Terrible. I signed up for the premium service and cannot get the app downloaded to my Apple Watch. I called twice for customer support and have not received any support. It is a waste of money.

Shifter kart. I use LitPro with my shifter kart. The segment and lap time summaries have been a huge help. I will match up my best corners with a GoPro video and be able to analyze my fastest corners to all in one lap. Their customer service is extremely responsive too!

Great data. Love nerdibg out with all the data. It really helps me show my son where he is fast or slow vs what he “thinks” is fast or slow

Great data to improve your skills!. I’ve been using LitPro for the last 3 years. The data you can analyze has helped me cut down my lap times, more easily spot passing opportunities, keep track of where you stand against other riders, and learn from the line choices of the faster riders. The tech and support team is also very prompt and adamant about helping solve any issues that arise. As rare as it is these days, their great business practices and support will keep me as a loyal customer for years to come.

LitPro. This product is awesome! Hands down one of the coolest (and helpful) products in the motocross industry today! First off, I have never owned a product with better customer service. The day I purchased my LitPro I received a message saying thanks for the order, call/text me at anytime at this number if you need help. So the following weekend (a Sunday) I went to a track that no one had ever been to with a LitPro and I wasn’t familiar enough with the app to get the track set up. So I send Michael at LitPro a text message and literally 10 minutes later I have a response from Michael, who had fixed my issues with the new track and also explained to me where I was making my errors. All on a Sunday! I have used my LitPro at three different tracks since my initial purchase and I can conclude the following: 1. The LitPro does everything it says it does and is fascinating to review your laps at the track later on. The iPad app does work better than the iPhone app but its my understanding that they’re are working to improve them, so be patient. 2. Customer Service is amazing. Seriously. Spending $399 is a lot to some people and the customer service makes it worth every penny. 3. Easy to use. Syncing the data directly to an iPhone or iPad right at the track with no cords or anything is awesome. Battery life seems to be strong as I have only charged it once. 4. The LitPro seems to be quite durable as I took a hard fall and knocked my LitPro off my helmet in the process. No damage was done and it works great. I’m excited to see where this technology is headed. Everything is currently set to private but in the future when you can see other rider’s lap time data you’re going to want to have a LitPro if you’re serious about going fast. I would recommend this product to anyone!

app needs work. makes me log in every time I open the app. also doesn’t detect the track I’m riding even after I just created a new one. all around a super glitchy app, very useful for training when it works properly though.

Awesome. It’s amazing

Ok. I’ve struggled with a couple of the new xgps160 units. However Litpro’s staff has honored their sale and has refunded me and fixed the product. When it works it’s awesome.

Addicted to Litpro. Have been using it for years. Love it, can not ride without it , so helpful , I am frankly addicted to it. It showed me so much that was hidden for me before. Latest improvement are great. HD map is great feature. Thank you Guys, you are the best!

Customer Support. Had issues with the app crashing. Was contacted by customer support and within a few days they came out with a version update to fix my specific issue. Awesome customer support, thanks Richard!

Dropping Apple Watch support is a bad move. Most popular wearable in world, it’s been working just fine for months. Now an update drops support and I’m stuck looking for new options. Really like the other improvements but none of it matters if I have to buy a polar or Garmin watch and hope you don’t also drop support for it. Also, not everyone reads product updates, so you probably have even more frustrated users who haven’t been able to figure out why this isn’t working anymore. I don’t know why you dropped it, but less than ideal GPS connectivity shouldn’t be reason for anything more than a tooltip explaining that the data may have inaccuracies because of the GPS issues you’ve discovered. Would really lik a sensible explanation as a user who really loved having this app at the track.

LitPro. Fantastic app and data. Awesome work!! Been waiting for something like this for years! Already loaded several sessions, sync time was a little slow, however it was great to be able to create my own segments through the sync portion of the app that are unique to my riding style. Probably planned for later release but would be nice to compare myself to others. Also used it with my mountain bike and got some great tracking as well.

Love 💕 this app!. If your truly wanting to get better, this is a great way to do it !

Great Practical Use. It's just a great, high function, app. It runs smoothly and is easy to navigate. Truly a fantastic tool for real MX enthusiasts. Great job! Can't wait to see how they progress this program with tech.

Litpro. Not easy to use, no directions what so ever and not very compatible with iPhone6.

Don’t ride without one!!!. It’s just a plane fun tool to use. It helps me to jump further safer, and cut down on my lap time. My favorite feature is seeing what lines you took on the track vs other riders. I encourage everyone I meet to invest in litpro to start up a community at the track.

7.12.2023: Five Stars. LitPro is back. Track jump distances, height, lap times…. Long story short: I love it. Riding has a whole new dimension now. Last week I bought the new “RaceBox Mini S” and I’m a subscriber to the LitPro Unlimited account for $8.99 monthly. I mounted the RaceBox Mini S to my helmet, and I’m using LitPro Unlimited on my iPad. It’s awes! The “RB Mini S” is a game changer, it can track my jump distance and height (I couldn’t get that telemetry with anything else: not my XGPS SkyPro, and not my iPhone). Also, “RB Mini S” has “auto” mode which knows when to start recording, and it ( with LitPro App) can pick your track from a database. I can also track tons of other stats such as lap times, number of laps, mph, corner speed, coasting, braking, etc…. It is an amazing feedback system. For example: I sync RB Mini S with my iPad, I turn it to auto, I leave my iPad in my truck, I go ride 10 laps with RB Mini S on my helmet, I come back to my truck, the RB Mini S downloads all data to my iPad, and then I analyze the crap out of my 10 laps while sitting on my butt in my chair. It’s super cool. You can also post your results online for comparison with others. THEN: If you really want to be a power user, you can download the LitPro Video app for iPad, and overlay your telemetry with your first person point-of-view GoPro video footage. Super cool! Great data and support from litpro. My Litpro allows me to breakdown the track and make better my lines and lap times! The best way to analyze data. Also had a great experience with Jacob Ortiz he helped me get setup!

Great product and service. I have used my LITPro for over five years. I had one burn when unfortunately, my race car caught on fire and they were kind enough to replace it for me. The tracking and analytics are excellent. It is nice to compare your labs to your competitors who also use LITPro I have especially been very impressed with the customer service. Jake up Ortiz has taken incredible care of me because I am not super computer literate. They are a first class company all around.

Lit Pro Review. Awesome app! I have used Lit Pro for a couple years now for Motocross and absolutely love it. It has brought my riding to a new level. I am about to race myself on practice days trying to be times. Constantly trying to beat my PR at tracks. Also having the leaderboard let’s me see where I stack in the field at that racetrack. I highly recommend this app. I have the GPS box and it is way better to use than the watches.

Worth the money. Already seeing improvements in my lines. Can't wait to get hd maps in my area!

With Racebox Mini S it's amazing. When this app is coupled with the accuracy of the Racebox Mini S it is simply amazing. My son who just started racing I really able to be able to see how he's braking coming into corners and leaving under throttle and how much he still leaving on the table for his lap times.

Needs more features. This app has very few features. Would be nice if there were more features to justify the subscription price.

Best App for MX!. Couldn’t be happier with the LITPro app and device. It does everything you would want and more. Displays it very nicely and easy to understand. Very user friendly layout with no issues on the app at all.

Disappointing. Changing to subscription based for the basic timer was disappointing. Went back to using a free cycling gps app

Not easy to sync. After they changed to subscription had to setup new app and never synced with polar. Not user friendly at all

Rubbish. So you now need to pay monthly to access standard features that were available for the last 3 years. What a joke! Yet another money hungry company focused on $$ and not the user experience. As I see it my litpro is now a useless waste of money.
