💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

Good to know. It’s great to be able to access my up coming appointments, medical notes, test results, and reminders. If I need to contact my healthcare professional I can simply send them a message. It’s so much nicer than calling the office and waiting on hold to leave a message. It saves time for both myself and my provider.

Useful App. The app has lots of useful data. My only (minor) complaint is that it doesn’t seem to use face recognition on the iPhone to input username/password when I open the App. I’m not sure if this is possible but each appoint summary contains a wealth of info: blood pressure, temp, weight, etc. It would be really awesome if the app could harvest all these longitudinal data and provide an output for them (even a .csv file would be great). Im sure this is beyond the wants and needs of most users, but it would be really awesome to have easy access to all those years worth of person data.

Needs some improvements. Just curious as to why this app wants you to answer and verify your info for pre-check in, upload insurance cards, e-sign documents and allow location notification to confirm you are there to “ speed” up check in but when you arrive you still have to stop by registration desk and many of the questions are redundant and they still ask fir a copy of your insurance cards🤦🏽‍♀️. They wanted me to sign some docs b4 proceeding to attend appt but I explained that I had already done that online and when she looked in Epic, there was proof that I had already and she apologized. Seems like one hand @ Live Well app and Epic are not seeing 👁 to 👁🤔. This almost makes me miss Aurora’s old Cerner software. Come on Aurora... Let’s get on one accord.

Easy to use web based information source. I have had good luck getting my health information from the web site. But I needed to call in because the medication refills were not available through the ap.

More cumbersome than previous version. Logins are more cumbersome than the previous version. This app is generally workable and does what I need, but it takes more time. For instance, scheduling a COVID vaccination; requests all my information which takes several minutes, then when I pick the location, it tells me that there’s no appointments available. Next time start with that, and I’ll go to Walgreens and save 15 minutes.

Excellent system. Great for communicating with each of my advocate doctors, reviewing my chart notes from visits and surgery’s and blood work results. Also great for scheduling follow up appointments. For someone like me with anxiety issues takes away me needing to call direct which has been a game changer in my medical care. The app also helps me find new doctors and specialist which is convenient. This app has improved me getting the medical attention in need by at least 75%

Easy access to info. The website app is very easy to use and find information quickly especially updated COVID tests for travel and tests results for all labs quickly without waiting in angst for results from the provider.

LiveWell app is the best. I love having my own filing system for everything medical, right at my finger tips! Access to future and past appointments, tests and medications. Immunization history and reminders. And I love, love, love being able to message my providers without feeling like I am a burden. Communication has never been better. I have never been so organized with my medical records. This is the best!!

It’s about my health.. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic is useless. My old MyAdvocateAurora would let me do a history of the test results, I could graph past test results, and it would confirm messages that were sent. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not confirm that the prescriptions that were just ordered to be refilled. When you schedule an INR, a flu shot, or an A1c it sets up an appointment with a MA, which is fine with me, but doesn’t state what the appointment is for when you look at future appointments. As far as I am concerned it’s just useless information. It used to be a useful tool.

Great health care app!. This app is wonderful. I find it highly effective in contacting my doctor and and scheduling appointments to receive medical care. Test results are available on my chart, and it makes life easier. I am in Aurora employee, and I highly recommend patients use this app. I use it myself and cannot be more satisfied! Definite five stars for me.

Easy to use. Of the medical apps I’ve had this one is my favorite. It’s laid out nicely with lots of details, a button for everything you need honestly. Sifting through future appointments, past appointments, bills, bill breakdown, medicines I’m on/off of, checkin in for future appointments, tells you the copay before your appointment, etc. nice!

Easy to navigate with some surprisingly good features. I thought it is just another boring hospital check in app when I downloaded it. But it is actually quite fun to use. I like the sleep meditation guide and the meal plans. The test results are easy to read. Personally i hope the text is smaller and there is more space in between text to creat clearer visual hierarchy. Overall good job!

Worthless. They just updated this app, which has turned it into a monster. Now you have to verify it’s you all the time despite opting to pass up this step for 3 days. Why have to do it at all? Why not have an opt out option? Aurora sends automated annoying phone calls reminding you of upcoming appointments even AFTER you have already pre registered online. This is in addition to multiple emails. You cannot stop this or even limit any of it. And try finding someone to complain to. Best avoid this at all costs.

