Exactly What I Needed. Ability to start and stop timer easily. Keeps track of when contractions started, how long they lasted, and how long since last contraction. Also easy to edit if you forget to stop the timer, and ability to delete contractions which is great for false alarms or incorrect times. Only thing I have noticed is sometimes when I open the app, the timer has been going on for many hours. But perhaps that is user error in not turning it off correctly. :)

simple and effective. Many pregnancy apps come with contraction counters but getting to them and using them is often clunky. This is exactly what i was looking for--an app for watch and phone that I can use to time stamp contractions. There are nice inputs for intensity and it runs averages for past intervals of time if you want them. I have used this for two labors now and cannot recommend enough.

Love this app. Honestly I truly love this app. I am a first time mom and I’ve been looking for contraction counting apps. All apps I’ve used has some type of in app purchase and never is fully free. Love how this app is fully free, lets you reset if needed, let’s you add notes to your contractions and has a scale for intensity. Very easy to use and would recommend it for anyone trying to find a contraction timer!

Exactly what I needed.. I tried timing my contractions without any real timing app or anything like that. Yeah. No. APPARENTLY, you’re not “with it” enough to pay attention to the clock when you’re in the middle of the worst pain in the world. This definitely got everything on track. The fact that I could also label each contraction’s intensity makes me wish I could have given in 10 stars. Definitely like the graphs as well to show the progression.

Simple and easy to use. I was able to time a lot of these myself since it was so quick and easy. The feature to touch anywhere on the screen to end is especially helpful. My husband timescthem for a couple of hours while we were in bed (a time that it’s helpful not to have to spend too much time looking at a screen). My labor slowed down and sped up a lot (2 min apart, then 8 min apart) over the hours and it was helpful to be able to qualify. Now we have a beautiful little girl!

Easy to use!. I downloaded this app when I was in very early labor. I soon started having contractions that were much more intense and using this app was super straightforward and easy, especially when you are out of your mind with pain and can barely think. It was also easy to show to my husband and nurses to relay the information when it was difficult to speak. Sometimes apps are so overdeveloped with options and customization that they are difficult to use. This app had just enough, and options were presented in a clear manner. Well designed with actual functionality in mind.

I really like this app. I have a bit of prodromal labor with all of my pregnancies, so apps like these help me see if what’s happening is legit or just more practice contractions. I like that you can add a contraction you might have had when your phone wasn’t on you, and delete one if you realize you were tracking gas… lol. I also like the graphs. It’s a great visual.

Simple but the best one out there. I downloaded 4 contraction timer apps to see which one I would like best and be most useful during labor. This one won hands down! It’s not the prettiest app, there’s others with more bells & whistles but this one had everything I needed and was simply laid out. It tracks exactly what you need, duration, intervals, a counter since last contraction, and a visual graph of the contractions. All east to see in one place. The other apps were not very functional during active labor. This one wins.

Add to lock screen or Control Center. I am a super new user for this app and I like the simplicity of the app design and layout. It would be awesome to have this app at the ready on either at the Lock Screen or Control Center pull down menu for iPhone! I understand that with the watch on it’s a quicker route to access but it’s something that I don’t have on 24/7 or at the ready like my iPhone device. Just a suggestion 😊! I had a contraction this morning and used another app to track it as I had not yet found this app and I realized that I had to go through so many steps to get to the tracker and that’s why I downloaded this app. I like that I can take the information from the other app and add it to this app for accurate tracking in the future.

Easy to use with ability to make corrections, recommend!. Super easy to use. Like that you just need to tap on screen to log start/end of contraction and that you can toggle to see the averages for past 5, 10, 20 contractions. Also really found it useful to be able to correct your logged entries, by continuing with a click of button if you stopped log prematurely, or simply adjusting start time and duration if you made a mistake or forgot to log end of contraction. The graphs of contractions are worthless, though, didn’t need them.

Easy and straightforward. This app is very simple and easy to use—accomplishes just what you need it to. My only problem with it is that when it times how far apart the contractions are, it seems to record from the beginning of one contraction to the end of the next one, rather than beginning to beginning like you are supposed to. I know this because before you press start it shows a timer that is tracking the time since the last contraction. For instance, the timer might read 6 minutes when you press start, but when it is over the time recorded is 7 minutes. It is supposed to go by when the contraction started, not ended. If it has been 6 minutes since the previous contraction when you press start, that’s the time that should be recorded.

Well thought out. I really like all the information this tracks on one page for me and how easy it is to interface. Keeps track of time, duration, Intensity, and even graphs it out for you to see the big picture. Not to mention being able to add notes to a particular contraction. This has been a much better app than the last one I used for our first baby. Would defined recommend this.

Very useful app. I downloaded this app in the middle of the morning I was starting to have contractions which were getting a little painful but I was so tired wasn’t sure if they were close apart or what. So I decided to look and see if there was such an app to help you keep track of your contractions and came across this one. And it worked amazing I ended up downloading this app around 3am and ended up having my baby at 7:33am. Made it to the hospital at 6:00am

Works well, edit capability would improve it. I've just started using this and it's easy to use. Simple interface, nice to be able to make note of intensity. It would be great if you could go back to a record and edit the start/stop time. A couple of times I forgot to stop the clock and was stuck with an inaccurately long contraction in the analysis. Also, it would be really helpful if you could change the screen saver setting from within the app.

Will tell you what you need to know!. This app was useful for timing my contractions and determining when I needed to go to the hospital. You must know what to look for as you deem yourself ready or not. It would be helpful if the app provided recommendations for when you should pay attention to your contractions and go in to hospital (when they could be a sign of active labor). Also, extremely annoying to be asked to rate the app every few minutes when I was dealing with tracking my contractions. The worst time to rate an app!

