Bad!. Not satisfied at all, slow app and lot can be improved! P.s: charging my phone 3 x 300 den within 2 weeks for 3 x 2 gb internet, not possible the internet is finished so soon, something is wrong with t-mobile! I’ll change to vip ASAP!!!

The app is most likely programmed in generic environment meant for all platforms one time instead of the company Making the right decision and programming natively for iOS/Android. This results in an app that is extreme slow to load data and elements, even on the newest most powerful phones and networks.

Worst providor ever!. I have been loyal to them and using this app for years. They scam and steal your money in return deleting this app, customer support and technical support is the worst on earth, and this is coming from a customer support representative. I tried to bare with them numerous times since i know how it is to work in that department. They never provide their customers with solutions or even answers. I am cutting off my business with them and turning to VIP. Worst provider on planet earth.

Cannot “deactivate” Add-ons. beware! add-ons will renew automatically till your credit balance is gone.

Helpful. I find this app quit helpful, you don’t have to contact telekom service to activate data sms or anything. Telekom Customer Representatives are the worst to deal with and not helpful at all. If you activate monthly weekly data from the app you also get double gigabytes.

Payments from the app don’t work. Adding a payment card is not working well. While adding a payment card if your phone goes to screen lock.. all the data that you put in is gone and you have to start from the beginning. Even if you manage to have luck and add you card , payments never go through. Gateway errors all the time. Fix your app please so we dont have to wait in line in the store to pay the bill. What years is this 1990??

Sugestii. Podobro bi bilo dokolku imate opcija za skeniranje na kredit karta. Isto taka pozelno bi bilo da ima opcija da se izbere sekoj mesec da se plaka smetkata avtomatski od zacuvanata kreditna karta na denot koga najdocna treba da se plati smetkata

Major bug. The app is constantly showing me message that I am not connected ti the internet so I can’t use it at all. Getting the same message whenever I am connected through wifi or cellular network.

Zacuvuvanje karticka. Mnogu pati probuvam da platam i nikogas ne mi ja cuva kartickata. Ve molam napravete vasiot app da ima pristap do moite karticki zacuvani vo telefon ili ako nisto drugo da ne moram manuelno sekoj pat da vnesuvam podatoci

Not user friendly. Cofusing

Slow and Bad Translation. The application is extremely slow and doesn’t work half the time. The English translation of the app is horrendous for an ISP of Telekom MK’s size. I’ve attempted to pay my phone and internet bills through the app only for it to say the payment was successful and then rip me off without showing any further information. The multiple errors encountered on every opening of the app are extremely annoying and the loading times remind of me of dialup internet at times.

Може и подобро. Апликацијата многу често паѓа, именувањето на сервисите не функционира, одредени кутии со промоции не се отвораат, чет-сервисот е значително бавен. Секој пат агентите го затвораат разговорот без да биде решен проблемот.

При контактирање со порака грижа на корисници никогаш немам одговор Апликацијата не секогаш функционира, и од оператор добивам совет да ја избришам и повторно инсталирам за да потоа ми се ресетираатсите 'срца' од Моментот?!?! Јако нема што😜😜🫣 Се додаваат нови функции а сеуште апликацијата не работи како треба?!?

Losha aplikacija. Mnogu losha i neprofesionalno napravena aplikacija. Kako korisnik na telekom od nivnite uslugi sum prezadovolen, kako korisnik na aplikacijava sum razocaran. Mnogu bagovi, mnogu loso napravena.

TERRIBLE. The app is awful, so not user friendly. I was trying to pay for an Internet package through it, and I couldn’t find out how. So TELEKOM, if you want us to use this app, make some changes.

Duhet shume permirsime!. Ne te shumten e rasteve aplikacioni nuk arin te konektohet ne njeren nga opcionet e selektuara, dhe kerkon qe te ri-klikoni ne opsionin e selektuar disa here me radhe, deri sa te zgjidhet si opsion!