Review of LiveWell app. Unfortunately, my wife and I tried to go onto the LiveWell app and check our prescription status because I got a notice a prescription status. We couldn’t find it and my wife works at Aurora. The pharmacy at Summit no longer wants to dispense prescriptions to the patients, they want it all mail order. I am changing all my prescriptions over to Highway F the remote prescription center. I have been very happy with that because I get to talk to a pharmacist when I pick up my meds they typically always have my prescriptions right and quick. I find this app is just taking us one step further away from human communication with patients with the cost of healthcare, our care from these facilities specially, the pharmacy at Aurora Summit is awful. It has been awful for ever. The service level is going down and everybody uses can’t have help Covid blah blah blah. Unfortunately, at the expense of their customers and patience both one. I know this will go nowhere just saying.

Convenience at your fingertips!. This app is super user friendly. The design of the app is very easy to navigate through. It eliminates the hassle of trying to figure out where to go, what to do & how to do it. The format readily defines your search function. It features; All apptmt’s on the app plus the ability to cancel or reschedule, you can pre-register prior to your Apptmt, view bills and pay them as well. In addition, you can send health related messages to your provider and you get timely responses and much more. This has helped me manage my health and my time and I feel more connected with my doctor. The app is a time saver for our doctors as well. It’s a mutual goal to free up time and position our doctors to efficiently optimize their time for patient care.

Ridiculous app. This app was supposed to be beneficial for doctors office and patient. It is anything but that! Whenever I click on anything there is always an error. Even after I updated the app. I continue to get junk mail even after I’ve selected paperless billing. This app doesn’t give me access to my minor children even after receiving consent which is inconvenient since I’m the one paying the bill not them. Whenever I try to get in contact with the office, receptionists, call center, or even helpline they always refer me to the person I just spoke with. No one knows anything and I’m ready to drop this joke of an app.

Since I've moved here from California. Aurora has been great at doing everything here in a timely matter the app is excellent even though I locked myself out of it for a couple months and just got back into the system and noticed I had a bunch of messages I think it's awesome how you guys operate out here and I love the app lol and especially every doctor that has treated me here sincerely Michael Sierra thank you

Lots of fluff ... no stuff. The app is as useless and confusing as the full patient portal. I was told that I could find up coming scheduled lab tests, type, date, time but could not. I called the hospital looking for help and the phone system went on and on and I ended up in a voice mail system. There is a lot of stuff there that I have little if any interest in and probably will not use. You will need “a Portal to manage your Portals!”

New Epic. Hi find it more difficult to navigate. I don’t like the fact that we always have to say why are we choosing a certain doctor to send a message to. Also making the appointments and trying to schedule them is difficult with specialists. It would be better if we could call and not have to wait forever to speak with someone. You usually have to end up doing that anyway. Other than that epic is very good.

Needs work. That app offers lots of information but not in an intelligent way. Like test results on a tiny graph that shows years of results but no way to choose a time period like last 30 days or last 90 days. So there’s an unreadable graph that has information piled on top of itself and makes it impossible to be used or understood. Also missing data like here’s you test results, normal is (missing data). Lots to fix.

Confusing. Aurora’s app is my most confusing app. Since I don’t use it much when I look at “live well” I wonder “what is that app for?” The fingerprint log in does not work as easily as other sites so I have to look up my password. I would like for you to have an app that mimics your name. Don’t get fancy. Then, I want to be able to look up my test data easily. That is most important. I would like to be able to delete a doctor and his her little picture if I never saw and never will see that doctor.

Living Well with the new App. I just transitioned to the new App. It is well laid out and easy to navigate. Using it today i noticed a few things that may need attention. I did the in-app preregistration for a procedure I was having. When I arrived at the registration desk I had to give all of the info again. When asked why, I was told that I should have told her I pre-registered. I would have thought that she would have had all of my info pre-populated already. Either that or she should have asked me. There really was no way for me to know that it was my responsibility to advise. Second, on the app Under devices I cannot add my cell. It shows my iPad already but not iPhone. No add button. The app also shows a remote proximity auto advisement feature on check in at the hospital. I toggled that ON but it won’t stay toggled ON. Not sure why it won’t stay activated. Anyway the site is very current and intuitive. I like it.