Easy and helpful. I was able to keep track of my contractions easily and see my progression. Helped me to decide when it was time to go to the hospital! Made it in perfect timing because of the visible times apart feature. Loved that I could access from my apple watch too. So I could walk around the house to get comfortable but now worry where my phone is.

Works for things other than contractions too!!!. I was looking for a timer that could not only time laps but how much time I take a break for between circuits! There just weren’t any out there. Then I had the idea to check and see if a contractions tool would work because it not only times the length of the contractions but the time between them too! Perfect!!!

LOVE!. This app made timing my contractions so easy! It really helped me to realize the difference between Braxton Hicks contractions and real contractions. I️ love that you can add intensity levels to each contraction, because if you have a terrible memory like me this really helps you see clearly when they are truly getting worse or if you just need to drink some water and change positions (to ease Braxton Hicks). Awesome app!

I don’t want to delete the app. I had a sweep done the day before my due date because I was still 1cm dilated. My contractions started the day of my due date but very inconsistent and hard to keep track of while I am writing it down in my notepad or my husband is texting it to me. I downloaded this app and my husband ended up downloading it as well because it is super easy to use. No guess work. Very straightforward app! I used it while having contractions on the way to the hospital (they were painful) because that is how easy it is. You just push a “start” button and then “stop” and do your part in breathing through the contractions lol. I do not want to delete the app because I have an attachment to it due it is being memories tied to my first child. Maybe I’ll take screenshots and put them in her baby book.... but till now I’ll just open it randomly and reminisce 😂

Best timer I could find. For a free app this timer is fantastic. The features are simple and exactly what I needed during contractions. Easy to use. Four stars only because of the constant push notifications after each contraction, one notification would be fine but it’s annoying. The ads don’t interfere with the timer though and that’s all that really mattered.

Unprepared. The app worked amazing for tracking my contractions. I first tried tracking them in my notes app but quickly lost track. Then when I found this app it was so easy to just push “start” or “stop” and it was all calculated out for me how far apart they were. Definitely wish I would’ve had this app for my first baby.

Great app. This app is so simple to use. You simply open up the app and press start. When the contraction ends, you hit anywhere on the screen twice, and it records the time. It shows the length of time between contractions too. It's very straight forward without a lot of thrills, but when you're in labor, you don't care about the thrills. You simply need to know how far apart the contractions are.

Better than expected. It's a free app. There were bound to be at least a few little problems. But, I was pleasantly surprised. It was Super Easy to figure out! My client was in labor, the midwife wanted me to time CTX and get back to her, and I hadn't gotten an app. I quickly did a search and grabbed the first one that was free. I'm very happy, especially since it's so *user friendly* and it's easy to quickly click a button, and then get to pressing on my client's back, then press another button to stop the timer. I love that I can add an extra CTX if I forgot to start timing one. I love that I can change a time, especially if I forgot to stop the time. I love that I can add a note to every CTX. I'd recommend the app, and would even consider buying it.

Simple because that’s what you need. My husband and I used this to track my contractions. We were both very pleased! I appreciated how simple it was so I could quickly tap start when I needed to focus on myself! I love how easy it is to edit an entry, which is great if you’re late grabbing your phone. When my contractions were 6 minutes apart I put on my Apple Watch so I could start the timer whenever needed (as my husband packed the car). He monitored the average time on the phone to decide when to head to the hospital.

Needs bigger “start/stop” button. I wish that the “start/stop” button took up the whole screen for EVERY time… Not just when you first get started, because when you’re trying to keep track of your contractions(early on) in the middle of the night while you’re still trying to rest/eyes closed… I wish I knew I could just tap the phone anywhere on the screen.

Easy to use but bright. I like that you can edit easily, clear the data for false alarms, see easily the time in between contractions. The graphs are helpful. I like that you can tap anywhere in the screen to stop the counter. It is easy to figure out and navigate, especially when’s contraction hits. I wish it had a dark setting to use in the night. The white background isn’t pleasant. Update: this is the third time using this app! I wish it wouldn’t ask for ratings so often. I’m in early labor so I’m hoping this review will prompt it not to ask again.

Works with my Apple Watch. When I started having regular contractions with my first I tried to just use the timer on my phone… that only worked so well for so long and eventually I just stopped tracking them. Fast forward to baby number 3 and I knew I needed an app of some kind. So I downloaded this ahead of time and it worked so well! I started out using it on my phone but I kept missing contractions because I’d be walking around without my phone. So I checked if it was compatible with my watch and surprisingly it was! I was so happy and it was so easy to use! I didn’t really use the intensity option for each contraction as my labors are fast and I knew it was getting more intense without tracking it.

Just what A Mama needs when she’s in Labor!. I had previously downloaded a similar app but quickly realized that it wasn’t as efficient and convenient as I would have liked it to have been. This one though!!!! With the contraction timer app I was able to start and stop my contractions with one push of a button, the chart/log between contractions and how long the contractions lasted was very easy to read and comprehend. Needless to say, I started consistently tracking my contractions around 8pm on Feb6, and by 6 am Feb7, I headed to the hospital because they were about 5-7 mins apart. When I arrived at the hospital (& approx 30 mins later when they performed their cervical exam to see how far I had dilated , I was already 6cm) I share that to say that the app helped me decide when it was “really” time to head to the hospital as opposed to having false alarm of labor and being sent home! Download the app!!!! Thank me later!

Easy to use. Could use some improvements.. This app is very simple and easy to use. When one is having a contraction this is much appreciated. Where I think it falls short is in access and the graphs. Having the app be available on the lock screen would certainly bring it up a level. Sometimes unlocking ones phone doesn’t happen upon first attempt. Add in having a contraction and frustration ensues. By the time you get to the app the contraction is half over (I realize you can manually adjust the time of the contraction, but hear me out) Next, the graphs. I would recommend seeking a consultant for help on how best to lay out the data. Currently it doesn’t make sense. The time shouldn’t be on the y-axis.

