustrated try “dentaquest” and see what results u get. no dentist wants any new patients and you may have to drive a long way to find a willing provider. the medicaid system is a mess.

Too generic. If you want to find out what your specific coverage is on Medicaid, you won’t find it here. Even with all the information in you, going to the benefits page is useless because it doesn’t tell you what your specific benefits are. I tried to find out why my long term care was suspended and there wasn’t even a subject on this, let alone anything that specifically applied to me. It’s only good for generic information you can get online anywhere.

Horrible app. This app is extremely difficult to use and does not give you the information you need the majority of the time. multiple times it locks you out and you have to reset your account or make a new one for absolutely no reason, it’s also extremely difficult to get any technical support.

Update. Your website needs to be updated cause the only doctors you have listed are in Pueblo, Colorado. Plus trying to get to my information is ridiculous!!!! I keep having to go on the website instead of the app to see what doctors accept Medicaid

Medicaid app. Works great! Getting you emails on the app would be way more convenient then logging into the normal site. Maybe y’all can work on that?

Ok. The app is just OK. It has my kids ID numbers and my autopay information. That’s all. I want to view my PEAK emails here. I don’t want mail to waste all of the paper- and there would be a ton of it!!- on mail. I just want to view my email correspondence. Very minimally helpful app. There’s so much potential! Please improve this app!

User Friendly. I’m 57 yes old and I am able to navigate online & on the mobile app.

Up to date. Runs smooth and seems to be well connected to other programs within the government, I hope it is connected to DISABILITY so I may worry a little less about getting all my paperwork and benefits applied for and in usage by myself. Social Security, Social Security Benefits, Social Security Disability, Medicaid, Human Services, Social Security Administration, Social Security Income might need your help!

Health First Colorado is great!. I love Health First Colorado Medicaid Program. The app is great and easy to understand and follow. I’ve never had any issues. My experience always has been a complete pleasure. I’m grateful for Health First Colorado. Thank you all.

HealthFirst App = super helpful. This app while still needing some updates especially for provider specific information really helps eliminate some of the footwork for patients!

App crashes. Crashes when you try to sign in; completely useless; Edit, newest update fixed it works great, great resources and information, as well as access to your med card and doctors in the area.

Good App. Good app just the way it’s set up leaves a bit to be desired. Some things are a little hard to find out things are missing. Over all though I love that they have an app and it works.

Not serving the underserved well.... Correspondence does not open nor is there an option to download and open with a pdf viewer app (iPhone 8Plus). When trying to use the tech support chat within the app, they told me to call instead, when I called, they told me to use a different device. I let them know that this was the only device I had access to at the moment and recommended I drive to the library or Health Services office to use their computer. 🤦‍♀️ Ummm, what’s the point?? I figured that after a year or two they would have this bug figured out.

Great for the basics. This app does exactly what it’s supposed to do until you search through the list of doctors/specialists. Some are simply categorized incorrectly, but others list doctors who retired 10+ years ago, some of the listings direct you to mobile phone numbers, and some just don’t do anything at all but take up space. If they could fix the information and make it credible, this would be the best app!

Highly recommend. I love this app it’s useful for if u forget ur insurance at home you already have ur Medicaid card on ur phone

Great app. Thanks to this app I don’t need a physical card for my medical. Since everything is electronic and I can’t remember anything to save my life. This app has come in handy more times than I can count..

Easy. Everyone thing is easy access with the app. I can get things turned in on time and now exactly what’s happening

Great App. The Health First app makes it super simple to figure out what your covered for and how much it will cost. Would recommend to anyone.

Bugs. The app freezes so much. When i go to click open the app it just stays on the opening page and doesn’t launch to actually open. Also I’m trying to delete household members and it won’t let me it just buffers. Very frustrating.

Awesome App!!!. You know I work in healthcare and I can’t count the number of times that people on Medicaid come in and don’t have their card. Resulting in me having to wait on hold with Medicaid to try and help my patient. This is an app that every Medicaid patient should have on their phone. Medicaid isn’t perfect nor is this app based on the other reviews. However I give it 5 stars because as a healthcare provider. This will help speed up treatment and service for my patients when they don’t have their card. It will help them and me get the correct information. From regular Medicaid information to managed care. To being able to verify birthday and name. Was so happy when a patient pulled up this app yesterday.