Still needs more Polish and Apple Watch support. When going between some pages you can see that you are on a built in browser versus the polish of an app. My biggest issue is the prompt to link with the Apple Watch app for “LiveWell”. I believe this feature was removed from the app, you don’t see it as an option in the App Store. It would be great to have it added back or all prompts removed.

Tech support. App ok except in viewing test results. When I click on one to view; sometimes there is no exit feature to allow me to view another test result!! Then only way out is to log off! Please add a back feature for all test results to the app!! Then will be ok. I don’ like having a nickname to send message reviews!!!!!!forever to get one!!!! Thank you, Don I.

App and service. I like that everything is conveniently on this app and I’m getting really use to navigating through it making appointments, getting prescriptions refills or just general questions I can leave for the doctor or nurse . I think the doctors, nurses and staff do a great job and really make everything convenient and hassle free . Thank you

It works again. In early Dec of 2020, this app stopped working for many people bc it required iOS 13. It apparently impacted a lot of people (especially seniors) who aren’t going to buy new phones just for an app (makes sense). I’m glad to see that the app developer understood that and made the app work again on phones with older iOS.

Live Well needs help. I have had several appointments recently. I have tried to complete the “Pre-check” for each of these appointments, however my insurance information is incorrect. I have provided my card at the last two appointments and I’ve tried to self correct it, however I am unable to update the information. It’s been several weeks and I’m no further in this process. It’s really frustrating!

Great app but could use one tweak…. I’m trying to reach the developer but they have comments turned off and I can’t find any other contact info. This app is very handy! I think a nice update to this app would be to be able to check if a requested medication has been processed. I always run into an issue when I request my medication I don’t know whether the Dr. office has processed it or not and they have forgotten a few times. I place a call and ask about it, they tell me they don’t have the request so they will put the request through, then I have to wait another several days.

Website. I really appreciate being able to look at the website to get the up-to-date information regarding my medical records. This is so helpful to keep in track of medications, appointments, and overall information from my physicians. Being able to keep in touch with my medical team is so important to me, and I am so thankful for that...

Needs improvement. First off, the banner at the bottom interferes with the fingerprint ID, so you have to input your password every single time. Secondly, the app seems to have a built-in timeout, even if you are actively inputting information. So if you’re trying to input a message OR fill out the e-visit questionnaire, you get booted out with no warning whatsoever, with absolutely NOTHING saved. So you have to log back in and start all over again.

Unstable. Crashed on turning on two factor auth. If something as basic as making a call out to an api makes the app crash, imagine where else they cut corners. Not a good look for an app that is filled with personal health data. Edit: went back to the app after writing the review and had to two factor the third time. Way to save this info! The app feels like it was made twenty years ago with how slow it is on modern phones. No reaction for a press on the UI makes it hard to tell when it is just lazy or broken. The app scales text throughout which is great, except when this makes buttons wrap around across the line below. Did anyone QA this? Did the money you made from the hospital go to buy a yacht instead of more resources? All of this feels like one guy who did this on a weekend project. It’s alarmingly unpolished.

LiveWell requires iOS 13.0, I can't use it. I have a video conference on Monday the 28th, and my older LiveWell I've used through 2020, demands I update. I attempt to update but an error message states I need iOS 13. I can only update to iOS 12.5 on my iPad Air. So I can't use it. Please fix this immediately so I can video conference my Dr on Monday.

Deference to Aurora is annoying. I should be able to schedule a mammogram via this app. Unfortunately, the only choices loaded are in Aurora, WI - it isn’t possible to schedule for Chicagoland. This has been the case for a year (at the least). This needs to be fixed.

Should be redesigned ~. The Live Well app has some great features, like ~ being about to check & make appointments & look at test results, manage other family members, etc. ~ but it also has some not-so-great features, like ~ it's often difficult to find what you're looking for because the home page is just too crowded ~ it's a mess! It's not winning any awards for being clear/streamlined/clean ~ and it should be redesigned.