Exactly what you need it to do. This app does exactly what you need it to do which is perfect. No frills and easy to use. You can manually input contractions you missed timing. You can change it to count time between start or end of the prior contraction. The large start button and stop function is great because sometimes you are multitasking and still want to quickly record the contraction and so it doesn’t require a ton of focus. I wish you could zoom in on the time frame (maybe you can and I missed it) and that the color during a contraction was something more soothing than red.

Tried them all, 5th baby, this is the best (free) one. 5th baby, let me tell you what you’re looking for in a contraction app. You NEED to be able to edit contractions. You need to be able to add contractions after they happen. If you can’t do those two things, the app isn’t helpful for timing contractions. This app does it—it’s not pretty, it doesn’t have lots of frills, but it does those things consistently and for free so it’s my go to for next baby, too.

It’s really good but can use some updates. This app was a big help In keeping track of contractions wail you don’t really want to do much all you have to do is tap on tap off the only think I wish it would keep the phone on so I would have had to open it up everytime to tap off that was the only think and when I had a finger twitch it wouldn’t let me delete the mistake take. And then would freeze when I went to delete the mistake ones. Other then that this is way better then wringing down during such a hard time.

Simple as needed. This is perfect. I think I’ve used it all three of my births. It really gave me a sense of things getting real and bolstered my intuition of when would be the right time to go to the hospital. It’s funny that it has the option to rate the intensity of the contractions too only because by the time they felt painful it was pretty clear simply by the fact that I couldn’t even be bothered to rate the intensity any more. So that really takes the detailed simplicity to the next level. Has all you would bother to need when really going into labor!

Try a different app.... Mom of soon to be 7- Ease of quick tapping the start/stop is nice but there is so much randomness on the screen that you can only see a few of your recent contractions at once. Instead at least a quarter of the screen is unneeded adds for other apps. Plus extra screen area taken up by a weird non-useful space consuming graph at the top. If you get a semi slow start to tapping the start button you can't roll it back by a few seconds, you have to go back an entire minute, which throws off the closest bit of accuracy. There are other apps that focus more on showing your contractions and even have additional screen options to use for things like graphs (that are useful) and extras. Pick one of those and save yourself the frustration. No mommy in labor wants frustrating add and gunk. Get ease of timing elsewhere!

Eassyyy. It was sO nice being able to start and stop the timer easily. I wasnt sure I was in active labor and used this app to help me decide if I should go get checked to make sure. Sure enough we welcomed our second kiddo later that next morning. The app was easy to use and accurate. I was 1 min long 3 mins apart from 11pm- 9am when she was born lol. The app made it clear to tell i needed to head to the hospital and gave me enough heads up from seeing the stats that I was able to safely drive myself there in time!

Perfect. This contraction timer was so simple and easy to use. I don’t know why but something told me to download this app 2 days before I gave birth two weeks before my due date. When I say it was just what I needed. I started contracting at 5:15 am on February 6 and used the app every time I foolishly waited till the contractions where 3 mins apart before heading to hospital but without this app I probably would have had a home birth❗️

All you need, even helped at hospital. The monitor they had on me throughout my labor at the hospital was pretty much useless as it wasn’t properly measuring my contractions, kept falling out of place, etc. So I timed and measured all my contractions with this app and showed it to the nurses. That was very helpful! And helpful for me as well to see the pattern changes, as my labor was super long and stagnant for a while.

Great layout but…. Really great application. Layout is great. Let’s you see length of contractions. And time between contractions. And intensity. 2 things i would fix. I wish you could choose a 1 to 10 for the intensity. Instead of a 1 to 5 scale. Also also the slider for the intensity is not very responsive. I wish there was a plus and minus button to click. Or a number pad with a 1 to 10

Editable Contraction App. The fact that this is the only free contraction app that allows you to add and edit contractions later on makes it a too choice for me. One minor thing, I wish the timer below the start button would change to reflect if you have the setting set to time the start or end of your contraction. I see now where the time is being updated based on the setting but originally (I blame pregnancy brain) I did not.

Works great. I’m so happy with this. Easy to use, easy to edit/add if you don’t have your phone on you when a contraction hits or if you forget to end the contraction at the right time. Whenever I’ve had a moment of “I wonder if it lets me…” they’ve already thought of it. No bells and whistles to complicate things, just a nice, simple, straightforward, intuitive app. My one minor criticism: I wish the timeline at the top would go back longer.

Second pregnancy, still my favorite contraction timer!. I found this while in active labor with my first and remembered it being exactly what I needed at the time. Heading into labor with my second, I was able to find the app I'd used before and it is still just as convenient! I love how easy it is to start and stop, that it shows you duration as well as time between contractions, and that it has an Apple Watch paired app. The contraction intensity is a nice feature too. Well done, developers!

Good App. I like the app so far, I'm using it now, I like that you can choose to track contractions from start to finish with time between each contraction or from the end of one to the other, also that if you miss one you can manually add it, change the time, duration and intensity of it, my only complaint is that about a minute after you stop timing, EVERY SINGLE TIME, an advertisement to download one of their other apps comes on! I think it's to keep track of Baby feeding and such. While in labor, I'm sorry but that is annoying, I don't want to know about downloading anything else I just want to focus on what I'm doing. Other than that great app

Turn off notifications. App worked well for its intended use, and the watch app was also very nice. I had to turn off notifications because literally after every single contraction I got a push notification to download another one of their apps. (I’m dealing with contractions, I could care less about your other apps! I could understand maybe one notification, but I had 48 that were exactly the same before I turned off notifications.) 5 stars for ease of use, minus 2 stars for being annoying, plus 1 star for not attempting to track my every move.

Too many notifications. The app is fine for tracking contractions, it works great, but for the love of god I wish it would stop asking me every 10 minutes if I want to download their baby tracker app. No. I don’t want the baby tracker. If I did then I would’ve downloaded it one of the first 10 times it asked me if I wanted it. It’s annoying especially when I’m in labor and don’t want to constantly have notifications for nothing on my phone when I’m waiting on important calls and texts from family, my midwife, and my doula.