Worst app ever. This app is about as functional as the Medicaid program itself. First off, you can’t update changes or do anything on the app. You need the full website. Try logging into the website after and it keeps taking you back to the mobile site. I’ve logged in at least 60 times in the past 20 minutes and haven’t been able to access a thing. Terrible.

Useful. I lost my Medicaid card a while back, and I’ve been having to rewrite my Medicaid number on a piece of paper from time to time because the ink on the paper starts to fade while In my wallet. But now I always have it ready to go with this app. I don’t need to write it down anymore or call the DHS in the town I live in to get my Medicaid number. This app allows me to have my Medicaid Card ready to show wherever it needs to be shown. I haven’t experienced anything negative about this app, but if I do I will update this review to help anyone who is not sure whether or not to get this app. But for now I highly recommend getting.

Works to have card on hand at all times. The only thing this app is good for is having my sons Medicaid card on hand at all times. You can’t apply for any programs or change any demographic information from here. You also are not able to update any information on the Colorado peak website from you phone which makes it hard for a struggling, low income family, without a computer, to apply for any sort of benefits.

Allow face ID or saved login info. I like that I can see all my info and search for providers but the app constantly signs me out and doesn’t have the option for me to use Face ID or save the login info to my phone. I have to retype everything all over again if I switch to another app or do something else for five minutes. If my credit union app can do it, why can’t this one?

Bad.. I registered my newborn through the app, it said he was registered and it would take a few business days to reflect and send the number. Waited 5 days and called but had to hang up from sitting on hold. Called on day seven and was told there was no request to register him so they were submitting it. App totally screwed us over. Still waiting on that number and has now been three days again.

Great!. I love the App! I dislike carrying around a card for every thing and this allows meto have all the info I need in a simple, easy to use app.

Overall great app. User friendly. Nurse line could use more education on Medicaid coverage and benefits. Was given MAJOR wrong information.

Useful. I find this app useful for the needs of having my Medical ID on me at all times. Just like any other search engine some places may or may not be available and might be outdated. But that doesn’t mean with a little bit of looking you can find the right person with a phone number that works. I find it very useful to have this app considering 10 years ago you HAD to have your medical card on you physically and this app wasn’t even developed yet! So with that being said, I give it 4/5 stars for the convenient accessibility.

Hard To Believe This is Not a Commercial App. This app is SOLID! It took me a while before I realized how good this app is. It rivals anything else out there. I use almost two dozen different apps per day. I can access everything I need in order to manage my healthcare. Coloradoans who use Medicare and/or Medicaid, have children, have other services like SNAP are damned lucky to have something of this high quality.

Doesn’t work. I was able to get into the app and they did an update and now every time I login it tells me to login again or tells me something went wrong try again it’s been going on for the last couple of weeks this app is horrible now

Visions of Grandeur. I REALLY wanted and needed this app to work for me, but I am constantly having issues logging in and using and navigating through this app, which is truly disappointing when I realize it’s a freaking GOVERNMENT-operated app. I’m disgusted and bummed because I have to delete it after trying so many times to login. TRY HARDER GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES!! - Citizens depend the work you’re supposed to be doing.

It’s not readable. The words are cover with lines I can not be able to read the top of the screen what the subject said and when I scroll down it’s not readable becuz of the lines is covered with words and I can’t read on map again with lines cover with words I don’t know what’s it’s for.. hope you can fix it thanks

Needs a lot of work.. Not only is the app glitchy and unreliable, but there’s no way to view communications or submit proof of income. It’s impossible to accurately represent the income of a freelance artist with the limited communication options we are given by the peak system both in app and on the site. It’s very unaccommodating for the many job and income types that exist for someone who is trying to piece together a living.

Awesome idea. I just love the idea not having to go to human services and wait in line for hours or minutes the app is so convenient so helpful so important thank you

Worst app ever. In all the time I have had the app on my phone it has opened once (sits there with screen loading symbol for as long as I have app open) and the time that it did open the information was incomplete. I see no point in creating the app and then not taking the necessary steps to ensure that it works properly

Terrible app. I used this app once, and now it force closes every time I try to log in. Why even have the app if you can’t get pass the log in screen. Get your stuff together people. Seriously.

Not very accessible for vision impaired and. This app needs serious updating to work on the iPhone X. Touch ID is not used on the device. In addition, if you use dynamic type, the app is a jumbled mess. Take a look at your css for the app.