Needs Improvements. App works OK on my iPad and iPhone. My two major complaints are: 1. The app logs out automatically after a few seconds after switching screens to another app and I continually have to login all over again. Once it’s open, let it stay logged in. Or, have a setting that allows user to choose how long they want to stay logged in. 2. I continually get popup reminders after logging in stating I need to schedule this or that test or appointment when I already have those appointments scheduled. I called my AdvocateAurora’s doctor’s office and they tell me to ignore those popup reminders as the app has bugs.

Session. I notice when I leave the app it automatically logs you out. That is annoying but I understand that it is a safety feature, to keep the account secure. But wish there was an option to not have this feature if choose.

Why did they rename it to live well?. So it’s weird my Primary Care doctor and hospital have different internet sites so they often go to two different portals and this is one. The app has improved but sadly it’s so hard to find since they keep renaming it and now renamed it LiveWell…. Why? Also even though I go in to get the flu shots and get vaccinated each year it does not update in this system and there is no way to stop the annoying reminders with this app telling you that you need stuff you already got. Give me an option to turn it off

Why separate??. I want SO BADLY to like this app. It's well designed and fairly intuitive. I like the extra features. But the point of MyChart is to make my life as a patient with doctors in multiple networks EASIER. And even if I can see connected test results etc, having an app for just advocate that won't let me message my other doctors or switch facilities to do so is annoying and takes up space I could be otherwise using more beneficially. If the app is updated to allow messages to other medical care providers than those within Advocate Aurora, or a "switch account" function is added like in the basic MyChart, I'll happily convert and give this app 5/5 stars. Until then, I have no use for an app that will only let me contact a doctor I don't even see anymore, even if it has many convenience and awareness features.

Virtual visit. I used northshore for so long and since Covid I have had nothing but issues with scheduling, rude staff members, messages not being answered in a timely manner. I switched over to the LiveWell app and doctors and I feel appreciated, cared for, listened to and the app was super easy to use! I’m so thankful for the easy quick appointment I had today and not to mention the doctor was fantastic and so kind and happy. She didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her or taking up her time. I was so impressed!

STILL not ready for prime time. It is now apparent that this app has been delevoped in a dark barn outside Madison Wisconsin which lacks contact with the real world. Often apps designed for casual users undergo testing, focus group and random beta trials before release to the public. Less often are such apps released in their initial form then later “cured” based on their failure to improve the user experience. Granted, this does follow the professions’ business model of treating the patient after the ailment has emerged, but shutting the barn door after the cows have escaped is not unheard of in the dairy state. Metaphorically speaking, the dairy-aire has again been released from the cave prematurely.

Super helpful! One criticism. This app has been very helpful when looking for in network care. My only criticism is that after filtering specialty, location, insurance etc. if you make an attempt to return to the list of providers it will often take you back to the very beginning. Overall very helpful, just a lot of restarting which can be frustrating!

COVID-19 info. Okay but more info on vaccines locations is needed. Since I live 35 miles from Summit WI. Most of including my primary Doctor at Summit Aurora Clinics and there are Aurora locations closer to my residence. Which Aurora am I programmed? Who is determining priority? My doctors don’t, I am old 80+ with medical problems yet sons 60 and 50 (teacher) have been contacted personally by certain locations and awaiting codes to schedule. It would be nice to know I am on a list other than one that combines many locations. Thanks,

Love my LiveWell. So thankful for this site. I’m 80 years old and happy to say, I’m not tech savvy to send and make appointments etc on line, so always still use my landline to call so I can speak to live people, who always help me, but savvy enough to view my emails and site info of my chart visits, test results, precheckin for appointments ,etc, anytime. I don’t have to struggle trying to remember what my dear Doctors said, as the results are there to read and show my family anytime I want. Thanks Advocate. Betty Kenner Woit

Absolutely no problems. I downloaded this app and it worked immediately. All of my data from the MyChart app was there, it was easy to set up and easy to navigate. Maybe an older version had bugs but this one certainly doesn’t. I had a harder time finding a nickname that wasn’t taken to submit this review!

No longer works with older iPhones. I downloaded the latest update of the LiveWell app and can no longer use it. This new version of LiveWell requires iOS 13 and iOS 13 does not work on iPhones that are 4 years old. Hopefully the developer will make a version of this app that works for patients that can’t afford a new iPhone.