Was able to use all the features for free. Some apps don’t allow necessary features like editing the contraction time unless you buy the full version. I was glad everything was included in this free app. We used it my whole labor! I like how it told you how many minutes were in between without have to to do the math ourselves when we don’t have time to think about that. Loved it!

Thank you for this great app. No bells and whistles here. This app does exactly what you’d expect it to do. I was looking for an app to track contractions as tracking on the notes app doesn’t give you any insight on intervals and intensity. I definitely loved using it as it made tracking so much easier. A few recommendations on features: 1. Ability to graph > 20 contractions in the past. 2. Auto select earlier intensity level for a new contraction. 3. Replace the slider/add levels with titles so it’s easier to scrub through different levels. This will make the experience even better! Thanks again for the app and not blocking the simple features for a paid version!

Simple & Effective. My daughter was born today at 7:15p. My contractions began a little after 2a. I downloaded this app to my phone & used for almost the entire duration of my labor. Its FREE, was incredibly user friendly & met my needs of simply tracking contraction durations and intervals w/o any issues. I honestly don’t know what else it’s capable of & intend to delete once I finish this review. I was annoyed the app kept asking for a review w/ popup windows at the very beginning of use, but I suppose the tactic worked, cause here I am (:

Time is of the essence. I had irregular contractions for 12 hours and then BAM!!! Full force contractions for 45sec (+/-) at a time every min and a half. I didn’t think I could get to the hospital fast enough. My plan of delaying pain meds went FLYING out the window 😂 This app helped me keep track when things got going bc there was no watching the clock and keeping track of it.

Thank you!!. I DLed 2 contraction apps and used this one the day of starting contractions. It guided me all the way to the hospital where I delivered my baby!! Though I won't use it until a couple more years when I'll have another (ha, maybe...), I'm supremely grateful!!!!!!! I chose this one over another more popular contraction app because-- it paired w my apple watch, it was smaller in size, and let me edit individual contractions!!!!

Watch app data does not sync. I have been using my Apple Watch as well as my iPhone to time contractions. Both seemed to be working until I looked at the data today and noticed that although the app seems to work on the watch, none of the contractions registered from the watch port over to the app on my iPhone, so those were completely nonexistent in my contraction timeline and data, making the information useless. It’s incredibly annoying. So only the contractions registered from my phone show up in the contractions list. I’ve verified that the app is listed in my watch list and everything. If you plan to only use your iPhone then this app will work fine for you.

Baby number #4. A good basic timer. Does what it needs and no unnecessary screen changes. The intensity slider is hard to focus on when mid contraction but otherwise good.

Easy and simple. So easy and simple to use. Have used it with both bubs. Love that it works on Apple Watch too!

Wanted me review while in labour. It kept asking me to rate the app between every contraction. Had to stop using it after a few because it was such a pain. Would have been fine if that wasn’t happening.

Great contraction logger. Very easy to use. A few times I started logging a contraction, put down my phone and accidentally bumped the screen and stopped the timer. I wish there was a continue button. Also, the intensity slider was hard to use, buttons would probably be better.

Too easy!. I used this app for 31hrs of my 38hr labour. It was simple and easy, even when your in a world of hurt.

Great app. It's very easy to use, love the average count feature too.. However it would be great if it has a widget for fast access to the start/stop button

Easy to Use & Accurate. Makes tracking contractions so easy!!!

Terrible. I have to admit I downloaded this while in the midst of contractions so maybe I didn’t investigate it enough but I found it so confusing! I couldn’t tell what the numbers meant - if they were the length of contraction or the time in between...! And so I ended up leaving for the hospital probably too late! Would not recommend sadly.

Easy to use. Very straight forward to use and has all the info you need for tracking the contractions.

Great app. Such a helpful app during a stressful time, highly recommend it. Easy to use, I think personal to improve it, I would suggest if we could choose the intensity of pain using a button choice instead of a slider:

Great app!. Great app for both yourself and partner to monitor contractions - was good that my partner would use the timer to let me know when the contractions would be over soon as I couldn’t bare to watch the clock during each contraction. I would recommend setting your phone screen saver timer to ‘never’ so that the app is always open on your phone screen - until an update can be done on the app.

Definitely recommend!. Amazing app! Loved it while in labor. Easy to use and better than others I tried out.

So handy!. This is my third child and using this app during the contractions is easy, organised and clear! Such a great idea!

Free App. This app was great as a last minute find, did the job and was free to download. Highly recommend if your unprepared like myself and find yourself in labour needing an app that times contractions

Great - Just wish starting timer was easier. I like that the timer continues in the background. I just wish the start timer option was the full screen - like it is for stopping the timer. When contractions start, you don’t really have time to fumble around trying to focus on the start bar at the bottom. Apart from that, easy to use and clean format.

This app is fantastic. I’ve used this app for both my pregnancies and it’s worked wonders, it keeps timing in the background if your contractions aren’t close together it’s also really helpful as it shows all the contractions you’ve had so you can tell the midwives the amount of contractions you’ve had within a certain time frame and you can also record the intensity of your contractions

Poor UI. Insisting on a rating to ‘remove’ another banner gets you a poor rating. The user interface is basic, yes, that’s helpful sometimes, but in comparisons to other contraction timers out there it is poor and clunky. I tried this one as it has Apple Watch, but won’t be continuing to use it. Deleting it before labour starts.

Great - but wish the starting timer was bigger. A very straight forward app, but the starting time is small at the bottom of the screen. When you’re having contractions the last thing you wanna do is have to stare at your phone to make sure you press the right button

Simple & Easy. Great app. Very simple and easy to use. Worked wonder for us. Would recommend this app over all others.