App does not work with current iOS. Unfortunately, this app is useless with the new iOS system. I recently upgraded my phone and now I cannot use the app. As soon as I click “log in” the app immediately closes. Not a convenient app if I cannot continue to use it

Healthy!!. This app actually keeps me on top of my health and helps me connect to my account and I do appreciate it

It’s ok. There can be so much more that can be done with this app, like linking to Apple Health or allowing us to store our medical card in Apple Wallet. I wish more health providers would connect into Apple’s Health Kit.

Please hire better developers to fix this atrocity. I’ve had this app for quite a while and the quality has never improved. Many, many bugs and they seem to get worse over time. I’m very dissatisfied.

Malfunctions. This app will let me type in my credentials to login but will send me right back to the main page every time it tries to login. What’s up with it

Needs work. I downloaded the app and it takes too long to do anything. I unfortunately get better service by coming into the office and speaking to someone about my case.

This app is basically one giant glitch. I haven’t been able to login since the first time I use the app! And yes I’ve tried everything I’ve turned my phone off and back on again, even deleted and re-downloaded the app entirely and I still can’t even get to the login page. How stupid is this app?

Colorado Peak Health. Loaded app first time and logged in no problem. Then next time I went to log in I just get a screen shot and it never does anything more. Removed and reloaded app. Rebooted phone. All to no avail. What good is the app if you can’t log into your account?

LET ME BE. Stop force locking me into updating. The app works fine un-updated and updated it still functions like it was made in the 50s you aren’t fixing anything so leave me alone and add an x button to the asinine “you must update” popup

App doesn’t work. I have benefits, but when I try to sign into the app it says I have none, and when I go to the website I can log in with no problem. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work correctly.

Can’t log in. I have been locked out even though I have the correct password. So I requested a new password and it didn’t work. When I went through Safari to log in it was okay, but it won’t let me change my password or reset it. I give up.

Good for one thing.. All the app is good for is loading my sons card. Other than that it continuously freezes and glitches, the resources are out of date, and it’s not very user friendly.

Doesn’t work when you need it.. For the last few weeks, I’ve tried to sign in to view my account, and every time I’ve tried, the app just cancels and returns to my home screen. Curious as to when this will get fixed because it’s been weeks now.

terrible app. this app is so bad i’ve never come across something like it. it uses face id to “login” and yet you still have to put your full email and password then it just goes to a white screen. very unreliable and that’s not okay, this is my health insurance and we need to be able to access our records and insurance cards so please fix it.

Pointless. You can only log in once then it automatically force closes every time you try to log in after that. It’s pointless.

You need face ID as well or else you can’t use the app!. So I got the app and things work great although you have to create your own pin or it just has touch ID (if you choose the easy auth selection). Now those with the iPhone X with Face ID. Please do not use touch ID, thinking it is the same thing as face id because the app automatically close out if you do not have touch id. I am writing this review because it just happened me and please update for face ID users. Thanks

Horrible. Won’t open.. The reviews by health providers must be paid lol... this app won’t load, so I can’t login and can’t update info and further cannot access any medical cards. Failed design and complete waste of time. The website is also a mess. Call them directly to update and call and ask for cards. This is ridiculous.

Unfortunately Useless 😕. Not sure what sort of testing is being conducted for this app because it crashes immediately when attempting to sign in and it still does it after the app is updated. How does something so basic continue to occur for a service people rely on?

Always Signs Me Out. The app always signs me out and won’t use the Pin I setup to sign back in. If they could fix this problem then I would rate it 5 stars otherwise it is pretty annoying to sign in every single time.

Could not enter data. The first step to using this App is to connect to your case number. After completing data entry on my iPhone X and pressing DONE, no action is possible except to repeat the process and get the same result.

Doesn’t load anymore. The app use to work just fine but now whenever I log in it asks me to rate my experiences using the app and it just freezes and I can’t do anything. So if I could review it when the app asks I would say needs improvement

Useless. Can’t update contact info; can’t upload a photo; can’t apply for additional services through the app; can’t update notifications; can’t update or change anything. Useless. How many tens of thousands of our tax dollars are being wasted with these pathetic developers?

Won’t even let me sign in. I don’t understand how government apps can be so bad. I can sign in online, but not on the app? How does that make any sense? I try signing in using my phone and email, even changed my password, but it still won’t let me log in!

Tons of bugs!. This app has tons of bugs. Whenever I attempt to enter my contact info in any field, the app freezes and crashes.