Horrible. When you try to click on a previous appointment it doesn’t open to show what treatment or what happened in the appointment. I can see my son had an appointment last year October 30th. But can not access that the appointment was for a sports physical. The school doesn’t want to see just his shot records. They want to see the copy of SPORTS PHYSICAL. Sooo many kids got turned away today due to NOT being able to access their sports physicals on file from previous school year. Irritating!!!

Reading test result. Before you have file that you can get all test result in one page, now very test is individual line. Make not easy for non-professionals to read. I like the test results pdf back where I can print 1-2 page for my records. Until this is done I will keep giving 1 star. There other stuff but this is the most important for me as I run my blood work every three months.

LiveWell App. This app is not updated nor does it contain current information. I keep looking for my test results from a visit a week and a half ago, and all I see is results from six months ago. An app should be allow me to make appointments, see test results, communicate with my physician and access office visit summaries. This app dies none of that. I hope this is updated soon. I utilize the Northsore app my husband uses for his physicians and it is much easier to navigate and a pleasure to have this info accessible when it is needed. This LiveWell app is useless.

Poorly organized & designed. Tap a notification and it never takes you to the relevant item. And when at the home area, zero indication of how to find the relevant item you've been notified about. This app is a lot of clutter and redundancy. e.g. notified about a new letter, tap it,taken to home, nothing called out, so hunt around, finally in My Chart I tap into each weird circle menu item, nothing. Finally find the letter in the feed, a feed that's in My Chart area for some reason. How about putting the notification feed on the home tab and actually making that visible above the fold. And calling out in red items unread. And when there's a test result have the test results quick item have a number badge.

Live well app. I absolutely love this plus you don’t have to wait to see a doctor to get your test results! Also, if u go thru any aurora it shows everything when you were last seen up to your next appt. it’s very easy to magic I hate amd let’s u know when I have upcoming appointments! Love this app.

Pdf. I like the LiveWell app very much . It will be easy if the test result will be available in pdf version so that we can print and show to our family doctor

Tech at its finest. Grateful for the ability to communicate with the team thats keeping me alive …..makes things more convienant for treatment and all the details that come with staying current w everything.

New update on app closes. I use this app all the time, the new update closes when you try to access my chart. Can access everything thing else but when you hit my chart it closes the whole app

Love it!. It’s very easy to use and I really like having convenient access to my providers. Being able to go back and look at test results and instructions is also great.

Patient. The easy process of setting up appointments, reviewing labs, testing, billing and other credible information is wonderful. The most significant tool is being able to message providers reaching direction and solving issues. Thank you for a great system of communication

Doctor visit. I was impressed with my first visit to DrK Bailey office . The doctor was on time and listened to all my concerns . She was patient and friendly and made me feel at ease. Her staff was kind and friendly and professional . I left the office with a positive outlook . Thank you

I like it. I don't see the issues other people say they have with this app. I think it works great and have not had any issues with it. I like that I can see everything at a glance and even pay bills with it.

Convenient. I like being able to send messages to my doctors anytime. The response time has been very good. I also like getting to pay my bills online. Having all my lab and test results in one place is also very helpful.

Easy access to info. The website app is very easy to use and find information quickly especially updated COVID tests for travel and tests results for all labs quickly without waiting in angst for results from the provider.

Except and well thought out design. So much easier to use than other customized MyChart apps. The bulk of features available on the Advocate website can be performed easily on this app. Great job! Highly recommend!

App. Horrible. Never takes password. Been deactivated twice with the correct password and the second time they told me there was a glitch ! If you do get into the app it’s not completely navigable and the worst part is - if you have to look up a detail or stop the phone by getting out of the app it locks you out and you have to start over again and re-enter the password again . Horrible .

Bring Back MyChart. I got a notice that I have a test result available and I can’t log in because of a server error. I could be dying but I can’t find out. Never had such problems with MyChart. This roll out was billed as being a big improvement but NOT IF IT DOESNT WORK.