Good app and easy to use. Very easy to use and record contraction and show perfectly. It has some extra features but didn't use all.

Awesome. Helps so much to keep track of those contractions & how strong they are simple & effective

Good: here's why. Easy to use in the 'heat' of a passionate contraction. Clearly records times of contractions and distance between. Also time stamps. We used other apps that told us we got it wrong when we had a long contraction. That app was wrong! This is good.

Very helpful. Great app that does exactly what it’s designed to do and I like that it continues timing in the background. Only downside is the “Start” button is too small and ideally needs to be the whole screen like the “Stop” button or at least 2/3 of the screen.

No sign up process at all. You can just use this app without providing email addresses or any of your personal info. When your using this and downloading it in active labour it helps not to have to go through the annoying sign up processes some apps have. Easy to use also

Annoying to get notified to download another app. It’s so annoying to use this app while you keep getting notifications to download their paediatrician approved app for baby! Let us do what we need to do with this app first! If you really want to then should have just sent one notification! I have had about 20 notifications in the last hour it’s ridiculous!

Good app, very easy. Went into labour on Sunday and delivered on Thursday. Very easy to use and review for contractions. Got a bit difficult to keep putting intensity in each time as things got close, would benefit from intensity memory used automatically for the next contraction, but overall was great for a free app. Thanks very much.

Very useful. This was very useful and the time since last contraction countdown was extra helpful. This apps function could be improved if it logged the data and allowed export.

Stop hassling me to review in the middle of labour. This worked okay and has a fairly decent interface, but it simply wouldn’t stop nagging me to review it when we were right in the middle of labour and concentrating on tracking painful contractions. It was absolutely the last thing we needed and got in the way of the one job we needed it for. Would also be good if there was a better graphical representation/summary of previous contractions over time.

Very helpful. It may be a good idea to show the staging of the labour process (according to any method) related to the number and duration of contractions. Alternatively, you can allow the user to set the bands or alarms (go to the hospital/active labour)

Easy app, does what it says it will do. Easy to use immediately. Quicker access to start stop would be good but otherwise did exactly what I needed

Best contraction timer. I downloaded heaps of different timers to see which was best for my contractions and this one is by far the most intuitive and easy to use. I highly recommend it! :)

Great help!. Let’s say this app was so helpful. I am in labour now and needed something to help me track my contractions. It’s so easy to use and it’s all tracked love it!

Feedback. Ability to print record and adding date stamp

Very helpful !!. Went into labour 2 days ago and used this app. It was soo easy to use. Using the slide button to identify intensity was hard at times as you are trying to slide the button but being in intense was difficult at times. Overall would definitely recommend it.

Perfect app for labour!. Easy to use & takes the guess work out of it all.

Would recommend. Easy to use. Does what it says it does.

Great app. Keeping track well, shows time since last and let’s u choose intensity. Will help piece together labour times when it’s all done

Annoying when in labour. I keep getting a notification to download the paediatrician application and I agree, it would be better if the start timer was the whole screen. It’s annoying trying to press it when pains are coming on.

So helpful. Was great to use whilst having contractions. Made it easy to show my midwife where I was up to at home, and made it easy to know when to go to hospital.

Easy to use. Super simple to use in the middle of a painful contraction and simple display makes it easy to see where you're at with contraction timings. A plus

Easy to use just needs more options. Easy to use, just needs the in between time a bit bigger and able to delete entries or alter them if you couldn’t get to your phone in time

Recommendations. Phone shouldn’t lock when app is in operation. Also if you are in labour and having contractions probably not the best time to ask for an app review continuously

Easy and love it. Very easy to use and can customise as well as continue. Just what I need as sometimes can't get to phone on time and all I need to do is add the time and duration etc. Makes it more accurate.

Great app. Great app for recording contractions would be amazing if there was a feature so the screen wouldn’t go to sleep when app is open.

Great App - used for both births. I love this app. I’ve used it both times I was pregnant. I used it the first time in 2018 when I had my first born and now my second (which I gave birth on Sunday just passed). The app is great because it will keep timing in the background. It’s also easy to time your contractions and scale the level of intensity so when you call the birthing unit you can tell them exactly how long your contractions are and the level of pain. I will use this app again if I have another child. Highly recommend for mums :)

Fine but stop prompting for reviews till later. This app is good but when users will first use this (eg myself) is when we actually need it and are going through the pain of contractions. Would have been great if this app stops prompting for reviews until days later and not at first use...

Excellent, just turn off notifications. I loved this app. It helped me time my contractions so easily. Just turn off notifications for it as it keeps pestering you with them which is not ideal while in labour. I think someone else suggested if the app could have some sort of banner (like when Google Maps is running in background) to tap into app, makes accessing it quicker and easier.

Easy to use, has everything you need. Good app, was easy to use and had everything you need without over complicating things.

Easy to use. It’s a bit odd reviewing an app while in labour but will give it a try. Easy to use, nice interface. A background banner (like google maps or phone calls) that keeps it on screen would make going back into the app quicker and easier - maybe consider for updates.

Really?. Simple to use but seriously, don’t ask me to write a review while I’m having a contraction!!!

Prompt for reviews during contrations… nice. You asked multiple times for a review at the worst time, so you got one

Love the app. I just got in labor in a good timing using this app. I dont get any ads show up. Perfect free app to count the contraction. 👍

Parfait!. Complet et non saturé de publicités

Duuuuuude, quit it with the notifications. Don’t ask me to download other apps or review right now. I’m literally in the peak of discomfort and now I associate that with you. Bad marketing. Send a sweet followup in the days after we’re done using the app with a congratulations or something. Good lord.

Perfect. I just used this on Saturday to time my contractions which I had not done in previous pregnancies. Best decision ever. I was able to keep track and know when to leave for the hospital. It would be nice if they had that prompt that tells the user perhaps they should prepare to go to the hospital or something along those lines.

Guys, it’s free. It’s a great free app. You can turn the notifications off if you don’t want their ads for their other apps. I think this app is great and simple to use, also easy to read and review. Thank you!

Works as advertised. Would recommend disabling notifications as they spam you with ads for some other app

Required Review. Just reviewing this so I can use the app

Poor timing. Like the app, low stars because WHILE a pregnant woman is timing a contraction is NOT the time to interrupt and ask for a review!

Good. Simple but it’s good

Better Now Than Later- Review. Just doing what 90% of the reviewers are doing and trying to avoid a pop-up mid-labour. Here’s your review Contraction Timer…app looks easy enough to use so far….three stars for me having to do this.

Intrusive and inappropriate notifications. Asks for app ratings and pushes other services EVERY TIME the app is touched. Do you know when I don't need or want to be asked to rate your app? During the time between each and every contraction. I'll go to a different app next time.

Great app. I used this app to monitor my labor contractions. It's easy to use and has features that let you input the details of your contractions. I love that you can also edit and delete your entry.

Useable but flawed when could easily be improved. Extremely aggressive rating review requests right off the bat Cannot delete entries which is annoying if you accidentally pressed start

Our go to labour app. My wife and I have used this for all three of our babies’ births. It’s great. Simple and straightforward. Measure the length of the contractions and the time between contractions.

Love this app.. It’s so weird that people get mad that you are advertising for a FREE app! Lol! Go to your notifications and turn the button to “off” for the apps you don’t want them from. Simple. I don’t mind your marketing. Thank you for helping me realize I’m in labour :) you are appreciated.

Easy to use. Easy to use, kinda fun but I wish it wasn’t coloured red it stresses me out.

Does what it says. Good thing is allows you to reset if you stop timing for a bit

Excellent app. Excellent app that allows you to keep track of the important details. Super easy to use. I recommend it over any other

Simple & Effective. This app was great for exactly what it was intended for, contraction counting. It’s simple design makes it user friendly. Allowing for edits, additions and changes helps to keep the log accurate of monitoring over a longer stretch. Highly recommend

Good. Overall seems good

Not the damn time to asks for a rating. I’m having contractions and it’s asking me to rate it and then asking me to download more things.

Just what I needed. The interface is simple and easy to quickly start and stop the timer. The ads are out of the way so they don’t cause you to mess up the time. The only issue is the single pop up asking you to rate it— it does pop up at inopportune times.

Stop asking me for rating during contractions. The app is good, however the last thing you want to do during your contractions is to close the rating app window every time you open the app!

Seems simple. Doing what other women suggested - writing a review so it doesn’t prompt me while I’m in actual labour Seems simple enough and like that you can edit the contractions

Nice and simple. Very straightforward. Easy use

Good. Good

Keeps asking to write review during use!. Even though I have a review early on (to avoid this) it continued to ask me during labour!

Rating. Asks to be rated between more than an average contraction ffs… app is useful though

Good but Annoying. It does what it’s supposed to but it’s super annoying in labour being asked for a review. And to install their other app.

Too many requests for review. Too many requests for review during labour

Very helpful. I wish the start button was bigger and the numbers on the start button were clearer. But it's fantastic

Amazing app. Made it so much easier to keep track of contractions when i was in labor. I could also use the app in my apple watch.

Excellent App !. Simple to use and clear. Everything worked well, at the moment not add pop up other then this review.

Untimely request to review app. This app did exactly what I needed it to do, timed my contractions, and did the math for me as to how long were between each one. It is very user friendly (important when in the heat of contractions!) with a simple interface. Outlines the contractions nicely and gives the option to pick intensity of the contraction. It lost two stars from me, because as I’m in the middle of contractions, and trying to focus on breathing through, and starting and stopping the timer, it was asking me to review the app. That is not the time to be requesting reviews. It would pop up mid contraction and I’d have to close it before stoping the timer. Otherwise, I do recommend this app for easily tracking contractions, just please stop asking for reviews during labour lol.

Perfect. Exactly what I needed and straightforward.

Simple and efficient. Nuff said!

Great app. Make it so much easier to keep track of contraction. It allow you to edit/add an contraction if you missed one.

Easy to use. Easy to use and does what it says. Worked great thanks for having it free and straight to the point.

Writing review so app stops asking. Writing review so app stops asking

We’ll see. Leaving a review so it doesn’t ask while I’m in labor… hopefully they change how they ask reviews so no one has to do that before using the app.

Simple and Efficient. Such a simple interface and easy to use. Gets the job done efficiently. Gives all the relevant information that you need like the time between contractions and how long each contraction is and it even enables us to select the intensity of the contractions. And it’s free! Highly recommended.

Good app. Looks good. Just making sure I don’t get asked for a review at the worst time!

Great. Simple to use

Works. Works well, easy and handy to use.

Review. Wow in labour great timing with the review

Review. Leaving a review so it doesn’t ask me during labour

Can’t believe this is free. It’s perfect and the Apple Watch is very convenient

Gives peace of mind thanks. Very useful tool!

Easy to use. I downloaded this app a couple weeks ago to have a simple way to track contractions. The small file size and clean interface were the two biggest attractors for me. I started having contractions tonight, and it's been easy to start and stop the timer and edit any that were captured in error.

Quick and easy to track. I have a 5y and 2yo and glad I caught this app rather than tracking on the other app I was using. It's easy to track and I tend to forget to stop contractions- and this app allows you to edit the duration. It's easy to see progression and it's nice that you can adjust the severity of the contraction as well. I rate this contraction app an A!

Over all easy to use and understand. So it was pretty straight forward to use. Made keeping track of contraction durations and frequency(minutes apart). Reason a 4 and not 5 is the when going to the graphs or averages it always rest sets to last 5 contractions which isn’t a big deal but something of note

Annoying ads and pop ups. Nothing is more irritating than when you’re in labor, in the zone, trying to track your contractions and you are CONSTANTLY getting alerts to download a new app or to rate the app you’re using. It’s literally stressful. I’ve never written a negative review before but that’s how irritating it was. I would give the app an A+ if it wasn’t for this.