Doesn’t do much. Needs to tie in with the apple health app and sync data both ways. With my Apple Watch and phone tracking so many different things like heart rate, weight, sleep, exercise activity just name a few, all this data that could help Doctors see the whole picture is just waisted. All it seems really good for is setting appointments ordering prescription refills. It has a long way to go before it’s actually useful to anybody.

Late Notice. I haven’t received a bill or any other notice and then I get an email stating my bill is late. This is ridiculous when my insurance just paid it a couple of weeks ago. How can a bill be late when you haven’t even got a detail bill, email or any thing at all? Plus the app doesn’t even provide information on what the charges are for the details it just has amount due.

Good App. I like the ease of use once I am logged in. I would prefer Touch ID to not having to remember my password. Entering and saving payment card information is okay but using my Apple or Google stored payment information or taking a picture of the card would be more convenient.

Thank you. The whole staff was wonderful and quick the male nurse who assisted my daughter was friendly and caring he went above and beyond brought my daughter water and the doctor also very clear in her explanation thank you so much and stay safe 🫶🏼

Latest Release. I have used this app on an iphone 6 w/the latest o/s available since inception and it has always worked reliably ... until now. I can still log in but when I hit the “My Chart” button, the app bombs and I end up on my IOS home screen.

Easy to Use. Easy to Navigate, I like that I can precheck-in, makes it easier when going in to the doctors office. The app also makes it nice for getting messages to and from the doctors, canceling appointments, checking out informational information. All around good app.

Meds. I think a change is needed in Meds section. It’s should tell if there is an open refill request. I feel it discards sometimes or that it didn’t apply the request. I’d like to see a pending request so I know it is requested incase I forget. Thank you.

Helpful. LiveWell is nice. It provides me easy access to my doctor appointments, messages and test results. Easy to leave and read messages for and from my providers. I like that it links to MY Chart so I can see other clinic appointments. I would like to see all my Dr and lab appointments pop up first when the app first opens up.

Simple open. I really like the finger print opening. You have a very simple two touch way to open with. And once that happens you are logged in.

Should be able to compare previous test results. On the website you can compare your test result numbers with previous tests; I have not seen the same function in the app. Also when messaging my Dr. in the app test result section I get no acknowledgment the message was sent; I am not sure it was even sent.

Not helpful. I thought having this app would be very helpful, but it’s not. •if I check in on my phone I still have to check in at the hospital… • I can’t communicate with my doctors after getting my test results, Luke blood test. I don’t know how to read my blood test. How do I know it’s good or bad? Why can’t I ask questions regarding it direct to a nurse or doctor on this app? • I can’t schedule appointment with different doctors prescribed by my physician through this app. • I don’t have access to all my tests. And as for now, because we have this app for appointments, it’s seems that no one want to answer the phone if I want to speak with my doctor, nurse or schedule an appointment. Not helpful at all.

LiveWell app. I like it! No complaints but always room to improve nothing is 100 perfect! One thing is when you preregister for appointment and you owe you either pay or cannot move forward to pre register that is a pain so just end up not pre registering! They should change that! Just my opinion!

LiveWell app. It’s a very simple way of reviewing appointments, after appointment notes and summaries, it’s also easy to contact your doctor via messaging! I would recommend to everyone!

App. The live well app is absolutely a great app. It’s a god send that I can get in touch with a provider instead of having to go to the office and have to spend money every time I have a problem.

Suggestions. The entry into my chart is clunky and difficult to get to the portions regularly used. The login time out should be longer, working between appointments and your reminder calendar is two short especially during device updates requiring past schedule entry’s. Otherwise this is a very useful app. Thanks.

Helpful idea. This is better than calling in to Clinic!! Something they could add to the system when l call in- say to caller an estimated time that l will have to wait for someone to answer, would greatly help a person stay on the line.

Response. No one response when sending messages. You still have to call, which leads to more delay in your needs. Customer service does not call you back either. The app is only good for things you want to check. You get no help using this app.

Good app. A little bit hard to navigate. Main menu should be readily available. It took several logins to find out how to leave message for doctor. Also Face ID should be incorporated. Tedious to have to enter password every login.