Simple and free. This app is simple and straightforward to use. No fluff to get side tracked. As other Apple users have suggested it would be nice to have a quick way to start/stop once your screen is locked. I ended up removing auto lock setting so I could track contractions more accurately. A few seconds would be lost otherwise fiddling with the iPhone to unlock before pressing start.

Great app for doing what it does. Efficient and easy to use. Gives you the information that you want without a bunch of needless features for the big day. Not exactly a time where you want to be fussing with complicated interfaces.

Incorrectly counts time between contractions. I’m updating my review because I realize it is not counting correctly. It does not count the time between the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next, which is how you’re supposed to count the length of time between contractions. Instead, it counts from the end of one contraction to the beginning of the next which isn’t correct. This is a fundamental part of counting your Contractions Timer and should really be fixed.

Simply useful interface but watch app unreliable. I was excited about the app and ease of use. Interface with partners phone would be great as it is not always the phone on hand when the contractions start. I was happy about the watch app until I realized it only registered every few recordings and not reviewable on the phone. Very frustrating. 3 starts hoping they fix the bugs.

Helps keep track of contractions. I tried other apps for keeping track of contractions but this had the simplest and easiest to use features. You need to know the duration and the time in between contractions and this app keeps track of all the contractions. Other apps were simply giving you averages of the combined contractions which don’t help.

Perfect & Easy. As a third time mom, I was quickly looking for an app that I can use, since it’s a one time use. This app is perfect and did not disappoint. It helped me track my contractions so I’m not stuck at the hospital & waiting. Easy to use. And it’s no cost.

Simple to use yet very helpful during a stressful time. Tells you duration of contraction, time you had it, and counts seconds after your last contraction to tell you how long it’s been since your last.

Seriously perfect!. This app is so simple to use in the midst of painful contractions! I would just press the button when I felt one coming, forget about it during the contraction, and then press the button after it had passed. Very easy and gave me all the information I needed!

Happy to have had this. My contractions came fast and hard. If I didn’t have this I would have had no idea what to say to the nurses when I got to the hospital. It also gave me some relief because I could have a “count down” to when the pain would subside.

Seamless app for contractions. I am so glad I downloaded this app, was helpful to track contractions. When you’re in pain it was a life saver not have to write down contractions length and start and stop times. Highly recommend

Perfect. It has everything you need including the ability to delete contractions if you accidentally start one. Very easy to use and a must have. I can’t imagine how women did it when you had to look at the clock and use pencil and paper

Grandmother. I’m a first time grand mother and my daughter shared this link with me and I gladly using it to educate myself on the contractions timing. If I could just get the accurate timing down I’d be happy. I start as soon as I hear my daughter moaning and stop the clock when she stops moaning is all I have to work with. But I think it’s a great tool to use

It’s ok. I downloaded this because the baby/pregnancy tracker I have and love doesn’t have an option for the Apple Watch. Which makes this app super convenient. However you can’t erase just 1 time if you mess up a time you have to erase everything so that’s a down side. Along with getting a message every hour asking to download the baby tracker. Other than that it’s easy to use and convenient.

Very helpful. Go ahead and get it.. Wish there were a small widget where I could keep this running on top of my screen without having to exit and swipe every time a contraction starts. Small, small complaint probably because I’m in pain but that’s my idea.

Fine app, but the notifications... This app is fine, does what it’s supposed to do and is helping me see how far apart my contractions are - but it’s been sending me the same “INSTALL OUR BABY TRACKER APP!!” notification over and over and over, every three minutes, to the point that it’s making it harder to count the time between contractions. Pretty uncool. If I wanted your other app, I’d get it. I don’t need you to ask me repeatedly eighteen times in a row.

Constant notifications advertising other apps. I very much like the simplicity and efficiency of the app but seriously, when I’m going into labor I don’t want constant app notifications trying to get me to install other apps.

Great app. For a free app with no ads o honestly don’t know how people could possibly complain. Very simple and easy to use app that makes tracking contractions far easier than trying to write it down. Highly recommend!

Great!. I got this app because another one was just too complicated and I hadn’t thought about getting an App right away so I was writing contractions down in my notes but then I got this app and was able to enter in the already existing times.. I liked that! It’s easy to use I recommend

Great!. Allows you to time contractions real time or add any that you miss (like if you’re in the shower and can’t reach your phone). You can rate how severe they are and even put notes in about the contraction. For example, if I added a contraction in manually I would put in the note “approximate” so I knew it wasn’t exact timing. Very easy app to use as well!

Annoying to use. Every time I would exit the app I would get a notification telling me to install another one of their apps to prepare for my baby. I didn’t want to turn notifications off because I wasn’t sure if they send you a notification when they think you should go to the hospital. But I ended up just deleting and downloading a new app all together because it was so agitating.

Simple, Easy-to-Use. Very user friendly. Love that you can edit/delete contractions - I forgot to stop the timer many times and accidentally started it a few times, too. I like the graph function, too - shows you a nice pictorial of whether your contractions are getting more consistent, closer together, more intense, etc. Simple, but all the info/tools I needed.

Good app. Very easy to use and I like that it’s a simple start/stop and shows you the time and duration of each contraction. I couldn’t get the intensity scale to work, it wouldn’t slide along the bar, so that wasn’t tracked for me but the timing was more my priority.

Helpful app. Overall good app, good gui, the bug I found was when you don’t set the intensity of a contraction that you just finished(you pressed stop and now in the rest period) you go back to set the intensity and it continues the timer of the previous contraction rather than on the rest period.