Update bug. Since the last update the app no longer pulls my vitals from my iPhone health app. It used to pull my BP and heart rate into the apps ‘track my health’ so my doctor could see my daily vitals info.

unreliable; format not user friendly. Pre-check in form of no use if someone does not know “how to take a picture of insurance cards”. No other options available. The dates of my medical history info. are incorrect, have no idea where “you” got them from (have been an Advocate patient for decades), so that also is useless.

Almost perfect. Everything works great except for a few of the things on my to do list for the covid tracking process. I click on a learning module and it brings me to a blank white screen. Even writing this review, I can’t see the text I’m typing

Constant emails. You send too many emails. I get a reminder for an appointment for which I set up 30 min ago. Enough is enough or better yet simply delete the app. My mother is 92 and she does not know how to answer these email, so I need to do it. Just because you can does not mean you should and do repeatedly day after day Interesting the ten “nicknames” I was required to do were already taken…just a clue your app needs adjusting

My health care :. H happy to have this app I can check all my information, send a massage to my provider, make appointments also every check up is reported that I need and have done very important I recommend this app to those who apply for this app you won’t go wrong

Terrible experience!. Scheduled an appointment two days prior with this app. I show up to my appointment only to see that the clinic is no longer open on Weekends. Why did this app allow me to schedule an appointment and pay for it when the appointment wasn’t for a time when the clinic is open!? Wasted over an hour of my time traveling to the clinic. I’m going to have to change my network on my insurance. Advocate lost all my trust and respect.

I downloaded the improved version today. When I try to open the app it doesn’t open but instead closes the app Very disappointing

The greatest idea yet!. This app was definitely the greatest asset to the health community & the patients. It gives us way more opportunity to take control of our own health & stay up to date.

Some advantages over myauroraadvocate but cannot print. Again some advantages over the website however I cannot see what I’m even typing now. Most importantly you cannot print test results from the ap. The website offers comparisons from previous labs as well. Liked it for the virtual visit yesterday but needs improvement. Thank you!

Graphs. What happen to the past graphs in test results. I liked the idea of comparing from year to year results. Now you have to go back an fourth in different screens, very inconvenient. Maybe I’am missing a button to go to the graphs? Please fix it back. Thank You, Sandy

Great use of technology. So much better than trading phone calls with your doctor. Like being able to make appointments and pay fees. Very intuitive and easy to use.

Patient portal and appointment check ins. I love using the patient portal. The only suggestion I have is that we should be able to pay the copay online while doing the pre check. This would decrease wait in line time and the front desk time.

infuriating. this app does not let me see my BP or weight history like the old website would . good thing they got rid of that ! I am having a surgery next week and cannot find my pre surgery directions . the message feature does not let you see you message you wrote to be able to see it after sending and only sometimes do i get the option to reply . this app is a hot mess . perhaps test the app on humans before releasing it .

Radiologist who did my CT scan. Excellent care. Explained everything well before during and after. As I am normally hard to get an iv in my veins, as they are tiny. He got it first try and without pain. Made me comfortable. I got in right on schedule even though the waiting room was super full. Highly impressed with the care I was given during my Urogram CT Scan w/w/o contrast scheduled at 2pm. I got results on my Live Well app within 10 minutes of having CT scan done. Thank you for great service!!!

It’s slow. The app is slow to load, sometimes buttons won’t work when you tap them, and if you leave the app for a minute to perhaps look up your routing number to make a payment, or look up some other bit of information you need, the app kicks you out and makes you start from the beginning.

Seriously needs an update. With a UI that looks like it is from the 90's it fails at the most basic task. If you move away from a screen to view something (like a HSA card to pay a bill) the app returns to the beginning of the task. It also fails to integrate properly with the keyboards so I can't use a password manager to fill the data in automatically.

Server Frequently Down. When the server is working, this is a 4 star app. Unfortunately, the server frequently has issues for which their recommended solution is “try again later”. It would be 5 stars if there was a DIRECT WAY to leave a message for your doctor or their team. That’s a huge FAIL in the year 2020!

Live Well app. My Aurora was much easier to navigate much easier to find things I need to find. Bring back some of the features of My Aurora and make it easier to maneuver. Please and thanks!

Extremely Efficient. I’m absolutely thrilled with this app and the ability to streamline all of my medical information. I especially appreciate the follow up summary after each visit that gives me a snapshot of everything we talked about.