Helped us decide to come into hospital. My last two births were precipitous so we knew we’d need solid data to make a quick decision with this labor. This app was easy to use and helped us decide to come in earlier rather than later, avoiding a roadside birth. So glad he’s safely here!

Easy, Simple, And Clutter-free. This app is super easy to use and gives you the ability to edit the records. It dependable and doesn’t crash. If I could change anything, I wish it wasn’t red and green, but a more calm color scheme. And I wish it tracked more than just the last 20 contractions.

Great!. This app definitely did the job. It’s simple and easy to use. The one thing I would love is if there was a way to print out your contraction chart after for a keepsake. :-) Other than that, it was great. Maybe there is a way to print it out and I just didn’t find it. :-)

A must for labor. Was very helpful to track contractions during labor. We were able to labor at home (personal preference) and then once we made it to the recommended time between contractions, we headed to the hospital to deliver! Very helpful and easy to use tool.

This app was SO helpful!. I strongly recommend downloading this app. I used it when my wife started having contractions and it was so helpful! It’s super user friendly and you there’s only a couple simple steps to keep track of contractions. We used this app from the she started having contractions all the way to the hospital. I definitely recommend!

Does what I need. I used an app in the past that just did averages and another that didn’t offer averages. This is the only app I have used so far, that has all the info: each contraction’s duration, time in between, and averages for when you want them. If all you get are averages, you are mislead into thinking your contractions are more consistent than they actually are.

Very basic but works. Nothing fancy and I wish it had a few more features, but it “got the job done” so to speak and helped me keep track of my contractions so I knew when to call the doctor. At the end of the day maybe it was a good thing it hasp so few bells and whistles-I couldn’t have handled anything much more complicated given the amount of pain I was in!

Great app. This is a very easy to use and yet very effective contraction timer. The timeline in the top shows you the contractions over time in a very easy to understand way and I also love how you can rate the intensity of each contraction. Only thing I would recommend is to add an ability to use/see the app from the lock screen if possible.

Best Contraction Timing App. This was the best app I’ve tried for timing labor contractions. It allows you to edit and change if you didn’t get to start the timer on time, or forgot to add one. Other apps-you have to have the paid version to edit. Easy, efficient, simple... exactly what you need while in labor. Thanks!!

Straightforward enough to figure out while in labor. Just what it says on the tin. When I noticed contractions starting to occur with regularity and intensity, I downloaded the app, used it for about 90 mins while preparing and driving to the hospital, and had a baby that evening. Using the app was the easiest part! Wish I had reason to use the app again, but I’m all set.

5-star app, but constantly interrupting w rating, ads. This app has been really helpful in tracking my contractions. However, over the course of one day of tracking, I started getting constant ads about their other apps and insistent requests to rate the app, to the point it disrupted my tracking more than once. 5-star app, except for that.

Here’s your review. Sitting over here trying to time my contractions, and I’d say I’m pretty preoccupied right now but the app insists on spamming pop ups asking for a review after every single contraction. So, here you go. Here’s your review. Also, since I’m here, the app isn’t great. It just keeps a continuous log with no other identifying information so you can’t look back at specific days or note any patterns because the data is not organized. Off to try a different app now.

Easy and effective. This app is very simple to use. I like that you can choose the intensity as well as the fact that it tells you how much time has passed since you logged your last contraction. I do wish it had dates for those of use that start and stop with contractions but I would definitely recommend this

Easy to use. When you’re mid contraction is not the time to be trying to fiddle with settings. Tap to say “it’s happening” tap to stop, you can adjust the time and the intensity after if you need to, and delete any that you accidentally record. Love it.

Love the simplicity of this app.. The simplicity of this app was so helpful we liked how it kept up with my contractions. It was very user friendly during an intense time when you don’t have the ability to concentrate on anything other than the moment and getting through the contractions themselves.

Super simple great to use. I’m a first time mother and just started experiencing contractions, I downloaded this app and have had no issues. It’s super simple to use, self explanatory and it records the time in between contractions wonderfully. I didn’t have contractions for over two hours and when I opened the app it was STILL timing. 10/10 recommend

Great app, just a few wishes. I really enjoy how straightforward this app is to use! I didn’t need to think about timing myself while also focusing during a contraction. I do wish there was a feature to add it to my Lock Screen or watch. You have to open the app in order to track, and most times I don’t have it up when a contraction comes.

Easy to use. I didn’t think to have an app downloaded until contractions started. This app had a good rating so I chose it and it was easy to download and super user friendly. It allows you to track intensity, time between contractions and length of contractions.

I like it. I really like the ease of this app, it's extremely simple you just tap the button at the start of the contraction and tap it again at the end. You can add intensity levels to individual contractions if you want, there's a setting to see your averages for the past 5,10, and 20 contractions.

Consider when people are using this!. Downloaded as contractions were beginning. Needed to clear a pop up for reviews after about 10 minutes and had to select intensity for each contraction and opposed to it remembering the intensity from the last time and giving the ability to adjust if changed. Great design but clearly not designed by someone who needed to use this while having contractions. Won’t keep using to know whether or not it gets more useful as you use it.

Simple to use!. I'm using it now to time my contractions (7.5 mins apart and lasting about 70 secs and mild) and love the simplicity of it. If you need to change some data after the fact you can. Now I just hope these contractions keep up so I can finally meet baby!! Oh, oh here comes another one, can't talk, gtg.....

Easy to use, obnoxious alerts every contraction!. Grabbed this app while I went into labor because it looked like the most straight forward. It was very easy to use and read. HOWEVER, after closing my phone it would ping me with an alert to download another one of their apps related to birth. It was rather annoying and frustrating as you’re trying to come down from your contraction. I wouldn’t use this one again.

Used this & im so glad!. I downloaded this of course to keep an eye on my contractions. I started timing at 8:30 & it went on till 12:30 & because of this app, I knew for sure how long apart I was & how long they lasted. It was so easy & convenient. I actually never leave reviews but had to for this app.
